    @ACTFibernet The issue is resolved now but I am not happy with the overall time taken to resolve the issue. 25 hours is a lot. I demand service extension by a day for this huge delay in resolving the issue.

    @ACTFibernet Clearly not much effort is being put to fix this. It's been 24 hours and I have called 3-4 times already. All of em give the same reply or act extremely nonchalant. This is not like a one time thing. This happens every month. The moment you get the money nobody cares anymore.

    @ACTFibernet Such poor service in New Delhi. Payment taken for connection on 11 August and still awaiting installation. Wasted my time yesterday and now today. ACT Delhi Saket engineer Vipin doesn't respect anyone's time. And today also he says he needs 2 -3 more days

    @ACTFibernet SR10261034964642, 2days since the issue, still not resolved , what is worst is your customer service rep don't even know the meaning of customer service, please listen to the call and check how the conversation was, if you have employees like this who are unsatisfied

    @ACTFibernet Does it make any sense to talk yours representatives? How many times I said it's fibre cut @TRAI, ACT service is worst, they take 24 and 48 hours for granted to fix any issues. And they says, it's TRAI policies. How many issues are allowed to ACT in a week or month?
