    @ACTFibernet If @ACTFibernet is in agreement to change the Bill amount for Mar 2021 retrospectively for Internet available days then I am okay with your service level. Or else @ACTFibernet has to be scrapped. Cheating the people's money

    @ACTFibernet I have been a big fan of Act customer service up untill now. I have been reaching out to customer care for billing dispute which is not resolved even after a week, no proper call back and to add to that my connection was disconnected ac no. 101014123950.

    @ACTFibernet I don't want to continue wid ur 6 months plan n have sent a message regarding same but still no revert. Now in my profile it shows dat my 6 months plan is activated n due date of payment is 15 Mar. Is dis how u treat ur loyal customers? Plz call me n resolve it ASAP
