    @ACTFibernet worst customer support and never keep the promise. Without any acknowledgement you guys close the Ticket No:SR10265355598993. @airtelindia has better customer support and quicker resolution time and they always keep their promises.

    @ACTFibernet Even after Junction box fixed it's been 7 days not yet received Router despite raising the multiple concerns not response from cc and technician says he got other works to do and whenever he'll be free he fix it is it worth full after such rude response

    @ashismohapatra @ACTFibernet Switching from act to Airtel xstream is the best decision I took. With act, there will be definitely 1 or 2 days a month when they will have issues. With Airtel, it is more like once or twice in 6 months. Speed is good.
