    @ACTFibernet hi recently we have order a act new connection and payment also done, but after engineer visit they said high price so we cancelled the order but still not yet refunded the amount.very bad experience

    @ACTFibernet Where is the resolution? It has been almost 20 hours since the lodging of my complaint. Seems like you people are not interested vin resolving the issue . If you cant resolve it, can you tell me straight away. Would be more than happy to switch to other providers.
