@JioCare Sir,With due respect I had a great experience with jio. But in the last 2 year it gone from bad to worst both in fibre and mobile.I have already applied for @ACTFibernet and connection will be given in the evening. so I kindly request you to close the accnt and sent me the bill.

@ACTFibernet Bangalore, Cox Town area, the internet is down since yesterday night 11pm. Your customer care keeps pushing the ETR. Earlier it was 12pm, then 1pm and now 2pm. Its been more than 14 hours your service is down. When will it be resolved?

@ACTFibernet, it’s been 4-5 days of disrupted internet and zero resolution. Tickets raised, promises made—but no fix yet. For a “high-speed” provider, your support speed is stuck on buffering. Please escalate and resolve this ASAP! #ACTFibernet #InternetDown

@ACTFibernet Deputed Service Engineer for my area, Mr. Anurag Soni not picking my phone call recording this network issue. Power backup also not available in your device. Another Service Engineer, Mr. Ravinder has replaced the battery of device in July'25 but not resolved my issue yet.
