    @ACTFibernet My ACT Fibernet Ticket no: SR11076699885034 is still not resolved your area engineer is not picking up the call. This is 2nd disruption in this month. My WFH office starts in 10 min. I think i need to switch to another service provider.

    1/n @ACTFibernet Really surprised by your connection! It was good for first 15days. Then you showed your colours by randomly generating a bill for no reasons and SUSPENDED my account. I paid for 6+1 months and you provided 15days internet and now for last 3 days no network.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Third class customer care who don’t attend immediately . Being in office premises we can’t afford to have internet outages for over 12 hours now . Every month it’s a usual problem, technicians must attend. Guess it’s time to shift to @reliancejio :(
