    @ACTFibernet I made several calls to customer care, nothing happened since Saturday. every time I call customer care they say it will happen in next 2 hrs or 24 hrs, but its almost more 48 hrs nothing happened. Please help me.I want to remain happy customer. #SR10266831508696

    This stupid service @ACTFibernet doesn't even reply or solve the issues from the customers. They simply force customers with continuous calls to take a new connection

    @ACTFibernet Im happy act fibernet customer since last 4years, recently i upgraded my plan from Act blaze to strom + netflix. I made a mistake of creating new connection instead of upgrade, since then im struggling to fix the issue . 1/2

    @ACTFibernet Provide me a timeline, when you think my internet will be restored and let's see if this works. As said previously my internet is not working since 14th, Jan 2023

    Was told @ACTFibernet is a good service in BLR but the connection and customer care has been impossible. I lose my connection minimum once a day and the app keeps saying “we will get back to you” and never gets back.

    @TelanganaDGP Sir @ACTFibernet is harassing and torturing mentally from one week. Continuously calling three times in a single day from one week and forcing me to take a new connection. I have clearly explained i have no interest in @ACTFibernet service on my first call.

    @coolnixy @ACTFibernet They don't receive our calls if we have an issue. But they call us 100 times for payment/new connection. This is not a good #behaviour to pick up in the #market. #avoidactfibernet
