@ACTFibernet @Balamalladi13 A/c ID : 110576340304 My internet is down since 12 pm. I was told it would be fixed by 8 pm. When I called after 8 pm I am told that there is some issue with the wires. The same thing happened 1 month ago. Very poor service. Need this fixed asap!!

@ACTFibernet It's been more than 24 hours for my complaint (SR10360248422012) with no resolution. Worst customer care response when I called to ask about this. What's the use of speed when there is no connectivity at all!

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Kudos to ACT Hyderabad for beating BSNL in customer dis-satisfaction. My broadband line is down for almost 2 days now, and your team is not bothered to fix it (nor inform the customer if there is a serious issue).

@ACTFibernet @KRISHNA83138665 Irritating service, most of times service goes down or speeed. Irresponsible behavior from on field workers, they don't understand and acknowledge customer inconvenience during this pandemic time since most of us working from home. I will wait for sometime, will switch otherwise.
