    @ACTFibernet since last 4 days there is issue with your service i have been reaching out to agents and tickets raised but still no resolution and since 2oct 2025 until now no Internet it is not okay to have this kind of bad service please look into it Account I’d 101504785253

    @ACTFibernet Subscribed to Smart Max 799 in July, Internet died after a week & hasn’t worked since. Raised multiple complaints, No proper response. This is unacceptable—fix it ASAP! Please let us know if this can’t be fixed - Refund, we will be more than happy to switch.
