    @ACTFibernet It’s done and resolved for now. Constant follow up 48 hours from customer, for after sales service call which is prepaid 6 months in advance? No customer service contact point,one app, that doesn’t help in resolving actual human problems. Internet is lifeline to survive. Pls.

    @ACTFibernet@ACTFibernetHYD when they don't wanna do anything, they'll just close the ticket, send the link for feedback and stop responding because they can give bad service and hike prices, they want to connect on call instead solving the issue from their end. #share #public

    @ACTFibernet I know about the ETR in the app. My question is why has the issue not been resolved for more than 12 hours. I am paying for entire month for a WORKING service. Please reduce my bill during next renewal for the time the ticket was raised until the time its resolved.

    @ACTFibernet I can see your prompt and swift action has taken around 5 days to resolve this Your commitment arises on the day of billing that's it You penalize the customer on late payment of bills/recharge, but what about you guys when it comes to delay in resolution
