    @ACTFibernet @ActfiberC Raised back to back 6 tickets and followup atleast 17 times to fix the so called ACTFIBERNET. They claim that they have best internet in the city which has become a nightmare for me. Whenever I raise a ticket or call them to follow up their response is:

    @ACTFibernet 5th time this month the net is down what ******** is happening to your services. Extend 5 days of my monthly plan for the lose 5 days.. Pathetic service and the issue s not solved yet

    @ACTFibernet Such a worst app and worst customer service. For change plan you need 72 hrs TAT. Literally pathetic why you need such long time.
