Such a pathetic service and then these engineers don't take your call on time. I will be discontinuing this month.

Ticket SR10780199791980 was CLOSED without any resolution despite repeated follow-ups, escalation mails, and CPGRAMS complaint reference. No proper call. No accountability. Just automated replies and forced closure.
