    @ACTFibernet Mr. Bala Malladi, your customers service is incompetent and waste. They are not able to resolve a simple request of refund. Are you so bankrupt that you can't refund my Rs.1800???? I have called 10+ times to customer service without any resolution.

    @ACTFibernet Don't call it a customer service number if y'all can't provide one.. just keep an automated msg saying "wait for 24 to 48 hrs" and get done with it.

    @ACTFibernet I have been contacting the ACT team through mail since a couple of weeks. I tried reaching out on twitter chat for a couple of days. This is the 24th consecutive day I'm posting my issue in public. When will the issue be resolved? When will I get JUSTICE???

    @ACTFibernet I disconneced my Act connection in October. Service request was raised on 2nd October for router collection. Till now no one came and a bill has been generated because of this. Is it my fault that no one is coming for router collection.

    @ACTFibernet It’s been two days we don’t have internet connection. Do we need to beg for the connection? Why are you playing with customer time and money? Can’t you provide the proper connection ? Isn’t your responsibility?
