    @ACTFibernet @methalafan No connection since April 29th. Please expedite repair. Rush extra technical staff because the existing number are overwhelmed and unable to rectify the issue.

    @ACTFibernet Issue resolved, prime lite activated and reached out amazon prime executive for "Device Limit reached" issue. So monthly twice customer can remove devices and prime executives once in a month. So if any one facing this issue dont signout the login fromdevice reach out to amazon.

    @ACTFibernet Hi, It's already been 24 hours and you said it will get resolved but it's still its not resolved and wifi is not working. Why don't you escalate to resolve the issue. Now please confirm finally when will the issue resolve.

    @ACTFibernet Still no Update from Act and it's Technical Team. 5 plus Days still no Connection. None called from Act. I don't know how many Existing Customers of Facing issues with AcT services. As i am the New one, Promised connection within 24 hrs but still no response since 5 days.

    @ACTFibernet Absolutely rubbish service, it’s been 5 days and still no proper response. Everyday same lies that it will be fixed today, before 9 am, then 11 am or by 12 pm and then a message comes pushed back to another 24 hours. Ridiculous!

    @ACTFibernet I have chased you guys calling multiple times and then my issue got resolved . Not happy the way you guys are dealing with . Poor service
