    Once again a bad experience from @ACTFibernet . Don't know how they have survived in market these many years with this type of attitude. Not good at technical aspects, customer service not even in single aspect. Better to get rid as early as possible. @TSConsumers @MIB_India

    @ACTFibernet, hey ACT my internet has been down since last night and I’m unable to work. Yes, I opened a ticket. Your representative hung up the phone twice because apparently I did not answer by the 3rd ring(sorry I was 10 feet away and it took me few seconds to get to the phone

    @ACTFibernet Requested for new connection and made the payment but till now no one came for installation. Is this how it's supposed to work. Take money from customer and leave him hanging. With wfh internet is necessity and looks like @ACTFibernet is taking customer for fool

    @ACTFibernet From last 14 days, the same issue is open and even after 4 calls...and being promised of having the issue closed.. nothing has happened. I was forced to continue wid my already disconnected connection post installation of new connection and now I need to pay more

    @ACTFibernet I have been overcharged and even 4 days after complaint, it hasn't been resolved.
