@ACTFibernet has the worst on call customer service. After waiting on 3 queue positions for 20+ mins ,and after overpaying them (because of their glitch), the customer rep cut my call after telling me 'just a sec ma'am' only 30 secs after I began speaking with her.

@ACTFibernet Today's the last chance If my issue doesn't resolve today, I'm surely apply for disconnection, this type of behavior is unacceptable. I'm asking for updates but you guys are just sending revised timeline, I won't continue with ACT if you give services like this.

@ACTFibernet doesn't have escalation paths, they will keep giving wrong info on calls and let the customer suffer. Wait for 24 hours is always the answer.

@ACTFibernet atleast have some courtesy to refund the money in customer's bank account when customer has asked you for disconnection due to the poor services. What would I do with the ACT money as I am never getting or recommending you to anyone?

@ACTFibernet Pathetic service as well as pathetic refund policy you guys have. Have some shame. I would request to refund the balance to the payment source as I am not planning to come back to ACT neither am I going to recommend my relatives and friends to use this service.
