@ACTFibernet a/c# 102016069233 I have act storm package with 300 mbps using to link archer c6 router. Continuously for 30 days you have been throttling my bandwidth down to 90 mbps, this is fraud. Don’t make me think Jio is better than you ethically.

@ACTFibernet Already shared. Today also we dont have internet as your staff asked someone cut the wire as it was comi g in way of their construction. They asked them first to take the wire out and this is their response. The act staff told them i cant come without complaint and you cut wire.

Every month, someone cuts @ACTFibernet wires and customers lose internet connection for a day at least. This joke of a service has been going on for several years now.

@ACTFibernet my ticket no SR10163820695252 for this you have replied your representative will call me. Act person called me and told me you have raised shifting enquiry, not shifting he said in rood way.Then how customer care said shifting got delayed due to technical issues.
