@ACTFibernet I HAVE BEEN FACING DISCONNECTION PROBLEM ON MY LAPTOP AND MY WORK HAS BEEN AFFECTED. YOU HAVE A PATHETIC HELPLINE, AND PATHETIC CUSTOMER SUPPORT. AND I HAVE ALSO PAID MY INTERNET BILL. AND YOU CALL YOURSELF A MARKET LEADER WHEN I CANNOT CONTACT YOU. SHAME ON YOU.

@ACTFibernet Within a span of couple of weeks my broadband service is again down. Hence this is my second complaint. SR10353944594022 raised on 17/Mar and SR10352945196497 raised on 25/Feb. The service is very poor and you are taking loyal customers for granted.

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet, My internet is still down. I couldn’t work for the entire day. No one from your support team contacted me. The only reason I moved out of @airtelindia was there pathetic support team and I won’t hesitate in your case also.

@ACTFibernet Pathetic customer service from ACT. It has been 11 days since I raised a relocation request for my connection and after multiple calls and escalations, I am yet to get my request closed. Just don't understand what kind of a customer service you are providing.
