@ACTFibernet, Ehausted with how frequently your internet crashes. I've been an ACT user for the last 2 years, and there have been no issues until the last 1 month. Please go back to the time where your service was good. I was your loyal customer, but you're testing my patience.

@ACTFibernet my ticket is SR10163104195818 not sure why your team not able to downgrade my package. Ticket got closed without resolution and I had to call helpdesk to reopen it. Please look into this matter.

@sriram4films @ACTFibernet @JioCare Jio is useless, we’ve been using act for more than 10 years and tried jio for just ten days now.. understood the value of act. Jio is incredibly bad. Actually the worst service ever !

It's been three months since i started using #JioFiber and I realised that @ACTFibernet is much better, the speed on #JioFiber is very uneven on regular basis and customer support @JioCare is clueless, will discontinue it

I had one of the worst experiences in getting a WiFi connection through @ACTFibernet recently. After confirming multiple times from them whether their services were available in my area, I got a reply from them after making the payment that they won’t be able to do so.
