    @ACTFibernet My Fibre Net A/c is down. All the usual trouble shooting steps like switching off the modem and switching it on, unplugging and plugging the cable.... Pls do rectify it asap. Details in a DM.

    On an average i raise 1 ticket per week with @ACTFibernet . Its been that pathetic. Either its goes slow or goes shut completely.

    There seems to be no end to my misery of taking Broadband connection with @ACTFibernet which gives 40Mbps on a Plan of 75Mbps. Issue raised on 23Nov & the issue is still not resolved @ 29Nov, 5 diff ticket numbers for the same issue. :o

    @PhaniVishnubhat @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Terrible after sales service. All they can do is regret for the inconvenience. We usually will pay for 6 months or 1yr plan so once you have paid they just don’t care. I have been having intermittent network drop and poor speed issues for many months and no solution.
