    @ACTFibernet I had logged complaint on 31st Dec arnd 7:30 PM since internet was not working. I got sms stating issue will be resolved by 4 PM on 1st Jan and subsequently another SMS stating resolution by 9 PM.

    Been calling your customer service twice every day and they always ask for 48hrs. And one of the execs registered a ticket to discontinue the service instead of resolving it. Great gesture from the team for being a loyal customer for over 9 years. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet raised a request for shifting the Act internet. From morning called. In every call getting one answer will arrange a callback. The cc is not supporting for the service.

    @ACTFibernet A worst network I’ve never seen no service at all for every two days need to raise a ticket that Internet is not working & Then team atleast won’t visit the home simply say that u need to change router I won’t recommend this network to anyone at all 😡😡

    I have been trying to put an application for shifting my @ACTFibernet broadband but there's no way I can submit the application. The app & web method doesn't work!!! Tried mannual as well, didn't work. Need help @ACTFibernet
