    @ACTFibernet Raised issue in morning still this is not fixed pathetic service .Request CONSENT for our field engineer to visit your premise, in case needed, to resolve SR10255033226372. Our engineer will follow all safety protocols and maintain social distancing.

    @ACTFibernet I got a call from a retention executive Rinku who wanted me to meet his technical guy and was ready to reduce my bill by 12 days. Clarified a few things but I never commited anything to Rinku, and will decide after meeting the technical team, do not close the issue until then.
