    @ACTFibernet my internet is not working from yesterday and there is a problem at the junction HUB.The technician came today evmg and said he will fix it. After 1 hour I called him, he is talking very rudely and saying he is going to resolve another concern and disconnected cal.

    If anyone looking for getting @ACTFibernet Please don't they have the worst service in the entire planet . Also , the most expensive internet provider out there don't ever opt in for this **** .

    The @ACTFibernet support is utterly ridiculous. It has been 5 days and still just one phone call from the support team giving fake empathy. I am on the edge of getting the service cancelled but I have already paid for a 8 month package. Need some human intervention ASAP.

    @ACTFibernet internet is not working raised complaint yesterday they said tech team will call back till now no one called monthly one issue is coming like this, even last week issue came they blamed rain so we left now again issue, token no SR10363481633384 pls resolve quickly

    @ACTFibernet How many days should I wait to get my issue resolved? It's been more than a month by now. Neither the local TL is answering the call nor the customer care is giving the proper response. I have been sending the mails since two weeks; when will I get the conclusion???

    @ACTFibernet such a disgusting service you have, technician talking rudely and disconnected my call, when I call back he is declining. He is going to resolve another query keeping my issue aside. I'm having problem since yesterday. Why do you hire such unprofessional technicians
