@ACTFibernet Logged a compliant on 10Dec that internet was not working SR10366546786634. ETA 11 AM IST on 11Dec. Called today, as I see no engineer working, was update that issue will be resolved by 6 PM IST. New request is opened SR10366554229276. Need quick actions

Very poor service by @ACTFibernet. No one is responding to calls and are closing the complaint without solving it. Will there be any response in the next one hour or should we change the service provider?

@ACTFibernet May we fix the problem at Seemancheri once for all. All other ISPs are resolving the issue in lightning speed. Now from evening we have no internet.

@ACTFibernet I was told that the internet service was not working this morning They said that it will be fixed by 8.00 PM. But it has not been fixed till now (9.40 PM). If I ask further, they said that it will not be fixed today but tomorrow.

@ACTFibernet worst network I have ever seen. I raised ticket from yesterday morning till now response from their team. Their's customer care number & other service numbers are not reachable then how can reach them? I'm planning to disconnect their service... 👎

@ACTFibernet no internet from yesterday in Chennai, arcot road area. Complaint has no update. Cyclone did not impact much in this area. Is this your resilience? Every weather event will cause days of blackout? Why should I pay for those unavailable days?
