    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet let me know the process for termination of your services. Or else you will see a proper public grievance . The worst support ever seen. You have to pay the penalty for taking the amount upfront and this is big scam.

    @Soham_Chakradeo @ACTFibernet These guys are useless, offering pathetic service for a premium price, after over a week of patients, i through away all their equipment and got a better service provider... You should do the same

    @ACTFibernet Not at all acceptable! Internet these days is the need of the hour, not restricted to entertainment, likr in case of the past. Breakdown for almost 24 hours, not only affects the day-to-day chores, but also gives a sense of disconnect. @ACTFibernet handling the issue callously

    @ACTFibernet My service request SR11081127987744 has remained unresolved since 11 July. My internet has been down for the last 4 days, and each day the resolution timeline is simply extended without any actual progress.

    @ACTFibernet I am always facing internet issue and i have raised a complaint still i am issue is not resolved if this sceniario happens i will quit the service and go for other internet services SR10181149037714 please look into the issue and fix it or i will change the service
