    @ACTFibernet Again they closed the ticket without resolution. No reply for the email support team , very unethical. I paid an amount of 1200 for the April month, then my service was suspended for a new bill, with due on April 10. Very unfair trade practice by act internet.

    @ACTFibernet So the internet provided by @ACTFibernet to your home is dependent on someone who might just cut the power and the internet to your home. I have had local wifi and other brands wifi as well but never heard of such dependency of power on random person.

    @ACTFibernet 5 days have passed , you keep on closing the ticket without giving solution, I am fed up with your service regarding streaming box, either you replace it or give solution

    @ACTFibernet it has been 20 days my issue is not resolved. My router has been picked up but the refund for security not initiated. I have contacted customer support multiple times

    @ACTFibernet I will explain one thing clearly when the customer is taking ACT service you mentioned that is any issue will occur resolve by 24 hours, after facing the internet issue for 13 days still not resolved, you are saying patience is the matter.

    @ACTFibernet I have raised a ticket to change my plan, already paid 5000 and still no action from ACT. You even closed the ticket and then I reopened it and still no resolution has been given. Ticket id: SR10179897246902

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetChn No internet since yesterday. Ticket ID: SR10379815470704. You keep pushing ETA with no real fix. This happens every month and you still charge for downtime. Pathetic service. Resolve this NOW. I have work
