    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD before one week I have shifted my house and I put the shifting request through the app the technician Has come nd check out and said that In your area there is no service connection we have to put a new connection box' that's it still did put any box

    @ACTFibernet I'm sick n tired of complaining again n again. Evn complnt doesn't work out in resolving internet issues.can u luk into it. If not I dnt hv optn than switchng to other vendors.intnt will be slow or down most of the time.using ACT frm 12yrs,it was good before .

    @ACTFibernet No courtesy to solve customer grievance, I am paying for 250mbps but your router is capped at 100mbps. Ticket closed everytime without resolution SR10362804379744. Either resolve by change of router or initiate request for disconnection. Pls educate your team.

    @ACTFibernet No upload speed and nothing is working. I have been experiencing this issue before rains. I have priority work do resolve at the earliest

    @ACTFibernet it's been 9 days amd still no progress on the internet issue I'm having. You've left the customers hanging when they need the internet most during WFH. Pathetic
