Issue with act fibernet wifi signal. Yesterday i got installed in my flat wifi is not coming with in my flat. After calling to customer care no proper response. With a day it is creating an issue #actfibernet

Horrible service from @ACTFibernet , the guy said shifting is free sir please take 6 months plan so I did. No communication on shifting charges even when it happened and now they have disabled my connection thats already paid for, for the next 4 months

Dear @ACTFibernet I had raised disconnection request for dec18 but your team has disconnected 6 days early without notice. when I have already paid till dec18 why is it disconnected. will I get a refund? I will raise consumer complaint. Worst part is I cannot reach customercare

@ACTFibernet Thanks for your inability to let me know the details of restoration. I am pained to choose another service provider after about nine years of association with ACT. Try to learn how to retain the existing customers.
