    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet The app keeps saying it will be resolved today, every day. Please communicate transparently and prioritize this. We’re paying for a service we don’t even have, and mobile internet in the area is a huge struggle.

    @airtelindia is trash. @ACTFibernet is trash. They outright lie instead of being upfront with their customers. No wonder why the customers have trust issues.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD When I tried for disconnection they simply said no refund. I have taken 6months package. Now they are neither disconnecting the service nor established the connection.

Issues by locality: - Nagole: 14-day outages, no resolution. - Alkapoor Township: Ongoing cable laying delays. - Babul Reddy Nagar: 11-day downtime, zero support. - Ramanthapur/Sharadha Nagar: 6+ day outages, unresponsive teams. - Himayatnagar: 8-day service down, affecting multiple households. - Manikonda: Cable cuts stalled services. - Bandlaguda/Jubilee Hills: Persistent outages. - General Hyderabad: Frequent disconnections, rude customer care, document harassment (e.g., GST claims).
