    @ACTFibernet Team any update on the service, I'm willing to pay for the 2km fiber cable as well. Junction box is already exists in my home as it's previous installed in my house only Hope this can help us to get broadband

    @ACTFibernet Can you please provide me a connection? Yesterday your people activated new connection at my old address when I have already given the new addrrss details. Today they said by morning they will fix it. And till now no response? Is this usual now?

    @Airtel_Presence I have spoken to @ACTFibernet guys, they are capable of providing new connection with 1 day and you @airtelindia not able to do connection transfer in 2.5 days, this is your capability, your services are pathetic, you guys do nothing, you give no value to customer.

    @ACTFibernet Nothing is going to change and happen, regretting now for taking your service. Why is your customer service team so irresponsible? They don't listen to what I say? I knew no one will contact me and I have to do multiple follow ups. Fast enough to send an automated response.

    @ACTFibernet ACT, I have raised new connection request 102635844531. Plz ask your representative to call me asap. @@Airtel_Presence , your service were pathetic, I have disconnected from you guys, 15min job you cannot do in 3 days, this is your efficiency, Refund money for ARP, Airtel fault.
