@ACTFibernet @MrCMofKA There must be a account transfer service same like banking, if customer is not happy with a service provider entire money, Data and plan can be transferred to his new selected service provider.i hope in future this will happen.

@ACTFibernet my ACT a/c no : 101564093820 I have been requesting for invoice copy from March 1st to 31st from 5 days but we don’t know why ur not sending. Now we realising that we did a mistaking by taking @ACTFibernet connection. Very poor service. No one responded till now

The issue is solved with a great help from the @ACTFibernet technician (Mr. Madhan V). He travelled a long distance to assist on my urgent requirement. @JioCare your engineer hasn't done anything but closed the ticket already. But I don't want to prolong this conversation longer.

@ACTFibernet provides the most terrible internet service. I’ve been facing connectivity issues every week. Do they have less technicians or receive many complaints that they fail to resolve issues on same day. Does it takes 48 hours to resolve a issue? Switch to Airtel/Jio

@ACTFibernet I serious internet connectivity issues from last two days and I have reopened the ticket SR10264465160964 , they told its fixed but the issue is not resolved , the connection is not at all stable every 10 mins i see connectivity issues . I am missing all my meetings

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet no resolution has been made on this issue that has been pending for weeks now . You take prepaid payments on internet bills and don't refund the amount for unrendered services back to customer as per policy but force the customer to make payments fie discontinuation!
