It was then pushed to today 10 AM, now it’s 1:30 PM and still not resolved. I frequently face the same problem always please look into it

  Living in a gated community in Hyderabad and the experience with @ACTFibernet has been frustrating. If there’s a community-wide outage, it gets attention and is resolved quickly. But if the issue affects just a few homes, you’re stuck waiting 3–7 days for a fix. Reliable internet shouldn’t depend on how many people are affected.   @ACTFibernet Broadband connection outage again for more than 3 hours. I am experiencing this type of outage 2-3 times every month. Not satisfied with the service while students are online preparing for the JEE advanced final exam. Ticket number SR11779914474304.

  @ACTFibernet Your service has been extremely unreliable. Complaint SR10379879346170 has been reopened again — this is the 5th/6th disconnection in just 20 days. This is unacceptable. I need a permanent solution, not repeated temporary fixes. Please resolve this urgently.

  @ACTFibernet And after 30Hrs wifi services are restored thanks. Funny part is I got call from ACT technician saying this is regarding issue you posted on X. Seems they did not care about the ticket I raised until they saw this on X. Thanks.

  @ACTFibernet unfortunately, I’m using your Internet services last 10 to 15 days. Internet services is worst, worst worst. my my daily routine work is check the internet and give a complaint and wait for the results. Nobody is here to clear the problem or give a proper Services.
