@ACTFibernet ur service is disgusting. Spoke to customer care, sent mail to nodal officer, sent mail to appellate authority & all this in 2 days. No call, no mail and the issue remains unresolved. Paid for the whole year but internet deactivated since 2 days. Ridiculous 🤬

@ACTFibernet No, it hasn't been resolved. Gotta ask, do you even know what the grievance is? The mobile app is pathetic. If you are using only bots to address customer grievances, atleast train them well!
