    @ACTFibernet is down in Medchal(501401) and I'm left with no option as it won't come soon.. @airtelindia , @reliancejio do I have any choice to go with as I badly need a wired LAN for my works at home. Can't thrive on Mobile internet for even an hour.!! 🤔🤔

    Poor customer service support by @ACTFibernet. All they do is contact and ask if the internet is working instead of personally visiting the location. Need this to be fixed ASAP .

    @ACTFibernet Internet is down in my society in Bangalore since yesterday evening. Almost 100 users are impacted. It will be good if we you expedite the fix. Ticket - SR10264700615544

    @ACTFibernet It's been one month now. I have called so many times to check the status, each and every time they say it has been escalated to the concerned team and they would assign a technician to collect it by today or tomorrow but I would never get a call back.
