    Hello @ACTFibernet @FiberAct You have the most useless wifi service It's been 5 days since the internet is down and there is 0 action on your end Neither anyone is bothered enough to address the issue nor your engineer is picking up calls. Most useless ISP.

    @smasithick It doesn't matter as Long as price is on a higher side people won't use that easily. Look at me I Brought jio air fibre base plan which cost 599+ GST it's way to costly for that 30MBPS. Now I'm using @ACTFibernet which cost almost 3500 for 6 months with 1 additional month as a Bonus. I'm getting better speeds and also FUP is at 3.3TB unlikely @jio Air Fiber which limited to 1TB post the speeds are the worst

    @ACTFibernet can you provide an update on the ticket SR10180709586464? My work is completely on-hold due to this. There was issue with other service providers as well but they have fixed it on priority,only act customers are facing issue in my area since yesterday #actfibernet

    @ACTFibernet It has been 3 days without an internet connection, and the lack of communication has been extremely disappointing. Complaint ID: SR10180703898654 Despite raising a complaint, there have been no meaningful updates, no clear explanation of the issue, and no realistic timeline for resolution. Customers should not have to chase support repeatedly just to receive basic information. As a customer on an annual plan, I expect my subscription to be extended for the entire duration of this outage. Paying for a service that has not been delivered is unacceptable. The outage is frustrating enough, but the complete lack of transparency and accountability from ACT Fibernet is even more concerning. I expect an immediate restoration of service and confirmation of compensation for the downtime. #ACTFibernet

    I get call from act and when i pick, it gets disconnected instantly. Team keeps closing the issue like this is account team issue or service team issue or we will change router. 15days passed in june and not able to use net properly. @ACTFibernet @jagograhakjago @consumerforum_
