    @ACTFibernet again this month same pblm on my bill updation.. Threatening msgs stating line will be disconnected despite making the payment. Very poor service.. Im Thinking to cancel the connection itself..

    @ACTFibernet I’m fed up with this fibernet service man.. It’s been 9 days since I’ve been trying to get my issues resolved.. I had made multiple calls to customer executives.. they simply raise the tickets and close them within a day without resolving the issue..

    @ACTFibernet Saw new ACT smart ad. Have to say bad timing. I have been experiencing WORST internet service by ACT. ZERO way to contact real human cust care. Area tech says Rats had cut server wires n in evening it repeated. Wow with standards of server room.

    @ACTFibernet @TRAI every month there is outage in network service am fed up complaining. We pay bill for entire month and useless customer support you people provide

    @ACTFibernet The customer support needs true caring for customer. The team is eager to close the ticket than resolving. Ticket SR10263701208813 closed two times without a proper resolution. The app is a huge constraint as it doesn’t allow to raise an issue which is not listed.
