@ACTFibernet your local repair guy is really irresponsible.. seriously... Irresponsible...!! I am facing an issue with my connectivity since a week and he closed my ticket already, now I have 2nd ticket which isn't getting fixed. I have my WFH now. Will change broadband next time

@ACTFibernet I speak to the field tech team and they say that the service cannot be provided.. where in I haven't even changed my location and had the service until Wednesday the 5th. There's a huge loss that m incurring cuz of this.

2 times this month that this has happened. There is internet outage for 24hrs+ and i want compensation for the same. When you can remind me of payment due date, then definitely you can compensate for the same as well. @ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet @KRISHNA83138665 After agent's call and said that you try to restart your internet box switch off after some time on we have resolved your issue but nothing happen now i start complaint in month 3 to 4 time some agents visit home to check Internet.
