    Worst Very Poor Service It's been 14 days with No Internet Neither Technical Team or Customer Care Team is calling and updating just giving fake ETR that too @ACTFibernet is not on field to work they haven't got any permission while Broadband are giving service to subscribes

    It’s been 10 days without internet in Hyderabad and ACT Fibernet has still not restored the service. No proper updates, no communication, nothing at all. We’ve registered a complaint (Ticket ID :SR10176707393914) but there has been no response so far. #ACTFibernet #InternetOutage

    @ACTFibernet I’ve raised complaints nearly 10 times regarding no internet service, but nothing is resolved. Only excuses every time. This is serious deficiency of service. Please fix it immediately or I’ll be forced to escalate to TRAI & Consumer Forum. #ACTFibernet

    not to sit here helpless thanks to your incompetence. Your customer service is just as useless your stupid bot keeps asking for an OTP I NEVER receive, so I can’t even speak to a real human being. This is beyond frustrating, it’s a scam at this point. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet There is no proper response on the ticket.. daily getting notifications that expected resolution will take another day.. Kindly disconnect atleast we will move to another provider, very pathetic customer service
