    @ACTFibernet Hi team, I requested for a new connection on 15 March and paid the amount as requested by your sales representative. However, due to technical and logistical problems, the connection is still not provided. Can you please close the request and process the refund?

    @ACTFibernet why Twitter is the last option i had to take to get my issue resolve, raised ticket twice and it got closed without any resolution where the only thing i wanted was copy of the monthly invoices for the amount I have paid. Seriously the worst experience i am getting.

    @ACTFibernet May know is there a issue with YouTube Live Stream watching from ACT network. We in chennai PPL using ACT was failing to see live streams on YouTube via ACT broadband.

    @ACTFibernet I installed ACT last week and the experience has been pathetic. I was given an offer for a free router for a 3 month plan. But the router I was given does not support the connection speed. Raised a query on Sat, it's Wed now but no resolution has been provided.
