    @ACTFibernet, @jagograhakjago It has been more than 48 hours now, no one cares about the issue. Customer care makes false promises that it will be resolved in EOD. But there is no show. SR: #10165306410614. When are you planning to solve this issue?

    @OnSpectraCare Honestly the service request was placed a week back and since then, the date is ever extending. You want to give me services , well and good. Otherwise @JioCare and @ACTFibernet , here I come

    I only get less than half the speed that I’m paying for. This has been happening for a while. Ideally I should be paying half my bill or less. I’m posting here so other people don’t choose @ACTFibernet for their internet. I know your team won’t care to fix my issue anyway!
