What a poor service from @ACTFibernet. Internet has been disconnected for almost a week now. Made a call to their support team everyday and I hear the same response that it'll be fixed. They even went ahead and closed the support ticket TWICE saying its fixed without fixing.

Dear @ACTFibernet, your issue resolution process is very poor. Even your APP doesn't show the status of the complain. I got SMS that my ticket had been closed, but it didn't show what action was taken. In mood to Give up your connection and service.

@ACTFibernet everytime it rains, ACT disconnects it has become a regular problem now because of the faulty cable line. I am tired of asking your engineers to fix it. Can you please be responsible enough to fix this recurring issue?
