@ACTFibernet worst connection ever duping money! Initially they said the offer is for 3 months so I paid full amount for 3 months! Now when I am going to make a payment it’s not even showing me a monthly payment options! Scams!

@ACTFibernet Internet is down since yesterday 2 PM. Its been almost 24 hrs. When I call customer care they get frustrated when I ask them the exact cause and disconnect the call. What kind of service is this? @airtelindia how quick can you provide a fiber broadband connection?

@ACTFibernet U guys hve one of the worst customer service I evr had. you've only given false commitments from day one. Couldn't even give a connection in 2 weeks but gave commitment of giving it in 2 days. And your POC aren't even picking up calls to cancel and refund. Frustrated

@ACTFibernet what is use of getting in touch with me when you can't solve issue permanently as we are experiencing 20 days downtime in a month and takes 4 hours to resolve even knowing where the problem is. It became habit of your network.

@ACTFibernet Something that u guys from yesterday is saying is put on top priority....hasn't bee resolved after 30 hrs....your pathetic service is for everyone to see on Twitter. Changing the service without fail from next month. Had tried to be patient in these 30 hrs...but to no avail😡😡
