Your executive visited just 2 days before and this is what I am getting after complaining several times a month. I will never ever refer your service to anyone, in fact I referred 3 of my friends to take @ACTFibernet instead of jio. Such pathetic service!

Dear Bala Malladi, @ACTFibernet CEO, Act Fibre Hyderabad customer since 2014. ACCOUNT No : 101009245149. There are two distribution boxes taking power from my house with an agreement of 100 per box. But your team is paying only 50 Ruppes and asked why, they said they don't (1/3)

@ACTFibernet Does act fiber have a Service delivery department that understands customer issues? There is no consistency in your service so why you guys marketing so much when you do jot have efficiency to deal with service stability?
