@ACTFibernet A temporary fix on the current outage is not what we are expecting. Your local POC are unable to solve this continuous outage. We need higher management involved this or you will loose whole connections from our apartment. Connection were so reliable a month back

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Your Customer service agents are so bad that this is unacceptable. Irrelevant charges have been added to my mom's account. You guys are waiting till the due date to make us pay the extra irrelevant charges. People, this is ACT.

Facing hell lot of issues lately with @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD when I tried to call and explain the issue to the support team they disconnected the call in the middle of the conversation. I think now its time to seriously look for better alternatives.

@ACTFibernet SR10160733242452 No Internet since mornin, made complaint around 1pm. I now get a msg sayin it will be resolved by tomorrow 2pm. Why was no service provided today when you had more than 1/2 a day? How am I supposed to manage with no Internet with WFH? Kindly expedite
