@ACTFibernet I disconnected ACT 1 year ago due to its lazy and irresponsible service but then customer care called and convinced me to reconnect and i trusted to. Again once a fraud always a fraud and so is ACT. SR10367602570464 is pending reconnection since 2 weeks..Avoid ACT

@ACTFibernet Team i had spoke to one of your service call rep on new plans 4 renewal of my Plans, Rep told me someone from team wil contact within a day it's 4 days & no response received yet. Please don't renew my plan same been communicated to rep too. Need to chk on othrs too

@ACTFibernet WTH. Your technicians are just pile of junk. They fixed internet that day and have removed power backup at the junction box. Your resolution for one problem will be the cause for another problem. Inferior infrastructure, untrained and unprofessional technicians. Shame.
