    @ACTFibernet I have reopened the ticket. Hope commonsense prevails. All I am asking is sending me in writing on whatever is being told on phone, if they can't address it. If they are not willing to write down whatever they are saying,it means they are not truthful.

    @ACTFibernet Still waiting. Today is the last day of before my connection is disconnected. I have no problem in switching to jio if you are not interested. Rare imstance when a customer want to stick to a particular internet provider but company is not interested. Lol

    That's the reason I'm using @ACTFibernet It's one of the best in terms of Service in Hyderabad. But even I did face some downtime here and there but I beleive it's base plans should increase the speeds.

    @JioCare @JioCare I am sure you cannot compensate our business loss that we have gone through the last 4 days. You have never even bothered to address this issue last 4 days. At least give our money back and disconnect the internet today. We have already got @ACTFibernet to install today

    @ACTFibernet Finally paused the services of @ACTFibernet temporarily by keeping it under safe custody; and then you start receiving calls from their support team, sir we will resolve all issues, keep it active; but then lessons should be thought the hard way
