    @ACTFibernet Hi Team. The issue which I had mentioned earlier started repeating today. I lost the connection 3 times today. This issue was there since many months and I was raising ticket everyday. Let me know if this cant be resolved permanantly so that I will check for an alternative.

    @ACTFibernet Really irritated with the non response for the complaint I have raised 18hrs back.Totally in the dark on what is happening to solve the issue and the irritating part is being not able to speak to anyone as the customer care number is fully automated response.

    Internet not working since yesterday. Why do you need more than a day everytime to fix the issues ? Minimum once in a month internet goes down. issues are never resolved on priority. Never able to reach customer care. Pathetic service. 👎👎 @ACTFibernet @ACTBangalore

    @ACTFibernet what kind of cust care you have? The fibre at home is broken. No one coming to fix the issue. You stupid cust care executive Nagarajan talks rubbish on the call. My office work impacted. Do u understand the seriousness?

    @ACTFibernet What can you do? Customer care will log the problem and reply back that it will take 24 hours will take to fix. After 24 hours they will say the same thing. With in 6 months so many 24 hours happened like this.

    @ACTFibernet Worst customer support. Ticket# SR10149498608051 raised on 7th Dec 2020 and expected resolution was on 10 Dec 2020. Still the issue is not resolved even after repeated follow ups with customer care.
