@ACTFibernet Earlier, your tech support team used to close tickets after resolving the issue. It is a different matter that the issue would occur again after a few hours/days. But what they did today is completely unacceptable. They closed my ticket without a resolution.

@ACTFibernet This is wht I m listening from the last 3 days u r call is escalated we will make sure u will rec the update and put my call on hold and then disconnecting the call .just give me time by end of the day problem will be solved and u would rec the call .

@ACTFibernet Its been more than 15 days. No resolution for my request. Call center executives always says "our team will call back you in 4 hours" but I don't see resolution or progress on my request. Please look into this ASAP

@ACTFibernet one of the worst experiences ever in broadband, every week thrice i face connectivity issues, every time I call they tell me the same issue, I am a customer from eluru, I have tweeted and put up a post too , not even once I got a call back from the concerned guys
