@ACTFibernet Internet has been going down for a day every couple of weeks lately. There's no internet at home since yesterday. Very frustrating! If it keeps going down, we'll be switching to some other provider.

@ACTFibernet this is beyond disappointing at this point. I lose my internet every two months as if it is customery or traditional. This is not okay. I have asked for a resolution the last time and they said they will work on it. But turns out they didnt. This is so lack lustre

@ACTFibernet it is impossible to connect with your customer support team. Without resolution, emails/text messages are sent that the complaint has been resolved.
