    @ACTFibernet Requested name change for my account and my Internet has been disconnected on Saturday. Still the name change and internet connection has not been given. Called the customer support and every time they are transferring the call to backend team and no picks up.

    @ACTFibernet i have raied a ticket yesterday morning SR103653323838354 which has an a ETA of 12 july 2022 9Am. As of now, none of your engineers reached out to us to fix the issue. I already lost two days salary with your pathetic service. @PramodLamba

    The worst ever service provided by @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Internet goes off when there is a powercut! Useless organization i have ever seen which doesn't even have a back up for their services, not worth for the money they are charging from the customers!! LOOTING money!

    @ACTFibernet poor quality of customer service of ACT fibernet At Sector 11 Indira nagar Lucknow.. internet is not coming from 2 days in the locality.. they said working on it and net will start today evening now tecnicians are not receiving calls to redress the grievance
