    @ACTFibernet Hi, it has be a month now since I have been facing this issue every 3rd day. The internet disappears for 3-6 hours, when raised complaint the individual comes and says battery problem or wire problem etc. Today since 7 am I do not have internet.

    @ACTFibernet This is another incident again where my fiber is cut .. now please calculate how many times this fiber will cut and why are we paying act fiber? I filed the complaint yesterday 12:30 and there has been no response as 24hrs is also over.

    @ACTFibernet I raised the issue 2 days before for get connection and your representative raised the ticket and confirm that sales team will call me but till now no one contacted me. Really not a good customer service. ACT Ref. ID is 118646924483

    @ACTFibernet, a new connection after payment takes 4 days? Seriously? A new connection request was promptly addressed and payment was received on day one with the assurance that the connection will be active within 24 hours. Is this your customer service for a new customer?
