    I have registered for Act new connection , i have paid for it and still no one is coming for installation, its been more than 4 days . Good broadband with poor services , i have cancelled my registration. Atleast refund asap. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet warangal Actfiber net service is worst in warangal they dint the resolve the issue even after 5 days after complaint raised for reactivation ....so worst and cheap people they don't care about end customer...so irresponsible

    @ACTFibernet this is on behalf of connection with mob no. 8147004680, it's 3rd day and my request for connection is yet not served, customer care is asking for another 24hr. Can you look into it ?? My work is getting impacted

    @ACTFibernet I have never seen such irresponsible people. For you people, your customers opinion doesn't matter only.just shamelessly running business. Ticket is open from 10 days. They don't have time to resolve it.such unethical fraudsters.😠

    @ACTFibernet We have raised a request for relocation for the past 2 weeks. No one has reached out to us& there is no way of contacting you guys The ticket number is SR10255671359872 Our payment is made in advance so I guess it is your issue your loss here??

    @ACTFibernet again I received a sms as it will be solved by tomorrow. I don't care. Do it today itself. My office work is pending from two days. I have not expected such service from act. Totally disappointed.
