@ACTFibernet What a display of absolutely pathetic show by your management and service. Last night there was a scheduled maintenance outage. Now intenet is down and after 25 mins hold time, nobody answers the call. ROT IN HELL FOR RUINING MY WORK FROM HOME

@ACTFibernet raised a complaint SR10264104648844 internet is not working and nobody is looking into issue form morning 10 no internet at all this is happening regularly , I am very disappoint as we are working from home if you can't provide proper internet I will change to others

Spent most of today morning fighting incompetence with the @ACTFibernet and @theniyo teams! Do these folks on the other end not have permission to escalate issues? Or are they so swamped that they've just given up?
