    My @ACTFibernet broadband just keeps disconnecting between every 5-10 minutes. Called customer care 1000 times no resolutions so far😡. As an IT professional, I'm working from home and completely pissed off of this behaviour of @ACTFibernet #Bangalore it it continues will switch.

    @ACTFibernet network down. At least send a message to affected users. I’ve been banging my head with setting up the router and the error message says invalid username/password but the issue is your network is down. Can access app or anything #networkdown

    @ACTFibernet Still nobody contacted. Your speed of contacting a customer to address issue and the speed of net are same.

    @ACTFibernet Your internet,app and services are waste and sucks big time. Every week there is a network issue. Now there is no internet and ticket is also not getting raised even after many requests in whatsapp.Your app and portal is also not working. Resolve this downtime issue.

    @ACTFibernet It's not even 24 hrs of rectification and again I am in the same mess. Had to raise another complain no SR10263332010418 for no network. Guys, you are just doing a great job. I do not think you take customers' complain seriously...

    @ACTFibernet in the month starting there will be junction box problems in the mid-month junction box battery will be the issue in the month end network slow, still i dont switch to another network becouse of i trust you , you will fix it permanently.
