    What a poor service from @ACTFibernet. Internet has been disconnected for almost a week now. Made a call to their support team everyday and I hear the same response that it'll be fixed. They even went ahead and closed the support ticket TWICE saying its fixed without fixing.

    @ACTFibernet how much trouble a customer needs to go through to update the address, even after shifting the connection 1 years back. The customer care takes ages to connect to a agent.

    @ACTFibernet No internet for last 4 days.There is no resolutions showing about when internet will be restored. Technicians are not picking up the calls when tried to enquire about the issue. I never faced internet outage for more than 4 days SR10163464523784

    @ACTFibernet Your engineer came and checked. But it's worked only for 15 Hour's. After that the same problem is repeating again and again. It's just like a hell. How can we go further in work with this kind of internet.
