    @ACTFibernet you guys are just pathetic at treating customers the right way! I took a new ACT connection in HSR, Bangalore just two weeks ago and ever since I have been struggling with frequent internet disconnection and slow speed. I raised 3 requests and been still struggling.

    @ACTFibernet Your engineer/linemen can't be trusted now on.. our cyber security is at great risk. Going to lodge an official complaint with Delhi Police.Have already met DCP South regarding this issue.

    @ACTFibernet worst app designed, raising shifting request is so painfull. Can't even speak to tech support it's all IVR,fooling genuine customers.
