    @ACTFibernet why you selling 50 mbps plan make it 35 mbps rather than cheating thousand of customer. If you can't provide required hardware and asking for money in case of router upgrade to match 50 mbps speed

    Please clarify, even the customer representative doesn't know anything....they work for count and get OTP to get some incentive or salary etc... 5G...not all coming 3G....I almost tried all the vendors @airtelindia. @ACTFibernet. @HathwayBrdband.all the same garbage....

    @ACTFibernet I paid in advance for a 3 month plan. Now I’m being charged extra and customer service says the 3 month plan no longer exists and so it’s changed to a monthly plan! How can you penalize customers for having availed your plans and schemes?

    @ACTFibernet Hi Act Team, im facing internet outage from last 32 hours still its not resolved and no response here is ticket SR10167234586324. Due to ir technician responsibility i lost 1 working day, again got an update issue will resolve between 19:30 to 21:00 on 8th Mar..
