    @ACTFibernet The Team just visited and mentioned there is no “main box” around - he went back and said we need to fix a main box first for which team will call and visit tomorrow.

    @ACTFibernet Act a/c 102804998602 I don't want your service please I'm tired now i want my money back. Your service team is so worst i can't deal with them in my work time. I bought your network for my mom and now I'm regretting for that decision.

    @ACTFibernet I have been following up with ACT on an open case SR10380613665854.Have sent details & my location map in DM.ACT Engineer spoke promising to reconnect but it was not done despite repeated follow up.I have GX installation & have NO dues.Need HELP/connection URGENTLY.

    @ACTFibernet I am facing continuous internet issues since many days. I have raised SR10280632329814 but no action has been taken. System is not allowing me to open new ticket. Customer care is non responsive and giving vague responses. Please check.

    @ACTFibernet I have a very important meeting at 8:00 pm tonight my work depends on it, Is this how you resolve issues. I'll use your internet until the end of my plan and will switch to another operator and never ever return back to ACT Fiberner. Pathetic, disgrace, unethical
