    @ACTFibernet #Patheticservice I have been a customer of ACT since 2016 nd never have I faced such pathetic service. It's over 9 days now nd SR10180616919614 is yet to be attended. I guess Uguys Rnot bothered about old customers. Nother issue is Uhave not deactivated my old accs.

    @MiskiFans @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet Bro naku kuda same ayndhi appudu nenu customer care lo straight away plan cancel chesina. Then they will connect with you their local service team. They will request you to continue ACT. After that, the next day the service team came to my home.

    Dear Friends, I don’t know how wants to hear this and who is gonna benefit from it, but if you options, which you will for sure, then please do not opt for @ACTFibernet as your WiFi service provider. 20 days passed No Refund yet. @jagograhakjago

    @mayhoskote @ACTFibernet @ACT_Issues Yes I agree. We need to change the operator. Airtel or jio would do better service than this. I am also facing issues with them. No accountability for delayed services.
