@ACTFibernet Winners in unethical & unprofessional conduct! Masters in hidden charges, Promise fast speed but ensure slowest speed. Champions in generating Service Tickets but ensure zero resolutions. Escalate and more confusion ensues. They're happy to disconnect. Pathetic!

@ACTFibernet hi ACT I have took new connection 10 days before and paid advance rental for 3 months but due to some emergency I need to permanent move to my native and I want to close this connection, I want to know will I get my money refund if I wl close the connection today.

@ACTFibernet Hey cant reach on any of the numbers provided in Contact us page. Can't raise the issue of slow internet from your self serve option in app. How the customer is supposed to report an issue? Why dont you give free text option to raise an issue?

@ACTFibernet I've been getting packet loss & slow internet speed for the last month or so. I've registered multiple complaints in your app, but still the issue hasn't been solved. I'm tired of always registering a complaint, please fix the issue asap or else issue me a refund.
