Complaint SR10379879346170 has been reopened again — this is the 5th/6th disconnection in just 20 days. This is unacceptable. I need a permanent solution, not repeated temporary fixes. It's not just taking the payment from customers and making them fools by giving wrong information. They should have some responsibility towards customers.
