    It's been 6 months. First I asked for relocation which didn't happen then I asked for disconnection. There was no due amount when I asked for disconnection. From two weeks I'm getting calls to pay due or restore connection. How bad can you be @ACTFibernet !?

    @ACTFibernet worst service ever. Paid for 250 Mbps. Never got more than 80 Mbps. Raised like a thousand complaints. They just close the ticket without solving the issue. Today, heights... No internet connectivity for 5 hours😠. Sales people don't pick up calls.👏🏻

    @ACTFibernet after 1 year wanted to come back to Act hoping service improved but service remains pathetic, paid upfront payment for 1 year on Monday till connection not given , and customer is unable give proper date when they are going to complete installation
