**** off @ACTFibernet Facing internet problem since 2 days . Every 2hr your technician says will be there in 1hr but never reaches to fix. Fed up of this now , either u fix this **** by today or else i have to dump your service and route to other internet service provider.

@ACTFibernet I have been requesting the support team to disable static ip from my plan for the past 2 months. Support team is saying it has been removed last month. But it keeps appearing in bills. Can you please check, if support team listening my concern? I need 2ms waive off.

Ok so this happened right now @ACTFibernet Ur employees used power from another building illegally/uninformed to the building owner and the owner ended up paying 7 months everymonth and now they have cut the wire and I don't have internet thanx for Ur amazing service.
