    @ACTFibernet what an extremely frustrating level of service. I have requested for an upgradation of my WiFi Router for about a week. And it gets delayed cause the manager who is supposed to approve is on leave. Pathetic.. I think its time to move!!

    @ACTFibernet Your engineer/linemen can't be trusted now on.. our cyber security is at great risk. Going to lodge an official complaint with Delhi Police.Have already met DCP South regarding this issue.

    @ACTFibernet I had paid 4195 for 3 month plan but had to close the connection because of delay in activation. Router and ONT decide have been returned. Refund ticket has been closed without resolution. Care to help?

    I have no idea how @ACTFibernet is even in the internet business in 2023. Got the money & 2 weeks still no line . Their box is just below my door. When asked to cancel and refund the sales guy never answers call. A company with 0 customer service, sloppy network , rude staff…

    Worst service by @excitel_rocks at my location... Internet issues are happening for 2 or 3 days in almost every alternate week since past few months This time issue is since 3 days Not resolved till now Looking forward for any connectivity from @JioCare @ACTFibernet in my area..
