@ACTFibernet Guess what now @ACTFibernet has extended resolution period by another 24hours.. now it's more than 48hours with no internet. In my 6months plan, 3months goes in complaint itself. Feel like paying double the actual amount.

@ACTFibernet Customer service doesnt even know what would be the issue. For every query they say back end team works on it. Hw can back end team work on wear and tear issues. Ts is utter scam from ACT. Local network providers resolve issues in one or 2 hours.@jagograhakjago #
