Also receiving mails that my account is prone to late payments when every payment for the last 6 since have been before time. No response to my mails.   @ACTFibernet Okay, so for a month it worked and now again since yesterday no internet in my area, not just me but few of other people as well who uses act. Last time it took 12 days to fix, and we didn't changed the ISP. This time I'm not sure how much more it is going to take.

  @ACTFibernet the internet is down since morning and when I opened a ticket SR10181184558624 the eta to resolve is suddenly tomorrow evening? What kind of utter nonsense is this? How can working professionals do their job with this extremely unreliable network.Totally unacceptable
