This is regarding ticket SR10166065085444 and @ACTFibernet has been assuring that they will resolve in 4 hrs and suddenly the ETA is 24hrs, with no response from technician/customer service. Can someone help? This is getting more ****** as service now.

@ACTFibernet Very lousy service. I registered 5days back but still it's not installed. Earlier when I enquired, they keep calling multiple times to sell their services & will followup for payment after every single hour. But now when I have paid, they are not picking call.

The disconnection team came in June, took the router away and promised that the security deposit will be credited, that did not happen. They never completed the service request and kept billing for the same account that i haven't used in 4 months @ACTFibernet
