@ACTFibernet is not even close to the bottom most service provider when it comes to implementing IPv6. It’s such a shame. By comparison @reliancejio IPv6 deployment is at 91.44%. Without investment in technology @ACTFibernet will bite the dust soon. It’s such a shame.

@ACTFibernet No Internet again, Literally Every month sevice goes off, in this WFH pandemic time my work also goes off, no. 1 worst in sevice provider in market is @ACTFibernet , @HathwayBrdband please let me know if you provide service near my place, Yelahanka, Bangalore.

@ACTFibernet It's been 2 days since I lost the internet connection. Customer support is useless and they don't care about the issue and keep on saying we are following up with the issue. They've closed my ticket without fixing the issue. Are you kidding???

@ACTFibernet Hi, Your service sucks. Not able to reach any of the customer care folks. I have an issue with the billing and they have put my account in suspension and they I cannot call your customer care unless I pay first. This is blackmailing!!
