@ACTFibernet i want to downgrade my plan , I have tried talking to customer care they are unable to do the same after multiple attempts please downgrade my plan and change it status to active from suspension. Ac no. 110441443785. Please do the needful asap.

@ACTFibernet Thank you got the issue resolved it was fault my bill was due and it was semiannual plan with 2 months free so missed to pay the bill. On paying the bill got the speed back
