@ACTFibernet These Days the Act Fibernet gives a lot of issues like connectivity loss or internet goes down. Now really upset with ACT FIBERNET, while working from home and having plan of 150 mbs and continues connectivity and internet goes down.

@ACTFibernet has taken money for installation on 23rd March, 2021. Till date no contact or connection inspite of multiple follow ups with customer care ticket no:SR10254433343742. Neither they are responding nor refunding the money. Be aware of this fraud company. Service worst.

@ACTFibernet @sanjumyh You guys need monthly 3 opportunities to fix your worst service, recklessness, why you guys are charging to the customer for non service days, you guys are having zero professionalism and I don’t know how you guys are surviving
