    @ACTFibernet @ACTChennai Worst service ACT. Everyday, I raise issues through your App 4 or 5 times. Everyday the connection is getting disconnected, connection is getting logged off. Check how many tickets I have raised and how many times I raised issues. Acc 103434304089

    @ACTFibernet Your customer service is getting degraded, since yesterday i am unable to use internet and instead of resolving the issue my ticket was closed. Your customer care just open new tickets which are closed by tech staff without resolving issue.
