Pathetic service by @ACTFibernet I have raised complaint before 36 hours now and no resolution provided as of now. They simply keep updating the ETR. Engineer not picking up call and No point of co contact given for escalation. Really very bad service provider. SR11879046306904

@ACTFibernet very poor customer service with opaque customer system. No ticket reference as well. A classic case of a company will fail. I am a pained customer. But mark my word this company will close in the next 2-3 years. any joker from ACt can call me at 9841002833

@ACTFibernet I pay for a 450 Mbps yearly broadband plan (ID: 1030 1625 9386). For the past 10 days, I’ve been facing extremely slow Internet despite multiple complaints and tickets raised. Each time your executive calls, says the issue is fixed, takes OTP and closes the ticket.
