    @ACTFibernet Your regret will not resolve my issue. I need my money back that's it, I am doing hard work to earn money, I am not cheating people to earn money its your job. @TRAI, @PMOIndia Mr Prime Minister this is not the digital India which we expected, please look into it.

    @Airtel_Presence I already have broadband service with Airtel and I am happy with the service. However from past 1 months there was couple of instances of unplanned outages and die to which I purchased a back up network of @ACTFibernet who cannot provide a decent service at all.

    @ACTFibernet I am very much disappointed with ACTFibernet, Internet connection not working properly. After a huge struggle I got the connection and now it's not working as expected. I want to disconnect it, requesting you to please revert back my money. I am requesting @TRAI to look into it.

    @ACTFibernet Poor resolution of complaint. Placed complaint at 5.30 pm. Message says will be resolved by 9 pm. Second message says next day 1 pm...when everyone else doctors, nurses, lift technicians BSES is working 24x7 to fix things asap, internet goes out without resolution
