    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet Worst customer service experience I have ever had in Hyderabad. No one responses even after we raise complaints. The team says 24 hrs for resolution but did not resolve even after 24 hrs. Facing the same connectivity issue 4 times in a month.

    @ACTFibernet when I say I fed with act n dont want to continue CC persons are saying "okay thats your wish, we wont request customers to stay with us" bullshit get lost there are many other service providers in India 🤬

    @ACTFibernet I have around 10 to 15 colleagues. Will ask them to disconnect their services too. Instead of waiting such long time, no response from your team. Thank you @ACTFibernet. Will look into another service provider from next year onwards. Unfair service.

    @ACTFibernet I call customer care to resolve my issue if they can't resolve they disconnect and don't even bother to Call back internet slow router is slow bad service regret to upgrade recently.should have opted for airtel fibernet
