    @ACTFibernet @TRAI @jagograhakjago Please review this thread. Act Fibernet charged me ₹3500 on 6th April, however they refuse to service. It’s mentally harassing. I’m unable to WFH and this is a serious violation of basic consumer rights. Please help!

    @ACTFibernet So the internet provided by @ACTFibernet to your home is dependent on someone who might just cut the power and the internet to your home. I have had local wifi and other brands wifi as well but never heard of such dependency of power on random person.

    @ACTFibernet What prioritisation you are doing ? Closed the ticket without resolving the issue, This is seriously not good and by the way Why you had tagged me as "Chronic Customer", Did asking questions wrong? Or if I dont align with your view I become Chronic?

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet Using 100 Mbps ACT Fibernet for years, but still stuck with outdated cables that can’t support the speed. Raised a complaint on April 13—no response till now. Extremely poor service. Time to switch to a better provider.🤮
