    @ACTFibernet My broadband connection just got disconnected even though I was talking to your billing department and support team on waving off the charges. Are ur teams not in sync on an account. This needed a resolution but this was handled in the most pathetic way.

    @JediRhymeTrix @ACTFibernet Exactly! That is what your support staff also said when I called this morning. Also, why do you charge for days you don't serve? You must refund for days you are down, when you are so prompt in charging a huge late fee even if payment is delayed by 1 day.

    @ACTFibernet Regarding Ticket No.: SR10252806070242 - it has been more than 13 Hours since internet connectivity has been down!!! Provide status update on the issue & restore connectivity ASAP as I am Working From Home!!!

    @ACTFibernet your service is horrible. Your call centre representatives hang up on call! Been 10 days since I got issues and no resolution has been provided to me. Honestly @reliancejio fibernet is providing better connection than you. Please resolve my issue asap!

    @ACTFibernet I have not been getting internet since yesterday. I have dm'd you all my details with the picture of the ticket raised, which says that the issue will be addressed by 9:00 Pm tonight. I have to say that your service has been going downhill since a few months.
