    @ACTFibernet I've been raising tickets regarding billing disputes and your billing team closes them even before checking what the issue is. Their template resolutions being "Not reachable" and "Discussed and resolved over call". This has been happening for sometime now.

    @ACTFibernet Such a waste network provider in India. I will recommend all please don't choose act fibernet. I am raising many tickets from 10 days but no responses and they simply closing my tickets without resolving. Waste of time for having worst network provider.

    @ACTFibernet sir what a dogshit company. Even after a callback request no one calls (mind you this is since 24hrs already), your employees says will transfer the call and disconnect it. Absolutely trash service by a trash ISP @ACTFibernet sucks donky *****!
