@ACTFibernet Tweeting 5th time Hi, I had raised a request for service discontinuation for my broadband last week and was told it will be done by Sep 1. Why am I getting a bill now for Sep month? Stop harassing users by denying them service discontinuation and not cancelling.

@ACTFibernet Yes. I would look forward to that. I have been your customer for 5 years and, EVERY SINGLE RENEWAL, I have to message, call up, make noises & I am given that credit with a promise that, next time onward, it will be done automatically and you don't have to remind us. But no change

@ACTFibernet i requested & paid 4 new connection yesterday morning around 7:30-8, it was assured to me that installation will b completed by 3pm. It's not done till now, everytime I call customer care, they say it's added in ticket they'll get back. No progress no service at all.
