    @ACTFibernet almost 24 hrs since i opened the ticket, no one has responded yet, contacted the act representative still no response. Hopefully you won't extend the time mentioned on the ticket and be a pathetic service

    @ACTFibernet Your bot is so broken it needs 2 tweets to send a template response, yet still can’t provide a date. It’s been 5 days. Give me a concrete installation slot by today evening, or cancel this connection, process my full refund & I will be filing a formal complaint on @jagograhakjago

    @ACTFibernet In Lucknow , why engineers request us to not raise ticket and call them to get your issues sorted and when you call them without raising ticket they often take 24 hours to react. All needed to do a router config which hardly takes 10mins MAXIMUM

    @ACTFibernet gigabit network down for 4 hours with no response in Chennai. ETA on automated ticket is 24 hours. Brilliant

    @Airtel_Presence You have only addressed my issue, no solution has been provided yet. No one has contacted me directly from Airtel regarding this issue. I think its in my best interest to move to @JioCare or @ACTFibernet at this point. Pathetic service.
