One of the worst broadband in India is @ACTFibernet no proper customer service and once we made payment to them it's finished no proper information regarding the connection. Waiting for 5 days still no Idea when can I'll get an connection but payment done an before 5 days back.

@ACTFibernet 1PM on 06th June 2021 marks 26 hours of disruption in service and what I get every time I call customer support is a revised ETA every single time. Can't describe this as anything but taking the customer's experience for granted.

@ACTFibernet I have been trying to raise a complaint since afternoon 2pm for "no internet". I had 3 of your team numbers, called them, two of them directed to call some other numbers, of which 1 call centre number didnt work and one person number didnt work.

@ACTFibernet I repeatedly called your customer support to arrange someone to collect it after disconnection of a/c 102101600273 in Mar, but none showed up. Received a mail today asking to return it. I moved to a different city having left the router at the old flat. Help!

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD been trying to reach to CS since a week and no response. I got the plan changed on May 10th and still being billed for higher amount for month of May and June. Pathetic Service by Act Broadband.

@ACTFibernet Is ACT App plain or over smart trying to intrude into privacy.The App has the required details like name mobile number. Today when I tried to get support for disruption in service, it insisted that I give permission for location (contd..)
