@ACTFibernet It's already 45 days and after the closure of sevice refund of the full eligible amount was not processed. I may have to lodge a complaint with the consumer forum for remedy.

@ACTFibernet I have checked everything in my end. I have even provided the technician a few days ago with traceroute & ping results. It's up to you to fix it. I've used two other ISP before and they weren't nearly as bad with the latency.

Really fedup with the @ACTFibernet (Savita vihar, Delhi)services in my locality. We have escalated issue through their customer support many a times but they are not helpful at all.WFH has become terrible with this wifi services . Facing issue from last 10days still notresolved
