    @ACTFibernet I have both ACT fiber net and ACT Digital tv connection. and customer for last 5+ years. There is no direct tv customer care no. and fibernet call nos 9121212121 1800 1022 836 both disconnect me after 5-10 mins of hold while transfer to digital team.

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet This is happening on a daily basis. Signals get fluctuated evey now n then. What's wrong with your connection ppl are working from home and connection is never stable. Kindly fix things asap

    Good morning, Today I called @ACTFibernet as net speed issue and customer care person name shainaaz don't have a manner to speak didn't hold a patience to listen or to understand customer query and very badly in middle disconnected the call. Very bad experience I give -0 rating

    @ACTFibernet Hello @ACTFibernet , been more than a week since the request and more than 24hrs since the follow up request and escalation also. No response from any support person till now. Team, this is not the way to work guys, repetitive complaint every month.

    @Sonu_k_shukla Hi Sonu, I too received a text message for a Service Request from @ACTFibernet without me applying for anything. I am even unable to track the request as I don't have any connection. Can you please send me an image/screenshot about your Service Request to know what it says.

    @ACTFibernet want to relocate my connection. Unable to do it on the app. Tried calling customer care, didn't help. Tried on whatsapp, didn't work. Area representative isnt picking phones. How to proceed ?

    @ACTFibernet Shame on you and your fake promises. Not delivering the promised speed and the CS standard is pathetic. Not one person in your service team is courteous and friendly.
