    @ACTFibernet it's been only a month since I got the services, and there was a lock in period of 3-4 months to avail the service (already paid). Howevr the services are stoppd due to non payment. A complaint was already registered and no action is taken frm last 2days. #pathetic

    @ACTFibernet I feel this is one of the worst internet service. I made a shifting request recently it took 5 days and later on there was no connection for 2 days and from yesterday my wifi is not working,when called the executive they do not respond. Disgusting @ACTFibernet Vizag

    @ACTFibernet after I disconnected my service, all service requests are closed without resolution. Do you have it in your policy to serve only paying customers? FYI - I was an ACT customer for over 4 years

    @ACTFibernet @ACTBangalore Your team just informed me that my Wi-Fi connection will be shifted by 5/09/21 even though I had requested it for today. Internet is an essential service in the WFH era. Sticking with such an unreasonable service provider is basically pointless now.

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet Your representatives are FRAUDSTERS , despite knowing there is NO feasibility you took money from me for a new connection only to increase their false sales number. Cheap market tricks, I NEED REFUND ! Worst customer service ever

    @ACTFibernet Worthless internet service provider not able to resolve a connection issue since three days now , who is your CEO , request SR10261575429382. GOD knows what you people are working on still no resolution . Pathetic, @reliancejio can you please provide me a seamless service .

    @ACTFibernet Because of your worst service everyone at my home is facing issue,one needs to attend online classes,on has to work from home. I think for a pack of 6 months 1 complete month we face internet issue,waste of money,waste of energy. I wish you people respond on time🙏

    @ACTFibernet Have been struggling to transfer old connection to my new house for last 3-4 days. Pathetic service.All this is despite our new apartment having a hub. Multiple tickets raised. First one is SR10361503373942 You guys won't last long if you take customers for a ride.

    @ACTFibernet but plz try to understand tat u r loosing customers just bcs of ur pathetic services & standard responses of CS. either improv your service or your CS responses. I know I’m not a valuable customer for u but, 1 day u will understand it like Airtel & Idea started.
