    worst part is it is never easy to connect to customer care and also to make them work you have worst of the worst policies like not providing the resolution as per ETR AND SIMPLY DELAYING THE ETR as per your convenience!! Wow 96 hrs is expected to resolve the issue. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet I am waiting for your people to contact me and still getting messages like "Its taking longer than expected to resolve your ticket".. My inbox is full of these messages for the past 4 days... They keep changing the date and time but NEVER resolve... Pl action immd
