  One of the worst service I could get from @ACTFibernet , this is the 3rd instance I’m facing the internet issue. I am writing to you as I have noticed that there has been a lot of network issues in the last few weeks. I am not sure if this is due to..(1)

  @ACTFibernet Hey ACT, your technical services are pathetic for retail. we had asked for Static IP on 26/08. call centre is doing dummy calls. Finally static IP is assigned but never working, again service call needs to be placed, again delay in servicing. How do you work?

  Horrible experience @ACTFibernet , recently moved to a new place and discovered 2 junction boxes whose electricity bill I am paying , when enquired , they said only one waiver for one junction box could be provided, could be provided.

  Dear @ACTFibernet I am your customer from last 1.5 years but I am very sad to say that the worst sevice provider you are. I am facing internet issues twice in a month. Technicians used to tell it will take 24hrs to resolve the issue. Worst Service.
