  @ACTFibernet If I wouldn't have re-activated the connection myself then you would have a lot of offers for me to retain the customer but since I did it myself no started acting rude. I have all the proof of this biased behaviour. I will raise it with @jagograhakjago officially

  @ACTFibernet My internet's been suspended for an unpaid bill. Requested a plan downgrade & resumption yesterday, but still no response or connection. Terrible customer service! Please fix this ASAP. #ACTFibernet #CustomerService
