    @ACTFibernet Your ticket SR11167206487804 . I can see a lot of advertisements but you should need to keep the customer without having these issue. From past days, nearly I faced the more than one month.

    Even when the builder is ready to give NOC, @airtelindia says there is no feasibility. That's how the local Airtel employees bring down the number of users to the company. Now we have no option rather than shifting to @ACTFibernet.

    Placed reconnection request. Folks from ACT installed modem after 4 days and they are still delaying to perform initial setup of the router @ACTFibernet I contacted service person but no response. Disappointed 😞

    It was also mentioned in mail that @ACTFibernet will proceed with legal actions of not returned.. later I called customer care and told them the same.. they said someone will came to take the router but no one shown up till now.. [3/4]
