    Internet down for 6 days and ACT does not say what is the issue, nobody has contacted the customer, local technician Surendran does not respond, call centre has a queue of 30 waiting and its horrible. Pls refund the amount. I have decided to shift @ACTFibernet @TRAI @DoT_India

    @ACTFibernet (1/2) Absolutely horrible customer service. No internet for 4days now. The said box needs to moved and asked if it could placed in my house and after giving the permission there have been no updates for 3days.

    @ACTFibernet I want to cut my connection and move to @airtelindia Extremely disappointed, couldn't even call customer care. Cancel my connection, it's beem down the whole week, don't ask me to pay the amount for 10 days because you've never responded to my complaints. I'm don't with ACT

    @ACTFibernet There is no resolution for the past 8 days. All I get is that "it will be resolved soon" and fake commitments from your team.

    @ACTFibernet I raised request for plan change 6 days back and it's still not resolved and the account is suspended today which disrupted my work. Made 15 calls over last 6 days to your customer care and no use.Acct:101647372902.
