    @ACTFibernet Yes it did get resolved but after er 5 long days . Is this the quality of service that your company provides after charging an arm and a leg ? Your help line number keeps us waiting forever and hangs up

    Supervisor adviser states they can't do it and don't have supervisor. 1. Have a basic respect for the user from whom you make money your not giving free service 2. Majority of companies like @ACTFibernet , @airconnect , @airtelindia acknowledge and respond to use within free

    @ACTFibernet If your team tried thier best, the issue would be fixed within hrs. I have a cousin who lives 400mtrs away and his connection is working fine. So I'm guessing it's nothing major. You have the worst service just know that.
