    @ACTFibernet From past 9 days Internet is not available. And every day I get new date of resolution. Is Act Fibernet going to give discount these days on bill? As 9 days without Internet why the User will pay for it. Not sure how many days more it will continue.

    @ACTFibernet my connection is my reconnected without my consent and being billed for the same without using the service. I had the worst experience with Act and switches to jio air fiber stop reconnecting as per your will and charging it's a serious case of fraud.

    @ACTFibernet what type of technical person you guys, they are unable to resolve the issue yesterday only I addressed the issue, but they simply closed the ticket without proper resolution

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD still how many days should we suffer, Incase if we don't pay the bills on time,and send you these kinds of messages will you continue my service or dis connected. It's been close to one month and nothing has been sorted out yet.
