@ACTFibernet Worst Service. It's been 5 days since my connection got lost. Better to shift to another broadband. I almost called around 15-20 times, they always said it'll get resolved soon but still no response. They don't even understand the importance of internet. Very bad👎

@ACTFibernet No one has contacted me since I raised the complaint yesterday !! What are we looking at here ? If someone had addressed the issue yesterday it would have been resolved by now right !

@ACTFibernet services got so much worse from few months no response from customer care calling everyday for small internet issue getting same response we will get back to you but nobody does just for sake we will get it done on urgent basis that means they gonna never response.

.@ACTFibernet What's with the IVRS just blurting out a date for the sake of it when you haven't bothered getting anyone to resolve two complaints made for two connections in the same hub? Please get someone to resolve the issue at the earliest.

@ACTFibernet @ActfiberC @ACTFibernetHYD This is seriously absurd, been reaching out to customer service for transfer of credit amount from one acc to another and TAT of 48 hrs has also crossed. Raise ticket on 28th Aug, but Still it's not resolved. And no respond and revert yet

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Act fibernet team, I am facing issue with internet since 35 hours. I have called atleast 10 times to the customer care and there is no resolution yet. The wait time to connect to your care centre is half hour.
