@rnyayapati @ACTFibernet @TRAI ACT has blocked my email ID. Internet was not working for days on end and hence, I cancelled the subscription. Apparently, their refund policy is NO refund - so to suppress my reminders and escalation, they have blocked my email ID itself - ID-10-Ts - no means to connect
