    @ACTFibernet your services are not up to mark. You charged very high amount comparing to other internet services.Still we have selected Act fibernet just to get good internet service. But now I think it's the right time to disconnect your services.

    @ACTFibernet It has been a year since I have taken your connection. Not even a single month I got the full 30 days Internet availability.. even now it is down for 3 days without resolution. Seriously wrong business guys

    @ACTFibernet Is it a big mistake to move from Chennai to Bangalore for professional development. Your agents in Chennai were very rude yesterday and today. My day and peace of mind in office got disturbed.

    @ACTFibernet ZEE5 is not active under WFH ACT plan. You people are fooling customers and your customer service SUCKS. They purposely disconnect calls. Account ID 119631668099 Call back ASAP Otherwise I have to disconnect ACT service next month. Don't want to be fooled like this.

    @ACTFibernet I have been your customer from 2019 onwards and this is how your agents treat me and harass me just because I couldn't find time to mail you from August to October. I accept there is a mistake from my end .I am going to complain to police if this persists.
