    @ACTFibernet 300 Mbps SME connection getting only 9Mbps and no service at all… more than 24 hours of opening a ticket, issue still not resolved with no idea of resolution and no phone number to escalate!!! Pathetic service. Moving to Jio… nothing can be worse than this!

    @ACTFibernet then here comes the real story after i paid the 6 months plan amount the plan is not activated then i sent mail to their customer care team no response from their side even after 24 hours.then i again mailed to their nodal and appellate team about my issue 2/2

    @ACTFibernet This is the kind of service I have been receiving lately. When I denied paying he fixed the wire using celotape and left. Now the issue has reoccured. I am sure if I should quit your service and inform all my contact ls about the same to save them from trauma.

    @ACTFibernet I have no internet since last night and so far i haven't heard from any of you. This is not what I expected from ACT. There has been no acknowledgement or call from the technician. The service has downgraded over time.Last time technician was asking to pay to fix.

    @ACTFibernet You can stop this false promise. Now a days we are facing this issue very frequently. We dont want your call we need the issue to be resolved. More than 10 years have been using ACT fiber. Now it is time to regret ourself
