    @ACTFibernet i want to downgrade my plan , I have tried talking to customer care they are unable to do the same after multiple attempts please downgrade my plan and change it status to active from suspension. Ac no. 110441443785. Please do the needful asap.

    @ACTFibernet No call till now. Please resolve the issue asap. I don't want a 6 months plan , i would like to pay on monthly basis and Rs.700/- has been already credited to your account please downgrade my plan and send me the link for balance i will do the same immediately.

    @ACTFibernet Thank you got the issue resolved it was fault my bill was due and it was semiannual plan with 2 months free so missed to pay the bill. On paying the bill got the speed back
