    @ACTFibernet internet got disrupted 4 times in the last 10 days, takes a day atleast to get fixed. Provide permanent fix . Ticket id : SR10381708375304

    @ACTFibernet complaint lodged at 1015 this morning, so far no rectification nor is there any response. Area is Dr PV Cherian Crescent Road, Egmore,chennai. Unfortunately we still have 4 months to go with you, else would have changed you long back.

    @ACTFibernet 3 times in a week my internet has gone down. I'm amazed at what kind of service you're providing. You should be ashamed for looting people of their hard earned money by providing such abysmal quality of internet.
