    @gayatri008_16 @ACTFibernet Broadband is not as your mobile network Some times if any lines disconnected it takes time to fix Always it can't be fixed in 1 hour or 2

    @ACTFibernetHYD earlier. This is completely misleading and unprofessional. I’ve now requested a refund, and customer support says they will update in 2 days. Very disappointed with the service and false commitments. @ACTFibernet please resolve this ASAP.

    @ACTFibernet eluru It has been 3days since I opened Ticket SR10679633945714 with,and I am still met with silence.I need this escalated to a supervisor today.This is not how you treat loyal customers. #Worstservicebyact will not recommend to others. Plz solve the issue in an hour.

    @ACTFibernet renews tomorrow. I tried to cancel 2 days back but you team cancelled that request saying we will solve the issue but today they denied Hence cancel my plan effective today and refund the amount paid for the subscription

    Very disappointed with ACT Fibernet. Set-top box not available,and even Amazon Fire TV Stick is still not installed after many follow-ups. Service is very poor. No value for customers. If not resolved soon,I will cancel my connection. @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD
