Canute Angelo (@08aca24) reported@ACTFibernet I called sales 4 times. Spoke with 4 different people. The first lady's name i did not get. She was very rude. She did not understand the issue and kept saying it cannot be done today. Then came Merlin, who promised to get a supervisor online.

I had to return to the office and work late due to your excuses. I plan to complain publicly and discourage others from using ACT Fibernet. I'll switch providers tomorrow.

They took a security deposit .Due to repeated service issues and multiple unresolved complaints, I finally got the connection disconnected. Their team collected the device, and I completed every step required for closure.
