@ACTFibernet SR10862680655423 Do you have any escalation number other than customer care number , its really irritating to explain to 50 people. When is router replacement scheduled , who is coming ? Else do the cancellation. Its pathetic to talk to ACT worst service.

@ACTFibernet No Internet connectivity since 2 days. No efforts. Everytime a complaint is lodged you need 24 hrs! But never resolved. When followed up,your executive @ customer care is very immune and refuses to connect me to a superior officer. This is not expected of you.

@ACTFibernet why don't we have an option to downgrade the internet plan in the application? There's no contact number, the customer support in the app only has a fixed number of options. Can we get this fixed?

@ACTFibernet from last 3 hous net down.. ur guy said he will come and see but now he stopped picking my call.. is this what i expect... every 5 days need to raise one new ticket for new issues. Once the plan over i will move to other and also never recommend any one for ACT.

Its been two days since my @ACTFibernet connection is unavailable. I have contacted customer care they are following up with the ticket. Till now issue is not resolved. Bad service. Please resolve it ASAP.

@ACTFibernet why it became a Este to worst ISP provider in Chennai??? Will I get a stable connection or not ?? We are doing work from home, keep that in mind and provide a stabel connection. @JioCare or @airtelindia can you provide stable connection in my location ?

@ACTFibernet @KRISHNA83138665 Hey! My references number is SR10162566217922, it's been 5 days since I lost my internet connection. Everytime I call customer service all they say is "ToDaY IT wiLL fix sir PAKka" but it doesn't.i have exams from 27 and I have almost use 40GB cellular data till now.
