@ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet Your request SR10163316413204 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 10/23/2021 12:00:00 PM. No response from any act field executive. Not solve the problem till now. Once in a 15 days connectivity issue. Already 30 hours gone.

Whomever have OTT box and Wi-Fi router of @ACTFibernet, while disconnecting service never ever give back these devices,please dont do that mistake these @ACTFibernet are not professional after collecting they won't do refund these @ACTFibernet are not trustworthy,have faced issue

@ACTFibernet When ? After 4 to 5 days . No reply no service, no communication, work is getting delayed . No response. I will personally made a campaign to every one that not to use act broadband.

FROM Past 2days Am following up for Network Issue, But U ppl never responded by Phone or Email. I've called Ur Customer care they are Sleeping in the Office. I think they don't bother Customer problems it seems. Also ur Technician are never turned on-time.#ACTFibernet #ACTFIBER

@ACTFibernet how sick your service has been and how arrogant your technicians are.. with frequent power cuts there is so much issues with ur connectivity and technicians are least bothered.. but you tk payments on time right.. minimum service is our right and the least we expect
