    @ACTFibernet It's pathetic that even after surrendering customers need to wait so much time and no response from your side. I am shifting to new place . Despite informing this to customer care and support here extremely poor response from your team.

    @ACTFibernet ur services are fraudulent, you have posted plans as monthly rentals but you are asking for 3 to 6 months advance payment, you are forcing customer to buy new services even though wiring and system already installed #indranagarbengaluru

    @ACTFibernet @BangaloreTimes1 @ACTFibernet the amount is 5.3 K, sales guy said if the internet doesn't work, they will refund the amount when I paid last Sunday. Now I have received another call that they will not refund. I have all the records and evidence.

    @ACTFibernet No it's not resolved and how without fixing the issue the tickets are closed and your are stating that the issue has been resolved. The internet is not working past few days and how do I work and each day i am loosing my pay for just opting your Internet services which i am paid
