    @ACTFibernet Today on 6 June 2022, when I called n enquired, Richa an agent said it will be rectified in 4 hrs, & m using my mobile hotspot 2start my work. A new case generated, but she cudnt share me, later received via msg SR10265032340594 Unhappy with the service.

    @ACTFibernet No one called, had to get in touch with your team by myself. With this poor service, I'm afraid I will have to look for an alternate solution if the setup n installation is not done soon enough.

    @ACTFibernet Dear customer, it's taking longer than expected to resolve your ticket. Revised timeline is 6/6(DD/MM) 19:30 to 21:00. Team ACT It's has been already 12 days and still a day to add how should we work ??

    @ACTFibernet my internet connection is not active for more than 24 hours. The expected resolution time for my ticket has been changed 3 times now. It is very difficult to reach out to your customer care and track exact status. Very bad experience #actfibernet #Bangalore
