    @ACTFibernet Only verbal assurances...this is one experience we regret choosing Act fiber over others. Just because of your carelesness we will have a failed innauguration of your office. This is most unprofessional and insensitive. Worst worst worst service

    @ACTFibernet horrible service. I have made the payment a week back but till dateI did not get any response. The service guy called 100 times for the payment but after the payment there is no response. One of the worst service provider @jagograhakjago @ConsumerAffairs

    wish i would have jio fibre or airtel in my area. I'm using act as a fate. Im disappointed with the worst service and it happens each month.The customer service provides terrible answers. After 2 days they reply we have solved ur grievance hopeless @ACTFibernet @airtelindia
