@ACTFibernet Have been having issues with my connection since morning after some cable was changed. Can you please use Saturdays/Sundays to do these kinds of works and not on a Monday/ weekday when you are not sure about the connections will restore.

@ACTFibernet when will you stop harassing customers. My account has been suspended for “non-payment” where in fact I have already paid the amount before due date. You customer care keeps telling me the issue will be resolved in 2 hours & I’m still internet on a Monday. A work day

@ACTFibernet SR10267555899934 raised complaint multiple times rgrding slow speed.But complaint gets closed automatically without issue resolve . I took the connection one year before .At that time ACT executive told me to take 3 month plan of 75mbps .But getting only 30mbps
