@ACTFibernet Internet connection(Chennai) was cut during the cyclone Dec 8th night. Still it is not restored. And there is noway to reach customer care. WFH is impacted due to this. And How can I pay the Bill for this month without knowing for certain that it will be fixed??

4 days since my @ACTFibernet connection went down in Chennai. Ticket still open, with no indication of how long it will take to get fixed. All I get is the automated message of "Your ticket is taking longer than expected". No other ISP is so sluggish!

It's been 3 days since Cyclone Mandous has crossed Chennai. Till now @ACTFibernet hasn't resolved our issue. Do understand that since internet issue hasn't been resolved we are under pressure. I've never had such a bad experience with any company at all. (1/3)
