    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Dear friends Never take ACT connections if you are going to be shifting to new place. They just dont refund or adjust amount for previous connection. Its a waste being with ACT . Better to move to a better service provider

    @ACTFibernet Shocking negligence by @ACTFibernet! My connection (A/c No: 101714859428) has not been reactivated on relocation despite 10 days’ advance notice & repeated follow-ups. No service, no accountability, only excuses. This is outright deficiency of service. Please do needful ASAP.

    @shamir_biswas @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Two reps from Sainikpuri not responding last 48hrs +91 95150 38324 Uday / santosh +91 95055 07214. Accountablity = 0. ACT has caused 5 deaths by using elect poles. Compensation for dead and live users is a must. ACT should lose their Licence. Disgraceful customer service.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD whole apartment has the internet connection but every other week only I face these internet issues like every damn week I have to book a ticket & wait for 3 days to get resolved iam done with your pathetic service , time to shift for jio or airtel
