    Cheating company @ACTFibernet- my money was taken on 2nd Aug. Today 14th August with no installation and no refund as well making customers fool. When your purpose is only to take the money don’t do like this. Put charity i will give.customer care is the worst part.

    @ACTFibernet I don't think so you regret because I have tried all the options email, call to connect but no update and no steps taken. Such a pathetic service so never recommend and register complaint in consumer court as well

    @ACTFibernet Again a fake promise. It's been many weeks and the latency is still bad. How can a top ISP get away with such poor quality service? Fix ping in Madurai or return my money for remaining months.

    I regret take the connection of Act. It's been more than 5 weeks. Spoke with a lot of people from Act Customer care. They cut the call in between when ever I talk. Totally pathetic service. I wouldn't recommend anyone to take Act. @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD
