@ACTFibernet disappointed lethargic service. made online enquiry. got 29 phone calls from multiple people for enrolling.Paid 3 months subscription. Now No one bothering to respond nor got the connection. Agressive customer acquisition without support would throw away customer.

You mf’s are getting on my nerves, this has been happening since 18th of August and the cx support associates are straight up asking to close my connection if i don’t want to wait for the issue to be resolved! @ACTFibernet

Hi @ACTFibernet, promised 200 Mbps + mesh routers but no response for 5 days. Why pass full GST burden to customers on 6-month plan? Need resolution or will escalate.

Request anyone to never use @ACTFibernet. There is no connection for 2 weeks and the engineers either dont pick up call or use foul language. Please close my connection and refund me my money for the rest of the days.
