Paid for 100 mbps but the actual speed received is not even 50 mbps. @ACTFibernet . Complaint raised 4 days back and technician told that its router issue wait for 5 days. Y u r looting money by degrading the speed

Why should i need to keep an raising ticket for every two days, why it is frustrating now? The customer executives has pitched me to take action fibernet now it is frustrating me @ACTFibernet in a single week i have to raise an ticket twice, so i want to cancel my subscription

@ACTFibernet hey my act Fibernet 200 mbps connection just got installed yesterday, I am only getting single SSID connection, my problem is I need 2 SSID one for 2.4ghz band and other 5ghz band. And your technical team is not been a great help to resolve my query, pls help asap 🙏

Every morning sharp at 9 @ACTFibernet is giving trouble every morning I have to raise complaint for them to solve it by 12. It's getting irritating beyond is there any other internet service better in Chennai.
