@ACTFibernet Very disturbing. Despite repeated reminders no action to restore broadband which is down for the last 4 days. None should ever go for ACT. Look for alternatives should you need broadband.

@ACTFibernet Your tech team already visited my house. They suggested to move the router to another place. They also said I have to do that myself with the help of an electrician and that ACT cannot help me to move my router. The other option was to get a repeater, which I did, but no use
