    @ACTFibernet complained 5 times. All the tickets got closed without the issue being resolved. New connection getting disconnected frequently for 10 minutes randomly.

    @ACTFibernet Hi Team , I have taken service for February month only I have done the payment. However I have been charged for March month as well.Kindly check and help me in deactivate it for temporarily and No charges for March aswell.

    This is great @ACTFibernet gave a free upgrade and bumped my speed from 100 to 150Mbps, they were kind enough to send an email and tell me how to get it, too. The service quality just needs to become better.

    @ACTFibernet Act Fibernet Bangalore is one of the worst network and won't respond to customers once payment done so please don't take Act Fibernet connection.

    @ACTFibernet I was told that the main link cable was down and it’ll be fixed in 3hrs(ramamurthy nagar area, bangalore)... it’s been 24hrs and no updates on rectification. Can you please fix this asap as it’s difficult to work from home on mobile data.

    @ACTFibernet is the internet down in sainikpuri area? Seriously guys we can't go a week without some kind of issue.

    @ACTFibernet . I had asked the support to disconnect the connection by feb end 2021 and am still receiving the bill!! JFYI . I wont be paying anymore to act since you haven't refunded the deposit.

    @ACTFibernet Your customer care in Bangalore is really bad. They don't understand the problem and fix it based on their whimsical understanding. I am suffering due to mis-handling of my BB account.
