    @ACTFibernet Team, I won't be paying for Broadband until I get the call and my query resolved! So, please expedite this if you want to keep my account as a customer, or I'd be grudgingly forced to shift to Hathaway or god forbid - Airtel

    @ACTFibernet Got a new connection installed on 27th March in Coimbatore. No Connectivity since 30th March. I’ve raised a complaint (Ticket # SR10854525473212). Haven’t received any communication from local technicians yet. Please look into it

    @ACTFibernet I did not receive any calls and the internet is still not fixed. The field Mr. Chenaswamy told us that he will come in an hour. It has been 96 hours since complain. Clearly your organization is not made to service businesses. SHAMEFUL SERVICE!! @consumerforum_
