    @ACTFibernet If you can’t fix this issue permanently, then I suggest you refund my prepaid amount for next 6 months and close the connection. I am fed up with this.

    @ACTFibernet If your team is not going for customer requirement, then go ahead and cancel the new connection and refund back. Even near my two flats on same floor concealed by ACT but not doing for me. Start the cancellation and process the refund.

    @ACTFibernet it has been three days I have given all the details and still the installation not done ?? When I call the person he has everyday new reason and say will be done today EOD or by next day morning but still waiting for the same. Is this your service

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD @consumerforum_ Act fiber have got new method to cheat customer by lying to them and on lodging customer complain, they just tell you sorry but you I have to burden the financial losses. Please stop this mental harrasment

    @ACTFibernet The actual thing is we have opted for 150 MBPS of speed but I received 9 MBPS which is completely not acceptable thing. I waited for a month but nothing happened. I didn't receive any sort of help. I just want to discontinue the service with you.
