    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTBroadbandIn I cannot believe how ****** service is of ACT FIBERNET. If you keep on calling the customer service for any internet issue, they will keep on assuring you that my priority is high but that is just a gimmick. What a waste of my time!

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD How many complaints should we raise for slow speed and frequent disconnections. All tickets gets closed in 24 hrs stating we are working on it. Speed assured is 75MBPS however what's comes us not even half. Technicians don't even turnup to check.

    @ACTFibernet I'm trying to connect to act broadband since today morning and not able to connect to the network and also not able to reach out customer care also..this is the first month I'm using ACT and the third time I'm facing this problem. Not able to do WFH .

    @ACTFibernet Stop fooling around. Provide permanent solution. And send me the picture or video proof of the junction box, old fibre cable and new replaced fibre cable or what ever solution you provide.
