    @ACTFibernet visited on 26 Sept. and said the router need to be changed and will done on 29 Sept and now today is 1 Oct no update no solution such a Fake promises and fake things you guys do I will file the complaint in DOT.

    Hey @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet My ticket SR10176988507884 is open for more than 45 days now, there is no resolution provided yet. I called customer care multiple times, every time they provide 48 hours as ETR, but it's been 40 days already. #Worstexperience #Actfibenrnet

    @ACTFibernet What is the update, internet is down for the past 4 weeks, still I don’t have internet and no updates is the staff doing anything about this matter please fix this problem all of the people in my colony have internet access I don’t have internet

    @ACTFibernet i hav been billed 100₹ for 3 days while doing for safe custody. When I had spoken to customer care they never told grace period of 2-3 days will be billed. I want to disconnect. I will take different connection.

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet Taking money for 6 months and providing Internet for 2 days is not acceptable. Your customer service says it will be solved in 2 hours every time I call. Is there any solution? Are you people serious? You don't take complaint seriously? What is the solution?

    @akshayyux @ACTFibernet Same with me, it's been more than a month now, there is no resolution provided from @ACTFibernetHYD . I called customer care multiple times, every time they say it will take 48 hours more. At this point I just want to get complete refund and choose another wifi provider.

    @ACTFibernet Still no resolution, in add to that I received extra bill of 500 for DNT security deposit which I don't know what it is about and was not informed about any such amount prior, This is agent who made fool out of me into taking 3 month plan bhavya : +91 87925 89614
