    @ACTFibernet I am awaiting my refund for 23 days now, and customer care who raised refund request on Feb 5 isn't picking my call. Is this a new fraud, first they get money for new connection then they say connection not possible so we would refund but I still didn't get my refund

    @ACTFibernet @ACTBangalore Team I am very disappointed with the service, I have been using act since 3 years. I have disconnected with the service bcz of lockdown n went bck to home town, after returned bck I thought to use the same service and installed the Act again.

    @ACTFibernet why are you not responding?? This is worst service and reliability. There's no connection since 2 days. Please don't prefer ACT if you need good service and reliability. There are many other good service providers available. I am facing these issues from 2 years.
