    Another disappointing experience with @ACTFibernetHYD. This is the 3rd internet outage in the last 2 weeks, and each time it has taken nearly 2 days to resolve. For the current issue, I raised a complaint yesterday (2nd June). The resolution ETA was changed from today 9 AM–1 PM ➜ 7:30 PM–9 PM ➜ tomorrow 9 AM–1 PM. Meanwhile, my son's exam preparation is being disrupted and I'm unable to attend office calls while working from home. Customer support keeps repeating "port issue" but offers no meaningful assistance, accountability, or reliable timelines. Frequent outages, repeated delays, and poor communication are unacceptable for a service customers depend on for work and education. @ACTFibernetHYD, when will reliability and customer commitment become a priority? #ACTFibernet #CustomerExperience #InternetOutage

    @ACTFibernet I will now be filling a complaint on consumer grievance portal and make sure that I don't continue with @ACTFibernet and ensure that all the connections in my building are terminated by the builder and give chance to Jio or Airtel or even Excitel, but not these losers.

    @ACTFibernet why am I unable to access my account via the app? I've registered my phone number and email address and yet your app tells me my number is NOT REGISTERED as a customer??? What is the issue here????

    They again and again raise tickets and say, "Sorry, we are raising a ticket for your problem," but they didn't solve it, says will come tomorrow. Every day a new date is assigned. From the 5th date, today is the 9th. A team of corrupt and lazy people. @ACTFibernet

    Over 24 hours without internet. ❌ Multiple false ETA timelines. ❌ Received a call promising quick resolution ❌ Still no internet At this point, the issue isn’t just the outage, it’s the lack of accountability.@ACTFibernet,@ACTFibernetHYD when will this actually be resolved?

    @ACTFibernet refund for my connection Having down time for 15 days a month And for a week no internet issue what a terrible service Fix it now or refund for me I tell all my friends to disconnect with ACT fibernet, I'm not gonna suggest anyone if you delay fix it now

    @ACTFibernet kindly refund the relocation fee, it’s been only 1 month since I shifted here. There is outage and no customer support is able to help or provide an RCA of the cause and proper ETA. Better I shift to Jio or Airtel for reliability. Ticket no.: SR10280576863644

    @ACTFibernet just a day after getting a new connection, it’s down and it has been 3 hours since. Zero accountability and boilerplate responses. Wouldn’t recommend anyone

    @ACTFibernet @FiberAct @ACT_Issues I had Actfibernet at home. Due to very poor services, I had to get it deactivated with effect from 06 June 26. My subscription is till Oct 26. Request refund balance amount for 4 months.
