  Pathetic service by @ACTFibernet I have raised complaint before 36 hours now and no resolution provided as of now. They simply keep updating the ETR. Engineer not picking up call and No point of co contact given for escalation. Really very bad service provider. SR11879046306904

  @ACTFibernet Your eta is says it will be fix by 7.30 whereas you ppl only work till 5.30, and I can't wait entire day boss I have online work. If this is how your service is then have to rethink on act connection you should not charge to customer for these 2 days if you can provide service

  @ACTFibernet Some of the members in sales team are giving g fake commitment to customer & making customer to pay & later on not at all receiving customer call. Please take appropriate action on such people. My money gone & there is no support from Act to activating account

  @ACTFibernet I got the WiFi installed last week, and its already not working. Only BOT on app, and no ETA on resolution. Its been 3hrs since. Can someone please fix my internet. You guys took 3 months of advance payment and then this, that too within a week of service.
