    @ACTFibernet , this has to be one of the most frustrating customer support experiences I've had. It's 2026, and my internet has been down for more than 12 hours. There are no storms, heavy rain, or any weather-related issues in my area, yet there's still no clear explanation.

    @Shivu2032 @ACTFibernet Same issue i requested for connection on July 3 after being promised installation within 24 hours. It's now July 13, and after multiple follow-ups, I still have neither a connection nor a refund despite requesting cancellation on July 7.Extremely poor service. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Hello act, not only single user issue,entire community blackout around 100+, this a recurring issue for us,no proper resolution from your team and no dedicated technician assigned to us,giving poor and worst service

    @ACTFibernet I paid amount on 9th Jul. Today is 16th. 7 plus days. Persom who made me paid from your marketing team not even lifting the call. Your X team providing genric response. I need this escalated on highest priority. Will you solve or cancel? And compensate me?

    @ACTFibernet is useless.... Find a better service provider.... @DoT_India @JM_Scindia do something this? Does the Indian consumer have any voice or not?
