I had already paid for a 3-month plan, and I still have 45 days left on my subscription

Irshad (@irshu2) reported@ACTFibernet IVR on customer care numbers disconnect as soon as I choose to speak to an agent. The chat bots do not have an option to connect to an agent. Email to customer care and Nodal officer has no response. What kind of non sense is this.
