    @ACTFibernet This is regarding complaint no. SR10365811323954. I was told that battery is having problem inside junction box and it will be fixed soon in next two days. Kindly take necessary action for installation battery inside junction box. Till now battery is not installed.

    @ACTFibernet One of the wrost internet service provider i have ever seen. They will take atleast 3 days to fix small issues. Customer care will not have any updates about the issue, they just say we are working. No value to customers.

    @ACTFibernet The ticket # SR10165858270674 is not resolved from 3days and there is no proper update or response from Cust support and Nodal officer. Worst service is being provided. There is no technician who called to understand the issue. #Worstservice#Act
