@ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet ridiculous network service from your end. I have to restart my router more than I use this Internet. Seriously considering getting rid of them. Even after the service guy informed me that the issues is resolved I’m facing network issues.

It’s been 10 days without internet in Hyderabad and ACT Fibernet has still not restored the service. No proper updates, no communication, nothing at all. We’ve registered a complaint (Ticket ID:SR10176707393914) but there has been no response.. #ACTFibernet #InternetOutage

10 days of repeated calls, but not a single proper answer from ACT Fibernet customer care. Most of the time, no one even picks up the phone. Their so called “support team” has been absolutely pathetic.. Such a horrible experience..@actfibernet #internetoutrage
