@ACTFibernet Totally disagre with the service providing by ACT becase in a box there r 5 to 6 conection but they resolved in 30hours only our connection not all the rest, I questioned them why r u not connecting the others,repiled came the othr service man will solve but till now no solution.

@ACTFibernet It's ok someone else raised a complaint throught phone in the apartment. Internet had been restored. But seriously pls remove the chatbot n bring back the old system

@ACTFibernet Act is chearer, At the time of installation they offer free router and waive off installation charges, while request deconnection They deduct the charges and still willing to return the router but now not entertaining the request. Raised so many request but no response. Very bad

@ACTFibernet Worst behaviour, its been 3 business days registered for new connection and still you haven’t provided me the connection. You are faster in getting payments done on very first day from customers but not setting up the connection.

@ACTFibernet I opt out for the zee5 subscription for one month. Now every month subscription charge is there with my bill. But subscription is not working. Why is that? I don't need the subscription.
