KD (@__KD43__) reported@ACTFibernet , you guys are the worst. I have raised disconnection request SR11080198534617 . It is closed and i have returned the wifi router as well but I am still getting daily calls to pay bill and re-enable the connection. KINDLY STOP CALLING ME AND CLOSE MY ACCOUNT.

I haven’t heard back from any of your technical team and the number provided on the app for engineer is not picking up my call! How am I supposed to manage WFH when the wifi is down so frequently? And no one sorts it out before 24 hours!

No resolution to my request for 4 days. You don’t care about the customer since you have recd the payment upfront. You can refund the payment & close the connection.
