    @ACTFibernet Atleast can you arrange a call back from your technician team.Thr z no call back&no call forwarding option&thr z no info reg ur technician. I dnt know y ur customer center is?if its 1st time even i agree,bt thz 2nd time im facing the same type of worst service frm ur support team

    @ACTFibernet Yet another act of ignorance and nothing interms of service. SR11155866571252 I just wonder how many times i have to raise an issue about the same problem. raised and escalated a lot of times yet no response from customer same problem not every week !!

    Dear @ACTFibernet, SR10155850024042 has been raised 24 hours ago and does not show progress. Please understand the importance of internet during these testing times and kindly resolve the issue at the earliest. If this continues, you will loose a loyal customer to a competitor.

    @ACTFibernet Worst service even after escalating the issue multiple times. The new relocation service request SR10155608622944 closed again without giving any information to me just like they did for my old ticket SR10155006095984.

    @ACTFibernet The router UPS in our building isn't working anymore. When power goes off, so does internet. But I am not able to submit a ticket to request a maintenance service. Can you messaged me and come fix this asap? It has been a week.

    @ACTFibernet Guys it now 4 days without Internet for me. Every day I get automated message that the issue will be resolved and they keep changing the target date. Do you guys have any ownership or responsibility? Shame on you part. Your customer care sucks
