    @ACTFibernet Your connection does not work,app does not work either (on mobile n/w as well). How does one pay the bill. Anyways this is last month and will be switching to a better service provider so I don't mind not paying. Putting it out there so that you don't charge late payment unfairly

    Very worst service from @ACTFibernet Internet is not working from 48hours & I raised a lot of complaints, still no one fixed the problem.@ACTFibernet you just want the money to be paid & u have no care for customer complaints.Time to change the service provider.SR10363902983954

    @ACTFibernet hello, I'd like to change my plan to a lower plan and pay for 1 month instead of 6 month(my current plan), but there's no option for these things in the app, how to do that please help
