    @ACTFibernet Time d customer had options of plans as per usage. tyrannical approach by U is laughable. Is the CEO Malladi in a bubble? DISAPPOINTED in the mgmt and attitude. I think u r set to lose customers to competition. Be flexible or lose out.

    @ACTFibernet It's been 2 days that I am facing connectivity and speed issues with my connection. I had raised ticket SR11058934095172 for the same. Ticket is being closed now by executive without my consent or resolving issue. Pls look into it

    On every weekend your internet service also takes rest or what... Every weekend plan is ruined. Call centre simply says network down.customer service solves on Monday afternoon..hire folks and work on Sundays also man.@ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet complained multiple times regarding billing issue. Everytime ticket getting closed without having a word with me. No response to mail as well. When I called customer care and asked reason for not addressing, representative raised disconnection request. Is it the way?

    @ACTFibernet since you are not able to provide new connection to me after following up more than 4 weeks,please initiate refund process. So I can choose other service provider. I am customer to you from last 2 years. Not going to continue any more.

    @ACTFibernet since yesterday I don't have internet. The app has no option to register a complaint. The agents I speak with are robotic, repeat the same sentence. I am paying to get 0mbps. Great service!!!!
