  @ACTFibernet u disconnected the phone while I was raising complain abt your internet. Every week your internet doesn't work. @jagograhakjago terms and conditions take money for 6 months but we face issue for weeks and no help. Is this how consumers are dealt with ? @ACTFibernet

  @ACTFibernet But again, the only resolution is paying additional for a data cable to connect the 2 routers. If you are offering such a mesh network, why is it not mentioned on the website nor explained by your salesperson before finalising the purchase?

  @ACTFibernet I have reopened the ticket. Hope commonsense prevails. All I am asking is sending me in writing on whatever is being told on phone, if they can't address it. If they are not willing to write down whatever they are saying,it means they are not truthful.
