    @ACTFibernet Bill payment done on June 11th 2021 itself but not updated in the app. Complaint raised but no action taken. Morning also I tweeted but no action taken. And now I am getting message that service will be suspended. What to do in this case?

    @ACTFibernet A day has passed without internet with @ACTFibernet and team doesn't bother to resolve the issue. All they do is pass the buck to the next person. Tried reaching out nodal office of Bangalore region on email also doesn't help. God save @ACTFibernet customers

    @ACTFibernet SR10158138023472. Complaint raised more than 24hrs ago but yet no response and all the time call centre people would say ETA8pm.... This is really pathetic. Net not working is regular issue every month...Not sure how u guys claim u r the best service provider

    @ACTFibernet You people won't change u will do work as u wish. You people eat away indian people hard earn money in advance and don't provide service. Will u give extra days or return our money?1year subscription payment was big mistake done by us.Every evening u close complaint saying solved

    @ACTFibernet please get this closed at the earliest SR11158165925552. A min of one sr per month per customer is more costlier in my opinion. How much ever you take the feedback the service is not improved over past many years ( apart from a little change in terms of sr creation).

    @niranjankumards @ACTFibernet It’s a habit of ACT support folks to close SR without any resolution. Worst to the core and #pathetic service, you better improve your service and win trust from customers.
