@Numb_Skull @ACTFibernet I think it's got to do with your router, check the speed with ethernet plugged in once. Had the same problem with Act, although I can agree their customer care is the worst.

@ACTFibernet I was charged for the connection that was not activated. Have been trying to reach out to customer service on emails and fed-up with non responsiveness. Either you act quickly or I'll move on to another connection.

@LogikMonk @ACTFibernet Seriously they are harrassing by sending e-mails n messages to me ti pay the due for the services which I have never requested nor used.. the connection they gave at a place where I use to live a year before and want me to pay for their mistake.. pathetic they are

@Kritzika @ACTFibernet Same problem with sikka broadband and they say at your face that after 6 pm they do not work on any complaints but they will register your complain and resolve the issue next day after 10 am only.
