@ACTFibernet I raised a request and got a call. As I am yet to settle down in New place, thought of connecting with ACT for connection after settling down. Ur customer care person called and scolded me for not responding to whatsapp msg. Wondering to use ACT🤔

Hey @ACTFibernet why should it take so much of time to resolve a simple issue, as if u are pulling the wire from @asadowaisi old city, #Hyderabad to #Beeramguda Its been 5hrs I have raised the complaint & still ur hopeless team has got no clue! And u claim to be ISO certified

@ACTFibernet one of the worst service providers. Promised a plan of 75mbps and I’m hardly getting 20-25mbps. Even after several complaints my issues have not resolved. Please take back your router and refund my money

It's time to switch to your competitors @ACTFibernet hopeless network connection from day 1. Keeps disconnecting every now and then. Our careers will be ruined if we have this connection. Get someone here immediately.

@ACTFibernet Thank God..issue resolved.take around 7hrs to resolve the issue.But issue is power adaptor of junction box.and taking 7hrs...what a brand
