@ACTFibernet Main box has been shifted to my home 3 months back ACT promised monthly 50 rupees will be compensated but when bill generated nothing revised in bill I called customer service complaint raised no technician visiting my home this is scam fake promises clear this ASAP

@ACTFibernet SR10267133219334 was told resolution by 7pm, postponed to 9pm and now tomorrow 1pm. Totally unethical people and worst service.. Its third ticket in same month. Pls terminate the service for me n charge pro-rata basis till date. I made 6months advance payment.

@ACTFibernet Mr Anesh Kumawat he is a very false person. BYmaking so many false commitments he is defaming the Actnet Company...Now when I call him, he disconnects the phone.Due to lack of internet speed, I have to cancel these services.But ACT NET is neither refunding my refund.

@ACTFibernet Am still getting spam promotional calls, even though I don't have to move to ACT, Even after requesting customer care my phone no. is not in DND, Pls stop wasting people's precious time by spam calls
