@ACTFibernet one of the worst internet service provider. When complaints raised u take ages to reply and assure u will be contacted and that never happens if bill is delayed by 1/2days start calling hell number of times. reconnection requests is never taken. new ones are ignored

@ACTFibernet It's Day 5, even today there is no updates.There is no proper response, my calls have been kept on hold for hours together with no resolution. I'm so sick and tired of calling and literally begging for the restoration of the internet. Such pathetic service you guys provide.

@ACTFibernet Everyday I cant be calling customer care and wait for 24 hours to understand that there is no progress. Why the hell you had to take our money in advance if you are not able to provide the connection.We have paid 3 months fee and it has been 14 days. @consumerforum_
