    @ACTFibernet Hi team, facing network issues since yesterday I have raised complaint/ service ticket and as per the ticket the ETR is aug15 9pm and no updates received from field team. Escalated to customer care twice ( Aug 15 and today as well). Bad service SR10381605650644

    I have @ACTFibernet in 3 places right now, I have 2 personal and 1 business account and trust me, I am facing huge amount of issues with business account. Can someone please look into it considering the amount of money I pay you folks is a lot.
