    Hey @ACTFibernet, internet is down since yesterday. Your ticket SR10166660142094 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 23-Dec (DD/MM) between 16:00 to 19:30. Team ACT. please resolve this ASAP. Can't work on mobile hotspots during office hours.

    @chennaiactfiber @ACTFibernet It's been 2 days since I raised 2 tickets including phone call to service center for checking the office internet fibernet connection. Not resolved till now nor did we get a call about the same. Service is in shambles due to this delay.

    @ACTFibernet The Internet is down at my home past 3 days, I have raised my complaint day 1 itself. Without resolving complaint got closed so I re-opened again.Till this day the internet is not restored and none of your experts cared to reach and tell what's happening.

    @ACTFibernet What actions have been taken to resolve this issue. SR 10366485099658 It's been more than 20days.totally 6people Connection is running in our electricity bill why there is no waiver is given in bill...its been more than 6months don't run your company in others money.
