@ACTFibernet Your service is not pathetic and your agents give diff answers for a SR raised..1says junction box issue other says server issue. INTERNET not working since last night 9pm. raised SR10162565456852, tentative fixing time is 7pm sep 20. Did you assigned SE to fix?

@ACTFibernet And it's not showing an upgrade option until the month of renewal i.e. December 15th in the Act app. But the customer care guy said we can do it this month itself and pay pro-rata basis.

@ACTFibernet Your mobile app has a bot programmed to answer the same thing. The issue here is how your company is addressing such degraded services with respect to your management. I am still not sure whether you have catered for the back up battery. Would let you people know during outage.
