    Hi @ACTFibernet, I had your connection for 3 months and requested disconnection multiple times whenever i got a call for renewal. I had already stopped using the service, but my ₹1000 refundable deposit hasn’t been returned yet. Please look into this and resolve.

    One of the worst customer service @ACTFibernet Waiting queue is more than 15mins And if anyone pickups the call too we will work on it ETA - 24-48hrs. Fedup with this guys.
