@ACTFibernet I have shared the details. Someone called and promised to deliver the router and upgrade today. But asusual it was just a goof up. @ACTFibernet how many more times are you going to full me with you fall promises. @ACTFibernet worst service. Cant get any low.

@ACTFibernet Internet is downfrom last 18+ hours, logged tickets, field agent is not responding to calls, kids at home have exam, I'm not able to work, affecting WFH, tried reaching ACT support multiple times no response. SR10258713253792. Please help.
