    @ACTFibernet Our work is pending anyhow we are managing. After waiting for three days the response was we have initiated your refund and it will be processed in 7-15 days. For that also we have to wait. We was not sure of this kind of service. Please prioritise the task.

    @ACTFibernet you are making my life a living hell with the constant bill reminder calls! Even though I requested an account closure almost a year ago! I'm not able to reach any of your customer care executive & even the one who called took all the data and didn't act on it!
