    This is the second time I'm facing this issue and I'm really very disappointed by the service provided by @ACTFibernet Moreover doesn't even bother to resolve customer issue.But when it comes to disconnection they call thousand times to confirm and ask the reasons.

    @ACTFibernet - Facing terrible experience from ACT customer service. As I request for refund my money on 26th December because of late installation process,I cancelled it & raise request for refund on 26th December.

    102552387379 is the a/c no.Complaint ID:SR10263832306908 was raised on 4/1/22 & was supposed to be resolved by 7/1 but still hasn't been resolved. When i had asked for a disconnection the CS executive had informed that I can switch to a basic plan of 549 @ACTFibernet
