    @ACTFibernet Now that I'm left with no other option. I have to wait 15 days for my refund which you claim. What's kind of service is it. You just took money without any background check and giving false commitment. Due to which I have lost my job. It's cheating customer with false commitments

    @ACTFibernet It's not inconvenience.its purely harrasment of not providing services and asking to pay the bill.its been many days and I stay in the centre of the city. Evng this mrng I called Customer care..same old reason. It's.

    @ACTFibernet Your customer service agents are just bunch of garbage ! Call them for any reason, all they will do is raise the ticket for engineer visit (even in the case of bill queries) ! One of the agent Kavya even asked me to not to trust them because they cant do anything 1/2

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DEGRADING DAY BY DAY. SR10163391015294 has been raised last week TILL NOW,THERE IS NO RESPONSE. IF YOU'RE NOT RESOLVING THE ISSUE ASAP,ALL YOUR CUSTOMERS IN MY AREA ARE READY TO DISCONNECT FROM ACT. #worstservice

    @ACTFibernet Dear Team, why does service requests take ages to get resolved. I wish the service requests were resolved at the speed of internet you provide, but looks like speed of service request is equal to 2G speed, not even 3G. Utterly disappointed.
