@ACTFibernet Hi Team, The issue still needs to be resolved as @ACTFibernet has NOT REFUNDED the amount. Since day1, I have been asking about the "REFUND", but after so many discussions and emails, AMOUNT is not credited to my account.

until the next morning (16th Jan) I started contacting customer care as I am working from home and Internet is an utmost requirement. I can not believe the service @ACTFibernet provided at the first call they told me my issue has been raised and a ticket has been cut soon the (2)

During these5 day I have been reaching out to the customer care for a resolution and all they were doing is disconnecting my calls or putting me on mute and not responding. Finally on 20th afternoon one of @ACTFibernet technician visited my place and what I got as a resolution(4)

@ACTFibernet Pls cancel my subscription from immediate effect as you are non-responsive, non-supportive to my concerns. I cant speak to anyone in ACT bec I am told to use the app. The APP sucks and goes in loop. So how the hell do I communicate my problem?
