    @ACTFibernet such a pathetic experience with act connection shifting. I have been a customer since 7 years. I requested for a connection shifting 15 days back and nothing has been done. Customer care keeps giving same update that it will be done today. Reference:SR10279526234294

    .@ACTFibernet there is an issue with your service once every 2 weeks, do you realise people need internet to work from their homes? When I raise a ticket you tell me you'll only resolve it at 9pm. Absolutely terrible service every single time.

    8 days, no internet, no resolution — worst experience ever. Raised a complaint with ACT Fibernet and still no technician visit or proper update—just “will be resolved soon” messages. In 2026, internet isn’t optional. This delay is unacceptable and affecting my work. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Your ACT Fibernet ticket no SR11079755958424 has been reopened. You can track the status using the ACT Fibernet app. Team ACT Above message ticket not closed for more than 24 hours. After years of service from ACT They seem to have become very arrogant . I give up.
