    @ACTFibernet Last time it took you guys 10 days to resolve a simple wiring issue. This time again, it’s more than 30 hours. Your customer care team is being incapable of transferring the call to the escalation team, technician or anyone. Why is escalation team not on thier desk.

    How much longer are customers expected to tolerate this? At this point, just come and take your router back. I’ll switch to a provider that actually delivers the service it promises. This level of service is unacceptable. Fix it—or lose another customer. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet you have become like a Chinese loan app man from 5th started to mail and keep on getting message . Tomorrow is my due date now I'm getting message tonight you will suspense my account if i didn't pay worst to the core

    Second 48-hour ACT Fibernet outage in less than 3 weeks. The same story again—repeated extensions of the resolution timeline,no response from customer support. Customers pay in advance for reliable service, not repeated disruptions and silence. @ACTFibernet #ACT @ACTFibernetHYD

    @THE_INDRA_KUMAR @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet nowadays not even attending complaints, Speed also 'dead slow' But 'on-time ' they knock the door with monthly bill

    @ACTFibernet Dmed the ticket number. It takes minimum 20 mins to talk to customer service representatives.

    @ACTFibernet I am using ACT for almost year and I have very good experience with ACT fibernet but recently regarding shift connection I have very bad experience.

    @ACTFibernet Your ground team came at 8:30 at night, said that they couldn't even find where this break was and that it would be easier to search at night. Implying that they didn't even bring OTDR metres and relied on VFLs, and of course, still no resolution and we're 84 hours in.
