    I'm tired of the constant excuses from the ground team. What's more concerning is the unethical practice. Why was the expected resolution time removed from the system? This lack of transparency is unacceptable. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet I called sales 4 times. Spoke with 4 different people. The first lady's name i did not get. She was very rude. She did not understand the issue and kept saying it cannot be done today. Then came Merlin, who promised to get a supervisor online.

    @ACTFibernet, there is no internet connectivity for the last 4 days! Every technician who is calling for the last 4 days asks the same question, “sir, do you know where is the box in your area?” Seriously? Is that my job? Horrible experience

    @ACTFibernet @psshadnr_cyb @ACTFibernet Complaint against ACT Fibernet: payment taken but no router installation even after 3 days. Request immediate intervention, resolution, and refund/compensation for deficiency in service.

    @ACTFibernet Please consider this email as an official request to cancel my connection. I do not want to pay anything as I have validity till 22nd July. Kindly cancel the connection and clear your routers. I do not want your services anymore.  Most unprofessional bunch of people.

    Hey @ACTFibernet, I’m paying for a 400 Mbps plan but consistently getting only ~100 Mbps or less. I’ve raised 4 to 5 complaints, and every time the same technician is assigned. He asks me to close the ticket using the OTP without actually fixing the issue.
