    @ACTFibernet The ticket SR10280003230854 has been raised yesterday and it has been more than 24 hours. No response from customer service except false promises that the issue will be fixed today. Fix this issue immediately.

    @ACTFibernet Been following up via calls for my connection shift request for one week. First ETA via email was 26 Apr, second ETA via app was 28 Apr, today it's 1 May. Also, your team says my shifting address is not their problem to solve for connection shifting. @jagograhakjago

    @ACTFibernet Raised a Complaint for “No internet” issue and its expected to fix today Before 7.00 pm Still No resolution, and I have to wait for one more day where I have raised 2 tickets and here we are doing our office works without wifi after paying .

    @ACTFibernet When can you fix it ? I waited for 12 hours a day without Internet connection. Postponed all my urgent work Internet is oxygen now , cannot wait more. Fix it within today ..

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet Cancelled my Jio connection to go with ACT with the promise of doing it by 12 pm today. Customer service is pathetic for you guys as well. Please provide me my refund if you can not deliver what you promise
