Raised a complaint with ACT Fibernet and still no technician visit or proper update—just “will be resolved soon” messages. In 2026, internet isn’t optional. Kausthubh Kayur Balaram (@kbkausthubh) reported@ACTFibernet there is always an issue with the network almost every month (except the last 2 months before the bill is generated conveniently) i am sure after the bill payment every month at least once the network goes down and that too at the time when we are busy with work.

You can track the status using the ACT Fibernet app. Team ACT Above message ticket not closed for more than 24 hours. After years of service from ACT They seem to have become very arrogant . I give up.
