    @ACTFibernet phone and after listening all the problem statement they put my call on hold and after 10-15min it was disconnected and this was repeated 3 times, then finally i have decided to put all the matters here...Ur team not informed about any downtime for this transfer..

Appreciated field team support(Hiren patel & Sandeep Chavda) Total downtime : 24hrs Troubleshooting : 4hrs Note : Kindly improve Sales team (Chirag & Rohit Makwana) and NOC team support which seems very poor.

    @ACTFibernet 3 months completed but still no action....😡 I don't know still how many days will you take to resolve this.. Do 1 things send me your contact number, so that i will call you... Because if i leave it upto you then it will take 3yrs or more.. Shame on your customer service..

    @ACTFibernet and @ZEE5India are pretty pathetic. I've tried disconnecting my Zee5 membership for 6 months with no success. I've asked ACT guys to do it on my behalf as they charge me Rs. 99 every month for it when I've requested multiple times to cancel it.

    @ACTFibernet Hi Team, i am using ACT Internet from last more than 2 years, but the pathetic customer care service which i am facing today is really disappointing me. I have raised request for Internet Ownership transfer from my name to my Spouse name. Today somewhere 1PM..

    @ACTFibernet almost 5 to 6 call and keep asking the update this is how you treat your customers while payment you will be humble and keep promising and after once payment done you will ignore your customers Haan. And what kind of customers support you kept in your in call centre
