    @ACTFibernet This is the 2nd complaint for 2023 year, worst internet service provider Act fibernet every time it’s effective my office productivity and office work do you know the value of work or jus value of money. shifting to @reliancejio home this network gives good service.

    .@ACTFibernet your exec promised we'd get wifi signal on all the tree floors without any repeaters if we go for the 6 month plan that gives us a powerful router and found out it isn't powerful enough. Now the same exec is not picking up the call

    I did not expect this from @ACTFibernet Bangalore (worst service). They made me pay for the new internet connection but even after 4 days they haven’t come for installation. After following up 20 times now they are saying the service is not available. Insane..!

    @ACTFibernet worst customer care.We asked for shifting within Chennai 4_5 km,they didn't respond even after paying shifting fees.Already i have taken one year subscription now thinking of moving to Airtel. Waste of money & mental torture

    @ACTFibernet vdi connection is very slow if i connect via ACT and other service provider its working fine. Can you please check. I tried to log this from app but it's not working

    @ACTFibernet This is not 1 complaint or 2 from last month. This is 5 complaints I have given and the engineer who comes he will close ticket. I asked engineer not to close ticket but he said we have to close ticket same day is this your service?
