(1/2) @ACTFibernet I have already complained about "Internet goes when the power goes off." But it got closed without any notice. I face the following problem: When the power goes off to the Act Router box (not the user's modem) my internet goes off.

@ACTFibernet is the worst network provider I have been using recently.... Scheduled maintainance should be carried out at midnights or weekends not whenever you wish...and this maintainance is carried for 6 hrs srsly

@ACTFibernet No action has been taken yet to restore the internet connection since yesterday noon. Very very poor service and too much negligence in solving the issue to help customer WFH duty.
