@ACTFibernet / Dear Srinivasa Rao(CEO), I’ve been using your FIBERNET for almost a year. Upgraded 200→400 Mbps in May, but stuck at 200 Mbps for 3 months until Aug. Promised 3-month extension + router replacement still pending. Support team & Manager ghosting. poor service!
