    @ACTFibernet Worst experience with your services again..6309922458 Mr Venkatesh doesn’t know how to speak to customer.This is the second time he is being very rude to us and cut the call on face while discussing about the issue..I will never suggest your fiber in our circle..

    I subscribed @ACTFibernet for a new connection on Friday and the customer care team promised the internet installation will be completed by Saturday (21st Aug). Waited for an entire day but the installation was not done. Will the installation be done today at least? @ACTFibernet

    Hey @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD didn’t received revised bill till, pending from 2months. and interrupted internet twice. Already many mails have sent and calls also. Don’t send your automated mails/messages simply. Worst service day by day.

    @ACTFibernet worst service I have ever seen, local broadband is giving quick service over any issue/problem related to network, but act fibernet has very poor service. You take more than 24 hours to resolve the issue while local broadband service provider take only 3 to 6 hours.
