If this is how they treat customers who have already paid for their service, think twice before choosing ACT. All calls go through the system and get dropped off. If someone picks up, they say this is not the correct department. OK, fine. If I ask them to transfer to the correct department, they say they can’t, wtf Your internet is good, but customer service is terrible. Please improve.
