@ACTFibernet Yes. I know you guys are looking into my problem since 7th April. Is my problem so complex that you needed 4 days and counting? Fact of the matter is you don't have proper systems. Nie checks and controls. If a ticket wasn't resolved for days why it wasn't escalated/ resolved

@ACTFibernet I have applied for a new connection and paid. It has been more than 2 days ,I haven’t got any calls from installation team. When I tried calling the CC, they tell me they will arrange a callback but I never got that call. I have raised complaint more than 5 times.

@ACTFibernet You guys were NOT able to install a new connection even after payment done on 05th April,User id generated and I am still awaiting my fibrenet connection installation. Its a shame that i have called customer care several times and no resolution yet!

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Funny and sad that all your customer support numbers are not reachable at the same time. Also, internet down for 24 hrs is a shame in today's day and age. Finally when the call connected (after 20-30 mins), your team has no visibility.

@ACTFibernet I have mentioned the account number and registered mobile number. Kindly arrange for taking back your security camera and refund our refundable deposit. Not interested to continue with the home security camera. Very bad customer relationship. Thank you in advance.
