    @Riyazuddin555 @HiHyderabad @ACTFibernet Had the same exp last yr at home they kept telling same for 10 days and the issue was the person left the house and did not inform act and closed the box connection act people despite knwing this haven't resolved or given us a new box.. they even did not return my money yet.

    @ACTFibernet No internet since 38 Hrs in spite of several complaints. Absence of escalation making service more vulnerable to bear. Custcare are auto-closing customer complaints without resolutions & TAT. Anybody hearing? ACT A/c 101509188869

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD We have been facing internet issues from past 5-7 days and despite multiple calls by me and visits by your agents, issue is still not resolved. How can we have a expert technician work and fix it?

    @ACTFibernet The customer service has been a massive let down. Everyone has been promising call backs, some folks just mute the call and eventually disconnect after a minute or so. This is a new low for customer service.

    @ACTFibernet: you cudn't remove d junction box frm my place 4 more den a year.. I requested 4 reconnection frm else wher dat also u failed. I had no opt but disconnect permanently. Stop sending ne messages now. I m sick & tired of d worst customer service
