  @ACTFibernet Just to let you know I got a call from your technician today from (+91 91540 95438) he was insisting on closing a ticket and his TL spoke with me and told we can’t give the router and said to close the currently open tickets, he was rude, speaking in harsh tone [1]

  This is completely unprofessional experience. The way I’ve been treated after payment is unacceptable, and I genuinely regret choosing @ACTFibernet .week later, I still have no proper connection, no update, and no accountability. This is not how customer service should work.

  Its been 6 days now, nobody come to solve issues, seriously pathetic ever, i am a corporate guy how can i manage now, 6 days matters a lot, do you give me extension in next month? Or reduce 6 day’s arrears from my bill amount ? Why m suffering? Cancel my connection @ACTFibernet

  @ACTFibernet We had applied for an account transfer which was supposed to be resolved by the 4th of April and it's 8th today with no signs of resolution until now. I have called your team several times over the past few days and was able to connect only twice who assured quick resolution but nothing has been done.   @ACTFibernet Internet down since Saturday. Ticket SR10379667736684 crossed ETR, still no fix. No calls answered. The engineer gave false timings and didn’t show up. But new connections get instant response-double standard. Fix NOW or I escalate legally. #Chennai #PoorService

  @ACTFibernet Raised relocation request on April 2, paid Rs. 950, but no service provided and delays till April 5 for next step when technician suggested installing junction box at my premises. Decided to disconnect, requesting full refund (Ticket ID: SR10179677073496).
