    @JioCare @JioCare I’m completely disappointed with JioFiber. 56+ hrs without internet and your useless support system still hasn’t restored my connection. Learn from @ACTFibernet they address failures within 24hrs, if unresolved, extend the plan for the outage period. That’s cust. service

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet Please understand the customer’s problem too. What am I supposed to do with such service? Neither are you installing the Wi-Fi nor processing my refund. This is honestly one of the worst service experiences I’ve had.

    I have @ACTFibernet in 3 places right now, I have 2 personal and 1 business account and trust me, I am facing huge amount of issues with business account. Can someone please look into it considering the amount of money I pay you folks is a lot.
