  @ACTFibernet @FiberAct is a worst internet service provider in India. Every month, mostly one or two days his internet is breakdown. After the complaint ticket raise,12-24 hours take to restore the internet service. Every year, 15-25 days are non-working but charges full payment.

  @ACTFibernet Avoid @ACTFibernet at all costs. Worst ISP experience-frequent outages, no support, fake timelines, and irresponsible staff. Internet down for 18+ hrs and still no resolution. Entire apartment affected. Completely unprofessional. #ACTFibernetDown #InternetOutage #WorstService

  @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD It’s been 72 hours now and still no resolution/progress on my installation. This is appalling service in 2026. If you cannot do it, please refund my money and I’ll find a different ISP. I cannot lose my peace of mind anymore

  .@ACTFibernet there is an issue with your service once every 2 weeks, do you realise people need internet to work from their homes? When I raise a ticket you tell me you'll only resolve it at 9pm. Absolutely terrible service every single time.
