@ACTFibernet, everytime I think your service can't get worse, you prove me wrong. ETA for resolution is always towards the end of the day. Being a software engineer working from home, ACT's resolution time is bothering me. Frequent outage in my connectivity. You suck. -(1/2)

@ACTFibernet Don't keep regretting instead provide a better service. I hve already spoke to one of the rep what do want me to talk to them AGAIN,they dnt solve my issue at all. If u want me to do that again then I need urgent call bck and a compensation too if my issue is not resolved by 11am

@ACTFibernet I can sue you for every penny I lost for not being able to work because of your ****** service that goes down more often(for days at times). Are you even listening? Your management sucks at addressing questions. Your call center is a joke. Shame on you. (2/2)
