Even with LAN testing, the performance is all over the place. False promises and zero compensation for downtime — totally unacceptable service. #ACTFibernet

I fail to understand why. Absolute harassment of consumer. Every time I call I have to repeat all the story to customer care.

After the complaint ticket raise,12-24 hours take to restore the internet service. Every year, 15-25 days are non-working but charges full payment.
