    @ACTFibernet - I’ve been struggling to get the internet since I have installed the new connection & to be true, I’m having the worst day plus, your support team is not even bothered to provide the support & cutting the calls. This is my last warning before I reach consumer court.

    @ACTFibernet From today morning facing internet wifi problem and raised complaint and done many calls to office and they responded now and Said that tomorrow we will rectify your problem 🤷🤷🤷 what is this always issues? @ACTFibernet Vijayawada ,Suryraopet area!! 😤

    @ACTFibernet Worst Customer care services, even Billing department too. they don't get any resolution instant & taking time at the name of process. And without any prior notification and before time disconnected the internet service.

    @ACTFibernet hi Team, I am constantly facing the same problem of slow internet in my internet connection. My account number is 110581177062. As informed to me, I am not satisfied with my Act fibernet connection, hence Please disconnect my services with full refund.
