    @ACTFibernet After 48+ hours of no internet, zero response from support, and false “back online” messages — I’ve had enough. Requesting immediate disconnection of my service. This level of service is unacceptable.

    While availing @ACTFibernet it was mentioned all rooms will have good connectivity, actually it is not as ur technician confirmed. Are you following ethical practice of payment vs service by you? Since when report submitted by your technician, what action taken? @DoT_India

    @ACTFibernet it's been 14days but till now no one called me for Wifi router recovery, I reached the customer care for multiple times but the resolution was not yet made. I want my refund of Rs. 4350 to be processed immediately. It's your fault to not recover the asset on time.

    @ACTFibernet Hi, this issue was marked resolved yesterday, but the internet is again not working since this morning. This is recurring and unacceptable. Please prioritize this under Ticket ID: SR10280004314794 and provide a definite ETA or arrange an immediate technician visit.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet Facing issue with customer support — calls from my registered number stay on hold indefinitely, while other numbers are asked to call from the registered one and disconnected. Requesting a resolution. CAF number: 102800628671

    @ACTFibernet Still the problem is not solved, you guys seriously taking care of your customer. It's been almost 48 hours but still there is no solution. With due all @ACTFibernet customers should move to another telecom service

    @ACTFibernet Account Number 103016866602. I am writing here as a final attempt to resolve a critical issue before I escalate the matter to the Consumer Forum and the Cyber Crime Cell. Despite multiple attempts to engage with your Customer Care, Billing, and Escalation departments over the past month, I have received no meaningful resolution. Case Background:I was a customer of ACT Fibernet until 2023, at which point I officially disconnected the service and moved away. However, in April 2026, I was shocked to receive billing notifications and SMS alerts for an active connection under my name. Points of Contention: Unauthorized Activation: This connection was activated without my consent, knowledge, or presence. ACT representatives have stated that a connection cannot be activated without customer consent; yet, I have provided none. Lack of Physical Infrastructure: I do not possess an ACT modem, there is no fiber cable running to my current residence, and I have had zero internet usage. Identity Theft Concerns: The fact that a connection is active in my name without my physical involvement strongly suggests that my identity has been compromised or misused to gain access to your services. Security Risk:I am deeply concerned that my identity is being used to facilitate internet access for unknown individuals. Should this connection be used for any illegal or anti-social activities, I will be held unfairly liable. I have requested the Escalation Team to provide details regarding how consent was allegedly verified and the specific installation address, but these requests have been ignored. Required Actions:I hereby request the following actions be taken immediately: Immediate Deactivation: Terminate the unauthorized account (103016866602) and cease all "defaulter" communications and billing. Also Block me from ACT Services so that in future even willingly I cannot get your serivices. Full Disclosure: Provide the documented proof of consent (e.g., call recordings, OTP logs, or signed installation reports) and the physical address where this service is currently being provided. Written Confirmation: Provide a formal letter stating that I am not liable for any charges or activities associated with this account since its unauthorized reactivation in April 2026. This is a clear case of Identity Theft. With the information you provide, I want to file an FIR for identity theft and move the Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission for professional negligence.

    @ACTFibernet The rains got over on 29th April, today is 3rd May . Even after 4 days the internet is not restored. Pathetic service, time to change @act

    Horrible service by @ACTFibernet. It is now the fourth day since internet is not working. This is in Malleswaram, Bengaluru. Nobody is responding to my calls.
