@ACTFibernet I have a Shifting ticket SR10364643689204 which is scheduled to be resolved by 1PM today.But still no one attended the issue. Your APP is waste , Doesn't provide any info. of assigned technician contact #. Your processes are not favorable to customers. Plz escalate.

@ACTFibernet We are the act fiber customers since 2013..and I hope I will not get disconnected with act fiber at any circumstances until now I did not get any problem with act fiber this is the best network in India if I lost connectivity due to your internal issue it's a grt loss to custmer
