@ACTFibernet your service is really horribly. I need to raise ticket every week of not being having reliable connection. Every time same statement "your issue will be resolved permanently". This is been going on since start of this year. I want to disconnect from @ACTFibernet

My speed is 10Mbps, dearest @ACTFibernet. Btw, we've paid for a 100Mbps plan. Wonderful wonderful service. Chennaiites! Steer clear of these pathetic people. They will rob you off your money! Disgusting.

This @ACTFibernet is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Ten days ago the internet failed and their person said the cable needed replacement. They immediately closed the complaint as resolved. And till date no replacement of cable - dagalbazi of the nth degree

@MadrasMobile @ACTFibernet ...even as they had ₹6780 of my money with them. I cancelled the subscription & got refund. Moved over to Jio. Guess what, when I brought this issue to the notice of their COO he just helped in cancellation & refund. They let a customer go just like that!!!

@ACTFibernet why is it so difficult for users to opt out of 3 month plans and switch to 1 month? Your app only provides options to go for higher plans of 3, 6 and 12 months. Customer care takes no less than 72hrs to even address this issue. Stop making things harder for people.
