    @ACTFibernet For a 300mbps I was getting 100mbps and quite often this issues persists. When I reach out to some executive via complain they say you get more than 200 that’s all for 300mbps connection. This is very false promise by ACT. Loosing trust.

    @ACTFibernet As usual,i had already received a message regarding delay. Fresh deadline is by evening. I am sure this wouldn't be done before Monday at the earliest. There is no accountability with you guys that's why no customer care executive is there and customer is dependent on chat.

    @ACTFibernet i requested for an installation, got a poc for my society, he created a work order, asked me to make payment for 3 months, saying work order can’t be create without payment. Now he is not responding when he will make the installation. Pathetic Service on Day 0.
