ACT neither seems to hv a plan to resolve the issue faced nor d intent to address d issues raised. Well such empty apologies are pointless & carry no weight of serious intent to make a customer experience better.

Whenever I appeal to discontinue the service they say they will send the technician right away but till now no progress. Pathetic service and no way I am going to continue now. @ACTFibernet

Meher Siva (@meher_siva) reported@ACTFibernet is the worst service provider you can ever opt. They talk more and do nothing. I paid ₹750 for Amazon Fire stick on 20th April. The same needs to be given with activation within 3 days at max. It's been more than 10 days and no response. Say no to @ACTFibernetHYD
