    @JioCare Sure. I will get in touch with you. Removing @ACTFibernet service anyway. They provide worst. No response after reaching them multiple times . They dont have shame.

    @ACTFibernet I paid for a connection 10 days ago in Hyderabad. Every day since, techs keep changing, no one installs, I’m being made to run around stupidly. Your staff is rude & selfish, making deals without knowing the connection status. Unprofessional & horrible!

    @ACTFibernet Dear Customer care team, 6 hours of no internet and your team is being irresponsible of not notifying the customer about the outage or when the service will be restored. Pathetic service.

    @ACTFibernet My Internet connection is down from yesterday night and just getting a message that it will be resolved, mentioning some time and date. This problem is happening frequently in recent times. Current Service request is SR10376028149684. 1/2

    @ACTFibernet As usual,i had already received a message regarding delay. Fresh deadline is by evening. I am sure this wouldn't be done before Monday at the earliest. There is no accountability with you guys that's why no customer care executive is there and customer is dependent on chat.

    @ACTFibernet i requested for an installation, got a poc for my society, he created a work order, asked me to make payment for 3 months, saying work order can’t be create without payment. Now he is not responding when he will make the installation. Pathetic Service on Day 0.

    @ACTFibernet calling the Customer Caree doesn’t help, so-called manager doesn’t help, the employees come to the site and go back with stupid excuses. If you can’t provide, Internet, just say it Do not waste anyone’s time

    @ACTFibernet Thank for your never improving poor customer service. My connection is down for more than 36 hrs. Complaint number is SR11076021565144. ETR keeps increasing. No responses for emails. No action from field executives. Please intervene if you can.

    @ACTFibernet Your ACT Fibernet service has been deactivated as per request. Your last invoice amount is Rs. 2073.02 and due amount is Rs 0. I didn't give consent for this. This fraudulent. Please help @AshwiniVaishnaw @TRAI They won't fix the issue and disconnect.
