    @ACTFibernet worst app designed, raising shifting request is so painfull. Can't even speak to tech support it's all IVR,fooling genuine customers.

    @ACTFibernet Worst support for requested monthly breakup bills . Service is becoming worst as rhis becoming the no1 broadband service in banglore . Sad know this is no 1 broadband in banglore

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD It's been more than 48hrs and issued is not solved concern person Nagesh is saying that switch to another service jio or Airtel. I have to work from home I'm getting warnings from my manager please help me or led know if I have to switch my internet service.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet - this is heights of troubling the customer! I have been receiving endless calls to continue the connection when I have clearly stated that I want disconnection. Team, please escalate this matter, get my connection disconnected and provide genuine refund. Period!
