    @ACTFibernet Not sure if there is a proper customer care exist for @ACTBangalore or not. This is no joke guys. Refund my money. You have almost taken 3 times more time than assured. Can't wait anymore. Enough.

    @ACTFibernet given complaint till know didn't solved every month same problem you people are removing connection unnecessary,I have the proof of every month ticket Number wantedly you people are removing my connection that to weekend's time.

    @ACTFibernet Not sure why my ticket is getting closed without a resolution. Every time a person from your team calls and say that the ticket is raised but when it comes to resolution nothing happens. Again a new ticket have to be raised. So far more than 3 to 4 tickets have been raised.

    @ACTFibernet After using your services for less than a month itself. I realised how pathetic are your services. From last Friday i.e 6th August'21. There is not internet connection and worst case is even after registering complain SR10260655286242 there is no solution provided.

    @ACTFibernet @bada_paww Again there is agreement between myself and ACT support who called over cell. I never requested plan change.Without my notice the plan has been changed and charged. Let me will able revert the old plan else I would like disconnect my connection.

    @CoreenaSuares2 @ACTFibernet where is 3000 free wifi hotspots?? @MinisterKTR ..we know how Actfiber service works even it is paid service we have to wait mini week time to resolve the issue....

    @ACTFibernet what a service provided by act Every time when I call , I got another date for installation. Executive told me different date. His manager gave me another date and customer care give me another date. And the most amazing thing is that . Everytime I recieve same msg
