@ACTFibernet Dear ACT team of lucknow, I guess this is not the way to make your customer's in lucknow. Your business team is taking advance payment from customers commiting for installation on the very same day but unfortunately 5 days has passed.

@ACTFibernet , service down from morning in tirupati. Grievenece request raised and it says it takes 48hrs. Could. It track this even in the app. Why so long to resolve? This happens every one two months . Pl look into his asap

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD I raised a account relocation request last month and I still dint even get a call regarding that and bloody I have to pay freaken 1150rs per month and I have to work from home..don’t you guys have any responsibility for your customer ?
