@ACTFibernet Very arrogant person called me to tell about the issue. Again ACT team proving they are worst among the service providers. NOT RECOMMENDING ACT #cancelling my connection and switching to Reliance Jio.

@ACTFibernet Hi Team, I had raised request for monthly bill but the bill was not shared. I tried to connect to customer care, he shares next month bill and says, that’s Dec bill. The request was made on Dec 5th,I should be getting a bill on 23rd Dec for 24Nov to 23Dec.please help

@aaaaamithjain @ACTFibernet Yes I paid 6 month advance and now I am suffering every 2 days internet goes away... whoever is reading this save yourself avoid suffering like me don't take @ACTFibernet wifi connection...their service is worst

@ACTFibernet is so unprofessional. I raised tickets twice for disconnection. Both the time it is closed without resolution. On re-opening ticket, executive told that connection will stop automatically and it is auto closed by system. Again raised the ticket yesterday.
