    @ACTFibernet Multiple people are calling from your team and asking the same set of questions. I am not giving any more info on the issue over calls. Either you guys send someone and check or I'll go for Jio or Airtel.

    @ACTFibernet I have been trying to raise a complaint since afternoon 2pm for "no internet". I had 3 of your team numbers, called them, two of them directed to call some other numbers, of which 1 call centre number didnt work and one person number didnt work.

    @ACTFibernet @PSJ714 @ACTFibernet UNABLE TO USE INTERNET UNABLE TO RENEW UPGRADES OR ANYTHING WHAT KIND OF STUPID PEOPLE RUN THIS THING NO WAY TO CALL CUSTOMER CARE WHEN RAISED TICKET WE GET A CALL AND THEY CLOSE THE TICKET WITHOUT RESOLVING THE ISSUE HAPPENS ALL THE TIME HIGH TIME TO CHANGE.

    @ACTFibernet I was using Airtel before switching to ACT, I didn't like Airtel's service but after using ACT I feel Airtel was far better, THAT PATHETIC SERVICE ACT IS PROVIDING. ABSOLUTE DISSATISFACTION !!! No one attends the issue . Such a useless network.

    @ACTFibernet SR No 10257510294894. This query related to billing. It's been 7 days I raised the request. Never got a calk. But ticket gets closed every day and in have to reopen every day. Pathetic service. Some executive updated Wrong information just to close the tickets

    @ACTFibernet surrendered my connection in the month of march 28th. Security deposit 1000 is still not received, after so many follow-up act refunded only 528/-, pathatic support by Act.

    One of the worst broadband in India is @ACTFibernet no proper customer service and once we made payment to them it's finished no proper information regarding the connection. Waiting for 5 days still no Idea when can I'll get an connection but payment done an before 5 days back.
