    @ACTFibernet Also it’s already 6 Pm now to be precise 5:53 PM and no one has bothered to connect with me to get out taken care. Same issue happened hardy a week back and it was also not taken care on time and was escalated. This time I don’t need any excuses else I m going to consumer court

    @ACTFibernet We have taken snapshot of the use of data happening at around 3 am and 8 pm without our knowledge and will be forced to file a grievance with TRAI for such irresponsible behavior and not finding solution for this for last 3 months

    @ACTFibernet I was complaints at 29/06/25 09:00pm hrs (Service request SR10576051278964) and at 11:15am on 30/06/25 I got service call said that "the act box is trouble ,we will change it" super fast service of ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Worst service ever As soon as my term ends, I'm ending it with you guys No way to contact any technician You guys took whole weekend and still didn't resolve ETA came and went and still no internet SR10176031378941 I'm not renewing. 3 years of service gone

    @ACTFibernet my customer id is 102012053066 Productive Financial services .We have been complaining regarding misuse of our Broadband during 3 am 8 pm time post our office time to the tune of 3000GB which is effecting our normal useage. 3 months no rectification very bad service

    @ACTFibernet Again i am making is Very clear. I WANT MY ISSUE TO BE RESOLVED TODAY. IF ITS NOT RESOLVED TODAY I WILL ESCALATE IT TO CONSUMER COURT FOR FINANCIAL AND REPUTATION LOSS IN FRONT OF MY CLIENTS

    @ACTFibernet I have not had access to internet service for the past two days, despite raising multiple support tickets. There has been no resolution or effective response so far. This prolonged downtime is unacceptable and is impacting my daily activities. SR10176036646404.

    @ACTFibernet Despite of payment already made my connection is disconnected today. Trying to get it resolve since morning but nothing has been done by ACT team till now. Being old customer of ACT and regular on time payments very bad experience from ACT.
