@ACTFibernet - can you please advise your support staff to look little seriously into SR 10365709092344? Such a lousy and callous attitude and the WhatsApp customer care number is funnier. It says my connection has been disconnected due to non payment of bill. Is this is a joke?

@ACTFibernet Btw, the latency issue itself is NOT resolved. You offered a refund instead, but I have said I'll continue using ACT as a backup connection while I switch to other providers. Thanks for the offer though.

@ACTFibernet first train ur customer care people to how to talk to customer. They are giving false promises and they just read whatever available in ticket. Most laziest and pathetic team technical team, they don’t know when they take ticket and resolve. Worst service

@ACTFibernet First try to improve your customer support and the concerned person should answer atleast status of the issue in a full day he answered only twice when i called around 50-60 times and he doesn't even care when i said i will escalate the issue to act management

@ACTFibernet Your guys mutually fighting and making me work since yesterday getting them (ACT staff) on conference calls blaming each other. Apparently they don’t want to work on weekend. Better make it a policy that your network will stay shut on Sunday.
