    @ACTFibernet Dear act fiber management..my problem has resolved only for temporary ACT fiber has a issue with payment due to our appartment owner..as your agent has reached and explained about the issue and also he told that your team wil come and enquire about the issue and wil gve update

    @ACTFibernet I have a Shifting ticket SR10364643689204 which is scheduled to be resolved by 1PM today.But still no one attended the issue. Your APP is waste , Doesn't provide any info. of assigned technician contact #. Your processes are not favorable to customers. Plz escalate.

    @ACTFibernet My issue got fixed..but its an on going issue I an facing from kast month....Request you to resolve it permanently..and change the junction box..for which I have already requested.

    @ACTFibernet Act fiber..as I rightly said you guys are THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER.....Had net on Thursday and Friday....now again the net is gone....I am with no internet now....I am a fool to take act connection..I seriously feel like abusiving you people...but I won't coz I am not like u

    @paijwar @ACTFibernet Switch to other providers. I also disconnected my connection last week because of these service issues. They close the tickets without resolving the issue, even the ticket for disconnection took 1 week to address after reopening it twice.
