    I get call from act and when i pick, it gets disconnected instantly. Team keeps closing the issue like this is account team issue or service team issue or we will change router. 15days passed in june and not able to use net properly. @ACTFibernet @jagograhakjago @consumerforum_

    @airtelindia Broadband is nagpur Laxmi nagar area is down from 2 days, getting same reply from customer care every day "we are sorry for the inconvenience" i already opted for @ACTFibernet on my HYD address, because of bad service, do I need to change service in nagpur also ?

    @ACTFibernet We contacted the local ACT technicians regarding service availability. They informed us that extending the network to our location would require the installation of two additional poles and approval from higher level. Considering the growing demand and potential customer base

    @ACTFibernet shameless service by ACT. ACT promised to provide internal wiring for their MESH devices and took 499 for that service too. It’s been 3 months now and I’m still chasing ACT to lay the internal cable. No responsible people working there.
