@MadrasMobile @ACTFibernet ...even as they had ₹6780 of my money with them. I cancelled the subscription & got refund. Moved over to Jio. Guess what, when I brought this issue to the notice of their COO he just helped in cancellation & refund. They let a customer go just like that!!!

Lots to say about dear @ACTFibernet. Their "technical team" blantantly threatened me against tweeting or reopening the complaint. Yes, a custome who pays $$ is THREATENED by their "technicians". They provide terrible suggestions, like "reboot your router". Disgusting.

@ACTFibernet I raised SR11063158033712 in the morning but no updates or no callback received moreover your sales person who made commitments regarding customer service, dropped the call without listening to me. At the time on installation that guy boasted about the your services.

@ACTFibernet @KRISHNA83138665 After every 10 days no Internet. After complaint they will take whole day to start. After asking problem they reply no electricity in box of multiple connection. What is my fault in it. you provide me 3-4 days in a month without Internet. SR11063148155952.

@ACTFibernet Lately, has become a company with one of the worst customer supports. Had an issue with connectivity and raised an issue ticket after 48 hours I receive a call and later the agent confirms it be resolved in an hour.Its been half a day and I am still waiting...
