    @ACTFibernet, I paid for a new connection 3 days ago after your team promised installation within 2–3 hours. Since then, I've called customer care every day. Every time, I'm told an engineer will visit "today" yet no one has shown up. #CustomerService #ACTFibernet

    SR closes again Every day new person calls and promises to call back after getting a resolution 2 months gone SRs silently gets closed without any resolution Made me pay extra for your fault @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet I’ve been without internet for almost 35 hours. ETA was yesterday 8:30 PM, but there’s still no resolution or update. Support hasn’t helped, and I can’t WFH as mobile data is unreliable here. Please resolve ASAP. Ticket: SR10181037423224
