    @ACTFibernet Hi, I have requested for the disconnection of your service on 13th oct. Till now I don't see there us any progress neither router picked up nor provided refund except being told that I will be getting a callback within 24 hrs from your customer team on the call.

    @ACTFibernet Stop your bloody bot messages and rectify the problems. And never say that ACT is best ISP provider. It's a ****ing worst service. I called six times and every time getting the same response. I lost my 1 day work because of this worse service. I would never recommend this ISP.

    @ACTFibernet The internet is down since 12 hours. I have been trying to reach the customer care and technicians but no reply. The service request number is SR10263327907854. Please try to get this resolved asap.

    @ACTFibernet A customer executive called and said my internet won't work because they want to fix some junction box but since I am in a rental home I can't have that box in my premise.. I have a own home just after two buildings I asked them to fix that box there and get connection from there

    @ACTFibernet my Internet is down for the last 3 days and 2 complaints have been registered but your engineers just don’t come . They call , make you wait for hours and then stop answering calls. Going to move to @reliancejio for professional services.

    @ACTFibernet Poor response... If you are not giving a connection then why you are getting ID proof from customer. I don't know what you are doing with customer ID proof.

    @ACTFibernet worst internet service ever, I complained about the outage in the morning the internet is still down and they say it takes 24hrs to resolve it. Worst service.

    @ACTFibernet You are the worst guys in resolving customer issues d treat them carelessly. I have been raising issue regarding slow internet issue from 2 months nad till date there is no proper resolution. Only service request are closed saying issue rectified.
