    Worst service and worst customer service and worst Technical service @ACTFibernet . They just fool people.. they don’t resolve the issue and they close the case. Internet not working, stops working when power goes, frequent disconnection… new problem everyday and no resolution

    @ACTFibernet Highly discouraged with the customer services from act Payment was done on 5 May and was promised to get installation done by 6 May but no communication till date Called customer care thrice and got assurance of reply in 24 hr but didn't get any App no 102561941493

    @ACTFibernet I have been facing network connectivity issue 4-5 times a month.Everytime i raise a complaint it is taking 2 days to correct the problem and i am deeply disappointed with the support staff and connectivity of ACT nellore ,AP

    @ACTFibernet Details sent thru DM. Also let me remind u last time I hd to file complaint with consumer forum to get a resolution. Don’t take me to again for that else consequences will be really bad for ACT. This time I will take legal action & get all the compensation. A lot u guys did wd me
