  Dear Actfiber: if you can’t follow up with smooth and timely installation process, don’t sell. Had a pathetic experience recently. I was using Jio Fiber and was disappointed with their customer care so decided to switch. Contacted Act and sales executive was behind me for docs and payment. Assured me that he will try for installation next day. After payment he went incommunicado. Didn’t take my calls nor responded to my msgs. Standard window of 48 hours also expired. After 96 hours got a call for installation. In the meantime , I booked Airtel and got it installed the very next day promptly. Thanks ACT for saving the agony of being your customer. If metro like chennai has this service levels, god help other tier 2 places. @ACTFibernet @FiberAct

  @ACTFibernet I had raised a request for a shift in connection. The resolving time was today by 1 PM. The service person is not responding. The service for ACT is so poor.

  @ACTFibernet @FiberAct It's been over a week since I’ve been trying to register a complaint to cancel my subscription as I’m moving to a new location where ACT Fibernet is not available. I still have around 2 months left in my current plan. Kindly refund the proportionate amount along with my remaining cashback balance at the earliest. Requesting your urgent support.   @ACTFibernet The service person came directly and told me it will be fixed within the next 10 mins yesterday evening and post which he ignored all my calls and still not fixed.. Lost my 2 days pay as I'm working from home. Thanks ACT

  Never use the @ACTFibernet app to renew your subscription for a plan change. I asked renewed for a plan with lesser speed and paid amount showed y app but they failed to effect plan change and harassed me with a view to keep me on the old plan with higher subscription. Frauds
