    @ACTFibernet This is not the service I had expected. Evey month once or twice there will be outage of internet. That too for a day or more. When I was in an important call/meeting it disconnects. Every time your representative will tell we will fix it permanently. But nothing.

    @ACTFibernet Your Customer Service Team is utterly shameless. Pathetically keeps sending scripted replies and keeps closing SR without any action or intimation. Wouldn't ever advise anyone to get ACT Fibernet.

    2 consecutive days of internet outage now @ACTFibernet. Getting a back up ISP installed now. Few more days of this shoddy service and I'll be permanently switching.

    @ACTFibernet what a extremely disappointing experience. I got a call today at 1pm for OTP to change the connection name, I have been told that there will be 2hrs downtime, it’s been 8HRS still no Internet. Every hr I am calling support, they say escalating to backend. Pl pl help
