    @ACTFibernet @ActfiberC would suggest to shut the company if you are not able to complete in the market than torturing existing customers..It has been a week since ticket has been raised for internet not working..no one even visited to called to fix the issue ..worst service

    @ACTFibernet Since there is no clear resolution date and wage/generic status of ticket. A daily sms that this is a city wide outage is not helpful at all. We have applied to cancel our subscription with ActFibernet.

    @ACTFibernet Day 15 and still no internet…..shameless fraud behaviour by @ACTFibernet pathetic response and lethargic ground staff combined with unresponsive customer support…..other networks are actively resolving issues and you keep us hanging to nothing. We need a proper response now.

    It's almost impossible to get in touch with the customer's care to get my wifi issue fixed so, I requested a new connection to @ACTFibernet so that they will connect with me. As expected, they called me in few minutes and this is how the conversation went..
