If customers ask for resolution. Seriously it is not a good to be an act customer any more.Not giving respect to customers

@pagesweturned @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD They also say that shifting and other issues are low priority for them. New connection request is high priority ticket for them. This shows how pathetic their services are. A simple shifting request is not done even after 11 days of request.

@ACTFibernet I have recived call back from act customer care but the issue is not resolved. Which is very disappointing. I have raised multiple requests regarding my issue but you guys called me now and saying you should raise this concern earlier.

@govilkargaurav @ACTFibernet Use proper language mr.Gaurav. why are using the unparallamentary language. Is this only the act team informing u guys to scold the customers. I will file a complaint in consumer court. My lawyer will take action on the language what u have made.
