    @ACTFibernet your franchise is not providing efficient service in our apartment. My internet service isn't been working since Thursday with no fix to it. Your poor customer care IVR has a default announcement "your call position is more than 30". There is no way to escalate issue

    @vinesh1137 @ACTFibernet Same problem with me man, worst internet provider better to switch on airtel or jio these guys does not take our complaints seriously @ACTFibernet firstly learn how to solve issues give training to your engineers and back-end teams and then start a company it's so frustrating

    So unless the issues is being kept on public platform you guys don't even care to respond..the same technician whom I was calling since a week did not attend the call but after posting it here, he stood infront of house and was asking what the problem is @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Your service is moving to worst , having paid for a plan change in your app, your technician is questioning why did you made the payment and asking me to buy a router from outside when router is already included in the plan what kind of service you are providing??
