WiFi connected but no internet from yesterday.. It was worst experience with @ACTFibernet.. Yesterday given complaint but still not solved.. I don't wanna recommend to anyone coz this is not 1st time.. In one year nearly 20 to 25 times same problem..

@ACTFibernet in a world where each company is focused on customer. Its surprising to see how you see it. I have been trying to get my family's new connection activated. Shocking part, the fact that a new connection is not activated is not even tracked by you. 4 days and waiting

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD There is no proper service channel when internet is not working and we create a service request. All we receive is an SMS which doesn't contain any contact number.
