    @ACTFibernet Hi, another 24hrs crossed but still no solution. I havenโ€™t received my refund even after 20 days of discontinuation and 10 days of asset return. You people will charge late fee, deactivation fee and other charges if we failed to pay on time.

    @ACTFibernet You need to act responsibly, firstly I didnโ€™t get any call but if you cannot reach me, you will close the ticket without any resolution. What kind of service is it? You collect money for 6 months and you cannot shift connection in 10 days and no response also

    @THE_INDRA_KUMAR @ACTFibernet If you call to customer care they respond with all sweet words. Better to drop mail for proof from our end for tracking, additionally we can raise customer dispute.

    @ACTFibernet I am using ACT for almost year and I have very good experience with ACT fibernet but recently regarding shift connection I have very bad experience.

    @ACTFibernet I've contacted customer support multiple times. Every time, I hear the same response: "We've escalated your complaint to the concerned team." But no one has taken any action.
