    @ACTFibernet is worst Its been more than 2 weeks that i called Customer care to cut extra wire of broadband. You guys asked for 72 hour's time when I called u 2 weeks before. Till yesterday you said same dialogue. If u cant help your Customers then please close your company

    @ACTFibernet, This is the 3rd time of a full-day Internet outage from ACT Broadband in Marathahalli. It always takes 8-10 hours to fix the issue. It's very poor Internet service in a tier 1 city like Bangalore.

    @ACTFibernet you **** app doesnt work. I used to 5900 every 6 months for internet plan. Now it says 7300 as due. Kindly solve your **** app bugs im not even able to connect to agent there. Clarify about this bill or i will have to file a complaint in consumer court. 101439329428

    @ACTFibernet Worst onboarding experience in Chennai. It's been 3 days since I paid for a new connection, yet installation is still pending. My home already has ACT wiring, but your sales team and field engineers seem completely uncoordinated. Very disappointing for a new customer

    Hello @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD ! No internet since morning, raised a ticket, it showed there are some issues on your side. Not a single technician followed up, no idea when it will get resolved. I called a technician, explained everything and he can't do anything. HELP!

    @ACTFibernet Hi Team, my internet has been down for 3 days. An engineer visited after 2 days but the issue returned within hours. I can't reopen the ticket, and despite repeated calls, no engineer has visited since yesterday. This is affecting my work.
