    @ACTFibernet What a pathetic service provider. You should be ashamed of yourselves seeing your Twitter handle itself that so many Chennai users of different areas have the same complaint that you have failed to fix the issues and since Saturday all are facing zero network service

    @ACTFibernet What a pathetic service. No internet since 10th Dec’22 and all we get is new ETA everyday. Not a single engineer has visited the sites. You should be ashamed of yourself seeing just your Twitter handle with all the Chennai users with same complaints in different area

    Worst part in this, @ACTFibernet is that we aren't alone. 8 more users connected to the same junction box and all have been beating our chests. Will you extend the renewal dates to compensate for the downtime?
