    @excitel_rocks Hi, internet was down for 4 hrs yesterday & not working since morning. After putting a complaint, I got a reply that it will take 24 hrs to repair. It is ridiculously answered. Missed my @ACTFibernet which was never down for 2 years.

    @ACTFibernet what a worst experience from support. They act like I’m a new customer. It seems they don’t value customers who have been with them for 8 long years and all they care about is money. I couldn’t get an extra 2 days for making the overdue payment. Outrageous.

    @ACTFibernet Absolutely garbage customer support from ur end in HSR Layout sector 7. Internet is down for almost 20 hours and still you have no status or reason for the service failure. On top of it you run your lobbying and monopoly in HSR Layout by not allowing other providers

    @ACTFibernet Customers are getting easily fooled from your sales team.While asking for the refund you people asking us to wait for 48 hours?why?? For getting back our own money we need to wait for 48hours??Pathetic service. My first experience was the worst experience.

    @ACTFibernet you guys are horrific in providing service. No connection even after 5 days of paying the amount. Either provide me a connection or refund my money ASAP. Every day a new person calls me and then he is gone.
