  @ACTFibernet No I have even spoke to your customer care executive. He didn't respond well. I have been your user and a customer for a very long years. Never delayed a single payment. But still I am not even provided a wifi router. If I have to spend extra on just a router.

  @ACTFibernet Almost from month, no proper resolution till now regarding refund... Please escalate upon backend financial team. Just think if you are in customer position how frustrating it will be.. Not expected like this worst support from ACT.

  @airtelindia Worst Experience of Airtel Broadband in Bangalore. Raised a ticket 3 days ago, got closed without any support. The Customer support system is also a Bot speaking the same thing. It was an worst decision to switch to @airtelindia from @ACTFibernet .
