    @ACTFibernet worst service. Internet is working more then 3 days and frequent disconnectIons. You people keep extending the days and saying it will be resolved by 7pm and when I call next day again 7pm. Who will bear the loss of pay bcoz of your service? Worst service ever

    @ACTFibernet Can you get technical about the new smart fiber? The site you are providing is not helping how my quality has increased. Are you telling it was slow before smart fiber? How slow was it and how did it improve. Please answer in metric system otherwise it was just hype.

    .@ACTFibernet you guys should rename customer care centre to customer torture centre. Since 1 week my issue is not resolved. Now I am on verge of going for disconnection.

    @ACTFibernet I HAVE TAKEN A NEW CONNECTIONOF 300MBPS SPEED, I HAD DISCONNECTED MY HATHWAY CONNECTION, WHICH I WAS USING FOR LAST 7 YRS 100-110 MBPS , I WANT TO GET THIS CONNECTION CANCELLED AND REQUEST YOU RETURN MONEY. I AM TOTALLY DISPOINTED WITH YOUR SERVICE ,MOB 9844025636

    @ACTFibernet Subscribed for one month free Zee5,but tried to cancel before billing date and i was still charged.Zee5 is cancelled but ACT billed me for one month.I need refund of the same.Why is it difficult to cancel a subscription? Complaint No.SR10363419807171.
