    @ACTFibernet worst experience regarding your services. Technician not coming, they are not resolving the issue. From yesterday morning 10 am I am not getting internet. Please let me know if you are not able to provide proper service. Very unprofessional behaviour.

    @ACTFibernet . I have raised 4 tickets, spoke to your CC teams 4 times and met 3 field service engineers, the issue is not resolved. Your field engineer goal was to close tickets without resolving the issue by giving false commitment. My speed is 25% of my plan.
