    @ACTFibernet used monthly plan in Nov'24 and March'25, wanted to use again but ur local team in Ahmedabad denied reconnecting n forced me to take either 6 month plan or rechrge monthly plan for 2 month. They r not refunding my deposit after giving router even after 2 weeks. Help!

    @ACTFibernet Yesterday evening your customer service executive Santosh assured to send a technician within an hour. It’s been more than 18 hours and your technician hasn’t shown up. Internet isn’t working of course. Why don’t you return my money and let me get out?

    @ACTFibernetHYD A complaint had been registered on 06 Jun 2025 evening for internet connection issues. None of the technical team contacted me till now to check and address the network issues. A pathetic service by @ACTFibernet. I had tried to reach out customer care. No response

    @ACTFibernet 103757351096 | new connection booked with chennai ACT Sales guy (Balamurugan) committing installation yesterday(6th Jun) after payment he ignoring me. Send all proof to helpdesk mail. Installation was assured yesterday. Please cancel my CAF & refund me Rs.3805
