@ACTFibernet @JioCare @Airtel_Presence I connected wth the backend team as advised by the field technician. The lady on call says that their engg needs to visit to resolve this. When I hv been raising this issue for more than a month now, why were u sending some incapable technicians whn u knw only engg can fix this?

.@airtelindia should learn how to address customer grievances, from @ACTFibernet Maybe it is a problem of scale, maybe mindset. On Airtel, I spent 16 mins to register a complain that my office broadband wasn't working. On ACT, it takes less than a minute through their app 👍

@ACTFibernet :If you are unable to provide service let me know i can go another broadband. It is very pathetic dont provide these kind of service. If network is down for 1-2 times ok, but 7 times in span of 17 times what kind of service is it?
