  @ACTFibernet How act calls back to customer, They dial the customers register number, As soon as it rings they disconnect. They don't even allow customer to attend the call they are that fast. Result: We tried calling customer, Customer didn't attend call Ticket Resolved Hurray!

  @geekyranjit @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD My experience with ACT has been totally opposite. I'm using it since past 7-8 yrs. Customer issue resolution is quite quick. Also they proactively send intimation if there are any issues with their network along with an ETA

  @ACTFibernet has worst customer service in #madurai from day 0, daily interruptions and uninformed slowdowns. Currently one of my friend got his internet disconnected. Tried several times for support but no use. Came to the decision for cut down.

  @ACTFibernet one of the worst customer service and closes complaints as resolved without even calling. Commitment made by one customer service personnel is negative by other and his/her`s by the next. Most untrustworthy

  missed call from some Ravin Naik...called him multiple times but he never picked up....#ACTFIBERNET SERVICE SUCKS...DONT HAVE ANY SLA.. NO PENALTY...POOR INTERNET....

  @ACTFibernet you are not attending to my complaint regarding the bill amount. You need to make a reduction of 600 Rs ( 100 Rs / month) in my half yearly bill. Pl do needful.

  @ACTFibernet billing issue , double charges have been asked for reconnection, after explaining everything ticket has been closed with out my confirmation. Really struggling with the behavior of the executives while interacting.Reopened the request to get help.
