  @ACTFibernet I paid for activation of my internet plans almost 2 wks ago, but service is still not installed. Technician visited once, customer care has been unhelpful, and not responding despite assurances. This is unacceptable. Resolve immediately!

  @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet the issue persists. Thanks for your support and service. I have raised a disconnection request. I hope in future you can ans your customers queries and give them an update about the issue, rather than ignoring the calls(mr.sivaguru sivalingam) and making them fools.

  @ACTFibernet This "earliest" takes 24 hours every single time. Whenever I call customer care, the only word they know is "wait". I am done with your terrible service and fake assurances. This is my last recharge. Closing my connection soon! 👎

You should be ashamed for looting people of their hard earned money by providing such abysmal quality of internet.   @ACTFibernet Agent while taking the lead, they said installation will be done once payment was done. I have made payment, later no call or not even lifting the call. I hope I need to cancel the lead as I need it immediately.

  It would really be helpful if @ACTFibernet can implement ways to select the location of new connection on the website and feasibility is known immediately rather than having your CC Exec call back to take the link and or the customer calling back to find the feasibility
