    Worst customer service by @ACTFibernet Been 3 weeks since an double payment due to some technical issue, no resolution yet. After numerous redirects to many irrelevant departments SR Tickets gets created and closed, buy refund never came. #actfibernetworst #badcustomerservice

    @ACTFibernet Paying for your services upfront, is straight up a wrong decision. Your services are significantly bad right after payment, everytime, how!? And you don't allow to reduce the renewal tenure in app! Not once I have not regretted right after paying for a longer plan for ACT.
