    @ACTFibernet are you into a cheating business. I raised a complaint about bad installation experience and today morning someone called and raised a ticket for slower speed than the plan speed and a ticket with ticket no : SR11164144431641 was created.

    @ACTFibernet As always the pathetic service level of ACT Fibernet is proven again. Yet again internet is down, complaint no is SR10364150006074. I was wondering how come ACT fibernet doesn't go down as it's been a month and from this evening the internet down. Pathetic service.

    @ACTFibernet Worsed service providers in mandawali. When they give you the connection they charge only monthly bill. After 10 day they will ask for router if you didn't pay. They disconnect the internet. Very bad service. Salesman is too lier. Guy be aware. Don't take act connect

    @ACTFibernet Respected team , It is more than 10days have crossed since the day I have complained about the theft of junction box from our home by your executive personnel . Till now I haven't got any explanation or solution . I need @TRAI s help here .

    SR10164113500373 Its consecutive 16th day since I am trying to reach @ACTFibernet customer care and still my problem is not solved Regret to connect with @ACTFibernet Worst,totally wasted my money and more importantly my time.
