The attitude shown by @ACTFibernet call centre, their service team, escalation desk was so high handed that at one point had remind them tha they are not giving anything free and am not begging either

As far as your net is concerned , it can’t stay healthy even for 48 hrs. Will you refund for downtime periods from your monthly bill.

Please contact me via DM. I will assist you in getting your case filed. Not just the deposit, but we will see they are imposed a hefty costs for this.
