    @ACTFibernet I signed up for a new connection yesterday and did not expect this kind of horrible service from Act .. installation was supposed to happen yest .. till today no one even responds - I have wasted 1 day sitting on installation … I am now thinking of cancelling

    I want I my money back soon, so that I can switch to @ACTFibernet . Atleast they provide the routers which has inbuild VPN support.

    @ACTFibernet I have a wifi connection in my house of your company and have raised complaint regarding internet issue from aost 30 hours still nothing is resolved and the way technician is talking to us is damn rude.. I have wfh and I might lose my payday just coz of it.. Pls look

    @ACTFibernet Paid ₹8,476 on Aug 23 for 6 months to upgrade from 75 Mbps to 400 Mbps. 5 days later, the plan is still not upgraded. I’m being charged for the new plan while receiving the old service. No proper update from ACT. Extremely disappointing.

    @ACTFibernet Your representative assured me the issue would be prioritized,resolved, and closed within 3 days. LIt’s been a week.Please stop making excuses and resolve the issue as promised.Please raise another disconnection request without making excuses.I need disconnection req immediately
