    I would never recommend @ACTFibernet for any of their service. Poor broadband and disconnection request. They will refund money in act wallet if we plan to disconnect permanently. @reliancejio @airtelindia wallet has benefits but ACT wallet is a piece of sh**

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACT @ACTFibernet Kids classes affected with poor connectivity. Technician visited and stated cable needs replacing. Ticket SR10163759726914 closed on 23Dec without resolving issue. No action after repeated followups. Pathetic service. No SLAs.

    @reliancejio I applied for a new JIO fiber connection and when I am calling the assigned SPOC, he is not picking my call. My apartment already have Jio Fiber connection. Can anyone help me out? I need to he connection urgent as @ACTFibernet is no longer a stable connection!

    @ACTFibernet what is wrong with your team. I have been facing internet connection issues for 2 days now, there is no proper and permanent fix to connection issues. I am done with ACT fibernet incompetent services.

    @ACTFibernet I opted for 75 Mbps plan but the engineer installed a router which can only supply maximum of 35-40 Mbps. Multiple complaints have been raised since 7 days but still have no resolution. Please help urgently on this and help me resolving the issue. @ActfiberC
