    @ACTFibernet One of the worst ISPs in the city, connection goes down every alternate day. Does not have own power backup, Area : Meenakshi Layout, Thubarahalli Bengaluru. Never Take ACT here.

    @ACTFibernet In this morning’s thunder and lightening the ACT modem shut off on its own and is not powering up. Complained on app but no provision to give this detail SR10361277457032 complaint number. No one has reached out yet. Need internet urgently
