@PR0UDINDIAN @ACTFibernet You're not alone, I renewed on the 10th and haven't had internet since the 11th. Every day, I get an SMS saying they need another day to fix it - but no explanation of what the issue is and can't get in touch with a human. Should have trusted my gut and switched providers.

@ACTFibernet while taking the connection and renewing it I paid INR 3000 then why I'm now asked to pay INR 3886 for renewing it, I'm not at all ok with such unreasonable hike. There are other Broadband Service Providers who are providing Broadband services cheaper than ACT.

ACT customer support has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional. My issue is being closed repeatedly without resolution, My security deposit amount has still not been processed, and no update has been provided @ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet has the worst service for an Internet Service Provider. The cables were cut by the electricity department in my area, I complained to the local guy about it yesterday and still no action at all while the others have taken care of it in hours. 👏👏👏
