    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Your ticket SR10165468843134 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 27-Jul (DD/MM) between 16:00 to 19:30. Team ACT.But the issue has not been resolved yet! Please resolve it and this is a recurring problem make sure it will not repeat.

    @ACTFibernet I raised a ticket yesterday after my internet stopped working. The ETR keeps getting pushed back for no reason. Why is customer service so poor? This kind of downtime is pathetic. Please arrange for a callback ASAP. Ticket number is SR10265474856564

    @ACTFibernet Thankyou For your reply. Even though I call many times to customer service they simply saying we will update the things to technician may be problem on main box, in app it just generates the ticket number no tracking for that ticket. 7845810105, Chennai, Thiruvottiyur.

    It is really disappointment with your service @ACTFibernet-Madurai From last two months 6+ outages. In this week two outages (today also). I am being tired with your team explaining about my dependency on your service. Please watch out on it.. impacting #WorkFromHome and IT BAU
