@ACTFibernet There is no point in me paying for wi fi if for the last few days, I am using my mobile data to access internet because the wi fi has been down and the reps haven’t been helpful. Stop using the tagline “No more buffering” it should be only buffering

@ACTFibernet SR10275768181480 Even after repeated calls, No one is responding to my queries, the ticket is closed without resolving. Customer care disconnects the call, by saying you will get call with in an hour, and no one is calling back. Pathetic service.@jagograhakjago

@ACTFibernet SR10375775650114 please look into the ticket, Weekly 2 days there is no internet, in a month more than 10 days no internet, but you are charging bills for this also, it's been 2 days no one even try to solve the issue

@ACTFibernet SR10875761538024 – 4 DAYS without internet. Complaint raised 3 days ago. I’ve called multiple times, all I get is false promises: “Will be resolved today.” Still NOTHING. No technician, no callback, no update. You said wire cut in junction box – then FIX IT.
