    @ACTFibernet Your tech ppl saying there is issue with router. You need to upgrade it to wifi 6 router for which i need to pay extra 4k or 5k. Tell me why should i pay while pitching the sales you guys didnt mention anything.

    @ACTFibernet It was not an issue to resolve. I got a bitter experience with ur executive, because of ACT's policy. I will not blame UR ground level employees. It is due to UR management is putting lots of pressure on them to take unethical steps or words with customers.

    @ACTFibernet I missed the call from the team by a whisker and a minute later received a review link saying the query is closed. I never had a conversation nor a resolution.
