@ACTFibernet It shouldn't take this long if you are really willing to resolve the issue. Every day i call customer care, they say escalated the issue each time. Yet my work order is not cancelled.

@ACTFibernet worst customer support. For d past 7 days issue is not resolved. Worst thing is they have closed my ticket as “issue resolved” without actually resolving. Such a cheap behaviour. Very lethargic and unbothered abt customer . #ACTfibernet #ShameOnACT

@ACTFibernet Internet connectivity lost on 16th Nov 2022 and till today, there is no resolution. Engineer simply closed the ticket without resolution on 17th Nov 8.51 pm. No confirmation prior to closure.I called 3 times to customer care yesterday, response is "we are working"

@ACTFibernet Multiple factors known only to service provider. Service provider expects service receiver to be an expert. Service engineer calls on Sunday morning and says will come in one hour. Then closes complaint simply saying customer problem.
