    Hey @ACTFibernet do you still exist? I was trying to raise a ticket since yesterday afternoon and it was raised at 8pm as per your records. Were your support tickets issues manually at counter or it was a Home delivery as I see such delay, ONE & ONKY WORST SERVICE PROVIDER EVER.

    @ACTFibernet Hi Team, recently I took new ACT fibernet connection of 3 months but due to some reasons I had to get it disconnected. As per CC team, I should get my full refund within 5 working days but till now I didn't received my refund. Please resolve my issue.

    @ACTFibernet This seems like a dead-end to me. I request callbacks and that won't happen.I must have called at least 30 times so far . This is by far the worst customer service I have seen .

    @ACTFibernet I gave ample time to fix this boss, Guess how many days It's 60 days and still I face this sort of issue every 15days. My job is at stake bcz of you.

    @ACTFibernet Complaint #SR10257205396072 dtd 27/5. There's no internet for 5 days.The Service engineer/customer-care do not respond. They do not escalate the issue. Was promised a call back which hasn't happened. Every month it's the same story! Can we please expect a resolution?

    @ACTFibernet Solved last evening but my mobile has only one account kindly kottivakkam address account as it’s disconnected . Your field ppl are aware and so too ur customer support & email record is there. Ensure it’s updated.
