    @ACTFibernet The insolence of ACT Customer Retention agent! He threatened to cut my connection if I don't accept by his terms. I paid for your services with my hard-earned money. I pre-paid for my connection and I will use it till my connection ends on 30th August 2021.

    @ACTFibernet Such a sorry state of affairs with Act. I paid my bill for july-dec21 period but false bill generated on 1st august. I have raised this with customer care on mail and call but no resolution. My account has been frozen by Act. Sad to see ACT doing this fraud. #badcustomerservice

    @ACTFibernet worst customer service, one lady was talking to me, hell lot of BG noise and she put me on hold and disconnected the call. I waiting 8 mins to connect and she disconnected within 2 mins, pls train ur people 1st. never gonna use ACT again😡😡😡😡😡

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet, is it only for me or was it a larger issue impacting a lot of people ? We do understand things break down once in a while. Why is there no communication on ACT internet disruptions on your network and ETAs published ?

    @ACTFibernet All the education of children is over internet. Your inaction is causing us so much harm. Kindly let us know if internet could be activated by tomorrow at any cost or please go ahead and cancel service and credit refund for balance period.
