@ACTFibernet Why you guys always close the ticket without resolving it. There is so much lag and ping spike issue whenever I play game. I changed my internet connection to @ACTFibernet just to play game peacefully please don't make me regret it. Kindly look into this.

@ACTFibernet No priority seen in addressing the issue. Still no sight of a any kind of alternate solution. Had to call Customer care 5 times and wait for 15 minutes to speak to your executive who disconnects the call unprofessionally when I ask him to connect to a supervisor.

Hey @ACTFibernet we are facing internet issue from 4 days and raised a complaint but no one is resolving the issue. Can you look into this on emergency.not only taking the money but also provinding the service is important..😡
