@ACTFibernet I will push to the extreme limit to convince every other owner in my apartment to cancel this subscription and switch to skylink immediately. As a matter of fact I have already raised flag in owners association group asking to cancel @ACTFibernet for entire apartment

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet - No one has contacted me so far. Can you pls check and align someone to resolve the reported issue on priority? As per the support team, they had raised the ticket with urgent support to enable + escalation and even though no action has been taken so far.

@ACTFibernet Quite frustrated. Even today the call was disconnected by your customer care after putting me on hold. Please displace the escalation contact number in the event your customer care is unable to resolve the issue to our satisfaction. Please resolve my issue asap.

@ACTFibernet Not even 2 days since I got the connection and already 1 full day Internet shut down @ACTFibernet . See the level of responsiveness. I switched from Skylink after 7 years only because my new apartment had already deployed server for entire apartment and no room for other provider

@ACTFibernet I lost hopes this will be rectified without causing any damage to@my profession. Imagine 2 days of outage for a work from home professional. Not just me but my wife’s job is also affected! Please disconnect. I’m sure there are other ISPs who can resolve issues like this faster

@ACTFibernet This response am getting for the 3rd time, But no one actioned yet. Evry month am asking for the same, When request was made in the month of November. Why there is no Auto generation for the same? This is really Annoying when such service given. @consumerForumCF @jagograhakjago

@ACTFibernet your customer care and service in Puppalguda area has gone down drastically over the years. There was a cable breakage in the area yesterday and other ISPs who were also affected resolved it within 3 hours. Here iam still waiting for ACT to resolve it. No internet

@ACTFibernet I reccomended Act Fibernet to my dad for his new home. As it's a site under renovation, the electrician and the owner needed to be present. Your engineer fixed an appointment time for 10 am , the poor men have been waiting .
