@ACTFibernet Why you are discriminating customer who ask for Kannada. I have recording as proof in which your executive disconnect call if we ask for kannada after choosing kannada in IVR option @KannadaGrahaka @karave_KRV I have raised complaint to nodle officer who neglects it.

@ACTFibernet fix your consumer service policy! It's so hard to talk to a human, they then start feigning they can't hear us and then cut the call. If your server is down, shift us to another! DON'T FEIGN DEAFNESS.
