    @ACTFibernet Based on my experience, I cannot recommend ACT Fibernet to anyone. If this is how they treat customers who have already paid for their service, think twice before choosing ACT. I hope no one else has to go through such an experience. #ACTFibernet #PoorCustomerService #Broadband

    @ACTFibernet love this game that you are playing. "Revision of ETR". 30 Jul 26 - 0900-1300, 1600-1930, 1930-2100. Latest is 31 Jul 26 - 1930-2100. In the meanwhile, visit by 3 technicians. Problem explained to all of them. Wonder when will u get tired of this game.

    Hello @ACTFibernet How shameless can you be. I have paid 9k for my internet upgrade 1 month ago. Neither you have upgraded my connection not you refunded my amount. I am so fed up with your service. Have some shame and either refund or upgrade @ACTFibernet
