  @ACTFibernet It’s been more than 3weeks now and a week since I raised this issue on X. There is no resolution expect for the fact that the app now reflects the SR#. I appreciate your efforts on customer service. If not, I am happy to disconnect the service & move to another service provider

  @ACTFibernet Your chatbot is of no use. It's a mere ticket registering gateway. No way to connect to you other than that. I am a customer for 15 years. I just have to rethink about continuing with you.

  @ACTFibernet There is still no communication , you guys are intentionally looted my money, never tried to install the connection, and now not giving my hard earned money, you are a fraud company, I'll case on your for mentally traumatizing for so many days
