Pathetic service from @ACTFibernet. My internet was down from yesterday morning. Two ETRs has passed still the connection is down. Helpdesk is impossible to reach. They say a support engineer will call be back in 30mins but no one called. Most reliable internet in city, my foot.

@ACTFibernet You've given me an ETR of more than 48 hours. That is completely unacceptable. It means I will lose 400 more rupees in the next 48 hours. and for no fault of mine. And when i am calling customer care u r putting me on hold for 15 minutes ...for 15 mins my call position was 3

@ACTFibernet What kind people u r. U again disconnected my service despite promising me thru calls tht my objection is right & I will get 25 days of no service waive off bill. My 2 billing tickets r still active. Why ths torture. Whn my mother is critically sick 2.@TSConsumers @airtelindia
