    @ACTFibernet is disgusting, every now and then the connection drops. Very much unreliable for work from home internet. The best part is the customer support agents have their own attitude and don't respond well at all. Pathetic service. @BandBajaateRaho

    @ACTFibernet Followed up multiple times with customer care, they ask me if technical team has reached out, which never happened. Hats off to coordination. Customer exec guaranteed resolution by 8pm. Then at 8.30pm, says working on it, now 9pm, now says by 9am tomorrow.

    @ACTFibernet The experience is horrible. Two requests were opened and closed randomly SR10264622184061: this was closed without anyone calling me, even though I have sent my bank details on email for refund. SR10264684941590: this was closed again without any reason.

    @ACTFibernet I have raised a complaint in the morning with ticket number :SR10264687234294 . can u please resolve it we have work from home and it’s Difficult to work like this. can you ateast provide the contact number of the technician so that we can co ordinate!!!

    @ACTFibernet What a way to take revenge on customer after disconnecting fibernet for bad service. Act will setup automated calling pestering to reconnect with offer a one month free rental. Calling customer service to help line is not of any use. Stop this at immediately.

    @ACTFibernet If it was on priority then why these many hours as from morning to till now there was no internet. And its 2nd time in 10 days I got the issues. Then how we will do our work why we need if its not happend properly do we need to change to other services.

    @ACTFibernet Really annoying. Internet Gone again its been an hour now. Engineers are not answering to my calls. WTF I will disconnect the service as ACT is not suitable for Official work.
