    @ACTFibernet It's almost going to be 1 month but no one came to pickup the router as your service are not feasible in my area. My refund are stuck .Not at all acceptable .My number 9304209223

    @ACTFibernet Your engineers came and failed to instal the junction box and told me they'll inform management which they're doing since last 30 days it's better you refund my last month bill coz i didn't used any service and also refund the money of the router box which i've paid.

    @ACTFibernet The issue has not resolved. It is very much there and case has been resolved after assurance from local technician that he will assist immediately whenever I face issue. I don’t think you can call this a resolution.
