@ACTFibernet Worst service centre experienced for the past 6 days. I paid bill on the due date through Amazon pay and the amount was deducted from my account and no refund was initiated but your finance team is informing the same is cancelled and refund is not initiated.

@JioCare Even the uninstallation appointment rescheduled for the 4th time by Jio, I wonder why. Am I glad I got out of this because I can imagine the service of Jio if I had continued with the services. I actually got to appreciate @ACTFibernet a lot more since shifting back to them.

@ACTFibernet @KRISHNA83138665 No connectivity from last 24 hours. Raised multiple tickets, No resolution. You charge in advance but don’t give appropriate service to customer. Worst! I recommend people not to opt for a connection with ACT.

@ACTFibernet #actgiga Hello, my internet is not working since past three days. I have raised multiple complaints, everyday new time limit for resolution is set. Yest there came technician after multiple calls that too late evening.
