@ACTFibernet fraud alert: it's been more than 3 weeks now, since I cancelled your connection and no refund has been processed yet. Your refunds team don't reply to emails, your customer care executive cut the calls and there is no call back!!!

@ACTFibernet Internet down for me since 4 hours. Called customer care, thinking it'll be fixed soon. No resolution yet. WFH getting very difficult. Rethinking my plan of getting on-board with ACT for 6 months.

@ACTFibernet we have been facing serious issue with internet from past few days. We are not able to wfh peacefully. So v r deciding to cut your connection. And we are planning to take out act completely from our apartment. @reliancejio @HathwayBrdband can you help with quotes ?
