    @ACTFibernet ...pathetic after sales service. Once you get the conenction thats it they wont help to fix any issue . I have signed up for 250 MBPS and I get only 70 MBPS .....tried contacting customer service but no resolution. Pathetic ...would recommend no one to sign up

    @ACTFibernet You need to take this very seriously. Very poor service and quality of installation if this happens two days after a repair and happens every 15 days. @airtelindia @reliancejio take note how your competition is fairing so poorly. #customerservice

    @ACTFibernet Please help as soon as possible... When v visit the customer center.. either there is no one at center or they ask us to wait. This kind of service is not expected. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet @ShriyaVani A call back will never happen ...they just take your money and give an MBPS of 60 and i am paying for 250 MBPS...they promised to fix it and give a call....till now nothing has happened ...a bunch of unsruplous team who dont care about the customer ...SR11063332406476
