    @ACTFibernet Signal dropouts on for last one week and no signal since yesterday. Ticket No. SR10159636064252 raised which was closed 3 times without resolving. Morning onwards technician @ +919100788575 is saying it is power fluctuation being attended. Now he is not reponding.

    @ACTFibernet Why your connectivity is frequently going down. Please refund our advance payment. We paid for 7 months, it had been just 2months. So you can return our 5months payment which is lying at your end. We dont need your irresponsible service. SR11159752491532.

    @ACTFibernet your customer service is so rude. From past 10 hours I don’t have internet . And every week is the same problem. Tell me one thing if i don’t pay bill for a day will you wait? This is unacceptable nonsense and no pathetic. Can some one care to resolve the probelm

    @ACTFibernet Hello from last 15 days I am raising tickets for slow speed issue, tickets are getting closed without solution,no engineer visited till now, I am paying for 150mbps and getting 1mbps speed no is bother worst service by act.

    @ACTFibernet worst service ever seen bought new connection last month from the day 1 raised more than 4 complaints still I’m facing the issue restarting of internet ,often disconnecting of WiFi and no internet. Kindly resolve the issues.

    @ACTFibernet My internet is down since yesterday and no one is bothered to help. I've been complaining since yesterday. My kids' online classes got hampered. I was given assurance it will be sorted in 24 hrs but it's more than 24 hrs now and it's still the same.

    @ACTFibernet Evry time I used to pay for the six months at once but because of my budget plan this time I opted for monthly plan and a customer care guy called me for confirmation and told me that there is a offer going on and little discount is avail on my account.

    @ACTFibernet From my first call on 27th May '21 till date, I must hav made close to 15 calls and hav had no help from ur Team. This trivia might help u understand the quality of the service a customer receives inspite of investing 2X more on a broadband connection compared to ur competition.
