    @ACTFibernet Another instance of complaint closed without resolution. Paying for 300MBPS when the actual speed is not even 1/3rd of the promised speed for the last couple of months. Tired and fed up raising complaints. What more can you say. Regret choosing @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet the issue from yesterday still persists and you have closed the ticket. Why do have a customer support team if you want to close the ticket without talking to customers?

    @ACTFibernet I have subscribed for ACTStrom pack since Apr 2020. Recently I started using OTT apps in my TV it was too slow. I have raised the ticket for the issue the service person told the router provided by us will give only 150mbps. Please change and give my router ASAP.

    @ACTFibernet really you are below mark in customer support. from feb-2021 i have been asking about reconnectionnprocess, till date no response and now i was charges ₹275/- +GST as one time reconnection charges, which is not acceptable. i have DM you my details
