@ACTFibernet WE NEED AN UPDATE ON OUR NEW BROAD BAND CONNECTION! Every call we make to your customer ends up with "Please wait for 24 hours" update. It's been 5 of those 24 hours now. I don't know why it has come down to this to get an update from you guys. Just pathetic.

@ACTFibernet Act is Cheating the Customer By Putting the Wrong Rates in the websites. when calling to the Customer care they are giving the High Rates. Ex: 40 mbps speed per month 423 excluding GST. But Customer care is saying 458 per month excluding GST. CC said site is wrong.

@ACTFibernet Good to know customer should inform you if we are not using internet and we will charged accordingly . Where did you communicated to us i🤔🤔 How about Adv payment customers like me ... pls extend me 1 month for Feb2021 as I have not used internet
