shambhu (@shambushandilya) reported@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD @FiberAct I haven't seen such an irresponsible ISP, for straight 6 days you cannot fix my internet when I asked for a refund so I can go with another ISP, you disconnected my internet. For sure I don't want to use your service. Refund my money for 3 month.

Akhil Malik (@akhilm946) reported@ACTFibernet SR10280654172624: You might as well escalate this to gods because this is hanging on prayers. Your customer care numbers are now auto disconnecting calls from my registered number but connect fine from another number. I am assuming this is your way of shooing me away

ㅤ ㅤ ㅤ ㅤ ㅤ ㅤ ㅤ ㅤ (@PyarSeMario) reported@ACTFibernet anyone’s there? It’s been more than 2 days and my internet is just not working. Aap logo ke yaha end of day deliverables dene ka scene nahi hai kya? Bas goli di aur nikal liye 🥹

UPSC Mentor Piyush (@PiyushIASMentor) reported@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet The issue is STILL not resolved. It has been almost 24 hours since I reported the internet outage, and your team has failed to provide either a resolution or a meaningful update. Is this the level of service you call broadband support in a digital era? Your repeated assurances have turned out to be empty promises. I work from home, and your incompetence has already cost me an entire day of work, productivity, and professional commitments. The most frustrating part is the complete lack of accountability and communication from your side. If you cannot resolve a basic connectivity issue even after 24 hours, what exactly are customers paying for? I expect an immediate resolution, a clear explanation for this unacceptable delay, and details of the compensation ACT Fibernet will provide for the prolonged service disruption. #ACTFibernet #PoorService #CustomerExperience

Hearing the same excuse for 4 days, it's hard to believe anything ACT says.Absolutely unacceptable service.
