    @ACTFibernet Hello to the worst service provider. I have raised a request few days back and issue hasn't been resolved yet and the support team is ultimate worst doesn't understand the issue and raises a ticket without probing.

    @ACTFibernet pleass get your act together. My internet isn't working since last night. Complaint has been raised vide ACT Fibernet Ticket no: SR10163668209124 has been registered. You claim yOur team will ensure fastest possible action but noting has been done. Why this delay?

    @ACTFibernet pathetic service, requested for shifting, no response yet, customer care number also no response, been a customer for past 6 years, sad to see degradation. @JioCare can you help out with new broadband connection quickly?

    @ACTFibernet regarding complaint of internet connection was not working monthly 2 to 3 days. no action has been taken... Rude reply from billing team executive. Very very worst #act Internet connection.

    @ACTFibernet Its been more than a week and still no call or resolution. It shows your commitment towards customer issues. U r best in market in terms of wifi service but u have to be good in customer service too @ACTFibernet

    @actfibernet more then i have pay for 5 montha, extra charges reminders, there is absolutely no service team who connected to solve issue. What are we suppose to do @ACTFibernet cheat their customers by collecting exta charges... Beware of @ACTFibernet ...
