    This is regarding ticket SR10166065085444 and @ACTFibernet has been assuring that they will resolve in 4 hrs and suddenly the ETA is 24hrs, with no response from technician/customer service. Can someone help? This is getting more ****** as service now.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD i have opted for your fiber service, after paying the amount your team has stopped responding to the calls, after contacting the customer care and requested them to cancel after that no response, request you to help me out with the refund

    @ACTFibernet Your engineer called in the evening and says nearly 25 houses are affected due to this downtime. How does that justify? Almost every month this is happening, what's ACT doing about it as a permanent solution? @jagograhakjago
