Hi @airtel_Presence My service request 10048822482 is pending since 9 Jun. It's been 3 days and your assigned engr hasn't contacted or visited me. I have 2 connections and I will change both of them, if this "harrasment" continues. I will switch to @jio_fiber or @ACTFibernet .

@ACTFibernet Very disappointed with the service. Past few days your team was not able to activate my account which was temporary deactivated. After raising multiple tickets ,which will close automatically without resolving.I had no other option apart from cancelling subscription.

@ACTFibernet Very disappointed with the level of service and assurance.Since yesterday, your customer support team were not able to reinstate my internet which was temporary deactivated. Even the ETA has crossed and the reply which I receive is : We will try to resolve this asap.
