    @ACTFibernet SR10367486666054 I opened the ticket 3 days back internet not working issue. But they closed after sometime then I repeatedly opened. If issue not resolved how you are closing the ticket with out customer knowledge you should verify with us. Currently issue remains

    @ACTFibernet Despite several people calling from ACT, the WiFi continued to be unavailable. Now 7 hours since my Sat 2:30 pm complaint. Horrible service by @ACTFibernet in Bengaluru

    @ACTFibernet SR10167474706554 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 08-Apr (DD/MM) between 09:00 to 13:00. Team ACT. But there is no response from any one. Very poor service.

    @ACTFibernet Again, from around 1:00PM internet is down and still not working. Instead of asking again and again you guys should really work on your service. Please 🙏 it's not satisfying. Very bad.

    @ACTFibernet i have not reconnected my connection but enquired around the pack. I got flooded with lot of calls and my connection is activated without my concern and bill is getting generated now. i am not paying any bill and i will never be your customer again. Its frustrating.

    @ACTFibernet Hi, last 3 days internet is not working properly, opened ticket and closed without my knowledge. Don't you have sense you have not solved the issue then how come you closed. SR10367486666054 please check the issue.

    @ACTFibernet will you all respect customer paying huge amount for internet service worst customer service so far. I have raised service request as internet not working. No improvement and dont know who is working and when will resolve. As per ticket promised 9pm, no internt still

    @ACTFibernet my internet has been down since yesterday evening (SR10267513883534). I am someone working from home. This is becoming a huge concern for me. The time taken to resolve issues has significantly gone up since the time I got my connection. Please look into this soon.
