Why will it take 2 days to resolve the internet issue? It's been regular now. Every weekend there is no internet, it has been happening from past 3-4 weeks.

I paid an amount of 1200 for the April month, then my service was suspended with a new bill, with due on April 10. Very unfair trade practice by act internet. Why false commits
