    @ACTFibernet , Hi Team I have raised a request in act app for shift connection on 30th of may 2022. Still now no update .. SR has been closed automatically after 7 days , again u raised the shift request. When I call customer care , they are saying ticket has been escalated

    @ACTFibernet SR11165097151364 it’s been 36hrs no internet as the students r preparing for +2 exam and the medical NEET. Subscribed and payed for the whole year this is the service u provide? Local agents no response. Looks like ACT cheated us by saying best
