    @ACTFibernet Why do I need to pay for a STATIC IP, I don't need a static IP, you can give me dynamic IP, If you network design has limitations why should I bear the cost for it? Please address this asap, I happened to spoke to billing team as well. Result: No resolution given.

    @ACTFibernet All other ISP are giving port forwarding for free, What's so special with your network that I need to pay for port forwarding? Your ticket resolution and response times are also pathetic when compared to other ISP why should I pay for STATIC IP?

    @ACTFibernet still the query remain unaddressed and complaint has been closed saying query has been addressed, this is the standard of service act that offering to customers giving a false statements and making fool of customers worst company pathetic service

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Why does your agents on phone call provide wrong information to the customers? I have raised a concern and next day ticket closed & upon checking with the agent he said issue resolved whereas, it hasn't.
