    @Shivu2032 @ACTFibernet Same issue i requested for connection on July 3 after being promised installation within 24 hours. It's now July 13, and after multiple follow-ups, I still have neither a connection nor a refund despite requesting cancellation on July 7.Extremely poor service. @ACTFibernet

    Very disappointed with @ACTFibernet. Before payment, I received continuous calls. After payment, no proper response. Internet installation was delayed, ACT StreamTV4K setup is still pending, and every day I hear "today"or "tomorrow."Please cancel myconnection and refund my money

    Dear #actfibernet #chennai i took the gx box coz u said no junction box nearby feasible, u found one, still i said chalo fine, now pls explain how come i having paid for a premium service am stuck with no net
