  Now the next billing suddenly shows ₹2832. When I raised the issue and asked them to honor what their own representative promised, instead of resolving the misrepresentation they simply disconnected the connection. @ACTFibernet

  @ACTFibernet [2] I is beyond acceptable now. He told as you can’t close the ticket we are cutting your connection and removing the cable, this is after me paying for the connection and being a paid customer. At this point refund me and cancel my plan wil shift to another provider

  @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet in Hyderabad service so terrible, despite rising complaints and multiple calls since 24hrs after payment nobody has come to provide the connection yet! So frustrating
