@ACTFibernet SR10254354817212 Raised shifting request on 24th March and till today shifting is not done. Always gives excuses. Pathetic and damn slow service. Once my subscription ends I will discontinue your service. Suffering because of you.

Is it really justified to wait for the resolution..@ACTFibernet ..how long I have to wait...I was promised by Pratap that the issue will be resolved by EOD....are the field technicians really incapable to fulfill customer's necessity

@ACTFibernet @DoT_India : Really frustrated with ACT Fibernet. They are not resolving the customer's issue even after 5 days. We have not yet got the holding charges link to our phone number.

@Chinmayi @srini_r_twit You are wrong. If I report after 6pm mostly it gets resolved befor 6pmon the next day irrespective of the day @ACTFibernet customer care is best I would away as I’ve been user of another isp briefly
