  @ACTFibernet it is simply not acceptable to wait for 24 hours to set right the broken connection in this age. You should be able to do it remote or atleast send some one to check if not immediately then within 1-2 hours. Raised last evening 7pm and still waiting

  Worst customer support by @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD. Don't do any plan change with routers they won't deliver it. It's been 13 days but not delivered.When ever I call customer care (escalation team also) they say within 24 hours it will delivered but that 24 hours never come

  Hello @ACTFibernet my internet is out since yesterday morning and a resolution was expected till 9 pm. It is a new day and still no news? You don't take a minute to charge extra fees if payment is delayed, what about now? Ticket no SR10280391703704

  @ACTFibernet I raised my complaint around 6pm but you have the worst customer service as you never resolved the issue on the same day if reported after 4pm. I faced this issue in the past as well. Completely bullshit

  @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD You can never learn/improve. This is extensively disappointing to receive such poor service experience from you. Without my knowledge the services are disconnected & I receive an email post the disconnection.Multiple SR,emails,calls & no update/action

  @ACTFibernet There has been no response, and this is one of the worst services. Customer care informed me yesterday that they would resolve it within 2 hours, but it's almost two days with no resolution.

  I paid ₹3182 for ACT Fiber connection on 18/05/26 .Even after 4 days, it has not been installed and I am not receiving proper updates from your representative. I contacted customer care multiple times and tickets were raised, but the issue is still unresolved @ACTFibernet
