    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet go and check how many complaints I have registered for your service in last 45 days from the day 2 since I took the connection, such a pain with this service, connection drops, video buffering etc. Please close my connection and issue the refund for remaining months

    @ACTFibernet Again issue facing issue. Why during office hours the internet is giving problems. Getting very less speed, getting just 15Mbps. Getting no help, no update in ACT chat and local technician.

    Hello @ACTFibernet my internet is out since yesterday morning and a resolution was expected till 9 pm. It is a new day and still no news? You don't take a minute to charge extra fees if payment is delayed, what about now? Ticket no SR10280391703704

    @ACTFibernet why there is a scheduled maintenance daily ? Internet is not working daily for between 2 to 6 hours which happening which is unacceptable please look into this issue

    Yet to see a customer service support worse than @ACTFibernet .they call. Then send a “happy “ code. Unresolved . And after ten minutes they send a message “resolved”! Dont ever subscribe to ACTFibernet.

    @ACTFibernet Your service is extremely pathetic. Your call backs always get disconnected. I’ve been facing a connectivity issue for almost a month now and your “technicians” and “experts” are clueless about the issue. Please help. Or else please cancel the connection and refund.

    @ACTFibernet There has been no response, and this is one of the worst services. Customer care informed me yesterday that they would resolve it within 2 hours, but it's almost two days with no resolution.
