@ACTFibernet They don't even do that I have to literally keep raising tickets for every alternate months trust me this is the issue from 1st month of me getting an internet connection there is literally 0 proactiveness in trying to avoid this issue despite me giving a proper solution

@ACTFibernet I sent my Account Number on your DM. It's been 3 days since the network is gone. Local cable operators are able to provide faster service, not sure what happened to @ACTFibernet now a days.

@ACTFibernet Here is my ticket id: SR10876161043794 It’s been more than 24 hours but the connection issue is not resolved. The same problem occurred couple of months back and you took a week to fix it and i was assured that it won’t happen again. I think it’s time to disconnect
