    I've never had such a pathetic experience. Either resolve the issue quickly so that everyone can can benefit from it by using the WiFi or else get ready for severe consequences @ACTFibernet (3/3)

    It's been 3 days since Cyclone Mandous has crossed Chennai. Till now @ACTFibernet hasn't resolved our issue. Do understand that since internet issue hasn't been resolved we are under pressure. I've never had such a bad experience with any company at all. (1/3)

    @ACTFibernet it is better you don't ask for details in the App. I raised a disconnection request with all required details (along with Date). But your stupid just disconnect my connection now. How can he do that ? #ActFiber

    Their customer service is the most pathetic of all. First of all, it takes 10 frickin minutes to connect to their service. After that, they finally pick up the call. Now this wasn't enough to test your patience. They be like- “ I'll connect you to the required team” @ACTFibernet
