    @ACTFibernet, i have been trying to restore my account and it shows tonpay my dues. My dues are -29.5 which is actually credits but due to your poor design of application it is considering as dues and cannot let me to restore my account. Your customer care people are pathetic

    @JioCare Tried relocating my Jio connection with order id LR00001D3UQR and wow… what a mess. Customer support is basically nonexistent, no updates, no timelines. Officially out of patience. Switching to @airtelindia or @ACTFibernet and closing this connection.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet it has been more than 3 days , no field person has come and attended the issue , there is no resolution at all , requesting you to attend it on priority and restore my connection

    @ACTFibernet, I’m writing to express my disappointment with the pathetic service provided by ACT. My service ID is SR10379940421734 and I’ve been experiencing connection issues for the past five days. Despite paying for eight months in advance, I’ve received no successful service. This is a clear example of an ISP fleecing customers, and I urge you sir @AshwiniVaishnaw to direct your ministry for action.

    @ACTFibernet please help me in resolution for this ticket #SR10280058860234. It has been more than 72 hrs. No one has come to install the router yet nor picking the call. Is it so much difficult to get an internet connection in Bangalore for last 3 days ? ENgineer is not picking.

    @ACTFibernet Been following up via calls for my connection shift request for one week. First ETA via email was 26 Apr, second ETA via app was 28 Apr, today it's 1 May. Also, your team says my shifting address is not their problem to solve for connection shifting. @jagograhakjago

    @ACTFibernet the issue is not solved it been more than 30 hrs without internet. tickets raised are not addressed ! And request to cancel subscription is also not addressed. Kindly cancel my subscription.
