    @ACTFibernet Does it takes weeks for @ACTFibernet to get back to the customer for a resolution? No response. No solution. No proper connectivity. All you do is marketing which you will anyways not provide when we take your network. @ACTFibernetHYD miserable.

    @ACTFibernet I have subscribed for ACTStrom pack since Apr 2020. Recently I started using OTT apps in my TV it was too slow. I have raised the ticket for the issue the service person told the router provided by us will give only 150mbps. Please change and give my router ASAP.

    @ACTFibernet Still not resolved. I have even sent a mail as requested by your support team. No reply and no resolution. Why should I pay for any subscription when I'm unable to see any subscription packages added to my account for four months now? This is horrendous service.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD we have already given the opportunity to you to fix. First tweet on 16th May21 15 days back.. emails & phone calls since 10th Mar21 i.e. 80+ days.. wht more does it take

    @ACTFibernet really you are below mark in customer support. from feb-2021 i have been asking about reconnectionnprocess, till date no response and now i was charges ₹275/- +GST as one time reconnection charges, which is not acceptable. i have DM you my details
