First I was told ₹3,100, now it’s ₹2,500, and no one even knows where it’s being processed. Why should customers chase you repeatedly? Fix your broken process and make refunds smooth

Srinivas Kamath (@shinna_k) reported@ACTFibernet Internet connection was disconnected by Nqgarjuna Meadows Apartment for not having paid the BESCOM bill for 3 months, even after multiple follow-ups with the ACT authorities. If a customer doesn't pay you for 3 months, will you provide the connection? Pathetic.

The sales executive (+91 97311 63437) has switched off their phone. Even after contacting customer care twice, there has been no resolution.
