    @ACTFibernet Worst internet service provider, every month atleast 4 times internet is down and need to raise 4 tickets and you do mention 4 hours ETA so you end up taking 16 hours a month just to resolve the issue not sure whats happening Hope Bala Malladi you can step in to resolve

    @ACTFibernet Another instance of complaint closed without resolution. Paying for 300MBPS when the actual speed is not even 1/3rd of the promised speed for the last couple of months. Tired and fed up raising complaints. What more can you say. Regret choosing @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet #balamalladi Its been more than 3 days of the installation. They have given me a useless router which is not at all working. If i call customer care people, they are not at all answering. Worst service i have even seen. Kindly resolve my issue soon

    @ACTFibernet Still not resolved. I have even sent a mail as requested by your support team. No reply and no resolution. Why should I pay for any subscription when I'm unable to see any subscription packages added to my account for four months now? This is horrendous service.
