    I have @ACTFibernet in 3 places right now, I have 2 personal and 1 business account and trust me, I am facing huge amount of issues with business account. Can someone please look into it considering the amount of money I pay you folks is a lot.

    Dear friends, I would say be cautiouswhilre choosing act fiber .. worst ever support you will receive and very bad attitude from the customer care engineer. they disconnect the call while you speak if they don't have answer. @ACTFibernet thank you for teaching me lesson

    @ACTFibernet This is the 8th time I’m complaining about the same issue. My internet keeps going down, and every time you say it’s fixed, but the problem comes back again. No permanent solution, no proper response. When will my wifi be fixed?

    @ACTFibernet SR10381618238104 Another month another new ticket. This is the routine for that past 3-4 month. Every week/month there is issue in fiber net. I am keep reporting it but it's occuring continuously. Pl take necessary action to avoid this in future.
