@ACTFibernet Disgusting and the most appalling service. You team stated internet will be restored by evening today, & agn no one picking up calls, when i contact your customer service and ask for a supervisor/manager, your agent "Sai Kiran" states "NO SIR, WE DONT HAVE A POLICY TO TRANSFER!"

@ACTFibernet I was made to pay 826 plus 1750 INR by your executive but after I made the payment they are not even picking up my phone. The modem has not been provided yet please take some action or arrange for the refund of 1750 plus 826 rupees.really pathetic service.

@ACTFibernet Horrible internet. It just vanishes in Rain and they say Sir cable broke and will fix tomorrow, next day. Whenever Rain comes internet cable breaks.

@ACTFibernet Poor Services in Bangalore, Kagadasapura Main Road. The complaint was of a broken line per the technician. Even repeated assurances net not come for the last 30 hours. Please get in resolved. The service personnel may be told to be realistic in committing a time.
