@ACTFibernet Dear ACT if you can't provide the service then don't claim that you are the best broadband in market. I have been using airtel from last 11 years and i still find it better then ACT. I have paid 4200Rs for taking a new ACT connection and i want my full refund.

@ACTFibernet you service is horrible and am having slow speed issues since 2 months , you tech says they can't do anything to fix it, I have a 300 mbps plan and am just getting 130 mbps, my relative had a 150 mbps plan and is getting 130 mbps, so why am I wasting on a 300mbps?

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Bill generated twice without actually shifting my connection. I called Act customer care since 3 days around 15 times and no one is giving me solution. Few agents kept call on mute and made me to disconnect after some time.

@ACTFibernet I have been having slow speed issues since 2 months, ur tech told me to take a new router so I cancelled my connection and took a new connection + router from ACT, now I still have the same slow speed connection, I have a 300 mpbs plan and am just receiving 130 mbps.
