    @ACTFibernet when I called to customer care now , to my surprise they said that request for router is raised on 25th and would take one week but i have paid 6 month adv amount in 21st itself and they told all would be set by 22nd. It's 26th now

    @ACTFibernet what should I do better than paying 6 months in advance for a broadband connection that goes down on an average 2 times a week? Pathetic service... pathetic support! These ISPs simply get away by taking gullible customers for a ride @MIB_India @MoitOfficial

    @ACTFibernet What is the correct process to get monthly bills: 1.Login to portal to find nothing & raise tickets, which get closed w/o solution 2. Call up field engineers, their seniors for a month asking for bills multiple times and get 0. Innovative way to annoy customers

    In the october month, I was not able to use Internet for the whole month due to shifting and other process, but still receiving bill with extra amount when internet is not working. Have continuously complained regarding this, but no solution provided.@ACTFibernet

    On the top of that, they want to install a kind of box in my house with 7 other connections. That means I'm going to pay for the electricity that this ****** box consumes. Apart from that, if any user connected to this box faces any trouble, they will knock my door. @ACTFibernet
