    @ACTFibernet Your request SR10158781106143 . This ticket has been wrongly closed by amar babu. How can he permanently close the ticket when issue is not fixed. Spoke to anoop today he informed he cannot open already closed complaint. Isn't this wrong?

    @ACTFibernet third class service, every week connection get disconnected. Not usable at all. Waste of money, should not go for this this class service, i have made a mistake, will change to JIO / Airtel asap.

    @ACTFibernet ID number is 102588544863. Paid 3 months. 48 hrs over but still no activation. I moved from BSNL bcoz their speed sucks. Looks like your customer service sucks after payment. Makes me wonder if I made a wrong decision

    Pathetic service by @ACTFibernet . Every week we are raising a complaint. Every next day a new issue. If u cannot provide a proper service just shut the operations.

    @ACTFibernet consistency in services is becoming an issue, either the speed or link is down & today it's been down for 5 hrs with a fiber cut prob cited to me by CS. The BOT is bad, CS never has a update & they only raise SRs, local engg are never reachable.. Thinking of changing
