    @ACTFibernet - Internet down again since yesterday. Req SR10257051899352 not solved yet. Same issue happens every month since January - Chk my complaint history. Very difficult to work from home with such service. I have no options other than moving to different service provider

    Very disappointed by @ACTFibernet service every month I face the fiber cut issue if you people are not able to provide quality service please let me know so that I can go with other service provider my complaint no is SR11057070435982

    @ACTFibernet I made an advance payment for one month connection and modem. But the modem never came and when the customer support team was contacted, they said it was out of stock.  Then you guys charged me 1 month bill and disabled my services and locked me out of the app.
