@ACTFibernet One of the worest service and no one is taking responsibility in solving service outage more over customer care is simply disconnecting calls if we ask about outage after waiting in call queue for 30 min to connect.

@ACTFibernet Again your system went down within a week, can't you guys provide a stable service. Your service support is pathetic You mislead people with 24*7 service, the only 24*7 support is your automated mobile app which just generates tickets that's it. No process,No support,No followups

@ACTFibernet Internet not working. Service Requests closed without resolution just to show the dashboard green. Faced this multiple times. Currently, ACT Fibernet ticket SR10265430269524 has been reopened for same reason. Highly unethical/unacceptable l behaviour from ACT!
