    @ACTFibernet Internet is not working since yesterday evening and there is no resolution despite contacting customer support and your team is successfully dodging attempts to make a telephonic conversation. This is pathetic.*One of the leading ISPs* can't actually fix small issue.

    @ACTFibernetHYD I am one of the oldest customer of @ACTFibernet Two months no Internet and yet to be fixed. My internet was disconnected due to wire cut on Aug 19th. My first complaint was on Aug 28th. My Ticket was closed on Oct 9th without resolving. A/c:1011000739652

    @ACTFibernet Warning to @ACTFibernet customers: They owe me ₹5,914, offered only ₹1,000, and closed the ticket. This is fraud. If you have refund issues, document everything and file consumer court case immediately. They don't respond to complaints, only legal action. #ACTFibernet #ConsumerRights

    @ACTFibernet I can't keep submitting a new complaint about frequent internet disconnection. I have submitted a complaint to disconnect your internet service once and for all. @reliancejio @airtelindia How good is your internet service in chennai. Will not respond to your dm.
