    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD SR10163787052454 raised ticket to shift my connection to a new location. It has been more than 7 days nobody showed up till now to give the connection and no updates yet. The only response I get get from customer support is to wait end of the day.

    @ACTFibernet support is resembling an extortion racket. Technician will want you to change the router at extra price. When you refuse, goes away saying ‘router problem’.doesn’t want you to raise a service request. Calls you asking why you complained. Curiouser and curiouser..

    @ACTFibernet Just wanted to know that, the plans which are updated, like how much time does it take to update to that plan. Because now I got a call from customer service that, your speed will get updated after 26th January. But this plan was updated from November, still why ?

    @ACTFibernet SR10263762661144 was raised for disconnection and I was told that it will be transferred to new tenant. I have received the bill this month even after my disconnection date was 24th December 2021 hence please look into this issue

    @ACTFibernet :: this the service we are getting every month 1-2 days issue will be there and resolution takes min 24 hrs time .. give me the answer how to use internet for that 24 hrs.. if the answer is mobile data I then disconnect the connection and let me enjoy mobile data
