  @ACTFibernet Better refund my money. I haven't used ur service and u can take back ur router and wires. Initially Act guy said u guys use fiber cables and later he installed copper wire & went. Such a bad experience. Never ever I will recommend this stupid broadband to anyone. #ACTFibernet

  @ACTFibernet No Internet for 2 days and counting. Called the customer care over 10 times. False promises to get callback from supervisors 5 times. No one has contacted me yet trying to resolve the issue. No technician as showed up either. Horrible service provider. #actsucks

  @ACTFibernet We have had an outage of 24hrs now, for a broadband company this is ridiculous. How do you justify this to your customers. This has repeatedly occurred for the last few months, and every time its a server problem. How can it not be fixed?

  @ACTFibernet what is your service SAT I never expected from you this type of service every one day after one day you are disconnecting internet for 24 hours when will resolve this issue and worst and you are not providing for free I am paying for you you must give good service
