you can't do anythg for your custmr service improvement and I am okay with the resolution but the lady just called me at 05:06, 08 was so rude and she hung up on me while I was speaking. And called bk again so4 that I shouldn't complaint to her again never call me @ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet Overall performance of ACT Broadband has been pretty bad for last few months. Webpages are getting downloaded very slowly and very difficult to watch OTT movies. Kindly investigate and fix the issue on priority.

@ACTFibernet since morning I am calling customer care for a port forwarding service. The executives doesn't have clue for that. They are just hanging up my calls. Very unprofessional. Pathetic service.
