@ACTFibernet absolute trash. Morning at 10 am ur customer care told that they've sent their 'engineers' already to fix the junction box and it's 6pm now and may I ask what has been ur 'engineer' doing since past 8hrs?

@ACTFibernet very pathetic service I'm experiencing on the part of call center, the agents are very poorely trained and keep bluffing every minute and charging statements. I have spoken 3 times since morning to your agents and it's a waste of time. Totally !!
