    @ACTFibernet my office broadband is down from last 36 hours. Raised the complaint, called customer care many times but still unresolved. Is this the service you give to your customers? Our entire office work is down due to non availability of internet. Kindly resolve.

    @ACTFibernet Yes, issue has been resolved. However please try to the reduce the resolution time. It was not working for 2 days.

    @ACTFibernet is your team so irresponsible ?? I have placed a request as my Internet connection is not working ,you guys jus raised a ticket doing nothing Do you deduct money for these period?? Then why the hell you are unable to fix the issue with in ETA?

    @ACTFibernet why do u harass loyal customers for ur inefficiency n carelessness? my Internet is suspended coz of some 4k TV box u dint collect 4 months ago. it's sitting in parcel n now I've no net connection in working day! ur customer care cut my call without solving anything!
