    @ACTFibernet Even after multiple calls and discussion none of my issues got resolved. Got a SMS on 18th March regarding a payment wavier but not yet credited to account even after 24 hrs later reminding the customer care. Everything is delayed from your end. No proper support.

    @ACTFibernet i want to downgrade my plan , I have tried talking to customer care they are unable to do the same after multiple attempts please downgrade my plan and change it status to active from suspension. Ac no. 110441443785. Please do the needful asap.

    @ACTFibernet All my issues with @ACTFibernet are due to multiple accounts on same mobile number? Why shud I face problems becoz of you ??? Have requested you a lot of times to delete the older account. You guys keep flooding with the SMSs to my mobile number to reactivate older account.

    @ACTFibernet & just to remind you, you had enough opportunity to set things right in last 16 days. I had not less than 10 conversations over phone and mail with your useless customer service, appellate authority team. You need to check.
