@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Worst customer support, worst service, no respect will be given to the customer. No concentration on resolving the issue. Much interested to argue with customer and degrade the customer as you dont know how the internet, speed works.

@ACTFibernet poor service by ACT. 1. Cannot downgrade plan 2. If request for disconnection, no refunds 3. And no one wants to fix the connectivity issue prolonged from 3 months. I am being forced to pay and unable to use. @tataplayfiber connection with same speed works like charm

@ACTFibernet I have been trying to reach you on the customer care number. Multiple calls no answer. Raised a complaint on the app ages ago regarding extremely patchy network & a pathetic router. No response. Absolutely ****** service which is only getting shittier by the day.
