    @ACTFibernet Issue was resolved, once Arun (from ACT) called he clearly explained what was causing the issue and also kept updating me on what's being done to resolve it. Other than thi initial hiccup, I am pretty satisfied with your support team.

    @ACTFibernet Act fibernet has the worst service. I logged the complain with Act fibre and it's been 48 hrs but no resolution till now. I am resident of Shivarampally

    @ACTFibernet Don’t you have ppl to ensure internet connectivity 24/7..? Internet not working and your person says, he left field and will look into it tomorrow? Then why do I need to pay for 24/7 when there’s no internet and ppl to restore?? Disappointing! AC # 103653505075

    @ACTFibernet Very poor customer service. I was getting multiple calls till I bought them. Now no response regarding my installation. It's been 9days already.
