    @ACTFibernet Speed issue is resolved but this issie whenever there is a power cut it stops working. I clearly mentioned that and still exists.

    Hey @ACTFibernet! Next month I am discontinuing your connection. The turn around time of your service engineers are way too long in Delhi & they don’t do their job properly aswell. Since the setup box is connected to my home, my neighbours will disconnect your connection aswell.

    @ACTFibernet its been almost a day and no one has reached out or resolved the issue. Ticket id: SR10181648713014 Team confirmed that issue will be fixed by 5 PM. Please let me know if you are fixing the connection or If I have to permanently switch other ISP.

    @ACTFibernet My Gx service is down since yesterday morning. No proper response from your backend team. Very poor response and service. When you going to improve or forcing me to move some better ISP?
