Worst experience in ISP in our area Gomtinagar Extension Lucknow. @ACTFibernet as we paid for new connection before 15 days and still no one come to check the site and whenever I tried to call on call center they ask for 24 hours time. So I decided to refund my money today.

Internet is down again and no one is responding the calls tried calling the field engineer but they are not answering the calls from morning. I was promised a callback in 30 minutes from manager but I have not received. Pathetic service I will be disconnecting @ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet Worst service ever. It's been 2 days that we raised ticket but no resolution since then. Whenever we call a new customer service takes the call and says am escalating. Field engineer is working since morning, still no resolution. For how long???

@ACTFibernet I will recommend no one can purchase ACT Fiber net .In this Month three times my connection disconnected and also best part is that 2 days already gone my issue not resolved.Sry to say your service is very pathetic no one is liable ,I need refund my money 7982884919
