    @ACTFibernet by mistake taken new account in existing registered mobile hence facing challange in OTT. Need to change the mobile number in the new account. Please help. Customer care is saying nothing can be done. sales person not even lifting the call post new connection.

    @gayatri008_16 @ACTFibernet Broadband is not as your mobile network Some times if any lines disconnected it takes time to fix Always it can't be fixed in 1 hour or 2

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Really disappointed with ACT. Internet is not working properly despite raising multiple complaints about buffering and slow speed, and the issue is still not resolved. The only suggestion is to restart the router,but that hasn’t fixed anything.

    @Airtel_Presence Too late, I already got the @ACTFibernet installed the same day, crazy service by them - you do not care about your customers' time anymore

    @ACTFibernet WiFi not working since yesterday almost 24 hrs now No technician assigned, no way to contact support, no updates. This keeps happening again and again connection drops randomly and takes hours to fix. Completely unacceptable service. Acc: 118743660976

    @ACTFibernet Pathetic service experience. I requested a connection shift within the same society, yet there has been no action from your team. Multiple follow-ups, but zero response or accountability. This delay is unacceptable for such a basic request.
