    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet Taking money for 6 months and providing Internet for 2 days is not acceptable. Your customer service says it will be solved in 2 hours every time I call. Is there any solution? Are you people serious? You don't take complaint seriously? What is the solution?

    @ACTFibernet Still no resolution, in add to that I received extra bill of 500 for DNT security deposit which I don't know what it is about and was not informed about any such amount prior, This is agent who made fool out of me into taking 3 month plan bhavya : +91 87925 89614

    @ACTFibernet I made payment in Aug for a router,but it’s Oct now and still nothing.I was first told a week and my ticket was closed without resolution.Later was told it would be done in 48 hours,those also passed.I don’t understand what is so difficult for ACT to provide and install a router

    @ACTFibernet #terribleinternet what is the status? I did dm my number. No call nothing. Why isn't my Internet active yet after 40days down. If you ask me to pay to get the service started again. First give me service for the 20days I didnt get the service for.
