@ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet Internet not working from last 3 days and no one from customer support is trying to resolve this. ETR keeps on updating and we get a generic fuckall answer “will arrange a callback”. The field Engineer in Kokapet Hyderabad is not picking up calls.

@ACTFibernet They have just closed the ticket. But the issue is still not resolved. If there is a power cut the internet immediately stops working. It’s soo annoying. I want this to be resolved ASAP.

@ACTFibernet Took a 3-month OTT plan on 23rd July in Guntur. No OTT apps activated till now despite repeated complaints. Account No: 109763775979 Either activate or refund. Pathetic service. Avoid ACT’s OTT plans. #ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Just had a word with Nanda Kumar from ACT social media team and he said he is looking into it. He also confirmed to call me every 30 mins to give an update. I am not sure about ACT as this company gives fake commitment and never installs or do anything within time. Still pathetic

@JioCare #jio Mam internet got disconnected 25th time in last one year.. do you still expect me to continue your service. Even when I complaint it takes 3 days for site engineer to visit. I have already taken @ACTFibernet so please close my account.
