    @ACTFibernet - Pathetic service..the network is down since yday noon still unattended..the customer care numbers r available - limited hours..getting thru is a big challenge. Vtg grt difficulty opened a ticket to know etr is 1 day.Internet is so critical but resolution 1 day.crap

    That's the reason I'm using @ACTFibernet It's one of the best in terms of Service in Hyderabad. But even I did face some downtime here and there but I beleive it's base plans should increase the speeds.

    @ACTFibernet This is unacceptable. Frequent disconnections, inability to browse, multiple service requests, plan upgrade done, yet no resolution. Every ticket is stuck in "Work in Progress" while customers continue to suffer. Is anyone actually accountable for resolving issues? Immediate intervention required. Enough follow-ups.     @ACTFibernet It's been over 48 hours since I raised my complaint and there's still zero resolution - only repeated timeline changes with no actual fix. This is unacceptable service. Kindly escalate this immediately and resolve the issue TODAY. #actfibernet #issue #bad_service

It has been almost 24 hours since I reported the internet outage, and your team has failed to provide either a resolution or a meaningful update. Is this the level of service you call broadband support in a digital era? Your repeated assurances have turned out to be empty promises. I work from home, and your incompetence has already cost me an entire day of work, productivity, and professional commitments. The most frustrating part is the complete lack of accountability and communication from your side. If you cannot resolve a basic connectivity issue even after 24 hours, what exactly are customers paying for?
