    @ACTFibernet My internet has gone down for the second time in the last 48 hours. I’m extremely frustrated with having to repeatedly deal with outages and being redirected to an ineffective chatbot. Could someone look into this urgently and provide a permanent resolution?     @ACTFibernet Whenever a complaint about a disconnection arises, it takes you at least two to four days to fix it, whereas other Wi-Fi companies resolve the same issue within half an hour to an hour. Why is this the case? Why don't you improve your company's service?

    @ACTFibernet there is no network since yesterday noon, my work is affected. The agent who called me yesterday was just trying to reboot rather than finding the exact issue. I want to you act quickly to resolve this issue. SR10380741442584
