    @ACTFibernet Your service sucks In Eluru,West Godavari,AP. It's been 2 days that request raised and contacted customer care four times and escalated but still switch issue not restored. If you Can't resolve issue means tell us directly it's better to disconnect.

    @ACTFibernet There has been a connectivity failure for the last 4 days but Act is bot bothered to restore connectivity. Only thing they do is apologize. The solution is simple install the junction box in my building and give power supply to it
