    Hey @ACTFibernet , Yesterday I applied for new connection and paid full for 6 months plan. Yet to get the connection. If you are not able to give the service in 24 hours then don't promote it. Why are you fooling me. cancel my request and refund my money.

    @ACTFibernet After 15 days of disconnection security deposit haven’t been credited to my account……no proper response from Customer Service Team…. Very Poor Service

    Hi @ACTFibernet I had placed a request to reactivate my account and was assured by the customer service team that it would be done by today. But now the SR shows the date as 17th. Req you to please help expedite this as I require active internet before tomorrow start of business.
