@ACTFibernet Pathetic customer service from ACT. It has been 11 days since I raised a relocation request for my connection and after multiple calls and escalations, I am yet to get my request closed. Just don't understand what kind of a customer service you are providing.

Ridiculous service by @ACTFibernet , It’s been more than 10 days since I’ve requested for relocation. After 10 long days, they said they can’t provide a new connection which is just 2 streets away. It’s time to focus on customer service. The worst part is I took 6 months pack.

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet, My internet is still down. I couldn’t work for the entire day. No one from your support team contacted me. The only reason I moved out of @airtelindia was there pathetic support team and I won’t hesitate in your case also.

@ACTFibernet I said amount charged 2 times, till now no one responded. Yesterday got the call from customer care, we initiate the refund like that they told, in today early morning you guys deducted the amount. What frauds you are #ActFraud #internetactfraud #actfiberfraud

@ACTFibernet My old and new addresses are in the same locality. I am paying bill for the internet I am not using. Losing my patience. Might want to consider disconnecting and avail service from another provider. Extremely poor service. No org exists without customers. Mind that!
