  @ACTFibernet Your sales team was blowing up my phone non-stop to force the connection. The moment I signed up, the service vanished. Installation promised Friday → postponed to Saturday → now Sunday and still no one has shown up. Work Order: WO101813949828

  @ACTFibernet I requested a callback this morning at 11:00 AM regarding frequent internet issues. Your support executive told, i will receive a call within two hours. It has now been 17:53pm, and I still have not received a call. Still internet issue not resolved.

  @ACTFibernet Hi team, I raised a request for relocation with ticket number: SR10381244929734. I raised it around July 20 and we had no support with the reinstallation. I called support and tried chat, but to no avail. If this the support I'll get, I'd better switch to Jio-Fiber.

  @ACTFibernet I got this message, which is false - "We regret to inform you that your ACT Fibernet service has been disconnected due to Leaving City." I am not leaving city, I got fed up with frequent disruptions in service. Further mail says Current Due Amount: 8488.92, due for what??

  @ACTFibernet Why no one is ready to fix this in one go. After every couple of weeks I’m facing the connectivity issue and you guys take 4-7 days to get this fixed waste of time money. If you don’t have man power then don’t expand your bandwidth

  u promise reliable service, yet my connection is disconnected repeatedly bcause u don't have permission/space 2 place ur junction box. Tat's ur infrastructure problem,not mine. Stop making customers suffer for ur poor planning. Approve cancellation request I raised. @ACTFibernet

  @ACTFibernet For the past one week it has been repetitive issues with my internet connection. Ref ticket no. SR10881447523214. If this persists iam switching over to different ISP. Rectify this permanently else iam not going to continue your connection.
