    @ACTFibernet The internet is down for over a day now. The ticket SR10366442102494 is been closed with the status that the issue has been resolved but is not actually. And i'm not sure how such false resolution can be made by your team.

    @ACTFibernet You are making blank calls to my number just to show a record of work. Don't disturb me. Focus on other customers. Airtel has already installed the set top box. The internet will be activated in another 2 hours. You don't have to work on my issue.
