    @ACTFibernet One of your irresponsible technician has taken the backup battery from the act box from my premises to fix issue with it. Now whenever the power is off, internet is not working.

    . @ACTFibernet do you even know the meaning of maintenance? Your service is so bad that net keeps on going every now & then, why should we pay? To get frustrated with your internet? #actfibernet would work only in the first month, later on it is really horrible and headache!

    @ACTFibernet Dear Act I have heard from my neighbour that U R the best internet provider and took connection based on their words. But realistically U R the worst provider I ever had. If U really care about UR customer then dig into my account and get a solution ACC:102641360991

    @ACTFibernet I wanna downgrade to act starter plan 520rs per month. When I call customer care they are asking me ti pay 6months amount this is not fair. Do not show the plan in your Site if it's not available.

    Act fibernet is one of worst service, I have ever used, I installed yesterday, today I am sitting and calling customer services due to no internet access, this is so embarrassing, that customer care who installed the service is not even responding @ACTFibernet.

    @ACTFibernet I have been facing a lot of internet issues and I have been in touch with you guys 2-3 times a week to complaint about how pathetic your service is. I have been requesting for a junction box in my building. Now I don’t have internet. Ticket# SR10265169404214
