@ACTFibernet SR10366545623194 - there is no connection for the past two days. Still the issue is not resolved. And none of your field engineer are bothered to respond.And you've been charging evry month 908 rs. Need to restore the connectivity asap.

@ACTFibernet Pathetic service, I have registered complaint about my internet issues, no resolution, complaint number SR10366547951254 when I called I was informed they will consider/concentrate only where 100+ customers. Very rude customer service and lethargic Engineer team. @ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet on 9th Dec I raised a complaint (ticket no. SR10366542495154)as my internet connection went down.On 10th Dec your technician called me and asked me to turn on and off the main switch which was placed on the top of my apartment.

@ACTFibernet I am 200% guarantee, they will not resolve this today I am following up from yesterday… disrespectful customer service team… I was told that they will concentrate only on main area were more customers are located not to interior, my complaint was not considered @ACTFibernet
