    @ACTFibernet Got the tv set-up box. But not able to watch Sony SAB tv channel. While purchasing checked that Sony SAB tv was included in the plan. But it's not showing now. What kind of service is this.

I still have around 2 months left in my current plan. Kindly refund the proportionate amount along with my remaining cashback balance at the earliest. Requesting your urgent support.     @ACTFibernet Issue is not about ETR why did your technical team just blindly updated as fibre cut where my neighbors have connection if its fibre cut whole area should face the issue or atleast my community should have problem your team has messed up something while giving new connection.
