    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet Seriously worst customer care service. When I called helpdesk, I was informed that today sure issue ll be fixed. 🥱 For fixing one junction box it has 3 days ! Man time to close all your service and refund money.

    @ACTFibernet It's been 24 hours now and no response yet. My internet is not working. Am getting msgs with extended ETA. It was supposed to be resolved by yesterday night but now the msg says it will be resolved by tonight. SR10363465804101

    Dear @ACTFibernet 24 hrs ETA for resolving Internet disconnection isn’t acceptable especially in a city like Chennai. Heard about #AirtelBlack recently and sounds promising in service.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD @ActfiberC never stays on words. I hve been said by 2 of thr on fild emps and N no of ppl on CSM cl tht thy wl replace d cable as its hvng 2 joints nd also d cntrl box it gve frequent trble. On gng issue and they jus close tickets this is ridiculous..
