    @ACTFibernet No not yet, They told me issue has been raised to the specific team and they wil give me a Call by today or Tomorrow. But not received yet not resolved yet. So pls b specific when you say issue being addressed. Looking forward for the call frm specific team. @BandBajaateRaho

    @ACTFibernet I pay for a 450 Mbps yearly broadband plan (ID: 1030 1625 9386). For the past 10 days, I’ve been facing extremely slow Internet despite multiple complaints and tickets raised. Each time your executive calls, says the issue is fixed, takes OTP and closes the ticket.

    @ACTFibernet Wire from your junction box is directly connected to our meter/main line, creating a serious short-circuit risk. Today is the TAT(14 Feb) but issue still unresolved. Plz take immediate action or I’ll remove the wire for safety. Also request disconnection of my Wi-Fi.

    Pathetic service by @ACTFibernet I have raised complaint before 36 hours now and no resolution provided as of now. They simply keep updating the ETR. Engineer not picking up call and No point of co contact given for escalation. Really very bad service provider. SR11879046306904

    @ACTFibernet Yesterday I raised a complaint regarding my WiFi not working. One of your service representatives visited and informed me that the wire was cut from the box. He assured that the issue would be resolved by EOD, but no one has come and the problem is still not fixed.

    @ACTFibernet I got the WiFi installed last week, and its already not working. Only BOT on app, and no ETA on resolution. Its been 3hrs since. Can someone please fix my internet. You guys took 3 months of advance payment and then this, that too within a week of service.
