    @ACTFibernet what kind of support do you people give? I have requested for solving my issue 3 days back and i am still without connection. Your calling queues are also long this means either the customer experience is real bad or you can't even plan your bandwidth. Such a same.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Disgusted! I have raised 3 tickets in 2 months already. Am I the only one facing the issue or is this the problem for every user?! You take 24 hours to resolve, do you consider about the work from home? This is not what I expect from you.

    @ACTFibernet worst customer services. It's been 3 days since the payment. You never delay while asking for the payment and after the payment no response. Before taking the connection your company is giving worse experience, what will happen after taking the connection.

    @ACTFibernet Team, your service is down since morning and I've opened a request on your portal to get updates on service restoration eta. A 24hrs turn around time is unacceptable as most of us are relying on your srvc while working from home. Area - Bangalore, AECS Layout A Block
