@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet They didn't visit or call me. Every time i ask for a reason for closing ticket from customer care,they update stating its router issue. The same router is provided by act & is working perfectly fine when i connect to my neighbors act connection. Pls help

@ACTFibernet my SR ID is SR10266998550424. Your staff closed the case even before visiting the premises. Today he comes with the very old, damaged router to replace the new router. He was too rude and said that I can get only this router for my plan! Will you ACT on my request?

I got almost 20 annoying calls upon the request until I a selected plan. But when I paid the money, I keep on getting extension message for installation. You should show same enthusiasm for installing after the paymement. Real sad and frustrating service. @ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet I requested a new connection and paid the amount yesterday and your concern sales team said that they will give connection on same day and till now there is no reply or they are not even picking the call.worst customer service and commitment by your sales team Trichy

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet. Got a call to close the ticket or take new 1-year plan even though i am already on one yr plan. Superb resolution to solve the ticket. Is your chennai field engineers incompetent to solve the ticket? 👌

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet.. wow act. What a work! they broke the trust again and tried to cheat the customers to give a used router and change. This is how u guys work? Seriously, fed up with chennai team. Again, unpleasant experience, u will again regret it without solving the problem.

@ACTFibernet What is happening to your service? I paid for a new connection on 4th Feb and suppose to get it installed within 48hrs(as per your team). Set up Installation got rescheduled 3 times and now says shifted to 10th Feb. Customer support is of no use.
