    @ACTFibernet reported an outage at Alkapur township HYD 2 days ago and the team is still working on it.! No proper response from any team, every other customer care executive is looping indefinitely with no proper action or TAT. #WFH hampered badly.

    @ACTFibernet There is one payment which has done to a account which is not in Use A/c: .101401462174 Of Pay Rs.6785.65. I have raised service request to refund the amount. Without any information how can u close the request? Kindly initiate the refund.

    @ACTFibernet you have said that I'll get my account activated by morning 10Am but still account is deactivated And you have also said that I'll recieve a call back from the backend team no one called me and now its more than 5 days that I have raised complaint

    @ACTFibernet Hi Team, I need to downgrade my current plan. And, I don't see any option to do that in the ACT app. There is only options for upgrade but not downgrade. My due date to bill is in the next 5days. Please help me here. ACC no - 10201635993
