రాముడు (@RamKottapalli) reportedMy entire day's work was affected today due to #ACTFibernet outage. What's even more frustrating is that this is the 4th time in the last two months. Repeated service interruptions & delayed resolutions are unacceptable.

kumaraswamy p (@Kumaraswamyp86) reported@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet Thank you very much for all your support. I have received the refund, and my issue has been resolved successfully.

KONIDELA (@glass_vote) reported@driven_at_home @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD This is the fourth day I am completely without internet. Your team has given me six false ETRs in four days, and even the ETR promised by your Nodal Officer has lapsed. Your customer service is bottom-tier and deeply frustrating.SR10180665320964

Pushpa (@PushpaMuthyam) reported@ACTFibernet 45 days. 10+ emails, multiple calls. You've finally collected router but my refund of ₹6,614 is still missing. Every reply is a copy-paste from a different agent. Consumer court complaint already filed. Acc 101799520914. When do I get my money back? @jagograhakjago

Shivam Garg (@shivamg0902) reportedHello @ACTFibernet @FiberAct You have the most useless wifi service It's been 5 days since the internet is down and there is 0 action on your end Neither anyone is bothered enough to address the issue nor your engineer is picking up calls. Most useless ISP.
-
hopeless.doc (@anooj94) reported@ACTFibernet But again, the only resolution is paying additional for a data cable to connect the 2 routers. If you are offering such a mesh network, why is it not mentioned on the website nor explained by your salesperson before finalising the purchase?

Chandra Prakash (@chandra_38) reportedTicket SR10180698824674 - this is my 20 plus complaint. Issue keeps on repeating. Act is not able to identify the issue. They just call and say they have fixed it. Which means there was some issue but it repeats. @ACTFibernet getting worse. Noticing it from past 2-3 months.

Kishore (@Kishore2508) reportedPathetic service from @ACTFibernet Chennai. Every time there is a power cut, my internet goes down despite having a full inverter backup for my modem/router. Why? Because your main area connection box has NO battery backup! A year of this recurring issue. (1/3)

Tushar (@Qtiyapaa) reported@ACTFibernet Also your customer care raised a ticket to replace my mesh routers since weeks. Nothing came from your side. When i call customer care they simply cut the call. Why dont you shutdown your services?
