    @ACTFibernet I have sent my details to you. The technician conveniently reinstalled my connection to a place where it doesn't provide internet even in half of my house. My complaint is to relocate it or cut my connection so that I can go with Airtel instead.

    @ACTFibernet Is there any point in doing WFH when you have ACT fibernet? Every week, my wifi goes down and it doesn’t matter what time it goes down, its never fixed that same day!! Raised this ticket 5 hours back, no resolution despite promised to sort by 9 PM. SR11080445550744

    @ACTFibernet such a horrible experience. Paid for a fire stick and waiting since 1 month. Neither customer care nor installation team are taking any action. Ticket SR10280243384397. Seriously one of the worst experiences. I will keep posting about the progress here.

    @ACTFibernet two days back only Internet started working again it’s down from evening today , what’s going on here ? This is totally unacceptable every week or month there is an issue….

    @ACTFibernet Idiots,How many days you will take to fix the issue. Are you not capable of fixing the wiring issues.Whats the use of you guys. There are a lot of problems we are facing with this issue. If not please refund the amount.

    @ACTFibernet App is showing nothing ,yesterday resolution time update 16 hr still no one visit to check issue also no appropriate update in ticket If 1 forget to pay on time you make several followup through app, WhatsApp,sms etc, but on complete no response even after ETR.
