Your customer care team is being incapable of transferring the call to the escalation team, technician or anyone. Why is escalation team not on thier desk.

Implying that they didn't even bring OTDR metres and relied on VFLs, and of course, still no resolution and we're 84 hours in.

This shows your arrogance. When i write back you guys tell me that you are sending reminder for payment even without understanding the issue. Not a single working customer care number. What kind of services are you clowns running. If i don’t receive a proper response or apology, i will be forced to move out and also influence 30 other connections in my flat to move out of ACT.
