    Repeated outages, wrong diagnosis, refund discussion ignored, and now disconnection ticket closed 3 times without action. Disappointing service from @ACTFibernet.

    @ACTFibernet has to be the most pathetic Internet service provider in Bangalore. Raised a complaint yesterday evening and it's not yet resolved. Internet is down in the entire apartment. Nobody bothered to check or make a call.

    @ACTFibernet You have not done anything, the technician to whome this ticket is assignes is unaware that a ticket has been assigned to him, and this is not the fist time you are such a worthless company running around. I want my issue to be resolved in the next 30 mins from now
