@ACTFibernet I had a call with ACT customer care they said you will get updates but i have not get any updates from them. Evan I'm not sure if someone is coming for installation or not. It's a very pathetic service.

@ACTFibernet - you guys service is pathetic. Asked for a connection on Dec 10th in Hyderabad and paid 1year subscription amount in advance. They came the next day to check and nobody turned up since then. Have made so many calls to CS asking for refund. They say it will be done

@ACTFibernet used to respond promptly earlier but of late the service experience stooped to the lowest. This is something @TRAI to take notice of that despite paying high price in pursuit of high speed internet the consumer is denied reliable service to continue work at home

@ACTFibernet The very unprofessional company never had a such bad experience. Please cancel my subscription immediately and process a complete refund or else I will have to approach the consumer forum for the same.
