    @ACTFibernet Hello. You've resolved the connection issue that's fine. What about the speed issue? 50Mbps is the plan, then why is that even whatsapp status is not loading? You have to seriously look into it, even the junction box is located in our premises.

    @EVRa2910 @ACTFibernet @PMOIndia Yes the problem is that if we trust on the brand and give money before the delivery then they have to trust will the sales agent help in this matter because mine Agent says they have to setup a power box I refused that for it now let see what technician says

    @ACTFibernet No Internet connectivity since morning. Raised ticket, contacted by Area Service rep (Chennai Central) but got rude responses and no resolution. Been using ACT for a month and already disappointed.
