    Bad experience with @ACTFibernet . After my plan expired, they did not give me the option to change Plan. I had to call CC and request a change, and it took almost 72 hrs for them to change. I will switch to @reliancejio or @airtelindia safter this month poor service from ACT.

    I don't need a digital detox. @ACTFibernet makes sure to cut my internet off on a weekly basis to give me a detox 😌. The customer service is so poor that I don't even bother calling anyore. Everyone should use @ACTFibernetHYD 👐

    ACT Fibernet ticket no SR10266773116214 has been reopened. You can track the status using the ACT Fibernet app. Team ACT. Ticket being closed without contacting resolving. No one answering the call. Anil is the TL who never responds to calls or WhatsApp messages. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet no# SR10166730849543 raised a complaint last week as per ur commitment u say to resolve it in 24 hours,called up customer care thrice since yesterday no sense of priority. do u have a code of commitment towards customer. I don’t want to continue with act.
