It's been 3 days since Cyclone Mandous has crossed Chennai. Till now @ACTFibernet hasn't resolved our issue. Do understand that since internet issue hasn't been resolved we are under pressure. I've never had such a bad experience with any company at all. (1/3)

Their customer service is the most pathetic of all. First of all, it takes 10 frickin minutes to connect to their service. After that, they finally pick up the call. Now this wasn't enough to test your patience. They be like- “ I'll connect you to the required team” @ACTFibernet
