    @ACTFibernet worst customer service ever! I have called so many times yet didn't connect to supervisor/ manager. It's over 2 weeks and the internet issue is not yet resolved. tech guy ask to call customer service and customer service ask to wait for tech guy to come. Pathetic.

    @geekyranjit @varunkrish Agreed.... Their (ACT) service has become trash now a days.. it disconnects all the time... it's been happening from past 2 months now but.. nothings changed.. @ACTFibernet

    . @ACTFibernet it's been almost 3 days of no WiFi. The issue got resolved for exactly 4-5 hours and we're back to ground zero. I've raised a SR and also called your customer care.

    @chandra3789 @HathwayBrdband It happens with all networks like #jiofiber #ACTFibernet. I don't know what is their strategy. They close the complaint without contacting us.
