    @ACTFibernet And am surprised your executive says it might take 24 hours for resolution. Which would mesn I get some 1500 mails by then @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD I haven't had internet for the past 72 hours, and a complaint was raised yesterday - SR10180679769244. I understand there was heavy rain, and I waited for the resolution, but this is testing my patience.

    Very poor experience with @ACTFibernet. I've had no internet for the last 3–4 days due to a router/Wi-Fi issue. Ticket SR11880636732714 was raised days ago, but there has been no response or resolution. Please prioritize and resolve this issue urgently.

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet My Account still reflecting the same Rs. 800 overdue? You teams are just busy closing the tickets but not solving the issues? Can anyone take responsibility and close it completely? Or I will close the issue by closing the account i think then we would completely close the issue

    @ACTFibernet Only advertisement adds forwarded to mail. No stuff related to my payment made in advance on 01.06.2026. Please forward the same if you are having. What is the the problem in acknowledge abd share receipt to my address where the Wi-Fi installed @JM_Scindia @nsitharaman
