    @ACTFibernet Act Fibernet is a thief and does not listen to customers, They have very worst customer care services, they did not even listen to the customer, I think their services are worst.

    @JioCare Horrible customer service. Internet stopped working on Sunday morning. Raised a service request - till date resolution is pending. I am cancelling my connection. Moved to @ACTFibernet who’s services are much better. Shame on you @reliancejio

    @ACTFibernet My internet has been down since yesterday & I haven't received any call from the engineer or any update at your end. When I called today, I was told that it will take one more day. My work is getting hampered & I want an immediate call back to disconnect your service

    @ACTFibernet My question is why are we not maintaining the power back up? We take WiFi for office purpose but we are losing office hours and have to apply leave. What is the use of WiFi? I already lost my two days of leave because of WiFi Issue. What kind of service it is?

    @ACTFibernet Facing issues from yesterday. There is power outage in the area and WiFi is also down. Don't you have power back up ? Its second day same issue repeating. Such a worst maintenance. Missing important meetings in the office. Ticket # SR10265456986634

    @reliancejio from past four days ,even after several calls and reminders , none of the engineers even had audacity to call and troubleshoot problems in internet connectivity, now I am feeling why did I migrate from @ACTFibernet With reference to Service Request NumberSR00001CFII2
