@ACTFibernet Your customer care executive are dummies. When I called them for SR10177389246224, they simply mentioned that the issue is due to a cable cut whereas were never got impacted due to cable cut.Just like your connection, your customer care service is also unreliable.

@ACTFibernet ..I have done the payment & installation was scheduled on 30th Sept (9AM-1PM).And no one gives damn and has not contacted even to start the connection and it’s for business..Is this how you serve it customer ..All u need is payment but don’t care about customer.
