@ACTFibernet And again internet is down since today's morning. Yesterday also you did the same and restored at night. Today also you are doing same. Everyday you are creating some issue. Worst service experience. Paying for 30 days, but your service works only 10 or 15 days. Worst.

Act and it's customer service team feel that the world is inhabited with ailens and bots @ACTFibernet. I never knew they have an habit of creating a ticket and closing the ticket without taking any action.

@ACTFibernet In a month how many times does the fiber get cut? Actually how come a optical fiber can get cut? Why can't you say the actual reason for being the service down.

@ACTFibernet Your ACT Fibernet Request SR10151652873232 is expected to be resolved by 1/28/2021 03:00:00 PM (MM/DD/YYYY) T&C apply. This was the second message again changing the date to resolve.. no technician has visited our place to solve the issue, this is worst service
