    @ACTFibernet I have applied for ACT Fibernet problem is that the router provided me is giving 100 Mbps and my plan is of 150 Mbps where it providing proper speed in wifi but not from LAN. The person who got complaint said that he is closing ticket

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Pathetic service from ACT. Poor connection followed by not refunding my paid amount. It's over a month, when my refund amount was promised, but now ACT is neither acknowledging my mails nor refunding my amount. Is it a company policy not to refund ?

    @JioCare Might be doing that soon. Tried talking to @ACTFibernet's customer care and received a lot of promises but no action, just like before. Also, I will be expected to pay for the time I didn't have access to internet as well. I don't think I will recommend ACT to others anymore.
