    @ACTFibernet wonder why you people are always helpless and hopeless while serving your customers. Customer care n technical staffs have no answers, no fixed resolution time n worst part they hang up the calls on us. Ridiculous..

    @ACTFibernet your services are very disappointing, I'm facing lot of issues with your team, I requested a reconnection last week, They closed complaint without resolving,I tried to Apply for new connection, Ur team saying that we don't have enough slots to give new connection.

    @ACTFibernet Best service..After some 50calls,15-20times reopening the same ticket and writing 5-10 mails (for 4-5months)finally my complaint has been resolved thanks @ACTFibernet .

    The worst ever service I faced with regards to Fibernet - ACT FIBERNET! Apart from charging a bomb, I am getting frequent network issues and slow speeds very frequently. Though I paid my recent bill still they are pending bills @ACTFibernet please help me solve this issue!
