    @ACTFibernet It was not resolved. The complaint was closed. I have lost the connection many times & i don't get refund. I have raised the same in the phone call. I asked for refund and adjust the amount for the monthly plan. Let's be fair to all the users, When your service is down, pay back.

    @ACTFibernet I donnno why your customer care support number has no one to recieve other side ,I have been trying since night yesterday that my work is getting delayed it's better to shift my all office and my home accts to shift to other IS provided which really makes the brand value

    @ACTFibernet one of the worst service providers.. how many times do I have to complain about connectivity issue, jio is far better than this , suggest everyone to go for jio .
