    Still we didn't get any response of connection. When I called to call @ACTFibernet call center they are saying some box issues. So I asked for refund or cancel my connection so that I could move for other internet providers.

    There's @reliancejio that really provides best service at affordable rates and then there's @ACTFibernet that steals your money in the name of affordable. My bad that @reliancejio isn't yet available at my area!

    Internet is down so frequently, even now,your ground tech team says if complaint raised they won't fix immediately, without complaint they would fix immediately..what kind of service? @ACTFibernet
