Dear @ACTFibernet team it's been 3 days since there is no internet connection ....A Complaint was raised on the same day 3 days back... No one has come and not even responding to the Calls...Your team is showing a hell of customer experience....

@ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet I'm trying to reach customer service since 2 days and call gets disconnected after 8minutes!! Expecting a call back but nobody calls... Tickets get closed with solving my issue and nobody cares if I call back...

@ACTFibernet Resolved for now. But this is neither the first time nor expect it to be the last time. Same problem being mentioned as the issue for the past three months and all I get is the same answer every single time. My point still stays until I get a stable connection for a week atleast.

@ACTFibernet What are you located looking at? The customer support team has disconnected the call twice now... They say the resolution time is 28th... No internet from 25th where I have paid 3658 for 6 months and you are holding the account for 251 rupees.

@ACTFibernet Very pathetic customer service. They have suspend the account for not paying 251rs where I have paid 3000+ for 6 months internet. They have charged extra for subscription and suspended the account now it has been more than 48hours. @TRAI

@ACTFibernet I have informed vide DM, the number to be contacted. Pls advice your Personnel not to give a missed call and then send wrong message that issue is sorted? Kindly follow a decorum to maintain relationship with customers
