    @ACTFibernet For 15 days, we have been complaining about the internet issue but nobody is properly supporting us. Our complaint number is SR10152701510270, SR10152894410467 etc… They have the worst customer service.

    @ACTFibernet I wanted to downgrade my plan to ACT starter from ACT basic. Please help and do the needful. Hope you don't say thats only for new customers. Also we should have option downgrade plan in app itself. We have only upgrade
