@ACTFibernet Very bad service Your team has not been able to correct the problem which has been going on since last 8 9 months. Wrong promises, fake surveys, every time they leave with some excuse or the other.

@ACTFibernet I've been facing internet issues for the past two days and there is no response from your team despite raising a ticket. What's worse is your customer support team. They pick the call and don't answer nor respond to us. I am irritated to the core. #TimeToChange.

Very Poor Service @ACTFibernet , First six months was heaven and post renewal connection stability is like hell. Renewed on Aug with 6 months plan and got almost 10 disconnections with 24 hrs SLA and intermittent drops thorough the day, not happy with services - pay money back

@ACTFibernet There is new connection installed yesterday at 11 am. And till now the connection is not activated. I have made multiple calls to the customer care and no resolution till now. I really got frustrated with this kind of service.
