    @harish2you @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet Bayya... They don't even bother, if their customers suffering... At the time of bill payment, they are reminding very well... Y those reminders comes when problem occured?

    @ACTFibernet Thank you for resolving! feedback I have is please train your customer CARE agents or at the minimum please interview them before hiring. Charan was horribly rude. I thought the support was 24/7 but Charan informed that technical issues are resolved only during the business hours

    @ACTFibernet Shame on you #Actfiber. You people are cheating the customer. Service request raised but was not rectified. For 100MBPS package you people are providing just 15.7 MBPS speed since many months. Plz fix the issue at the earliest 101012661548. @DoT_India plz take action
