@ACTFibernet INTERNET down since last 48 hrs. All complaints on the APP and on 91212121 seems to fall on deaf ears. Each call on 9121212121 take atleast 20 min to get thru and SHOCKINGLY call drops midway. N ur executive does not have the COURTESY to call back. DISAPPOINTING

@ACTFibernet How many days should I wait to get my issue resolved? It's been more than a month by now. Neither the local TL is answering the call nor the customer care is giving the proper response. I have been sending the mails since two weeks; when will I get the conclusion???

@ACTFibernet Worst customer service they said issue with be resolved by night now they tell engineers won't work issue will resolve only on tomorrow customer service not giving proper ans very disappointed, educate customer service on how to treat customers with appropriate information
