Package is showing as 75mbps but actually I am getting 50 mbps 2. Initially my bill used to come as 1031 rupees and now it is coming 1131 rupees, And during this two months, GST rate has not changed!!

Karthikeyan (@ratkutti) reported from Chennai, Tamil Nadu@ACTFibernet Stream TV 4K booted up and I was setting up. It rebooted on its own saying an Android update is installing. Now it just displays the ACT logo and then falls into a reboot loop. Customer service is not picking up. No reset switch to be found.
