    @ACTFibernet Their complaint resolution is nothing short of terrible. Someone from their team called me this morning asking me to be at home since he was coming in 5 minutes, it’s been more than 5 hours, and this is how they behave after I mentioned it was urgent. Sad!

    @ACTFibernet My ticket no. SR11063817748744 for relocation from one block to another block in the same area remains unattended since 1st of January 2022. It's my prepaid connection where I had already paid for all these no service days. What an amazing service ACT👏👏

    @ACTFibernet Just wanted to know that, the plans which are updated, like how much time does it take to update to that plan. Because now I got a call from customer service that, your speed will get updated after 26th January. But this plan was updated from November, still why ?

    @ACTFibernet Have been following up with your customer care people on shifting my internet connection & request was raised on 27th December 2021 and not done till date I STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT TO USE ACT SERVICES AS THEY ARE SO BIG TODAY THAT THEY CANT SERVICE THEIR OWN CUSTOMERS

    @ACTFibernet SR10263762661144 was raised for disconnection and I was told that it will be transferred to new tenant. I have received the bill this month even after my disconnection date was 24th December 2021 hence please look into this issue
