It’s just mentality of Indian service providers.. they will take full amount but can’t provide service .. they take power from your home n provide connection to others .. there will be around 10-20 connections from each box ..

With service like this, I am not sure how you keep up with NPS and CSAT scores. If the connection is not up and running by tomorrow, we want a refund
