    @ACTFibernet last week internet was not working for 3 days. Got resolved after lots of follow up. Today again internet not working. How many days follow up needed this time?

    @dp_satish @ACTFibernet Act fibernet is the most automated customer care . They resolve issues very quickly . Btw I am not a act employee or a bot

    @ACTFibernet fraud alert: it's been more than 3 weeks now, since I cancelled your connection and no refund has been processed yet. Your refunds team don't reply to emails, your customer care executive cut the calls and there is no call back!!!
