It's over 9 days now nd SR10180616919614 is yet to be attended. I guess Uguys Rnot bothered about old customers. Nother issue is Uhave not deactivated my old accs.

Around 4 PM, someone finally picked up and had no information because they were working at a different site. Do you only have 2–4 technicians to handle all these issues?

Nilesh Patel (@NileshP28391464) reported@ACTFibernet Whenever a complaint about a disconnection arises, it takes you at least two to four days to fix it, whereas other Wi-Fi companies resolve the same issue within half an hour to an hour. Why is this the case? Why don't you improve your company's service?

Tushar Sharma ( Franky) (@NINJA_OP13) reported@ACTFibernet recently I active my wifi and do recharge but it's almost 5 hours and wifi is still not working. I miss my already 3 meeting and I got delayed in my work so please do something otherwise I will discontinue the wifi.

I dropped mail to the tech lead and escalation team but till not there is no response. Again internet is not working.
