    @ACTFibernet Frequent outages in my area (Besant Nagar, Chennai) are becoming a giant pain in the ***. And customer service is non-existent. Unfortunately, paid for the entire year otherwise would have chosen a different provider already.

    @ACTFibernet been almost 72hrs without the internet. Recently paid for the 6 months plan, lodged complaint but no response from the support. Kindly initiate the refund. @reliancejio @airtelindia please share the broadband plan details

    @khushal_singh_ @ACTFibernet Act service is very poor I paid 6 months renewal of Rs 7222. The broadband was not for more than 10 days and I surrendered the connection. Now ACT is not refunding the money I paid. Before taking ACT kindly note this poor service od ACT

    @ACTFibernet @ACTBangalore , Refund request ticket was closed on 25th Dec.Still my money is not refunded. As discussed with the customer care, Payment team should contact and confirm the details but no one contacted me. new refund request ticket has been raised. SR10266681279020.

    @ACTFibernet how come the other internet connections are working properly and yours does not @ACTFibernet ? This whole month I had issues with speed. I am paying for. you are deducting the monthly bill for 500 Mbps/ really disappointed. I have been a customer for 5 years.
