@ACTFibernet what is this customer service please do let me know whether I own the router or not. Because in the past 15 days you team is not sure whether it is mine or not. And if it is not mine please get it picked up. WORST ISP EVER SO MANY ISSUES JUST TO DISCONNECT.

@ACTFibernet I asked you people for downgrade request, It didn't happen. Internet won't work for continuous 3 days. I opted for 150 MBPS speed and I got 9 MBPS. Till date no one resolved the issue. Really pathetic service. No one is responding. I never choose or suggest beam.

Worst customer service ever @ACTFibernet disconnected my call for 3 times in a row and not giving solution and delaying all the time. In June you took 10-15 days to solve my problem and now again taking more time to solve the same issue. My ACT account 101402299402
