    @ACTFibernet Feedback is still the same. Your service is pathetic. Improve it else lose your customer base. Took close to 48 hrs to find that there is a fault with some cable which could have been resolved in a couple of hours.

    Your request SR11556478301102 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 5/12/2021 08:00:00 PM. The issue isn't resolved yet and there's no response when we follow up customer care to resolve the same ASAP. It's WORSE when we are working from home and dependent on @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet There is no Internet connectivity since afternoon. Service request raised SR10256539273502. Tried calling multiple #ACT local technicians, no answer. No point and no way to reach your customer care. #customer is always left hanging without telling what is happening.

    @ACTFibernet Last month was not able to use internet due to which 7 days connection discount and electricity discount is pending from past 15 days . Useless service response
