    Is this the way to handle the complain of customer. And if yes so why you are giving the option to talk to customer care services representative. I called act fibernet twice and launched complaint about internet is not working. (1/3) @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Can you please cancel the Prospect No. 103642456912 and process full refund. I am going ahead with other vendor who is ready to give connection today. I don't want to waste my time with such an irresponsible company which cheats customer's money and dont respond.

    @ACTFibernet The worst part is for my clime of around 5 year's discount, you are give only one year's expenses as if it is a charity & that to without giving proper explenation and I'm now totally feed up of following up regarding this matter with your so called customer service.

    @ACTFibernet @SandyMohanG pls intervene without informing me without my confirmation,my refund of static ip act team closed my ticket whis is very Irritating experience of mine with act..from day 1 i am facing so much issues and still struggling..should i raise official grievance.

    If I select option to talk to customer care services representative by press on 9 than system tells me it is wrong option you pressed. So why that system guide me to do it if it is wrong. (2/3) @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet being used since 2016 it was a good association.. Quite recent I came to know that there's a discount for providing power to your junction box installed in my premises. When I raised this issue no one is responding to this matter.

    @ACTFibernet Your team still didn’t show up and they promised issue will be resolved by 6PM I seriously didn’t expect this from ACT. Poor service from you end. If issue not fixed today I will escalate this further.
