    @ACTFibernet Such a worst experience I have ever had. customer care is not at all responding to my call. Yesterday I have ordered for a new connection and I mentioned with in span of two days you fix that. I don't even get a call from anyone.

    @ACTFibernet Half the day passed by the issue is yet to get resolved, internet is completely down. surprised to see the issue yet to resolved.

    @ACTFibernet Done. It has already been more than 24 hours since the initial complaint, and the issue still exists. I don't plan on waiting for 24 more hours and lose one more working day. This is the third time I'm facing internet outage this month

    @ACTFibernet 3 times internet issues in last 1 month what is going on. Very poor service in Quthbullapur, berappa nagar,near HMT,po code 500055. SR10163794198374 Can you take it seriously, other wise I will throw your act box set up in my house and move to some other net provider

    @ACTFibernet You have to refund 1000rs but you have just refunded me 415rs I want to know why you gave only 415rs instead of 1000rs. This company is just looting customers by deducing unneccessary amount of money Worst service provider😑 I want my full refund.

    @ACTFibernet My internet has been down, and I registered a complaint yesterday at around 1 pm. Still the issue has not been fixed, and I got a notification that the ticket has been closed. When i followed up with the customer "service" team, i was told to wait for 24 more hours
