    @hameedk2005 @ACTFibernet We have to do something about this company. During the pandemic how can these people do this? Most of them are working from home! And you call their customer support they will never face all this issues.

    @ACTFibernet It is really difficult for me to raise even a smallest of issue at social media why are you so irresponsible. I have paid for 300 mbps and getting only 60 mbps. Your executive just called me and said your router does not support and disconnect the call.

    @ACTFibernet Act claim as one of the leading ISP's in India? Leave about the internet speed they don't even know what customer service is! I'm working from home and I don't know why I did trust this company, who's gonna pay me? In this month I didn't work for 6 days just for this

    @ACTFibernet hi just now i(101412646321 user id ) requested for 40mbps plan with 10+2 but customer care executor ashwanth cheating me with by updating my plan amax700 10+2 plan, at time 3.22pm today. who will pay this amount? please take an action on this .

    @ACTFibernet I have done a flexibyte recharge.. but you updated the payment after 24 hrs that too added into the general payment. Today night I'm going to be disconnected. Even at the time of disconnection, you service is not satisfactory.
