    @ACTFibernet almost 24 hrs since i opened the ticket, no one has responded yet, contacted the act representative still no response. Hopefully you won't extend the time mentioned on the ticket and be a pathetic service

    @ACTFibernet 2 days, no resolution of my internet till now. Ticket id : SR10180264287824. I was told that it will be fixed by 14th May 2026, 10AM. No body came to fix it for the whole day. You do provide a very pathetic customer service.

    @ACTFibernet I raised the shifting connection ticket two weeks ago, but there has still been no proper resolution. Because of your engineer’s unacceptable behavior and mistakes, I had to personally apologize to the house owner.

    @ACTFibernet Chatting with the Chat bot on the app is useless. It is saying there is no junction box on the premises. She is your customer.

    @ACTFibernet want to report a serious issue. Your field executive is logging in as customer and closing ticket. He called me in the morning as I reported an issue. He resolved the issue & asked for an OTP. After I have provided it. I realised that it’s OTP for login

    @ACTFibernet Again internet issue, this is happening every month atleast once and and this is the 2nd time in thisonth. I am tired raising the complaints everytime. I need the refund of what I have paid I prefer moving to other service provider. Worst services from ACT.

    @ACTFibernet I have been getting calls and explaining the issue over and over again. Can't you just assign one person and get done with this?? Your executives don't even return the call if the call gets disconnected
