    @ACTFibernet @ConsumerFF ACT service/field team is raising false information on ticket that customer needs reconnection and ticket is being close without informing the customer. And suddenly the refund or pickup is not getting done. And finally it’s done. And we are still waiting for our money

    @ACTFibernet there was no follow up since morning, earlier when i had @airtelindia broadband they used to resolve issues within an hour.

    @ACTFibernet Act Fibernet account 101003959349 of Sai AE Broadband is not working for the past 2 hours. No response to complaint from Act Fibernet. Bill paid three days ago via Order ID: 407-2704380-0659516. Poor service... 👎👎👎
