@ACTFibernet Requested for router upgrade request on 11th June but still I didn't received the device yet and have made many calls & emails to customer service but no proper response and I have made an 6 months advance payment. May I know by now the issue will get resolved.

@ACTFibernet I have been raising a request every month literally I am fed up with network team they inform the issue will be fixed within 24 hours but not even once it has been till date. The Technical agents won't acknowledge respond whatsoever the worst customer experience.

@ACTFibernet i had a word with your team just jow and they asked me to wait for 24hrs my internet connection is not active since last 48 hrs and I am working from home. Really disappointed with your service srsly just to sent a technician you need 24 hrs.

@ACTFibernet There is no internet for the last 36 hours. Came to know that main box has been switched off due to which all the ACT customers are facing issue. Please resolve it to the earliest. Act num: 101012182008.
