    @ACTFibernet Hello, I was problem with this internet connectivity, ever time you give excuse there is a line problem for every 1 week 2 days connectivity issues, I have informed AOL many times still these are not rectified... ALL MY WORK HAS BEEN STOPED DUE TO THIS

    @ACTFibernet worst customer service ever , the complaint/request that was made 2months ago has not been attended to even now They always make fake promises saying it will be taken care in the next 2days and they literally take ages to even reply Kindly disconnect the connection

    @ACTFibernet Poor service and Un responding Enginer team you have , I thought you r the best service provider but as your field Engineer shows that you are the poor internet provider in Delhi, I log a complaint regarding poor Internet speed and frequently disconnect of internet

    @ACTFibernet Request SR10251984803962 supposed to be solved by 9PM still not solved, NO INTERNET. how are we expected to work with POOR FREQUENT DISCONNECTIONE?? SOMETIMES there's no internet for a WHOLE DAY!!! get your "ACT" together.

    @ACTFibernet Reach out to your customer and get issues fixed. Prolonging an issue for 8 months without even reaching the customer is really worst and too much. If u need money ask the customer and don’t do like this.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Very frustrating experience and saga goes on. Ticket I raised In Dec 2020 is not yet addressed. So many mails sent to Customer Care and only update is ‘Its been forwarded to team’ and there is no follow up from your end.
