    @ACTFibernet Dear service provider am without Internet for past 24 hrs. Your service is dependent on other customer's house where Junction box is installed & this isn't a good Architecture. And you just pay 50/- month if I need to install Juntcion box? Please correct your process

    @ACTFibernet hi act fibernet i have raised a service request on 9th of jun and still not resolved, i have paid an amount on 22nd of May and today I am getting msg that account will be discontinued due to payment should we need to pay in every 8days.

    @ACTFibernet Raised a ticket SR10365067024574 yesterday for internet connectivity issue.But there is no response from the technical team since then.Kindly route the ticket to a proper team for swift action.

    2 of 2 @ACTFibernet Finally i was left with no option but to terminate their services. Reason i was told is that there is no power supply to junction box from where connection was given, as person who had occupied that house has moved out.

    @ACTFibernet Very bad experience from yesterday, getting 30-40MBPS speed for 300MBPS plan. No response from technical support, ticket says it will resolved by Sunday evening, that’s waste of weekend, is this the customer satisfaction provided by ACT ? Complaint- SR10265076709124

    @ACTFibernet The technical team indirectly forcing me to for "GX box" , giving reasons of unavailable port. Nothing was informed before taking the payment. & now fot the technological problem of yours , you are indirectly asking customers to pay for it ur issue. @airtelindia @reliancejio help
