    @ACTFibernet Right now the issue is resolved, but everytime the issue keeps occuring wasing atleast 3-4 hours everytime interrupting my work.

    @JioCare Fake poor service don’t promote until you do the best I will support @ACTFibernet they are best customer support your customer support is very very poor only need money and you want to complete your sales at the beginning you guys say sir sir sir call me anytime and that’s it

    @ACTFibernet I’ve had enough of the repeated inconvenience caused by your poor service Better be treated with urgency, not passed around endlessly. I expect a permanent solution, not vague promises and delays Fix this issue or I’ll be forced to escalate and consider switching providers.

    @ACTFibernet Already same msg sent for more than 5 days....no improvement...what ACT is doing I don't understand... even after paying money ACT is not giving service... Is it justified..??????

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet This is a very bad experience with your service. Even after a week my issue is not resolved neither have I got any update which customer care executive keep saying I will get.

    @ACTFibernet The internet has been down since yesterday and even disconnected right in the middle of my meeting. This is extremely frustrating and shows how unreliable ACT’s service has become. Totally unacceptable!

    @ACTFibernet although connection is good, they treat their customers like second hand citizens. Even after repeated requests and literal pleading, no one is turning up at my place to correct the issue. Better to go for other alternatives. @pib_comm @DoT_India

    @ACTFibernet We will appreciate if you guys help us to know the process of discontinued Also,uninstall the box as we are paying 100 per month extra for this and received no refund back though it was mentioned that it will reimburse on bill which didn't till date.Kindly help to knw the process
