    @ACTFibernet I have been down this road a number of times over the last 5 days. I have called your helpline, the wait time is 30min. I have emailed & Whatapp-ed you a number of times. I am at the end of my tether. How about telling me if I can avail of a refund.

    @ACTFibernet The service is horrible.Getting frustrated in this pandemic period.Doing WFH and often we have this network issues and it goes down. There is no proper response from the Customer Care as well..
