@ACTFibernet #worstcompany I'm really happy how you guys are working on complaint instantly and resolving the query, i may/may not be right about the offer in the ivr call but i asked for a simple thing to check the IVR call, nobody is willing to do that thing. #10dayswithnowhere

@ACTFibernet This is regarding the complaint number SR10159276367732. No action has been taken since 24 hours we don’t have internet access, as we work from home it is really difficult to manage in this kind of situations. I have been experiencing service disruptions very often.

@ACTFibernet I had raised a ticket SR11059277865362 for slow internet on 8/7/2021. I have 150 mbps plan but i am only getting download speed upto 47.83 Mbps. No update on the ticket no one has contacted me for this. I changed the Channel from the router page but still slow.
