    @ACTFibernet This is the 5th day of no internet in Mylapore area. Call centre queue is above 30 and Service requests are open since. Nobody is providing any ETA. We are switching entire apartment to Hathway this week. #EpicFail

    @ACTFibernet Dear Sir/madam, I have shifted to new house. And requested to give the connection to the present address. It has been nearly 1 week where i have been requested. But i havent got any reply. Iam facing much trouble to work from home without internet.

    @chennaiactfiber there any problem with @ACTFibernet in Chennai because of the #CycloneNivar or the problem elsewhere? Location- Nanganallur Chennai -61 No response from Service team. no response to calls or mails to higher authorities yield no results only default message.

    @JioCare The issue still not been fixed and it's been more than 4 days without internet connection at home. Thank you for breaking the trust on Jio !! Either fix it or cancel the connection. Am happy to choose @ACTFibernet as their customer service is 100% better than yours.@reliancejio

    @ACTFibernet Don't know what kind of service you are providing, this is the second time facing worst customer support. It's been 9 days, i haven't got internet. Need you to take serious action on Hoodi(Bengaluru) lead Laxmipathi and his executive (Rakesh).

    @ACTFibernet SR10348959293172 Issue not resolved since past 5 days.The fibre line is still cut and no one from ACT has come to rectify the same. Customer Service is singing the same song from day1 - "We have escalated and prioritised your ticket and it will get resolved today"!
