    @ACTFibernet Since my last complaint few days back of lack of internet which was restored for a day or two & got interrupted again since today afternoon. Is it so difficult to give a seamless connection when you charge so heavily.

    @ACTFibernet it’s been 24 hours that the Internet has stopped working . No consistency in your services. This is the second time in a week of time that the internet stopped working. Poor network .

    @ACTFibernet have been raising ticket after tickets but no one seems to be concerned to customer queries. My account number 102014024461 .. All tickets raise are closed with the technicians calling to promise they will resolve .. immediately I get a msg stating issue resolved
