    Ok. So what’s the solution? He says to change router. I asked him to go ahead. And he says that’s not his job. So he will close the ticket. Weird @ACTFibernet You aren’t bothered about customers at all but just the bill payment.

    @ACTFibernet # Cheater "ACT fiber" I have purchased an Camera from you. I have received an Open Camera which was not sealed.and it's not working with others internet. Kindly provide an Sealed Camera or refund my amount.

    @bada_paww @ACTFibernet The internet cables are haphazardly laid. The act cable tied to the powe line conduit has pulled off the screws. The service person refuses to attend to it.

    @ACTFibernet Worst service. For shifting in the same premises they charge rs. 650. The service person stands still and I have to do all the work. Says his work is only to crimp. A cable goes to another computer. He refused to connect it.
