    @GTPL_Hathway i have start a new connection today only it was working fine for 2 hrs then it stop working. I talk to customer care they are saying it will take next 48 hrs to fix this service. Worst internet provider better i should have gone for @ACTFibernet or @fiber_jio

    @ACTFibernet there is no internet from past 1 day. Registered a complaint through app and they said it would get resolved by yesterday night but no one attended. No reponse again from your side.

    @ACTFibernet Actually no. It has not been resolved. Telling me that my plan has been upgraded isn't valid resolution since this random mistake happened even while previous request was still in progress. So I will let you know when it has been resolved.

    The worst internet service in the history of customer services. @ACTFibernet net ki company kholi kyu jab net dena hi nahi tha! Idiots sitting around & just talofying! @Airtel_Presence @JioCare should’ve chosen this instead!

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet Your ACT Internet service sucks Disconnect and take away your router and refund the deposit Fed up with serious issues and concerns related to ACT Services. I have raised a ticket as well Jio was useless, now you are ahead of them.

    @ACTFibernet provides thr worst customer servive. I have raised a ticket 4 days ago and ticket is closed by themselves even though their representatives say I will get a call from billing team. Their billing team never calls!! Absolutely pathetic internet service, will cancel it.

    Finally throw away modem of @ACTFibernet .Had to take one day leave because internet was not working. I am happy with Airtel now. If any act guy will call I will litrally abuse, so please don't dare to call now. You never help customer, so don't call now to "Resolve" issue.

    Hey @ACTFibernet you guys doing a good work. I'm currently using 200mbps plan , next month I want to change the plan to 60mbps cause I don't have my laptop now But there is no option to change plan to 60mbps in the ACT app.Kindly help me
