    @ACTFibernet still notresolved my issue i had router issue which was provided by act. So they promised if i upgrade my plan to 125mbps I'll get 6+1 and new router after upgrading to 6+1 after somedays of exchanging old router with new router plan changed to 6+wifi without consent

    @ACTFibernet who is the ******* product person who approved giving “interesting facts” as pop up messages on your app? I have had to click 5 times on the screen to make that **** go away while I try to do a simple transaction such as pay my bill.

    @ACTFibernet The worst possible customer service. Absolutely no respect for customers...no interest in SLAs. The Engineer has been saying he is coming for the past 2 days. And he has not bothered to get back. I have been following up and he says he can't waste time talking to me
