Every 8 hrs timeline is extended on ticket & chatbot only keeps parotting same lines. Gone are the days when act used to respond in a day.

Act kept disconnecting and threw me out of meetings. I raised complaint but no refund. It's a scam guys. @kapsology

On May 29th, I paid you for a plan change to convert to a 6-month plan, which comes with mesh routers. No updates yet! The service request you logged doesn’t even show up in my account. 🤔
