@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet 1/7,15/7,29/7,10/8,9/9,30/10, 13/11, 28/11,14/12 these are dates I raised a Service Request. But till date problem was not rectified. ACT people asked to change the router, router also chaned. No rectification My SR 10449819295572.

Having Issue with Internet ACT BroadBand @ACTFibernet from 13-Dec-2020. in complaint ticket they mentioned it will be resolved by 14-Dec-2020 but it is already 16-Dec-2020... still no resolution!

@ACTFibernet Act internet in RT Nagar Bangalore is worst, monthly 3times disconnect, since 3months. If net not work then that fellows dont extend days, again we need to call. Rs650 transfer charges & Irresponsible. 100% fraud natured. Waiting to end validity, to leave Act
