    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet your ground staff and service is pathetic. Name change has been submitted 9 days back and was asked to take new connection which was done and the issue is yet to be fixed.

    @ACTFibernet @KRISHNA83138665 @HathwayBrdband Yet another day gone. Let the customer suffer. We will take the money, call the customer to say the issue will be resolved before EOD and then have some good food and sleep. Forget about the services, you guys should be in hell🥵

    @ACTFibernet SR10163274038354 Closed without fixing the Internet Issue. Waited 3 days and you just close the SR without my confirmation. Sorry to say but your service is turning pathetic now a days. Extremely unhappy with ACT

    @ACTFibernet Thanks for the good response Act team asked for again24hrs of time which will cross 48hrs for me. If I cant wait they suggested for disconnecting. Me with 10 other connections from my building are getting calls for disconnecting. Worst feedback for Actfibernet-Hyderabad.

    @ACTFibernet Same as they charge late fee for late bill payment they in turn have to pay the customers for the days when there is no broadband service. They are taking the customers for granted and delaying the problem resolution.

    @ACTFibernet The support team cannot connect to the escalation department which is truly annoying. Even the emails are responded nor the grievance department. I don't know whom should we reach out to make the team understand the problem. #Act#worstresponse
