    Hello @ACTFibernet I had called act customer care on 31st aug for temporary disconnection. The was routed to another team and got disconnected before I reach them. I was told I will get reponse in 24hr but didn't get any. Now I can't reach customer care no. Itself What the hell

    @ACTFibernet It was resolved on Monday and today again the issue reoccurred. Now your team will fix this only tomorrow and this has been a never ending problem.

    @ACTFibernet This is the way you give the service to your. Customer . I have get any call from your side for my problem and my senior has detected my salary of two days .. who bear it . I am totally unsatisfied with your service it is better to discontinue my sevice

    @ACTFibernet worst service!! From two days my internet is not working and when I call customer support they hang and abuse the customer!! Poor customer service.

    @ACTFibernet They are awful in service as well . Been 72 hrs since internet went out nothing has happened so far . customer care is rejecting my calls Daily they're saying 24hr issue solve I will shift other service

    @ACTFibernet SR11061802948472 i have been facing a problem with my internet and there is no update from their end. The app is so useless constantly keep saying the samething over and over. I now think that their service standards aren't like they used to be some years back.
