    @ACTFibernet My refund issue is not resolved. It is just creation and closing of tickets for last two weeks. Multiple phone calls, I was assured by Call centre that refund will be processed to my account. Now I get reply that policy does not allow refund.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet - NO, it is NOT resolved, you raised the issue to WRONG team, wrong person contacted and closed the dummy ticket happily. My issue is related to REFUND which is still not resolved!

    @ACTFibernet Seriously we hate your service support. Internet is disconnected from yesterday day afternoon 2:30pm and till not rectified 9:30Am. Next lane MY FRIEND is getting act Internet with out breakage and for me weekly once or monthly twice this issue.
