    Hey @ACTFibernet The wifi 6 router currently provided has a very inconvenient app in order to manage connected devices. Can you please change my router to something that has a better app? Like the tp-link Deco router with wifi 6 support?

    Its been 6 days now, nobody come to solve issues, seriously pathetic ever, i am a corporate guy how can i manage now, 6 days matters a lot, do you give me extension in next month? Or reduce 6 day’s arrears from my bill amount ? Why m suffering? Cancel my connection @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet I am calling your people again and again no response Just called once than when asked when ll you do it faded away I am filing a FIR Today We are working we cannot be at place all the time One must coordinate accordingly I was calling for shift since 29 march Worst response

    @ACTFibernet Do NOT make me go to the consumer court. 15 out of 30 days your WiFi is not working. Every other day your agent comes, he fixes it for 5 minutes, takes the OTP and leaves. Again NO WIFI! Pls anyone who is thinking - DO NOT CHOOSE ACT.

    .@ACTFibernet there is an issue with your service once every 2 weeks, do you realise people need internet to work from their homes? When I raise a ticket you tell me you'll only resolve it at 9pm. Absolutely terrible service every single time.

    @ACTFibernet Pathetic Cust service, vague charges included in billing and no clarification is being given . Sr closed by ACT sans resolution. Classic case if how to loose a customer

    @ACTFibernet The speed has become poor and reduced to 50 mbps and lower post all your maintenance activities. This is a major headache to keep reporting and not see improvement.

    @gayatri008_16 @ACTFibernet Broadband is not as your mobile network Some times if any lines disconnected it takes time to fix Always it can't be fixed in 1 hour or 2
