    @ACTFibernet I must say you guys need to focus on your app and customer service and train your agents properly You can’t change the plan and when you grt on a call woth customer service they mention that the router needs to be changed to change a plan. This is complete BS

    @ACTFibernet my internet is not working for the last 3 days - SR10277718788614 is the ticket I have raised on Tuesday, and have followed up multiple times just to be given a new resolution time everytime. Have received no calls yet to try and fix it. Please get this fixed ASAP 🙏🏼

    How dependent we get on these internet providers! @ACTFibernet is down frm last 2hrs, 2nd time in last 2 days.. CS is usual "We're looking into it" Spoke to on ground team, they jus said we'll see when we can come..may be after an hour. That after you pay for top package! #ACT

    @Airtel_Presence why should I pay for cable charges which connects from your pole to my house for a connection that I'm shifting? @ACTFibernet does not charge anything for shifting. If that's the case I might as well cancel #black and go for @JioCare new combo connection

    @ACTFibernet Worst service ever from @ACTFibernet! Took a 3-month plan and faced issues the entire time. The sales agent Wajihuddin made big promises but never supported once. Totally frustrated — switching back to Hathway Broadband! #ACTFibernet #CustomerExperience #Internet
