NARENDRA (@narenn86) reported@ACTFibernet Your ETR says 1pm tomorrow. We have work to do online. Will you reimburse for the damages or extend our validity for 24 hrs + outage ? This is not acceptable. In Bangalore you need 1 full day to resolve issues.

I haven’t heard back from any of your technical team and the number provided on the app for engineer is not picking up my call! How am I supposed to manage WFH when the wifi is down so frequently?
