    Hi @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD I'm facing issues with internet since yesterday, have created a ticket today morning but the ETR is tomorrow. It's urgent for me to get back the internet service as I am working from home, there's no customer service number to call. Please help.

    @ACTFibernet To resolve Internet connectivity issue if you are providing ETR of more than 24 hrs in a city like Bangaluru then we better switch to some other provider. Regular connectivity problem, pathetic service.

    @ACTFibernet no resolution for last one month. your team gives the same reply that someone is assigned to visit my home to install the router. But nothin happens. Nodal officer doesnt respond to email. SR10265706198698 if u r not able to provide the service please let me know
