@ACTFibernet Worst customer service. Resolution will not happen even after a month. Wrong commits. Now asked to disconnect the connection. The agent accepted the request for remaining 4 months connection. Great customer retention. Better lose customer than service properly right?

@ACTFibernet Say,if 15d off ws false, I still hv alrdy paid for 2.5mo, & so far i hv used it for 15d only. Who would b responsible for a day off that i had to call because of this issue? My connection is nt yet resumed, & wht will u do for another day off i might hv to call tmrw?
