    @ACTFibernet is doing doing fraud in monthly bill generation.. they are charging penalty amount when the users opt to halt the internet and try to restore after some duration. For this idle duration users have to pay penalty. I'm going to raise complaint in consumer forum

    @ACTFibernet Ya...grievance was addressed by suspending my connection again by promising that invoice issue is pending for approval.... was this tweet of any use?? Now I need to start exploring other internet service providers.....sheer negligence is noted in the service.

    @ACTFibernet your customer support is worst to its core. Shifting request raised 5 days back, no one calls, without even attending the SR, request keeps closing. I have been behind your people at Tarnaka since 3 days, WFH is being badly effected.

    @ACTFibernet It is still not fixed. Your team has already taken 2 days. Call me I want to talk to your executive. What's the point in promoting your brand when you take days to fix an issue? I'm going to make sure that everone I'm in touch with me will know about your services.
