It's been more than one day. I paid the amount. Now the salesman is ignoring my messages. Pathetic service @ACTFibernet. Pls install the connection by 11:00 AM today else return my money. I will find another ISP. Done with you. ticket no - SR10164155319771

Extremely bad experience with @ACTFibernet. They took payment in one account, activated internet in a different account, and after one month (and despite multiple calls to their call centre to fix this mess they made) suspended the internet saying payment due !! #ACTFibernetWoes

@Venk_SA @ACTFibernet Act customer service is one of the worst service.customer service agents talk so rude with customers and they just cut the call or mute and they don't give reply to customers.They took money for the service and then they said there is no service and not ready to give our money.

@ACTFibernet I had made an advance payment of 6 months expecting better service as was assured to me over pre sales call. Now with this repeated issue it looks grim that I would want to continue with your service. Kindly arrange a call back with a senior from the grievance redressal team
