@ACTFibernet Issue was fixed temporarily. Told tech to replace jack as it didn’t fit WAN port; he adjusted something and it worked briefly. Now no internet again. If not fixed this time permanently, you’ll lose a loyal 7–8 year customer. SR10177618508124 @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD

Pathetic service from @ACTFibernet. My internet was down from yesterday morning. Two ETRs has passed still the connection is down. Helpdesk is impossible to reach. They say a support engineer will call be back in 30mins but no one called. Most reliable internet in city, my foot.
