    @ACTFibernet ACT is truly giving me one of the worst experiences ever. I would recommend everyone to not use it.If you’re electricity/power of the house goes, then the internet will stop working as their box is also running on local electricity.They have 0 back up n poor service

    @ACTFibernet what a pathetic service response, paid money on 31 Dec 25 and no installation till today. Customer care has no idea what they are saying. Paid fee to some Dinesh and once payment done, the person is not responding. SR10278543933163 No response after ticket also.

    @maahhiieeee @Airtel_Presence @ACTFibernet Closed the Airtel connection. To my surprise, I received a service call where the executive mentioned that the service team had put the reason for disconnection as “no usage by the user.” This is completely incorrect and clearly shows how broken the internal feedback loop is.

    @ACTFibernet worst customer service. Placed request for connection relocation almost a week back and was told the day of installation on 2nd Jan. today is 5th and connection is yet to installed. Places multiple calls and got same response that the issue is escalated to field mgr

    @ACTFibernet Your customer service executive just says the problem is with my Laptop and not with them, when other internet service works fine! such an useless internet service. In just 1 month of taking connection 3 complete outrages n multiple problems.

    Consumers have no right as per your company. How can you pick our pocket ? @jagograhakjago Please look into it. @ACTFibernet can give disconnection notice if consumer is not consenting . How can you start overcharging without customer consent in the name of automatic plan revis?
