@Abhijee78346790 @ACTFibernet Bro with experience I'm telling, problem with act fibernet only. What ever you are facing same issue I'm facing but my router is new one. Past 5 months onwards I'm using this service. I raised almost 30 complaints and 10 reopens.

@ACTFibernet I didn't got any call, every time same reason junction box problem why don't you guys change junction box, please make it fast otherwise I'll choose any other service provider

@ACTFibernet Please atleast acknowledge the problem and you never ever provides and updates on what is the cause of the issue and what is the action taken to over come the problem. @TRAI can some frame the rules and regulations for these kind of service providers.

@ACTFibernet I had raised request for reconnection but no response from any one from your side.. Customer care is really worst take hours to reach..Really unprofessional behaviour of the people on call when they response Need to know if it is sorted out or not..Plz do the needful

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD , please give me a good support person to talk. I have wasted 3 hrs discussion with them and they don't know the context. I have placed a request for disconnection, but your support person isn't aware. I also need all calculations for refund on email
