  @ACTFibernet this is quite unbelievable service I received from ACT. i applied the connection by taking three month package. Now the technician told, u need to pay extra money because of some extra things require. So I cancelled the connection. But noot received refund yet .

  @ACTFibernet every month 2 or 3 days internet goes off. Raise the issue & wait for incorrect restoration, reopen the same issue. It's this the way you provide the service or the other way to charge more ? Really unfair trade practice.
