    @ACTFibernet No improvement is seen. It is the same old story. I’d rather not waste my time here. This “24–48 hours” timeline seems never ending.

    @ACTFibernet Hi, one thing you did very fast is service Disconnection ticket raised and it Disconnected with in same day, thanks for that, along with me and 2 other who has connections from same CP box has switched to Airtel. Can you look in to the CP box shifting ticket which is pending

    @ACTFibernet No connection since April 29th. Please expedite repair. Rush extra technical staff because the existing number are overwhelmed and unable to rectify the issue.

    @ACTFibernet My Internet is down from yesterday. I raised a ticket yesterday morning and till now there is no resolution, only tickets are being raised and closed at your own convenience. Let me know if I should start looking for other service providers.

    @ACTFibernet Resolution cannot take ages! The issue is you and your team is not even trying to solve the issue. All that you are doing is; putting up standard blurbs - not focusing on the resolution or customer pain. It’s been more than 3-4 weeks and you folks are not able to do a basic job!

    @ACTFibernet ETA please? Almost 24 hours have passed post sending you folks a tweet and more than 15 days have passed waiting for resolution! Also; tried calling your area TL (Nallagandla); he doesn’t seem to respond or neither call back. What are you folks up to?

    @ACTFibernet is slipping badly. It has been more than 24 hours and there is no sign of their services being restored. Is it time to move on to another service provider? I think most certainly.

    Very disappointed with @ACTFibernet service. Raised shifting req on 30 Apr, prom ETA was 2 May, but still no resltn or proper timeline. Poor cust supp and no accountability despite being a cust since 2022. Wouldn't recommend ACT to others if cust concerns are ignored like this

    @ACTFibernet, I am highly dissatisfied and disappointed Your sales chase till payment, and they don't even check whether the service is active. It's been more than 24 hours. Your team called me about the activation and said the account would be activated in 15 minutes.

    @ACTFibernet I don’t think you guys need to resolve anything, technician is assigned but not picking the call since morning now it’s more than 30 hours and I am following up but no clue whether is it resolve or not. And customer service is worst.
