    @ACTFibernet I have been having slow speed issues since 2 months, ur tech told me to take a new router so I cancelled my connection and took a new connection + router from ACT, now I still have the same slow speed connection, I have a 300 mpbs plan and am just receiving 130 mbps.

    @ACTFibernet Your service is horrible, I have been facing slow speeds since 2 months, I was told to buy a new router and still have slow speeds, I am getting about 120Mbps on a 300 Mbps plan, my relative gets 140mbps on a 150 mbps plan, fix this or face a court case. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Multiple factors? I have another connection in my house with your ACT router on a 150 mbps plan which is giving me 140 mbps speed, the slow connection issue has a 300 mbos plan and stilbi get 130 mbps so are u guys gonna fix it or should I go to consumer court?

    I have not received refund and the ticket related to it got closed and raised again and they closed it without any resolution and intimation, even after sending bank statement. Ticket is SR10164239363085 @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernetHYD Anyone get back refund ?
