    Internet down since today; Ticket SR10279909602684 still unresolved. Entire area affected. Support only giving ETR (23 Apr, 1st half) with no concrete update. This is severely impacting my work. Need immediate escalation to higher team and urgent resolution. @ACTFibernet

    Living in a gated community in Hyderabad and the experience with @ACTFibernet has been frustrating. If there’s a community-wide outage, it gets attention and is resolved quickly. But if the issue affects just a few homes, you’re stuck waiting 3–7 days for a fix. Reliable internet shouldn’t depend on how many people are affected.     @ACTFibernet @ACTBangalore SR10279860150194 There is no resolution, and wifi is still not working from ~10 hours. The technician came and left without fixing. Including me around 8 people in my neighborhood are facing issue.
