Then I called the helpdesk to cancel it and even after cancellation a partial amount needs to be paid from my end. Why are you doing like this and why are you asking us to follow up for n no of times. Worst worst worst service

i am myself, won’t change (@iamme_wontchang) reported@excitel_rocks My best advice first un tie with @playboxtvapp and tie up with good OTT providers. Then your service will be grown. Any how I am planing to move @ACTFibernet as you have removed ETV win for new customer and renew plans.
