    @airtelindia @ACTFibernet @airtelindia even for cancellation why are you making our life harder. I already requested for cancellation of my black plan and still customer support is not allowing me to disconnect.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD I am not having Internet connection from past 2 days. I have raised a ticket and there is no proper response after multiple follow ups. No one is coming to fix the issue. They said there is an issue with junction box but no one has come to check it.

    @ACTFibernet SR10875761538024 – 4 DAYS without internet. Complaint raised 3 days ago. I’ve called multiple times, all I get is false promises: “Will be resolved today.” Still NOTHING. No technician, no callback, no update. You said wire cut in junction box – then FIX IT.

    @ACTFibernet worst netbservice i have ever seen no service engineer given since morning in sawan park ashok vihar but at the time of bill delay of one day they charge penalty over the bill amount no customer care respond rightly the conectivity work only 3 days a week only.

    Again in just one rain @ACTFibernet WiFi gone , what a pathetic service , since the day I have take @ACTFibernet connect atleast I make 1 tweet in a week complaining there services , again I raise the complaint but god know when and how it will be fixed SRN -SR10275795661324

    @ACTFibernet I have raised a ticket for smart 4k box installation 12 days back. It is not installed yet. Ticket keeps getting closed automatically without resolution. Each time I call CC, they say wait for 24 hours more. I didn't expect such a pathetic service.

    @ACTFibernet I waited a long time for a call, but I didn’t receive one. I have missed call details & no call received from @actfibernet , and I’m requesting a resolution to this issue. Please stop making faulty commitments.
