    @ACTFibernet Pathetic customer support. I have credit balance of 385 and that I am disconnecting, I am not getting my credit balance back to other sources. What kind of business is this? Just to maximise profit, is it ethical to not refund customer’s legitimate credit.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet It’s been one and half day and my issue is not resolved yet. Ticket opened just keeps on extending the restoration time but my issue is not resolved yet. Totally disappointed with the service. I’ve been ACT customer for more than 12 years now but totally disappointed

    @ACTFibernet very disappointed.I'm facing internet problem since few days.I've Raised the ticket for the same but your team told me to disconnect the service and closed my ticket. How can you tell customers to disconnect instead of resolving it?
