    @ACTFibernet I never such worst service ever. Many other brands like Hathway are there. Your executive should learn how to talk with a customer first. You people are interested only in new connection and doesn't bother about existing connections. Soon you will loose clients

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia your lip service here doesn't extend to resolution of the issue.The request has been assigned to the same guy who knows nothing except discussing the issue with his boss/peers over a call in front of me.I have already paid @ACTFibernet today so you bugger off now.

    @ACTFibernet Very arrogant person called me to tell about the issue. Again ACT team proving they are worst among the service providers. NOT RECOMMENDING ACT #cancelling my connection and switching to Reliance Jio.

    @ACTFibernet is there a workaround or resolution to the issue? Ticket is open since many days. Such a poor service from you. I opted ACT as my good friend recommended. I was better using other ISP.
