@ACTFibernet Thank u.Ur mobile is not very friendly and there is no real customer care available at ur app to listen nd resolve the customer problem.very frustrating IVR and chat bot u have in ur mobile app.Very outdated App interface u have. Time to adapt modern way.

@ACTFibernet Hi Team, your backend service is really pathetic. Our services has been disrupted when we chose to upgrade our plan and apparently it takes 48 hours to resolve . What a shame! #Pathetic

@ACTFibernet four days shifted my house, daily I am running behind your customer care for reconnecting, no response may same response from your team fed up completely. Worst response team ever, nearby house is using Act net what is there to check feasibility don't fool around
