  @ACTFibernet Now they are saying again today the issue will not get fixed seriously are you guys playing here why can't you give one deadline when the issue will be fixed everyday we have to call and follow up. Why don't you escalate the issue if you are not able to fix it.

  @ACTFibernet Issue resolved, prime lite activated and reached out amazon prime executive for "Device Limit reached" issue. So monthly twice customer can remove devices and prime executives once in a month. So if any one facing this issue dont signout the login fromdevice reach out to amazon.

  I am not receiving internet from the last 24 hours and engineer is not working, I have not received any call for resolution. I made a call at office, worker says it will be fixed but when don't know. This is ticket no SR1180093955874 @ACTFibernet pls resolve ASAP.

  @ACTFibernet I applied for a new ACT connection today and was promised same-day activation by the sales executive. However, after taking the payment, they are neither answering my calls nor providing the connection. This is very unprofessional. Please resolve this issue urgently

  After paying the amount for 6month ACT Bronze internet plan in madurai. Still no response from the Service team for connection. After the assurance from customer care in that connection will be given before today @3PM But no response from anybody, feels like scam. @ACTFibernet
