    @ACTFibernet… All i have been asking ACT is to Transfer amount i have made into a prospect id to the currently active amount but its been 20 days wherein the so secretive billing team has not been able to fix it. I was given an email confirmation that issue has been resolved

    @ACTFibernet Internet is down in my area (Coimbatore south 641016) from today morning. Already created a support case. Now I am getting a message that my support case will be resolved by tomorrow 9pm. Will it take this much time to resolve? ( 2 days). Please check & resolve ASAP.

    @ACTFibernet you can't force me to pay for a plan I don't want just to access customer service. And it's not 1995 when the internet was new. I need it for my work. I made a mistake choosing your service.

    I have been paying for this static IP for years and I have whitelisted this for several of my cloud servers and customer locations. Due to unprofessional and incompetent personnel of @ACTFibernet I lost access to all of these resources.

    SR10364369359064 @ACTFibernet Service is poor ... internet connectivity issue occurred more than 4-5 times in a month and resolution time also very poor. Fix asap or refund money ll look for alternate supplier. #actfibernet

    @ACTFibernet I have been trying to change my plan this entire month but your phone app wouldn't allow me. Now it has suspended my account over non-payment app and I cannot even access customer service.

    @ACTFibernet Your customer care service providers are not picking up our calls. One person is saying that the issue will get resolve tomorrow. Please understand that our work is stuck without Wi-Fi and we desperately need the connection right now.
