    @ACTFibernet when I purchased a connection 2019 from I using router now it will frequently disconnecting and I was raised complaint your technical team saying router efficiency only 3 years so they told me to go upgrade the router buy 6 month package,

    @ACTFibernet I have been consistently facing connection issues with my internet for almost 1 year on and off. The service agent told me that the router is required to be replaced, he’ll come back with new router, and got the SR closed. He never came back. SR11878222864354

    @ACTFibernet I am facing very slow internet speed issue since more than 10 days, when I raised an issue, I got to know that due to voltage fluctuations my bandwidth speed was reduced from 300mbps to 100 mbps.What I don't understand is, why the bandwidth Speed wasn't reset ?

    @ACTFibernet What a surprise when I raised complaint just few minutes they closed the without any update at the same time I request disconnection immediately took action and kept the compliant upto 48 hrs super
