  @ACTFibernet SR10281184908864, frequent disconnection and raising request takes ages to complete. From evening 5PM there is no internet and resolution is for the next day? I regret switching to Act from airtel. I thought airtel was bad with service request , act is worst.

  @ACTFibernet I had requested a disconnection, but the issue is with the way it has been handled. My active paid plan had remaining validity, and I need clarity on the status, settlement of the remaining period, and why it was marked as “CX/HT Permission.”

  @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet, a cut overhead cable near my house was fixed in just 30 minutes. However, I was subjected to a 24-hour internet outage for this. This is poor customer service.

Also receiving mails that my account is prone to late payments when every payment for the last 6 since have been before time. No response to my mails.   @ACTFibernet Based on my experience, I cannot recommend ACT Fibernet to anyone. If this is how they treat customers who have already paid for their service, think twice before choosing ACT. I hope no one else has to go through such an experience. #ACTFibernet #PoorCustomerService #Broadband

  Has @ACTFibernet forgotten to resolve customer issues? It's been 3 days and no resolution on SR10181144207454. Everyday there is a new resolution time and surprisingly resolution time is always after 7 30 PM, after the customer care hours are closed!

  @ACTFibernet How can ACT disconnect the internet of a customer with an active, fully paid plan and give that connection to someone else? Who authorized this? This is completely unacceptable and a misuse of customer service.
