    People of .@ACTFibernet Delhi. I don't have internet connectivity since 10pm 2nd of July. Your customer support people are clueless as to what has happened and all they have to say is sorry. Over 30 hours without your service or logical response. Really Sad! Total Disappointment.

    @ACTFibernet I had contacted support for planning downgrade option few days back and a person Monisha had spoken to me and she said she ll get back to me on this but still now no call back and update on the same. Really frustrating with ACT fibernet. Planning to move to Hathway.

    @ACTFibernet If it doesn't get resolved today I will cancel it today itself. @ACTFibernet Just stop fooling your customers, no one has time to call you 10 days straight to shift a connection, JUST DO YOUR JOB AND GET YOUR PRIORITIES STRAIGHT.

    @ACTFibernet Dear Team, I've logged so many complaints many times for the intermittent internet connectivity. But the team has not fully resolved the issue. Today again raised complaint for no connectivy, let me see if this resolved atleast this time. From Hyderabad.

    @ACTFibernet SR10259042949222 am feeling ashamed to report that quality has become pathetic and the only thing of quality is the prompt remainders I get for bill payments. Very very bad experience. Only last week there was a problem and again now.
