    @ACTFibernet Could you please check ticket no.SR10263369848584. Raised this yesterday at 11 Am. Resolution team called me stating that it will be resolved by 5 pm after that he is not responding the call, called him multiple times. Pease expedite and get it resolved asap.

    @ACTFibernet poor internet connectivity for the past two days and complete breakdown of service since last night. Contacted your online support but in vain. It's not worth paying the exorbitant price for the kind of services provided

    @ACTFibernet I was told by your customer support executive it's not possible to choose less expensive plan..I wanted a basic plan.he is suggesting me I disconnect and ask for new connection with basic plan..worst experience ..may have to start online campaign against you guys

    @ACTFibernet I've subscribed to 150 mbps plan & paying around Rs.1300.Of late I am getting inconsistent speeds, often dropping to 30/40 mbps. Ticket no #SR10263351997414 was raised. Your team has been closing the ticket without providing a permanent resolution. ESCALATING
