    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Can u take a look at the issue at Mini Janaki Colony, Tolichowki. There is no net connection for the past 2 days n customer care promised it be resolved by 7pm yes'day but never happened. We are doing WFH n without net we can't continue our work.

    @ACTFibernet Despite several people calling from ACT, the WiFi continued to be unavailable. Now 7 hours since my Sat 2:30 pm complaint. Horrible service by @ACTFibernet in Bengaluru

    @ACTFibernet what is the problem with your service? More than 50% of channels in my list are not viewable. I tried calling customer care and they informed me that their application is down

    @ACTFibernet The way i was treated and ignorance on my request, very soon i will closing the Act fibrenet connection, even though an very old customer i was treated as an valued customer… am always reachable at my registered mibile number..
