Udhay (@udhay89bs) reported@ACTFibernet Sorry ACT service is absolutely pathetic. Support through your app is terrible. Initially the ETA was 7.30 pm yesterday. Now it is updated as 4pm in the app. I'm sure at 4pm you will be updating different date and time and take no action while we struggle without internet! There is no regard for customers and no mechanism to escalate also. I need a proper commitment and a timeline within today by when Internet issue will be resolved. This is unacceptable.
