    @ACTFibernet Below are the Service tickets that I have raised in the month of Feb 2021 alone: SR10251946129392, SR10252609631192, SR10252947003112. And I've no idea when the last ticket is going to get closed. Should I start thinking of alternatives to #WFH peacefully?

    @ACTFibernet Hey ACT, Don't understand your problem in addresing the Internet issues wehave due to your poor Service and worst Routers. Requested for a router change as the one of you technical person said the slow in speed Is due to Routers fault.

    @ACTFibernet worst team after taking money not even came to home for connection it’s been 1 week didn’t hear back after raising a ticket too worst service provider I have ever seen if you don’t have capacity to work then just tell us we will see otherprovider

    @ACTFibernet though they claim leading ISP factually they are not. For each of the problem they requires 24 hours of time , regardless of how much loss customer suffers.

    @ACTFibernet I was informed about the internet outage for three hours around 11 am today but I still can't access the internet using the ACT Broadband, been trying to get my issue resolved but there's been no response as such! Pathetic customer service. Remove your connection.

    @ACTFibernet the owners of the house where the box resides have switched off power and no one else is ok with fitting the box ,your technician left without providing any alternative solution. This is how customer service should be handled #badcustomerservice

    @ACTFibernet Bluntly ir CS guys repeatedly denyi g my payment even after showing the screenshots. I uave paid it through ACT app only in the first place. How u expect me to forget all my pain jist simply like that? My issue closed? How?

    And please improve your automated help system, it asks stupid questions and provides negligible support. How am I supposed to open "google" when my internet is down. Every month I face an issue or the other. It's better to switch to a different service provider. @ACTFibernet
