    @ACTFibernet same issues occuring again after just one day. Line disconnect at time between meetings and work. Pls provide the proper solution. Anyone can be pissed over a month... 😠

    @ACTFibernet hello, how to raise a complaint regarding slow speed ? The chat bot in the app doesn't have this function. I can only raise that it isn't working but not slow speed. Have to work from home so pls resolve asap.

    @ACTFibernet Still waiting to get my broaband shifted to new place and your field team has not contacted me yet, I have called several times to customer support and they have been asking to wait for another 24 hours. This has been going on since 5th june. I am losing patience.

    @ACTFibernet Hey!! I have been using Act-103191632543 for more than a year now.. Now I am shifting from Chennai to Coimbatore. When enquiring about shifting request, I got to know from customer care that again I have to take a new connection instead of shifting request. Pls check

    @ACTFibernet We have just purchased a 6 month plan and were assured by the sales team Karthik S and customer care that within 2 days we'd have the set up completed. Now we are being ignored by him on calls & getting standard responses on calls and emails. Anyone to help??
