@ACTFibernet what a ****** service… WiFi is not working from afternoon and my issue is not resolved even after multiple follow-ups… why you’re charging for thirty days when you’re providing services for 24 to 25 days in a month.

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet There has been no internet connectivity for over 1 day after ACT’s field visit, during which the junction box was removed and the connection was not restored and no resolution yet. SR10378602423305 / SR10378740844394 Requesting immediate restoration or refund.

@ACTFibernet Also, I do not want any callback from your sales agent. I know @ACTFibernet not your sales agent who made the false promises to me. Also, i got a call from one of your customer agent as well, he was very abusive and disrespectful. @excitel_rocks is the best in my area.

One of the worst services ever by @ACTFibernet Your agents and your customer service team is the worst. Your sales agents makes false promises before selling the plan. Once it's installed, your EGO and Monopoly comes.

Extremely disappointed with @ACTFibernet. Executive Ajay Kumar was responsive till payment. After installation, facing speed issues. Service engineer Dinesh confirmed mesh required but now both are unresponsive. Please cancel my connection, take back device & refund immediately.
