    @ACTFibernet Hi, another 24hrs crossed but still no solution. I haven’t received my refund even after 20 days of discontinuation and 10 days of asset return. You people will charge late fee, deactivation fee and other charges if we failed to pay on time.

    Very often, this is an issue. Can you see what is the issue?? There is no way that we can connect to customer care, all I have to do is chatbot. Pathetic! @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Even your customer support ivr takes 20 minutes to assign a customer support agent. But sales team contacts in less than a minute. This behaviour is unacceptable.

    @veelesec @ACTFibernet It was just some low level dns probing, nothing remarkable worth writing about so I let AI document it but they were intercepting 1.1.1.1 queries and any other resolver, only solution was DoT and DoH to cloudflare or anyone else

    @ACTFibernet I applied for a new connection 2 days ago. Installation was promised yesterday, but no one has contacted me.I paid β‚Ή2,035. The sales executive (+91 97311 63437) has switched off their phone. Even after contacting customer care twice, there has been no resolution.
