    @ACTFibernet my dad (71 years old) is trying to get refund from you guys from past 1 month. Everytime he calls you you open a ticket and in couple of hours you close the ticket without any resolution. Are you going to provide him the refund or should i lodge a police complaint?

    @ACTFibernet Such a wrost service in entire Broadband connection in India. Yesterday act connected my network yesterday 10pm to till now internet not working.

    @ACTFibernet the most pathetic service I have ever seen. There has been no response from the team on the ticket, verbal assurances have no value as there has been no outcome, no guarantee of service, no professional behaviour. I am planning to end this service!!!

    @ACTFibernet I was said at 10.30 AM in another 30 min issue will be resolved and it is 4pm now. None bothered to give me a call back. I wonder whether u want to give service or you just want to take money.This will be my last escalation if not resolved gonna switch the connection

    I have paid additionally to this issue to be fixed. But after the payment ACT side was silent and till this time nobody came to fix the issues. How should customer feel @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet I am not sure why your customer care team doesn't have coordination in b/w the teams and there is no option to talk to the superiors and you don't call back and your assigned technicians doesn't answer the calls.. Very frustrating
