@ACTFibernet Facing network issue from last four days and your team has no commitment towards the resolution They just close the ticket and they call us not to reopen instead they insist to open a new ticket. This shows the service quality of Act. ticket no SR10163452104104.

@ACTFibernet What's this smart upgrade?? Even your customer support team are not aware of this. I'm getting mobile app notifications that smart fibre is live but no other info is mentioned. At least give clear information to customers rather than half information notifications.
