Pathetic service by @ACTFibernet, no access to internet from last 3 days and tried calling them on the customer care and waited for almost an hour in que and there's no response. Would not recommend anyone to go for this. @ActfiberC

@ACTFibernet Such a pathetic internet connection & support. The internet instantly flatlines when there’s a powercut, which seems to happen a lot recently. Sky high prices, abysmal internet! That too in #Bangalore. Are we really settling for this?😤 What are the Alternatives?

@ACTFibernet I am facing low speed, service disruptions frequently over last 10 days still no resolution even after raising it multiple times on app. Paid for 3 months & facing issues just in 1 month. Will discontinue after 3 months. @reliancejio please send application link.

@ACTFibernet @ACT ACT technicians close the call without resolving it. They have closed my call 3 times. My upload is reduced to 60 Mbps from 150 Mbps. None cares, they just close the call without any resolution.

@ACTFibernet As soon as day get off and night comes.. Ur internet starts dying.. Not sure why u guys don't work on ur internet speed in night. This is really pissing me off from the last one month.Even after so many complaints, same issue I face on a very next day.
