    @ACTFibernet Not at all acceptable! Internet these days is the need of the hour, not restricted to entertainment, likr in case of the past. Breakdown for almost 24 hours, not only affects the day-to-day chores, but also gives a sense of disconnect. @ACTFibernet handling the issue callously

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Such a worst Broadband service in Kondapur, Hyderabad. The guy called Prem approached me to change the connectivity line and raised a shifting request on my behalf. Now they've disconnected my connection because I haven't payed the Shifting Charges.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet @FiberAct It's been over a 9 days since I raised my shifitng request and 6 days as disconnection request (SR10281001985214), but there has been no resolution. Since my connection could not be shifted within the promised timeline, I had no option but to get a new internet connection. I cannot keep waiting because of the delay from your end. Please process my disconnection request immediately and close the ticket. Account No.: 102690825805

    Iโ€™m only asking for a permanent solution. Why was an incompatible router installed? Why wasnโ€™t it identified earlier despite repeated complaints? If this isnโ€™t resolved, Iโ€™ll be forced to approach the consumer grievance forum. #ACTFibernet #CustomerService (3/3)

    @ACTFibernet I am using ACT for almost year and I have very good experience with ACT fibernet but recently regarding shift connection I have very bad experience.

    How much longer are customers expected to tolerate this? At this point, just come and take your router back. Iโ€™ll switch to a provider that actually delivers the service it promises. This level of service is unacceptable. Fix itโ€”or lose another customer. @ACTFibernet
