@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet Your ticketing system and customer support are not helping in any way. Issue remained unresolved for 7 days which is pathetic. None of the field executive called during the outage and even they are also not answer when we try to call back.

@ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet 7 days without internet. SR 10177438042484 raised, Text mention it will be fixed in 3 hours but nothing happened. Engineer checked & left. Now told "can't be restored"—really? Work paralyzed. Is this the service standard? Need urgent resolution. #ACTFiber
