    @ACTFibernet Same issue this morning.. Internet connection very unstable. Keeps disconnecting every few minutes . Pls identify root cause and fix it. Have already retried restarting router & replugging cable.

    @ACTFibernet My internet has been down for over 3 days now. That's a long time and its for my biz. Appears to be technical issue, which they are unable to resolve. Could you pls have it fixed today and fix it "properly" as it is happening once a month. Will message ticket #.

    @ACTFibernet for the past three days no internet connection. Raised service ticket. Only getting automated messages. Poor service from field engineers. They are disconnecting my call. Pathetic.

    I have paid Act fibernet for 6 months internet plan for 2950 rupees they have not provided internet service with in 7 days So I asked for refund request now three weeks completed worst service daily mental torcher. @ACTFibernet
