Very poor service by the @ACTFibernet my internet is not working I did complaint my complaint no is SR11055735215542 at the act app it's shows your internet restored on 25-4-2021 at & :00 pm but now it's 26-4-2021 8:30pm till now I am waiting for response 🤔🤔🤔

@ACTFibernet not sure what the problem with you guyz. In the past 12 hrs, had to raise 3 tickets again and again. Internet start working for one hour and then stops. What kind of pathetic service. Not going to go with you guyz again. @airtelindia have to go with you

It's been 2years I'm using your services @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD but today kinda you guys screwed me up. Yesterday I paid 3K for 6 month plan 200GB but in return I'm getting **** like 2G net speed. Seriously are you kidding me???

@ACTFibernet Worst customer service providers.Tried to seek help but no response showed. They ill talked and said their is not valid reason to arrange call with supervisor. Firstly they gave wrong info. and now being a covid patient I can talk to my family becoze of their fault.
