@sayan_nide @ACTFibernet I can see the frustration 🤧, same happened to me, but with @BSNL_KTK . Local guy didn't even lift the call, and I called the service centre twice, both the times these guys cut the call in middle.

Very much irritated with @ACTFibernet , The worst service I have ever seen. Even in African Countries, They give the connection in less then 3 days. This is India and that too in a city like Hyderabad, You people are taking more then 10 days to give the connection. #ACTWorst

@ACTFibernet I’ve shared the details via private message. I’ve been contacting customer care for hours earlier, nobody gave a promising resolution. And I’ve been trying to reach them for few hours now but nobody is reachable. Why are they calls not being addressed by any person responsibly.

@ACTFibernet has been #harassing me ever since I moved on from their garbage service to the much better @airtelindia fiber internet. They continuously call asking you to switch back. Be advised @ACTFibernet I'll get some bigger people involved to handle this **** in your language
