    @ACTFibernet @balamalladi you promise fast and flawless service and it has been 7 days and the request has still not been addressed. Kept calling the call center and they sent me a message to disconnect my connection rather addressing the issue in hand.

    @ACTFibernet @balamalladi, what sort of service are you promising to the customers? It has been 6 days since a service request was raised and no one has contacted me back so far. I kept calling explaining my situation that this is urgent but no good.

    @ACTFibernet Complain has been raised in the morning around 11 am and till now nothing has been done. That’s not what I paid for. Wire is cut in my area. How long does it takes to fix it? Worst service ever , I have paid 6 months in advance and now I am regretting.

    @ACTFibernet Why your service is so poor? Just want to take money from clients? Every week your internet don't work atleast for 4-5 times. This has became the part of ACT plans now. Sometimes it's ok, but regular now. Take care of your systems, don't just take money. @DoT_India

    @ACTFibernet Yet another unpleasant experience - Seems you guys raise the poor cust ser bar everytime!! INternet down for 2 days, was told a demo router will be provided by ur technician and yet they wont pick up the call!! i was told by Dharmaraj from Bengaluru to call him for issues
