    @ACTFibernet Your automated email reply said someone will call me at my number within 24 hours. It's been more than 4 days and no one has called. Even raising the issue with the Nodal officer and Appellate Authority is of no use.

    8 days and @ACTFibernet doesn't resolve internet wires being cut. This outage doesn't reflect in the monthly billing either. Cancelling my connection.

    @ACTFibernet A week without internet and all I get are copy-paste apologies. ETR keeps getting pushed, no real update, and the engineer never picks up calls. If ACT can’t resolve this, at least be transparent instead of giving generic responses. This is unacceptable service.

    @ACTFibernet Please initiate a refund if you can't solve a simple problem. Don't sit on people's hard earned money and give reason and blame TGSPDCL.This is not even a connectivity=disconnection issue rather a installation request, which even you all are unable to fulfill. Pathetic!

    Hey @ACTFibernet, my internet connection has been down for 30 hours despite raising a complaint. There has been no resolution or proper update so far. This is causing serious inconvenience. Please look into this urgently. #ACTFibernet #CustomerSupport
