    @ACTFibernet So @ACTFibernet you would fool customers with discounts when you are new in a city and later start looting their money when you get stable right? Define your policies first! Also train your customer service agents. If this continues, you will lose customers!

    I hv taken 6 months plan and it will complete on 15th Apr 21. But as I am going to transfer i have recharged for 1 month. Even i have recharged for 1 month my previous plan is active and ACT has suspended connection. For this I have already contacted customer care. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet one of the worst broadband which will just rob you and not provide the wifi u want. As soon as this month ends i am going to switch to another broadband

    @ACTFibernet Let me sum up the issue in few words. In 2019 ACT entered our City. I was already aware of ACT right from my Bangalore days itself. So immediately took the connection in Madurai. They gave me few offers based on my eligibility.

    @ACTFibernet very poor service, did not expect you will be like this in hyderabad. Bangalore was much better. I am planning to switch to other service providers if this continue. But I paid and renewed my service by paying 10k 3 days ago, please return that as I cannot deal this
