    @ACTFibernet Internet Not Working Last 2 days, I have already paid 6+1 month bill and your billing team has changed my plan to monthly plan without my consent, and now I am getting message to pay monthly bill however I already paid 6 month bill in advance.

    @ACTFibernet I am not sure what sort of customer care professionals you hire, they are not there to resolve anything other than reading the ticket comments which is generated. I have an issue with internet and the SLA for it is 27 hrs do find the ticket SR10265912190474
