    @ACTFibernet Still the issue is unresolved and no escalation, why had your customer service dropped to such low levels that you can't even assist a customer to pay for a change in plan. If you can't resolve my issue let me know and I can go to JIO internet, they are much better than you

    @ACTFibernet I have taken a new connection in Bengaluru, made payment 3 days back, but no one came up for installation, and no customer care responds properly.. is this the way ACT works?? #highlydisappointed

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Internet is not working from yesterday. For a small rain, if it not works for hours will be a problem. Same happend 2-3 times from last 3 months, We people are working from home. Please understand and sort ASAP.
