    @ACTFibernet Hi team, Seeing quite unprofessional behaviour from the support team. I had dropped an email on 28th July to terminate a connection in Jaipur. Your team still hasn't processed it and I'm getting a bill of August. Can you please look into this?

    @ACTFibernet Your technician had visited last week when i was facing the same issue. It worked fine for 2 days and now again having the same problem. Please ask your technician to look into the issue properly this time around.

    @ACTFibernet @jagograhakjago I wanted to raise a complaint that for service shutdown when the @ACTFibernet needs to refund me they are asking me to pay the price for their internet shutdown.. Can they be fined for this

    @ACTFibernet Day by day Act is getting worst. You people are not even respecting customers when we call at customer care. Customer care people are arrogant and they don't have knowledge.

    @ACTFibernet User ID 110572528174. Unable to login the app despite using forget password option. Details in invoice generated at the time of installation are incomplete. Kindly address these with urgency and promptness.
