  @ACTFibernet You guys are ISP and your tech team is clueless how to resolve this issue. This is a serious issue you know. Am not sure on what basis you guys are hiring network team and field team who doesn't know for what reason this is happening except reset and reboot the profile fromserver

  @ACTFibernet We had applied for an account transfer which was supposed to be resolved by the 4th of April and it's 8th today with no signs of resolution until now. I have called your team several times over the past few days and was able to connect only twice who assured quick resolution but nothing has been done.   @ACTFibernet Hello I have been using Act Fiber net since 3 to 4 yrs. But never I paid late but due to some unforeseen circumstance I could not pay on time due to that i have been penalized with RS 118/- Acc# 101591628104. Such a pathetic and worst service.

  @ACTFibernet Do NOT make me go to the consumer court. 15 out of 30 days your WiFi is not working. Every other day your agent comes, he fixes it for 5 minutes, takes the OTP and leaves. Again NO WIFI! Pls anyone who is thinking - DO NOT CHOOSE ACT.
