    @ACTFibernet why is that I always hv to make social media escalation for you to provide resolution on time. I raised a complaint yesterday & was told that it'll be resolved by 10:30 today. Still not done, called ur customer care 4 times already. How many times should i call?

    @ACTFibernet Can please get some response for this. Customer care doesnt respond properly. More how many months should i wait for the upgrade. Worst service @ACTFibernet seriously dont know how i recommended it to my relatives

    @JioCare #JioFiber SR00001404IH & SR000015IEAE. Service engg couldn't do the service. Please disconnect and refund recharge and deposit money. Poor response from Jio. Never expected. Will move to @ACTFibernet
