Some pathetic TAT on a relocation request from @ACTFibernet in Hyderabad. 10yrs of association finally comes to an end as i chose another local operator for Internet Services. No point promoting service and spending crores in marketing when you cant serve existing customers #fail

@ACTFibernet Awesome!! This words I'm listening since few years but no resolution. It's taking 3 to 7 days to resolution after follow-up with multiple times. So we don't want such service provider. Pay me back my amount we will choose different ISP.

@ACTFibernet Assuming their policy no mid-month change (though never communicated), they should change our plan from Jun 1st. They would not and give no guarantee that it will be changed from Jul also. 3/n
