    Furthermore, the last ACT customer service representative (Karthik) dared to tell me that I could disconnect at any time. I'm curious how ACT trains its employees. I'm not sure ACT is so headweighted that they've effectively captured the market. @ACTFibernet @AshwiniVaishnaw

    @ACTFibernet its again. Internet is down and the SAL is 7 hours. really? Is practically accepted? @ACTFibernet you need 7 hour to fix connectivity? Wow, really need lot of patience with such providers. May time to look alternative right?

    @ACTFibernet wonderful customer care service wherein PPL say to cancel the service rather then solving the issue I spoke to P. Basker they don't care to understand what is the issue hi just want me to disconnect the service.
