    @ACTFibernet It's resolved thanks. One thing is that your customer care always says fibre has been cut irrespective of what the problem is, even in the is case they told the same. Turned it was an adapter issue at the box. Tell your guys to pass on genuine information to the customer.

    @ACTFibernet Called customer care 3-4 times... they repeat the same statement with no new update. Agent named Mandrika or someone put me on hold for 10 minutes and disconnected the call as I asked manager. Local connection much better

    @ACTFibernet Very poor customer service, internet not working since 2 days. Have raised the issue via App and whatsapp but no response. Your customer care number is always busy its impossible to reach

    @ACTFibernet ever since I got Act fibernet in my home, my daughter's online classes have been terribly affected. I thought that ACT would be better than the previous one, but I guess all are the same. Only false promises. The customer care is totally unreachable
