    Highlighting @ACTFibernet scam. They close ticket without resolving . Tabrez technical person closed the ticket yesterday without sorting the issue. No update. No response. Today is the third day. @BlrCityPolice @jagograhakjago how is this running ? They are scamming us

    @ACTFibernet I stay in a place where mobile network connectivity is iffy. I rely heavily on act Wi-Fi. If this isn’t resolved by the weekend, it will have serious implications. I’ve already shared the ticket ID, please look into this.

    @ACTFibernet Your technical cutting the call instead of taking the call. What is that big issue which is taking more than two days to fix the issue. Such a great service by @ACTFibernet . Atleast update the ticket in app with correct status and why it is delaying.

    @ACTFibernet SR10179987489174, Raised request on 28 Apr, promised shift by 30 Apr. ACT Fiber still living in 29 Apr timezone, tasks pending, issues piling, even connection closure stuck. Truly redefining deadlines. #ACTuallySlow @jagograhakjago
