    @ACTFibernet I have raised an internet issues in the morning & it's suppose to get it resolve before 4 o lock today as per your feedback message,If you're not able to solve this issue as per the tentative timeline I need to discontinue this service. Am totally disappointed.

    @ACTFibernet The issue was resolved next day, company should focus on minimising the down time, The no.1 broadband service should also focus on attending and resolving the cases on urgent basis. Hoping for the best in future.

    After using one month also I feel like no improvement in service, weekend with no internet. Every evening speed will go down. @ACTFibernet I want to cancel my 6 month plan and want refund.

    @ACTFibernet Thank you for providing the best ever worst service. Since 4 days you people have failed in providing a consistent service person to reconnect my WiFi. For 2 days we have been recharging extra data packs for work purposes and we have to pay your monthly bill also

    Why ACT Fibrenet is too slow? We’re getting the speed of 1:4 ratio. And it’s already 12AM of 1st August and the internet data did not get renewed yet. What you guys are doing? Even we’re not getting proper response from the service line. @ACTFibernet

    Fed up with @ACTFibernet facing connectivity issues every month from past 6-7 months.Everytime it takes 2 days to get it resolved. I have decided to move away from this service provider and get a connection from local cable operator. Thank you @ACTFibernet #actfibernet #bjp #modi

    @ACTFibernet hey I am not able to login into act fibernet app with my registered phone number has it says "something went wrong" on trying to login with my registered phone number and my speed fup hasn't reset even after 31-july.

    Hi @ACTFibernet I had raised cmplnt# SR10265494585723 yesterday, ur team has closed the ticket aftr postponing d resolution time multiple times without resolving the issue, cstmr spport team has no answers on why this has been closed & refused to reopen the same...please help...
