    @ACTFibernet A/C 110000342714, you owe me Rs.1650 and cannot disconnect on account of unpaid bill till there is credit balance. Hence resolve it. Very bad experience with ACT Team

    @ACTFibernet When i asked for connection termination, the customer care guy qas more than happy to disconnect rather than trying to find a mutually benficial solution...This is how u work!!!

    @ACTFibernet why we have issue with your network every 5 days once. We have to pay on time but the service interruption occured to us won't be solved easily and your customer support won't even attend calls.

    @ACTFibernet you really have a worst customer service. I have asked you to shift my connection on 23rd JAN four days ago. You called me the day after the request. But didn't even cared to show up on the date I selected for shifting. Coz of you I'm loosing my productive hours.
