    @ACTFibernet almost every week I m facing internet disconnect issue. Can I expect permanent fix for this issue? Also by default you are giving 24 hours resolution time and then used to come in last hours. Can you improve this concept please?

    @ACTFibernet what a waste service you hv,just to fix the cable infront of my home its taking you guys 5 days and everytime I need to explain issue to new customer exec and reply is same vr working,SO its big joke operating in multi cities SR10162694409202

    @ACTFibernet is the worst isp ever seen. Facing problem atleast once a week. Don't claim ur self as no.1 ISP with this kind of service. I almost lost a day because of ur worst service. I need refund for 1day.

    @ACTFibernet according your policy, in 24 hours issue will be resolved, but now its been more than 52 hours still not resolved, who is going to take the responsibility for the loss happened. Any suggestions @VijayGopal_ @jagograhakjago #balamalladi

    @ACTFibernet no internet since 23days. Many SR tickets raised. Asked to use our premises for box fix. Still no solution. Only same box permission issue message comes on every ticket. No refund, no internet, I am surprised!!!!
