    @ACTFibernet What kind if inconvenience is this raised my issue from last 15days. Following it continuous from past 5days and u still haven't resolved it. Every now and then someone calls say's me to explain the issue then say's concerned team will contact you. When I'll get the damn solution

    @ACTFibernet team, how many times does one have to call to ask for connection cancellation. I had put up cancellation request 1 month back ansd still receiving bill payment reminders ???? Do u have literate people working at customer care or time pass people ???

    @ACTFibernet Connection down since 6pm Nov10 at SFS Flats, EOK, Delhi. If its a planned activity, shudnt the customers be informed in advance? If its an outage, shud it even take >18hrs?? I thot of ACT as so dependable n customer-centric. Will the pack validity be increased??

    @ACTFibernet @prnthi @ACTFibernetHYD Your service has gone from bad to worse. Why does it take more than 36 hours to fix an issue? It’s the 2nd time in a week that there’s an internet outage.

    Never thought @ACTFibernet in chennai would be so ******. They ac really amazing when they have to sell but post that the customer care is pathetic. Wish there was something we could do to penalise them..

    @ACTFibernet why do you have issues maximum on weekdays, where we work from home, and it’s really difficult to manage it with mobile data. As Internet is a mandatory thing this time, why can’t you provide resolution on early and try to resolve it.

    @ACTFibernet The technician and his manager is not supportive and has a bad attitude towards the customer, we believe in you and go for 6 months package, but you guy’s aren’t keeping your promises and in return we gate a lame reason from the technical team.
