    @ACTFibernet I have a ACT SOHO Incredible plan which is supposed to give me 300mbps. But the connection seems unstable & its highly unreliable. Speed drops to less than 20mbps at least 10 times a week & it's exhausting to contact support everytime. Could you please look into it?

    Hi @ACTFibernet It's almost been 2 months since I requested to close the connection and even after multiple follow ups via DMs, calls and emails I'm not getting a proper resolution. Very unprofessional and poor customer support.

    @ACTFibernet It's been more than 24hrs since @ACTFibernet promised to resolve my internet issue, but no signs of help. Pathetic part is whenever we call customer care, new CC executive picks the call to inform false timelines. Already lost a day of work n today is day 2.
