    @ACTFibernet Local technician usually calls and says he will come & fix the issue in 2-3 days and closes the ticket. No action or follow up after that and then I need to raise another ticket and cycle continues

    @ACTFibernet Perumbakkam - Down, Pallikaranai - Down. Looks like larger area issue. Why are there no notifications ? What is the ETA for resolution ?
