@ACTFibernet more than 48 hours since request for “internet not working” has been submitted. Today is Monday. Our work and children education is suffering. A year old connection. Very very POOR and DEFICIENT service. #Airtel is so so much better

@ACTFibernet A temporary fix on the current outage is not what we are expecting. Your local POC are unable to solve this continuous outage. We need higher management involved this or you will loose whole connections from our apartment. Connection were so reliable a month back
