  @ACTFibernet My broadband connection just got disconnected even though I was talking to your billing department and support team on waving off the charges. Are ur teams not in sync on an account. This needed a resolution but this was handled in the most pathetic way.

  @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet Worst service I have experienced, requested to change the name or say transfer the ownership. The requested was raised on 27th Jan and the requested is not addressed properly yet. It is causing an huge line down for my work. Ghatiya internet provider

  @ACTFibernet DON'T BUY, ACT IS PATHETIC PATHETIC PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. DON'T BUY DON'T BUY I had billing issue twice and both times initial customer service people said it's a problem in their side. Wrong request processed and promised waive off the extra bill amount.
