@ACTFibernet After 72 hours of outage got this message “Dear Patron, We noticed that you have experienced service outage and have credited Rs.41 as a waiver to your ACT Account. Team ACT”. So 41 rs is the waiver you give for 3 days? None of the support guy called me Ridiculous #Actfibernet

@ACTFibernet These guys are a looting new connection people by saying there's wiring issue in your apartment, even when you stay at known Gates Community. And force and try to up sell you expensive plan. Think twice to call them for new connection. Stay safe guy.

@ACTFibernet The worst experience I had no internet at home and I have registered the complaint on app. But they did not resolve so when I tried to call customer care unable to connect them and no one speaks on call.. can someone please help
