@ACTFibernet Hi Act Team, I have raised a request yest for downgrading a plan and ur team gave me a timeline of 3 days to make the change. Why will it take 3 days to change the plan? Can ur team look into this on priority? No action so far - SR10164930209315. Bad customer support as well.

@ACTFibernet And a technician of yours told me the same. And they always say the reason for delayed service is because they have been given the complaint ticket late. Make a long term solution for people like us who have to suffer because of the technicians behaviour. 2/2

@ACTFibernet Since 11:00 AM the internet went down when I was in a meeting. Raised a ticket immediately. Your technician committed that it will be resolved in 45 mins at around 12:00 Pm. Now it's 3:20. More than 3 hours. I don't know if 45 mins is equal to 3 hours for act staff.

@ACTFibernet Internet stopped working. This is second time I’m facing issue within a month. The first issue was resolved after 4 days after multiple follow ups. Please resolve immediately.
