    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet Very upset with your recent service. Waited 2 days for a technician after raising a complaint—intermittent internet the whole time. After 8 years, switching to JioFiber. Please value your existing customers.

    @ACTFibernet world class internet service. Your own app doesn't load on a 400mbps wifi connection. Connection down for the last 1 week with repetitive electricity issues. Whats the point of customers having a mini ups to prevent internet disconnection? SR10280011845854

    @ACTFibernet writing with regards to the ticket number SR10280008026254 raised 29 April at 20:00 till now the issue is not resolved. Kindly look into getting this resolved.
