@ACTFibernet Im representing Shri Balaji Classic Apartment society. Act is drawing power from our apartment illegally to power up neighboring users' connections. in spite of many requests, no action has been taken..We will pull the plug if this issue is not resolved!!

Tired of using @ACTFibernet. Almost 15-20 times a day there is an outage, support is pathetic as hell. We've people working from home. Please get your **** services better. Sadly I can't switch and hence dependent on your useless services.

@ACTFibernet - No internet for 18+ hours now..ticket ID - SR10164479148954..if you can't resolve supply issues in 18+ hrs, o really do not see any value in our relationship. I've had to exhaust and top up my mobile data..such a sad state of affairs

@ACTFibernet Your speed of internet, I never question it. Your speed of resolving the tickets raised? Always disappoints me. Raised a reconnection request on 29-Mar-22 and I am being told it will be resolved by 02-Apr-22. High time I switched to #Airtel Vi-Fiber or #Jio Fiber.

@ACTFibernet I have been contacting the ACT team through different media's since a couple of months. I tried reaching out on almost every platform available. This is the 134th consecutive day I'm posting my issue in public. When will this be settled? When will I get JUSTICE...???
