@ACTFibernet This is regarding complaint no. SR10365811323954. I was told that battery is having problem inside junction box and it will be fixed soon in next two days. Kindly take necessary action for installation battery inside junction box. Till now battery is not installed.

@ACTFibernet Till now no call from any representative and no refund , I think u ppl no bother on customer issues. Literally telling u ppl are looting public money . I never ever suggest to ACT to any one . Shame on your customer service 😝😝😝

It has been more than 30 days. Still i havent recieved my refund. Every customer care executive is just reading the script and saying the same thing. Not even a single person is giving the resolution. @ACTFibernet .. Terrible services #scam #actfiber
