@ACTFibernet issues and there would always be someone experienced to resolve such issues. This is not the first time we lost internet connection. It happens 2-3 times a month We cannot take time off from work for so many days. Worst Internet service. Will not recommend ever

@ACTFibernet I have raised a ticket for slow speed which is open since yesterday and crossed ETR. Shudnt this be addressed faster as it is impacting streaming of channels? Literally clocking when seeing videos

@ACTFibernet Their service is pathetic. Frequent disconnections. My net is not working since last Saturday. When I call their customer care, they get away with some flimsy reason with no solution. Imagine the work getting hampered during WFH. Request you to look into the issue asap
