    @ACTFibernet raised a complaint on "twice paid bill" but receives a message from Act that says give a missed call to accept field engineer to visit. Done depend on "Bots".

    Hey @ACTFibernet once again the internet speed is 1/10 in my area, worst waiting time for customer care and no live chat options available or no way to raise ticket via app. Worst.

    @ACTFibernet There was a 45-60mins outage today 16.Aug ~9AM - Customer care phone is not reachable - App was down This is completely unacceptable as everything from schools to work is remote today ! Frustrating on a Monday morning !
