    Hey @ACTFibernet! Next month I am discontinuing your connection. The turn around time of your service engineers are way too long in Delhi & they don’t do their job properly aswell. Since the setup box is connected to my home, my neighbours will disconnect your connection aswell.

    @ACTFibernet When are you going to fix the issue that’s now running in third day with ETA revised by default for third time without any update. Just fooling customers by saying fastest broadband but doesn’t have the resources to fix issues. One of the worst service provider

    @ACTFibernet Your representative assured me the issue would be prioritized,resolved, and closed within 3 days. LIt’s been a week.Please stop making excuses and resolve the issue as promised.Please raise another disconnection request without making excuses.I need disconnection req immediately

    @ACTFibernet It took 5 guys to fix my ACT connection. First 2 morons came, then a smarter guy came and figured out it was connected previously to Airtel. And another senior with his assistant came by. And it's all fixed.
