  @ACTFibernet #Patheticservice I have been a customer of ACT since 2016 nd never have I faced such pathetic service. It's over 9 days now nd SR10180616919614 is yet to be attended. I guess Uguys Rnot bothered about old customers. Nother issue is Uhave not deactivated my old accs.

  @ACTFibernet This is unacceptable. Frequent disconnections, inability to browse, multiple service requests, plan upgrade done, yet no resolution. Every ticket is stuck in "Work in Progress" while customers continue to suffer. Is anyone actually accountable for resolving issues? Immediate intervention required. Enough follow-ups.   @ACTFibernet Finally paused the services of @ACTFibernet temporarily by keeping it under safe custody; and then you start receiving calls from their support team, sir we will resolve all issues, keep it active; but then lessons should be thought the hard way

  That's the reason I'm using @ACTFibernet It's one of the best in terms of Service in Hyderabad. But even I did face some downtime here and there but I beleive it's base plans should increase the speeds.

  @ACTFibernet what's going on? Is there anyone to look into the issue? More than 48hrs no update, just keep on sending revised resolution date n time. Very bad service never expected this.
