    @ACTFibernet Wow! I'm new to Visakhapatnam and your broadband service was the most advertised one and yet your service is lower than ****. I've requested for a new connection and all I've received are requests to wait for 48+ hours. Wow. I need a refund on my adv deposit ASAP! 😡

    @JioCare #JioFiber SR00001404IH & SR000015IEAE. Service engg couldn't do the service. Please disconnect and refund recharge and deposit money. Poor response from Jio. Never expected. Will move to @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet How is it that ACT network happens to be reliable but it's service personnel are incredibly slack. I have been waiting for 3 days to be called so I may have the network reconnected in my new house and the buck keeps getting passed. This is not just frustrating but also very sad
