    User ID 102719172660 suddenly shows as “doesn’t exist” after working for over a year. App won’t even register my complaints. WiFi has been down since yesterday—and this is the 3rd/4th outage in the last 2 months. Completely unacceptable. #ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Internet Is not working. Not able raise SR I have been logged out from act Fibernet app. Every time I am trying to login it shows user doesn’t exist.

    @ACTFibernet I have raised ownership change request for my ACT connection with ticket number: SR12078376478784. I have shared all the requested documents, despite that my ticket was closed without resolving it. I have reopened the ticket. No response from customer care. #ACT

    @ACTFibernet Arey yaar I have two accounts for which account you are blocking these calls One is Vijayawada's wifi connection and another one in Secunderabad I opted for shift connection from vijayawada to secundrabad 🙏 you guys don't even have patience to listen customers problem worst
