    @ACTFibernet I have taken connection in the month of Jan and they have installed Power junction box in my house and they said I will get waiver every month and till now I didn't get waiver for Power consumption. Now they are giving waiver for 1 mnth(Rs.59). Worst service

    @ACTFibernet your Hyderabad team has not been able to resolve a wifi issue for more than 24hrs. Ground level employees are clueless about when and how it will be fixed

    @ACTFibernet You should stop giving services in Hyderabad now,Have been facing disconnection almost every two times a week, pathetic service I think ,its time to move on to JIO , because of you I have to skip my office work,loss of pay.

    @ACTFibernet you take clients for ride. For changing the router you are asking me to buy another 6 months subscription. First give the service for what’s being charged properly. Don’t tweet you will revert. Your CEO doesn’t bother to respond to escalations
