@ACTFibernet Every time user cannot beg to fix the issue. We have other priorities as well. Support team needs to be on priority as these WFH days are rull exists. Need resolution in next one hours at any cost. Please don’t make users to beg for resolution

@ACTFibernet I’m waiting for resolution of service request number “SR10163573659624 11/28/2021 11:00:00” which says will be resolved by today 11:00am. Wondering how this will be resolved now as the time passed and no technician visited the site… waiting for some magic to happen.
