  @ACTFibernet Don’t know if so much efforts are needed from a customer to start the refund process? It can always take 2 weeks, but i was informed the process was never imitated after me calling thrice. Makes me think some fraud sales person took my money.

  @ACTFibernet, there is no internet connectivity for the last 4 days! Every technician who is calling for the last 4 days asks the same question, “sir, do you know where is the box in your area?” Seriously? Is that my job? Horrible experience

  @ACTFibernet, This is the 3rd time of a full-day Internet outage from ACT Broadband in Marathahalli. It always takes 8-10 hours to fix the issue. It's very poor Internet service in a tier 1 city like Bangalore.

  @JioCare had a pathetic experience on your toll free number. 3 calls in last 2 weeks and the issue is unresolved. After explaining your executive says connection to next level and the next level never picks up and call gets disconnected. Today after another similar experience wrote and email with all details. Hoping to see it gets resolved or have to part ways to @Airtel_Services or @ACTFibernet for your unethical practices and bad customer servcice.

  @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet @FiberAct It's been over a 9 days since I raised my shifitng request and 6 days as disconnection request (SR10281001985214), but there has been no resolution. Since my connection could not be shifted within the promised timeline, I had no option but to get a new internet connection. I cannot keep waiting because of the delay from your end.   @ACTFibernet @jagograhakjago The ETA keeps on changing. From yesterday 9PM to today 8PM to now showing tomorrow 7PM. There is an option to schedule callback from Service engineer. Trying that since yesterday. The engineer name keeps on changing and nobody calls back.
