@ACTFibernet Your service is full of crap. I didn't even use the internet after the billing date and your representative is saying I have to pay for two months I did not use to get the connection activated. Everytime I raise a service request, there is problem.

@ACTFibernet appalled by the service. I paid for 6 months upfront but apparently there's no feasibility in my area. Still haven't received my refund. It has been 12 days since the refund was supposedly issued by ACT.
