@ACTFibernet Sorry - this is still not resolved. I have been speaking back and forth multiple times with agents of TP-Link and ACT. tried making them speak together as well. Each time a new issue pops up.

@ACTFibernet complaint# SR10262862333562 every month either the junction box has issues or the wire gets cut or something or the other happens and you disconnect internet for more than 24 hours... Will you refund the money for this 24 hours?? Worst service.. 🤦🤦👎👎

@ACTFibernet paid 3 months money for installation on 24th Sep. As soon as the money was paid your person Ashwin who was following up, stopped picking my calls. Its been 4 days now and no one came for installation. Why’s are you scamming people like this? Worst service ever!
