    @ACTFibernet finally able to raise ticket SR10279946371274. They say 5g doesn't work in another room in a rented home too, now even 2g is not working

    Internet down since today; Ticket SR10279909602684 still unresolved. Entire area affected. Support only giving ETR (23 Apr, 1st half) with no concrete update. This is severely impacting my work. Need immediate escalation to higher team and urgent resolution. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet ************* @ACTFibernet can I expect resolution as soon as possible? No response from the local representative. Now it is intolerable. We can tolerate it if it is a matter of someday. Now the issue is regular.

    @ACTFibernet Requested junction box relocation (2nd → ground floor). First ticket closed without fix, second missed yesterday. If not done TODAY, power will be cut this evening coz of electrician work, multiple users will lose internet. Urgent action needed.
