    @ACTFibernet pathetic service! In Hyderabad Act network drops consistently throughout the day, also there is downtime of almost 2 hours from past 1 mth between 3-5 pm. Idk ACT have a Customer care when solution to every problem is We'll get back in 24h.

    Dear @ACTFibernet, in work from home situation we need your support more than ever. I expect network issues to be resolved in 24 hrs as promised by your execs. But if it doesn't happen do you pay customer for loss of service and delay in resolution? As delay is costing customers!

    Have had a horrible experience with @ACTFibernet for the past about 20 days. Network started dropping quite frequently from about 20 days ago. Sometimes the connection would restore itself, sometimes a router restart would make it work. Raised a ticket and area technician came ..
