    @ACTFibernet It's been two days since I lost connectivity. I have tried to raise multiple service requests but the status is still the same. Your service has gone down the drain and the customer service is awful.

    @ACTFibernet Worst Service Provider in terms of issue resolving and Customer Priority. Every second day there is a fiber cut or cable cut and the issue is not resolved even after 24 hours as promised by Customer Care Executives. Really Pathetic. Learn something from @airtelindia

    @ACTFibernet Getting 9 mbps speed from 3 months. 2-3 days back I raised a complaint & the exec told me that he will send a technician home for wire replacement. After few hrs I got a msg stating that the ticket is closed. I reopened it again but it got closed again. 110000206265

    @ACTFibernet CHANGE MY PLAN TO MONTHLY BASIS I need my plan to be changed to monthly basis effective upcoming billing cycle. Update the changes and send me a new bill. Otherwise will cancel the service
