@ACTFibernet Sir nothing was done from your respective team an alternative router and cable was arranged and replaced by me and not by your team tell me what exactly the issue when you cant support in giving an router due to your complex rules & regulations why cant atleast we can terminate

Dear @ACTFibernet This is the 5th day no Internet . How many days do you need to fix the Internet connection in an Area? If we are not paying bill even one day do you keep connection live? I’m going to office as no Internet. My cab chargers crossed 4K who will pay? Shame!

@ACTFibernet This is beyond frustrating. It’s been almost 3 days without internet and still no resolution. You promised a fix by 9 PM today, but your support shuts down at 7 PM what kind of joke is this? I’ve tried calling the agent, no response. Support is useless. I’ve had ENOUGH of this nonsense.
