    @ACTFibernet my internet connection is not working, when I open your app for a support ticket, your app also doesn't open. Even when its open, it gets stuck in checking your connection phase.

    @ACTFibernet The best part when we call the technician he sez now u reopened the ticket its ur problem now..talk to whoso ever it will take time..team is this the way customers are being handled..respect team..@ACTFibernet is there someone who can really help here..?

    @ACTFibernet is hallucinating like their internet service. You will have to raise tickets keep following every day. Still they wont fix it.1 month to change router and upgrade to a fully(annually) paid plan.If u cant service why do u offer the plan.Tired. Worst service. No reply

    @ACTFibernet Any update? I didn't heard anything. For a normal shifting to hear from you if it takes 4 daays then it took nearly a week to get a new connection. Your online portal doesn't works and your support has no courtesy except bots do work. Not sure why I opted for ACT.

    @ACTFibernet I was not asking for any discount I was asking for the usage when I was out of station on emergency basis there data was not used I want the proper revised bill ASAP so that it doens't affect my work.and let sensible person call back to talk
