    @ACTFibernet I have asked for disconnection from 1st November as I don’t want to renew the service. Even though I have paid the amount until 31st October, they have disconnected the internet service immediately after the call. It has disrupted my office work. Pls help.

    @ACTFibernet When reached out to customer care they have taken reconnect request without understanding the issue. Will take you to consumer court if this is not resolved today.

    @ACTFibernet You see, I lost the 16 days' worth of money, and you not giving it back. I also give up on it, but your team is incredibly pitiful. Why should I foot the bill for your people's errors? I simply requested disconnection and Return Email on last conversation with you agent,

    @ACTFibernet I got a call some the customer care but it’s still not resolved ,I need the technician asap ,This is not the service I expected from ACT .

    @ACTFibernet If my issue doesn’t get resolve in 1hr ,I am going to send an email to top management including CEO , I can’t be sitting without Internet .

    My country is growing, but sadly our services are declining. @ACTFibernet is the worst — no internet for 10 out of 30 days. Can’t wait for my 6-month plan to end.

    @ACTFibernet My ETR was 5pm today, no internet, no calls, no follow up and your technicians never pick the calls, another 2 months of headache and then i will disconnect all ACT connections I have..
