Irresponsible behavior from on field workers, they don't understand and acknowledge customer inconvenience during this pandemic time since most of us working from home.   @ACTFibernet Already paid due , still not resolved. Your customer support calls and says referral is confirmed and will be resolved .I asked for a mail. Now in a mail saying account itself is not with ACT and closing this when I know they are still. #worstsupport
