    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet I don't think you regret the inconvenience caused to anyone.. all i hear from follow-ups to your customer care is someone is looking into it and I get revised timelines. If u can't fix the problem let the customers know so they can switch to a better service provider

    @ACTFibernet I have been contacting the ACT team through different media's since a couple of months. I tried reaching out on almost every platform available. This is the 64th consecutive day I'm posting my issue in public. When will this be settled? When will I get JUSTICE...???+

    @TAAssociates @ACTFibernet This company is false claiming that they are resolve our problem within 24 hours. My connection is not working since last 72 hr so please do not take connection from this company there are so much better player in the market to give you good connection

    @ACTFibernet over 36+ hrs since there's no internet and the team only mentions it's being looked into, but there's been no update at all! Every customer care executive has a different (fake) story! Absolutely horrible service

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet I RAISED A TICKET WITH REGARDS TO BILLING CONCERNS AND YOU EXECUTIVE WITHOUT EVEN INTERACTING WITH ME DISCONNECTED THE CALL AND THEN MARKED THE ISSUE AS RESLOVED, WHAT THE HELL IS THIS? IS THIS THE WAY YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS AND DO YOUR PROMOTIONS.

    @ACTFibernet it's been 24 hours since the complaint and 3 days without internet working properly. I don't want this kind of service provider, please refund my 3 months advance so that I can switch to another network

    @ACTFibernet it's been more than 7 days i contacted customer care to change 6 months plan to monthly. Still it's not updated. Wow
