    @ACTFibernet @balamalladi @Balamalladi13 #balamalladi the service was restored. Thanks. Now I request that credit be given to my account for the amount of non usage of Internet from 15.01.2021 to 22.02.2021 i.e. 39 days and confirm the same via email.

    Consistent follow ups through DM. Lack of a contact number to reach out to. I have been without internet since the last three days @ACTFibernet if this lackadaisical service continue I might have to jump to @airtelindia or @reliancejio. Do you guys provide internet in Bengaluru?

    @ACTFibernet your service has become worst, have been having frequent no internet issue tickets are getting closed without resolution, I guess it is time to change🙄

    Worst service. Have to raise request for no connection every alternative day. It's been 5 months, missing important meetings. Everytime i talk about disconnection, they ask for last chance. Finally shifting to a local service provider.@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD @jagograhakjago
