    Yet to receive new connection for which i made payment 12 hours back. Received empty automated tweets in response to complaint. No action taken in response to email, tweet &no response from sales person & engineer. Service more pathetic than it was 2 years ago. @ACTFibernet

    @airtelindia Worst Experience of Airtel Broadband in Bangalore. Raised a ticket 3 days ago, got closed without any support. The Customer support system is also a Bot speaking the same thing. It was an worst decision to switch to @airtelindia from @ACTFibernet .

    @ACTFibernet I have opened one ticket # SR10164252557655 opened on 28-Feb-22. it's take 5-10 mints to fix (remove static-ip and adjust bill amount) but sill that issue not resolved. I have been calling ur call center daily but no use. Please let me know when it resolve?

    No response from @ACTFibernet more Paid for new connection more than 26 hours ago. Setup still not done. Not received password for connection activation till now. Never purchase new ACT connection in Chennai.

    @ACTFibernet It’s been 48hrs since I have paid for the fibernet connection. But still there is no call from the team for the connection they just had informed that a box needs to be installed in the Appartment. #delayedservice Please take necessary steps for quicker service

    @ACTFibernet Do you have minimum sense or not. After last 15-20 days you people are keep on telling me I will get refund next day. Till now not yet done. I ask customer care people they are keeping my call hold or disconnected. Is this the way you do with your customers

    @ACTFibernet I have been contacting the ACT team through different media's since a couple of months. I tried reaching out on almost every platform available. This is the 112th consecutive day I'm posting my issue in public. When will this be settled? When will I get JUSTICE...???
