    @ACTFibernet You claim to be largest broadband service provider but don't have a working app, there is no way, customer can raise a complaint using the APP, chatbot is uselss and there is no way to connect with an agent, my plan has been changed before the due date

    @ACTFibernet although connection is good, they treat their customers like second hand citizens. Even after repeated requests and literal pleading, no one is turning up at my place to correct the issue. Better to go for other alternatives. @pib_comm @DoT_India

    @ACTFibernet had requested disconnection of service last week seeing how often the internet access goes down with ACT. I was assured by ACT engineers that this problem will not arise again, or at least that frequently. It has not even been one week and the internet is down again.

    @ACTFibernet Internet has not been working since the last 3 days, The ticket was raised but still no resolution, Also engineers do not pick up call Ticket no SR11076214232644, every month the same issue occurred and the internet halted 3 to 4 days.

    @ACTFibernet I had a discussion with you but no where got any confirmation that post device pickup you'll process me refunds. I want confirmation on refunds else I'll file legal complaint against you in consumer forum, @TRAI and Hyderabad court as well. You're really harassing me mentally.
