    @ACTFibernet Standard reply on tweets and emails. Even your Appellate authority is toothless and spineless. What plausible reason can you give for connection down every 10-12 days. And freaking 26+ hrs of downtime??? If you pull the plug in your office net connection you will know my pain.

    @ACTFibernet @PMOIndia Dear Sir, I’m writing this out of utmost pain in following up with ACT internet team. They do not keep up promises, no transparency and have no empathy. We are struggling during COVID in tier 2 towns with bad internet or no internet. Please help here 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

    @ACTFibernet it’s almost 26 hrs since your net is down. >2 hrs since your committed resolution. Do you have any shame? Like a ritual every 10-12 days the connection is down for 2+ days. TRAI / DoT - do you even care? @DoT_India @AshwiniVaishnaw - what is your action ?????????????
