    @voicendata_ @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet i have raised a service outage issue for the last 2 days customer care people are saying it will be resolved but I don't see any resolution. This happens at least once in a month but still you charge full pay.Why should we pay you when you failing to provide services

    @ACTFibernet 8:31 AM you asked for 12 hrs. 8:31 PM changed the ETR to 1PM next day. 30 hours for a resolution. Internet gone for total of 48 hrs. No comm. from ACT team whatsoever. I am spending money on mobile internet plans. So let me discontinue using ACT and will use mobile internet.

    @ACTFibernet Thank you ACT for such slow service. It's been 48 hours and there is no internet. Yesterday evening we experienced the internet for 2 hours so a total of 22 hours went for zero internet. I am fed up with doing additional data recharges. @reliancejio @Airtel_Presence

    @ACTFibernet I have raised the issue of my internet not working. It's been more than 30 hours and I don't see any action being taken to resolve it. Within a period of last one month I have faced similar issue thrice. Request you to take appropriate action to resolve the issue.

    @ACTFibernet i have raised on compalint on 1st sep but nobody called me regarding this and now the complaint has been closed please don't do this to your customers. Kindly reopen the ticket again my issue itself is not asked and also not resolved. ticket no SR10365759376984.

    @ACTFibernet is looting the customer like anything. They are generating the advance billing thus forcing the customer to pay even if the customer is not using the service. I RAISED plan change request on 14Aug and still I have been charged for the old plan.@DoT_India @consaff
