@ACTFibernet Hello sir, It’s been a week that I’m having no internet service and have logged a ticket SR10255357493982 So far none have contacted me nor any solution. Without resolution, the ticket is closed. This is so cheap & 3rd class service from ACT.

@Airtel_Presence @Airtel_Presence I have taken a more reliable connection and better service provider @ACTFibernet. I have informed our aaprtment community also about this issue. We will certainly rethink about Airtel as our vendor. Please proceed my refund as soon as possible

@ACTFibernet we lost connectivity on Saturday and no action has been taken till now. I have called the support number multiple times but they haven't been able to escalate the issue to get the problem fixed. Can you please help out?
