    @ACTFibernet Act Fibernet is the worst internet service provider. No internet since ystrdy evening, called the customer care and they told that the local internet box has some issues and will be resolved but no body has a time frame and no body reached out yet.This is frustating.

    @ACTFibernet when my issue is yet to resolve, still I'm getting messages to pay next 3month bill, wherein I have already asked to make it monthly plan an reverse the bill for monthly bills.

    @ACTFibernet I was promised a rebate for the September billing period by your customer service team as I had a connection outage of 3 working days. I don’t see that reflecting on the bill. Does your team take their work seriously @ACTFibernet ?

    @ACTFibernet Hi team, another example of pathetic customer service experienced. Bill amount is generated with additional 150 rs. On 4 customer care calls i was told this will be removed.but no action being taken. Pls see.SR10263008381503. last month of ACT
