    @ACTFibernet 2/n On 9th of December I received the bill for the current month(1st to 31st December). When I enquired about the same from the customer care, they are saying the offer was for November month and not December.

    @ACTFibernet You representative are so unprofessional they don’t pick up the calls nor call back if a new is applied for But if the payment is due you guys have mechanisms to call the customer asking for the payment every 1hr But for customers issues you guys hide your self .
