@ACTFibernet my internet is not working since morning. I raised a ticket and I got a message that it will be fixed in 3 hours. Now, after 3 hours, again I got a message saying it will be fixed by tomorrow 1:00pm. How am I supposed to work then? Pay my one day salary

@ACTFibernet It is prepaid connection but still I need pay for disconnection "Your ACT Fibernet service has been deactivated as per request. Your last invoice amount is Rs. 837.8 and due amount is Rs 770.07." Can any1 tell me y ? #ACT pathetic service

I have already raised a complaint on 23rd of may for disconnect my broadband but still my connection is active and i also received new bill,i am going to pay because this is yours fault @ACTFibernet

10 years ago I had canceled my connection with @ACTFibernet they STILL keep your data after even 10 years!! Please act on it this is unfair to keep customer numbers @MIB_India

@ACTFibernet Just now i received a msg you have due amount. From 4 days my internet is not working and facing 2nd time in this month. I'm loosing my salary daily doing WFH. I want my amount back and compensation for my salary also.

@ACTFibernet I subscrihed one month free zee5 subscription. After that i noticed every month it will be subscribed automatically. So i called customer care and asked to cancel the subscription. But in this june month bill they have added extra amount for this. Shameful service.
