@ACTFibernet I’ve dealt with daily, multi-hour outages for a week now. This is unacceptable for a customer on a 6-month plan. I need a permanent fix today or a full refund for my remaining balance so I can switch providers. My work depends on this. #InternetDown #CustomerService

Hi I am not a customer of ACT Fiber. It was found that ACT Fiber had unauthorisedly drawn electricity from my service connection without my consent,which constitutes electricity theft under the Electricity Act, 2003 Legal notice as well folowup email sent No action @ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet Its identifed as server side fault, whatever bullshit explained to customer is useless. Why no one monitor from your technical team even after two weeks disruption of internet services. Its really pathetic. Thank to the service engineer who fixed it today finally !!
