    @ACTFibernet so eager to disconnect services on delay of payment but so unconcerned and not bothered about the transparency towards customers on when you plan to restore the internet. Would you compensate for the customer's loss taken on by this?

    @ACTFibernet @sandeepsrao21 10 days without internet, SR10176954091124 still not resolved. ETR keeps changing every day but nothing happens. This is beyond frustrating. Please fix ASAP and waive charges for downtime. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet I don’t understand what you are trying to do?, first of all I didn’t get any call so this is a lie and secondly how do you think you can have satisfied customers when you are helpless about govt cutting down cables indiscriminately, you have no control on when services would be restored?

    There's no internet again for 2 days and as usual ACT phone lines remain busy for who knows what reason. There's never an option to connect with a live person ever. Why do we pay you? @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet It's been almost a month since the plan upgrade and payment was made, and to date been on old plan. After long hours of wait and followup they delivered router, yet plan remains unchanged. This is pathetic! Tickets gets closed without solution. SR10277026534712

    @ACTFibernet - I have raised an internet not working complaint today and on average, am forced to raise 1 or 2 complaints for internet outage due to some reasons. It would be good to see some preventive measures taken rather than reactive measures. Request ID : SR10377124195824
