    @ACTFibernet Sorry but internet connection( 102015899580) has been disconnected 3 rd time in a month.We are working from home and the impact due to this outage can not explained .It takes 2 days to get it fixed.We are ACT customers from last 6 years and now we are loosing trust.

    @ACTFibernet Hi, The internet has not been working since yesterday morning and I have raised ticket aroind four times ( which was getting closed even before the issue was resolved). I tried contacting the service agent whom I was asked to contact by the team.

    @ACTFibernet i raised complaint for internet issue 8 hr back and the customer care informs issue with area junction box. he said issue will be assigned tomorrow to technician to fixed not today so today i sit and watch my router ?? how pathetic service #DigitalTransformation

    @ACTFibernet not really sure what's issue with your network in bangalore? SR10261464005182 is my complaint ID, your internet is not working for almost 2 days now. I'm fed up following on this now. Request to get it resolved at the earliest. My WFM is getting severely effected

    @ACTFibernet Your request SR10561424456802 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 8/25/2021 08:00:00 PM (MM/DD/YYYY). You can track the status using the ACT Fibernet app I’m facing this issue more than 24hrs, are you ppl are there or not?? Till now now one have called me??

    @ACTFibernet zero level of customer satisfaction the issues should resolve yesterday by 8 but no action has been take that why you are losing customer and your dad jio fiber is bang you understand the customer important other wise and your not being comparatively with market.

    @ACTFibernet No internet since evening all my work is blocked due to this. This is my ticket SR10261449324372. The connection disruption happens very frequently, not happy with the internet stability. Please look into this issue

    My WiFi connection @ACTFibernet was disconnected on 23rd August due to name change and it's not been activated till now. I had conversation with your customer care and they didn't respond till now. I am Just reminding everyone don't prefer @ACTFibernet . The worst @ACTFibernet
