    @ACTFibernet I am hearing the same answer for past 8 days. Again another 2 days . Very poor restoration process compared to other service providers like Airtel Hathway or Jio. I have paid for 6 months plan and regretting now. So I assume you don’t care for restoring on time.

    @ACTFibernet you guys are one of the worst broadband providers. It's been more than a week since my connection is not working. You just keep giving same ****** reasons. And your customer care is dead whenever I try to reach out.

    @ACTFibernet 2nd time in a week I had the same bloody fibercut issue and there is no net connection...seriously act fiber u guys are without back bone...I regret taking ur net connection...

    @ACTFibernet For the first time since we are ACT customers, the monthly issue of Broadband downtime was fixed within 24 hours. Please ensure the infrastructure supports continuous uptime at least for 3 months. Thanks much for this quick support. Please keep this up!

    @ACTFibernet How do I download the payment receipt?? The email option on the app sends a receipt without the customer name.
