@ACTFibernet @ACTBangalore I got work from home and i have been recharging data packs to complete my work. The customer service is pathetic. There is no where i can seek help for customer care, this is not why I opted Act Fibernet. It's the second time I'm facing this issue.

@ACTFibernet @ACTBangalore I have been facing issue with the internet from past two days, and the technicians have closed my ticket telling he'd come resolve it in the morning. And they are playing blame game with each other sending me other technicians contact number.

@ACTFibernet ticket SR10666141208734. Not resolved yet. No person came or no one called. More than 24hrs required every time for service. If weekends more than 48hrs. Very pathetic service as always from you.

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD I am working for night shift and every day after 1.15 AM IST getting internet issue for some time. I don't know the reason why it is happening every day😡 Now a ACT service is going down!! I think customers are increasing, so eyes seeking up. . . 😡
