    @ACTFibernet I have raised one ticket today due to internet issue (Ticket no-SR10263775658738). After 3 hour ACT team closed the ticket without any solution. When I called them again to check the status, ACT team are disconnecting the call.

    @reliancejio just had a terrible experience with salesman and installation technicians..your installation technicians asking customer to cancel the booking as box is fully connected and can't get new one..returned to @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet your customer care service are not providing good service. Saturday 2nd half i have requested for installation and 3month subscription fee also i have paid, 2days gone but still its not installed.
