    Worst fibernet service I have ever seen.(@ACTFibernet )I have been facing internet connection issues for the last day. Yesterday, they told me my issue would be fixed by 9 pm; today they are saying it will be fixed by 4 pm. I have a lot of pending work to do. 😕 @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Also I'm done with your bot resolution provided. Every week I am not bearing this internet issue. Your ad campaign says gaming stream seamless experience all of them are hoax. I'm done with your service. Discontinue and send me my refund back what I paid to you guys.

    @ACTFibernet Do your company have the supervisor or higher authority, where we can complain our issue. your Executive say they don't have any supervisor on customer service floor. If you complain more they disconnect the call. Highly unprofessional service.

    Extremely disappointed with @ACTFibernet service. Took a new connection on July 1 after repeated follow-ups from their rep Kishan. Faced issues immediately with the TP-Link AX1800 router—only 3 LEDs light up, then it shuts down. No internet. No support. No response from the rep.
