    @ACTFibernet since Saturday been having interrupted wifi services. Have written two emails to credit my account for hours of no service. Even now there no service. No response from Nodal or Appellate. The customer service is going further down.

    @ACTFibernet your services are Pathetic in #Bangalore recently. Initially when launched had good service and quick resolution time, but slowly it's gone away. Now average customer loose 2 or 3 half days every month. @HathwayFiber looking for switch. What's your turn around time?

    @homo_sapien007 @ACTFibernet These @ACTFibernet team is shameless fellows. Expecting service from them is our mistake. Their motto is to loot the customers with fake bills and plans and feed their staff. Worst company on the earth. Not sure how they are getting investors . They should stop investing in them.

    @ACTFibernet SR10164945385967- A new pole was installed yesterday during which the internet was disconnected. #Airtel and #Jio restored it in less than 3 hours but still no sign of reconnection from Act. Appaling customer service which does nothing despite 5 follow up calls.

    @Bakiyar83311958 @ACTFibernet Better to change as they are no more a good and speedy service provider. Else go for base plan and have another service provider with base plan , compare and change..

    @ACTFibernet Tean internet is not working. Ticket no: SR10164951563784 has been submitted. Frequent disconnection is creating problems abd response time 24 hrs is not acceptable.

    @ACTFibernet Got a msg that issue is fixed but there is no internet connection in my home. I told that time is here to change ISP - either @airtelindia or @JioCare

    @ACTFibernet Its been three days and connection still not activated and fees already paid!! This is the worst kind of service i have ever faced!! Please disconnect the connection and refund the amount!!
