    @ACTFibernet What a display of absolutely pathetic show by your management and service. Last night there was a scheduled maintenance outage. Now intenet is down and after 25 mins hold time, nobody answers the call. ROT IN HELL FOR RUINING MY WORK FROM HOME

    @ACTFibernet raised a complaint SR10264104648844 internet is not working and nobody is looking into issue form morning 10 no internet at all this is happening regularly , I am very disappoint as we are working from home if you can't provide proper internet I will change to others

    Hello @ACTFibernet I really feel pathetic about the customer service ACT broadband is providing, I have been behind them for a small shift over of my connection from my ground floor to the terrace but there’s no response from anyone within ACT.

    @ACTFibernet Enq ID: 102640905173 Wiring was done on 8th and still now there isnt any update. we are struggling to work without internet, and there are even other families in the society who have the same issue. We all have already paid for this. The executive dont pick the call

    False promises only.. your sales guy took booking saying installation will be done in 24 hrs.. 48 hours over still no support, tickets are also useless @ACTFibernet
