    And please improve your automated help system, it asks stupid questions and provides negligible support. How am I supposed to open "google" when my internet is down. Every month I face on issue or the other. It's better to switch to a different service provider. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet each day your customer care officers give a different lie saying the issue will be resolved and disturb by parents at odd times with calls. Do you think they don’t have any other work than answering your unwanted calls ?

    @ACTFibernet Disheartening service provider by u guys. This month alone my internet connection affected multiple times. Try to fix this problem permanently.

    @ACTFibernet Hi , i have raised request to reconnect my connection on 23rd of feb 21 but i am getting worst response fron the team till now and still connection is disconnect. We are going out of station on 25th of Jan 21but they create bill of full month,

    @ACTFibernet Hey ACT, Don't understand your problem in addresing the Internet issues wehave due to your poor Service and worst Routers. Requested for a router change as the one of you technical person said the slow in speed Is due to Routers fault.
