@ACTFibernet thanks.. But I just now disconnected my connection as I can't rely on such a pathetic service provider in this WFH era, where their resolution will be always asking to give permission for installing a box, and they claim they are FTTH enabled, but they are just FTTB enabled.

@excitel_rocks excitel with the experience I have excitel doesn't rocks. One of the pathetic service ever. I moved from @ACTFibernet to @excitel_rocks . I guess it's time to move back.

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Pathetic service from ACT. Poor connection followed by not refunding my paid amount. It's over a month, when my refund amount was promised, but now ACT is neither acknowledging my mails nor refunding my amount. Is it a company policy not to refund ?

@ACTFibernet why are u guys haressing me so much for a reconnection almost everyday? I got your call 4 times on 27th Aug. How many times should I tell you that I don't want a reconnection? Is this how u behave with ex customer s? Pathetic people ur. Just leave the customer alone.

Hello @ACTFibernet, Lot of Network drops today. Had at least 10. Network Connectivity is very poor for a week. This is really frustrating as the network goes down when you are on a priority item.
