@ACTFibernet one of the worst fiber net service in Bangalore. Paid for 75Mbps speed and getting 20Mbps . I literally regret I took such an pathetic service. @reliancejio @airtelindia do you have boardband good connections in Bangalore?

@ACTFibernet Internet services disconnected on March 14.3.2022, because of box problem and till today no net connection, but in your records it's showing that net connection is active and I am using internet, how is it possible, your company is cheating customer this is shame.

@ACTFibernet bangalore service is one of the pathetic one. Once you take any of their plan even if u don’t like it or for some reason you want to cancel that plan and ask for refund they say they don’t have any refund policy. #Stopusingact

@ACTFibernet SR10264614498414 ETR is crossed, still no resolution or response. During WFH times, internet is a basic necessity. Kindly resolve now, or I will switch to Airtel.
