    @ACTFibernet and lost the internet in span of 24 hours have to raise complainy and the will take 2 days to resolve it. May be it is never ending process. Could you please resolve the issue ASAP.

    @ACTFibernet What’s ur priority? It’s down for 2 whole days particularly week days. I never seen or expected this from @ACTFibernet. Thinking to switch other service provider as it impacts our WFH. Can’t rely on your service anymore as we don’t get resolution or proper update yet.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD worst service ever. When you want to take money you take it right away but when it comes for refund you need approvals and all. Your executives makes false promises.

    @ACTFibernet I would like to highlight the issue which i am facing in my area. On 9 June, 2022 we have contacted to Act Agent named "Chandan - 9513990459 " who is handling Meenakshi Layout, Thubarhalli. He has taken the money now he is not providing the connection.
