@ACTFibernet When I am trying to talk to customer support they are disconnecting the call in the middle conversation. It seems you people not able the solve network issue that's why disconnecting the call.

@ACTFibernet Even the ACT customer care doesn't seem to care anymore. Looting the customers off their money. Moreover, the problem is ironically shift of my connection to some other user. Absolutely ridiculous. @ACTBangalore are you trying to serve multiple people using single connection?

From past 3 months there has been network issue. And the only promise you provide is permanent solution. And that solution is a pain and lie. I need a refund for all this. @ACTFibernet complain has been raised. Do something useful. I need a waiver not excuses.
