    @ACTFibernet, @rsprasad If the customer account has been de-activated as they moved to a different location, where they do not have ACT service, why are you not been able to credit back the balance amount to the customers bank. what is the use of it ?

    @ACTFibernet continues.... issue. Nobody, literally nobody is looking into it. And you guys should learn this famous quote 'Talk less, work more'. I myself went to my building and resolved it myself.
