    @ACTFibernet The resolution of the problem is temporary and keeps recurring. Tech Support is hesitant in understanding my everyday hustle. Please provide permanent resolution else consider this message as withdrawal from your services- disconnection and refund.

    @ACTFibernet I have been facing network issue for the past one week (From 15th July 2021). Everyday post afternoon the internet connection goes down and I have been raising Incident to resolve this. They mentioned that one of the switch is broken and it needs to be fixed.
