    This is the second time I'm escalating the issue @ACTFibernet I have upgraded the plans and it's been 4 days I'm not getting proper speed. Also why don't you have any good customer service support?? I tried everywhere, no one is here to resolve the matter.

    ticket SR10167343090199 still not resolved since 4 hours internet is down. Lost multiple clients and affected my reputation. Never using act again after the subscription ends i am switching to another fibernet which has quick response.. @ACTFibernet

    Hi @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet , This is to make you aware that your services in Hyderabad are the worst. I have raised 3 complaints since past 3 days. 2 tickets got closed without any resolution. One ticket SR10167317277714 is still active but no resolution till now.

    Ticket SR10267263475884 is closed. Wow @ACTFibernet @forum_consumer ticket is been closed without resolving the issue. How come it’s possible? And when I spoke back to the customer care person regarding why the ticket is closed he said I Dont know for what reason it was closed
