    @ACTFibernet You guy promised the connection within 24-48 hours and now it’s been more then 10days there is no update. Email has heen sent to your support box, customer care had no solution.

    @ACTFibernet I have shared my details need response immediately I have paid the amount on 29th apr today is May 6th i Dont customer care are simply saying every day please wait for 24 hrs and they repeating every day it's been 1 week even cancellation ticket has raised 3 days ago no response

    Hi @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD this ticket is closed for the 3rd time in a day without any fix SR10156230507152, yesterday I got new connection and from yesterday 9pm I'm unable to use internet, do you ppl even listen to customer complaints?

    @ACTFibernet Raised a Complaint yesterday with SR number 10156201988962 with Expected Resolution: 05/06/2021 by 11:00:00..and till now no one called and no resolution done.

    @ACTFibernet 2 days down. Issue yet unresolved. I agree that the lockdown has its limitations, but the calls to the executives are also unanswered. Can someone please address this soon?
