@ACTFibernet Still no reponse from ACT Support team, both my tickets raised are not resolved. Complete cheating and unprofessionalism shown by ACT. No one called on my registered number not the sales person who booked my subscription is responding to my calls nor answering my messages on WA.

@ACTFibernet Earlier your disconnection team said there will be no refund if disconnection is requested. But this is your issue and you are not able to provide the service and so I requested the refund. Is it really correct for your team to say, we are unable to provide service and no refund

@ACTFibernet I have already contacted all your customer support contact in Hyderabad. They don't receive calls or replying to msg. It's 7 days now and all I am getting is msg from ACT to pay charges for August with late fine. That's what ACT is good at, siphoning money from customer.
