    @ACTFibernet very poor handling of connectivity issue by your customer support team. Reaching out to them for last five days and all they say is problem will be fixed in few hours. It's disgusting to see tickets are closed without fixing the issue. mobile number shared via DM.

    @ACTFibernet my internet is down since Friday. I raised a ticket no SR11763907061164 which was closed on Saturday without resolution. I reopened the ticket and since then there is no update.

    @ACTFibernet took Internet connection on 16/1/2022,plan: A-max 1075, 150Mbps speed, but I am getting 2mbps speed, very horrible and unreliable service, ticket SR10163918148935.
