    When your technician visited, he clearly told me that my CS box has only one connection, and that’s why you are avoiding my issue. How is this fair? Am I not paying like them? This is pure customer discrimination & neglect. @ACTFibernet #ACTFailure #NeedReplyOnThis

    Clearly not a 1–2 day task, yet no urgency, no backup, no communication. Just silence while people working from home are left stranded. A true masterclass in how to turn inconvenience into disaster. Ridiculous service. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet One of the worst service providers these days. It's been 20 days without internet service, inspite of many complaints, no body turned for resolving the issue, and without providing any resolution, they have closed the complaint.

    @ACTFibernet why is it so difficult to reach your customer care? I've been trying to for the last 1 week and it constantly a maze of IVRs or goes into calls which randomly get cut. Is the way you treat everyone? Very frustrating and pathetic service.

    @ACTFibernet The technician hasn't showed up yet and this the new ticket that was created from your end SR10277311130648 which said resolution by yesterday night but no update at all. The technician called and delaying the visit again giving new reasons everytime.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Without checking proper internet restoration at the place why u have closed the case & when will U restore the internet. What is your deadline to resolve the issue. If it is not possible at your end plz let us know to chng Internet Service Provider.

    @anikethdesai @ACTFibernet They themselves don't know how long it'll take, bro. they said 48hrs, it's been 22 days and the ground team have no idea how far the wires are cut and they have no clue how long it'll take for them to fix this. Better switch.
