    @ACTFibernet Hi team, my internet is down since 2 days. I have raised the ticket and called customer care 3 times. Your app doesn't show status on the ticket and your customer support team just says , sorry,. We are following, we are escalating, but issue is still not resolved

    It's 4 days today and the technician has passed the request to some team. I'm starting to loose hope now. I think only if Mr. Malladi says you guys will contact or fix the problem. @ACTFibernet @consumerforum_

    @ACTFibernet Worst ..worst..worst internet service provider at my place , gets disconnected atleat 5 to 6 times in a month and takes atleast 48 hrs to get resolved, no use to stay with your service, hindering our work in peak business hours.
