    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD I am stephen from yadammanagar, DairyFarmRoad, Sec-Bad. Recently our apartment management and nearby ActFiber management had a disagreement about money payment for power and now we are asked to change the internet provider Can anything else be done?

    Pathetic @JioCare @reliancejio. Made a big mistake switching to Jio. planning to go back to @ACTFibernet. Jio customer care should learn from ACT on resolution time.

    @ACTFibernet Hello No:SR10266976406044 On 1st Feb 2023 did the advance payment for 6 months and on 3rd Feb from 12 noon the connection is down.. *How annoying!!* How unstable and unreliable Is your service. Compensate for loss of business Get the internet restored quickly.

    @ACTFibernet pathetic service in #Ahmedabad. Every day your network is down for an hour randomly. Even if you raise ticket, it’s of no use. Switching to another service provider soon. #pathetic #broadband

    @ACTFibernet is the biggest fraud. Mandatory 2-3 days of no internet every month. Worst customer service, no quick resolution. Loved the Jiofiber connection. Will raise a consumer complaint against ACT. @JioCare please help me in activating the Jiofiber connection. #ordeal

    @ACTFibernet SR10266978871244 This is supposed to be resolved by 9 pm today. There has been no internet since 4 pm. I called the customer care before it was informed to me that it will be fixed between 8 pm - 9 pm. May I know the exact ETA and stop giving false commits time.

    @ACTFibernet you have the worst possible customer service. Moved me from Lighting to Giga Plan which costs (3x) on their own. Sent Bill for Giga Plan. On complaining customer support accepted it was their mistake but still they never sent the actual corrected bill.

    @ACTFibernet Worst experience ever. Ticket open since 13 days. Problem yet to be resolved. Paid ₹8318/- for the next month's but charging ₹1300 again and have been sending invoices everyday asking me to pay the amount immediately. Misleading information provided everytime
