    @PiyushGoyal Sir, I need your help as you are consumer affairs ministry.. @ACTFibernet has deactivated my service without informing me, even after being paid monthly recurrent amount on 1st of every month.. please help with this sir.. thank you 🙏

    @ACTFibernet Requested for router upgrade request on 11th June but still I didn't received the device yet and have made many calls & emails to customer service but no proper response and I have made an 6 months advance payment. May I know by now the issue will get resolved.

    @ACTFibernet don't ever take this bloody broadband, one of the worst service providers they need money when it comes to service and resolving customer queries, hopeless even after 24 hours they are not sufficient in resolving and customer support agents are one of the worst 🙏🙏

    @ACTFibernet internet is down from last 6 hours and still your customer care says wait for next 24 hours. What kind of service you guys providing ? I am really surprised to get that kind of customer support from a leading internet provider.
