    @ACTFibernet Very bad customer service and IVR system you have. I cannot reach a customer service agent when i have an account which is in a disconnected state due to ownership transfer. But, from the same phone i can reach customer service using an Active account. Not Happy..

    @ACTFibernet , Internet is not working since Jan 18th, and SR10163953570144 not resolved yet. I had even given permission on Jan 21st itself to keep junction box at my home. Still the issue is not resolved. Not acceptable during this WFH and Online classes times.

    @desaikingis @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet is cheating since 3 months. The mails, tweets, and contracting on other social media networks didn't find any response. They make false promises. There's unbearable delay in the service. At times, I feel that they show a fake employees. The management is too poor...

    @ACTFibernet worst service from you ..am using act Fiber from last 15 months and there is a power box fixed in my home with 7 other connections.while installing the power box technician said there will be 100 rs discount for every month for power bill but till jan2022 no discount

    @Bengalurpaiyan @ACTFibernet Because they are frauds disguised as a company. Don't take their connection even if they provide it for free! The company would take days to solve the tiniest of the issue and won't even hear out your issue!
