@ACTFibernet : internet is not working since 2 hours. Reason given is there is a powercut in the area where the box has been kept. Ups backup gives only 2hours. Shouldn't this be handled from your end? This is happening 2nd time this week.

@ACTFibernet customer service/communication has gone from bad to worse. Tickets get closed without response or resolution in a hurry to enter a number in day report. Executives are unreachable on calls & emails. It's best to wind up operating where you can't serve the consumers.

Highly disappointed by the service of @ACTFibernet in Bangalore. In every 2 weeks the internet is out of service specialy in weekend. This is happening 2nd time in a this month. Raised the complainant in morning only SR10252094717822 but no resolution yet.

@ACTFibernet what a shitty service! Service guys switch off their mobiles and don’t respond. Service was supposed to be done in 7 days and still no resolution. A bunch of non-professionals!

@ACTFibernet My issue is not resolved, refund has not been processed but the refund ticket was closed. I need immediate call back. It’s really ridiculous. I need call back from the refund team.

@ACTFibernet I am facing issues during power outages. ACT Fibrenet is fully dependent EB power. If EB power fails anywhere in your area it totally goes down. Please go for better ISPs than ACT Fibrenet.
