  @ACTFibernet Now got an sms saying that my registered mobile number has been changed to a number which is not even mine. Now this is moving into "cheating your customer" territory.

  @ACTFibernet The issue is finally resolved after ACT reversed the excessive billing, but the process was unnecessarily drawn out and poorly handled.
