    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet - still issue not fixed. 5 days gone. if you can’t fix the issue within SLA, we don’t think you are right fit for our requirements. Please let me know if you can refund the annual payment amount, I would prefer getting out of this mess. #Hyderabad

    @ACTFibernet worst service it’s been nearly 48 hrs but still the complaint hasn’t been attended . And this is frequent issue the act service provider.

    @ACTFibernet it's been two days since the internet connection has been lost and no resolution in sight. I have paid for 3 months prepaid and I need the refund for the two days for which you have not been able to provide the internet connection which you have promised. @TRAI
