Udhay (@udhay89bs) reported@ACTFibernet Hi Team, complaint - SR10378949051694, ETR was between today 4pm to 7pm. No one even called me to update or enquire about my complaint. This is the second time I'm facing internet issue (no internet) within a month. ACT team needs to really review the customer service provided to customers and how the field staff are attending as the issue is now recurring.
