    @ACTFibernet Seriously, facing a lot of trouble for corporate act fiber reconnection for since last 5-6 days Hyderabad, staff are not polite to their so-called customers, not understanding customers needs.

    @ACTFibernet I have transferred ~11k advance for 6 months through an agent named Mosamil on 4th Oct. He promised connection within 24 hours. It's been 48 hours. Noone contacted me and I have tried to contact customer care atleast 15 times. Could you please refund my amount?

    @ACTFibernet my ticket is SR10163104195818 not sure why your team not able to downgrade my package. Ticket got closed without resolution and I had to call helpdesk to reopen it. Please look into this matter.

    It's been three months since i started using #JioFiber and I realised that @ACTFibernet is much better, the speed on #JioFiber is very uneven on regular basis and customer support @JioCare is clueless, will discontinue it
