    @ACTFibernet It’s been months since I first raised this issue, and I’ve rarely seen such irresponsible customer support. I’m back after 2 months asking for the same help again what exactly am I supposed to expect from you at this point?

    @ACTFibernet you'll keep on changing the resolution time. This is one of the worst services. In the 10 day gap there are 2 service disruptions of more than 24 hours. Faster service. FYI I will not renew further and will end the services by July 2026 as mine is a quarterly plan.

    @ACTFibernet i took connection apr 29. Till now they connection is down. They closing the ticket without rectifying issue. Customer care executive answering with attitude. This is the worst experience i am facing with Internet provider. SR10380047971474. None contacted me tillnow

    @ACTFibernet Can you please confirm if @ACTFibernet service is available in Sun City, Bandlaguda Jagir, Hyderabad 17.359706,78.401223. Without confirmation I will not pay the renewal charges which is due on 16th May.

    @ACTFibernet Still the problem is not solved, you guys seriously taking care of your customer. It's been almost 48 hours but still there is no solution. With due all @ACTFibernet customers should move to another telecom service
