@ACTFibernet This is 3rd time I am lodging complaint about slow internet service (0.5mbps to 2mbps in 5G) in this month! Why has the customer service become so poor? If the same repeats in next week, I will disconnect from Act and switch to another service provider

What a worst service you have @ACTFibernet . I have been told that issue related to connection would be resolved within 2 hours but its been half a day and no one is even responding properly when contacted
