@ACTFibernet After shifting to other locations, I disconnected the ACT service since the technician/agent said service was not feasible in my new location. I later got an ivr call from act asking me to reconnect the service, and it was so annoying that I called customer service

@ACTFibernet Great job on this one. But your service and network is horrible. My internet has not been functional for 3 days. Your engineers are pathetic. They have done a horrible job in installing wires. There are three different connections(not mine) connected to our junction box at home.

@ACTFibernet your representative mislead the customer, Mr Ravi 7838706398 told me at the time of installation that one month charges will be waived off if you take 6 month plan but after paying 6 month advance, connection got suspended 6 days no internet, missed my child classes

@ACTFibernet Am literally tired of raising tickets. Again it starts disconnecting frequently. Are you guys really the fastest network network without interruption or it's just for advertisements.
