    @ACTFibernet Your request is tentatively expected to be resolved by 7/13/2021 12:00:00 PM (MM/DD/YYYY). You can track the status using the ACT Fibernet app. Called the customer care, he said customer care technician stop working after 6:30pm. How will you resolve it by12 pm?

    @ACTFibernet why this wrong information has been shared by your customer care executive that I have to pay 2952 for 6 months also I have received a call from your customer service that 300 which is due will be adjusted in your future bills

    @ACTFibernet Disgusting service in Bangalore. I raised a request for reconnection on Friday and it’s still not fixed. Your call center is of no use. I have been told the same thing on my multiple calls.

    @ACTFibernet train your call center employees to first look into the past records first and call. To my connections in Bangalore rethink before choosing @ACTFibernet. All good till you take their connection once taken you are their ex. Worst customer care
