    @ACTFibernet Son of *****. *************. Have some shame. Taking full money and outages most of the time. Why will it take 2 days to resolve the internet issue? It's been regular now. Every weekend there is no internet, it has been happening from past 3-4 weeks.

    Disappointing service from @ACTFibernet. Internet down since yesterday (SR10280004592444). 20-min wait times only to get fake "technician visit" updates. Now the team isn't even picking up my calls after ghosting the visit. Tired of chasing. Fix this @ACTFibernetHelp #ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Since yesterday I am having wifi issues, the technical team keeps extending timelines, yesterday they say they will sort out 6pm, they did not. Today they say morning, again they extend 1pm now again extended 7:30pm SR10179987432041 I need an immediate fix.
