@ividhyac @HathwayBrdband Had a same problem with @ACTFibernet also. Even after I paid the bill and sent a formal mail to disconnect my connection. They still didn't do that and sending bills, mails regularly. Also they are calling me again and again. They all are so bad and annoying us badly

@SattarFarooqui @ACTFibernet I had just applied for new connection...Rethibowli office...It was promised that technician will be installing within 12 today...but your company representative are highly unprofessional...nowadays kids are having online classes, this is certainly not the service we expect...
