@ACTFibernet I got call from your team to upgrade to 7 months pack , by paying 7000 upfront and they will update me with new router , this is not the solution . When the connection was updated the technical guy who came must have seen the router and he knows the new bandwith is not going

are playing the blame game with the teams, this is preposterous. Everyday I recieve the same info from the executives that they are taking the complaint on high priority and escalate it further. I dont understand the escalation process in @ACTFibernet it's taking them more (2/3)

Low graded, substandard, unsatisfactory, poor, third grade, terrible and atrocious internet services are of @ACTFibernet . No resolution is provided by @ACTFibernetHYD . Irritated and exhausted after making advance payment to @ACTFibernet and not receiving uninterrupted internet.

So even after writing multiple times, no communication from your end. None of your Customer service numbers are reachable, is this how you loot people, and top of that I am getting email notification for Disconnection.@ACTFibernet #
