  @ACTFibernet This is regarding internet not working for Account 101571999549 from past 5 days. I have registered a complaint SR10165838305434 on 10th Sep.Daily iam calling customer care and i get the same response that by evening issue will be resolved.

  @ACTFibernet Pathetic customer service. A ticket whose ETA was 7 days, is open for more than 2 weeks now with absolutely no response from your end and upon calling the support people are spilling out lies.Complaint number: SR10165772602011

  @ACTFibernet One of the wrost internet service provider i have ever seen. They will take atleast 3 days to fix small issues. Customer care will not have any updates about the issue, they just say we are working. No value to customers.
