@ACTFibernet is the worst internet service provider in Hyderabad. From yesterday my internet service got disrupted. 4th time in the last months. Till now this has not been resolved. When u r charging for 24x7 internet service, why not provide service around the clock?

@ACTFibernet May we expect you all to fix the issue in DLF Seemancheri Chennai. We have been facing issue for last two days. It was fixed for one day and now since y’day night it is not working. We have been using year service since 2018, we had never faced such issue earlier.

@ACTFibernet no connectivity for the past 3 days now (70+ hours) at Maa Gokulam Apartments, Seetharampalya, Bengaluru. What is going on? Do you guys understand the urgency of this? Trick customers into paying for long term package and then provide no service. Absolutely pathetic

@ACTFibernet One of the worst response ever.. Internet not working for 2 days and even reached Nodal team but waste of time.Everyone have an instant answer our technical team will resolve. When I ask technical person he is telling that I don't know about this. Idiots

To it everytime I call. Yet the next week it's the same problem. And every time I call the Kannada service is always busy 🙄 @ACTFibernet do you even have a Kannada Customer Care Service? If so, why are there only few of them? Hire more Kannada speaking employees.
