@ACTFibernet I wanted to a new connection faced the worst customer service from your end. It’s been 3 days since I’ve paid for your subscription and nobody has come and installed the internet yet. When I’m trying to reach sales executive he’s not answering my calls and messages.

@ACTFibernet Am holding ac no. 103015926746 today while checking the internet speed its only 60mbps even in 5g, engg came & 2 change the router, considering the long standing customer asked replacement, cus ser told replacement not possible want to close, i need rental refund!

@ACTFibernet @zomato @letsblinkit When asking technician he is telling your port is disable and others in my building internet is working..so it seems from last two months u didnt solve the issue and i m just paying ur bill before due date..i want issue to solve ASAP otherwise refund my bill amount(2/2)

@ACTFibernet (9505021506 venkatesh team leader) spoke to him he is saying the same thing like i will send ramana nd the team nd all, and when i asked fr cancellation nd refund process he is just kept my call on hold nd disconnected, i would never ever recomend act fiber
