@ACTFibernet Everytime, we open the ticket, the service engineer would take 24 to 48 hours to come and inspect? Why do you need such time? and there is no proper response either from the customer support or from the service engineer??

@ACTFibernet I have been talking to your customer care for last 1 week with no solution. Every 15 minutes the Internet is getting disconnected. This is really pathetic and I will request everyone not to opt for #act #actsucks

@ACTFibernet what a worst service, I have paid advance amount online and now after 2 days act technical say they can't give the connection as the box is full, what the hell is this, local internet providers are better then this guy's, worst experience.

@ACTFibernet no internet since morning..ticket is raised for this...please make sure to resolve asap. As we r working from home..it wil impact project deliverables without internet. If u unable to provide service, pls let us know we wil switch to another network

@ACTFibernet Always says this and end user faces this. Out of 6 month plan, 30 days get in these issues only. Just let me know what is the procedure of giving back the device and ending the plan.

@ACTFibernet worst experience. The took two days and still couldn’t install the wifi. Since then i have initiated for the disconnection and refund. Its been almost a month i haven’t received any refund. Neither your customer care respond properly. I want my refund immediately.
