Amit K S (@AmitKS94417393) reported@ACTFibernet Nowadays I face outages every week. Getting not even 100mbps for a 150mbps connection. Guys near Vijayanagar and RPC Layout in Bangalore, please do not opt ACT. Go for @HathwayBrdband which is providing similar service for cheaper price.

Pritam Dey (@pritamdey09) reported from Rājendranagar, Telangana@ACTFibernet Yes,the problem is resolved after approx 48hours of the breakdown.I am fortunate that I was not fired for Monday morning!I wonder,how come a reputed brand like ACT actually took 48hours to resolve an Internet issue?Is it because my area is little remote than Hyd(i.e.,Shamshabad)?

geo peter (@retrogade) reported@ACTFibernet Your agent called me yesterday and I explained the issue to him. He said he would remove the late fee and that it would reflect within a few hours. It's been over 24 hours and the bill amount shows the same.

How do you expect people to WFH if ur connections are down 5 days a month?! Im paying the same monthly bill to my mobile network provider because of this. Whats wrong ACT ?
