    @ACTFibernet This hasn't been going well at all. I raised a complaint yesterday and it's been more then 15 hours now. Even if I call the helpline there is either no answer or they don't know about anything. I have been missing my meetings. This doesn't add to a good experience.

    What a waste net is @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD , looks like the issue is still not resolved. We have re-opened the service request SR10163301005744. Our team will get in touch with you shortly. Facing net problem in ntg after 8 giving complaints frm 1 month bt no solution

    @ACTFibernet I don't why you people are closing ticket without even resolving the issue, and I am having frequently disconnection for last 2 months no one has bothered to check the issue. And you people can't even provide the subscribe speed. @consumerforum_

    @ACTFibernet broadband @SonyLIV & @DisneyPlusHS doesn’t work on your network. Both these apps works fine on mobile network. Couldn’t even reinstall these apps using ACT Fibernet.
