    It has been 5 days since internet has been affected and the only way in which we can connect with @ACTFibernet is through a chatbot. There is no way we can escalate the issue and the link to call the engineer is consistently engaged!

    @amjadullabaig @ACTFibernet Thy wll nt contact u bcz internet must nt be working in ur area. just to trap u, thy made u pay for the connection. I am using their services and internet is down from past 10 days. File a police complaint and make them run.
