@ACTFibernet The issue got resolved only late in the evening, we are facing the same issue again today since morning.! since we pay for a 24/7 service, why shud we pay up for the days you guys are down . If you can't give us reliable service then please let us know & issue is a refund

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet we are facing internet issue from yesterday onwards this happen frequently. Raised ticket spoken with customer care but no use nothing is resolved and no update from your end. Main problem with @ACTFibernet you won't act faster to resolve issue.

In our apartment, it has become an everyday thing for @ACTFibernet internet to be down in the morning. Every single morning. The entire apartment. Not sure if they’re consciously weaning humans off the Internet or if it’s just plain incompetence.
