  @ACTFibernet my internet is down for more than five days. Daily I get message extending the time for 12 hours. Already happened 5 times. Is really someone working on fibercuts or it's automated extensions. I want to change fiber if act will not work in my area. Chennai

  @ACTFibernet It's a shame that ACT cannot publicly give an announcement to their customers so they are aware of what's going on. No emails, No SMS. ACT should be really ashamed of not able to fix it on time whereas the other service providers were able to fix it #ACTFibernet
