Okay, so it has been 10 days and yet without internet connectivity. @ACTFibernet worst customer service ever ! I came to Bangalore on 10th May and the same day my husband requested reconnection from ACT. They committed resolution time to be 48 hrs. To much disappointment..

@ACTFibernet I raised my WiFi disconnection request on May 2. I have paid 1000 for router and 2200 for GX box (refundable). They disconnected my wifi on May 6. They told within week will collect the Router and GX box. No proper response till now and also can't call customer care.

@ACTFibernet One of the worst Internet service provider have seen till now.. They brand themself like Incredibly fast & blah blah blah... but nothing is there in the service they provide.. Please don't go for these guys who does only marketing but zero in customer service..

completion. Now the work is completed and your technician is not picking the call. He has already taken OTP for next day scheduling with promise that it will done today. Your work culture is horrible. Learn something from @ACTFibernet on customer service.
