    @ACTFibernetHYD I am one of the oldest customer of @ACTFibernet Two months no Internet and yet to be fixed. My internet was disconnected due to wire cut on Aug 19th. My first complaint was on Aug 28th. My Ticket was closed on Oct 9th without resolving. A/c:1011000739652

    @ACTFibernet Please don’t say the same thing, we are working from home. How can you not even confirm expected timeline, we can’t just sit hoping that it will be fixed. Alteast no one has visited my place to check on the issue.

    @ACTFibernet I know the waiver has already been adjusted but my concern is that every month I have to email or call you about the same issue It’s really frustrating to repeat the whole story from the beginning every time and the customer care executives are giving very poor responses on calls

    @ACTFibernet Internet suspended past 48 hrs case id 20251017560888 (A/c No:102772893126) purchased connection 15 days back with 3 month advance paid plan. Now asking for extra charges 500/- & suspended my a/c. No support from your team. this is causing inconvenience.
