    @ACTFibernet your service is really pathetic and on top of it ur support team is not providing any support. I have requested for connection shift and didnt got the response from the team since past 3 days. We are facing lot of problems having no internet as we all r doing wfh.

    @ACTFibernet I was not aware of the fact before opting @ACTFibernet that it's very lazy and unproductive when it comes to resolve an issue and vice versa in advertising. It hurts the most when u pay bill before time and are unable to use service. SR10164777638074

    @ACTFibernet Hi Support, My internet issue has not resolved since 3 days now. SR SR10164744627614 is raised and it’s been closed without confirmation from customer. Is this professional service? Please look into it with priority.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Since 12 pm today no internet in my place and I spoke with Mr. Mahesh (6366826830), so called Service Team Lead Lead. The bloody reason he gave me was he has power back up at their service station only for 3 hours

    @ACTFibernet Service complaint SR10264770723084 has been raised over 24 hours ago. No internet for the entire day yesterday. No ETR provided. Please explain why bills are expected to be paid on time but your service team isn't bothered to help?
