  @ACTFibernet I stay in Srila Park Pride, Hydernagar, water works road, Opp to Calvary temple, Hyderabad. Internet is not working since 24 hours and there is no resolution nor intimation. Service is becoming pathetic day by day.

  @ACTFibernet Since 2 to Day the same reply 48 hours, you are not waiting for payment for an hour, but we have stop our office activities because of your cheap Service which is still not solved since 5 days @DoT_India kindly Take against this Company for not taking care of customers needs

  I am not receiving internet from the last 24 hours and engineer is not working, I have not received any call for resolution. I made a call at office, worker says it will be fixed but when don't know. This is ticket no SR1180093955874 @ACTFibernet pls resolve ASAP.

  @ACTFibernet It’s already been 48 hours. I cannot continue like this and will have no option but to cancel my plan and switch to another internet provider due to poor customer service @ACTFibernet @FiberAct
