    @ACTFibernet ACT Team, Can you please help on these SR numbers SR10159292851921, SR10159168775533, SR10158433666089, SR10157746646641. I have called Customer care more than 55 times; still, the router is not delivered to me. Please look into this issue as the highest priority.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Hello Guys.can I understand why does it take 8 days to shift my niece's internet connection from 1 place to anther and why is it taking only one day for a new connection, we have an office emergency.Can we expect the connection to get shifted 24hrs

    You are left at their mercy and spend hours trying to reach their customer support. We finally had to ask for a refund from @ACTFibernet and then visit the @airtelindia store only to find out that our KYC is pending without which they cannot proceed.

    @ACTFibernet Past 1 month, I must have raised some 5 internet not working issues. There is a current one ongoing. Why can't you guys resolve issues properly. Poor resolution & customer service has already made most of my neighborhood switch to @airtelindia and @reliancejio

    Hi sir @ACTFibernet I am Mujameer. Portal No:101015027101. I disconnected my account on April 30. I requested to refund the amount several time through calls, messages & tweets but no proper response from your team. Just saying as your problem will be resolved. @ACTFibernetHYD

    @ACTFibernet Good morning, I am getting a **** service. In the last weeks this is second time my net is not working. Every month I have same problem since last 2 years. I ask your several technician and your local/lousy office to shift/fix this issue for the last 2-years 1/2
