    As a 10+ year #ACT customer, this is deeply disappointing. Please take ownership and resolve this urgently. As a customer, I have no direct way to reach the assigned technician, the only channels available to me are customer support and social media. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet And inform that supervisor is busy and will call me after 1 hour. Which of course never happened, no one ever calls back from ACT!

    @ACTFibernet SR10381639652454 this is the TICKET and there is Frequent network issue with your service and team. Tbh it's poor every week. Already been affected more than 12 hrs none of your employees showed up.
