@ACTFibernet I wanted flixibyte and I did 3 transactions by mistake as your app didn’t respond after payment done. So 2 extra transactions has to be reverted back I have been following since 4 weeks raising many requests there is no refund on the duplicate transactions.Kindly fix

@ACTFibernet There is still no response and it is more than 48 hours?? What kind of customer care is this? The router was picked on 01st October 2022 from my security guard and still I haven’t got the refund. The person who has picked up hasn’t updated from his end. Is that my fault???

@ACTFibernet ticket SR10366179108124 is again raised for complaint, called your technical person, very rude response from him, treat your customer as paid customer not as a freebies customer. The cable issue is 2nd time in this week, are they trained to do job well? Feedback?
