    @ACTFibernet Taken new connection paying advance payment for 3 months on 03.02.2023 & installation not completed. Sales person is not answering call & customer care is asking 24 hours time for resolution. VERY BAD SERVICE.

    @ACTFibernet turned terrible recently with its support. I am an act fiber customer for around 8 years now. Initially they used to resolve the issue within a day but now it has been 10 days since my internet is down. They closed my ticket without resolving the issue.

    @ACTFibernet I paid in advance for a 3 month plan. Now I’m being charged extra and customer service says the 3 month plan no longer exists and so it’s changed to a monthly plan! How can you penalize customers for having availed your plans and schemes?

    @JioCare @reliancejio hopeless service from Jio fiber. Lost connection at 3PM 6th March. Raised ticket, engg had to visit by 6PM, none reached out. Connection is still down. Now they rescheduled visit to 3PM tomorrow. @ACTFibernet never had any issues.

    @ACTFibernet my ACT NO. 102006721645 last 7 days over. still Issue not fixed ,i got call from one of the engineer but he is not disclose his name but as per engineer information, he will fix the issue next year ( 2024) b.coz he know very well ACT team working style. Great work🙏

    @ACTFibernet >>>> @airtelindia After being a loyal customer of Airtel, I guess it's time to switch to Act. Airtel is currently worse than ever. Takes hours to connect to customer care, need OTP for everything. Gutka chewing service engineers. Nah! Switching.
