    @ACTFibernet Provide more transparency in how you are handling the tickets..this will improve your service quality ..note that the customer has no option to open a ticket for cable realignment..I am trying to get this done for over a month.

    @ACTFibernet Is that mean you will come for only for new connections because you need the money ,, what about after sales ? If i contact Airtel they will would have come within 10 mins either for new or service. What kind of service is this ?

    @vinay_vangala better choose for WiFi @ACTFibernet WiFi router.. excellent resolution from @ACTFibernet app simple and easier resolution app. past 2 years iam using..

    Dear @ACTFibernet, I’ve been facing frequent internet outages for the past few months. Complaints take 2–3days to resolve, not hours. Internet is down again today & still not fixed. Extremely disappointed. Please resolve this urgently! Ticket ID: SR10176126875404

    Nowdays not satisfied with @ACTFibernet Back to back issues ... last 4-5 months, often raising tickets!! :( That too whenvr I'm getting too much of work, specially on weekends !! Disappointing..

    I am going to setup @airtelindia or @ACTFibernet wifi and going to disconnect @JioCare fiber for sure. Very bad customer service when needed.
