@ACTFibernet My incorrect billing issue is going on for last 10 days. Starting from ticket SR10263412302784 raised on Nov 6, which closed without resolution! to the ticket open today, the issue has not been solved yet. Moreover I had pay the money to get the account activated.

@ACTFibernet I've usually maintained excess balance on my account for one reason or the other. Today I noticed the connection wasn't working so logged in to the app to log a complaint and was asked to pay my pending (2 days overdue amount) to revoke suspension of my account.

@ACTFibernet Still, the issue is there, but as per your team members, it's resolved. I have a 50mbps connection but not getting even 30mbps. We are frustrated now, it's our mistake to choose ACTfibernet. Thanks
