    My connection has already been disconnected at my request, yet I'm being asked 2 pay the full month's charges. Why should I pay for the days the service wasn't working nd my complaints went unanswered? I expect a waiver for the outage period nd a revised final bill. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Because of the extremely poor experience and the unprofessional handling of my request, I have asked for the cancellation of my new connection under Complaint No. SR10281329567325. Please confirm when I will receive a full refund of the amount I paid.

    @ACTFibernet But will you be able to resolve the issue by 1 pm today as mentioned in the app? It's been a day without the internet and you think only saying sorry will make things better? How am I suppose to work without the internet?

    @ACTFibernet Your services are really frustrating now. In the past three days almost 3-4 times Internet has stopped working. Your operator come and fix then it’s gone again. Today I raised a ticket around 12:30 pm and at 7:12 pm I am told they will see the issue etc….
