    @ACTFibernet ; @ACTFibernetHYD No internet in Ramayam, Moosarambagh, Malakpet, Hyd. for the last 3 days. People working online are badly affected. Complaint system only shows routine messages, no proper support. Issue caused by loose wires left unattended. Please fix urgently!

    @ACTFibernet What's your customer care number, where I can actually raise a service request or complain? When I reached out my waiting was 17 in the queue and I stayed 15 mins in the call and it moved to 16 in the queue.
