    @ACTFibernet There is no proper way of communication while customer facing an issue no resolution is taken for me this is worst. I lost 2 days salary as lop. Now also simply saying, it will resolve with in unknown estimate.

    @ACTFibernet I called thrice to disconnect service. 3 weeks ago I was told to call when I wanted it stopped. So I called today. But you had disruptions today & the line had 30+ waiting. Finally talked to two people & the call dropped post transfer. Already sent email to helpdesk.

    @thejedijun @ACTFibernet There was an issue with ACT in Bangalore by the looks of it. Also hahaha I was thinking about the same thing, like bruh how do I raise a network issue without fkin network
