@JediRhymeTrix @ACTFibernet Exactly! That is what your support staff also said when I called this morning. Also, why do you charge for days you don't serve? You must refund for days you are down, when you are so prompt in charging a huge late fee even if payment is delayed by 1 day.

@Calmb4dstorm1 @ACTFibernet I checked airtel they dont have fiber to my area. Hathway gave speed of 47 mbps over vpn. ACT does not have the solution for vpn speed. Only ticket open and closing machines work in ACT. Zero action taken by Appellate and Nodal officer for one month. Sleeping. Irresponsible.

@ACTFibernet My broadband connection just got disconnected even though I was talking to your billing department and support team on waving off the charges. Are ur teams not in sync on an account. This needed a resolution but this was handled in the most pathetic way.
