    @ACTFibernet Dear Team i have booked a docket with act fiber on 8th March 2021 with ticket no as below SR10153519640802 but till now my issue is not resolved.I am not able to use my internet it is almost 48 hours i lost my connection. Is this the way you support us.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD these people don't provide any coustmer support they make us stay for 5 to 10mintues and cut the call if we try again they don't respond or connect the call all their offices are closed since last year March and there is none to resolve my issue the.

    @ACTFibernet NO.. You didn't solve any greivances. You go and ask your so called customer care service you have made and given them practise to reply TO CUSTOMERS in a robotic manner. Poor response from you and your team. Waste of energy, time and our health talking wit you inhumane people.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet I am sure many are tirelessly working on this request but may I know when can I get an update on this, please? Till now I was under the impression that one month is enough but looks like I am wrong. Educate me with some information on the expected date of resolution.
