    @ACTFibernet you are keeping on increasing the prices with the same ****** service, my internet connection goes off at-least twice a month, if not more. It’s high time I make a switch to other service providers who offer more value to their customers.

    @ACTFibernet you have installed a box in my house assuring me that every month I get a rebate of Around 59₹. This rebate has never been credited to my account unless I call . When I call asking for the rebate of last 6 months I get a rebate for 1 month ? Why are you cheating?

    @ACTFibernet HELLO i raised a request to downgrade my internet plan but customer care executives are keep ignoring and doesn't have any option in app itself They said it would get downgraded in 48 hours after 96 hours also showing the same thing and my ticket is still in pending

    @ACTFibernet , i have had the connection from act for the past 6 months and there not been a month without an outage which lasts more than 24 hours, i have followed up with ur cc on sr10253270772642 without a resolution. Anyvone looking into it? eta?
