    No internet for over 30 hours! As a loyal @ACTFibernet customer for nearly 10 years (with yearly payments), this is the worst service ever. Constantly giving false ETRs and delaying the issue without resolution. Totally unacceptable. #ACTFibernet #InternetOutage #Frustrated

    No internet for 30+ hours! I’ve been a loyal @ACTFibernet customer for nearly 10 years, paid for a yearly plan just 2 days ago — and this is the service I get? False ETRs, no resolution, zero accountability. Please refund my payment. I’m switching providers. #ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Is this how you train your technicians to install your internet hub? Despite numerous calls and complaints, no one is bothered to solve the issue! Again, when it rains, this Hub will not work! @Mr Aditya Singh Grewal please look into this!

    @ACTFibernet it's been 2 days and my issue is not been resolved yet. No proper contact from support, the Pp is useless. Can you look into this on priority SR10375924950008, your quality of life is decreasing, the service is not like the past experience, it's very poor
