    @MinhajMaviya @ACTFibernet It's been more than a year I stopped using ACT but they still call me with offers to activate my account. I'm fed up telling everytime that I no longer wish to use. They can use the time to sort out issue with active users.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Hi team can I know why my ticket SR10159120581779 has been closed with out solving my issue. If your service is for making only money then inform it and take money. Don't close tickets without resolving the issues and without intimating us.

    @ACTFibernet Internet down. Unable to connect with customer care as they place the call on mute directly. You app is asking camera permission for raising a support ticket .. Why do you need access to my contacts and camera for support ?
