    @ACTFibernet @avinash__999 SR10176866487654 Ticket number This is to bring to your notice that despite raising a complaint more than 7 days ago, my internet connection is still not restored. the maximum resolution time is 72 hours, yet no action has been taken till date.

    hello @ACTFibernet , My internet has been down for 15 days. TicketID :SR10176720048134. ETR keep changing everyday, engineers don’t respond to call through app, they just hangup the call . While my neighbour’s ACT is working fine.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Internet offline for over a week. Ticket SR10176822209884 still unresolved. The app keeps saying “will be fixed today” -> every day. Zero transparency, zero accountability. Fix the connection ASAP!

    @ACTFibernet My ticket SR10176731015974 was raised on 20 Aug — it’s been over 2 weeks and NOTHING has been resolved. How long do you expect customers to wait? This service is pathetic. Fix it immediately. #ACTFibernet #WorstService

    @ACTFibernet What are you working on? I never thought that Twitter would become a source to talk to ACT Fibernet. Other broadband services were able to provide new/restore connection with 1 single call, here ETA is increasing day by day by day but no response or no restoration.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Day 9 of "Internet Not Working" and no executive from ACT have called or shared an ETA. i am now starting to think how long will it take for ACT to realize that this is poor customer experience, unacceptable delay and they need to get a case manager working on this issue @TRAI

    @ACTFibernet @arvindia4u Worst service No resonse and long waiting for customer care, maximum resolution time u givrn 72hrs after 7 days also not solved u loose the all customers with ur negligence it will affect my job who is accountability
