    @ACTFibernet Very disturbing. Despite repeated reminders no action to restore broadband which is down for the last 4 days. None should ever go for ACT. Look for alternatives should you need broadband.

    @ACTFibernet Your tech team already visited my house. They suggested to move the router to another place. They also said I have to do that myself with the help of an electrician and that ACT cannot help me to move my router. The other option was to get a repeater, which I did, but no use

    @ACTFibernet Do you want me to loose my job?How could you take more than 17 hours to resolve an issue , which is yet to be resolved. Considering WFH, where every minute is important, you guys taking hours or days to resolve an issue is unacceptable.SR10166287802214 Is my request.

    @ACTFibernet This is beyond our understanding and tolerance. Please refund the 3 months advance paid. We don't want to suffer as a customer after paying hefty amount and due to your incapability to handle local vendor issues. Moreover your executives as not responsive. Account: 102660055204
