Why ACT Fibrenet is too slow? We’re getting the speed of 1:4 ratio. And it’s already 12AM of 1st August and the internet data did not get renewed yet. What you guys are doing? Even we’re not getting proper response from the service line. @ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet Currently, ping is normal, getting 12ms to Chennai. But it goes up to 27-30 very often, and stays like that for many hours. Will update if I have the same issue again.

@ACTFibernet hey I am not able to login into act fibernet app with my registered phone number has it says "something went wrong" on trying to login with my registered phone number and my speed fup hasn't reset even after 31-july.
