@ACTFibernet It's been 2 days waiting for the flexybite and then says your representative that the ticket is closed. Seriously how can a ticket be closed without resolving the issue despite your response in the morning that you don't want to give such experience to your customer

@ACTFibernet I had connectivity issue Today. Spoke to one of the Customer care executive(Arun) said it will be resolved with in 2 hours.after an hour I spoke to another executive(Shiva Prasad) who was really rude. Don't even know the basic etiquette about how to speak to customer

@ACTFibernet Though I raised billing issue complaint, no one called me so far and they will close my ticket with our resolution. Now they had given connection, but I am not using, because of bill issue. I can only pay and use internet, only if I received revised bill.

@ACTFibernet Myself Mukunda(11248128) and I am using act service since 5 years. Recently I received a call for reactivation from ACT and she guaranteed 600 rupees waiver off in my bill and also she confirmed will send revised bill to me, but so far not received revised bill

@ACTFibernet again I'm facing the same issue.. technician did visit my place on Sunday internet was up only for 2 days again same issue. No proper solution is provided by the @ACTFibernet they are only do fake advertisements for leading ISP,Everyday I'm facing connectivity issue

Hello @ACTFibernet, I have renewed my internet plan in Feb2021 to 6+1+WiFiRouter and have paid in full. But I haven't received the router even after multiple follow-up phone calls. I was informed everytime that 'someone' would call me back but nothing happened so far. Can u help?
