  @ACTFibernet I am not asking your company anything impossible. Just give me the internet speed that was advertised for 549/- plan & that is 40 mbps not 38 mbps or anything less. And please tell your employees to be respectful to customers If you can't then I won't be your customer for long.

  @ACTFibernet my life worst decision to take act fiber network. One of the worst internet provider. Stop advertising yourself. You cant just keep us waiting like this. Due to ACT i have to face problems in my meetings and online calls. Worst decision to have ACT.

  @ACTFibernet my account number is 102589118964. In my location each day two times my wifi gets no network. I need to call the person and then it takes 2 hours to resolve that. Can you please give us a good connection. Or give me full refund. Worst and pathetic service provider.
