  @ACTFibernet Worst service provider in town, I have called 5 times selecting IVR option for Kannada speaking agent & I always get Non-Kannada agent. On asking them to transfer me to one, they either disconnect / put me back on IVR. I am paying gor 300mbps,but they give me 40mbps.

  @ACTFibernet ticket no 10163820695252 as per sms received by 4th Jan will be resolved but till now nothing has been done. Called customer care 9 times they are giving false commitments. ACT fiber is providing worst services to exsesitng customers. For new connection 24 hrs how ??

  @ACTFibernet Internet very slow getting <1 Mbps since 2 hours . Reg no-9962739218. Last week wifi was down 2 days i purchased local internet service for 400Rs . It is becoming very difficult to WFH. Kindly check on priority
