    @apnerve @excitel_rocks @ACTFibernet I'm thinking of changing ISP. ACT internet is down twice a week. Moreover, they don't respond over helpline number. Just giving bullshit of registering a complaint on the app.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD no one is responding properly I have very good experience and customer service from @JioCare since they launch 4g services, so better to give chance to them instead of running behind you people since last 2 weeks

    @ACTFibernet called customer regarding the update on my SR10265276049594. The agent who spoke first was so rude. My internet is not working from 3 days. I said I'll have to disconnect the connection. Agent directly transferred the call to disconnection team.
