    Day by day becoming worst service by Act fiber network and without solving issue u PPL are closing the tickets after informing the issue. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet We've been noticing that whenever there is power shutdown, @ACTFibernet broadband outage happens in Bangalore city especially in Kasturi Nagar area. Do you not have any power backup facility to provide 24/7 service!

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Worst ever service from u guys every 2 days the internet is down & ur service men calls & say trees has been broken so internet is not working will get is resolved in 2days and again same. I think Act fibrenet will work only with trees. 🤔 #actfibre

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet the problem not about the internet it's about the service people who have closed the ticket without my knowledge mention in the reason as explained the situation to the consumer. But they didn't say anything to me.

    @ACTFibernet what kind of service you guys are providing. My internet connection is down since one hour and you customer care is not responding properly. They are putting the call on hold. Tired of your worst service. I will be switching to different vendor now.

    @ACTFibernet I believe one of your cs agents is retaliating to a heated call I had with him. Immediately after the call, I got messages that my new password is so n so. Even though I didn't change the password. Im facing login issues since then. #unethical @jaagograhakjago @consumercourtin
