    @ACTFibernet never expected this from act! I have been raising my complaint about internet connectivity for the past 1 year but no one has resolved it, no executive comes to check and solve it but instead they close tickets without resolution. ridiculous Hyderabad team. check it.

    @ACTFibernet do you really believe in customer relationship? The tickets which have been raised since days you guys won't event respond appropriately. Your customer care executive are more misbehaving then your service, they are just puppets, say the same thing again and again.

    @ACTFibernet complaint# SR10262862333562 every month either the junction box has issues or the wire gets cut or something or the other happens and you disconnect internet for more than 24 hours... Will you refund the money for this 24 hours?? Worst service.. 🤦🤦👎👎

    @ACTFibernet Complaint # SR10262862333562. Been 24 hours since we raised the issue. Unable work and no response from ACT. technician is not answering the call. Worst service ever. Highly frustrated and disappointed.

    @ACTFibernet your ACT broadband connection gives a speed of 5 MBPS when your promised speed is 150 MBPS. Your local support is not being helpful & not solving the problem.
