    Dear @ACTFibernet team,please instruct your customer service person to be more responsive as we work from home and internet connection should be available to a maximum. Whenever a service ticket is raised please send an SMS mentioning the details of PoC who can resolve the issue.

    @ACTFibernet SR10366092710874, few guys have numbers when connection was established. They are not responding.. there is no dedicated area manager to reach in case of urgency... Please help ASAP. my work is affected
