I am a @ACTFibernet user. Want to shift to @HathwayBrdband or @fiber_jio. Do you serve in 560086? It is an immediate requirement. My complaints are getting unanswered from past 15 days. I have 4 connections of in my building n wants to shift to other service provider.

@ACTFibernet One of the worst service providers today...what started as a promising company u seem to have lost the game completely. Every other day I am facing connectivity issues but nothin being done. Mind u I was the 1st customer in my area...Pathetic

@ACTFibernet I applied for new connection and paid amount on 04th March 2021. Still now didn’t get a connection and the paid amount also not refunded. If I call the customer care/provider, they keep on saying that installation will be done in 24hrs. Totally frustrated with this. Waste of time

@ACTFibernet I don't want to continue wid ur 6 months plan n have sent a message regarding same but still no revert. Now in my profile it shows dat my 6 months plan is activated n due date of payment is 15 Mar. Is dis how u treat ur loyal customers? Plz call me n resolve it ASAP
