@ACTFibernetHYD I am one of the oldest customer of @ACTFibernet Two months no Internet and yet to be fixed. My internet was disconnected due to wire cut on Aug 19th. My first complaint was on Aug 28th. My Ticket was closed on Oct 9th without resolving. A/c:1011000739652

@ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet how many more years needed to rectify the connection . Its more than a week and still connection not restored in hyathnagar see school area. ETA keeps changes to next day daily . Worst service

@ACTFibernet This is a frequent issue . According to my experience it's going to take 2-3days. That's your usual time. And your representative doesn't answer calls. Highly unprofessional and untrustworthy service #
