No resolution to our internet problems @ACTFibernet SR10176805559792 which has been dead since 25 Aug. Yet you have sent a bill for the whole of August. I have requested already to revise the bill for days of no service and deduct pro rata for the days of no internet.

@ACTFibernet What’s going on with ticket SR10176945333434? My internet has been down for 5 days straight. This is unacceptable and has already messed up my work. On top of that, the engineer isn’t even picking up calls. This level of service is really unacceptable.
