@ACTFibernet @actfibernet now have some shame and refund my money without delay. For this i guess u'll not make excuse that ur internet is not working. Like ur agent excused earlier saying its raining and took 40+ days for 7 days TAT.

Hi @ACTFibernet my issue is still not resolved. The customer care has not given a permanent resolution to my problem yet. Every morning I’m facing this issue and it is disrupting my work as I work from home. Please provide a permanent resolution ASAP or I need to switch provider

@ACTFibernet @TRAI @DoT_India Now the issue is resolved. But while activating the internet access. I had to call the techician back and reset the settings on call. Without even confirming the issue as resolved, ticket was closed. And made to pay the last month bill for which there is no internet. Resolve this

@ACTFibernet This is regarding my ACT Fibernet ticket no SR10377845130524 raised last Thursday 4pm . I lost my wifi connection and the technician came to resolve my issue only after 18 hours of raising the ticket. The issue is not resolved yet as I’ve lost it again.

How can someone create a shifting request within 24hrs of installation and also close it without an OTP? Very poor process. @ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet Extremely disappointed with your service! My new connection wasn’t even installed properly, yet your team created a shifting request without my consent, closed it themselves, and charged me! Totally unacceptable — please resolve this ASAP. #ACTFibernet
