    @ACTFibernet hey fraud isp taken money for plan change and now your customer care is saying that it wont happen until 30th june 2022 I have one doubt if we can upgrade to any plan in middle of the month then why can’t we downgrade? By the way i have requested on 1st june

    @ACTFibernet my internet is not working since morning. I raised a ticket and I got a message that it will be fixed in 3 hours. Now, after 3 hours, again I got a message saying it will be fixed by tomorrow 1:00pm. How am I supposed to work then? Pay my one day salary

    @ACTFibernet @TRAI very bad experience with Act. After raising a complain they are closing the case without resolve this.

    @ACTFibernet has the worst customer care. Phone number doesn't work. Chat bots don't work. Better shut shop.

    @ACTFibernet From 4 days not getting internet..you collecting monthly amount without providing internet. Ticket No. SR10164973556134 . I'm facing 2nd time in this month.daily I'm loosing my salary doing work from home. Worst service no one is responding..No technician contacted.
