    @ACTFibernet But vijay didn't recived my call and he did not called me back. Someone from technical team gave false update to customer care that he visited customer but customer requested installation on 5 Oct.

    @ACTFibernet I have raised a Service Request on 2-Oct-22, every day the technician visits and still there is no solution to restore the internet. SR10366015074804. Losing hope. Time to look for new service provider?

    @ACTFibernet Hi Please convert my plan to 1 month and close the connection at this month end. I'll make the payment. This is my official intimation. I'm not receiving a solution and i cannot continue paying almost 9-10 thousand for this kind of service. I'll change to a different ISP.
