@ACTFibernet Tried reaching ACT people for account activation multiple times with unsuccessful attempts . Sent email with BALA Malladi in loop. Still no waiver for poor service. But the team was prompt in disconnecting service for 8 year loyal customer

@ACTFibernet But I thank you for the service provided for the past 8 years , as I am not a machine and value people and service. You lost a loyal customer who referred multiple people for ACT due to the way you handled a customer.
