    @ACTFibernet @ACTBangalore Having issue with Netflix subscription since Nov 10,21. Customer service is not helping at all. They are very much interested in closing the SR but not on the resolution.

    @ACTFibernet @NotoriousBeast7 The worst network I can't see never in my experience 4days I paid for new connection they said within 48hr we installed all but till now nothing happened for multiple follow ups. The location Bangalore see how the act team is working

    @ACTFibernet in just less than 6 days since the last issue, again the internet service is interrupted. Have logged the request yesterday morning, yet to be resolved. Followed up multiple times again, so far no positive response. If I cancel the connection, would I get refund.
