    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet the issue persists. Thanks for your support and service. I have raised a disconnection request. I hope in future you can ans your customers queries and give them an update about the issue, rather than ignoring the calls(mr.sivaguru sivalingam) and making them fools.

    Hey @ACTFibernet I pay for a costly plan to use 3.3TB/mo But Ofcourse - cannot use more than 200GB in a month - 90% downtime! It has been months, my patience does not exists anymore Why to push some to takeover your POP hubs, let’s kill the whole network no? Unhinged ffs

    @ACTFibernet U r such a cheat, corrupt and fraud company!! We have raised a ticket 4 a Problem which is of real concern 2 me & my business but you chose 2 keep mun from last 20 days… Different pplcalling 4m different numbers and not telling names!!! @MIB_India @jagograhakjago

    @ACTFibernet ACCOUNT No : 102015011772 I had opted for 3 months billing only for router. It should be back to monthly billing now. I am getting notifications that it will be 3 months billing. This is not acceptable. When I try to raise an issue via your bot it is not working

    It would really be helpful if @ACTFibernet can implement ways to select the location of new connection on the website and feasibility is known immediately rather than having your CC Exec call back to take the link and or the customer calling back to find the feasibility
