    @ACTFibernet Your service sucks In Eluru,West Godavari,AP. It's been 2 days that request raised and contacted customer care four times and escalated but still switch issue not restored. If you Can't resolve issue means tell us directly it's better to disconnect.

    @ACTFibernet No resolution provided for the complaint raised. Data use goes up without actual usage. In past 1 year from 50 gb per month to 500 gb per month. Fake metering.

    @ACTFibernet I have already shared the alternative number.. I Neva got any call. The issue is simple there is a frequent disconnection. It's so tuff to use act internet peacefully. How I am suppose to work? I can record in phone and send if u guys need? Plz fix it or refund my money.

    @ACTFibernet - Worst customer support from past two days my internet is not working. Every time when I called customer care they always promised it will be rectified & up in 24 hrs. But just want to understand in real sense when you guys will rectify this. #CustomerService
