    It takes 50hrs to find out what the issue is, and even longer to rectify. @ACTFibernet your customer retention must be pathetic. Internet is an essential service, clearly @ACTFibernet thinks it is a joke. @officejmscindia

    @ACTFibernet @DoT_India My ACT fibernet connection is frequently getting disrupted in Ghitorni, Delhi. It happened 3 times in last 3 weeks. Your service is very poor, your support team tells me to wait for 4 to 5 hours but in ACT fibernet app, it tells me to wait more than 24hrs

    @ACTFibernet — SECOND PUBLIC ESCALATION I raised ticket SR1108149816874 over 2.5 days ago for my internet service issue. ACT committed an ETR of 8 Aug, 9:00 PM. That deadline has passed, and the issue is STILL unresolved. I already raised this publicly yesterday.
