@ACTFibernet is it a crime to be a customer of yours as I am getting the legal notice every other day to pay the dues, though I already have settled those long time back. I tried to reach out the customer support for plenty of times, still no attention has been paid yet.

@ACTFibernet it's the 2nd day of the connection and internet is down from last 8 hours. no response from any representative. I switched to ACT as I heard good feedback. But I believe I have to switch back to my old network. At least they used to correct the problem immediately.
