    So, the @ACTFibernet people came and disconnected the hub but went back home without fixing it. I mean why to even remove it in the first place if not in the mood to do it? @ACTFibernet customer care know about the progress on tickets as much as my cook knows about Rocket Science

    @ACTFibernet the worse service in Delhi. Devansh Balyan a technician never shows up after taking jobs. Maybe he is sabotaging Act. Internet down repeatedly but no action. #internetDelhi

    @ACTFibernet Internet is down again. We have a junction box in our house and every time there’s a power outage, the battery seems to fail connection stops working. It’s a recurring issue. We need the internet restored urgently as board results are being announced tomorrow.

    Living in a gated community in Hyderabad and the experience with @ACTFibernet has been frustrating. If there’s a community-wide outage, it gets attention and is resolved quickly. But if the issue affects just a few homes, you’re stuck waiting 3–7 days for a fix. Reliable internet shouldn’t depend on how many people are affected.     @ACTFibernet Simple plan change request is pending for 10 days with no resolution. SR12379816557189 customer service is not helpful and app is not user friendly.

    Company like @ACTFibernet use to invest more in advertisment then provide solutions to their customers I m struggling to join my meetings and having problem to do my assessments But look what they have huge money to waste on advertising. SR11079981334564 case still not resolved
