Also receiving mails that my account is prone to late payments when every payment for the last 6 since have been before time. No response to my mails.     @ACTFibernet My internet has been down for 48+ hours. Complaint #SR10381119090274 is still unresolved. No response from the assigned executive, unprofessional customer support, and no accountability. Why should I pay for a service that's not being provided? Resolve this immediate

    @ACTFibernet I have been constantly following up and this person 9154689239 - he had told me that he will be giving me an update about the issue which was raised. I am fooled by ACT because instead of a mesh you guys have installed another wifi for me which is wrong!

    @ACTFibernet Even your customer support ivr takes 20 minutes to assign a customer support agent. But sales team contacts in less than a minute. This behaviour is unacceptable.

    It's better to get a new service provider.... @ACTFibernet is use less, i had two connection with them despite that they were not able to shift my connection in over 2weeks... @JM_Scindia @DoT_India do something there are 1000s of complaints

    @ACTFibernet I paid amount on 9th Jul. Today is 16th. 7 plus days. Persom who made me paid from your marketing team not even lifting the call. Your X team providing genric response. I need this escalated on highest priority. Will you solve or cancel? And compensate me?
