    @ACTFibernet : Thank you for your wonderful service. I am without internet for 2 days. No updates yet on the resolution. No proper commitment. Paid my 6 months charge in advance and I am repenting for my decision. Absolutely pathetic.

    @VijayGopal_ nodal officer is just replying that the sr is closed and internet is working fine. It’s horrible connection @ACTFibernet Pathetic service. Any better solution please??

    @ACTFibernet No internet for 3rd day. 2 requests raised, 2 calls received confirming that a technical engineer would look into the issue, same issue, same calls, same confirmation but no resolution. Money just wasted, worse than diaper service. STUPIDITY at the best level.
