@ACTFibernet @TRAI They are very committed to providing resolution but the issue is that they are not reliable. Unfortunately, not everyone can afford to call the customer service to raise complaints or follow up every alternate day. If there's a underlying problem it needs to be fixed.

@ACTFibernet @TRAI The consumers are heavily dependent on the internet connectivity to fulfill the duties at work from a home setup. The internet service providers are inclined to make profits over service. Their vision or objective may not be that but that is what is the end user experience.
