    @ACTFibernet What eligibility? It’s my money n u cudn’t the provide service but want to retain my money. Keep it. No return of router. Adjust it against my credit if you don’t refund. I will break the router on the road, capture a video and post it on social media showing ACT’s true colour

    @ACTFibernet You Guys are the worst ISP in Bangalore especially Whitefield area. No response on my ticket and your so called technical team is not responding. Resolve this or I will be removing ACT from my flat and the whole apartment.

    @Airtel_Presence @airte Also this building phase 3 having 96 flat. If you want miss 96 customer by pushing airfiber. We are happy le move with @ACTFibernet So they already provided fiber connection to same building.

    @ACTFibernet @ACT_Issues @FiberAct Team , Now once again after resuming the network yestrday today again the same error is being occuring again ..Its better to quit teh ACT now

    @ACTFibernet internet got disrupted 4 times in the last 10 days, takes a day atleast to get fixed. Provide permanent fix . Ticket id : SR10381708375304

    @ACTFibernet Agent while taking the lead, they said installation will be done once payment was done. I have made payment, later no call or not even lifting the call. I hope I need to cancel the lead as I need it immediately.
