    @ACTFibernet As discussed i'm not received the refund yet stii after raising the service request,I need immediate action on this I had done payment 25st may requestd refund on 3rd June it's 6th June still there is no progress and also i'm not able to track it as your app is showing no user

    @ACTFibernet Merely saying "thank you" achieves nothing; it is essential to resolve the issue within the timeframe you specified. Constantly changing the schedule day after day does not solve the problem.

    So, @ACTFibernet has a company policy where if you pay them for any plan and subsequently move to a location where they don’t have service before the plan ends, they’ll NOT REFUND ANY MONEY. Whatever excess, they’ll keep! @MIB_India and @GoI_MeitY please note. This is robbery.

    @ACTFibernet Worst experience. Before payment, your team responds instantly. After payment, it's just delays and excuses Why collect money before installation if you can't honor your commitment? Dear's Don't pay until installation is completed Very disappointed. #ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet I'm unable to change my plan. The portal keeps pushing me back to the home screen and asks me to log in again and again in a loop. Please check and fix!
