@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD I made a call at 7.24 pm 23rd dec 2021. The customer care guy was very smart and rude. This is how you train your support guys to talk to customer instead of resolving the issue. That coward didnot even tell his name and disconnected the call.SHAMEFUL

@ACTFibernet the internet was fixed and a day later the internet is down again. I was called and assured that the fix was permanent and was let down again.

SR10163754473688 @ACTFibernet : your billing team said that please go for temporary disconnection and pay safe custody charges and when you will reconnect this will get adjusted to your bill and now denying same. Dont cheat the customer and provide me my credit. @ACTFibernetHYD
