    @ACTFibernet Pathetic service by Okhla Branch New Delhi. I have already paid money. But even after 4 days they didn't yet install router. They are only harrasing customers. Sales guy is completely dumb and making falsified commitments only. I will take compensative legal action.

    @ACTFibernet @TRAI Totally worst support from ACT. AHA subscription was mistakenly added to my bill and DM support team to remove that from my bill. I'm following up with from 3 days but no response. What kind of support ACT have. Extremely bad & No phone no to contact as well

    @ACTFibernet Instead of my number i am sharing the ticket number SR10163837175384 . when i asked your executive Kumar to escalate teh issue , he was telling me to contact customer care and raise an issue .

    @ACTFibernet You are really poor in handling customer requests and complaints. I can't even speak to anyone other than the customer service executive who has the robotic answers but no one resolves issues.

    @ACTFibernet I have been contacting the ACT team through different media's since a couple of months. I tried reaching out on almost every platform available. This is the 50th consecutive day I'm posting my issue in public. When will this be settled? When will I get JUSTICE...???+
