    @ACTFibernet bringing to your attention on a long pending ticket on frequent disconnection. Appalled at the customer service a) service reps asking us not to reopen ticket if problem persist but instead call them and still be unresponsive and absolutely reckless 1/2

    @ACTFibernet When the heck will you get in touch. When I call you your customer service is so incompetent they keep saying billing team will call back. Guess you don’t have a billing team.

    @ACTFibernet So much about best internet and best service. The worst customer service I have come across raise issue on 29th June followed up more than 6 times. All you guys are good at fake commitments. PATHETIC SR11058827915412 Utterly disappointed

    @ACTFibernet It has been more than 3 months and I still haven't got my security money yet. Whenever I call customer service they say my money will be refunded within 7 days but it has been more than 3 months now. Look into this matter and refund my money ASAP
