From last 2months, they are not refunding my security deposit amount, even I have cleared all dues, returned devices. Multiple calls, Visited office, mails, tickets. No one is responding. Don't choose ACT, they are cheating us.

Such a pathetic service and then these engineers don't take your call on time. I will be discontinuing this month.

Now being asked to host ACT box with 24x7 power support in rented premises for just ₹59/month. I pay ₹9/unit electricity. Compensation not justified. Active prepaid plan till July but no resolution yet.
