@ACTFibernet Hi Team I have raised a ticket of waiver but still no response from your team it's been more than 2 weeks. I have already DM you the ticket number and also my contact number. Please resolve it ASAP. Now the service has been disconnected because of not paying bill.

@OnlyStats_259 @ACTFibernet But local service providers are not affected. My neighborhood has a local broadband yet they have a live connection. Renowned service providers when they don't even respond & give no concrete resolution is what aggrievates the situation
