@ACTFibernet My internet is not working for 36 hours and i am yet to receive a call from any of ur engineers. Whenever i call your customer care, they are giving some tentative time which is never met. Last week there was an issue and it took 5 days to get it resolved.

@ACTFibernet Today it's a 3rd day & the complaint is not resolved yet Internet is still down.. seriously pathetic service (for sure you will be losing customers)

Hi @ACTFibernet would love it if your customer support works. Took your services because you guaranteed connection. How am I supposed to work if it keeps going off. That too now that we're working from home.
