    @ACTFibernet We paid on 1st December 2020, But we got a connection on 9th December 2020 (with static IP), with less than 100MBps speed, still, now the problem exists. What we purchased was not delivered till now. Because of this, we are not able to use the internet.

    @ACTFibernet My internet hasn't been working for more than 24hrs now. I have raised a complaint yesterday around 2PM and the issue was supposed to be fixed by 6PM (SR10149894465442) However, no one from ACT followed up. Need a swift action immediately. Bad customer experience.

    @ACTFibernet The customer service team in Bangalore for #ACTDigital is very unprofessional. We have been facing issues with channels freezing for many months now and nobody shows up to help after promising. We are threatened of disconnection when we talk about stoppage of payment

    @ACTFibernet The representative again spoke very disrespectfully and arrogance when we asked about the same just now. Stating "Okay, Do what you want". This is very disappointing to a customer who has been loyal for more than 7/8 years now. #ACTDigitalTV #BadCustomerService

    @ACTFibernet very pathetic and arrogant service provider. No customer service. No option of pausing the internet service in app. No option of downgrading the internet speed. How long we will have to servive their monopoly in Bangalore. @airtelindia @reliancejio have good future.

    @ACTFibernet , whats wrong with your internet service at Hyderabad? Its no longer reliable. Intermittent outage, slow speed have become regular phenomenon. My @airtelindia 4G Hot spot is serving better than your much proclaimed 100mbps connection. #badservice

    @ACTFibernet Thank you very much @ACTFibernet. Till now I have not received any call from your Team. Four days gone after raising my service Complaint. When I approached your office in Nellore, the Security man said "Office closed - contact Customer support.
