    .@ACTFibernet It must take a high level of delusion to send customers repeated mails to refer you to other customers when they have had 2 days of downtime with no resolution/response! Shame on you

    @ACTFibernet please help me in resolution for this ticket #SR10279997225012. It has been more than 48 hrs. No one has come to install the router yet nor picking the call. Is it so much difficult to get an internet connection in Bangalore for last 3 days ?

    @ACTFibernet We signed up yesterday for a 100 Mbps connection (CAF 102800585515) & paid 3 months in advance. Promised installation yesterday or today by Navya (97408 31843). Since then, there has been no response to calls/WhatsApp. Customer support escalation also unresolved.

    @ACTFibernet @mkchiranjeevi So you won't respond until one publicizes the issue on social media. Is this the accountability. You'll send dozens of reminders for paying the bill on time. Why won't you take accountability in fixing at the right time. Mine i have lost 2 days of service for 3 month plan

    @ACTFibernet No internet from 3.30 pm, almost every month I face some issue with the connection what a pathetic service are you providing. Resolve the same.

    Update. Some technician from ACT installed the fiber. After about 10-15 mins, the internet stopped working. Raised a service ticket and waiting since forever. @ACTFibernet
