Appreciated field team support(Hiren patel & Sandeep Chavda) Total downtime : 24hrs Troubleshooting : 4hrs Note : Kindly improve Sales team (Chirag & Rohit Makwana) and NOC team support which seems very poor.

@ACTFibernet Set of liars. Yesterday retention team waived off the charges and today I get message that I need to pay. Just terrible service. Cannot fix technical problems and ask to pay more.
