    @ACTFibernet Overall performance of ACT Broadband has been pretty bad for last few months. Webpages are getting downloaded very slowly and very difficult to watch OTT movies. Kindly investigate and fix the issue on priority.

    @ACTFibernet most pathetic customer care, accounts and escalation team. four months since they have not been able to fix a simple account problem and keep suspending and reactivating my account after several days from escalation. Shame on you and your service
