    @SagarMadarapu @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet Just feel blessed that you didn't get connected. After getting connected, then you will suffer more than now. They have poor customer service. They levy 6 month fee and provides poor service. I've raised 3 tickets in last 2 months and I lost my productive hours. Try for refund

    I have paid Act fibernet for 6 months internet plan for 2950 rupees they have not provided internet service with in 7 days So I asked for refund request now three weeks completed worst service daily mental torcher paying act is my life time mistake.. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Thanks. Let me first solve this issue, surely I will get back to you. Already taken a connection long time back for Mode Advertising Pvt Ltd, Lajpat Nagar when I was there. We were more happy than anything.

    @ACTFibernet I don't need a call back.. Need resolution.. If you think of call back can help, it should have been done yesterday.. Not today.. It's been more than 26 hours, no resolution. It's pathetic..

    @ssjk26983 @ACTFibernet Agree, that's the reason I changed from yearly to monthly plan so that i won't bear the hassles. If the service is not improved, will switch to Airtel or Jio

    @ACTFibernet No. You keep sending in some executives who keep saying that the cable is cut. Are you providing poor cables for every month? Then they claim that the junction box is changed. What the hell is going on? You keep generating tickets and there is no permanent solution. 9790984994
