  @ACTFibernet I have tried to contact your teams many times but they aren't responding. Past 9 hours they working on the same issue but no results. It's means there is lack of skilled workers and the issue has to be addressed properly. From 31St August to 4th Sep I'm facing the same issue

  @ACTFibernet Internet goes down during power cuts. Contacted customer care, they raised a ticket. It got closed today without confirming from me. An hour ago, there was a power cut and the internet went down again. Are you intentionally ignoring my tickets?

  @ACTFibernet I called from my end multiple times to CS and the other guy finally listened and escalated the issue after so many attempts.. the technician fixed the issue from his end w/o reaching the site.. I mean if this is this easy why delay at all.

  @ACTFibernet This was resolved now, thanks. Turns out someone had pulled down the main optic cable connection and everyone was affected. ACT folks not sure if this honest mistake or malicious cable theft attempt.

  @ACTFibernet Hello team, there is no internet since early morning today? Like i took connection on 25 aug and till now for 3-4 times internet is not working for full. Plz cancel and give refund. Now i sick to raise query.
