  @ACTFibernet Okay, so for a month it worked and now again since yesterday no internet in my area, not just me but few of other people as well who uses act. Last time it took 12 days to fix, and we didn't changed the ISP. This time I'm not sure how much more it is going to take.

  @ACTFibernet Based on my experience, I cannot recommend ACT Fibernet to anyone. If this is how they treat customers who have already paid for their service, think twice before choosing ACT. I hope no one else has to go through such an experience. #ACTFibernet #PoorCustomerService #Broadband

  Tired and frustrated. Raised a complaint for internet issue in the morning and still haven't got any updates in 24 hrs. Customer care just gives same robotic answers. If my issue is not resolved at earliest, will drop the connection. Ticket Id - SR11081392898124 @ACTFibernet

  @ACTFibernet Seriously disappointed with the service, even before getting started. I requested a new connection two days ago, paid the full amount upfront, and no one has come to install it yet. The guy who handled my request has also stopped responding.

  u promise reliable service, yet my connection is disconnected repeatedly bcause u don't have permission/space 2 place ur junction box. Tat's ur infrastructure problem,not mine. Stop making customers suffer for ur poor planning. Approve cancellation request I raised. @ACTFibernet

  I never realized how Inefficient and illiterate the technical support and customer care teams of @ACTFibernet are. Internet not working from 4pm ist yesterday. Still no resolution. I m wfh. Who is responsible for my revenue loss? I m unable to even escalate the issue.
