    Why is @ACTFibernet sending multiple text messages per day reminding to pay bill when the bill payment is not overdue and there is sufficient time to pay the bill before 23:59:59 hrs on the due date. I receive endless messages inspite of me never ever paid beyond the due date.

    @ACTFibernet Since the 6AM morning area is under complete outage & Fiber Loss is seen. What is expected ETA ? 2 outages in the past 48 Hrs.

    @ACTFibernet ETA was 9:30AM by ACT Team received via SMS but still the fiber is still down. This is just not tolerable.
