    Dear @ACTFibernet it is so frustrating with your customer service while i ordered for one ACT stream box and keep waiting for it. Same experience while trying to upgrade the router and finally i had to give up.

    @ACTFibernet Your services are really frustrating now. In the past three days almost 3-4 times Internet has stopped working. Your operator come and fix then it’s gone again. Today I raised a ticket around 12:30 pm and at 7:12 pm I am told they will see the issue etc….

    I am extremely disappointed with the support experience of @ACTFibernet . In the last one week, the same service request has been reopened three times because the issue has never been permanently resolved. Each time I was informed that the problem was fixed, but the issue reappeared shortly afterward. Pathetic !

    Hello @ACTFibernet How shameless can you be. I have paid 9k for my internet upgrade 1 month ago. Neither you have upgraded my connection not you refunded my amount. I am so fed up with your service. Have some shame and either refund or upgrade @ACTFibernet
