    I had Tata Fibernet and was expecting bit better service I have shifted to ACT @ACTFibernet Now they are proving my decision is wrong from the day one. False commitments, fake resolutions, disconnect the call if customer keep complaining more. I regret choosing ACT now

    @ACTFibernet Are you guys thinking i am fool or what, the issue not resolved and now the new ETR is 9PM today so again i have to wait another 24 hrs. I am raising a complaint against you in consumer forum

    @ACTFibernet @DoT_India My ACT fibernet connection is frequently getting disrupted in Ghitorni, Delhi. It happened 3 times in last 3 weeks. Your service is very poor, your support team tells me to wait for 4 to 5 hours but in ACT fibernet app, it tells me to wait more than 24hrs

    Hey @ACTFibernet I have raised an issue yesterday of misselling of the product to me I got a call yesterday rather than giving me a solution ur executive was trying to cover the mistake and today I have received the mail that it is resolved need your immediate attention to this

    @ACTFibernet I pay for a 450 Mbps yearly broadband plan (ID: 1030 1625 9386). The issue is back again. Every day, for some time, none of the web pages on my computer or phone will work. I’m left wondering what has happened.

    @ACTFibernet Your team was not prepared to add the new connection. Instead, they were rude and asked me to wait until it was convenient for them. They also stated that they were not concerned about the ETA. This is not an acceptable approach. SR10381504165754
