@ACTFibernet Due to the current rains in Srikalahasti,Tirupati Dist,hundreds of routers have been damaged due to Ur lines.This only happened because of yours,U r creating this as a customer problem.Replace damaged routers with new ones.Don't turn this issue into a customer issue.

@ACTFibernet Two days ago, a person called saying he’d visit my house. I shared the OTP, and my ticket showed “resolved.” When I called, he said he’d come in the evening to fix it but never did. Now my Wi-Fi’s been down for 5 days, badly affecting me.

@ACTFibernet Your team is operational after 7:30 and your actions are taken at midnight, Do you intentionally cause service outage for your customers for 7:30 hrs? As you are not reachable till 7:30 and customer cannot do anything till 0:00 to 7:30 at all.
