    @ACTFibernet Internet service is pathetic. Facing service issues frequently and hard to reach customer care. Since the last 3 hours internet service is down service engineer is not responding and his mobile is switched off.

    @ACTFibernet The issue got resolved only late in the evening, we are facing the same issue again today since morning.! since we pay for a 24/7 service, why shud we pay up for the days you guys are down . If you can't give us reliable service then please let us know & issue is a refund

    @ACTFibernet Sure. please get this fixed. I have been chasing ACT for multiple issues and never got a proper and timely resolution. My experience so far with ACT is really frustrating.

    @ACTFibernet I applied for new connection in B Narayanpura Banglore. And it's been 5 days no one has come for connection. Sales guy Venkat 9731100224 is not picking my calls. Looks like all SCAM. What a pathetic service. I want my refund.
