    @ACTFibernet @ACTBangalore What kind of service do you provide, worst to say the least. I have an outstanding issue pending to be resolved from past 1 month and no internet while working from home. Your engineers are more interested in closing the ticket than actually resolving!!

    Act Fibernet is a thief and does not listen to customers, They have very worst customer care services, they did not even listen to the customer, I think their services are worst. Same on you Act @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet You should spend your resources on service rather than bill boards and advertisements. Huge difference in marketing and reality.

    @PMOIndia @TRAI @ACTFibernet As per Quality of Service of Broadband Service Regulation 2006, broadband connection is not provided within 15 days, a credit at the rate of Rs.10/- per day subject to max. of installation charge or equivalent allowance shall be given to customer.

    @reliancejio from past four days ,even after several calls and reminders , none of the engineers even had audacity to call and troubleshoot problems in internet connectivity, now I am feeling why did I migrate from @ACTFibernet With reference to Service Request NumberSR00001CFII2
