    @ACTFibernet I am so disturbed with the ACT billing team.. every month I am spending close to 10 days in resolving an issue. I was promised by a service engineer in October 2020 that i will get a power rebate of Rs100 every month. After this I had to call every month

    @ACTFibernet service is really PITA. Ur team wl promise over call & nvr do it. We wl keep on following up. Disconnection made on 17 (sms available) & charged till 24. Reconnection done at 11:30 PM & charged for whole day. Promised to make changes till Monday but nothing happened

    @ACTFibernet If my issue is not resolved today. I will cut power supply to the junction box which is present in my building. As your are making me suffer and responding. If 10 people raise complaint only then you will understand my situation

    @ACTFibernet Pathetic service from ACT now days, I have raised a request for Transfer of Name a week back while raising the ticket you will get a mail within next 48hrs has become 160hrs, when ever i call support team they will inform like we are following with a high priority

    @ACTFibernet Details sent thru DM. Also let me remind u last time I hd to file complaint with consumer forum to get a resolution. Don’t take me to again for that else consequences will be really bad for ACT. This time I will take legal action & get all the compensation. A lot u guys did wd me

    @Sri_Priyatham @ACTFibernet Their customer representation is RUDE and I have faced threats from their end. No action was taken despite my complaints.
