    @ACTFibernet @KRISHNA83138665 After agent's call and said that you try to restart your internet box switch off after some time on we have resolved your issue but nothing happen now i start complaint in month 3 to 4 time some agents visit home to check Internet.

    @ACTFibernet I have been contacting the ACT team through different media's since a couple of months. I tried reaching out on almost every platform available. This is the 55th consecutive day I'm posting my issue in public. When will this be settled? When will I get JUSTICE...???+

    @ACTFibernet you guys are such a bad provider, my connection was not in use so one of your representatives called me and make a false promise and forced me to recharge for 1200 for 2 months.. And after that what i see, my plan has been change from 50 mbps to 150 without myconsent

    @ACTFibernet your service in uppal region has become very bad. No response and not bothered about fixing issue. Seriously our community (palmcove apartments) is thinking about changing the ISP. We want get out of this monopoly.

    @Balamalladi13 @ACTFibernet what about the revert from ur end. Be responsible for your company's faults. How many times does act wants us to call or wait. It's almost more than two months for which we are struggling. Very bad
