    @ACTFibernet I'm facing Internet loss due to power failure from past 6 months The SR gets closed without fixing the battery. Either put the battery or give fiber cable to my home. Very bad customer service from Hyderabad.

    @ACTFibernet You cheapsters you take the Money from my friends first who are wanting the connection first tell yes you have the connection then later tell local issues ? Is it a joke ? Give the damn money back right away keep your 7 days policy in your pocket.

    request SR10157491234592. @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Its been 3 days now and 5 people have visited to solve the problem and each one says that Its not his department to resolve. He then leaves advising someone will resolve in 2 hrs. That 2 hrs are since 3 days now

    @ACTFibernet Worst service ever from your team. My billing from last 2 months is incorrect and I have called more than 15 times to customer care. Everytime I talk representative will inform issue would be resolved within 24 hours, but my concern is overdue from last 1.5 months.
