@ACTFibernet my router was damaged today due to lightning. This is the second router which was damaged in the past 2 months. I can’t keep replacing the routers each and every month. Is your network responsible for voltage surge which is damaging the router?

@ACTFibernet After 24+hrs waiting to fix my internet listening to the fake info & promises. Finally made a discussion to disconnect the @ACTFibernet service and go for other SP. Kindly LMK why i want to pay 1298Rs for cancellation when you can't give a proper service? @Balamalladi13

@ACTFibernet Complaint no is SR10366321600124 and still internet is down but ticket is closed. Don’t gimme BS tht customer is not picking, ur engineers r doing the same since last 2 days.

@ACTFibernet ACT consumers w a ACT distribution box at ur home premises, beware ACT will squeeze you & but not relocate the box if it turns out to be inconvenience to you. I am a victim of this atrocity by ACT, struggling to get refund after service disconnection.

A total waste of time,money and energy for WFH employees. This ISP has the most random outages and nobody in ACT cares about it. Unless you raise a request then call them good 2-5 times, they won’t even budge. And don’t even get me started on the Customer Service @ACTFibernet
