    @ACTFibernet #cheaters, I had connection from last 2 years and I have paid for 6+1 month on 12th Apr and my connection was disconnected due to technical issues and even after 15 days, no refund initiated. Not even have the courtesy to reply to refund email.

    @ACTFibernet Pls do so..I don't want to contact your useless customer support who gives a different answer every time for the same issue/same ticket. I don't want to wait for 2 days everytime there is an issue(There are many issues just an FYI)

    @ACTFibernet This is so unprofessional. First your service agents will call continuously for internet installation and ask for money. Once you pay the amount they will not even lift the call. I have raised the request for internet.

    @ACTFibernet why is your internet not working frequently. That too Monday morning if you can't provide internet and trying your customer service for last 30 minutes i could reach any of your customer executive as it says everyone are busy. Worst service provider.
