@ACTFibernet our connection was lost around 11 PM yesterday, 5th Sep and yet to be restored @ 6th Sep 8.20PM! Not even a call from your team despite the complaint.. why boast about excellent service and app based service when you can't attend to actual issues on the ground..

@ACTFibernet what's wrong with your service? In between 10 days 3 times I have registered complaint regarding connectivity issues. Every month I'm paying bills on time regardless I don't get full month proper service.

@ACTFibernet 8:31 AM you asked for 12 hrs. 8:31 PM changed the ETR to 1PM next day. 30 hours for a resolution. Internet gone for total of 48 hrs. No comm. from ACT team whatsoever. I am spending money on mobile internet plans. So let me discontinue using ACT and will use mobile internet.
