    @ACTFibernet my internet is not working from morning I have complained it to act customer service,but they are saying that it will be resolved only by 3rd july. I'm not able to work without internet the customer support is worst from act.

    @ACTFibernet third class service, every week connection get disconnected. Not usable at all. Waste of money, should not go for this this class service, i have made a mistake, will change to JIO / Airtel asap.

    Without the issue being resolved, the ticket is closed. Service has been pathetic like other networks. Will send the bill on time but when it comes to service nope. Initial days the service was good. Now frequent no connection @ACTFibernet #actinternet #actfibernet

    @ACTFibernet The internet is down since the night of June 29th, I have called the customer service team multiple times now to get the status, but the response is usual as one should expect from ACT. ACT team doesn't act on complaints at all!

    @ACTFibernet I'd like to discontinue my connection but I'm unable to find a proper customer care number, to initiate the process. Please respond ASAP. We've relocated and purchased a new connection in the new city. Looking forward to hearing back
