    @ACTFibernet Even we speaking with customer care they were disconnecting call... Better to rename your service provider name and start business with new name.

    @ACTFibernet Internet is down for more than 24 hours, complaint number - SR10263355180784. Customer care has no clue about the resolution time but received a message stating that it'll be done by 29/10/2021 11AM but nothing has happened so far!

    @ACTFibernet Why your service is so poor? Just want to take money from clients? Every week your internet don't work atleast for 4-5 times. This has became the part of ACT plans now. Sometimes it's ok, but regular now. Take care of your systems, don't just take money. @DoT_India
