@ACTFibernet There seems to be a pattern here. @ACTFibernet takes advance payment for 3 to 6 months and if someone disconnects before that period they don't even service the refund. Should I go to Consumer court for my refund? I have all the call recordings and SMSs etc. #shameOnACTFiber

@ACTFibernet - raised SR10377193219914 approx 12 days ago. Shift request. Till now neither anybody has called and nor any engg has turned up. My wifi connect still at old location. Pathetic service by @ACTFibernet . Worst experience.

@ACTFibernet absolutely useless connection, works for one day stops working the other. 400mbps pack and it goes 400 only for a day when your representative fixes it then comes down. It’s not a joke, you charge hell lot for a 400mbps pack and 0 quality, my mobile data works better

@ACTFibernet Today's day also gone @ACTFibernet , as per your cce reqst i have waited for 11 days now.. my service got disconnected on 17 sept. And my Refund has not been initiate becoz device is not picked. #shameOnACTFiber
