    @ACTFibernet I had a bad day today because of your representative. I raised a disconnection request yesterday and now i received a call from the act support they are saying that I have already paid for this month and they won't give refund for the remaining days after disconnect.

    Name is Jaya. She's saying there's no refund. Why the hell i have to pay for unused days.@ACTFibernet is this how you treat the customers and this is why the service is bad. You can't make the customers stay in spite of bad service. I need a refund for the unused days.

    @ACTFibernet It’s been 6 days from the complaint but still your internet is still not working . Note - pls don’t say I didn’t pay the bill . U didn’t resolve the internet issue. So I didn’t pay .

    @ACTFibernet from past 5 days Internet is not working in Choolai area. Customer care person is saying same thing from past five days that it will get resolved today but no action has been taken yet. Our work is getting affected which you are not understanding. Worst experience.
