    @ACTFibernet Internet is down since morning. Down due to power outage in our area. the power backup at ACT end can only last for 4 hours. can you please upgrade this to support at least 8 hours during the day ? thanks

    @ACTFibernet Yes, problem is resolved but I faced 18 hours of outage. I had to call my friends to figure out contacts of the technician to ask them repeatedly to come visit. I think that is not a good customer experience. Would like the resolution to be promt from next time.

    @ACTFibernet - i have been facing issues form past one month opened multiple tickets your Techs closes ticket without fixing issues and even there supervisor gives fakes promises. I called your helpline the mentioned they can hangover call to any supervisor.

    @ACTFibernet Yusuf Malik, Nisha and their team leader Saurav Mittal are doing illegal practices by activating and deactivating the connection without customer permission and they are looting the harden money of customer. FARZANA is trying to save them Mr Mark is weak leader of Delhi actfiber

    @ACTFibernet Nw salesperson Nagesh told me dat he cld nt help in getting d power usage money nw & cld be possible dat after completion of 6 months of my bb plan, I might get a waiver on recharge as adjustment 2 power consumption cost. Dis is not acceptable. 2/n
