    @ACTFibernet This type of false promises are made by people who are culturally backward and having fraudulent intention. Taking money 7days in advance and not delivering the service. The photographs on your websites are to lure gullible people.

    @ACTFibernet internet cut every alternative days , it’s ridiculous that goes off more than two days, customer care least bothered to Resolve issues . I wonder how this company is getting awards. I am switching internet because I am in living in 2021 not 2005 (101490948284 )

    @ACTFibernet This is bit cringy to report, I have been chasing customer care for quite some time for reconnection and loss of internet is making it difficult for work. Customer care says technician is assigned. I haven't received call till now. #PoorService #URGENT

    @ACTFibernet You have such lazy and useless staff. No action has been taken on my tkt Tkt # SR10154356708752 from past 3 days. No wonder you are loosing your customers to other networks. Spl mention to your useless customer care. Please remove the care word from it.

    @ACTFibernet Placed a service request on 27 Feb 21 SR10353078894515. It's more than a month and ACT support doesn't have a clue about resolving this. There have been 3 escalations to no avail. Didn't expect such a bad service from ACT.
