    @ACTFibernet after using their internet service since march 2020 i disconnected my internet on 13 june & my only request was that kindly return security deposit to the account which i wanted, they said no problem share your bank account we will do it.Their fraud agent Vineet kr.

    @ACTFibernet Sarita Vihar area in Delhi 110076 does not have internet service for 5 days. Terrible customer care giving fake resolution promises. When would you ever resolve this?

    @ACTFibernet its been more than 24 hours sicne the internet stopped working there has been no response nothing...this is very bad service...will it be another 24 hours or how many days shpuld we wait for the issue to be resolved

    @ACTFibernet Now I too can say it’s a deceitful service. Internet/wifi gone for fifth day now in a row. All bogus assurances of resumption giving a time range , only to fail successfully. Six months advance paid, waiting to quit once my subscription ends in July first week.

    @ACTFibernet How come airtel, Jio and other service providers in the area restored the service yesterday itself. I guess there was some broken wires and they rectified.. U guys doing some rocket science to rectify or what??your executive not even turned up from last 24 hours ro rectify

    @ACTFibernet I have been struggling for the last week with my Internet connection. Which type of service you guys are providing if one ticket you are not able to close in a week. Frustrating and disappointing.
