    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD are the true fraudsters. Suresh (marketing person) totally cheated by asking me to pay amount in advance by telling we’ve feasibility. Later after technician visit, there’s no response from that idiot. True level of cheating by @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet Seriously worst customer care service. When I called helpdesk, I was informed that today sure issue ll be fixed. 🥱 For fixing one junction box, already 3 days got over !

    @ACTFibernet Is it the responsibilty of the homeowner or the BROADBAND Company where to install the Junction box to provide connection to a customer?? Who's responsible for this organisational failure??
