    @ACTFibernet Hi, Your service sucks. Not able to reach any of the customer care folks. I have an issue with the billing and they have put my account in suspension and they I cannot call your customer care unless I pay first. This is blackmailing!!

    @RaviKapoor @ACTFibernet I was using since 2014 or 15. It used to be good back then. Last many years - service is bad. They kept 'upgrading' the speed plan but no difference it made. Even when it say 300Mbps, I was getting max 100 mbps on direct line.

    @tinucherian @ACTFibernet I live in a T3 city (in Uttara Kannada) where BSNL is the only Broadband/Fibre ISP. Never faced any issues with them. All my minor issues (which occur rarely) gets solved with a phone call.
