@priku @ACTFibernet Dont relocate just change to different network. These guys dont have proper connection now. Simply doing fake marketting and promotions as fastest network. You wil get network disruption every hour.

@ACTFibernet Need an update on the issue we raised some days back. “A so called ACT representative” with ACT ID card took money from us for the connection, but yet no connection nor refund. Later we understood he was fraud. We are waiting for a quick resolution from your end.

@ACTFibernet Pathetic service. No response to emails. Customer care phone goes mute surprisingly every time after problem is described. Until that the agent responds fine. Happened several times. No other option but to switch to a different service provider.
