    @ACTFibernet havng internet outage frm last month & no internet frm last 2 days especially durng d daytime. Regardng this hav raised complaint in ACTapp & also calld helpdesk for couple of times. no one addressed issue so far. Com# SR10864681287654.lookng fwd a permnt solution

    @ACTFibernet The experience is horrible. Two requests were opened and closed randomly SR10264622184061: this was closed without anyone calling me, even though I have sent my bank details on email for refund. SR10264684941590: this was closed again without any reason.
