@ACTFibernet Ruined my one day's pay without notifying that your crappy services will be down and what's the point in advertising so much and screwing up ur customers experience don't set expectations which you can't keep up i would like that refunded for what i lost at work 🤬

@ACTFibernet since I am massively overpaying for a service that I am not receiving. I only plan to wait till the end of the month before looking for other services - your app doesn't even allow me to downgrade my connection to the actual level of service being provided

@ACTFibernet once the power is down, i loose internet immediately though I get DG power. This issue raised is 3 times already. So far you haven't worked on it. Please tell me if i should move to your competitors. You can check my DM for my account details.
