    @ACTFibernet Well, you rep just called me and told exact same thing as in the email. Time for Act to change policies so you dont loot customer's money without providing any kind of service. @TRAI not sure if you are monitoring these daylight looting by ISPs

    @ACTFibernet Now I spoke to another agent Ms Revati who told me that she can’t take two escalations at the same time. I don’t know what does that mean. Can’t a person have 2 problems at the same time. However she would share my issue with concerned team and they would get back to me tomorrow.

    @ACTFibernet Today I had to persistently call the customer care guys again and again while two of the customer care guys, Martin and Pavan dropped the call in the middle. Finally when I spoke to another guy and asked to lodge a complaint against the previous executives

    @ACTFibernet Your guys tell me that the finance team at Actfibernet will not be working after 6:00 pm. However the complaints are closed at 7:00 pm which pertains to refund issue and are dealt with finance team.

    @ACTFibernet Just spoke to one of your guys Aleem Sk who told me that the refund could not be processed because as per their records ‘customer has shifted to a new place and connection is not feasible at new place’

    @ACTFibernet @MustaqPA Issue still there as of 5th Feb... was getting 120-130 ping in many apps and have been getting 250ms + ping in the same apps since around this date.. Issue not present with Airtel Xtreme Fiber at my friend's place... Any ETA as to when this will be fixed?

    @ACTFibernet 7 complaints raise till now from the past 20 Days. Still no resolution.
