@ACTFibernet Hi Team SR10177007045916 I had raised a request for the disconnection. There is no update on it. There is no internet for the past 3 days without any kind of update. This is not the type of service I expect after giving the full amount upfront.

@ACTFibernet Hi, i have raised a request to discontinue act fibernet, it's been more than 5 days my internet is not disconnected nor they came to take the router. No customer support is not. Accepting calls. This is pathetic. My ticket id : SR10176986719536.
