@ACTFibernet 12 customer service calls and 4 tweets. All I get is "We're sorry for inconvenience" as response. Lost internet connection 25hrs ago. Great service.

@ACTFibernet No it's not resolved. It's resolved because refund team decided to close the ticket without any call back or any clarification. It's not resolved from my side. What is clear from you side is that your customer service is the worst
