  @ACTFibernet Chennai @ActfiberC very worst customer service. Past 6 months facing regular disconnectivity. Now past few weeks, every week facing issue. No proper resolution or no proper update of issue to us. Now new ticket ID is SR10363201542164. WORST CUSTOMER CARE.

  Now I’ve 2 options - Either I’ll not make any payment and discontinue the services or I’ll make the payment and still discontinue the services. I’ll revert to my old service provider @ACTFibernet now.
