    @ACTFibernet my Internet is not working for last two weeks and also I have requested for shifting of junction box before a month onwards. Nothing got addressed. Each day the deadline alone changes. #103162568024. Very bad service . Paid my bill 6+ months to go without Internet

    @ACTFibernet @SandyMohanG @ACTFibernet - Have never seen such a bad customer service. I have reached out to Field agents, dropped a mail , wrote in Twitter, what else you want your customers to do to get the issue sorted ? The one thing I expect is the response.

    @ACTFibernet Your ACT Fibernet Ticket no: SR10367601995754 has been registered. Our team will ensure fastest possible action. - can we ensure the cause of frequent disconnection is identified and fixed? 3rd such incident happened since past 3 weeks. Highly disappointing.

    @ACTFibernet Act fiber down in Besant Nagar kalakshetra colony area chennai for past 25 hours It happens regularly atleast once in every two weeks. Called customer care more than 5 times now. They know it is an issue in the junction box connection but they dont care.
