    @ACTFibernet 3 times in a week my internet has gone down. I'm amazed at what kind of service you're providing. You should be ashamed for looting people of their hard earned money by providing such abysmal quality of internet.     @ACTFibernet It's been 2 days since my internet connection went down. I raised a complaint, but there's no response yet. The ETR keeps getting extended repeatedly. When can I expect the restoration? This is severely impacting my daily business ops. SR10381716733674

    @ACTFibernet ACCOUNT No : 102015011772 I had opted for 3 months billing only for router. It should be back to monthly billing now. I am getting notifications that it will be 3 months billing. This is not acceptable. When I try to raise an issue via your bot it is not working
