    @ACTFibernet selling option are onion potato tomato also used clothes and lassi ...you guys are worthless piece of **** every month 10 days no internet..HOW DO YOU CHARGE 800 ..IT SHOULD NE 8 RS + GST ....OR FREE OF COST ....DO YOU GUYS HAVE ANY LEVEL..

    @ACTFibernet I am fraid up raising ticket regarding network issue when ever power goes off, Network is not working everytime ticket is closed without proper response. Also there are instances in last few days network is not working though there is power and its restored (1/2)

    @ACTFibernet Placed a service request on 27 Feb 21 SR10353078894515. It's more than a month and ACT support doesn't have a clue about resolving this. There have been 3 escalations to no avail. Didn't expect such a bad service from ACT.

    @ACTFibernet You have such lazy and useless staff. No action has been taken on my tkt Tkt # SR10154356708752 from past 3 days. No wonder you are loosing your customers to other networks. Spl mention to your useless customer care. Please remove the care word from it.
