@ACTFibernet I got the WiFi installed last week, and its already not working. Only BOT on app, and no ETA on resolution. Its been 3hrs since. Can someone please fix my internet. You guys took 3 months of advance payment and then this, that too within a week of service.

Pathetic service by @ACTFibernet I have raised complaint before 36 hours now and no resolution provided as of now. They simply keep updating the ETR. Engineer not picking up call and No point of co contact given for escalation. Really very bad service provider. SR11879046306904

@ACTFibernet it was so shameful on the company part giving threatening call. As we are not in station we have not recharge but call on call for appointment for disconnection to take back router ,why so. Where is our deposit taken. For the router.even we can issue a legal notice
