    @ACTFibernet @ConsumerReports I haven't get any call from. Your team till now. I had raised a req on 25 th till now it was open. I already paid for 6 months. If it was not fixed by today I want my money back. Definitely I ll register a complaint and I ll raise on consumer court

    If you are opting @ACTFibernet with 3 month plan to get modem also. You should consider that modem will only support 35-40 Mbps through maximum. I opted for 75mbps plan since beginning but company claims that they can provide speed only on lan, and don't care about wifi speed.

    @ACTFibernet There employee Krishna Murthy removed my Internet cable and refused to rejoin Internet I have paid advance and this is what I get.Extremely bad service. I have called them more there 5 times but they just tell we will resolve the problem soon.@airtelindia @msd4ublr

    @ACTFibernet Update : @ACTFibernet doesn't inform customer that the speed mentioned will be supported by direct connection only and in wifi only 35-40 Mbps can be supported even if they are providing 75 Mbps plan.

    @ACTFibernet Now it has crossed 24 hours without internet! Why such a poor reckless team works for your brand. When they can't even look into this issue after raising the ticket. Is the team management Incapable or entire @ACTFibernet #actfibernet

    @ACTFibernet Please help me with this complaint I have been reaching out to @ACTFibernet for my refund and they are bluffing it that they have already initiated the payment and the money is been refunded. I request @jagograhakjago to intervene and please help me file a case against them.

    @ACTFibernet My internet is not working since yesterday. I have raised request which has already crossed ETR. This happening regularly every other week. We are still working from home and it's impacting us. What's the point in paying high charges if we don't get services.
