  @ACTFibernet I have been contacting the ACT team through mail since a couple of weeks. I tried reaching out on twitter chat for a couple of days. This is the 19th consecutive day I'm posting my issue in public. When will the issue be resolved? When will I get JUSTICE???

  @ACTFibernet why is your resolution time 24 hours for EVERY complaint? We can't wait for that long for internet to be restored because of your stupid "process," especially as your services go down at least once in every two weeks. Please expedite the resolution.
