    The worst customer call @ACTFibernet today. In menu: I opted to converse in Kannada. Yet the agent asked me2speak in Hindi/English. WHY? This isn't the 1st time. I refused. So, he put me on hold for 10 min & then he cut the call. I have a recording. @KannadaGrahaka

    @ACTFibernet very poor customer service, i raised a ticket, 4 days back only i took new connection, 8 years back i used this when it is Beam at that time excellent customer service now its not there , i called more than 10 times to the sales manager and other persons also

    @ACTFibernet @reliancejio Guys never go for ACT broadband service. They loot your money saying lot free bees. Jio is the best.

    @ACTFibernet every time i called they are telling today ur problem will solve , but no one is coming …. I am very disappointed… waiting for 30th jan 2022 since i took 6months plan , definitely I’ll switch to other

    @ACTFibernet SR10160480269082 had been submitted of the same issue. the agent told me to submit another request SR10160510662292 regarding the battery change issue. We work in night shift & in a calling process. this is not expected from @ACTFibernet its a work impacting issue.. plz expedite

    @ACTFibernet @AdityaV18395855 How much time you need to look into an issue? @AdityaV18395855 better to switch to alternative service provider as you will need to struggle for disconnection too. I am struggling to get a response from them for my disconnection request since 1st August
