  @ACTFibernet People around Mogappair, Chennai should never ever get @ACTFibernet . Their Junction box doesn't even have a proper place or permission to be placed in this area(their escalation team's words) and asking every customer to have it placed in their home.

  @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Worst customer service. SLA of 24 hours to restore Internet, never met. Too much downtime in the past 1 year. Also illegally used my home electricity and did not compensate.

  @ACTFibernet If I call in morning, your CS says it will be fixed by night. And if I call at night, your CS says it will be fixed next morning. And the cycle repeats. NO FIX AT ALL.

  @ACTFibernet Your sales person never bother when I complaint about speed issues, simply says plz call up CS and CS says apologies but no resolution. They say we will send a technician to home to resolve the issue, only when I raise for disconnection request.
