    @ACTFibernet @ACTBangalore Do I need to escalate every time to get the issues resolved? Complete area is without internet since yeaterday afternion, and its not yet attended. Is this the best support what you providing?

    @ACTFibernet No one called and you have even closed the ticket which now I have reopened. Have the issue resolved instead of focusing on closing the tickets.

    Your company was using my Electricity and Space from the last 6 months , without my consent and knowledge. When asked to shift your Box from my Space , they intentionally cut my Internet Wire ( Competitive service ) and also took the wire along. Really low of you ! @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Day by day service is becoming worst. Taday 5th complaint raised for outage. It's becoming regular issue. If you are not able to provide seamless service then why promise is made to customer.

    @ACTFibernet team, i am facing an outage. My router got restarted automatically and now I'm not able to connect with the WiFi. WiFi Username got changed automatically and I think password as well. What the heck. Could you please go ahead and sort this out for me. It's urgent
