@ACTFibernet An issue pending from a long time isn't resolved till date. Earlier, we used to have a power box, to resolve power outage issues. Now that power box isn't available. When reached out to area service manager, he is stating that the power cells are stolen.

@ACTFibernet @KRISHNA83138665 Most impotent customer service. Turning out to be the next BSNL I guess. SR are raised only to be closed without resolution. Customer service keeps transferring the call to se backend team then is never available, seems like a ghost team.

@ACTFibernet One of the worst services experienced, it just a name but ther service is really poor. I had to install the junction box at my building to get the connection as I was the first customer in my locality (Gangadhar Nagar, JP Nagar 1st phase Bangalore) to get Act Fibre.
