    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet My Account still reflecting the same Rs. 800 overdue? You teams are just busy closing the tickets but not solving the issues?     @ACTFibernet The Team just visited and mentioned there is no “main box” around - he went back and said we need to fix a main box first for which team will call and visit tomorrow.

    @ACTFibernet What is the ETA? I have been using ACT for more than 10 years and looks like support has degraded to lowest these days. Let me know if you can fix it or will go for @Airtel_Presence or @JioCare. You need 8 days to fix the issue?

    @ACTFibernet is the worst service provider ever, week back itself I bought there fiber network since then I'm facing issues yet no-one is responding service & engineering are so arrogant they don't reply nor takes your calls.. I'm regretting now
