    @ACTFibernet Currently, ping is normal, getting 12ms to Chennai. But it goes up to 27-30 very often, and stays like that for many hours. Will update if I have the same issue again.

    @ACTFibernet No internet for past 4 days and when I called customer care,he said that it's perfecly fine as he can see through his system.I am the vella,who don't have any work and only want to chat with your agents with false claims.I am sorry that I expect resolution from you.

    @ACTFibernet This issue is now happening everyday. Last Friday I didn't have internet for 6 hours and now again today the internet is gone. Really pathetic service @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet The calling centre people shows very rude behaviour, they don't pass your resolution and provide any update and are unfit for the job. @ACTFibernet
