    @ACTFibernet Connections in our society has been down since yesterday morning. Request SR10263241206364 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 10/12/2021 08:00:00 PM (MM/DD/YYYY). No engineer showed up yesterday and today also. This is impacting WFH. Can you please check asap.

    @ACTFibernet hey, when does one get their refund? You guys have been holding on to the refund stating irrelevant and bogus device charge claim. Asking us to return the device we never got! Pathetic.

    @ACTFibernet I am very disappointed with the service these days. There is no instance in the past 6months are so without interruption.  Regret the inconvenience, looks like the issue is still not resolved. We have re-opened the service request SR10263241801224.

    @ACTFibernet Call back doesn’t help. Here is what is happening for the last few months. Your rep will call and I’ll guide him for the address, he will come and say router need to be reset and ask for pen/pin and reset the router. It might work for sometime and he is done. Repeat same eveytime
