    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet worest connection this is the 3rd time internet issue facing, I think u people close ur fiber net and sit at home ,every time due to your internet issue my office is deducting my rs 2000 salary per day ru going to give me ? Worest connection

    @ACTFibernet The box was taken just now and I got a call just to refund my 750 which I have paid for box back to me after 5 to 7 working days So who will pay for delay happened from your side If a customer didn't pay for 2 days u will penalize them how can u ignore for customer the same

    Hey @ACTFibernet , I took a 3-month 400Mbps plan worth ₹4779 last month. Your executive promised monthly invoices, but I’m only getting a 3-month consolidated invoice in the app. He’s not answering calls, and there’s no option to raise a ticket either. Worst customer support!

If you cannot close this today please tell me steps to close the account @airtelindia can you put me touch with your reps ?

    @Rafi_mohammed1 @ACTFibernet Act services always take min. 24hrs to solve the issue. We have shifted to airtel fibernet it's good at the same price.

    I got @ACTFibernet in ahmedabad and it's worst! I'm having 75mbps plan and I'm getting around 30. When I asked engineer, he said your router is downstairs so you won't get full speed upstairs. I know that i won't get full speed, but atleast 60-70 would be fine.
