@ACTFibernet 11/01/22. T ACT SERVICE ENGINEER disconnected my internet connection which was functioning well at 1.08pm on that day as maintenance work. He said that he would be reconnected at 9.00 that night but to date (13/01/22) no internet connection was provided.

@TSBBCare i think this is worst internet service provider it's been just three days i have taken new as earlier i was @ACTFibernet and customer care service is more pathetic till now response and still i am not able to use internet @TSBBCare can you refund the money

@ACTFibernet Since yesterday there is no internet connection at place, it’s been more than 24hrs issue is yet been resolved.If this continues I’ll change to better service provider.( SR10163896469004 )
