4. When my service was disconnected I was asked to reinstate my connection for my problem to be resolved. 5. Now a month passed I raised several requests regarding my billing issue. Today, I am told that I will get a discount of Rs 59 only. #balamalladi #ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet Horrible service. 1. I was promised a discount of Rs 472 (59*8) per month since November for the electricity backup I provided. 2. November, December passed my 7-month plan expired. 3. I raised a question about discounts and am still facing the issue. #balamalladi
