    @ACTFibernet Cheating is being done by ACT. I don't want to use ACT service going forward. My connection was in temporarily disconnection state. But, all of a sudden my account got active. Without customer confirmation. Didn't get any sms also saying services restarted by ACT.

    @ACTFibernet I was told that the main link cable was down and it’ll be fixed in 3hrs(ramamurthy nagar area, bangalore)... it’s been 24hrs and no updates on rectification. Can you please fix this asap as it’s difficult to work from home on mobile data.

    SR10352687969682 @ACTFibernet this ticket was raised on 19th feb and still this was not resolved, Before this i have asked for rerouting of cable on feb 02! Very worst service from your side.

    @ACTFibernet It's more than two days nobody has turned up for installation nobody is picking up call. Your executive Mohsin (91547 97358) promised one day for installation now it's third day, what kind of service is this???Zero response to calls and messages??? SR10153178280626

    @ACTFibernet I have never seen such a fraud ISP provider bloody cheaters for reconnection how the hell you are charging being your customer when it was disconnected for 2 months almost..kindly luk into the issue or else am going to disconnect the internet..

    @ACTFibernet You service has become so bad that its now unbearable. You guys dont miss a day to send bill to customer but your service has outage every other day. Completely ridiculous experience. Can someone please reach out to me as your CSRs are of no help!!

    @ACTFibernet @PMOIndia Actfibernet is cheating people. It's doesn't have one month plan and if we take six moths prepaid plans in between it will activate Netflix and other plans and disconnect internet prepaid service
