Prajwal P (@theprajwalp3722) reported@ACTFibernet What a pathetic customer service you guys have. No response since 4-5 days. There’s no actual line which people can call and complain. All calls go through the system and get dropped off. If someone picks up, they say this is not the correct department. OK, fine. If I ask them to transfer to the correct department, they say they can’t, wtf Your internet is good, but customer service is terrible. Please improve.

Your customer care team is being incapable of transferring the call to the escalation team, technician or anyone. Why is escalation team not on thier desk.
