    Hi @ACTFibernet what kind of service you are providing. I have opted for 300 mbps plan but still monthly so many times I am facing internet slowness issue and now my net is not working. I have to connect to my meeting through my mobile internet.I want to disconnect it. Please do

    @ACTFibernet For over 24 hours your internet connection has been down.. Extremely poor responses to calls, emails, messages from your maintenance guys as well.. Good opportunity for your competitors to take your business... Taking subscribers for granted??

    @ACTFibernet it's been a week of time I have lost mt internet connection till now. You people are lazy to bring back the connection. I am the only one who facing this issue and your competitors giving the seamless service here at my Flats. SR10366149419664.

    @ACTFibernet It's not yet resolved, I raised complain several times but it seems no one is bothered to fix the issue. It's been more than 2 years using ACT and still not happy with the speed. No worries anyway I am pretty sure of switching to other ISP, I have given enough time to ACT

    @ACTFibernet Still not resolved yet, there is a clear disconnect between your field techs add customer service reps. Over Rs.2500 of wrongly charged fees is yet to be refunded after almost 2 weeks
