    @ACTFibernet Worst service ever. User ID:101436819400 I wanted to convert 150MBPS plan to a lower plan and raised a request for the same. But its ridiculous say 4 days to solve this issue. Are you guys in 1950 or what? Can't you provide quick solutions idiots.

    @ACTFibernet I disconnected your wifi services last month on 16th of November. Your sales executive said I'll be getting my refund in 3-4 days. Its been a month your sales executive are not picking up phone and customer care services said they don't have any authority for refunds

    @JioCare Just wanted to let you know that the issue is resolved. Turns out I had to disable wifi calling on my phone to rectify the coverage probelm. My wifi connection is from @ACTFibernet not sure what relation it has with jio.

    @ACTFibernet Your ticket SR10363691889450 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 12/15 (MM/DD) between 09:00 to 13:00. Team ACT Disconnected broadband 2 months back still am not receive my refund amount. Customer support doesnt have proper solution.
