    @ACTFibernet Hi, my ac no is 103011266972. Your junction box is located at our house. Whenever there is a power outage, the connection goes off because backup battery is completely drained. I have contacted ur staff several times but of no avail. Kindly rectify at the earliest.

    @ACTFibernet I've been having an issue with the Internet connection for the past 3 hours?? aggrieved with your customer service exec's replication as he said that It would take a whopping 24 hours to fix the connection. Merely preposterous.
