@WMSUNDEEPKUMAR1 @ACTFibernet Exactly, they add 100 rs to bill if we don't pay the bill after 24 hours of deadline. If 24 hours matter so much to them, you should refund us 100 for every issue that happens when internet goes off for more than 24 hours.@ACTFibernet please act on this.

Is this your company policy to get internet issue atleast once in a month??? For resolving it will take minimum 24hrs+. For payment they will remind us repeatedly, but for issues no one will intimate immediately. @ACTFibernet #Hyderabad
