    @ACTFibernet What is up with the network issue from you guys from last month , every single time i complain and you people solve it . The internet gets better for 1 or 2 days and the problem starts again . Suddenly the internet stops or suddenly the speed goes slow . Please solve

    @ACTFibernet last weekend got a new connection and got assurance of immediate assistance in case any issue. 1st day of work with ACT & it's already been over 6 hours without internet and no communication. Brilliant work ACT. Please confirm how to get refund.

    @ACTFibernet Still not resolved # your executive said he will visit Saturday evening but till now none visited.Y is ur service becoming so pathetic that no one is least bothered to rectify the problem.I’m paying 1500/month and the internet signal 15%.

    @ACTFibernet Appreciate your standard Twitter response. The connection took less than a day to install which is great but to FIX a connection it's requiring multiple follow ups and not resulting in receiving any help. Thus your assistance would be much appreciated.

    @ACTFibernet I have issue with the internet connection from last 30 days every time I have issued a complained, the service guy calls and closes the Complain Without resolving. Kindly Refund the amount so I can move to other service provider.

    @ACTFibernet been using for years but recently service has deteriorated drastically. No resolution of issue for over 24 hrs, ETA provided is already paased. My work day is lost in this wfh scenario. Can somebody at ACT look into SR10153122610131, looks like need to switch ISP.
