Pradeep Raj (@deepu67) reported@ACTFibernet SR10381179589144, the original resolution time promised was 15/7 21:00. The ticket was raised around 15/7 15:03. Itβs been almost 20 hours and still nobody showed up. If you cannot keep up the promise why even bother to give a resolution time.

I havenβt received my refund even after 20 days of discontinuation and 10 days of asset return. You people will charge late fee, deactivation fee and other charges if we failed to pay on time.

I regret switching to Act from airtel. I thought airtel was bad with service request , act is worst.
