@ACTFibernet I have come a long way with you guys. You service is going down the drain. I will wait for my period and then cancel this connection as well. I recommend everyone to do the same. The customer service agents are pothetic.. and you cannot keep your service up

@ACTFibernet I have already sent my contact details on 6th June for a previous complaint itself. The so called technician came and it was fine for a day. It later degraded back to worst. We have been trying to call the technician since many days but they are adamant and no one responds.

@ACTFibernet I have got an horrible service, it's been 2 months I have been raising concerns and calling and you guys just close the ticket without informing and now you disconnected my connection too and still no response from your end. I want my issues to be fixed by today.
