@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD paid the amount about 10 days back and calling the person for the installation for the last 10 days no response from the team, refund the amount else we shall take this to the consumer forum. Pathetic service.

@HathwayBrdband @ACTFibernet why don't you guys expand in cities like Aligarh which are nearby delhi just two hours away? I am doing work from home and don't have any particular reliable ISP and I am sure there are many others in my town facing same issue.

I wrote it to their appellate authority asking for a refund for lost day of service. They just replied saying it got restored.I made a mistake by shifting from @ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet Is providing worst services. I have raised 4 times complaint ticket but till now no Technician visit at site. The day when I got connection I'm getting 10 mbps speed but my connection is 75 mbps. All tickets were closed without resolving issue and contacting me.
