Dear ACT fibernet , your service is horrible . I have been raised tickets to solve issue on internet when the power is going off , each time you resolve a ticket but no resolution . Is this what we get for the money we pay ? @ACTFibernet 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

@ACTFibernet I have 3 connection from you guys, when there is a power outage, back for the connection only last 1hr, where has few years ago you have installed higher capacity battery and were giving 4 hours of backup, I'm considering changing providers

@ACTFibernet It's not even a week again we are facing the same issue of internet problem I have raised a complaint request I hope they will figure it soon. SR10167541643804. Last time they good 4days to resolve the issue and I got warnings from my employer as I work from home. @ACTFibernetHYD

Fed up with their delays and service, requested to cancel my New Connection request. Even after Multiple calls and followups , @ACTFibernet still have not refunded my registration fees.
