  @ACTFibernet No internet for past four days. Tickets opened r getting closed without resolution. Technician is asking to sign resolution form even before issue is resolved. Been loyal customer for 4 yrs. Highly disappointed. Please DM for acc num and ticket details.

  @ACTFibernet worst experience in facing with act people I raised 3months bill from November 2020 to January 2021. Every day I'm following up with Adithya he is done with my connection but did not responding any calls and updates

  @ACTFibernet It's been a while I am getting in touch with customer care to stop my servicea for 2 mnth. No late fee please. I have even updated Area manager in Hyderabad, he confirmed a call back yesterday but didn't get any. Please help by suspending the account for 2 months.
