Narendrababu (@penbabu) reported@ACTFibernet Till now I have not got proper resolution. Customer care is saying mobile number changed but they will charge for ott to be activated. I fail to understand why. Absolute harassment of consumer. Every time I call I have to repeat all the story to customer care.
