@ACTFibernet How come I can’t change plan for my act Fibrenet prepaid connection and this is how you serve your users right? If I reach out to your customer care I’m on a long hold and call disconnects. I need to have change plan option enabled on my act Fibrenet app itself. Horr

@ACTFibernet Had very worst experience yesterday... Got server down yesterday morning at 10.00 am... Complaint to customer care and they told with in 4 to 5 hours problem will resolve. But after 24 hours no one called from act side. And now estimated time revised to 9.00 pm..
