    @ACTFibernet Hi I will take @ACTFibernet new connection but please improve your customers service it's too worst & people scared to take act connection because of worst customer service, its not problem speed , it's problem of customers service, I would take from last year due worst service

    @ACTFibernet I have been waiting for installation for 6 days after making the payment . No response from distributor and customer care even after repeated follow up . Best part distributor has stopped attending calls after payment .

    @ACTFibernet @ballamalladi We wanted new connection from past 20 days we haven't got responses from any some one came and said we have to put DP box and for that we should pay him 10k then we can give he said... Are we looting customer like this.....

    @ACTFibernet As expected the issue reported never get resolved on time, I have been complaining that my internet is not working from yesterday and the Turn around time is being extend every hour with out any proper explanation and I have left with no alternative
