    @ACTFibernet I have been contacting the ACT team through mail since a couple of weeks. I tried reaching out on twitter chat for a couple of days. This is the 19th consecutive day I'm posting my issue in public. When will the issue be resolved? When will I get JUSTICE???

    @ACTFibernet @KRISHNA83138665 My Internet isn’t working and I frequently have issues with my Internet connection since moving to new location. You don’t seem to address the issues properly and resolve it.

    @ACTFibernet your sales rep. called to see if I am willing to opt for a connection. When I pointed out that the plans are poor, and competition is offering unlimited data for basic plans, he was rambling about TRAI requirements. This shows how poorly you understand customer needs
