The sales guy promised for same day installation, but now I am following up since 3 days and no one has any answers to what is happening. All they say is I will arrange a call back, but no one really does.

Paid for a 6-month renewal, still facing billing disputes, disconnection threats, & repeated requests to explain the same issue. Very poor customer experience.

The guy who was about to shift is not picking up the call. Customer support gives a new deadline every time you call. It is frustrating, bad service
