    @ACTFibernet Ita 9:30 now and no responce no update, so if internet is going down, i should presume it will tk 2 days atleast, doesnt matter if the internet stopped working in the morning, it wont resume the same day. I think u guys r doing some kind of scam

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @ACTFibernet I switched from ACT to Airtel on 17 July, and since the last 3–4 days, my internet is not working. Every day, technicians visit, say "issue not identified", and leave without fixing anything. Still no resolution.

    @ACTFibernet one of the worst service providers for Internet is act. I have been raising complaint for not working and it’s working very slow but still facing same issue. Again and again

    @ACTFibernet The frustrating thing is its never resolved in couple of hours and theres no one to get the update from. The etr always shows the time around 9 pm and then it lingers to next day. It is not acceptable at all
