    Very poor experience with @ACTFibernet. I've had no internet for the last 3–4 days due to a router/Wi-Fi issue. Ticket SR11880636732714 was raised days ago, but there has been no response or resolution. Please prioritize and resolve this issue urgently.

    are making deals with corporations and mandating to take connections through you only to **** service customers. Life had been so good with @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD, then came this Airtel a**hole.

    As I said, this wifi service is pathetic and goes down every week! Punctuality at its best, never misses a week, my ticket - SR11080611760224 for today’s struggle with ACT wifi. Can’t you guys work on it and fix it in my area for good? @ACTFibernet

    Anyone looking to book broadband don't ever go for @ACTFibernet They will lie to you that if you setup their fibernet box in your home with your electricity you will get waiver but 2nd month running there is 0 discussion about that, no mention of waiver ,and support ticket stuck

    @ACTFibernet Raised ticket SR10280695130624 and support blamed "6 devices" for my speed dropping that's not it. On a 200Mbps plan but the router falls to ~150 within 20 min (only a reboot fixes it), same even with 1 device connected. I need an actual fix / router replacement

    @ACTFibernet Again there is a new connection issue, SR10180662112184 this is 3rd in just 2 weeks what is happening, the lower connections have their Internet but mine is not up

    Asked customer exec to downgrade my plan. The executive says they're "unable to do due to some issue" but can't explain what the issue is or when it will be fixed. Funny how upgrading works instantly, but downgrading becomes impossible. @TRAI @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD
