@ACTFibernet SR10263136165292 . No internet for the past 24 hours. The support guy came and left without even rectifying the issue and now they aren't picking calls on purpose. Please look into on priority and rectify, the work from home is being affected severely.

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Internet not working since morning, raised ticket called CC multiple times. No resolution till now. Happening on a weekday in WFH times, Wonder why we have to pay bills on time if we don't get our issues resolved the same way.

@ACTFibernet ..Last year I have raised many of request reg. battery not working for internet during power off and disconnected. After long time again got the connection expecting it's service has improved. My request for today's ticket is SR11663174489422. Expect resolve at early
