    @ACTFibernet @prasoonpsn Every time I called it was different May 13 - 8pm May 14 - By 3pm May 14 eve - they can't status, so no resolution time. May 15 - Even they have no idea. It's all chaos and pathetic experience.

    @ACTFibernet PATHETIC EXPERIENCE, after raising a complaint for ‘internet not working’ A field engineer visited after a couple of hours and said he just came to check the fibernet but, the issue is with the power connection from the shop where the box is installed.

    @ACTFibernet Go reconnected with ACT on Apri bill amountof Rs 1007.94 is being reflected.  How is that even possible? My plan is silver which is Rs584 per month. Mailed to support, no revert. 111010675762 Kindly resolve it earliest
