    @ACTFibernet when the due date for payment is 15th of the month why are u bombarding th customer with calls and SMS from 13th to make the payment

    @ACTFibernet not even considering Customers Complaints. Customer Care Executives behaviours are more than worst. Simply cutting down the calls. May be due to hike in connections 🤷

    @ACTFibernet what is wrong with you guys! Internet goes off often.. it's very hard and don't think at this rate I would be able to continue with your service. Every month there is a 2-3 days of internet service down!
