@ACTFibernet Probably every service ticket raised getting closed without any resolution. Yesterday raised a request for plan change without any resolution, ticket is closed and I had to reopen the ticket again. Acct no-103541170622

@ACTFibernet Called customer care 3-4 times... they repeat the same statement with no new update. Agent named Mandrika or someone put me on hold for 10 minutes and disconnected the call as I asked manager. Local connection much better

@ACTFibernet Very pathetic service. I am not having internet since yesterday afternoon, even after raising a ticket they are not interested at all to resolve urgently. It has hampered 2 days of my work and still no Fueld engineer is assigned and no work started.

@ACTFibernet Even worst is customer care lady who I spoke to today afternoon. Totally arrogant way of talking when I explained my concern. You guys don't even have a trained staff who doesn't know how to talk to a customer.Very arrogant!
