    Hey @Paytm @Paytmcare Support Team, I have sent the payment via Gpay to @ACTFibernet. But ACT Fibernet saying, still didn't receive it. When I checked the my account transaction details on my account. They received payment on Paytm account.

    To add on top of that the support member has mentioned the fix will take 8+ days. IF A RESOLUTION IS GOING TO TAKE THAT LONG THEN @ACTFibernet should at least find a temporary solution for those 8+ days.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD @actfibernetvij I strongly recommend to not fall in trap of this internet at any cost, non-customer friendly to 100%. No proper process in resolving problem. Don't face problem by choosing this network. Don't even care about customer... 😡🤬

    @ACTFibernet When I ask for the adjustment for those weeks of Internet services disruption, Customer care team say they will arrange a callback. And I don’t get a callback. I don’t recommend this to anyone. Low cost(just few 10’s) but waste service @ACTFibernet #actfibersucks
