    @ACTFibernet I would also demand refund for the recharge I have don’t for the internet on my phone to work. That’s more than what I am paying to act. I hope message is loud and clear. Please fix it ans don’t send rude service individuals to my place.

    Had one of the worst customer experiences with @ACTFibernet. No internet for three days & the worst customer care service with no proper response even from supervisors. Also there's no way to contact the nodal officer. After all this they are not even ready to provide a refund.

    @ACTFibernet we recently had an outage and the whole apartment was trying to explain to the engineer - new contacts and old contacts...it took 1 full day to return to get right support. I applied for a new connection - got a call in 15 mins :)

    @ACTFibernet This is another incident again where my fiber is cut .. now please calculate how many times this fiber will cut and why are we paying act fiber? I filed the complaint yesterday 12:30 and there has been no response as 24hrs is also over.

    @ACTFibernet When issue comes try to resolve soon and be proactive and make sure issue won't repeat..no need to ask for call to check issue resolved or not for every 10 days on same issue..be responsible and make ground staff also responsible in their work

    @ACTFibernet I have given you lot of information on it’s been very frequent on disconnects. I don’t expect a standard answer on this. I need a permanent fix.

    @ACTFibernet 2 days without Internet. Customer care have escalated the issue and the local engineer will reach out to you. No one has reached out yet despite repeated calls How are we supposed to work when we don’t have Internet. Your team doesn’t care if I cancel my subscription
