Today the internet speeds just dropped so a ridiculously slow speed and is stagnant at that rate right now. I called CS and their entire system is down but apparently that shouldn’t effect our internet? It makes no sense.

Spending hours to explain the issue to every support person but no resolutions. DM'ed you the details as well.
