    @ACTFibernet There is still no response and it is more than 48 hours?? What kind of customer care is this? The router was picked on 01st October 2022 from my security guard and still I haven’t got the refund. The person who has picked up hasn’t updated from his end. Is that my fault???

    Hello @ACTFibernet I am getting irritating with this broadband and I am feeling like why I have choose such an worst network service every month twice I will face with the problem after raising the ticket they will send a MSG we will solve by next day. Thanks, Gulam ali
