@ACTFibernet I recently bought my own WiFi router and wanted to return the #ACT provided router and stop the rental as well for it. Have been trying to raise the same request via app chatbot, but its not helping, please sort this issue out and fix my billing.

@ACTFibernet , I was promised installation the same day and was called continuously for payment. After payment, I got an sms saying installation is by next day btw 9am and 1 pm. It’s 7:55pm now. No calls from them till now. And worst part, the guy who onboarded does not respond.

No internet for over 30 hours! As a loyal @ACTFibernetHYD customer for nearly 10 years (with yearly payments), this is the worst service ever. Constantly giving false ETRs and delaying the issue without resolution. Totally unacceptable. #ACTFibernet #InternetOutage #Frustrated

@ACTFibernet Your services are good but only when the cable network breaks, it’s hell beyond words. Why cabling is so haphazard, dangerously hanging everywhere frequently prone to disconnections? This compels to switch to a better service provider.
