@ACTFibernetHYD for 1 service request they took 8 days to resolve from6 months I'm bearing same issue and No one responnding they resolve the issue by there own time (i.e) 8 - 10 days they won't bother about customers I request dear friends don't take actfibernet connection

@ACTFibernet every month internet not working at least for 24 Hr, since yesterday morning my intern ate is not working and nobody bother to confirm when it will be resolved, worst internet service provider I have ever seen…

@ACTFibernet Open a ticket to resolve. As through phone you support only broadband services and not digital tv. This is not nice when we pay you provide correct service for the channel or return all the money and don’t give mental torture

@ACTFibernet has no priority in restoring internet connection. Internet is down since 6pm last evening, reported the same immediately. Internet is still down and seems like it's going to remain the same till morning. No urgency at all. Service is deteriorating. SR10262844778412

@ACTFibernet such a creepy network. In a month this is a fourth time I'm complaining about connectivity issues. Please have look details shared in DM. If this is happening then better to switch to @airtelindia or @JioCare
