    This level of service is unacceptable. Strongly urge residents in Aparna societies in Hyderabad Nallagandla area to consider alternatives like Pioneer. @ACTFibernet please fix this ASAP!

    @ACTFibernet Hi Team, could you let me know who confirmed that the speed issues are fully resolved? Neither has anyone visited the premises yet and neither any technician has resolved the issue.

    Trying to switch from Airtel to @ACTFibernet in Bangalore. Before payment, Vinatha MT was very proactive. After payment, the attitude changed, and it’s now been over a week with no connection and no proper response. I’m chasing multiple people daily just to get basic service.
