@ACTFibernet I installed ACT last week and the experience has been pathetic. I was given an offer for a free router for a 3 month plan. But the router I was given does not support the connection speed. Raised a query on Sat, it's Wed now but no resolution has been provided.

@ACTFibernet can anyone please help me , i have raised a ticket SR10167338697394 on Sunday which is unresolved but is marked as resolved. I re-opened the ticket twice and agents promised it would be resolved however I'm still waiting for resolution.

@ACTFibernet Incorrect Sale without rectification. Your team made me buy a 75 mbps plan for 6 months with router for 5,000. Charged 4,000 and then additional 1100 Approx. Started my services with 40mbps with no 5G. There is no support to get through. Please help. No way to reach

@ACTFibernet disgusting service. Inspite of staying in center of the city at Panjagutta Hyderabad , we dont get internet for whole 2 -3 days every week . So there is no internet for whole of 8-12 days in a month. Is there anyone else whom ACT is troubling this way? @HiHyderabad

@ACTFibernet the worst service I must say, the technician has called and told us that he is coming to our residence and working on it and then few minutes later the phone is switched off. Just wow and the worst internet service provider ever. The ETA for the resolution has also
