    @ACTFibernet Service suspended over disputed OTT charges (โ‚น267) even after plan upgrade with OTT included. Issue was raised earlier and acknowledged by your rep. Disconnecting service during a billing dispute is unacceptable. Restore service ASAP.

    @ACTFibernet Hello Act, Your team said they can't provide service in my area and took the routers back, But not willing to refund the extra amount that I have already paid, ticket # SR10279795323424 is opened with no update or resolution since ages.

    @ACTFibernet Facing incorrect billing + sudden disconnection. My port was wrongly changed (Port 1 โ†’ Port 2), so โ‚น60/month discount not applied. Bill inflated (โ‚น1973 vs โ‚น1763). Need urgent fixโ€”exam tomorrow. Please resolve within 1 hour or I escalate to consumer forum.
