After explaining your executive says connection to next level and the next level never picks up and call gets disconnected. Today after another similar experience wrote and email with all details. Hoping to see it gets resolved or have to part ways to @Airtel_Services or @ACTFibernet for your unethical practices and bad customer servcice.

Sriram Sridharan (@z1000i4) reported@ACTFibernet Your ground team came at 8:30 at night, said that they couldn't even find where this break was and that it would be easier to search at night. Implying that they didn't even bring OTDR metres and relied on VFLs, and of course, still no resolution and we're 84 hours in.
