Pradeep (@Pradeep68084177) reported@jio_fiber @jio_gigafiber i took a new jio fiber connection 2 days ago and facing lot of connectivity issues. Internet is not working and the customer care service is pathetic. I am from hyderabad(9502487040). Regretted for wrong decision switching from @ACTFibernet to jio.

Mirza Baig (@Baig2K19) reported@ACTFibernet Some issue with Internet, since Jio Internet guys came, kindly ensure they have not tampered with Act boxes in order to get customers. I have been hearing lot such stories, to get subscribers they play with other ISP boxes. I don't know if that is true but still..

Neha Prasad (@nehazzzz) reported@ACTFibernet why there is no menu option speak to a customer care person, the bots options aren't helpful. I need to speak to someone. My upload data is showing 1/4th of my monthly data usage. I haven't done that upload. Need detailed report.
