.@ACTFibernet, its been more than 14 hours I raised SR to fix internet connection, yet didn’t get it fixed or any response from you. This is a really bad service example. The frequency of getting this issue is annoying..it affects my office. If it cant fix quickly, let me know.

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD - I am active customer of ACT and shifted my home to a different blck in the same society. There is a 8 port switch and is full and ACT is denying more connections not upgrading the switch ? Can you please tell me wat is d solution or should i switch?

@ACTFibernet Guys don't use act fiber I was placed shifting compliant on 20th November 11 days completed still my compliant did solved worst Act service even i'm informing to call center They also Taking Lite today 2nd December still they are not informing about shifting details

@ACTFibernet I have been ur customer for many years now. My MIL wanted internet and I approached ur sales person. Gave docs n 4000 advance and later came to know some issues with apartmnt office. Yet to get the refund. This is really bad. My ACT A/C# 103014599056
