    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Now at the end of sunday night I receive a message that it will take up to 7 days. When I asked the ACT folks they asked me to raise a ticket. Such a pathetic service. When I tried the app says the ticket is already been raised.

    Everyone who's fed up with @ACTFibernet services DM me. You'll get a better internet provider and free installation and they'll respond if you face any problem.

    @ACTFibernet I was told by your customer support executive it's not possible to choose less expensive plan..I wanted a basic plan.he is suggesting me I disconnect and ask for new connection with basic plan..worst experience ..may have to start online campaign against you guys
