    @ACTFibernet it's been more than 3 days and still the Fibrenet issue is not resolved yet and not even proper communication and ETA, very very poor customer service .. just feeling the disadvantage .. totally disappointed SR10358464857062

    @ACTFibernet It's been 48 hours since I have logged a complaint. No Engineer visited, even contacted me. Worst Service and you claim that any issue logged will be resolved within 24 hrs.

    FRAUDS @ACTFibernetHYD!! NO INTERNET FOR 3 DAYS FOR THE FIFTH TIME IN THE LAST 10 DAYS. THEY DON'T RESPOND OR RESOLVE & SIMPLY CLOSE THE TICKETS IN MEERPET AREA.@ACTFibernet U LOOT MONEY AND DENY SERVICE SILENTLY.
