    @ACTFibernet It's a routine for me now Every week I will do one thing Just Wake up in the morning and raise a ticket and come and tweet here without even checking the internet. As I'm sure that my internet will have same problem everytime as the way of service provided by you.

    @ACTFibernet our Act fibrenet is not working for the past two days. We have raised query almost 5 times. But till now it not has been resolved. We contact the customer care also several times. But there is no response. such a rude behaviour from your customer service person.

    @ACTFibernet The issue was resolved next day, company should focus on minimising the down time, The no.1 broadband service should also focus on attending and resolving the cases on urgent basis. Hoping for the best in future.

    Hi @ACTFibernet I had raised cmplnt# SR10265494585723 yesterday, ur team has closed the ticket aftr postponing d resolution time multiple times without resolving the issue, cstmr spport team has no answers on why this has been closed & refused to reopen the same...please help...
