@ACTFibernet Hi, please see my direct message on my open case SR10375884906. My internet is disconnected for non-payment even though I have cleared all the dues after making a request to reconnect. PLEASE RESTORE CONNECTION WITHOUT FURTHER DELAY. Very poor customer support.

Friends, if you are thinking of going for ACT fibernet in Chennai, please check for feedback b4 booking. We face very frequent internet issues & we don't get the service like before (earlier it used to be good). Work from home becomes difficult with ACT. @ACTFibernet @TRAI

@ACTFibernet My internet connection not working since yesterday afternoon and it was supposed to resolved today morning but again I got a message it will be by 7 30 pm. We are doing WFH and we need internet connectivity immediately. Check DM for more details.
