    @ACTFibernet Hi team, I raised a request for relocation with ticket number: SR10381244929734. I raised it around July 20 and we had no support with the reinstallation. I called support and tried chat, but to no avail. If this the support I'll get, I'd better switch to Jio-Fiber.

    @ACTFibernet I am calling your support number to make changes and it is asking me to register my mobile number. Do you have any human being who can pick up the damn phone? I don't want to register my mobile or install your app.

    @ACTFibernet I need to have with engineer in your common network line also . I want to request him to realign the wire from box to our home !! Since it is in very low height lorry and van pass over will definitely hit . Hence requesting to share or tell him to call me asap please

    @ACTFibernet Your "Business Broadband" is a scam. 3rd outage in a month. Promised SLA: 2 hours. Actual downtime: 2+ days. Zero accountability, zero comm, zero recovery. Businesses pay for reliability, not excuses. Stop selling business connections if you can't deliver them.
