Hey @ACTFibernet Its been 36 hours since the internet is not working, Here is the ticket number: SR10377468734764 No proper response, no timely updates.. I don’t even know if somebody is working on the request.. This is completely unacceptable

@ACTFibernet Team ACT I'm unable to see this SR10177234506623 open ticket on my login. My upgrade request seems to have been closed and ACT is making me continue with the same plan that I had earlier. I'm going to tweet daily on this. Let's see if that gets you working. 09/10/2025

It looks like this is a problem with your @ACTFibernet The Zee5 app on the Amazon Fire Stick also doesn't load content over the same fiber network connection on another TV. @ZEE5India
