    I have choosen @ACTFibernet above other services thinking I would have hassle free service. Attracting customers to become users by giving false information and once subscribed you just want us to pay for service which we will not receive. Great broadband server ever.

    @ACTFibernet @ActfiberC after connection is given, there is no proper response from your customer care Chennai. I have been raising tickets every month now atleast once for disconnectivity issue for the past one year. No proper resolution is given to us.

    @ACTFibernet Your ticket SR10363691889450 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 12/15 (MM/DD) between 09:00 to 13:00. Team ACT Disconnected broadband 2 months back still am not receive my refund amount. Customer support doesnt have proper solution.

    @ACTFibernet I am raising a complaint again and again since a month but my problem is not getting solved. I raised the complaint about fluctuations in my speed. If you can't solve my problem then disconnect my wifi. I will go with some other broadband.

    @ACTFibernet worst service provider ever. Because of your poor service I'm getting stressed every two weeks. My internet will have problem every two weeks and I have to raise complaint. Inspite of continuous escalation and followup my issue will not be resolved. SR10263691760174.
