    @ACTFibernet your customer service team was supposed to give my refund of apprx Rs. 4000 by the 29th March. Every time i call them it gets postponed further. How much more should i follow up with your team? If the installation has not happened then isn’t it your duty to process??

    @ACTFibernet Resolution for my ticket is getting delayed and agents respond in the call like their managers told them not to help customers. There is no quality in the response at all. Will someone address my issue at all?

    @ACTFibernet I have been contacting the ACT team since a couple of months. I tried reaching out on almost every platform available to speak to legal team. This is the 141st consecutive day I'm posting my issue in public. When will this be settled? When will I get JUSTICE...???

    @ACTFibernet Received a call from your team to just say our policy is changed and now refund is not possible. If you keep changing policy how would a customer subscribe for long time plans. This isn’t a good ethics to change policy every month and confuse customers. Frustrated
