Received an email asking for feedback. The feedback link doesn't work. Not sure what's happening. The disconnections happens frequently. The engineer did not update me with the issue. If the problem persists need to find an alternative. @ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet Have trouble with the junction box power supply as it was taken from neighbor’s home. Can’t knock them every time to switch on. Need resolution.
