    Daily customer care is telling that we will resolve your issue and you may get your router, all false hopes. Payment done on 1Feb, but issue is not resolved, pathetic experience @GaneshP22518972 @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet I still didn’t receive the call and The issue is still not resolved?? Will you guys keep quiet if I pay the bill one day after the due date ??? No right !! lost trust on your company only because of your worst customer service!! Not helping!!

    @ACTFibernet there is no internet access for the last 24 hrs making me unable to work & miss deadlines. Complaint ID is SR11064142893574 with 0 follow ups.If u can't resolve in next 1 hr, kindly refund as I would rather switch to another internet provider with better services.
