@ACTFibernet Extremely terrible customer support and no proper response to customers... The connection gets disrupted more than 3 times a week. And For each request, they take almost more than 24 hours for resolution and this is highly disgraceful... #DissapointedCustomer

@ACTFibernet Every 6 months I have to contact the customer care for the electricity discounts. Why u don't update your billing system as per the customer requirement. Every time u will generate full bill and I need to chase for the discount settlement. Pls resolve this issue ASAP

@ACTFibernet Lost faith in you & your services. I gave more than 15 complaints, without resolution, any update on request I made, your team has closed them just like that. They didn't even visited my place, seen issue nor tried to fix the problems. Shame on you. @Jiocare will you reply bk ???
