@ACTFibernet Its regarding SR10264431575821 my disconnection request. I was told that my remaining amount can not be transferred to the source of payment. As it can only be act credit. Why do I need to keep credit if will never be able to use it. @TRAI @RBI

Hello @ACTFibernet excellent service!!!! Even after paying Rs 6394( as instructed by you),I'm getting internet speed of 0.78MBPS..Great..I have raised IT ticket for the same but but got response " it will addressed tomorrow " this is amazing 👏

@ACTFibernet i switch to act as it state that powerback up and alternate days am facing internet connection interruption disconnect for long period todays since 12:30 there is no internet this is what you provide services to the valuable customer. A/C no 101638669299
