@ACTFibernet Hello my internet is not working from Saturday and I have paid my bill yesterday even after that no internet. complaint was also raised no response yet and worst part is I didn't get a notification about my bill balance. Need this fixed it's been 2 days plz

@ACTFibernet Reliability is the word which ACT doesn't care, in my stint of 3 months as a customer , I had 4 internet blackouts, which lasts at least 20 hours, this last one lasted for 1 week no internet. But they send bills, not even disconnecting the service. Acting like goons.

@ACTFibernet How did the complaint get closed with out rectification.. A call came as a checklist activity and got disconnect Post which I get a msg stating the complaint being closed This is not acceptable.. I will escalate the incidents to consumer forum

@ACTFibernet Your customer support is degrading day by day. Executives doesn't know what complaint to raise. No coordination between support and billing team. Why don't you people maintain conversation history. Whenever I receive a call back I need to explain the whole thing

@ACTFibernet its been more than one month i am waiting to resolve the billing issue yet there is no resolution and i am keep on getting wrong bills from Act. I don’t know what kind or service you provide but this way you are losing your customers.
