    @ACTFibernet Worst customer service. There is no connectivity in home. ACT call center representative telling that no sir your account is activated I am able to see my end . I made payment on 8th march 2021 till now no connection. It's worst service.

    Really disappointed with your service, you have a pathetic team regarding new connection. Its been 5days and till date no connection has been provided even though I have paid the rental fee . Very disappointed with your service @ACTFibernet . @fiber_jio waiting for your service

    @ACTFibernet since I do not have any way of reaching you and you have clearly removed the possibility of disconnecting your service over app and customer care IVR. Kindly accept my request of disconnection

    @ACTFibernet SR10253746341272, SR10253678412729, Your team doesn't understand issue inspite of explaining clearly. It was initially raised on 5 Mar and is not completely resolved. I had raised to nodal officer as well but to no avail. Is this how you handle customer service?

    @ACTFibernet Such a pathetic service and unprofessional. I requested for new connection was asked for address, and was asked to pay for 3months in advance, sales executive was behind promising me installation with 24hrs until I paid, then stared real action.
