Even inhave asked the team to ask someone senior to give a call but till now no resolution. This is really disappointing.

Complaint SR10379879346170 has been reopened again — this is the 5th/6th disconnection in just 20 days. This is unacceptable. I need a permanent solution, not repeated temporary fixes. It was then pushed to today 10 AM, now it’s 1:30 PM and still not resolved. I frequently face the same problem always please look into it

I paid an amount of 1200 for the April month, then my service was suspended with a new bill, with due on April 10. Very unfair trade practice by act internet. Why false commits
