    @ACTFibernet But the truth is I am still at my place and the connection couldn’t be provided due to power box issue. One of your executive Mr. Solomon recorded this false information in my resolution to the complaint.

    @ACTFibernet Hemanth assured me over call that action wud be taken against such misbehaviour. And how would action be taken when such indiscretion is not even recorded. Either U don’t take a complaint or record false information in compliant. And how do U expect that our issues are resolved.
