    It has been approximately 24 hrs now,I have made the payment towars 6 months subscription @ACTFibernet but still no technician arrived to resolve the issue. This is the lowest standards of customer support.

    @thakurayush0497 @ACTFibernet Ikr. I raised atleast 4 tickets and they just close it without resolving. And the technicians that come here do not understand 'packet loss'. This act fibernet twitter handle only talks about taking the complaint ,yet received no reply from them whatsoever.sigh.

    @ACTFibernet it's very pathetic service. One simple activation could nt happen frm ur end. Wht th bloody **** thing is this. Wrk frm home on going. No response frm any of ur team since 48 hours

    @FNPrakash @ACTFibernet I actually found a solution to the packet loss problem. Search up "cloudflare warp download" in google .Download software from the '2nd' link. Open that and switch on the warp connection before you open the game. No more packet loss! Got this from someone who had same issue.

    @ACTFibernet Nearly 2 weeks the link is down and no proper service response from your side and your field engineer still find laptop in your office for testing and checking

    @SagarSomanna9 @ACTFibernet Yeah. They say the same **** to me man! Raised so many tickets already and those who come here to check are clueless about the issue and just close the ticket after leaving from here. sigh
