    @ACTFibernet You guys just take the advance money before installation and go in sleep mode. Nobody is responding, nor doing the installation, Useless customer care, they just raise the ticket and say it will be cleared today end of day at any cost but no work is done. #WorstACT

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet I've been facing issues with slow speeds on my 150 mbps plan almost every month and everytime I raise a complaint your team is first to point fingers at customer equipment before apologising and saying there was a config issue.

    Becoming one of the worst service provider in Hyderabad @ACTFibernet .. It was good when it was #Beamcable ..for every 2 days its get disconnected...

    @ACTFibernet Actually they told reconnection is not possible in your area, hence we will refund. they said after router return we will refund, its refunded in september and after that no one called for refund, when i called they opened a complaint but saying can't refund. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Even after registering the complaint after so many hurdles, the customer representatives however hanging up the calls at first without even speaking and if successful the registered complaints are being closed without solving the issues. 2/n
