@ACTFibernet Please ensure you have people who are skilled for the job. Not just pulling the cables all over the places. Worst part is you dont have escalation team as well. Any ways I cannot work form home with such connect nor i have any more confidence.

@ACTFibernet Hi, tried raising a shifting request multiple times from app but it crashes at the last step everytime. Your customer care number ends abruptly after a recorded message that request needs to be raised through app only. How do you expect customer to raise a request?

@ACTFibernet Technicians close tickets even without visiting the premises. I complain about the speed while having paid extra for speed and they blame it on the router. I complain about intermittent connection and all I hear is, please don't raise a ticket - we'll come fix it

@ACTFibernet There is no internet since morning as the cable is broken. I've raised a complaint on the app. There's no update from #ACTFibernet. Such bad service!!! I've raised the complaint regarding the cable in the past as well however you guys don't seem to bother about it.
