    @ACTFibernet No internet from long time, same issues every day and when you call customer support the default response we get is they have registered the complaint and technicians will look into it. It's a pain specifically since we are working from home.

    Sooo.... What now? I mean I've cancelled my plans to stay at home caz @ACTFibernet asked me to so the engineer can come and resolve the issue.These guys just leave without even telling me what's up the internet? Atleast let me know that you couldn't figure out the problem? No? Ok

    @ACTFibernet The service worst at Doddenekundi, not even getting the speed I am paying for. Some times whole day no internet access.

    @ACTFibernet service is so pathetic in Whitefield. Technician hasn't yet installed router even though the quarterly plan has been activated. Asking to wait for 7 days, is that how you harass customers?

    @ACTFibernet Ticket no: SR10165822080234 raised on Thursday ( 8/9/2022) 8.50 PM till now it’s not resolved. I made many calls to customer support but they are still making ticket high priority but no one is visiting.

    @ACTFibernet One can never trust Act fibernet. Not getting network since 3 days now. Still there is no SLA on when it will be resolved. My 3 days office work got impacted. Who will pay for that?? @ianuragthakur @MIB_India

    Internet down since over 24 hours. Ticket has been opened, ETR already crossed. Got a message morning stating connectivity restored, but internet still down, no response on customer care ! @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD
