    @ACTFibernet if same issue (fibre cut) is occurring for 2 months can't your technicians find a solution for the same?. What kind of service is this?. Your customer care person behaves very rudely, and disconnects call while we are speaking. Nothing can be done by the customer.

    @ACTFibernet Within hours of reopening the ticket I received a message that the ticket had been closed. I had to call your customer care again just to know that the representative cannot do anything but re-open again. I have lost trust in your company.

    @ACTFibernet Raised shift connection request for 3 days ago. No response received yet. I have call daily for connection change but all fake promises. Very poor service. SR SR11063220461564

    @ACTFibernet it's been two days . There is no response from your team for installation. Atleast have show some courtesy to inform your customer. I changed from Airtel to Act but same story here. God bless you both

    @ACTFibernet I have mentioned the same to your customer care representative and he has raised a ticket. No one has responded to the ticket but I received a message that the Issue was closed. I again called your representative and reopened the ticket.

    @ACTFibernet Its all most 6 hours now and no one responded. really frustrated with service and response from team in case of emergency. Pls consider this as top priority whole 20 connections in our aprt is affected.
