@ACTFibernet @SandyMohanG @ACTFibernet - Have never seen such a bad customer service. I have reached out to Field agents, dropped a mail , wrote in Twitter, what else you want your customers to do to get the issue sorted ? The one thing I expect is the response.

@ACTFibernet has become useless these days. I have at least two outages every month for as long as two days. Terrible service. Even now my internet isn't working and it's been 8 hours since I raised the ticket. Painful to know that I've already paid for 6 months. Wish I hadn't.

@ACTFibernet Dear Act Fiber, Please look into my SR ticket number: SR10167573826794, was raised on 17.04.2023 morning as there was wifi not connecting. After some time the issue was resolved and ticket was closed after confirmation. Next morning same issue was pertaining,

@ACTFibernet worst and the worst service I called customer care 15-20 times either they place call on mute or disconnect asked for router after upgrading the plan since last 15 days they have not delivered the router and denied to refund my money. #worstservice
