Srinivas Kamath (@shinna_k) reported@ACTFibernet Internet connection was disconnected by Nqgarjuna Meadows Apartment for not having paid the BESCOM bill for 3 months, even after multiple follow-ups with the ACT authorities. If a customer doesn't pay you for 3 months, will you provide the connection? Pathetic.

Viineet Sood (@vineetomkara) reported@ACTFibernet My service request SR11081127987744 has remained unresolved since 12th July. My internet has been down for the last 4-5 days, and each day the resolution timeline is simply extended without any actual progress.

I havenβt received my refund even after 20 days of discontinuation and 10 days of asset return. You people will charge late fee, deactivation fee and other charges if we failed to pay on time.
