    @ACTFibernet I am so unhappy with the kind of service you provide, every time there is no internet, why don’t you have a better quality products of wiring in place, this is impacting my work. I guess it was biggest mistake to have ACT in the first place.

    @ACTFibernet A power discount issue that has been going on month after month for over one year and still not resolved. Pathetic response from your customer care and billing teams. You guys have a horrible work process where the customer has no contact point for SR followup

    1/4 Dear @ACTFibernet , Acc No: 10935357 I am being charged for Static IP services which I never requested for. October 2021: Raised 1 ticket for removing service 1 for rectifying bill. Issue resolved. November 2021: No Issues.

    @ACTFibernet Your area manager had to fix the routing of cables inside my house instead he screwed up the RJ 45 connector and now I am getting only 36-38 mbps. Not acceptable When your ENGINEER activated the connection I was getting 40mbps & over constantly, so send him again to fix my issue
