    @ACTFibernet Your ACT Fibernet Request SR10153662285562 is expected to be resolved by 3/13/2021 12:00:00 PM (MM/DD/YYYY) T&C apply. 3rd consecutive issue in last 4 weeks, no one reached out yet to address it. All due to multiple joints.

    @ACTFibernet How and when? You guys were aware of the problem from last 2 months and reconnecting the joints is not the solution that's expected out of you every other time.
