    @ACTFibernet Yes. . . the issue is resolved now. The power adapter of the modem was faulty and now has been replaced.

    @ACTFibernet worst service ever. There’s an outage every 2 days and it’s been more than a day since we used internet and the customer service is disgusting. Hope to disconnect ACT Fiber once validity gets over. Period.

    @ACTFibernet I have a billing dispute since January. Have created a ticket on March 9 and the issue was not resolved till now. My account is now suspended even after multiple calls with support team and sending email to the Nodal officer.

    @ACTFibernet I got a call from a retention executive Rinku who wanted me to meet his technical guy and was ready to reduce my bill by 12 days. Clarified a few things but I never commited anything to Rinku, and will decide after meeting the technical team, do not close the issue until then.

    @JioCare @reliancejio #MukeshAmbani mota bhai, apno JIo Fiber behad bekar chey... Itni bekar services to kisie local service provider jaisa hain.. I took trail connection today and will returnit soon... 150 Mbps ka Internet har agle pal atakta hai. @ACTFibernet kahun better hai..
