@ACTFibernet Ref yr message to suspend my account 110000342714 In this connection warn you to adjust electricity charges for 14 months & referral amount before asking me to pay. If I disconnect your box from my meter all your subscribers will face problem. Hence behave.

@ACTFibernet It's been over 50 hours without Internet for me, your technical team keeps closing the tickets without resolving anything, and you guys keep spamming sms about due dates, you keep begging from customers for money but provide no service.

dear @ACTFibernet , this is not the way of giving good service. even local internet providers are resolving their issues within 48 hrs, why you are not doing that. if you cant resolve within 24 hrs, take another 24 hrs but not more than 160 hrs that to for priority ticket.

@ACTFibernet @KRISHNA83138665 Next day again, i called and asked why it got disconnected and raised for reconnection request. They told it will be done in same day but no action taken into consideration. I’m now feeling like Don’t again ‘Go’ to ACT who doesn’t value customer retention.

@ACTFibernet I am having regular issues with internet connection. If I complain your helpline says it will take 24 hours and they just disconnect. The issue keeps repeating, can you provide a permanent solution
