    @ACTFibernet every time internet gets disconnected and gets connected back it asks for user name and password. Sometimes won't even get that page. What's going on? Is there an outage?

    @ACTFibernet I was made to pay 826 plus 1750 INR by your executive but after I made the payment they are not even picking up my phone. The modem has not been provided yet please take some action or arrange for the refund of 1750 plus 826 rupees.really pathetic service.

    @ACTFibernet Poor Services in Bangalore, Kagadasapura Main Road. The complaint was of a broken line per the technician. Even repeated assurances net not come for the last 30 hours. Please get in resolved. The service personnel may be told to be realistic in committing a time.
