Canute Angelo (@08aca24) reported@ACTFibernet I called sales 4 times. Spoke with 4 different people. The first lady's name i did not get. She was very rude. She did not understand the issue and kept saying it cannot be done today. Then came Merlin, who promised to get a supervisor online.

I dropped mail to the tech lead and escalation team but till not there is no response. Again internet is not working.

I am currently using a 500Mbps plan at 1199+Tax but when I try to upgrade to Mesh router the same price gets updated to 1299+Tax and has to be paid for 6 months in advance. Such a worse Customer service and arrogant engineering team. Finally I am closing my act fibre connection. Please don’t rely on sales team of act fibre. @ACTFibernet
