@ACTFibernet SR 10163304289976 for escalation call back is raised.. Any update on that? And ensure the connection is at port 1. Every year when we pay the annual fee, the customer care says the connection is at port 2 and the reimbursement for power connection is denied.

@ACTFibernet One of the worst services with the aim of defrauding the customers. Literally, my refund request which was raised due to no option left on myside because of their incompetency .I have been waiting for my refund past 20 days now.
