    @ACTFibernet the worst support when it comes to shifting homes. The executive Firstly comes 1 day late secondly starts with saying he can't take the connection from internally quoting technicality.

    @ACTFibernet What's going on ? "Dear customer, it's taking longer than expected to resolve your ticket. Revised timeline is 11-Aug(DD/MM) 19:30 to 21:00. Team ACT" When will this be done ? Other agencies are not sending me links to switch my broadband for a seamless connection.

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet I have no pending dues, yet my internet has not been working for the last 5 days. I’ve been repeatedly contacting your support team with no resolution. This is extremely frustrating and the worst service experience I’ve had with #ACTFibernet.
