    Extremely disappointed with @ACTFibernet service. The internet stops working properly every single weekend. Despite multiple complaints, there is no permanent solution. Kindly fix this connectivity issue immediately. @ACTFibernetHelp

    @ACTFibernet pathetic service, no internet for last 2 days, whenever I lodge a complaint ,will have to wait for 24 hours to resolve, today they repaired my net n again it get disconnected within 30 min. Very pathetic

    @ACTFibernet Service suspended over disputed OTT charges (₹267) even after plan upgrade with OTT included. Issue was raised earlier and acknowledged by your rep. Disconnecting service during a billing dispute is unacceptable. Restore service ASAP.

    @ACTFibernet facing multiple disconnects and slow speed issue this is unacceptable day by day this service is getting very poor my plan is 450Mbbs now I’m getting 1 mbbs speed what’s going in here ?? Why cheating customers in name of fake plans ??
