    @ACTFibernet I have created a ticket on Sunday for no internet access. It's been 3 days and no one has come to check. The ticket was closed without any last mile checks. I created ticket on Monday again but no one has come to resolve the issue. It's been 3 days. Worst service.

    @ACTFibernet my only question is in this modern era of 2025 why you need 24 hours to resolve an issue. And, why this is happening every week??? How we can do work from home if there's no connection for 24 hours??? It's really disappointing.

    @ACTFibernet It’s been over 2 hours without internet in Mohammed Nagar, Bandlaguda. No one is responding to my calls. I work from home and this outage is causing serious issues. Please resolve this ASAP and update! #ACTFibernet #InternetOutage

    @ACTFibernet 2/2. I've never experienced any internet service provider taking 24 hours to fix the issue. And this is happening every alternative week. You need to focus on this issue to retain your customers. How we can do work from home if there's no internet for 24 hours.

    @ACTFibernet Its impacting the work badly. Even after multiple follow up I am not getting any resolution. I saw your app. The ETR is changed. Why are you providing an ETR that you cannot solve within that period. Really pathetic service . I connected in App, customer care , email every media

    @ACTFibernet I have been using act for more than 6 years os this what I get? These stupid technicians will not pick up their call. Nobody is calling me from yesterday for ownership who wil disconnect internet stupid service cheaters fraudsters

    @ACTFibernet I’m really sorry to say this but I see very worst service in recent times. I have raised a ticket almost 8 days back but there is no resolution provided. I have not even received basic communication. Cant even disconnect the connection bcoz of 6 months pack :(

    After complaining again and again @ACTFibernet couldn't solve my issue of drop on the internet. Now I want to disconnect the act supervisor is saying you will have to pay for a whole month for the net. I have been facing issue of drop-down since starting of this month.
