@ACTFibernet My internet fails 3–4 times every week. Repeated complaints raised against ID SR10377388283814 but no permanent fix. This is seriously impacting my office work. Please escalate this to your top management and resolve at the earliest. #ACTFibernet #InternetIssues

There are multiple accounts of ACT in the region all are facing same issue. Service Technician comes does a useless job as he leave in another 15 mins the connection fails. He says dont raise ticket call me directly but he never attends. Pathetic service @ACTFibernet
