  @ACTFibernet Please note that this ridiculous problem of not being able to find a power source for the junction box is completely unacceptable. It is blocking my work, and I do not wish to continue as a customer of this internet service provider if the issue is not resolved by Monday.

  @ACTFibernet we paid yest for new con... The technician came to our doorstep without prior noti. When we were outside. Now he is not responding to our calls or messages, and for the 1st time we spoke with him, he was rude. Kindly investigate, refund or cancel the subscription

  @ACTFibernet, I am highly dissatisfied and disappointed Your sales chase till payment, and they don't even check whether the service is active. It's been more than 24 hours. Your team called me about the activation and said the account would be activated in 15 minutes.

  @vinaysoni380 @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet please help me in resolution for this ticket #SR10279997225012. It has been more than 48 hrs. No one has come to install the router yet nor picking the call. Is it so much difficult to get an internet connection in Bangalore for last 3 days ?
