    @ACTFibernet Ticket SR10265022612804, no internet connectivity from last 5 hours. Now you need almost 24 hours to resolve? BTW, Will you compensate for the service outages which frequent now a days? Act fast, resolve fast.

    @ACTFibernet I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR A REFUND ON PROSPECT NO. 102647385478. DO YOU EVEN CARE? ITS BEEN MORE THAN A MONTH. NO RESPONSE FROM NODAL OFFICER AS WELL. ABSOLUTE RIDICULOUS SERVICE.

    @ACTFibernet @arabianmandhi Hello @ACTFibernet , I raised a complaint and waited a year to resolve with several follow up. U didn’t resolved it. So we disconnected your account and moved to another already. It’s not only about ‘Uninterrupted surfing’, it is also about your service.

    @ACTFibernet i had registered a complaint regarding my wifi connectivity issue on 4 Jun at 8:30 PM and it's sunday morning 5th jun still no internet . While buying the plan last i was told we will give you quick service but not so much
