    @ACTFibernet again playing games. Just unable to get through call centre after more than half an hour wait the call gets disconnected. What sort of a company is this? Online extortionists? Also when I made complaint via App no text conformation. Absolute crooks.

    @ACTFibernet SR10258001050402 ETA is 8pm today but it's not resolved yet.. there is some issue in ACT box but not sure how you gonna resolve this. Sunday has gone without internet.

    @ACTFibernet I have no internet connection for 2 days Raised ticket. technician informed fiber issue. How can you expect service charges for 2 days in the month ? Customer need compensation or extended period, Not the data which haven't used

    @ACTFibernet can you please confirm if is there anyone available to pickup customer calls? I have tried number of times but looks like after my queue position 2 it's disconnected. This is not the experience we pay for. Act fast, reAct fast !!
