    @ACTFibernet No changes. Speed still insanely slow, frequent disconnects. Very very bad experience, not worth the money paid at all.

    @ACTFibernet more than 24hrs from payment receipt now. Despite escalating in twitter no call back n issue not sorted out.. Service level at peak. U can take customer for granted ?

    @ACTFibernet having a worst service.. I have been trying to change owner from past week but request gets timedout and it takes forever to get clear and I cannot raise a another request untill this gets cleared user id : 108182087663

    @ACTFibernet it’s my second day and the internet goes down.Looks like you have faulty line and turnaround time is 24hours. So much for India’s fastest network. Frequent downtime is the reason why I moved to ur network n now it’s same over here as well. SR10863511574784 #pathetic

    @ACTFibernet Tried changing the owner name of the connection 108182087663 but getting timeout issue for the second time and the partially completed request takes 3 days to get close from your side. I have been trying to change owner name from past week but couldn't succeed.
