@ACTFibernet worst service I ever seen.I have been chasing up for almost 3months for my refund and each time I have been given false commitments. still I didn't get my partial refund. I sent modem handover receipt to nodel officer email. But no response yet. will I get my refund?

Customer care of ACT fiber is very pathetic.I PLACED A REQUEST FOR SHIFTING WITHIN THE CITY.STILL ITS BEEN 3 DAYS THE TICKET HAS NOT BEEN CLOSED.WHEN I CALLED CUSTOMER CARE IN CARE LESS MANNER TOLD ME THAT IT WILL DONE.@ACTFibernet @ActfiberC I recommend not to go with ACT..

@ACTFibernet your services are worst, can't get internet or hold of your customer service is a nightmare, I m on call for the past 1 hour and no one is taking from the other end, the technician never shows up, 48 hours since the issue is reported no resolution yet
