    @ACTFibernet The best part when we call the technician he sez now u reopened the ticket its ur problem now..talk to whoso ever it will take time..team is this the way customers are being handled..respect team..@ACTFibernet is there someone who can really help here..?

    @ACTFibernet There has been no internet service for the past 18hours in Hyderabad and I have raised an SR for the same. SR number is 10158780247912. Pathetic service from ACT. Please look into this at the earliest.

    @ACTFibernet i am very disappointed in act fibernets service , i always was disappointed but today it was too much. my wifi was down from the morning and i had a lot of work i wasnt able to do. my friends tease for using act and call it the worst. i require some compensation. dm

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD @ActfiberC No internet since yesterday morning 7 AM and all I get to know from customer care agents is that the technical team is working on the issue. Almost 30 hours without internet during this WFH times is very challenging and frustrating.
