    @ACTFibernet Can you be any more disgusting with your quality of service Service ticket raised 2 days back, neither resolution nor any intention to resolve Its weekly activity for me, raise service ticket & wait for resolution, as issues and @ACTFibernet go hand in hand

    @ACTFibernet SR10258457950612 it was supposed to be resolved by today 6 pm, whole day my work got ****** up because of your bloody delay in resolving it, there is no call from your team to intimate when it will be resolved, worst support. Will not refer anyone from now on 💦💦💦

    @ACTFibernet No, it hasn't been resolved. Gotta ask, do you even know what the grievance is? The mobile app is pathetic. If you are using only bots to address customer grievances, atleast train them well!

    @ACTFibernet 110584018370 I purchased the order yesterday morning & still I'm waiting for my instillation. Nikita 📱8745036306. the sales girl she gave me fake commitment about instillation & she didn't pick up call after payment. You customer care service are useless.
