    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet Are you guys insane or what?? I have made a complaint like 5 months ago for changing my connection to port 1 since my electricity is in use when installed. Till date it hasn’t been resolved and your representative are giving lame excuses.

    There is a local internet service provider who has charged rs1500 for only 30mbs P/M. It is a humble request that all broadband servicers extent their services in our area Pincode "110072" we have a huge need for internet for job work and studies. @ACTFibernet @youbroadband

    @ACTFibernet You guys have the worst customer service department. Have been trying to reach multiple people and there has been absolutely no response from your side. You guys have no proper number, no quick response, no care for customers - in short, you guys have a bad company.

    @ACTFibernet NO INTERNET FROM LAST 3 DAYS.Have raised a complaint with Ticket SR10255409116092. Precise LOCATION [ HSR LAYOUT,SECTOR 7, BANGALORE ]Seems that ACT does not want new customer to join in. Never expected such a pathetic response from ACT. 😡Very much disappointed .

    @ACTFibernet I got call from @ACTFibernet backend team Satish is staff name, who stated this issue will be looked at as priority and someone from @ACTFibernet will visit my place to check this issue.. will wait for it

    @ACTFibernet 3 SR's has been closed with false resolution , saying that i have asked for permanent disconnection. Your ACT Fibernet ticket no SR10255415099555 has been Reopened. latest SR FYR.

    @ACTFibernet How to close my complaint with out solved.still I am not received any invoice copy from your or still I am not received any email from your office, hence I request to you please instruct concern staff for issue modifing my invoice only send to my registered email

    @ACTFibernet false commitment and scammed by ACT IVR stating 1000rs wavier off if continuing the connection. Bill generated falsely and Service Request closed with false resolutions . #fake do fall for cheap tricks, no discount will be provided.

    @ACTFibernet Your customer service has not improved little in past 7 years, that arrogance is still there. SR10255423716135 - Temporary deactivation due to out of station (medical emergency). Blunt lies by your staff. This much arrogance is really bad.

    Hey @Airtel_Presence, how soon can you set up a broadband connection for me? @ACTFibernet doesn’t seem to care to retain customers/business. Customer loyalty doesn’t mean anything if the provider doesn’t care.
