    @ACTFibernet will you stop fooling customers? The internet is not working since past 2 months at Perungudi Chennai and your engineer Mr Venkatesh only wastes time and now he is not responding at all @jagograhakjago how can I raise a complain of cheating and forgery against these

    @ACTFibernet I have all the call recording and what's app chats which I can share if needed . You guys charge fine when there is a 10 minutes delay in payment now you guys make delay in resolving the issue but you still change me full

    It has become common to see electricity vanish at the slightest hint of rain. Now even the internet goes off when it rains. Some responsibility and accountability @ACTFibernet. This is the 3rd time the internet has gone down within a month. I would expect a refund or extension of the duration of the downtime to my plan. That's the bare minimum I'm expecting.

    @ACTFibernet, i have been trying to restore my account and it shows tonpay my dues. My dues are -29.5 which is actually credits but due to your poor design of application it is considering as dues and cannot let me to restore my account. Your customer care people are pathetic
