    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet SR10160090060451I have raised the complaint on 21stJuly complaint is closed on same day without resolution. There is no battery backup is provided till now. Raised the complaint on same issue one week ago even that was closed without resolving it.

    @ACTFibernet team number is 101565291223 since yesterday it’s not working today your person visited and change the port but he says for activation it’s will 6 to 7 hrs he come in afternoon and till mow no internet since yesterday

    Hi @ACTFibernet I'm facing network issue two days back only I faced 46hrs net issue, after two days again same issue. Irresponsible, irregular worst fiber network I think worst management. Complete scrap and trash Location: Eedgamahal street, Chittinagar, Vijayawada, 520001

    @ACTFibernet connection not working for past 2 days Engineer visited and said neighbour person shifted their place and the box was placed at their home.They are requested to place the box in my home or disconnect the network connection.This is totally unfair

    @ACTFibernet there is no option to talk to customer care. I want to check status of my sifting. If it's not done I need to chose other internet provider, Because I am working from home. Is it good to loose your 4 years old customer?
