Haiku (@riceofsushi) reported@ACTFibernet Give us an ETA. It’s not like we are in Tier 2 or 3 city. We are in Bangalore and the lack of urgency is appaling. With service like this, I am not sure how you keep up with NPS and CSAT scores. If the connection is not up and running by tomorrow, we want a refund
