@ACTFibernet This is the worst network I have used so far. It's getting disconnected frequently and after raising an issue with the local person of ACT, they would say tecnician would be sent and they are saying it from yesterday morning.

@ACTFibernet WTF its been more than 48hrs since I lodged a complaint and still no response. Please fix it I need to attend my online classes. Why is that you people intentionally reduce the speed every month and I have to register a complaint and wait for another 24hrs each time.

I have discontinued the service two weeks backs. However the Box is yet to be disconnected from my EB and It is used by several other users. I had already requested cust care multiple times to remove the box from my EB. No response yet. Can you please check. @ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet Have been literally following up with act executive called Manjunath from past 3 days. +91 89517 87511 number as mentioned. He makes me wait 2 hours everyday and then never shows up neither receives my phone calls. Pre connection experience. I think it's a mistake.

@ACTFibernet it's been two weeks since I raised a ticket to degrade my plan, but the issue has not been resolved and you have suspended the connection, fair it is? If you couldn't resolve one small issue, then how can you fix it if any major issue comes across?
