    @ACTFibernet I have been contacting the ACT team through mail since a couple of weeks. I tried reaching out on twitter chat for a couple of days. This is the 23rd consecutive day I'm posting my issue in public. When will the issue be resolved? When will I get JUSTICE???

    @ACTFibernet should be awarded for pathetic service. Internet is not working since last night. Complaint logged but it seems no one care about. You come up with the Bill for advance payment every month.

    @ACTFibernet Nobody is responding for high priority service tickets. That too raised and following up the ticket status hourly. Customer service is telling high priority tickets are resolved in 4 hours but no calls from technicians even after 24 hours. Facing very worst support

    @ACTFibernet I had called customer service in Feb21 to understand if there is any facility to pause my semi annually billed connection and advised there was no such feature. Please confirm the details if such a facility exists.
