    @Broufus @ACTFibernet yep. in hyd they have routed most customer service lines to an automated message saying download and install app which gives you a chat bot response

    @ACTFibernet No update till now! How pathetic can the service get? Resolution time was april 22nd and today is??? And you folks are still not making progress or efforts to resolve!

    @ACTFibernet It’s high time you guys start focusing on service instead of sales. My internet has been frequently facing downtime and it's been more than 15 hours, no one has called me or resolved the issue.The calls(12 since morning) that I get is for plan renewal due this month.

    @ACTFibernet As per the telephonic conversation " Act cannot go with monthly billing" and Mesh needs to be submitted for that. Issue not resolved. Will proceed with disconnection. Act Service has deteriorated with time. Sad

    @ACTFibernet I am not able to login to Act app how will you update??? All issues due to your sales representative ‘Kavitha V’ updating wrong mobile number and then giving fake commitments of issue resolution and now non responsiveness.

    @ACTFibernet Hi, could you please assist with ticket number SR11080169061044? No one has responded yet. I recently upgraded my plan as suggested by your technician, Abhinav, due to ongoing internet issues, but the problem still persists. Now, the internet is completly down.

    @ACTFibernet fraud by team, Hey team, I bought ACT fibernet a week ago by paying 3k plus and paid 750 rs for an Amazon Firestick, but it's been 5 days and I haven't gotten it. When I call your team member, they don't pick up, and they didn't even register the request. Customer care says it was registered on May 6th, but I paid on May 3rd. If we don't pay for a single day, there's a disconnection, but it's been 5 days and I haven't gotten a resolution. I need compensation for the delayed days and the Firestick delivered today.
