@ACTFibernet Your service sucks In Eluru,West Godavari,AP. It's been 2 days that request raised and contacted customer care four times and escalated but still switch issue not restored. If you Can't resolve issue means tell us directly it's better to disconnect.

Dear @ACTFibernet your representatives have mis-sold me the Act Swift 75mbps plan. I' unable to get speeds above 25mbps due to the inferior router which you have provided without my consent. Now no one is willing to solve the issue. Hope this tweet falls on the right eyes

@ACTFibernet Today my internet connect was installed and plan was act Swift with 75mbps speed but now I can see I am only getting 30mbps speed on which I complained immediately and customer support is saying you won't get full speed with this router.

@ACTFibernet Still no resolution and ACT closed the ticket. Highly unprofessional behaviour. Field workers are even more clueless. Please refund the amount we have paid and close my connection. Will switch to Jio Fibernet.
