@ACTFibernet Ongoing fraud & harassment by @ACTFibernet. After filing NCH Docket (8904849) & Cyber Crime Report (23103260050821) for fraud by executive Ashish Singh (ID:40162), they have now ILLEGALLY disconnected my WiFi & are demanding ₹926. This is extortion. Fix now!

@ACTFibernet quick feedback im an existing customer for the last 7 years minimum, I need to shift a connection & ownership to the house next door, it costs me 1k to do that. Id rather get a new connection for that from jio or airtel. Cc tells me they can't refund the fee also.

-@ACTFibernet;My ACT Internet connection in Coimbatore stopped working since 14/3/26 10.00pm. It is explained as an "Under Ground" problem due to rat bite.Not fixed yet.About 4 houses in our community are without Internet. Why not have robust underground wiring from beginning?

@ACTFibernet My Service req is SR10379421466954. My Internet is down since 6AM. Per Bot message Internet is supposed to be up by 19:30 hrs which itself 14 hrs to fix a problem. But as of now the issue is not resolved. Unable to reach the technician. Very poor service.
