@ACTFibernet it's been a week since the payment was done but still no communication from the installation team of any kind. No updates whatsoever. Pathetic service by @ACTFibernet They are the most proactive before payment is made after that no response.

@ACTFibernet I paid for a 6-month 1Gbps subscription in Vasant Vihar (Delhi) only to be told that it is not possible. For the last 1 month, I have been trying to get a different plan but no one from ACT really cares. Quite disappointing after being a customer for 5+ years.

Pathetic service from @ACTFibernetHYD , @ACTFibernet. Getting continues service interruption from last few days and team saying we don't have contact of technical team and you guys called me 10 times after escalation fortunately which is not reflecting in my phone logs.
