    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD i had raised a ticket its been more than 40 hrs no resolution i had got, if try to connect the customer care they are disconnecting the call. Your ticket SR10165673746754 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 21-Aug (DD/MM) between 16:00 to 19:30

    @ACTFibernet @kuntal_mahitra Fix latency issues in Madurai. I will not stop tweeting until you give me a proper solution. NO other fiber ISP would have over 30 ms latency to the GATEWAY.     @Balamalladi13 @ACTFibernet It's really disappointing service and support. Really after being 5-6 years also no values for customers. Every time they want to pay a bill in 6 or 12 months. No values for monthly customers. Without informing Connection deactivated..

    @ACTFibernet since last 2 days , I have been following ACT executives for solvimg my internet issues , I have raised request several times . But no body is responding to solve that issues and even everytime they close my request too. Current Request number is SR10265679489334

    @ACTFibernet hello team It's been a week since my internet was restored. Raised 5 tickets and everything was closed without any action. Kindly look into the issue asap. Else kindly refund my August bill and happy to go else where.
