@ACTFibernet Yes. After multiple follow ups and listening to false promises to retire services in a timely manner. There seems to be no coordination between the on ground support staff and online customer service team. I got only vague responses and no commitment to complete on time.

@ACTFibernet I've been having an issue with the Internet connection for the past 3 hours?? aggrieved with your customer service exec's replication as he said that It would take a whopping 24 hours to fix the connection. Merely preposterous.

Looting customers with hidden charges @ACTFibernet. Arrogance of customer care guys, pathetic service. Beware, using @ACTFibernetHYD ask them for breakup of bill amount. They keep charging you in the name of offer.
