    @ACTFibernet Surprising and humorous at this era ACT customer care says just for changing plan from 6 month to 1 month will take 72 hours and no internet for 3 days and this after 6 years of relationship .Time to Change and be competitive

    @Nagarjundeepak @ACTFibernet It shud work now. They had some Major Outage. For All Bengaluru users it was a complete blackout for 2hrs

    @ACTFibernet Thank you so much for your prompt response team. The issue has been resolved with help of customer care team and the technical team. Now please communicate & educate to the other team who had closed the ticket without taking customer’s confirmation.

    @ACTFibernet We are facing internet connection issues. Cannot connect to customer care after selecting language through call and app is facing Java issues to raise complaint issues. Seems like Act is down, expecting quick resolution
