  @ACTFibernet Good Updates given by SMS from the ACT app on a tech.issue.Also the Madurai Service Engineer Mr.Karthik Natha was very prompt&giving updates every 30 mins.The Best part is he committed before 15.00 today but completed by 14.00.Congrats&Good Customer Service by ACT🙏

  Anyone know a good alternative to @ACTFibernet ? The worst customer service and their app is unresponsive most of the time. I need to change from this slow and unreliable connection.

  @ACTFibernet The worst service for Support in Hyderabad, struggling since 5 days, calling customer care since 5 days, everytime I get an answer is will resolve in 24hours, but its 5 days the problem is resolved.
