    @ACTFibernet This is the worst service you can get in Hyderabad. No customer care support. Every Saturday/ sunday the network goes for minimum 24hrs. Pathetic attitude. Modern thievery

    @ACTFibernet Are you serious? Your technician told me where to fix the router,I followed it& paid for service. speed was trash from day 1.I waited, raised another request, now you want another ₹590 to fix your own mess? This is a scam. Why should I pay for ur incompetence?

    @ACTFibernet I’ve been facing a complete outage since morning, only to be told it was due to an FX upgradation where your team connected the wrong cable to the wrong port. This level of negligence is unacceptable, get your field operations in order.
