    @ACTFibernet Account 110161688922, from past two months several tickets have been raised for internet connectivity, everytime the customer care says that it won’t happen again but now it has become a routine. Request to resolve it permanently else remove the connection.

    Dear @ACTFibernet shame on you for providing waste service to customers from 4 days tried to call your customer care after waiting for more that 15-20 mints the call get disconnected and received a msg issue resolved.? HOW.? Even office not working.? @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Neither you nor your company seems to care. Seems like you just have put everything to automated response. Have already requested for disconnection of my existing ACT account and hopefully will never take any ACT services in future.

    @ACTFibernet We dont have 2 or 3 Internet connection of broadband at home normaly we only can aford one and we expect that it should be good but unfortunately its not because of these kind of bad services. once we place the complaint as its ofcourse very important for resolve.😠

    @ACTFibernet Team, your service is really f****g.its been 2 days reported about network Unavailability, none from ur office neither responded nor even sorted the issue. You should be ashamed for the service that you guys are providing n you have proveen that again. 🙏🙏

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD I got the owner name changed on my account and installation charges were added which is not required. On raising a complaint the installation amount was waived off a week ago. But it’s not updated on my account.
