We have opted yearly subscription bcz we need your service. I am not even able to login to selfcare website. It's really pathetic. I stay in Pragathi Nagar, Ramanthapur.

I raised a ticket on your app and I got a message that it will be resolved by 9 PM tonight. It's already 10:15 PM but internet is still not working and all my attempts to reach on Customer care is just a long wait.
