@ACTFibernet A generic response wouldn't work here. The unavailability of wifi is causing me approx 3000rs per day, are you willing to compensate that? I'm sure you are not capable to do it. What you can do is , reactive my service immediately else give me a specifc ETA for it.

Pathetic service stay away from ACT internet. I have been suffering for 3 days now. They have no ground crew. As long as you internet is working, it is fine. As soon as something happens on the ground, you are screwed. There is 1 lineman for a whole town.@ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet Hi, Is there any update? I still see the ETR is mentioned as 3 June 8:45 AM. I spoke to customer care executive and I was promised that I will get a call back and this issue would be resolved today. So far I see the ticket is still not updated and also not received call from ACT.

@ACTFibernet I am getting 4mbps speed for a 300mbps speed subscription. We tried talking to the customer care. Not only was he trying to dodge the issue but also cut the call without listening to our issue.
