    @ACTFibernet What beautiful service,chain of command and customer service reps you have.Hats off to your service .No internet since 3 days. Cheap local services work better and provide better customer service.Not a single callback from a supervisor after multiple escalations.

    @ACTFibernet is such a waste service. Daily i get interruption. Don't Know what their engineer does. Daily 2 hour net is cut. Shameless organisation

    @ACTFibernet I had raised a ticket SR11059277865362 for slow internet on 8/7/2021. I have 150 mbps plan but i am only getting download speed upto 47.83 Mbps. No update on the ticket no one has contacted me for this. I changed the Channel from the router page but still slow.

    @ACTFibernet #worstcompany don't try too hard to get hold of me, sr10259208307320 this is service request. you can reach out anytime till 11/07/2021 (my cancellation date) as you guys failed to do so in first place, i'm pretty sure with this SR you can get my phone number.

    @ACTFibernet #worstcompany customer service -> passed to billing-> billing passed-> retention nobody worked on it for past 15 days, finally i got connected to cancellation team and they're happily ready to cancel, no empathy no resolution such a poor service. 2/3

    @ACTFibernet I'd rather take some other connection. Enough war of words with you guys, I don't think I have anymore spare time to deal with your level of service. Take your router, I don't want your connection any longer. Said it the first day when I got the 100mbps speed.
