@ACTFibernet I have raised a connection shift request, after shifting to new location we are not able to access Internet. I have raised a service request for the same “SR10167077339904”. The technician visited after 12 hours and left with out resolving the issue.

@ACTFibernet @zomato @letsblinkit From last two days my internet connection is not working. My ticket is SR10167082285011. We even have dedicated whatsapp group for our comunity. But no response till now,especially your contact person Ramakrishna(+919505008707) is the worst, he won't even pick up calls.

@ACTFibernet I have been facing speed issue with ACT, and they are not interested in resolving the issue. Shame. Tickets are closed without resolving that's even more shame. Ticket# SR10267073188830. Escalating the issue to nodal officer also not helping. Shame. #PrithviShaw

@ACTFibernet is not trustworthy, we pay them the subscription for the entire year upfront, but when we had to relocate to a different address, they never bother to reconnect the service in new address. Better go for some other vendor, I don't recommend @ACTFibernet. Very poor ser

@ACTFibernet U put a tag leading internet provider in India but I guess u need to change it by the way of customer experience u r giving. Customer support team assures me multiple times that my account will be active and not get disconnected until my validity period but suddenly
