    @ACTFibernet My actual internet cable was diverted to another user and the wire was taped recently due to this my Router was not working and unable to pick the specified speed. I want act to restore my connection properly. I tested my unit with another cable it is working fine.

    Went through the worst of experiences with @ACTFibernet Bangalore. Their engineer wasted the whole day without being able to successfully provide the connection. #ACTSucks

    @ACTFibernet internet speed drops down frequently and when raised a ticket the contact person asks us to play YouTube video and check speed test. For that moment it works. Later againthe speeddrops down. It hapend with customersupport executive multiple times. Userid:102656406176

    @SahilGu02998407 @ACTFibernet Yes, ACT customer service representatives don't understand the value of customers. They have little knowledge as well. Just repeating the same thing over and over. Pathetic #SayNoToACT

    @ACTFibernet I ordered a new connection when they promised the same day of installation and also forced me to pay 6 months of rent in advance , but Act Fiber Network does not keep their promises, and the executive never picks up the phone. I had such a bad experience with ACT.

    @ACTFibernet From yesterday evening internet connection are unavailable, first resolution window was today 9am-12pm with technician visit to see the issue, now shifted to 9pm without any technician visiting to see the issue. #Pathetic service, #unprofessional SR10265911324344
