@ACTFibernet This is how ur team worked in Our issue. More than 24 hr no internet. Instead of finding route cause doing prediction. And no compensation. Any way we need to pay money for service and no service. 😷

@ACTFibernet One of worst field technicians ACT has who don’t have minimum ethics to speak to customers total 3 tickets was raised in this month and your technician says our service will be like this & says disconnect ACT if you don’t like such a stupid customer support ACT has.
