@ACTFibernet @blazingBrainz I have raised around 30 tickets from April 2020 . Whatever we do they are providing pathetic service. Better to switch to other provider. Post my plan ends,I am also looking for other services in my area

@ACTFibernet May be this I am listening from past 3 months. I am an old customer and you are treating like this means and I can understand the situation of others. The person who comes to fix doesn't have the basic sense to give a permanent fix for the connection issue. Better to discontinue

Dear @ACTFibernet it is very irritating about your poor network. From afternoon onwards i am facing this issue even after raising a complaint no one is ready to respond/solve to it. Worst service. Better to switch to another network what i can say 🙏🏻
