    @ACTFibernet @DoT_India while taking the connection it was informed advance rental plan, mean, once I pay only I will get service, now they have charged the rental for non usage dates like postpaid and asking to make the payment. I placed the request for disconnection on 20th Nov

    @ACTFibernet Same response every time but no actual resolution. I want my refund, it's been more than one month. No more false assurances. Guys don't go for @ACTFibernet #actbroadband it's the worst coustomer experience. Worst service and worst customer service too.
