    @ACTFibernet It's been 10 days I have raised a complaint and also spoke to your billing team a week ago. They said it will close in 24 to 48 hrs but it's been a week but still it's pending but they are closing the tickets.

I fed up with ur services. Im gng to file a complaint to consumer forum on u people. U people are doing robbery from. Our pockets.

    @ACTFibernet Just tell me whether can you restore the service or not, this is beyond inconvenience, you are liable for penalty. Just wondering whether do you have the capability to run ISP and provide proper service to customers?

    @DoT_India @DoT_India I’m being harassed again asking to pay for 6month in advance if I want the service. @ACTFibernet is looting people by putting such conditions and not ready to give anything in writing this is all over call. Request to take action at earliest plz.
