    @ACTFibernet It's happening every alternative day, I don't understand how is your backend team works, they are threatening to not raise complaint so they fix offline which is not guaranteed..with ticket it takes more than 24 hrs.

    @ACTFibernet took Internet connection on 16/1/2022,plan: A-max 1075, 150Mbps speed, but I am getting 2mbps speed, very horrible and unreliable service, ticket SR10163918148935.

    Still we didn't get any response of connection. When I called to call @ACTFibernet call center they are saying some box issues. So I asked for refund or cancel my connection so that I could move for other internet providers.
