    @ACTFibernet I just want to know how you people decide the time to solve the internet issue. Yesterday morning I raised a complain and you gave me a time to solve at 7.30 to 9pm, but no 1 was working on that issue & today morning you gave me a time of 4 to 7 pm SR10178568175224

    @ACTFibernet You have got the pathetic service and even more pathetic response from people. In last six months, There is hardly a week where your service has worked without interruption. I would prefer to discontinue the service and get the refundan if possible.

    @ACTFibernet I have spoken to 10 different people from ACT since morning, I have had 3-4 technician visits since yesterday. All of them have confirmed that there is range and feasibility issue at home. Ans inspite of that I have not seen you guys processing my refund.

    @ACTFibernet If you can not provide service better do not give connection. Two days after payment and installation, there is no network till now. Whomever i connected was filling his monthly target by taking my money. No one is responding to calls. Worst service.

    @ACTFibernet I called your customer care at 11.50 from my register mobile number your agent is not help and he is Traning me how to raised complaint and waste my time ,I request to you please disconnect my line I never use this type of service last 6 years I used

    @ACTFibernet I disconnected ACT WiFi due to poor coverage. Reached out in Jan for reinstatement + feasibility check. Paid 6K+ based on false info. ACT failed to check fibre availability, made false promises and avoided calls after payment. I want IMMEDIATE REFUND & cancellation.
