    Worst customer service, ACT DELHI team, I have requested and following from last 1 week but no response. They closed the complain ticket without resolving the issue. Their team members disconnects the phone without resolving. @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Err...getting in touch with you means you are neither gonna call nor message nor solve the issue? Seriously guys...in the middle of the week , you choose to give us so much downtime and no resolution in sight.

    @ACTFibernet You can get the update from me. The guy is now saying he cannot get it installed today. While I have work from office for the next three days. If you can't get it done today, cancel it and refund my amount.
