@ACTFibernet SR10252454594682 Customer since 2016. Raised a ticket for slow & fluctuating speed. Technician visited the premises but no resolution was given. The technician was supposed to get back tomorrow with a resolution.

@ACTFibernet Your Team has no value for customer's time. They bill illegally post validity period with no internet usage from customer. For ₹300 difference, your team has been wasting my time everyday since 4th Feb. When will my ordeal end? SR10252475465516

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD i have given a complaint that i have slow internet around 4days ago and no call no solution from past 6months the service is pathetic no response tickets get closed without any resolution no wonder every one in my location is moving out of actfibernet

@ACTFibernet I am following up since last 3 days for internet shifting, and it's still not done. Field technician is saying that port is not vacant. I don't have patience to deal with this anymore. Please fix my issue today or process my disconnection request.

@ACTFibernet You keep regretting after customer go for other ISP. Your people could not sort out issue but successfully closed the ticket,what a pathetic way of customer support,way to go.

@ACTFibernet Hi one lady called last week and promised the invoice will be updated. But I have not received any update after that. My ticket was also closed. Issue is still pending
