    @airtelindia 08011732289_dsl @airtelindia just 10 days after installation, this happens! if u can't rectify i can go with simply @ACTFibernet or hathway. When new connection, u ll act as google chrome when its complaint, u ll be as 'internet explorer' You are an 'awesome stealer'

    @ACTFibernet Have opened 3 tickets in past month to resolve the cable issues at our apartment complex and so far every ticket has been closed with no resolution, is this what you call customer service….

    Hi @ACTFibernet i applied for connection on 14th july but due to some reason i cancel my connection and refund was to come in 7days but still my amount is not refunded!! Worst service i have ever seen!!! And now your agent is also not picking up my calls

    @ACTFibernet facing connection issues frequently now. Defeats the purpose of having Fibernet and you don’t expect this after paying 15k.
