    @ACTFibernet Absolute rubbish service. Suffering from last night without broadband while WFH. Seriously, how long does it take to repair a damaged cable? 24hrs?! Very poor customer service you have. No value for the 18k I've paid for the subscription.

    @ACTFibernet a/c : 102534078732. Last couple of months complaints have been raised and shown proofs to your engineers the quality og service.. I have been paying and patently waiting for you to resolve.. Its proven that you can't solve the issue..pathetic service by @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet I have been waiting for your team.. They are least bothered to attend even in the case of outage for 24 hours.. Finally I have no other option than terminating your services. Kindly issue refund of total amount I payed during the period it did not work..
