@ACTFibernet So basically after asking to share details on DM, you’re just back to not following up the matter at all. Just like what your Customer care operators have been doing for 24 hours. What’s even the point of this? I haven’t received a single update on DM.

@ACTFibernet I have connectivity issue since 4 months. I have been complaining again again, the service will be activated by on one the engineers and later it goes off once in every two days. After register the complaint, this takes 3 to 4 days for the solution. SR10156877675642.
