@ACTFibernet Past 2 weeks following up,with 100 of calls no resolution at all sir,please consider me as one of valuable custome using ACT 10 +years,but problem still pending sir , no moved even one step ahead also,how many hours of customer care executive calls sir I made it ,it's count less

@saikrishna12377 @ACTFibernet I was trying to upgrade my plan and I approached the customer care service but there was no proper response from them and ACT app is also not working properly. Service for the new customer and existing customer is differentiated which is unfair.

@ACTFibernet No internet service for straight third day. Each day costing me a loss of pay due to no internet facility. After calling you multiple times and your customer care guys are simply lying. Is there any accountability specially in times of pandemic?
