@ACTFibernet This has not yet been resolved. It's been more than 2 full working days and still no resolution. Pathetic customer support called 3 times to request the same permission to install the junction box. No call back, no status update, just @ACTFibernet ACT'ing incompetent.

@JM_Scindia @ACTFibernet Will hv to take the issue to higher authority if not resolved as we trust n give our harden money. This way if a company' gets licence just to make money ministry of telecom has to take proper action. We hv 700 familes in our apartment right now n another 2500 yet to come

@JM_Scindia @ACTFibernet No mail received n upgrade is secondary why customers are given false statement before taking connection n after grabbing money all in vain. No words to the commitment why? Is this the service of ACT being a brand. Never expected this with such a branded company.
