    @ACTFibernet finally you have left us no choice but to go with other broadband service provider. For the last couple of months, the connection drops periodically. I have registered the complaints many time but still you won't fix your outage problem.

    Yo @ACTFibernet! Until now the social media was down unknowingly we tried restarting the router. Now u have taken down the whole Internet and I'm not able to raise a complaint with that chatbot of yours. Please resolve ASAP.

    @ACTFibernet Thanks for the "very" prompt reply. We have removed the connection 3 days back. Horrible service. Shifted to Hathway, which I believe is thousand times better already.

    @ACTFibernet it's been 16 days since i discontinued your service and your guys took the router,but no security refund has been made to me after so many calls,You guys have 24 hours to respond otherwise I'll be compelled to register a complaint with the consumer court.
