    @ACTFibernet Confirmed no dues in call. Now changing story to ACT balance transfer instead of refund to original payment mode. Service failure led to disconnection. Stop misleading customers and process refund properly. #ACTFibernet #RefundIssue #PoorService

    @ACTFibernet your team does not care about the transparancy and commitment provided to the customer,I want refund of my money as I can't trust the company which is not transparent to it's customer.

    I made the payment y'day after waiting for a month and after the payment, the next day internet is not working @ACTFibernet. The service guy requested my to not raise a ticket but doesn't show up himself for the resolution.Has been lying for the last 5 hours. Missed exam again.
