@ACTFibernet I have been contacting the ACT team through mail since a couple of weeks. I tried reaching out on twitter chat for a couple of days. This is the 28th consecutive day I'm posting my issue in public. When will the issue be resolved? When will I get JUSTICE???

@ACTFibernet Each and every month atleast 1/2 days am getting connectivity issue. Then y should I pay the full amount for u guys. Carry forward the days or refund my money. I can't complain every month

@ACTFibernet And a week later the ACT is back up again! They send a message at 12pm today saying the service is paid and 2 hours later at 2pm they send another message saying if the same addition fee is not paid they stop it,how much more will you harass customers @ACTharrasment #badservice

@Raghvarma @ACTFibernet We got #BSNL @ACTFibernet has their setup in the next block but denied the installation in our building. Kinda disgusting way to deal with customers who were with them for years. Worst service !!!!

@ACTFibernet literally has the worst service. I'm facing issues with my internet for 5th time in last 3 weeks. And everytime they take atleast 2 days to fix it. I want to stop my service and switch to something better. I'm tired of calling customer care every other day.

Hi @ACTFibernet This is regarding removal of ACT junction box in my box. Regarding that I raised the complaint for couple of time there is no update from your side. Your team can closed the ticket without any prior notice. It's frustrated experience for me. (103258660438)
