    @btwitsjaffer @ACTFibernet Nah, 21 days is way too long for fixing an internet outage—most ISPs target 24-48 hours, but complaints show ACT often drags it to weeks. Check Downdetector for similar issues in your area. Hang in there!

    @ACTFibernet - You have already taken 2 days to fix a fiber cable broken at your station and still NOT FIXED ! PATHETIC SERVICE ! People opting you inspite costly than others just for your prompt service ! SR11077335812244 that’s worst ! Better to move for other !!

    Pathetic service by @ACTFibernetHYD Internet is down since Thursday & there is no solution so far. They keep extending ETR as if it’s Amazon delivery date. Raising complaint is useless and there is no way to reach customer care. SR10177299495184 @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD dear #Actfibernet we are seeing lot of service interruptions these days, internet just goes off randomly for atleast 30mins and almost 3 hours what the hell is going on ? Would you like to cater to customers or leave business in air ?

    @ACTFibernet got a New ₹5k plan&a router in Hyd, but internet isn’t working good and had issues since day1. since a week, Tickets delayed . Area issue “resolved” 15 days ago, yet my connection fails. Please send technician + plan compensation Acc 101759491479 ID SR10177278896294

    @ACTFibernet The service worked only for 8 days since it was installed. Please cancel the service, disconnect and refund my money. I'm not paying for any service that is not working. In the same area, airtel and jio are working perfectly fine. SR10177147132086 & SR10177008327054
