    What a great service by ACT fibernet, not able to make any request for shifting via app or link, not able to make a request through customer service and also disconnected the call many times when I place the call for disconnection @ACTFibernet pathetic !!!

    @ACTFibernet Just fed up of your services. Last 15 days I have been raising complaints on my net not working when power goes off. Your technician just simply lied to me that he has replaced batteries, but nothing happened, problem still persists.

    @ACTFibernet Customer care told me they will transfer my call and then they cut it. Such wonderful service after being on waiting for 10-15 mins!

    @ACTFibernet - i called customer support to pause my account, and without any information, why you have registered it as a disconnection request? Good going with 5+ year old customer. Kudos!
