    @ACTFibernet Still the internet is not recovered and it is down. I should plan to switch to another internet provider where the downtime is very minimal. I cannot bear such a huge downtime (more than 12 hours).

    @ACTFibernet Dear Team, I have contacted multiple times to customer care and still my bill is not reduced its still showing amount with VAS which i have already requested to stop n don’t charge before renewing. Please look into this and ask someone to call me and confirm me.

    Dear @TRAI @AshwiniVaishnaw , worst customer service @ACTFibernet, not able to give new connection in my house, paid 6 month plan lumpsum, asked for refund, no action. Aren't they supposed to refund in 15days if not able to provide a new conn. ??

    @ACTFibernet shame to raise again n agin issues for same problem . Its working day and such a poor Sevice no internet since mrng.. the local technician says hes not available and customer service just updates tickets and gives lame resons.. such a pathetic management

    @ACTFibernet My internet is down from afternoon around 2pm, and is is not yet resolved. I see frequent internet down in last 2 months and you take 24 hours atleast to restore it. I am very disappointed with such down time.
