    @ACTFibernet We were promised to take a 6 months subscription in order to get free installation and router along with Netflix subscription. Now the customer care denies this.

    @ACTFibernet The sr SR10767202925369 is closed without resolution from 02-03-2023 it has been closed by your team four times I've reopened the request expecting a Faster resolution and the update. No executive contacted or reached so far I need an call from the escalation team

    @ACTFibernet False commitment by act support team. In Nov 2022 I was asked to take 6 month stromplan. I was told by Act executive that we will provide monthly receipt of every month for reimbursement purpose also. After so many calls i am still not getting monthly receipt.

    @ACTFibernet i have used your service for 5 years and never have been so troubled so much. I recommended my friend to get a new connection which was my blunder. Such liars or fraudulent i should say!!!
