    @ACTFibernet is nominated for worst service. I strongly recommend new customers not to take ACTFibernet connections. Past 4 days there is no internet service at my office.... Daily I am calling to customer care and the reply is today it will rectify for sure...

    @ACTFibernet you people are quick to cut off services when there’s a lack of payment, but when there is a connection error from your end, it seems we customers are forced to wait for hours and hours because getting the problem resolved isn’t your priority, absolutely disgusting

    @ACTFibernet Hello Team, I have had similar complaints more than twice .. but till today no one is looking at this issue or no one cares about these complaints.. Is this the way the ACT internet system works?

    It's been more than two weeks since I have been requesting for monthly receipt for the broadband bill which is already paid. They(@ACTFibernet) are pro-actively generating new tickets/incidents for each mails/replies but without fulfilling my request. Very #tiresome service.
