    @ACTFibernet one of the pathetic ISP and customer care. Took new connection 15 days back 300mbps with mesh,i started seeing packet drop 37-40% every 5 mints. Raised request but kept on changing ETA, now i have disconnected connection but haven’t received any refund communication

    @ACTFibernet I have been telling the same u and ur customer service both are pathetic and incompetent. If I don’t receive my money in next 2-3 days will throw ur garbage box out my balcony. So let me know

    @JioCare From past one week i am facing Jio wifi internet issue. its keeps fluctuating.I am not seeing option to contact customer care. One of the worst service. If you can't resolve i will move to Actfibernet.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD i an facing internet connectivity issues from last 2 weeks. Your executives are not able to understand a simple problem that “internet drops frequently” 4 technicians has already visited, every day one or other person is calling.

    @ACTFibernet Extremely disappointed with your pathetic service. I raised a complaint at 1:30 PM regarding my internet outage and was assured that it would be resolved by 9:00 PM. I even contacted customer support and requested urgent action, yet as of 9:30 PM, the issue remains unresolved. What's worse, there has been zero communication or update from your team. I work from home, and your negligence has caused me to lose an entire working day. This level of service is unacceptable. What compensation do you intend to provide for the financial and professional loss caused by your failure to resolve the issue within the committed timeline?

    @ACTFibernet Whenever a complaint about a disconnection arises, it takes you at least two to four days to fix it, whereas other Wi-Fi companies resolve the same issue within half an hour to an hour. Why is this the case? Why don't you improve your company's service?

    @ACTFibernet Why do I have to make over 10 calls and wait for hours on call to get a Wifi installed (despite after making a payment)? Absolutely terrible service No one from backend or escalations team even calling back after several escalations!

    @ACTFibernet It's been over 48 hours since I raised my complaint and there's still zero resolution - only repeated timeline changes with no actual fix. This is unacceptable service. Kindly escalate this immediately and resolve the issue TODAY. #actfibernet #issue #bad_service

    @ACTFibernet That’s pretty smart I see. Well you closed the earlier ticket cause it had 10AM eta. New ticket got 2pM next day so you get more time. I have already lost entire day worth of it, reopened the closed ticket. Why no resolution or follow up yet.

    @ACTFibernet Your handling of Complaint ID SR11080784930694 is unacceptable. Internet services remain unavailable, complaints are repeatedly delayed, and there is no accountability from support, technicians, or management. Repeated negligence . Do you have any shame?@ACT_Issues
