    @ACTFibernet I have been contacting the ACT team through different media's since a couple of months. I tried reaching out on almost every platform available. This is the 116th consecutive day I'm posting my issue in public. When will this be settled? When will I get JUSTICE...???

    @ACTFibernet No it has not been resolved yet. However ticket got closed. I don’t understand without fixing the issue how one could close ticket thrice. #PatheticService

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet what is use of getting in touch with me when you can't solve issue permanently as we are experiencing 20 days downtime in a month and takes 4 hours to resolve even knowing where the problem is. It became habit of your network.

    @64_BlT @BharatVarma3 @ACTFibernet I used an original EeePC as my router for many years primarily because of issues like this. They understand it's a laptop and if they want, they are free to connect their laptop in its place to troubleshoot.

    @ACTFibernet Disgusting service I have never 😤 seen. What is the use of giving 50 mbps where your Internet connection won't work 4 days a week and atlesst 20 times a month. If you can't solve permanently the issue, close service permanently in our area.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet you guys are not customer centric. before availing your service you guys are acting smart enough to get the deal after availing your service you guys showing true faces such bad service so far I need proper resolution today EOD if you not adhere I'm done with it.
