    @ACTFibernet The quality in service is the worst I’ve ever seen. I guess we only have to pay you money and not expect any resolution to issues. My internet connection is down for at least two days every month. It hasn’t been working since morning today.

    @ACTFibernet Off late your service has started becoming a pain. Every now & then I see some or the other issue with your connectivity. You potentially might end up losing customers if you dont pull up ur socks. Better options are available. Latest incident: SR11865475168294

    Act never fails to disappoint same story wrong bill copy again, been 3 days still did not receive correct copy yet. Please note that If the copy is not provided till last working day please arrange for compensation. As this is repeated every month @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Have DM'ed you. Internet is down for more than an hour now with no intimation from ACT team. This is getting a regular affair now !!! Using hotspots after paying in advance for 6 months.

    @ACTFibernet Yet not my issue was solved, i spoke with one of the engineer he is saying another engineer will come. What's going on Sir. May i know whom I need to Complaint for this. This leads to affect my job.

    @ACTFibernet team this week 2 time I'm raising a complaint that the internet connection is down. Every month at least twice my service is down. What kind of service are you providing it's better to move some other service provider.

    @ACTFibernet Issue is resolved after 1.5 days. Ideally this should have been 4-5 hours of work. Think, @ACTFibernet should do better than this in addressing this type of total outages. Or else you would loose customers like me very soon.
