    @ACTFibernet can I get a part time job. I can work for free. I may just call the customers and say "you are important your problem will be resolved". Why don't you give outgoing call privileges to your tech? Why is it so hard to call a customer? SR10163226435914

    @ACTFibernet Steps when you lose internet 1. Lodge the complaint from the app and just WAIT 2. Call the customer care and inform and then WAIT 3. Tweet about the ordeal and WAIT 4. Call again the customer care for a mgr call back and WAIT (part 1)

    @ACTFibernet Its all most 6 hours now and no one responded. really frustrated with service and response from team in case of emergency. Pls consider this as top priority whole 20 connections in our aprt is affected.

    @ACTFibernet 5. Call again the customer care and shout and they shout back and ask you to WAIT 6. If you are lucky enough after two days the all-so-busy technician will bless you and ask you to WAIT Better option go for JIO or Airtel

    @ACTFibernet Worst expereince iam facing with act fibernet (104623810543) within one month of my new connection its 4 times my internet is down. My work from home is really getting difficult. #ACTfibernet should understand how important to provide stable internet who are WFH.
