    @ACTFibernet Screw your service. Are you gonna compensate me for the loss of payment I had to incur? Your executive confirmed to resolve it by 9 PM. My whole day went by! Zero commitment. Such a pathetic service!

    Hi @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD we have raised the Ticket for internet disconnection on 28th May - SR10180485269264 But still the issue is not resolved since 7 DAYS. How many more days do I have to bear without wifi?? #ACT #ACTFibernet #Hyderabad

    @ACTFibernet it's been 2 days since we raised a request for relocating my Act connection in Hyderabad SR10180566938884 est date of resolution was given as 4th June 2026 as reflected in the App but there's no response from Act since then. Please help asap

    @ACTFibernet I really frustrated that still the issue has not been solved, however I got a mail that complaint closed.. Modem is blinking green light but no internet connection yet. We are trying to reach your technicians, nobody picking the phone.. Total waste of money and time #PoorService

    @ACTFibernet chennai has one of the worst customer support service ever, I had been using ACT for 10 years no loyalty to customers. Raised a complaint on June 1st till date no resolution. agents are rude and even saying if you don’t like ask for disconnection.. level of service.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Really disappointed with the complete lack of response and support from the team regarding my issue for ticket id SR10180566938884 .No updates, no follow-up, and no effort to even contact me to resolve the problem. Customer support should do better

    Worst internet service @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD @ACT_Issues . They will keep bluffing you after taking money. Is this the way you operate ? Just for installation we need to wait for days in this era ???

    @ACTFibernet SR10280573580374 If I have reopened the ticket 3 times. How can someone just close it without speaking to me and finding out what is the concern? What level has your customer service stooped to??
