    @ACTFibernet I recived the same message from your end as a reply to tweets,from past 1-year but there is not resolution till date,action from the authority @DoT_India to be taken,then only you will get that consciousness towards the customer's issue/problems facing because of @ACTFibernetHYD

    @ACTFibernet is the worst internet service provider. In past one month, I have made over two dozens complaints regarding poor internet connectivity, but issue has not been resolved so far. This company mandates advance payment and then harasses people with its poor services.

    @ACTFibernet Sorry to say but the customer care executives are least bothered about retaining old customer who is with @ACTFibernet for last 6-8 yrs. Not good enough to handle complaints , without understanding the concern. Doesn't want to listen and rude to the core
