Complaint (SR10280081837574) raised, constant follow ups, but same empty reassurances & still no fix. At this point, it’s not a delay, it’s just being ignored. Clear deficiency in service.

I want my refund of Rs. 4350 to be processed immediately. It's your fault to not recover the asset on time.

In the 10 day gap there are 2 service disruptions of more than 24 hours. Faster service. FYI I will not renew further and will end the services by July 2026 as mine is a quarterly plan.
