    It is more than 16hrs my @ACTFibernet was not working. Updated work on progress at 9:30 am all these 6 hours CC people saying being fixed, changing box etc etc. Finally at 3pm a technician came to check the issue.still not resolved. Wtf @ACTFibernet??? C# SR10266334940174

    @ACTFibernet Worst customer service. I have been chasing them for a week now for reconnection, a lot of tickets opened and closed but no proper response from the ACT team. This is really disappointing.
