    @ACTFibernet cheaters and worst ever experience... I was out of India and their staff came in my absence and took my router and said they will refund 800 Rs in 2 weeks time... But Its been 4 months I haven't received my refund yet... Such unprofessional don't use their service..

    @ACTFibernet my response if somebody asks me for a suggestion. I tell them go for anything except act.Your internet doesn't work half of the days.Your technicians close the ticket without even resolving it. And no battery backup as promised. Truly #feelthedisadvantage

    @ACTFibernet Oh really. Let's see ur priority. I have been waiting since five days now after my complain and no resolution yet. Forget about the resolution no one is even keen to call or reply for the msg. If I don't get a call or a reply today I will take the modem and set it to fire

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet your customer support executive “Bhaskar” apparently thinks I have used profanity and disconnected the call. I mean do they even understand English? He hung up on me. I’ve been a loyal customer for 14 years. It was a one sided conversation.
