    @ACTFibernet My ID 10100580997 Hyderabad. No internet services since Wed'day night due to heavy rain. It's almost more than 72hrs now & not fixed yet. Everyday we are getting an extension msg, not the solutions. Totally disappointed & customer care number are not reachable.

    Hi @ACTFibernet , I have taken ACT Storm Bonanza 6 months plan in December. I have two issues: 1. Why is the plan auto renewed? Why is there no option to remove thus auto renewal from user end 2. Why this plan is not showing Netflix on App while on web it is there? Fix this

    @ACTFibernet I am Rahul,living in delhi having an active Act connection since last 5 month, the problem is that in every month I have to go through a service disconnect for 3-4 days,this time I raise a request, Ticket (SR11075831767464) 2 days ago and still my problem not solved

    @ACTFibernet Your service at our apartment in Eldams road very poor. When there was power shutdown internet doesn't work, had complained about 2 months back. Your technician informed that the back up battery is replaced and it will withstand minimum 4 hrs shut down.

    @ACTFibernet please contact me as soon as possible i am very troubled with your worst service and i urge to all people dont buy @ACTFibernet Because they are fake fraud and dont address your problem bad connection discriminatory plan and their executive threat and abuse consumer
