    @ACTFibernet It's been 4 days and still the issue is not resolved. What do you want me to do, wait for another week or so? This has been such a bad service. Please contact the team and fix the issue no later than today.

    @ACTFibernet Your 48 hours is also over. Still connection is not restored... I get an update my issue will be resolved by 17 Dec 4 pm . That's another 72 hours from now.. what is happening? No one is reachable to talk .. ACT you have lost all the credibility you had earned till date customers

    @ACTFibernet ACT THE WORST ISP , no solving the issue but they close the complaint and we have to reopen it , 5days and still no answer

    @ACTFibernet Not yet. Just got a feedback form. No information on the amount credited back to our account due to over charging . We have been following up vide mail and tweets as well. Very poor reaction no response

    Disgusted with ACT Fibernet's service reliability. My new routine nowadays is to raise a service request every week for no internet connectivity and wait for it to get resolved forever. #nobrand @ACTFibernet @ForumConsumer
