    @ACTFibernet i could not able to understand every day I used to face a same type of issue the speed of internet is very poor even can't able to talk through vedio call.And I decided to change my isp to different providers like jio atlest they can resolve the issue as earliest.

    @ACTFibernet Hello team , My number -7975279541 I called to your Cx care support agent ..and requested to transfer the call to Escalation team because while they given junction box electricity to our home switch board by your one of the executive the switch Board got broken .

    @ACTFibernet 4. Only once the customer feels like the issue is resolved, he then discloses it to the customer "SUCCESS" team. 5. Then the ticket is closed. I hope its a simple workflow. @SandyMohanG
