@ACTFibernet pathetic service from the Actfibernet regarding my refund amount. I raised a request for refund in the month of Nov 2025 i.e.10.11.2025 Till now amount not yet received.without giving refund they closed my ticket this is the way they are looting customer money.

@ACTFibernet My complaint SR10878364456393 was closed without resolution or notification. I opted for ACT AMZ Starter Plus Combo 6M (500 Mbps) but speed reduced to 50 Mbps. Multiple standard replies, no fix yet. Urgent resolution needed. #ACTFibernet #ServiceIssue #TRAI

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD is a total failure. Data is consumed without any usage, and fake data activity is shown even when systems are idle. This is a business connection(static ip) not acceptable. Resolve immediately or we will terminate and switch to Airtel or Jio. #Urgent
