    @ACTFibernet Finally set up galaxy broadband for 3m in this uncertain situation where ACT has no clear resolution. 🙁Hard to leave ACT since it’s so reliable,no choice. Will return after 3m, thank god i go month to month bill, i request to refund and charge only prorate for Sep

    @ACTFibernet this is 2nd time there is an outage in just last 1 week. For the last outage, you had taken 2 days to resolve and for the outage today, though ticket is raised in the morning and three follow up calls made, the status is still showing as awaiting ETR.

    @ACTFibernet this is pathetic service! My internet has not worked for over a week. No response from your customer care despite repeated complaints and calls. If this continues, I will escalate to @TRAI and consumer forums. Stop taking customers for granted! #ConsumerRights

    hey @ACTFibernet . On Aug 6 i paid a sum of 9K to upgrade my plan. To support high speed they need to upgrade the modem. Till now nobody has called me and whenever I call customer care , no constructive response from ur side. Worst! AC No: 102727049303
