Complaint to @ACTFibernet Chennai location. I took the plan 3 days back. But the installation is not done yet. Your sales and installation person have been lying since three days for coming and installation but have not come yet. This is the way to treat the customer.

@MokkaCheenu @HathwayBrdband is good but they are creepy with calls. I'm not interested to let them continue harass me with those calls. 3 -4times a day. @ACTFibernet was horrible. I had them during the floods so no internet for months! They stopped attending to all complaints.

@ACTFibernet ,@ACTFibernetHYD @ACT This is one of the worst network provider in Hyderabad I am bearing with. Every month minimum I will have three to four issues and for every ticket they going to say fiber cut and it will take 24 hours to resolve it.
