  @ACTFibernet Now that I'm left with no other option. I have to wait 15 days for my refund which you claim. What's kind of service is it. You just took money without any background check and giving false commitment. Due to which I have lost my job. It's cheating customer with false commitments

  @ACTFibernet Your customer service agents are just bunch of garbage ! Call them for any reason, all they will do is raise the ticket for engineer visit (even in the case of bill queries) ! One of the agent Kavya even asked me to not to trust them because they cant do anything 1/2

  @ACTFibernet Hi team, if your unable to maintain users and connections then please don't book new connections. Just now I contacted jio fibernet gng to remove this bloody act fibernet. This is 5th time in 2 months network had been down and resolution time is 2 days everytime.

  @ACTFibernet SR10263382845594 Since Friday Internet not working. Ticket closed without resolution. Same answer from call centre- have put on priority, will get resolution in 1 hour? Seriously? Dont know how to make you understand how critical it is..
