    @ACTFibernet Wow again standard template reply from @ACTFibernet ,atleast while replying to customer messages put some effort and take some responsibility for the mistake from the company's end. Show that courtesy atleast.

    @ACTFibernet I have asked for escalation matrix which ACT do not seems to have it. How come without escalation matrix u people are running a business? Everytime a standard reply of within 24 hrs issue will be resolved is the template answers given by customer care.

    @ACTFibernet is increasingly erratic. Fourth time connection outage in less than 3 months. Twice within a week. 😠 #Coimbatore tweeps, please suggest me a better #broadband.
