@ACTFibernet Frustrated with poor service at RRR flats in Chennai (600113). Hardly any proper support from your local person here and have been following up with him since Saturday. Network has been poor for the last one month. Mobile Hotspot works better that ACT

@ACTFibernet I'm a new and unhappy customer, internet stops working as soon as the power is down. Not sure if your junction box has power backup. AC NO. 108652896135. Need help and a permanent fix for this issue.

@ACTFibernet pathetic service from ACT. Yesterday Field engineer said they are going 2 change the cable to resolve the network issue. Today im not able 2 connect to the internet. Field engineers are not responding to my calls. They r busy n closing the ticket without resolution.
