    It has been over three days since I complained. Customer care complaint Service and attitude of field engineers is very poor. You are wasting customers money and time. 👉 @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet My internet connectivity is down from last Friday and just getting different ETA's to resolve. I am fed up with your customer service. I have 2 tickets open under my user id. One is for internet is not working and other one is to discontinue services.

    @ACTFibernet We paid for 5+1M package which was Rs.4130. We have done the payment and it was successful. After a week my service was disconnected due to unpaid balance. We called customer care many times no one has cleared our concerns till now. Waiting on managers call back

    @ACTFibernet Internet connection was disrupted on 10th December, still not resolved. I would not recommend ACTFibernet to anyone. Go for other service provider who can resolve the disruption within reasonable time. SR10366544434194

    @ACTFibernet even the TN Govt acted swiftly and removed the branches fallen from the trees and things restored to normal. Unfortunate that ACT could restore their service.

    worst part is it is never easy to connect to customer care and also to make them work you have worst of the worst policies like not providing the resolution as per ETR AND SIMPLY DELAYING THE ETR as per your convenience!! Wow 96 hrs is expected to resolve the issue. @ACTFibernet
