Now all i am getting is my ETR being postponed since yesterday. Kindly fix it or take my disconnection request so that i can move to Airtel.

Whoever is handling the box installation is causing all the trouble Be a Lil more responsive, when 3 active connection holders are complaining about one issue with box.

The ticket was closed yesterday without the resolution and I had to reopen it. Please look into it asap and send a technician for repair.

On a 200Mbps plan but the router falls to ~150 within 20 min (only a reboot fixes it), same even with 1 device connected. I need an actual fix / router replacement
