@ACTFibernet Yesterday I paid 2651 for new connection. And they are saying we cannot give connection at this location. My account id is 102775737235. When I asked for refund they are not picking call and not replying. Please resolve the issue and immediately refund.

@ACTFibernet my internet connection is down from September 14 and till now not restored and there is no update from the team as to when it will be restored this is the worst service provider I have seen no update no resolution your customersupport lies and says 2-4days to resolve
