    @ACTFibernet I am super upset with your customer care. None of them are giving me a proper resolution. Whenever I ask them anything they simply disconnect the call. ABRUPTLY. I spoke with some one called kiran just now and she disconnected the call abruptly.What is this?

    @ACTFibernet Nothing Happened despite you assuring that you are takinng up on Priority. Is ACT closing down operations . Can you pls act & resolve my down internet connection Today . Local Service person is not supporting as he says I am on Leave .. Is ACT is also on Leave or shutting Down

    @ACTFibernet I have taken 6 months subscription. Today in the middle of my work internet stopped. I raised complaint but still no reply came. In the total 6 months the number of days i have to face connection problem will i get that much day extension or not. Please reply.

    @ACTFibernet had sent a mail to change the plan to a less expensive one but there is no response for 3 days now and there is no one from your customer care taking a call... any update or should i stop paying the bills?

    Hello @ACTFibernet Still my problem not resolved what you think we are moron. You are giving only time at the the time of new connection you charged full upfront fee but at the time of closing you are not listening. Will file a case in consumer forum and demand for compensation
