    @ACTFibernet Hi could you please justify your poor service and response for a new connection Ref Work Order WO101800795160. Payment was done 3 days back with assurance of getting installation done in 24 hrs. I just keep on chasing and no response at all neither the refund.

    @ACTFibernet No update till now! How pathetic can the service get? Resolution time was april 22nd and today is??? And you folks are still not making progress or efforts to resolve!

    @ACTFibernet I am writing to inform you that my internet has been down for over a day, and the issue remains unresolved. Although the ticket estimated a resolution by 7:30 PM on May 6th, I still have no connection. Ticket - SR10380141565434 Looking for your support
