    @ACTFibernet well, it has been more than two days my net isn’t working. Filed complain two days back, no resolution yet. Called at customer service, they have learned only one line what they say- “we are escalating this issue’. Such pathetic service. Pls disconnect my connection

    @ACTFibernet This is 4th reminder regarding no internet connection since last 24 hours. The technician visited twice but he was unable to fix the issue saying there is something wrong with backend servers. Kindly look into this as soon as possible.

    @ACTFibernet Pathetic service in Guntur area. Requsted for a new connection on 16th and still didn't get it installed. Contacted local technical team of Act Fibernet and they are asking me to wait till Thursday to get the connection.
