    @ACTFibernet This is not acceptable to me, i need callback from supervisor right now, or lead, it's happening every week, I cannot pay for d service that m not getting, already talked to d CC team 10 times from the morning. M working from home, which m not able to do coz of this WORST SERVICE

    @ACTFibernet Do you have a policy of payment adjustment if the service is down for 48hrs and above? If so, I had service interruption for 9tickets, each ranging between 4-5 hours. Is this a dumb strategy to fool your customers?

    @ACTFibernet my cousin paid for your new connection in Bangalore on Tuesday and was promised installation in 2 days. Still there are no calls from the technicians/helpline not responding as well. Please help!! @recurshawn

    @ACTFibernet Worst experience with @ACTWiFi ,I'm staying in Bannerghatta, Bangalore Internet got disconnected, this is the 3rd time happening in a week,all the time no response from customer care nor technical team raising an issue from past a week.

    @ACTFibernet is the worst internet service provider. In past one month, I have made over two dozens complaints regarding poor internet connectivity, but issue has not been resolved so far. This company mandates advance payment and then harasses people with its poor services.

    @ACTFibernet its been 3 days since the disconnection complaint but no response nothing they are not replying to any of the complaints! Please dont fall in trap for this broadband company

    @ACTFibernet I’ve been patient regarding the internet not working from the time I took the connection. If the issue can’t be resolved provide me a refund or I’ll have to lodge a complaint in the consumer court.
