Service engineer was supposed to connect both modems through cable but he just connected through WiFi. I complained about the speed dropping. He was supposed to visit and resolve it but have not visited.

Adarsh (@PuttiAdarsha) reported@ACTFibernet today billing team says that it is my problem that no engineer came to change the router mesh when my renewal was due so I will have to pay extra. This really was the straw.
