    @ACTFibernet @ACTBangalore Internet stopped working after maintenance, raised a ticket, 5 different engineers called asking if my internet is working until I snapped. The last engineer has reset my secure WiFi connection to be an open connection. What kind of resolution is this??

    Hello @ACTFibernet I am fed up of telling your customer care executives that I am NOT interested in any of your services. I have told them in Kannada and English, but they don't seem to understand. What other language do they understand? I will learn. Thanks.

    @ACTFibernet Still my grievance is not resolved and i got a call from the executive (customer care) asking me to pay 1000 as a security deposit to get a new Modem. Am not ready to pay 1k for the mistake on your side.
