    @ACTFibernet i am getting calls to reconnect almost 3-4 times everyday. each time i block a number your automated system calls from a different number. Why you are spamming like this. If i wish to re-connect i will do so by calling your customer care

    @ACTFibernet Bengaluru I have raised a complaint that my internet is not working. A person had come to my home and checked, he claimed that the problem is in the backend and that ACT will call, it’s more than 24 hrs, internet still not working

    @ACTFibernet Disappeared. From then no one called me. Wht is happening, why r u guys taking so much time to fix this simple issue. What the hell is wrong with your team. And is there no option to talk to a supervisor when on call..? Supervisors dnt hve guts to talk to customers.?

    @ACTFibernet - 2 days internet is busted. 15+ min waiting to speak with a call center exec. The timelines keep getting revised. Is this why you call ACT leading in poor service and your technicians keep insisting not to raise complaints?
