    @ACTFibernet Worst Service of ACT in my area. (Your Service request SR11075965895814) No one has reached out yet, it's been more than 8 hours since the wifi is not working. My office work is getting impacted due to this, process compensation asap. @SajalaVasu

    @ACTFibernet I’m on the ACT GIGA plan. No internet all day because your team connected my line to the wrong port during an “FX upgradation.” This is gross negligence. Tagging @TRAI and @DoT_India. This level of service from a premium ISP is unacceptable.
