@ACTFibernet An 8 year old subscriber like me received 25 Calls in last 4 days to pay my bills that too after suspending my connection . But when u call them back they will never connect and is always busy . The worst APP and Website not at all user friendly . Want to switch

@ACTFibernet I have made the payment for my Fibernet bill, when I connected to the call support for This, they are saying I can’t help you you have to wait for 24 hours you will get the call back and also agent tone was very rude # poor service

@ACTFibernet got call from ACT for reactivation. I asked, if u provide free relocation then I reactivate my acc. They said YES, then I accepted to reactivate. After activating I got Rs660 relocation charges msg. I contact support they said no free relocation option. Poor Service.

@ACTFibernet you haven't repaired our WiFi connection since four days! Your service technicians are playing hide and seek.. in total we haven't had internet for a whole week now... Are you going to reimburse our forced leaves we had to take because we didn't have internet?!
