@ACTFibernet Lately, has become a company with one of the worst customer supports. Had an issue with connectivity and raised an issue ticket after 48 hours I receive a call and later the agent confirms it be resolved in an hour.Its been half a day and I am still waiting...

@ACTFibernet I want solution with in 2hrs this is so worse every month every 10 to 15 days this is happening which is not at all acceptable today i wants my problem to be solved with in 2 hrs or else it is going to be escalated in a very big way

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD complaint no- SR10163126242672. first i was given commitment to resolve by 12.30pm yesterday, then 4pm, then 8pm. i escalated, was told by 12pm today. except fake assurances, not getting service. is this your motto to harass customers @jagograhakjago

@ACTFibernet As soon as you responded I got a call and the same story continued. Your representative said she will escalate the ticket and nothing happened.What is your problem in returning 2000 rupees even after recovering the router? (router recovered on Sept 2nd).
