    @ACTFibernet SR10276906747067 has been closed 3 times and I have re-opened it 3 times :) Not sure if you have a mechanism to communicate the reason for closure.. I also called the customer care on Sunday and they promised an email response.. Annoyed ! @TRAI

    @ACTFibernet Bro 1 day is fine but it's been more than 3 days is it a joke do you guys accept if any excuse? Please make some arrangements.. Or else as spoken on call today refund this month's internet bill back i want to opt for another service provider.

    @ACTFibernet My Account number is 101765767391, I have issue with my internet from almost 30 days I have raised complaint and got executive phone number but his number is not working, if problem is for 2 or 3 days we can understand but it's more then 30 days @ACTFibernetHYD

    @ACTFibernet you have a disgusting customer service. I want to surrender my wifi connection with immediate effect. It is not working since three days. I raised a ticket which was not looked into since two days. Your customer care just redirects to app. No action taken.
