@ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet I have raised one service request with number SR1051922163672 on 2nd Feb 2021 but I didn't get response till now. Is this is the way @ACTFibernetHYD take care of their customers. I an not at all happy with this kind of service.

Wrost experience with @ACTFibernet again, SR10353374593842. Issues with fixing the box in my area.Please don't make false promises stating the ticket will be solved in a day it's been 3 days still the issue persist.Kindly return my payment. Need to switch to another broadband.

@ACTFibernet I have a complaint raised SR10253070982 yesterday. It is informed that there is power supply issue in connection box in the area ... an electrician needs to attend it . Can I get an update if an electrician is appointed for the task and by when it will be done

@ACTFibernet this is yet to be resolved. Keep getting responses saying that it’ll be taken up on priority but no action yet.Why should I continue to provide connection to junction box when I’m not using your service. when u r not bothered about downstream impact, why should I ???
