    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD every 30 minutes I had to enter username password to connect to wifi. Can anyone please help resolve it , it's breaking the internet experience and unable to do any work

    @ACTFibernet Kindly resolve the issue in Hyderabad as well, we don't have internet connection since 9th sep noon. I have also raised a ticket on the App whose ETR has been updated to 10th. As working from home like this is getting difficult. Kindly look in to the issue ASAP Thanks!

    @ACTFibernet Deeply disappointed with the service. I have mentioned i have urgent works, still there is no escalation of the complaint. I have been using ACT from 2015 and this is not gud at all. Just some days back I paid for a 6 months renewal bill.

    @ACTFibernet Hi @ACTFibernet Thanks for your response. It's been very frustrated in a month I'm getting 3-4 issues with broadband. This is the way the act technicians are working. If this continues I'm going to port my services to another broadband. Make sure the issue will resolve soon.

    @ACTFibernet Horrible and pathetic service. Totally unreliable. Moreover their customer service is pathetic. Have to wait for long to get response. Do not recommend to anyone

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet Service not available since morning. Worst experience from customer call support. You are not even lifting phone. I was informed in a message from Act that I should get service back by 5 A.M. Complaint no. SR10165833059564 Please work at the earliest
