@ACT Fibernet — your support team seems more focused on giving lame excuses than actually fixing problems. 20+ minutes wait time, 24 hours of downtime, and still no real resolution—just scripted responses and blame-shifting. This is beyond frustrating. #ACTFibernet #PoorService

@ACTFibernet 3+ days downtime!?!? That’s it I’m not choosing ACT for my next time. You just lost a long time customer. 👎

@ACTFibernet How come it's taking more than 2 days to resolve the issue? Connection gets deactivated if payment is delayed by just 1 day. But there is no compensation for no connection for more than 2 days

@ACTFibernet @ACTBangalore FYI, do not go for ACT wifi! You will regret the decision. SR10280004058854 once more same issue, no power for hub. They said they will pay 59inr per month to a person and they did not, so that guys asked them to take it somewhere else. Same problem.

@JioCare Tried relocating my Jio connection with order id LR00001D3UQR and wow… what a mess. Customer support is basically nonexistent, no updates, no timelines. Officially out of patience. Switching to @airtelindia or @ACTFibernet and closing this connection.

@ACTFibernet despite multiple emails and requests my Internet connection isn’t working. 110117796933 Airtel would never do this, more expensive but reliable

@ACTFibernet, I’m writing to express my disappointment with the pathetic service provided by ACT. My service ID is SR10379940421734 and I’ve been experiencing connection issues for the past five days. Despite paying for eight months in advance, I’ve received no successful service. This is a clear example of an ISP fleecing customers, and I urge you sir @AshwiniVaishnaw to direct your ministry for action.
