    @ACTFibernet Still the same issue continue and ACT customer service is not capable to handle the issues and providing permanent fix to the issue. Simply wasting our time and money.. if u really think about customers concern give permanent fix for issue

    @ACTFibernet has the worst possible customer service ever, 10/10 would not recommend. If you have @airtelindia or @reliancejio in your area go for it. Act is not worth the hassle and their 6 months commitments.

    @ACTFibernet it’s been very frequent issue occurring in my area every month 1-2 times the network cuts and I feel that it’s very frustrating while working from home I regret taking your connection and please stop making false resolution time till now the query isn’t addressed

    @ACTFibernet We have been waiting for a resolution since yesterday and your esteemed customer care just speak the written scripts. I don't understand the escalation matrix where customer can't speak to supervisor/ floor in charge. it is surprising that call log is not maintained.

    @ACTFibernet We are the residents of Prestige Ivy Terraces, BLR and today is the 3rd day in last 4 days that link is down. Yesterday it took more than 8 hours to fix. Same issue again. Could you please let us know what is causing this , so that we can shift to other providers.

    @ACTFibernet is a cheat company, don't go for it. The downtime is too high and no one is there to listen to your complaint. Sundar Raju is doing a fraud by running this ISP. My internet is down since yesterday but no response yet. Pathetic serice

    @ACTFibernet We have ACT Fibernet connection at Malleswaram, Bangalore. The line is disconnected now we can't access internet, Customer Care is not reachable. Please resolve at the earliest. FYI, this is the second time we are facing outage this week.
