    @ACTFibernet Pathetic experience we are getting with you guys, we will not refer any body from ACT and will throw this post at other social media platform as well..if today it is not getting fixed. You guys don't deliver as per commitment et all. It's been 6 days You can't fix a relocation.

    @ACTFibernet SR10266157876482 : your local team says there is no problem in the fiber. They are saying unless the new speed is updated in your portal, I will not get the new speed of act incredible plan. Can u pls check with backend team and solve this problem

    @ACTFibernet How long will you take to fix my issue??? You PPL are playing with customer's money and time. More than 6 days was not enough to fix my issue. How can I trust you to continue my connection.

    @ACTFibernet it's been two days my internet is not working my ticket number SR10266149879604 such a disappointment whenever i call the customer care i get the same response there is some box issue we dont know when it will be fixed. i had to recharge my simcard and use hotspot

    @ACTFibernet whole day net was not there. Now you are sending me msg taking longer. Dear customer, it's taking longer than expected to resolve your ticket. Revised timeline is 20-Oct(DD/MM) 16:00 to 19:30. Team ACT Is this a Joke. Who will compensate my business loss

    @dhivagar_subash @Sr1ram_29 @ACTFibernet Admitting that the internet works fine but the service given by them is highly unprofessional. They do not believe ỉn Customer first policy.

    Even he didn't give clarification one internet connectivity. And also while installing he trimmed ACT fiber net cable which is my primary service provider. There is also no proper response from service Engineer. @ACTFibernet
