    @ACTFibernet Yes they are but the engineer clearly said that they will close the ticket because their team lead is Pressurizing them to do so. Now he's not picking up the call. Very bad practice to show the resolution time(TTR) as less.

    @ACTFibernet Your support numbers on the net don't even exist any more. Now there are two things that I need you to do ASAP. 1) Make sure that my devices get connected to the internet in the next 24 hours 2) Recompensate me for the wall damages. My terms are non-negotiable.

    @ACTFibernet Again my interent is down, it works for 3 days and then again its down. Why does this happen with you guys? taking 3 months of cost at one go - and then you provide this kind of service.Are you guys even seriously working or just making a fool ? @ACTFibernet

    I want to disconnect my connection to the ACT Fibernet connection because my internet is not working properly, I have to face this issue for the 2nd time in 15 days. I want to leave this and go to airtel Fibernet. @ACTFibernet @airtelindia

    @ACTFibernet My issue hasn't resolved . U guys unable relocate my connection so I have no choice but to go to airtel fibernet .what amazes me is airtel , hathway,pioneer all these fibernet companies are willing to give me connection . Only u guys haven't responded ... Disappointed ..
