@ACTFibernet Evening itself again I got call from field executive the came and said not yet resolved ur problem customer support said false promises to u again I contacted the customer support the confirm not yet resolved 5th day again i decided to disconnect so reponed my old cancel request

@ACTFibernet I disconnected my first connection because of customer service three years back, now going to cancel one more after 3 years, the guy has put me on hold for change of plan query after waiting for 15 minutes on hold call dropped, absolute garbage...from top to bottom.

@ACTFibernet Act Chennai division customer support person no proper guidance and knowledgeable 3months plan recharge done after 5 to 6days network issue raised complaint asked about problem the told disconnect ur net so I asked about refund the told u get refund for balce days
