  @ACTFibernet very poor customer relation centre. I called 5 times since morning, people keep on disconnecting my call. Billing discrepancy raised, no proper response should I wait for some one to resolve or move to another service provider.

  @ACTFibernet worst service given by act team. Even after reaching nodal desk, no resolution given. Wrong commitment done in start of service and no responsibility taken by anyone.. Cheating the customers by sending invalid bills and not responding.

  @ACTFibernet I have been facing issues with your internet services again and again twice in a row internet got disabled. Non of your members are bothered to resolve the issue. I need a permanent solution. I can't keep running behind your service team. I hope this gets escalated.
