@ACTFibernet Worst CS team I have ever spoken to. Your Sales team had been rude to me. Your CS team is giving false promises. Your Nodal officers won’t respond to my emails. Now as I am asking for my refund, you are being harsh. Is this what you call Customer Service ?

@ACTFibernet Pathetic service. No customer support. Jio fixes the issue within 1 hour while this service provider is taking more than 24 hours to come back online that too in wfh era.

@ACTFibernet Tired of complaining every week/fortnight/month ever since I took this connection. As against 300 Mbps speed, we are recording just 20 to 26 Mbps. Time to seek a refund, sue for damages & move on to a better service provider. Patience taken for granted.

@ACTFibernet At least teach your CS team on how not to behave with the customers. This has been the worst experience in my life with Customer Service. I am going to sue you all for hurting a customer who wanted to get a connection from you. Will never recommend ACT to anyone.
