    @ACTFibernet It's been 4 days and your technicians are still enjoying the weekend. I didnt get any call back atleast on the resolution. There are 7 other impacted with the issue. We have raised request for doconnection.

    @ACTFibernet I've bought a prepaid 6 months worth of internet services and I'm relocating. 2 out of the 6 months of internet service has been provided. I'd like a refund for the 4 months of internet I've already paid for. Please help. I would like to permanently disconnect.

    @ACTFibernet I called your customer care, they gave me same old vague reply, cable is damaged and tech team is working on it, does it take more than 12 hours to fix it? Please be prepared I am going with a new ISP and I will not allow your junction box on my property.

    @ACTFibernet No resolution provided yet. Hence opted for other Internet service provider. Will not use yours .very Bad experience.

    @ACTFibernet You claiming to be a leading Fibre net provider cannot provide 24/7 customer service. Many issues occur after the technicians working hours. To get it resolved we need to wait for the next day. For night shift employees who are working from home this is loss.

    @ACTFibernet this is pathetic service.. SR10264832163949 I reported an issue with ACT billing, because u have incorrect billing. The amount twice billed. This should have been resolved last week, now my connection is suspended. I'm not paying more what I'm supposed to!

    @ACTFibernet hey!! What the hell!! My connection doesn't work every week!! This has became a habit!! I cant even recommend act now!! Very bad experience. I have a connection of 300mbps at puranapul, Hyd. If this repeats again m changing to JIO.

    @ACTFibernet just got a call from customer care i asked u want disconnected i ll do it now.i have the pay bill for this month then u discontinue ur service.please let me know last day before that i ll take new connection
