What a worst service by @ACTFibernet My wifi stopped working from early morning on 24.03.23 whole day I tried installation person to sort out but still now not sorted. Don't cheat customers.

@ACTFibernet This is just a ****** customer experience. Why promise a resolution time, if you cannot honour it. I had calls scheduled based on that, and now conveniently I get a text saying "Nope, not fixin' it today"

Please don't trust @ACTFibernet they are cheaters i opted for 150mbps plan but they gave a modem as free if i purchase for 6months which would support only 50mbps speed pls don't trust them and get cheated i didn't know this for 1year

@ACTFibernet , such a worst broadband company experience ever I had. People, if you value your money , time and self respect, don’t even go with ACT broadband. I have paid Rs. 4195 and getting scolded from the ACT team. Thanks @ACTFibernet for treating customers like nothing.

@ACTFibernet I've registered a complaint regarding internet outage today in the afternoon, and I received no updates. And now I get an SMS saying it won't be resolved today. This is some 12/10 customer support. Is this what I should be expecting henceforth?
