@ACTFibernet do you have any customer care number? im opening the tickets for technical issues.your team is closing the tickets without my consent and without any resolution. Are you playing an open - close tickets? Do you really address your customer issues?

@ACTFibernet Hi Team the issue has been resolved but I strongly recommend you to consider ownership transfer option in middle of the plan to reduce unnecessary chaos.Also the support ticket was raised on 5th but I received after I highlighted the issue here that was on 20th Please do consider

@ACTFibernet Post cancellation I'll get my refund right? As @ACTFibernet is failed to reinstall internet services and fix the issue. Yiu guys are actually running a #scam by selling new connections and creating a situation that the user will discontinue the service, right?
