    @ACTFibernet After 20 calls and several wasted hours. Thanks for fixing the issue. You must improve your customer service process, train staff better and expedite resolution to reduce customer impact. I need to upgrade my service and now again I am being told odd rules. Can we upgrade ASAP

    Hi @ACTFibernet , Internet is not working. Again. I have raised a complaint SR10377737520294 Today morning. Till now, no one is assigned for this issue to solve it. Solve it ASAP. This issue is keep on occurring.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Comment 1: Their team initially admitted it was an error on their end and told me to ignore the fake bill. But now I keep getting calls and messages asking me to pay for a connection that never existed.
