    @ACTFibernet You guys seriously need to stop promoting yourself as the most consistent Internet provider in the city. The number of times I receive issues of packet loss in a zoom call or an online game is intolerable. Really disappointed by ACT, waiting for Jio to reach me soon.

    @ACTFibernet @KRISHNA83138665 Act Fibernet customer care is the worst in Bengaluru. Firstly for intercity transfer I had to deactivate chennai account and register new account. This is a non productive way of transferring connection

    @ACTFibernet The experience is getting worse each day. My internet is not working from 2 days and your technician don’t show up even after committing to a time. My work is being compromised. I guess the only option left is to make a switch.
