    @ACTFibernet How long? Since 10 days is your team working on new invoice??? Now I demand compensation for the inconvenience caused from past 10 days and it is not an acceptable service for a customer who is a decade old with ACT.

    @ACTFibernet easily has the worst cx. There's no way to actually reach a human agent, you'll have to wait for hours on end and still there'd be no response. The support bot doesn't have all the options. If any of you are considering to go for ACT, please don't.
