    @ACTFibernet No internet for more than 2 days again…still no action has been taken against SR10164850116994 yet. It’s troubling me to do WFH. Kindly apply permanent fix and ensure the resolution within 24hours always.

    @ACTFibernet I had raised a complaint about my wifi not working on 17th morning and I was told that by 3:30 pm my issue would be resolved. After repeated calls to the call center you'll kept pushing the resolution time and finally the issue was not fixed till the end of the day.

    @ACTFibernet I have a service related issue which is not resolved yet upon multiple follow up. It should not take 72 hours to change the plan. Need to upgrade with technology. PS: Previously, call executive misguided that account is active till 2 Jun.

    @ACTFibernet i have suspended my act fibre account with proper requesr and explanation to ur customer service. but till this day im keep recvg call 4times a day to pay the bill and ur cusotmer service evenon sunday calling asking what is the reason for disconnections. Pl lookin

    @ACTFibernet the internet is down. Unacceptable. Once or twice I understand. Everytime it rains the internet vanishes.

    @ACTFibernet Your service is terrible and has caused me so much trouble considering I am working from home. I am entitled to a full refund of 2 days as I practically had no WIFI connectivity for 2 whole days.

    The worst internet service provider @ACTFibernet who auto renews the plans without customer consent and when customer complaints they blindly says whatever you have used during auto renew periodyou have to pay even after they continued service without my knowledge.
