    @ACTFibernet What you need to do is take some accountability. Your support staff headed by a Mr. Abhishek (who is in charge of South Delhi I assume, n who sits in okhla office) does not have a clear line of communication. The team under him takes huge amounts of time just to note a complaint!

Even the days you fail to provide service, you should refund our money, which you don't
