    @reliancejio is the worst either in mobile or fiber. No response even if you visit a store. From past 48hrs my wifi is not working and cables are damaged due to rain. Rain stopped 36hrs ago and still no one to repair it. @ACTFibernet resolved within hours for my other connection

    Very disappointed with @ACTFibernet service. Raised shifting req on 30 Apr, prom ETA was 2 May, but still no resltn or proper timeline. Poor cust supp and no accountability despite being a cust since 2022. Wouldn't recommend ACT to others if cust concerns are ignored like this

    @ACTFibernet is such a horrible company. The wifi setup person has delayed the setup from last 3 days and he never respond to call and messages. Pathetic service

    @ACTFibernet If it is getting delayed u should have called and inform me...i am your customer...respect and responsibility is zero. I need a field agent to call and give me the eta
