@ACTFibernet absolute garbage service. Lost internet connection since a few hours, as I work from home it is very essential and as usual it wont be resolved for two days ticket no: SR101656248481 . Will be cancelling my service with Act soon

@ACTFibernet If downtime is 2-3 days minimum every month, you need to get to the bottom of it and resolve, not send customer service template messages as it doesn't do you any good. Or is it time to move to other ISP?

@ACTFibernet Madurai, an entire day with routing issue/high ping, unusable for my usage. Over 30ms to Chennai gateway. I will keep writing tweets until Madurai users get a permanent fix.

@ACTFibernet One person called me after this tweet. After requesting him to do the installation asap no one has bothered to get back to me.. It has now been approx one week since I paid for a new connection! What kind of service is this?
