  Dear @ACTFibernet, How can I be on a monthly AND an annual subscription at the same time? Why am I being forced to pay a monthly subscription when I already paid ₹18,000+ for an annual plan months ago? I even paid additional monthly charges despite already being on the annual plan. And now, over a disputed ₹354: Support → Nodal Officer → Appellate Authority Still no working Internet. Please investigate the billing discrepancy for as long as you need.   @ACTFibernet Your internet service is absolutely pathetic. The connection is down, and there’s no proper resolution despite being a paying customer. We pay for a reliable internet service, not constant outages and endless waiting. Fix your network and stop making customers chase.

  @ACTFibernet This is the 8th time I’m complaining about the same issue. My internet keeps going down, and every time you say it’s fixed, but the problem comes back again. No permanent solution, no proper response. When is my internet going to be fixed?
