    @ACTFibernet Ur rep came & check my area & said service available will provide service 1 day. He collected rental & left. Next day rep came to my location & checked it. He said we have provide separate box. Now you're asked xtra money from me to fix box. What kind of scam is it?

    @ACTFibernet And the sad part is your circle manager or whatever you call them are so rude they disconnect the call while you are talking to them 😳 come 1 hr late after the promised time

    @ACTFibernet Very poor network service and customer support is very very poor. Now I am calling to raise the request for disconnect and refund what I paid in advance. The agent said we don't refund any amount we already mentioned in our terms and conditions.

    @ACTFibernet Need your urgent intervention...internet not connected from morning.. Your ticket SR10367130496804 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 22-Feb (DD/MM) between 16:00 to 19:30. Turn around time is very very bad..

    @ACTFibernet .. Can you guys clarify what's wrong with you guys ??? Saturday I raised a complain for internet issue it got solved. Yet again problem arise with in 2 days!!!! Is this some kind of joke?? @ACTFibernet marathalli team?? Please fix this issue 😡😡
