    @ACTFibernet Instead of spending money on such activities why not spend some for good service that way atleast you will earn more recognition... I have paid 7600+ for 150Mbps and your stupid installation guy did the setup on a metal plate in the house and now I am without internet in my home.

    @ACTFibernet worst experience my internet connection is not good for lost 2 week I have raised complain for 4 time but they only cleared the next day night my works got delayed because of this, Yesterday I raised the complain but that was not cleared still now???

    @ACTFibernet one of most fraudulent companieS. Cheating customers, support is pathetic. Worst broadband provider, 4-5 issues every month, pay for 30 days get only 20 days thats act broadband. N they will screw you during weekday only at work. #firecrackers #act #Shameful

    @ACTFibernet You are not refunding my advance payment after service disconnection. I raised 2 Tickets for it, both closed without resolution : SR10766163617595,SR10765590085337. No call back, no explanation. 3 months and waiting! ACT, please act on this!

    Hey @ACTFibernet, do you really think it's fair to charge 500 for downgrading / changing the plan? You should be happy enough if customers aren't churning! This definitely doesn't help in retention or whatever fancy internal metric you track.
