@ACTFibernet I spoke to customer care representative and he has mentioned how your so call customer care agents get rid of their customer by falsely updating the details on customer tickets. I have the entire call recording. I wish I could upload it here

@ACTFibernet when we checked the speed along in the presence of your technician we found it to be less than 90mbps? would you beleive that? my package gives me 200mbps. Was the slow down the reason for our discontent and heartburn? I SINCERELY HOPES YOU UNTANGLE THE ISSUE. THANKS & REGARDS

@ACTFibernet I was assured by your customer support that the issue is resolved at their end and it will be removed from my account automatically. I got disconnected while I was in an office meeting. I paid for 6 months while taking the conn. Tell me how do I get the money back.
