    @ACTFibernet One of your agent called and asked to check internet by sayingit is resolved. Before I check he disconnected call and internet is still not working. All our area got internet except me 😣. This is annoying

    SR10251915629908 on Feb 2, 2021 closed without resolution on Feb 7 2021. Reopened the same SR on Feb 7. It is closed again without any resolution or intimation! @ACTFibernet It's been 4.5 months of nightmare with you. How many more months do you need to provide proper support?

    @ACTFibernet Billing team called me and they confirmed that due amt will get waived off and they closed the case. Still I see due amt reflecting and I am getting msg to pay the amt. What kind of service is this?

    @ACTFibernet Internet down since morning. No resolution till now. Every alternate day there is downtime of service. Disappointed.
