    @vinesh1137 @ACTFibernet I am facing internet issue since 20 days. No resolution is provided yet.pls disconnect and refund my money. Very bad service and customer support is provided to us. No definit timeline of resolution. Everyday I receive a new timeline.Such an irritating @act

    @ACTFibernet hi we are facing connectivity issues from morning today. Even Fibernet act app is down. Unable to raise ticket . Pl can you raise ticket . Account id is 102722721516

    @mahiadimulam @ACTFibernet Exactly! It’s such a nuisance, they don’t even have an option to cancel the subscription and it will work on during the payment cycles

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet I have been requesting for a static IP for the last 10 days. My ticket SR10177265041029 has been pending for over a week with no resolution. Every time I follow up, customer cares are always busy and on emails I only get the same copy-paste response.

    @vinesh1137 @ACTFibernet Same problem with me man, worst internet provider better to switch on airtel or jio these guys does not take our complaints seriously @ACTFibernet firstly learn how to solve issues give training to your engineers and back-end teams and then start a company it's so frustrating

    @ACTFibernet i had taken 6 months back new connection for mesh router plan , during connection the Sales guy said i need to pay for 6 months for free installation so I agreed but now nearing renewal i asked the customer care to change to monthly plan but these guys saying
