saiprasad (@saiprasad5591) reported@ACTFibernet you'll keep on changing the resolution time. This is one of the worst services. In the 10 day gap there are 2 service disruptions of more than 24 hours. Faster service. FYI I will not renew further and will end the services by July 2026 as mine is a quarterly plan.

Shriyam Yagnik (@ShriyamYagnik) reported@ACTFibernet there is no response from customer care. Either they redirect to the app (which is useless and glitchy) or they play automated msg. One customer executive said it will take a week. How is that okay???

Meher Siva (@meher_siva) reported@ACTFibernet is the worst service provider you can ever opt. They talk more and do nothing. I paid ₹750 for Amazon Fire stick on 20th April. The same needs to be given with activation within 3 days at max. It's been more than 10 days and no response. Say no to @ACTFibernetHYD

No-SR10180155132472. I don’t know what gimmick this is to fool customers but get your **** together!! Seriously!
