    @ACTFibernet Yet another pathetic service exhibition from you.. Just after raising complaint few weeks back again we face slow Internet, buffering YouTube videos. Really couldn't tolerate the service interruption again and again and keep logging complaints Acc:102516514753

    @ACTFibernet Saw your ad of being consistent. You are 100% correct in this. I have your connection for last 4 months and you have been consistently down for an entire day in the first week of each month.

    @ACTFibernet Worst Customer Service.Its been over 3 days and you have still not entered request for disconnection.Not sure how many days are required for disconnection.Had heard of people struggling for new connection but never imagined one needs to struggle for disconnection too

    I will not recommend @ACTFibernet to anyone. Worst broadband services they provide. Local broadbands are much better than these idiots. No proper response from their technicians, CC people and so called their nodal officers. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS F***KIN SERVICE

    Pathetic service by @ACTFibernet had requested a technician to visit my place but no reply from them. The customer service people are just mentioning deadlines which they won't be meeting it and always mention a phrase saying WE ARE ESCALATING THIS ON AT THE TOP MOST PRIORITY sir

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet I've raised 30 complaints regarding reconnection & billing issues since 28th July and still it is not resolved. If this is how you treat a customer like me who has been using ACT for the past 7 years, god bless the people who want to take up ACT now

    @ACTFibernet I have paid for this month thinking that my Internet is disconnected due to crossing the due date but found its your monthly entire day down time which is consistent. I am disappointed and next month will get it disconnected. Worst customer service ever.
