    @ACTFibernet 2 days back we took new connection. But your employee didn't finish the installation properly & was also rude & arrogant. We took 549/- plan for 3 months. After much deliberation, he came to fix the installation, but speed reduced to 36-38mbps instead of 40mbps

    @ACTFibernet I have been contacting the ACT team through different media's since a couple of months. I tried reaching out on almost every platform available. This is the 59th consecutive day I'm posting my issue in public. When will this be settled? When will I get JUSTICE...???+

    @ACTFibernet Anyone who doesn't have any issue in life shud opt for ACT conmection and they will witness what a pure shameless pathetic team ACT has. Struggling to get a call from technician,forget about getting the issue resolved. All enjoying salaries still at home. Shameless

    @ACTFibernet @ActfiberC Dear team, not happy with the service, I raised connectivity issue 24 hours back and nobody turned up yet. I'm unable to work from home. Pathetic service. Ticket #- SR10263888870018 tentative expection for closure was 1/13 (MM/DD) between 09:00 to 13:00.
