    @ACTFibernet 8th time in 3 weeks the internet has stopped working, yes you manage to fix it the next day but what's the point of you can't provide a stable connection??

    @ACTFibernet Internet is down for more than 24 hours, complaint number - SR10263355180784. Customer care has no clue about the resolution time but received a message stating that it'll be done by 29/10/2021 11AM but nothing has happened so far!

    @ACTFibernet There were chain of compliants raised and mails sent to Nodal officer, appellate authority. But no resolutions. As your best and quick fix -You are creating tickets and closing them without my response. So decided to post the speed test results for next 100 days. (1/2)

    @ACTFibernet Internet is not working from yesterday afternoon. Ticket # SR10263351620034 logged but no resolution yet. Called and escalated in the morning but still Internet not working and no update has been provided.
