    @ACTFibernet I am not able to connect with customer care as I have temporarily disabled my connection because I traveled out of Bangalore. WFH is not ending anytime soon, so I want my leftover amount to be credited back to me instead of being in ACT wallet.

    @ACTFibernet This is my second tweet regarding my internet issue. no one is helping. no one is calling or coming to solve the issue. I got assurance that I will get a call back but still nothing. Just solve this one time and then I will discontinue your service if you want.

    @ACTFibernet Account 110161688922, from past two months several tickets have been raised for internet connectivity, everytime the customer care says that it won’t happen again but now it has become a routine. Request to resolve it permanently else remove the connection.

    @ACTFibernet Regarding compliant number SR10261527598392 from Bangalore, more than 20+ hours and no internet for more than TEN connections in a building, no one bothered to act from ACT broadband. We need better service in a pandemic situation where many people do WFH.
