I think @ACTFibernet gives importance only to the new subscribers. I’ve raised shifting request 4 days back and there’s no update. Customer service team has no answer. Switching to other best broadband service is the best resolution for this. What do you say?

@ACTFibernet Pls do tell your new customer that U don’t provide any service on Sunday if they lose internet connection due to external reason. Facing prob. from the last 3 days. 2day again, no internet since 12 PM and have been told it can’t be resolved until 2morw. Done with you

@ACTFibernet Act was good until today. That's because it's been down since morning and no one is attending the calls. The message said it would be alright by 3 pm today, but no sign of internet yet. I wish I never chose this.
