Why am I being forced to pay a monthly subscription when I already paid ₹18,000+ for an annual plan months ago? I even paid additional monthly charges despite already being on the annual plan. Ajesh (@ajesh_ashok) reported@ACTFibernet You gave me one of the worst technicians for installation. He said he’ll come in 30 mins and asked me to send location, I’m waiting for more than 4 hours, he isn’t responding to my calls or texts. Worst part is now he’s attending my calls and not talking.
