@ACTFibernet broadband is down from 2pm yesterday. Multiple connections are affected in our apartment. Ticket number SR10262284923072. This delay is not acceptable and there is no update as to when the connection will be restored.

Why too much of worest internet service going on @rocktowncoly no networks like @ACTFibernet nor @HathwayBrdband are not caring nor responding to customer after amount paid is ths the way services are given to customers very worest broadband services 😢😢😡😡

@srib4ufrnd @ACTFibernet Hey Sreedhar, Act is becoming worst in Bengaluru. Where as Airtel is very good reasonable price. I would suggest you close ACT and take airtel for your new location

@ACTFibernet My internet is not working for the past few hours. I've raised complaint and there's no resolution till now. This is the third time happening in just this month. If you do not fix the internet within 2 hours, I'm cancelling the connection & switching to different ISP
