@ACTFibernet No courtesy to solve customer grievance, I am paying for 250mbps but your router is capped at 100mbps. Ticket closed everytime without resolution SR10362804379744. Either resolve by change of router or initiate request for disconnection. Pls educate your team.

@ACTFibernet pathetic is not the word enough for you guys. Your customer support team is a sham. Your nodal officer is of no use. I have been trying to get my account activated which I deactivated for 3 months since last 5 days and I am being told it would take 30 days atleast

@ACTFibernet it's been 8 days since there's no internet and no one seems to care. Everyday your cst service teams keeps assuring it will be resolved today. You have left customers hanging when they need it the most bc of WFH.
