  @ACTFibernet am not going to recommend this broadband to anyone, one of the worst customer service and till today i am receiving all communication with incorrect name. Had wasted my 4hrs of time and still the issue didnt got resolved. I wont recommend this provider to anyone.

  @ACTFibernet Been TWO days since Internet has stopped working and the app keeps giving false ETAs but no one is fixing the issue! Had to login for work about 2hrs ago! What’s the point of such an internet connection in such times when we need it mainly for work! Disappointing! Kindly assist.

  @ACTFibernet Your team closed the ticket without resolution of issues and called for the same to Customer care No response from the Executives , I raised the complaint regarding connection issue not getting internet from last 2 days . My work has stopped from last 3days.

  @ACTFibernet frequently facing same problem and really no proper & fixed solution still now, just check how many times i have reported with the same problem, please think about user, struggling lot because of your carelessness. This time need a fixed solution for this @TRAI @reliancejio

  @ACTFibernet Please cancel my booking of Enquiry No.110635800164, A/c No.110635815428 and refund my paid amount in my credit card account. Your sales Person committed for same day installation on 28th November but your installation technician saying that Port is not vacant. Why ?
