@ACTFibernet As discussed over the call, if the issue is not resolved by 3pm today, I am lodging a consumer complaint and also getting my ACT disconnected and I will not pay the invoice for September as I have used it only for 2 days.

@ACTFibernet Atleast 3-4 people have called me from yesterday n I have explained the same to all. I got connection from new service provider (within 12hrs) and I would like to have my ACT connection disconnected. Pls refund my balance amount.

@ACTFibernet @ACTBangalore I don't know when did ACT start having such a worst service? The companies become big and the service starts becoming poor. No response.. no resolution from past 5 days. I didn't expect such a worst service from you people!!
