@ACTFibernet the first thing ur ppl do when a tickt is raised is to close the tickt which is yet to be resolved and say we will fix the issue in 2-3days. One of ur customer care exec was not even interested to retain customer when I said I will exit. He replied please go ahead

@ACTFibernet Same issue started with ur technican facing internet issue & tried to reach ur technician from registered num my calls are block by him, when i call through diff number he says he blocked my num as instructed by manager & says tweet what you want this this service act provides 😡

@ACTFibernet Your service is full of crap. I didn't even use the internet after the billing date and your representative is saying I have to pay for two months I did not use to get the connection activated. Everytime I raise a service request, there is problem.
