@ACTFibernet It's been 3 days the internet not working after paying 3 months advance payment. Neither ACT worried about customers nor they are responding. Without proper clearances and sorting matter with local issue they are giving connections and customer suffers. 😡

@Sanjay_Pinto @ACTFibernet I just thought of this a few hours earlier. I have been using my mobile data a lot before I figured that my Cherrinet router to extender was a Cat5 cable & hence the slow speed. Changed to Cat6 & this solved. Might be something of that sort. Just check with someone. ACT is good.
