    @ACTFibernet Sir,pls. Chk our network is not working since last night. H 150 Naraina vihar has a set box installed here, they R thinking of removing this box from their place. So pls look into this matter & shift the box to another place so that we can provide u better service

    @ACTFibernet @ndtv @polimernews ACT chennai east Tambaram folks complete scamming, looting money. i gave clear evidence, full recording that their customer care telling about refund, i sent mails but the act team doesn't care. worst way of handling

    @ACTFibernet "Patience" really? Is this your revert? Is this how you handle such complaints? "4 days" with no service no update no contact is my patience! Now please own the mistake on ur end and also I need waiver on the paid amount for these 4 days for this account # 2nd incident.

    @orugalluupdates @ACTFibernet Instead of focusing on solving the issue ,these BOT are used to kill the time and test our patience. not sure why @ACTFibernet doesn't maintain a direct contact center number instead of these bots,what if he subscribed doesn't have enough mobile data, how can he then log a case?

    @ACTFibernet Please change the junction box to my building being a customer I am giving you people advice so that my both connections from your ****** service won't stop working, i will also provide an electrician with my cost , make fast and don't sleep 😴
