    @ACTFibernet Please update your SOP or whatever you like to call it. When there is a ticket raise, your team can't close,unless the client has given a green signal in a provided time.

    @ACTFibernet I have send my account no. I tried to raise complaint now I received a message that It will be resolved on monday. So that means Iost two days and I have some serious work to finish this is really unpleasant experience.
