    @ACTFibernet I had taken this connection for WFH if connectivity issues happening twice or thrice in a week then what's the use of taking ur connections who is taking responsibility for my loss for this connectivity issues even ur technicians r so lazy that till now it's not fixed...

    @ACTFibernet Thanks, I now got a call from your executive and they helped me in getting my issues answered. I am happy with the interaction level. However, Little disappointed that I had to escalate here to get my issue resolved. Hope this is taken care in future

    @ACTFibernet Such a shame by @ACTFibernet even after complaint they close the ticket without any solution or talking to me on assumption that everything is solved..that to on Friday working day.. absolutely nonsense service...@TRAI

    @ACTFibernet As usual, i got an SMS saying that the issue will be resolved only tomorrow. So one more working day wasted for me. It would be great if out of respect for your customer, a permanent fix be applied for this issue.

    @ACTFibernet By the way, here is the recommendation for you. Please call customer, understand what the issue is and discuss the solutions. Sending mail on ticket closure with no details on what the fix is very bad way of dealing customer support.

    Almost a day without @ACTFibernet internet and we wait hopelessly for some team to arrive and finish the job. All these no service days is never consolidated in a bill. #Hyderabad

    Your ticket SR10164280427561 @ACTFibernet its been 2 days since i raised the complaint regarding disconnectivity of my connection, its not been resolved,i am loosing all my work due to this , as i am wfh, its time to move to other broadband supplier which provides better service
