    @ACTFibernet it's been 5 days since internet stop working. ETR is getting extended everyday. Engineer assigned to my case is not taking up the calls. How hard it is give a accurate timeline of resolution. Pathetic service

    @ACTFibernet, if you can't resolve my issue, refund my money. I'll switch networks. In one month of my 6+1 offer, I've filed 10 complaints, and the internet has been down for over 15 days. Are you serious about customer service? I demand a refund today.

    Paid ACT Fibernet in advance for a new connection. Later they said my area isn’t serviceable, but still no refund after 7–8 days. No proper response, zero accountability. Worst service! @ACTFibernet @ACT
