@ACTFibernet @balamalladi ceo In a month 4 times we face internet connectivity issue and Evey time you take 24 to 48 hrs to fix the issue than what is point of taking postpaid connection with high tarrif plan. Can anyone resolved this ASAP

@ACTFibernet I have been contacting the ACT team since a couple of months. I tried reaching out on almost every platform available to speak to legal team. This is the 143rd consecutive day I'm posting my issue in public. When will this be settled? When will I get JUSTICE...???

This is the 3rd time this month alone i am facing no internet with @airtelindia broadband. They only go for temporary solutions fix and leave and then after few days again their is not internet. I found a permanent solution shifting to @ACTFibernet.

so I stopped working now. Had to recharge airtel net pack and post on twitter. @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD ACT Fibernet SUCKS @airtelindia do you’ll provide internet broadband service in my locality? Please say yes. I would love to switch to Airtel right away.

@ACTFibernet doing work from home, internet not working since morning. raised complain, called customer care, called technician. No one giving a damn to my issue. That sucks. If issue does not get fixed till evening, gonna get disconnected forever. Ticket no: SR10164550148114
