    @ACTFibernet - does your nodel officer / appellate authority ever respond ? or do you have any escalation other than call center ? helpdesk emails -no one respond. I am 10yrs old customer, paying bill annually, having issue since last 1 month, but no help, time to move on ?

    @ACTFibernet i have been getting very poor response on my SR SR10366911441939. I stressed about the need to complete the shift today but no response so far. They are talking about TAT now, this is how you value customers can't you prioritise one ticket.
