    @ACTFibernet worst company ever i have seen yet . I paid amount for new connection on last Sunday and today is Wednesday it’s been 4 days now no one come yet for installation or anything is it all about money which you took from me ? 0 customer support 0 assistance nothing.

    @ACTFibernet Don't u think that I have seen all those factors before taking the connection. And everything is fine from my side. The issue is with ACT. Why I will pay for the worst service?

    @ACTFibernet I have to permanently cancel my connection. But I renewed a month back. You refused to refund the amount. @jagograhakjago is this legal?

    @ACTFibernet This is my 2nd post in 2 months that every alternate day I loose my internet and every time I have log a ticket . If it doesn’t get resolved and you don’t show me a permanent fix , I am going to consumer court

    @ACTFibernet SR10366092710874, few guys have numbers when connection was established. They are not responding.. there is no dedicated area manager to reach in case of urgency... Please help ASAP. my work is affected

    @ACTFibernet Till now there is no follow up. This used to be a top service earlier but in recent times ACT has become worse than local internet providers. I have been using acts for more than 10 years and getting service like this in WFH is seriously unacceptable.
