    @ACTFibernet That's not what I'm asking, your team is really sick. That giy yesterday told me that I can't do anything call customer care and raise a complaint. Is that the kind of service you guys provide. I'm seriously tired of all the bullshit you guys do.

    @ACTFibernet I had already raised a complaint that my internet is not working. It was mentioned that this would be solved by 24/10/2021 17:00 hours. There has been no follow up. Do get this resolved as I need it back ASAp. The Ticket number is SR10263325716934

    @ACTFibernet Since I had this connection I'm having this issue every month. I don't pay money for your service every month to run behind you people like I don't have anything else to do in my life. Resolve this by 5pm today. I'm seriously tired of you guys

    Dear @ACTFibernet you are living in which world. Your customer care telling that we can't change our plans. The lowest tariff plan is for only new connection. Is this not a day light robberies.

    @ACTFibernet I don't like the way things are going on with my ISP, its been a frequent issue and there is no way to get back internet within a day from probpem. They take 2days to resolve and don't take any preventive steps to keep my internet on all the time
