@ACTFibernet Guys what the hell with the Customer service these days. I was using act blaze 6+1 which I renewed it yesterday but after sometime it was converted to monthly plan now your CS is asking to pay for differential amout. Is this a new tactic to take our money?

@ACTFibernet I have been contacting the ACT team through different media's since a couple of months. I tried reaching out on almost every platform available. This is the 37th consecutive day I'm posting my issue in public. When will this be settled? When will I get JUSTICE...???

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD So you closed SR10163698351524 without resolving the issue. Then Rohit called and Area Manager and Technician called at 5pm that someone will come. New SR10163754073819 generated. And still without internet. What the hell is happening! Hub box is at my home! What Permission!!

@ACTFibernet pathetic customer care services, I have requested for the termination of connection, but they still activating and deactivating again and again. Really frustrated with their daily calls and still they don't do as you say. Don't go for ACT

@ACTFibernet I had basic troubleshooting. But every time restarting router is not solution for it. And without my permission it’s restating from support team.
