@ACTFibernet your service is getting worse by the day. In the last 7 days, today is 3rd day your service isn’t working. Terrible customer support, every time I call, you say it will be solved on priority but nothing happens after that. Please get your team to look into this ASAP

@ACTFibernet I have raised multiple requests to fix the internet issue the same is still not been fixed more over they ask to the bill with providing services i have paid for 75mps router an they have added 40mps router even after multiple requests no resolution received from act

@ACTFibernet So third day no internet. No resolution. Al have ACT since 8 years across cities. So by when I should decide you don’t care and keep playing same loop? So if by tomorrow there is resolution, I want my money back. No more extensions. Please advice.

@ACTFibernet I have been facing issues with the internet since the last two weeks. I have raised dozen tickets and there is no resolution yet. Every others day, your agents will have a new story and what’s more bizarre is they aren’t showing up since 2 days.
