    @ACTFibernet Team, upset with your customer support of not resolving internet connectivity issue upon multiple follow-ups and NO proper response. I am sadly would like to stop availing ACT Fibernet internet service. Let me the procedure to unregister the service. Thank you.

    @ACTFibernet your customer service sucks!!!Four people in our house are without internet during online classes/work...its been two days since we last complained and yet there is no resolution.

    @ACTFibernet How is it that ACT network happens to be reliable but it's service personnel are incredibly slack. I have been waiting for 3 days to be called so I may have the network reconnected in my new house and the buck keeps getting passed. This is not just frustrating but also very sad

    @ACTFibernet the quality your of service in #vizag is decreasing day by day. Had a broken fibre cable issue, raised the request and entire day passed but no technician even visited the location and when being called, they cut the call from front.

    @ACTFibernet Issue not resolved yet. Your timeline closed yesterday itself. It been beyond 24 hours still you guys hesitate to contact regarding my update. I paid 1000 and not providing me refund not router. Almost 1 year and shows your customer service works

    Anyone in India using @ACTFibernet and its pathetic service? My internet went kaput on 5th May on a pre-paid connection ending on 17th June. They are still processing the refund. Service for them is a joke. Sent 100 emails getting reassuring replies but no refund. #cheats?

    @ACTFibernet dooms day is not far for you guys! Pathetic is the understatement for the service you guys provided. Router not collected yet. Shifting not initiated yet after 3 days of waiting. I don’t have words to explain the kind of poor service you provide.

    @excitel_rocks Facing terrible internet speed I raised a ticket also on Excitel app, the internet is dropping since yesterday What a crap service you are giving I m using a 100mbps plan & u are giving 7mbps r8 now after my plan got expired I definitely go with @ACTFibernet
