Shrinivas Mhethre (@SMhethre) reported@ACTFibernet I have raised a ticket on 4th july till now nobody approached me. This is how it is and I frequently called customer care and every time they say have escalated. I believe you are not interested to improve customer experience in Hyderabad.

Srinivas Kamath (@shinna_k) reported@ACTFibernet Internet connection was disconnected by Nqgarjuna Meadows Apartment for not having paid the BESCOM bill for 3 months, even after multiple follow-ups with the ACT authorities. If a customer doesn't pay you for 3 months, will you provide the connection? Pathetic.
