    @ACTFibernet Installation techie did not give me the router's admin account password, so I am not able to change the security from wpa to wpa2 or wpa3 with AES, so I cant use the connection for work purpose. raised complaint already. SR10155590339879 plz help,

    @ACTFibernet I reiterate the same issue again.I see lot of bandwidth is reduced and lot of streaming issues. Speed is terrible. Can't be explained.

    @ACTFibernet Dear @ACTFibernet can you please check and let me know why this ticket was closed without resolving the issue. Your technicians didn't visited my place before closing this ticket. This is the service you provide to customers? We are using this connection almost from 10 years.

    @ACTFibernet Another outage of over 12hrs. This company has no sense of responsibility for the service they are paid to provide. I see a lot of complaints here its better to take it to the consumer court they need to pay for loss of business due to no service.

    Worst Service by @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD . Being a long holding customer for ACT, They didn't respond properly to my relocation request which was closed without giving any info to the customer. And upon connecting the customer care, they simply say the field team closed it.

    I have applied for new connection & paid money as per the advise by your local TL (Chanti), there is no response from ur TL, after paying the amount they didnt even visited my location. Very disappointing service & not even responding to my calls @ACTFibernet #actfiber #vizag
