You guys should have faster track system . If some issue it should why that happened and which area ? Changing eta alone will not resolve the issue team :(

I am fooled by ACT because instead of a mesh you guys have installed another wifi for me which is wrong!

Irshad (@irshu2) reported@ACTFibernet IVR on customer care numbers disconnect as soon as I choose to speak to an agent. The chat bots do not have an option to connect to an agent. Email to customer care and Nodal officer has no response. What kind of non sense is this.

Last time it took 12 days to fix, and we didn't changed the ISP. This time I'm not sure how much more it is going to take.
