    @ACTFibernet Kindly escalate to your leadership. There is no call back from technician at all. I dont even know if he is working on the issue.

    @ACTFibernet I paid ₹700 for relocating my ACT Fibernet connection, but the relocation is still pending. I've been waiting without any proper update, despite paying the relocation charges in advance. This level of service is unacceptable.

    @Airtel_Presence - Such a **** service provider you are in #nashik neither your Internet is working on postpaid nor WiFi Shame on you for such service @ACTFibernet is better service provider than you unfortunately they don’t provide service here

    @ACTFibernet I requested a callback this morning at 11:00 AM regarding frequent internet issues. Your support executive told, i will receive a call within two hours. It has now been 17:53pm, and I still have not received a call. Still internet issue not resolved.

    @ACTFibernet Unfortunately I have been hearing this same statement being made by your customer care executives as well but there is no resolution thus far that has proven satisfactory. Either your team delivers the service for which I paid or received fund the money that I have paid

    The installation service is very pathetic, while booking Fibernet, they will tell we will install it in same day, After payment they will vanish and for installation not one will come even weeks passed and follow ups. Fraud employees in this company. Careful @ACTFibernet
