    Very disappointed with ACT Fibernet. Set-top box not available,and even Amazon Fire TV Stick is still not installed after many follow-ups. Service is very poor. No value for customers. If not resolved soon,I will cancel my connection. @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD

    @ACTFibernet Whom we can reach? Nobody is available to resolve this issue - No internet. Your customer care is ****, not at all useful to resolve issues. The issue never gets resolved on the very first complaint. Customers need to chase the CC to get the issue resolved.

    And an ongoing cry over pathetic airtel team. 3 calls to customer care, 9 days post paying for connection, I get excuse. The ship is stuck in Strait of Hormuz..for god's sake, I got LPG filled last week Anyways.going for ACT connection @ACTFibernet @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    Extremely frustrated with @ACTFibernet. Paid ₹3112 for a new connection (Prospect: 101796162944), but technician says 'No Feasibility.' It's been over a week and no refund! Customer care won't pick up. I need my money back immediately. #ACTFibernet #BadService

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Really disappointed with ACT. Internet is not working properly despite raising multiple complaints about buffering and slow speed, and the issue is still not resolved. The only suggestion is to restart the router,but that hasn’t fixed anything.
