    @ACTFibernet Thank you so much for quick reply. But the customer care executive and field executive were not happy with my ask and said that the policy allow only for one month waiver.

    @ACTFibernet I have been contacting the ACT team through different media's since a couple of months. I tried reaching out on almost every platform available. This is the 103rd consecutive day I'm posting my issue in public. When will this be settled? When will I get JUSTICE...???
