    @ACTFibernet How many times did you try? Because I'm trying since 6th July, 2021 on your CS number. Still didn't get any & stop bluffing, I had a talk with your agent at 10:30 pm yesterday, was told will get a callback. @ACTFibernet Try calling again maybe the sim network is same like your CS

    @ACTFibernet why is there a fiber issue every month and that too after 5 PM ? And now I have to wait till tomorrow morning for rectification. Is this issue specific to my area or prevalent in your customer base? People working from home can’t work with such unreliable service.

    @ACTFibernet - I have disconnected my services on 27th May 2021, it's been 58 days waiting for my refund. In this digitql age when refunds are done in hours, you need 2 months ??? I am tired of raising SRs which are closed without resolution, no help from nodal & appellate too

    @ACTFibernet - Every time I complain I get a standard response "please allow us some more time". I was strong supporter of ACT but this service has turned around my opinion unfortunately.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD why is it so hard for ACT to assign a technician to address a connection shift request ?? It has been literally 9 days since I raised the shift request. Bloody ISP, they ll only be quick while giving the connection but sloggy during maintenance. **** ACT FIBERNET
