One telephone call came from Bangalore & one msg from Delhi and said that your problem will be resolved but nothing has happened so far. I am very disappointed with the attitude of Company. @ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet Rathere atleast Airtel service is better than ACT. ACT is just to catch new customers grab money and cheat and don't give response. The matter has to be escalatedvto ministry of communication also if innocent customers are cheated

Terrible service by @ACTFibernet. 125kbps speed? This is just a week after I raised 2 complaints for a similar issue. Hopeless. Raising a service ticket is another pain altogether.

@ACTFibernet The frustrating thing is its never resolved in couple of hours and theres no one to get the update from. The etr always shows the time around 9 pm and then it lingers to next day. It is not acceptable at all
