    @ACTFibernet Hi, it's almost 4 days in our area ACT wifi not working. Event hough your representative coming and fixing the issue its not fixing permanently. Do you any resolution for this? This is how you give support to your customer?

    @methalafan @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet No connection since April 29th. Please expedite repair. Rush extra technical staff because the existing number are overwhelmed and unable to rectify the issue.

    @ACTFibernet wow ACT for the service! 4 days without Internet and cable TV still no ETA from you! For TV cable there is no way to register complaint also.. all the folks looking for new connection please avoid ACT! This is in indiranagar Bangalore

    @ACTFibernet 3 days. No internet and no response. Account number: 101735161552 SR: SR10180032872522 I asked to move service to opposite house as we moved within the lane. . We still have to pay for the down time as well. Pathetic.

    @ACTFibernet ETA please? Almost 24 hours have passed post sending you folks a tweet and more than 15 days have passed waiting for resolution! Also; tried calling your area TL (Nallagandla); he doesn’t seem to respond or neither call back. What are you folks up to?

    @ACTFibernet Internet down for 48+ hours and still no resolution. No response from technician, no customer support, nothing. You are telling “back online” — which is completely false. This is unacceptable. Please fix this ASAP or escalate to someone who can actually resolve it.

    @ACTFibernet I'm a resident of Balanagar Hyderabad, I have raised a SR10180078427864 request on May 2 2026 1 PM IST, now it is more than 26+ hours and counting. Still the issue persists. I have faced the same issue one week back. It was fixed one week back.
