@ACTFibernet Still the same issue continue and ACT customer service is not capable to handle the issues and providing permanent fix to the issue. Simply wasting our time and money.. if u really think about customers concern give permanent fix for issue

@ACTFibernet The service engineer don't even have the courtesy to attend the call and inform the estimated time... We are not requesting for free broadband service. We are paying for it. We expect atleast a minimum customer service from ur end.

@MKRhere @reliancejio @ACTFibernet Yes, speed is never the concern,concern is availability. I wonder if there is an availability clause by TRAI for broadband internet. Few years ago i read there was, but never enforced. Maybe it's time they did. Probably an RTI is in order.

@ACTFibernet We have been waiting for a resolution since yesterday and your esteemed customer care just speak the written scripts. I don't understand the escalation matrix where customer can't speak to supervisor/ floor in charge. it is surprising that call log is not maintained.
