    Never use the @ACTFibernet app to renew your subscription for a plan change. I asked renewed for a plan with lesser speed and paid amount showed y app but they failed to effect plan change and harassed me with a view to keep me on the old plan with higher subscription. Frauds

    @ACTFibernet Please expand your service network throughout india i had a connection running in hyderabad which i had to cancel with 3 months recharge still paid in advance but i had to relocate and couldn't relicate the connection to west bengal

We have already registered a complaint and contacted your customer care multiple times, but there has been no response or resolution. This prolonged service disruption is causing serious inconvenience. We request you to restore our internet connection immediately and resolve the issue without any further delay. If this matter is not addressed urgently, we will be left with no option but to escalate the issue and take appropriate action with the concerned regulatory authorities.     @ACTFibernet Times have changed and the present administration and staff decided to shut down the organization by simply driving out the long standing customers out by faulty service and never caring for them. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

    @ACTFibernet - your customer service are using every trick in the book to get me to move from my current plan Blaze. Their fav line is it is not available anymore and customers have to choose the higher package. This is half truth as existing customers can continue on that plan

    Dear @ACTFibernet , there are many frequent internet not working issues and every time, it takes more than 24 hours to resolve it. This causes financial, social, health troubles as nowadays, internet is wholemsole. U must compensate it by increasing days limit in recharge period.

    @ACTFibernet since last three days my internet down raised ticket simply extending ticket and three time called back office after long que waiting 15 to 20 minutes no proper answer I am using act more than 13 years now forcing me to move another service provider
