@ACTFibernet DMed you details but question is more on how come app doesn't allow that? Should I file a complaint with consumer forum on how ACT is working in bad faith and doesn't allow customers to downgrade plan from App.

@ACTFibernet Have a minimal decency to respond to matters and admit if you are incapable of doing it. Anyways have filed a consumer complaint (docket number - 2857588) and will be filing another complaint with district consumer commissions and will be sharing you all details/e-notice.

@ACTFibernet When we ask to disconnect the customer care knows to call thousand time to re confirm and tell we will be charged and when we have some issues it's least considered.. Never expected such a service from ActFibernet
