    @ACTFibernet You want to say that you will not issue/activate connection without payment but with renew them without the consent of the connection holder and ask for payment. Don't you think it's totally injustice

    Hey @ACTFibernet I pay for a costly plan to use 3.3TB/mo But Ofcourse - cannot use more than 200GB in a month - 90% downtime! It has been months, my patience does not exists anymore Why to push some to takeover your POP hubs, let’s kill the whole network no? Unhinged ffs

    @ACTFibernet Hi Team, i have applied for new connection and even paid for 3 months. Still I’m waiting for a week now and whenever I call customer care, they say booking team will call back but never calls.

    @ACTFibernet Seems you guys only had to turn the switch back on! The issue got resolved less than 5 mins after your response on x and via mail. Unfortunate that I had to wait 40+hours in the National capital for broadband to be restored. Messaged u my registered mobile no.. @TRAI

    I want I my money back soon, so that I can switch to @ACTFibernet . Atleast they provide the routers which has inbuild VPN support.
