Though there are lot of negative comments, I chose @ACTFibernet assuming they have improved the service but they have proved it WORST again. Your sales guy promised the connection on same day and flew away with money paid. Later all the things which happened was blunder.

@ACTFibernet @MinisterKTR One of the worst service received from ACT. My connection got disconnected 3 months before and now they are asking me to pay for 3 months. I called to customer care and no one is least bother about this. Please help KTR sir.

@ACTFibernet The technician called, he is saying that they are in a meeting and once the meeting is done they will look into my complaint. I asked for any manager’s no to escalate but they aren’t willing to share any no.
