    @ACTFibernet This is not just about highlighting the issue but to fix it and make sure it does not occur again. I don't think the core problem is being fixed. It occurs again and again.

    @ACTFibernet pls provide contact details of supervisor for Sct. 6 HSR LAYOUT, Bnglore who can either resolve the complaint or get my money refunded …very bad exprnc pre installation tried calling agent around 50 to 70 times installation post payment no respond

    @ACTFibernet why have your services turned into a pile of garbage? In the year of our lord 2025, one day with no wifi is a day too long. 2nd time this month No internet - 4PM June 15 Ticket - SR10175858637744 ETR - 10am June 16 "connect with our engineer" - they never pick up

    @ACTFibernet my internet has been down due to a fiber cut (# SR10275862254494). Technician said he'd come in 1 hour—never showed up. Now ignoring calls. Fake promises, zero accountability. Please fix this ASAP. #ACTFibernet #InternetDown

    @ACTFibernet what is happening with your service, last one week this is the second time the internet is down. Last time it took 3 days to resolve the issue, SR10375869356764 today again raised a request dont know when you will solve
