@ACTFibernet Tired of complaining every week/fortnight/month ever since I took this connection. As against 300 Mbps speed, we are recording just 20 to 26 Mbps. Time to seek a refund, sue for damages & move on to a better service provider. Patience taken for granted.

@ACTFibernet atrociously pathetic customer service. I have had to lodge 7 or 8 service requests in the last 5 days numbers to just get my connections working again. 24-48 hours for each request. And I keep getting passed from one team to the next. What the hell!

@ACTFibernet I had some good opinion so I moved to Act recently but really disappointed. Worst experience. i raised an issue in all available platform, they just closed the complaint without resolving. Arrogance.. they don't care customers it seems, no business ethics.
