Then I called the helpdesk to cancel it and even after cancellation a partial amount needs to be paid from my end. Tickets get auto‑closed, callbacks never happen, and even basic service quality isn’t maintained. Customers deserve better, would not recommend this provider. #worstservice

Gopal Iyengar (@gopiye) reportedI lodged a complaint for the non working of ACT WiFi at my residence in Chennai on 23 July. The service engineer checked the instrument and suggested that the router needs replacement. It's more than a week now and the router has still not been replaced. @ACTFibernet
