    @ACTFibernet Received call back. And simply told that I will get call back in 4-5 days fr billing dept. Closed the ticket.. what a terrible customer support team.. @ACTFibernet shameful. Improve the support team. I am even tired of asking now.

    @ACTFibernet Visakhapatnam act Fibrenet service has been really bad . We are experiencing frequent connectivity issues and they are not resolving it till 2 Days minimum . Please take necessary actions .

    @ACTFibernet What you did is ...Disconnection and throwing a total month bill on me to pay... Is it really necessary to pay the total bill without using the service and that too the mistake is purely from the ISP side...? #WORST #AskISP @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Internet issue. Tickets get resolved without taking action multiple times . Worst service switching to airtel if repeats. I did everything what need to be done. Internet even goes off every often. Looks negligence bcoz u already have enough customers I guess.
