So #ACTfibernet is again unable to process a service request. For my break in connection they have informed that they will look into it tomorrow. This is why I never feel like getting an annual membership. SAD.

ACT is the worst fiber ever. Atleaset airtel had the decency of customer maintanence till the install. ACT guys are attending the call only till you pay them. Also extorting more amount after the payment. Still no connection even after extra payment. #AvoidACTFiber @ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet Your ACT Fibernet ticket no SR10265130798574 has been reopened. You can track the status using the ACT Fibernet app. Team ACT. It was closed without any resolution. May I know when the support person will visit the site and upgrade the router.

@ACTFibernet we facing network down whenever there is power shutdown in our area. We even shown our willingness to install distribution switch on our premises with our generator power but nothing happening... Its ridiculous for not having proper distribution system

@ACTFibernet what a horrible experience I am having right now. The concerned team/ officials have least bothered to look into issue(not able to receive internet service) from over past 2 days. The time and date has passed the ETR and not a single response. Disgusted!!
