  I lodged a complaint for the non working of ACT WiFi at my residence in Chennai on 23 July. The service engineer checked the instrument and suggested that the router needs replacement. It's more than a week now and the router has still not been replaced. @ACTFibernet

  I am extremely disappointed with the support experience of @ACTFibernet . In the last one week, the same service request has been reopened three times because the issue has never been permanently resolved. Each time I was informed that the problem was fixed, but the issue reappeared shortly afterward. Pathetic !

  @Dharmic_Jana @Anjud84 @ACTFibernet I have Jio. Occasionally speed issues (have to restart router after that it’s fine). Overall it’s good. CS is on time.

  @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD @ACT_Issues Extremely disappointed. You promised router delivery in 3–7 days. It's now been 10 days, and despite calling customer support every day, I only get false promises.
