@ACTFibernet No one is responding to calls after we made payment, technician has not been assigned yet and router is also not given to us. Very pathetic from Act. Will never recommend this. Issues in Thubarahalli Bangalore.

@ACTFibernetHYD Got new broadband connection yesterday 4pm. Lost connection @4.30pm. No one came to resolve this till now. When can I expect your service personnel? @ACTFibernet ticket raised. Complained many times.

@ACTFibernet How can ACT Service close the ticket without asking the customer if the issue is resolved? Are we playing a game here where I keep complaining & the service personnel close it only to keep their fake scores up of cust satisfaction. This is HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL & UNACCEPTABLE

@ACTFibernet you sent someone to fix another flats internet in my building and MAYBE he ended up fixing their net but broke my connection. I asked your technician to specifically let me know once he was done as during the process of his fix my net stopped working.
