    Hi @ACTFibernet, No internet since yesterday. Have raised a ticket (SR10256819151552 ) which was supposed to be resolved by 7 PM yesterday, but no resolution yet. Can you please help?

    @ACTFibernet It is perfectly ok if the downtime is 2-3 hours. But 9-10 hours of downtime resulted in loss of a full working day for me. Issue still not resolved.

    @ACTFibernet I had to reopen my ticket "SR10156697690902" yesterday and still no action. Agent keeps calling to close the ticket so he can buy battery backup after 48 hours . This doesn't make sense to me. Can we have a solution for this? #myconnectiongoesoffwhenpowergoesoff
