    The payment for upgrading was taken on 27th Dec 2021 (₹13528.23) and it will be almost a month and the issue still hasn’t resolved. Your guys made us buy a router for ₹10000 claiming that the current router will not support 1 GBps speed. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet After multiple follow up also you team is at worst. Remove the boxes from our apartment. It's waste of being your customer. Local providers are very best than ACT. Most underrated service you are providing.

    @ACTFibernet worst experience I would say. Been a month got new connection and I have already faced disconnection N number of times above which your service engineer talks as if it is a free connection. I will bloody sue your company for this.
