    @ACTFibernet And after 30Hrs wifi services are restored thanks. Funny part is I got call from ACT technician saying this is regarding issue you posted on X. Seems they did not care about the ticket I raised until they saw this on X. Thanks.

    @ACTFibernet 5 days have passed , you keep on closing the ticket without giving solution, I am fed up with your service regarding streaming box, either you replace it or give solution

    Beyond frustrated with @ACTFibernet - internet goes down every other day. Lodge complaint - technician comes - does “something” - starts working - same problem two days later. Any ideas?!?

    I could find many others, who have also reported the same internet connection issues to the same X handle @ACTFibernet. And they were also left unresolved. This is very bad. I am switching to other service provider very soon. It is affecting my work.

    @ACTFibernet horrible service. No customer orientation. I guess state of most companies in India. Customer can go to hell

    @ACTFibernet @ACTBangalore SR10279860150194 There is no resolution, and wifi is still not working from ~10 hours. The technician came and left without fixing. Including me around 8 people in my neighborhood are facing issue.

    @ACTFibernet Your customer care is one of the biggest liars. They can go to any extent. Last time for buffering issue resolution, they pushed me to opt for a 3-month plan saying I could recharge for 1 month later. But now only 3-month recharge option is available. #misleading
