    Hi @ACTFibernet raised a shifting request its been 3 days and i only got call once and after that i can not track no support from customer care . SR10281594328104 Its always you just wait for few hours. My work is affected heavily and there is ZERO accountability. Disconnecting

    @ACTFibernet Internet suspended despite paying my monthly bills on time! support says it's because old Mesh routers weren't picked up, but your team never showed up to collect them. Why punish a paying customer for your logistics failure? Fix this and restore my connection now!

    It takes 50hrs to find out what the issue is, and even longer to rectify. @ACTFibernet your customer retention must be pathetic. Internet is an essential service, clearly @ACTFibernet thinks it is a joke. @officejmscindia
