    @ACTFibernet sheer recklessness from your service team. Internet has been out in our locality for more than 24 hours affecting 50 families, obstructing them from working and attending classes. Customer care says issue will be fixed tmrw. 10/10 gonna discourage everyone from ACT

    @ACTFibernet Team any luck as stated to give an opportunity. Waiting continuously without any resolutions.. .why an false promise given if it is not possible to fullfil the client. Jus raising an SR and closing it without resolution is this the practice is followed??

    @ACTFibernet Every time I connect with customer service they are disconnecting my call in the middle of conversation they don't even know how to behave with a client. Is this the way you treat your customers and if it is then it's disgusting and pathetic

    I have registered for your new wifi connection on 21st may, yet no one from your side came for the installation. Thought your service is best in up market, but you guys are proving it wrong. I need a follow-up and resolution soon on my issue. @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet
