Also receiving mails that my account is prone to late payments when every payment for the last 6 since have been before time. No response to my mails.   @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet please stop saying lie. I just spoke with TL of your Internet. Why there is only 1 technical person to fix the issue?? No backup? It a cable cut issue and it takes maximum 1 hour to fix this issue. But no person in this Bhimavaram town from @ACTFibernet to fix it. I need to wait till tomorrow afternoon for the person to come from Eluru?? Worst service from you guys again and you proved it!!!

  Has @ACTFibernet forgotten to resolve customer issues? It's been 3 days and no resolution on SR10181144207454. Everyday there is a new resolution time and surprisingly resolution time is always after 7 30 PM, after the customer care hours are closed!

  @ACTFibernet the internet is down since morning and when I opened a ticket SR10181184558624 the eta to resolve is suddenly tomorrow evening? What kind of utter nonsense is this? How can working professionals do their job with this extremely unreliable network.Totally unacceptable

  Very often, this is an issue. Can you see what is the issue?? There is no way that we can connect to customer care, all I have to do is chatbot. Pathetic! @ACTFibernet

  SR11081098980454 refer, this has become habit, not resolving the issue on time and keep on changing etr without any reason, last time I requested disconnection and your representative convinced me that now this will never happen again, series of pain still goes on @ACTFibernet

  @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD I had taken 6 months subscription .paid 7500 in advance on promise that if I don't like the connection, Money will be returned. Act kept disconnecting and threw me out of meetings. I raised complaint but no refund. It's a scam guys. @kapsology

  @ACTFibernet It's been more than 24 hours since my internet connection is down and @ACTFibernet is least bothered about rectification. Every 8 hrs timeline is extended on ticket & chatbot only keeps parotting same lines. Gone are the days when act used to respond in a day.
