    @PSudugu @ACTFibernet Their core value is to retain customer and provide ****** service. I surrendered my connection and I haven’t received my safety deposit yet. I suggest to take Airtel or any other provider by keeping ACT router with you. Don’t give it for the deposit.

    @ACTFibernet Since Thursday 23rd Dec we are not getting internet and you people are still resolving it. This is absolutely ridiculous and shameless service. How can a business run without internet in this era? You should have a backup plan for the customers right?

    @ACTFibernet I have raised one ticket today due to internet issue (Ticket no-SR10263775658738). After 3 hour ACT team closed the ticket without any solution. When I called them again to check the status, ACT team are disconnecting the call.

    @ACTFibernet Yes every-time you say the same sentence “We regret the inconvenience caused” but in reality you are making us regret for taking your connection. Have your team to look into a permanent solution. This is third time i have raised in a week.

    @ACTFibernet I have been contacting the ACT team through different media's since a couple of months. I tried reaching out on almost every platform available. This is the 41st consecutive day I'm posting my issue in public. When will this be settled? When will I get JUSTICE...???

    @ACTFibernet @ActfiberC you service is the worst service I have ever seen in my life! Even the startup companies gives a responsible and value service. I am writing this with lot of disappointment as my internet is not working from past 5 days and no resolution provided till date

    @ACTFibernet @bada_paww You jokers are very prompt for collecting bill payment, Before 10 days of due date, keep sending dozens of illogical SMS every day, same way keep chasing your bloody technical Team to resolve the internet issue, stop fooling customers, giving tentative time but doing nothing
