    @ACTFibernet It’s been more than 2 hours now. Your standard answers are not helping me. @KTRTRS sir requesting you support to guide companies not to trouble for people working from home. We have to pay extra to recharge if these companies do fix problem on time

    @ACTFibernet This is not a permanent fix. And I have not mentioned it is permanently resolved. I do not have internet again on a Monday working day. This is the 5th time in past 2 weeks. If this continues I have other options to go for. I can’t do additional recharge.

    @ACTFibernet i don't know why your people give wierd reasons like "Furniture" , "WALLS" for slow internet speed. Do you wish your customers to carry the router with them all the times to get good internet speed.? Worst ever service by a broadband service provider.

    @ACTFibernet service is cut off for no reason, and no resolution from past 24hrs, dial customer care, raise request from app literally no use, no call back yet, the number one worst internet service from Act, haven't expected

    @ACTFibernet you are claiming that best broadband service in chennai, for resolving a small network issue your team is taking more than 5 days. After lot of escalations, nothing is done. Great efforts. I was using act before, indeed it was good. Now a days it becomes worst.

    @Airtel_Presence Switched from @ACTFibernet to @airtelindia broadband 3 days ago and in these 3 days experienced worst possible customer care, crappiest app and lowest uptime. Reminder to Airtel: you are claiming 99% uptime, for god’s sake. Help ASAP.
