    @ACTFibernet Internet down last night at 9 PM, registered complaint approximately around 11 PM. Today morning I check ETR not updated yet. I call the customer care in the morning around 8 he says Mr.Prasad technician will arrive at my place and sort out the issue.

    @ACTFibernet Yes. I would look forward to that. I have been your customer for 5 years and, EVERY SINGLE RENEWAL, I have to message, call up, make noises & I am given that credit with a promise that, next time onward, it will be done automatically and you don't have to remind us. But no change

    @ACTFibernet Lol how useless if you think after 100 phonecalls fixing my issue wat a big deal then u r mistaken. Have some shame not bothered to fix a customers concerns and replying rubbish to customers on social media how pathetic is ACT. Totally useless seniors
