    @ACTFibernet @FiberAct @AcTbalamalladi ACT-ai_101780672110 customer ref Ticket no SR10181242464047 should be resolved before the cricket match and FIFA World Cup finals otherwise we will disconnect the service for good.

    @ACTFibernet I have been constantly following up and this person 9154689239 - he had told me that he will be giving me an update about the issue which was raised. I am fooled by ACT because instead of a mesh you guys have installed another wifi for me which is wrong!

    @ACTFibernet get your act together. Customer service is horrible. I did a plan upgrade and I was supposed to get mesh router and ticket was raised on July 2nd till now no update.
