    Irresponsible and worst service. @HathwayBrdband No resolution even after more than 1 week. No response from there twitter handle/customer service. People get @ACTFibernet trust me Hathway is the worst service provider in the market.

    @ACTFibernet 3rd day without internet. You can't WFH if you take ACT. They unnecessarily had me change my router but no result. The backend team keeps lying. Everything is changed from box to router. Such a PATHETIC service. I will talk to Airtel tomorrow.

    @ACTFibernet in costumer call even if I choose the option as 4 for Kannada why the call is transferring to non- Kannada speaking guys , don't u guys have any Kannada speaking ppl in customer care center. This is very bad.

    @ACTFibernet Not exactly resolved. I was promised a replacement router upon change of plan today by 12 noon. Then got a message saying this will be resolved tomorrow. Tell me how reliable is ACT for WFH purposes ? What's the point of opening and closing tickets everyday without resolution?

    @ACTFibernet , please don't prefer this broadband. Before getting connection, they are talking very perfectly and punctually. After that they won't give proper response. Very worst customer service.

    Pathetic Internet services by @ACTFibernet. This is the consecutive 3rd time I'm raising a complaint since 20th Jan 2022 due to internet disconnection, and each time you people take 24+ hours to resolve the same. #worstservices #poorcustomerservice #pathetic

    @ACTFibernet Speeds are nowhere near 75mbps on a 75mbps plan and your customer executives give vague reasons that only 80% speed can be received and that you have connected multiple devices etc. I'm going to register a complaint with the national consumer helpline.
