I had called multiple times to @ACTFibernet and i waited approx. 10 mins for every call to talk with customer care..but your employees will lift the call and keep themselves in mute and they will not speak anything..a deep silence...This is not expected form you @ACTFibernet .

@ACTFibernet - I am trying to contact the digital TV team for not getting TV channels at home. U don't even have a service number and I have been trying to reach out from morning. Can anyone atleast call me back..ridiculous service.

@ACTFibernet have raised complaint multiple times. But, no answer from your team, it's been 3days. I need immediate resolution. If you can't provide the proper service which you promise to the customers then let us know that you are not capable.Will find another service provider

@ACTFibernet Sorry to say this but it is really pathetic to use ACT services, first is the internet keeps breaking down every other day and the worst part is if I have any query and that is not listed out there then I don't have a POC or direct approach to reach out to you
