    8 days and @ACTFibernet doesn't resolve internet wires being cut. This outage doesn't reflect in the monthly billing either. Cancelling my connection.

    @ACTFibernet Are you guys sleeping?? Now we request to disconnect the service but ticket getting closed and ott box still not delivered?? Made payment on 3rd september. Have sent mail to nodal office on this. Do check and deactivate service without any delay and refund my money

    @siddhucse @ACTFibernet Airtel as well same internet is down from the past 10 days still no response no one cares to resolve the connection issues just tecnician changes but no one actually shows up to fix it
