    On 27Jan another technician came and he gave same suggestions and I told let’s install new box at home so there is no need to drill.He got my account number and closed the ticket. Today I spoke with customer care for 2nd time and they assured It will be fixed today .@ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet this is customer support I tell customer support guy to come on Monday and he says will close the case and I say not to but removes my broad band cable and goes home and says back end team would have removed it #actbroadband @PrasannaGokhal6

    Well, guess what, @ACTFibernet is unable to give service inside Bengaluru city(Kengeri) even after 20 days after the payment. Before payment, I was getting 5 calls per day. After payment, no response at all. I wonder what the situation will be with other districts.🤦 #Bengaluru

    THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE ! Internet connection was stopped yesterday morning and still there's no restoration of internet till now. The local act guy is telling me that he'll do it tomorrow. This is second time this week Ticket - SR10166920361964 Worst Service @ACTFibernet
