Very poor service by the @ACTFibernet my internet is not working I did complaint my complaint no is SR11055735215542 at the act app it's shows your internet restored on 25-4-2021 at & :00 pm but now it's 26-4-2021 8:30pm till now I am waiting for response 🤔🤔🤔

@ACTFibernet @ActfiberC Today after fighting for refund for more then 10 days they gave another SR number and said wait for another 15 days for refund. never pay upfront never go for act they have refund policy which changes from day one,old sr SR10255218905597,SR10255796800281

@ACTFibernet SR10255784117482. Are you seriously asking users to wait for more than 24 hours for a resolution when all your uses are working from home ? No commitment to resolve issues but more irritating is the lack of respect shown to user issue by your contact centre.

@ACTFibernet @Majji007 ACT has memorized few lines to their customer support resources. 1- we have prioritize ur ticket. 2- Sir dnt wry it'll be resolved within 24 hr. Mine 24 hr is going to over morning 8 AM. Lets see which engineer is coming midnight to resolve my issue.

This is very worst service @ACTFibernet I have opened a ticket#SR10255623980332 on 22 Apr 2021 still issue is not resolved and no one from technical team are responding to calls, its almost 5 days

It's been 2years I'm using your services @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD but today kinda you guys screwed me up. Yesterday I paid 3K for 6 month plan 200GB but in return I'm getting **** like 2G net speed. Seriously are you kidding me???
