  Dear @ACTFibernet, How can I be on a monthly AND an annual subscription at the same time? Why am I being forced to pay a monthly subscription when I already paid ₹18,000+ for an annual plan months ago? I even paid additional monthly charges despite already being on the annual plan. And now, over a disputed ₹354: Support → Nodal Officer → Appellate Authority Still no working Internet. Please investigate the billing discrepancy for as long as you need.   @ACTFibernet Ypu did nothing. Had it been highlighted to the engineers, the issue would have been fixed by now as the problem is only at my place not at nearby area. My problem is you did not do anything on this ticket
