    @ACTFibernet For the first time since we are ACT customers, the monthly issue of Broadband downtime was fixed within 24 hours. Please ensure the infrastructure supports continuous uptime at least for 3 months. Thanks much for this quick support. Please keep this up!

    @ACTFibernet internet is not working from last night. Raised ticket SR10366601474194. After few hours dialed customer care, he said it will take 24 hours to fix. And i ASKED why 24 hours does it mean i cannot do office work,for which he replied i can shift to other ISPs. #airtel
