@ACTFibernet at this point of work from home, you do not have 24x7 support. I paid for 6 months, and still overdue messages keep coming. Now in the middle of a production issue i lost internet. Who is going to be responsible if i lose job over this?

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Damn bad experience with refund. No callback, customer care people telling lies. Recieved calls everyday to know the reason for disconnect with very personal questions but no call from refund team from last 3 weeks.
