@ACTFibernet I have raised the issue on 16th nov & the issue is still unresolved(still date 24th Nov) with no internet, I don't expect this kind of service from you. The worst service I have ever seen & I promote the same to my friends, family & my colleagues. It's tym I move to JioFibernet.

I am wondering why #ACTFiberNet don't refund remaining amount when anyone move out and disconnect. Company representatives are very rude with outgoing customers and deny refund. How I can recommend anyone adopting #ACT_FiberNet @ACTFiberNet. @TelecomBoardInd Plz help.

@ACTFibernet Why is there a fiber disconnect every month & takes more than 24 hrs fix the same?It's wfh and no wifi since yesterday effects work big time.If you don't have manpower to fix let me know.Will pick a provider where connection doesn't go away every 1 month.
