@ACTFibernet Do you or your support team or your internet service work? Why do you charge us for the pathetic service of ACT fibernet. I have raised a ticket since 8 hours and there is no single logical response. Are you capable enough? There is no ETR, What is your service level agreement.

@ACTFibernet I have scheduled my Internet shifting one week before and but it’s been two days from scheduled date but shifting is not complete . The service people has left the work midway and after chasing them like anything but such an unprofessional people not responding.

@ACTFibernet I am not gonna recharge anymore to ACTFIBER because your team is useless. If a customer forgot to recharge within your time you will disconnect but even after taking 7 days time but you didn't work for 22 days the customer should accept it. Customer time is useless for u

@ACTFibernet It’s 7.00 pm and still now technician is assigned. Please refund and cancel our subscription. We have complained so many times that our junction box is not maintained properly. I have been patient till no2 and I am done with your service. This is 2 complaint in last 20 days.
