    It’s not about occasional downtime — that happens with every ISP.
The real problem is after-sales service. If your internet goes down, you’re basically stuck waiting… and waiting… and waiting. #ACTFibernet #CustomerExperience #InternetIssues

    @ACTFibernet My service request SR10179910546804 hs bn pnding with no proper action.The assigned person Nikil is not taking any initiative r providng updates from 5 days. This delay is unacceptable. Please escalate a nd resolve this issue immediately. #ACTFibernet #PoorService

    @ACTFibernet pathetic service, no internet for last 2 days, whenever I lodge a complaint ,will have to wait for 24 hours to resolve, today they repaired my net n again it get disconnected within 30 min. Very pathetic

    Aasmaan se gire khajoor me atke... Disconnected @ACTFibernet yesterday and opted for @airtelindia broadband due to frequent cuts and long resolution time... Now Airtel broadband had connectivity issues from early morning and nobody coming up despite logging the issue around 7am...     @ACTFibernet finally able to raise ticket SR10279946371274. They say 5g doesn't work in another room in a rented home too, now even 2g is not working
