    @ACTFibernet U put a tag leading internet provider in India but I guess u need to change it by the way of customer experience u r giving. Customer support team assures me multiple times that my account will be active and not get disconnected until my validity period but suddenly

    @ACTFibernet ACT customer service is the worst service its been more than a week we are following up with them no one is coming to fix the issue they will just cal and tell will come in 30min is this the way u serve ur customer we have 6months plan

    @ACTFibernet - I signed up for your service in Coimbatore, paying upfront for 6 months. My account has been suspended thrice in a couple of months for non-payment of some mythical balance. This is a joke!! #customerexperience

    @ACTFibernet Public shaming too has no effect on you! Req reinstall of broadband, ur man came,saw, fiddled a bit, told us connection will happen in 1 hr, left. Now no connection, but got the msg issue resolved, service chgs added to next month bill. What kind of SCAM is this?
