@ACTFibernet I was said at 10.30 AM in another 30 min issue will be resolved and it is 4pm now. None bothered to give me a call back. I wonder whether u want to give service or you just want to take money.This will be my last escalation if not resolved gonna switch the connection

@ACTFibernet No I don't want a callback. There have been n calls and no resolution. I want to talk to a senior person in ACT who can help me. Your executives promise one thing on the call and then never update the records. And the conversation is of no use.

@ACTFibernet Your service team is useless so I will not pay bill and take Jio/Airtel. You must be happy to see 3 yr old customer disconnect because of your poor customer service. A good product failed by it's poor after sales service.

@ACTFibernet unable to activate Netflix through ACT app since 2 weeks. App stick at OTP and I didn't receive any till now. Been going on for days now and Customer service has given no resolution and redirected me to Netflix customer team.

@ACTFibernet One of the worst service provider ever seen. This is the 5th time I’m facing internet down in one month & team will take 24-48 hrs to resolve issue. #Actfiber Improve you’re service. We should look for alternate ISP.
