    @ACTFibernet your service in #Hyderabad is always terrible when it matters the most! I have been facing speed issues since yesterday. When I try to register a complaint via your App (that sucks!), it says, "Something went wrong." When I call customer care, they hang up!

    @ACTFibernet From past 4 days there is no internet... Raised ticket but no resolution... This is the worst experience ever had.... Resolve it within half an hour... Otherwise will disconnect the connection.. Place: Sangareddy. Pincode:502001.

    @ACTFibernet The ticket # SR10165858270674 is not resolved from 3days and there is no proper update or response from Cust support and Nodal officer. Worst service is being provided. There is no technician who called to understand the issue. #Worstservice#Act
