    @ACTFibernet I got my issue solved. Getting call after issue sorts out, no use, kindly arrange something else to complain abt problem while occuring itself. Still in old era of press 1, press 2 stuff.. Thank u.

    @ACTFibernet Worst service provider.There is no timeline to fix the issue from their end. No one updated the issue until I reached out through a call center more than 48 hours after suffering without the internet. Poor customer handling SR10366543244204

    @ACTFibernet I don't know why your people are blaming the router which was recommended by your people and later on telling it won't support the speed required by me.

    @ACTFibernet You're closing service ticket left right and centre without solving the issue, CS number never works. What a pathetic service provider you have become. Please cancel my subscription and refund my money.

    @ACTFibernet @storyteller_ind It is quite funny and standard response. No concrete answer on what the actual issue is, why is it taking so long time, and exact time of resolution.
