@ACTFibernet The insolence of ACT Customer Retention agent! He threatened to cut my connection if I don't accept by his terms. I paid for your services with my hard-earned money. I pre-paid for my connection and I will use it till my connection ends on 30th August 2021.

@ACTFibernet I have not received the refund yet. Worst customer support I have ever seen. Asking for an update for the refund, everytime they say person will come to collect the router but no one came yet. No sign of refund.
