Yesterday yiur helpline asked me to pay pro-rata for 400mbps upto yesterday and 1100/- which and paid. After payment of over RS.7500/- today you suspended my internet. You are total frauds. Every 8 hrs timeline is extended on ticket & chatbot only keeps parotting same lines. Gone are the days when act used to respond in a day.
