    @ACTFibernet , this is regarding SR11564074959594, there is a loss 0f service from yesterday. today, the loss of service is due to the junction box shift as the previous location house owner wanted the box to be moved else where.

    @ACTFibernet worst customer support and worst technical team. Internet is down for almost 12hr & counting in Peerzadiguda,uppal region. Your team is lousy you won't resolve anything. The building which is the main point for the connection is getting demolished and you are working

    @ACTFibernet Call your regional manager about the issue in boduppal region in hyderabad. You'll do nothing by taking my number. You people just don't care about the customers after you receive your money. You're staff is lousy and doesn't work right

    @ACTFibernet i have kindly agreed to host the junction box, as iam not able to work and communicate. now the box is fixed but the service is not enabled. the guy said it will be done in half. iam waiting eternally for the fix. is it too difficult for you guys to come
