    @ACTFibernet @bada_paww What act is doing on multiple complaints why are they keep closing the tickets without permanent solution on internet DC's slow internet. Committed speed I am not getting and internet is intermittent very bad. What act team of engineers and service teams are doing?

    @ACTFibernet I have checked everything in my end. I have even provided the technician a few days ago with traceroute & ping results. It's up to you to fix it. I've used two other ISP before and they weren't nearly as bad with the latency.

    Registered request with @ACTFibernet for reinstallation of internet connection on Friday after moving to a new location. It has been 4 days since we registered complaint and there is no response or proper communication from @ACTFibernet team. Didn't expect this type of service!

    @ACTFibernet i got same reply in your facebook page but no one contacted us. and we still dont have internet. new open tickets are SR10265567789658, SR10265567885584. please resolve the issue if you cant then let us know because i have to work from home then I will switch to other ISP
