  @ACTFibernet complaint lodged at 1015 this morning, so far no rectification nor is there any response. Area is Dr PV Cherian Crescent Road, Egmore,chennai. Unfortunately we still have 4 months to go with you, else would have changed you long back.

While I do understand that issues could arise at times, but repetitive issues with your network or services raises questions on the trustworthiness and quality of service.   @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet Please understand the customer’s problem too. What am I supposed to do with such service? Neither are you installing the Wi-Fi nor processing my refund. This is honestly one of the worst service experiences I’ve had.

  @ACTFibernet Seems you guys only had to turn the switch back on! The issue got resolved less than 5 mins after your response on x and via mail. Unfortunate that I had to wait 40+hours in the National capital for broadband to be restored. Messaged u my registered mobile no.. @TRAI
