    .@ACTFibernet there is an issue with your service once every 2 weeks, do you realise people need internet to work from their homes? When I raise a ticket you tell me you'll only resolve it at 9pm. Absolutely terrible service every single time.

    @ACTFibernet broadband is not working for past 12 hours. Raised complaint in act app. No resolution yet. Ticket no. SR10279692219674. Please check on this asap

    @ACTFibernet it’s 2026 and an outage still has 24 hour ETA? Your connectivity issues ruined someone’s weekend- no one working on a Sunday or in night for that matter - for an isp provider it’s a shame - people rely on you and such is your cs SR11079676599254 do the needful asap

    @ACTFibernet Raised relocation request on April 2, paid Rs. 950, but no service provided and delays till April 5 for next step when technician suggested installing junction box at my premises. Decided to disconnect, requesting full refund (Ticket ID: SR10179677073496).

    @ACTFibernet Any update on internet? It is down from evening 5PM. It has been 7 hours, and there is no internet. When can we expect resolution? No internet in the whole apartment. You have to deduct the amount for the duration with no internet.

    @ACTFibernet Just to let you know I got a call from your technician today from (+91 91540 95438) he was insisting on closing a ticket and his TL spoke with me and told we can’t give the router and said to close the currently open tickets, he was rude, speaking in harsh tone [1]
