    @ACTFibernet Worst customer support. No one is ready to address the issue at all. They are not even escalating it further. Their is no internet from more than 48 hours and no response upon raising compliant as well. This is impacting my works. Ticket: SR10253040310172

    .@ACTFibernet I’ve raised 3 shifting requests, ticket shows today’s date as resolution date, but I’ve gotten no calls from ACT. there’s no option to speak to someone as well- can someone help?

    @Calmb4dstorm1 @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet Because there is their monopoly in our society.. RWA members are not allowing any other lines and most of the people are OK with it. And if I am approaching any other service provider first thing they will look for client base.

    @ACTFibernet Thier customer service is world class failure.. Fraud calculation. false promises. Irresponsible team. Their technology is 3rd class.. their system is not automated nor feed any informations..

    @SureShJoShika @ACTFibernet Suresh - Don't ever make the mistake of keeping the box in your property. i am facing issue since 8 years.. the box is in my property. They will say that they will pay 70rupees per month for electricity charge for the box. but they will never pay you.8 years they have not paid me

    @ACTFibernet Looks like your customer support is the worst ever support that I had seen. over the past 1 month I am having frequent network disconnections and you people are toying around with the customer. Just because your useless services I had to visit office all the time.
