    @ACTFibernet if your coustomer shifts to other network you will get to know. I know how to remove that service box then you will get to know

    Today I moved out of @HathwayBrdband and went ahead with @ACTFibernet.I had no internet for 15 days and kept calling them to help and not one from @HathwayBrdband helped me.they are useless goons who keep harrassing you via phone calls and have pathetic service.Don't waste money

    @ACTFibernet I am currently out of station and wanted to pause my internet connection for exactly one month. I raised a one month pause plan via the app and got a call from the customer support asking the reason to pause it and said there is no option to choose the dates

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD here is another episode of sheer negligence it’s been 4 days since I have lodged a ticket but all each day I get is just a fake assurance message from @ACTFibernet stating that the issue will be resolved within 24 hrs- but that doesn’t happen at all

    @ACTFibernet I have been contacting the ACT team through mail since a couple of weeks. I tried reaching out on twitter chat for a couple of days. This is the 7th consecutive day I'm posting my issue in public. When will the issue be resolved? When will I get JUSTICE???

    @ACTFibernet Yesterday, I got the reference and I enquired abt the internet. Your people chased me like anything and got the Router installed at my location. But, in less than 4 hours the INTERNET is down ON THE FIRST DAY ITSELF !...inHyderabad (Mehdipatnam)

    @ACTFibernet Worst service ever! The n/w goes down frequently-4th time in last 7 days. U give an SLA of 24 hours. Technician comes at 23rd hour n fixes smthng. N/w goes off in next 12 hrs again. N Again 24 hrs SLA !! Wow!!! Pathetic Service!

    @ACTFibernet You took Money for new connection and made a false promise that I would get connection. When I ask for refund your staff disconnects call and never respond. Aren't you guys paying salary to them? Taking money from customers and ignoring to refund..
