    Internet has been down since yesterday and @ACTFibernet, your customer service is non-responsive. Only sending msgs with new expected resolution time, but no actual resolution. Please let me know if you’re fixing it or I should move to a different provider. Thanks

    Hello @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD — it has been over 15 hours without internet. I am still using network data that I pay for to access the internet. Please hurry up and fix this. You should be offering us credit for a day’s worth of service after this.
