    @ACTFibernet , I am really disappointed and regretting for taking act connection two days back, I’m not getting speed, created a ticket SR10379874434644, your technician visited not able to solve the issue, when I called to your customer care, your agent said nothing can be done

    @ACTFibernet Still the issue is not fixed. No status update.. nothing happened. I even emailed to nodal officer and he also seemed to be sleeping on this critical issue. No response from anyone. Disgusting service by @ACTFibernet #actfibernet

    If you are in BLR never buy your wifi connection from @ACTFibernet. Worst service out there with virtually zero customer support. 12 days since a plan change request and no one has showed up. Now got a msg from them saying if I dont pay for the old plan they will cut the wifi.

    @JioCare Raised complaint but no response yet. SR No: SR00002KkDF4 Jio Fiber Voice No: 914079649420 No technician visit and customer care not answering calls. Very disappointing service. Kindly resolve ASAP. Compare to you @ACTFibernet Is so much better in service

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet Thanks for the response, but the issue remains unresolved. Service is still suspended despite this being a billing dispute (duplicate OTT charges after plan upgrade) and prior acknowledgment from your support team. Request urgent intervention & restoration.

    @GTPLHathwayLtd For the past month, my internet speed has been very slow, and the connection has gone down multiple times. I created a ticket (#37213455), but the issue is still not resolved. gtpl is no longer reliable maybe it’s time to switch to @ACTFibernet.
