@ACTFibernet After multiple attempts to first relocate, then disconnect, the connection was finally taken off a month ago but no refund has come for the 6 months that I paid for in advance. Worst service!

@ACTFibernet DISGUSTING. FOR 3 MONTHS YOU SLEEP OVER OUR COMPLAINT/TICKET NO. SR10263680841210. REMEMBER IF NOT RESOLVED IMMIDIATELY SANGEETHA APARTMENT ASSOCIATION (SAOA) MAY EVEN DECIDE TO TERMINATE THE ARRANGEMENT WITH ACT & ASK RESIDENTS TO GO OTHER FIBER NET OPERATORS
