    @ACTFibernet I get calls from your “technical team” at 10PM asking “what is the issue?” This is the level of incompetence you have — when your “tech team” called in the day and acknowledged an issue at your end and now, it’s back to square one.

    @ACTFibernet Issue remains unresolved. Technician unwilling to work and customer care Mr Venkat S offered disconnection and refund of the paid amount. Atleast lets c if ur refund as promised. Else your refund work will be as pathetic as your technical skills. #actbroadband #ACTbb #telecoms

    @ACTFibernet Team, it's been 2 days am waiting for the internet to be setup. Your tech team is happily ignoring my calls also .anyone wants to intervene and fix this lathargic support ? Or is this how ACT works ?

    @ACTFibernet I was informed the issue will be resolved before 9pm today. Its almost 9pm. Waiting to see any resolution of grievance or jus FALSE PROMISES!!. If unable to resolve pay back my MONEY

    @JioCare Ayyo! Didn't you read my tweets. I'm not interested in Jio Fiber anymore. I have moved to @ACTFibernet already because of irresponsible service by Jio Now, I need to return and get the refund for the modem. Where should I submit it?
