Service is still suspended despite this being a billing dispute (duplicate OTT charges after plan upgrade) and prior acknowledgment from your support team. Request urgent intervention & restoration.

It was then pushed to today 10 AM, now it’s 1:30 PM and still not resolved. I frequently face the same problem always please look into it
