@ACTFibernet Customer care call has long waiting time, and when they say we will schedule a call back, that has never happened in years. I have never received callback.

@ACTFibernet from last 3 hous net down.. ur guy said he will come and see but now he stopped picking my call.. is this what i expect... every 5 days need to raise one new ticket for new issues. Once the plan over i will move to other and also never recommend any one for ACT.

Like @ACTFibernet is not reachable for the customers. I felt @airtelindia is best when it comes to customer service. FYI - I'm posting it publicly after DM to ACT and no use of it.
