    @ACTFibernet It still says "Awaiting for ETR". We don't have any visibility to the resolution time. This is really inconvenient for us.

    @ACTFibernet There is some issue with your digital tv services located in Eluru, A.P. for quite some time. Made several complaints but no action was taken till now. Please look into this and advise the concerned to fix this asap. Thanks. #Actdigital #ACT

    Hey @ACTFibernet your service is pathetic. Your technicians are damn arrogant. The tickets we raise don't get resolved even after 12 hours. Seriously thinking of changing

    I lost internet from more than hour ago , I raised ticket as well no one has came to resolve @ACTFibernet , give me refund I will switch to another service provider

    @ACTFibernet They resoved today connectivity issues. But as soon as power goes its getting disconnected, we have power backup, but looks like ACT network doesnt have. We tired opening complaints. Its very unprofessional.

    Dear @ACTFibernet 24 hours to fix an internet outage in Bangalore, the so-called Silicon City, is embarrassing. Shouldn’t the SLA be 6 hours or 12 hours at the max. Honestly you should learn from BESCOM on resolution timelines.
