    @ACTFibernet I am writing you because of no body from ACT responding for issues resolution, everyday internet not working from 12pm to 6pm. If we called customer care they are putting call on hold and not listening our voice. If this is the case please refund my entire money.

    @ACTFibernet Ticket no: SR11064742505234. Was it not enough that I didn't had internet for 3 days (27-29 apr). Now, it's not working. It's just pathetic. If you cannot provide a proper internet service then disconnect my connection and refund me the amount.

    @ACTFibernet You guys are becoming the worst from the best. This is the 6th time in a span of 30 days, I'm facing internet issues during my working hours. Connected Without Internet is the issue I'm facing. I need to work, but because of the frequent disconnects I'm irritated.

    @ACTFibernet , and he is blaming the installation technician as if they are from a different company. He is saying they will install another box in 3 days. what kind of service is this ? here is the complaint id - SR10264740005911

    @ACTFibernet Yesterday backup battery was replaced by technician. Today as soon current went. Service was interrupted. Zero power backup Your ACT Fibernet ticket no SR10264724802904 has been reopened.
