    @ACTFibernet customer Service is pathetic. Have to call 5 times for a valid refund and they agree it is valid and yet to still pay it. not sure how much money is being made by not paying valid refunds.

    @ACTFibernet Third class service. Even after posting grievance on twitter, we did not get any call till 8pm. Apparently, my complaint was stuck at backend and the field eng. received it around 7:30pm. This makes me wonder why my ticket was stuck for more than 9 hours at backend.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD @ActfiberC DONT TAKE INTERNET CONNECTIONS FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY CHEAT CUSTOMERS WITH PLANS. AFTER PAYING MONEY THEY DONT RESPOND. ACT TIRUPATI BRANCH IS WORST I HAVE EVER SEEN.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD @ActfiberC I have Slow speed & Internet Disconnection problem from 15 days. These people know how to add additional amount to bill but don't know to resolve the issue. 2G Mobile data Providers are far better than them.
