    Worst internet provider @ACTFibernet no internet from last 4 hrs, 10 mins back got a call from customer care and asked if there is power, i said no, they just updated ticket saying will be resolved in next 24 hrs, I used @airtelindia for last 6 years but didn't face this issue.

    Hi @ACTFibernet waited for more than a week for the resolution of SR 10366284354844 Your engineer asked me to call 9121212121 which is a bot IVR with no human being to talk. Next I will be forwarding to all your competitors if I do not get a human to let me know about resolution.

    @ACTFibernet Not only good things what u did,show how ur CSR resolve Issues (CSR will just call not to resolve the issue but to tell what they want to tell and will resolve cases without solutions)the So the users can easily decide which network to choose. Disappointed..

    @ACTFibernet At least teach your CS team on how not to behave with the customers. This has been the worst experience in my life with Customer Service. I am going to sue you all for hurting a customer who wanted to get a connection from you. Will never recommend ACT to anyone.

    @ACTFibernet we are facing downtime from yesterday 3.00pm, ticket SR10366314660664, so many tickets raised but hearing simple reason local hub issue..? Is it not fixable more than 18 hours?? #poorcustomerservice
