    @ACTFibernet — SECOND PUBLIC ESCALATION I raised ticket SR1108149816874 over 2.5 days ago for my internet service issue. ACT committed an ETR of 8 Aug, 9:00 PM. That deadline has passed, and the issue is STILL unresolved. I already raised this publicly yesterday.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet the main problem is your technician is not all visiting theplace atelast once planned to switch over to other network this tome and wont pay for this month
