    @ACTFibernet @ConsumerFF ACT service/field team is raising false information on ticket that customer needs reconnection and ticket is being close without informing the customer. And suddenly the refund or pickup is not getting done. And finally it’s done. And we are still waiting for our money

    Hi @ACTFibernet Buffering issue still persist. I m unable to watch movies online. For this issue I hv raised complaints multiple times, technicians always provide temprary solutions & gt a lot of showoff calls 4m cust care 2 know the reason bt no permanent resoln provided yet

    @ACTFibernet Internet outage in Ramamurthy Nagar, Bengaluru since morning. Multiple support calls made, but no resolution or meaningful update so far. This level of service disruption is unacceptable, especially for customers relying on the connection for work. #ACTFibernet

    At this point, @ACTfibernet should change its name because there is absolutely no "ACT" happening. Internet goes down constantly, and waiting 30 mins on hold for support is a joke. Can I get a refund for the hours spent listening to your hold music? πŸ™„
