We took three months plan from @ACTFibernet 1 Month completed and now we are unable to use the internet ,we called customer care they said we will solve ur issue, I am requesting @ACTFibernet can we cancel ur connection the service is not good

Terrible service by @ACTFibernet. 125kbps speed? This is just a week after I raised 2 complaints for a similar issue. Hopeless. Raising a service ticket is another pain altogether.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @ACTFibernet I switched from ACT to Airtel on 17 July, and since the last 3–4 days, my internet is not working. Every day, technicians visit, say "issue not identified", and leave without fixing anything. Still no resolution.

@ACTFibernet One of my friends using act was informed by your field engineer that incase of internet outage the line will connect with outer box, i dont know how it works but she never faces a problem of internet outage. Why your services are different from one cosumer to another ?
