    @ACTFibernet sorry to say that, very poor service experienced. Last 24 hrs no body attended the network issue. Called at least 20 calls to customer care. These kind of pathetic service we never thought of. Shame on you.

    Why do Indian cos only wake up when I complain on Twitter? #customersupport @ACTFibernet? Reconnection request since 5 days now. Why do you try our patience? Calling CC hasn't helped. The nation is on #wfh. Why can't we expect a decent service? I have DM'ed my details.

    @ACTFibernet After every 2 days internet is getting disconnected. We complaint. They 24 hours or more. Why can't fix this issue. Every day we need to rise.we working from home and we facing continuous issue since one month
