    @ACTFibernet service team is doing an absolutely terrible job. They came by to fix internet connections in my community without a ladder. Connection has now been down for close to 48 hours. No intimation from ACT regarding the status of work completion.

    @ACTFibernet since last 48 hours you are not able to change my plan. Your customer care team is helpless and keeps giving false promises. You close issues without resolution. Your hold time is more than 40 minutes, already wasted 3 hours on call without resolution & no escalation
