    @kingslyj @ACTFibernet @RT_com No, it's got something to do with ACT. It doesn't work normally, it doesn't work with encrypted DNS, it works with a VPN, it works on mobile Internet with that same encrypted DNS. So it isn't the website itself that's the problem.

    I think its time we switch to @airtelindia instead of @ACTFibernet I hope #airtelxstreamfiber will be a good choice and most importantly the service level should be good.

    Hi @ACTFibernet, Please be inform to your customers that when internet is down and on next step checking the internet problem is minor or major problem and how much time it take to complete based on the problem intimate to the customers, so that they can plan accordingly. (1/2)
