@ACTFibernet There is no such complicated issue. I asked for a relocation but the new place that I moved to already has an Act fiber cable. It just has to be activated with my account which I don’t think will take much time. But even fir that people are lazy not to fix.

@ACTFibernet It's been more than 6 hours now, still no action. Please, I don't have time to deal with this kind of service. If it's not going to resolve within next 1 hour please initiate the decommission process. I have plenty of other service providers in this area. Thanks!
