    @ACTFibernet After two days you guys will say name change charge cannot be waived. Don't you guys have basic ethic to inform customer that I will be charged for name change? Don't look customer in pandemic situation. You guys are the biggest cheaters.Better to switch to @JioCare .@Mukeshcv

    @ACTFibernet it has been more than 5 days that I registered a complaint with you guys, our wifi has been down for 5 days now! No agent showed up, this is so much inconvenience! Please refund the payment and cancel your internet services.
