    @ACTFibernet New issues again today morning my internet stopped working I’ve raised the ticket still there’s no response… I itself called to your TL about this then only he told he’ll look into this… He promised me 5:30 PM it’ll be resolved… Till now it’s not been resolved @ACTFibernet

    Hi Act sevice is very very worst in my life I paid and got connection for 6+1 from June to December Now app asking pay some amount and disconnected my service @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet You have no idea how much trouble I’m facing because of this. If your service wasn’t available, I would have gone with another company. But you took my payment, completed KYC, and now you’re not even processing my refund. Please resolve this immediately.

    @ACTFibernet Your representative assured me the issue would be prioritized,resolved, and closed within 3 days. LIt’s been a week.Please stop making excuses and resolve the issue as promised.Please raise another disconnection request without making excuses.I need disconnection req immediately

    @ACTFibernet After 21 hours the outage was fixed. My feedback: frequent outages 1-2 times a month, slow and delayed support. Helpdesk is not reachable even after several tries #fail #actfibernet
