    @ACTFibernet No one is looking into my issues. @ACTFibernet is down to plainly cheating the customers to earn money. Not reverting bill amount, force closing the SRs, calling the customer for issues but disconnecting calls when the customer has taken 5 mins to explain. Sad state of affairs.

    @ACTFibernet I have been raising a request every month literally I am fed up with network team they inform the issue will be fixed within 24 hours but not even once it has been till date. The Technical agents won't acknowledge respond whatsoever the worst customer experience.
