    @ACTFibernet It is intimated that ACT damaged the BSNL OFC cable yesterday near NRI Exchange Jaipur. Kindly arrange for restoration of said fault as the BSNL whole network of this area is completely down which is a revenue loss to BSNL and customer dissatisfaction.

    @xxmahibogixx Day 2 of outages in Hanamkonda/ Madikonda and still no resolution. Tickets are being closed automatically while the local rep remains unreachable. This negligence is causing serious hits to our operations. @ACTFibernet, escalate this immediately and provide a real timeline.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet Internet is still not working ! Your technical team is only revising the timeline after every 4 hours. And am not paying the money for these technical issue window , kindly do not include in bill.

    @ACTFibernet world class internet service. Your own app doesn't load on a 400mbps wifi connection. Connection down for the last 1 week with repetitive electricity issues. Whats the point of customers having a mini ups to prevent internet disconnection? SR10280011845854

    @ACTFibernet please help me in resolution for this ticket #SR10280058860234. It has been more than 72 hrs. No one has come to install the router yet nor picking the call. Is it so much difficult to get an internet connection in Bangalore for last 3 days ? ENgineer is not picking.

    If this is the experience before installation, we’re not interested anymore. Please cancel & refund ASAP. Would rather go with reliable providers like Airtel or Jio. Pathetic service. #bangalore #bengaluru #actfibernet

    @ACTFibernet I had to call your customer care to get the work created! WTH? After paying I have to followup like this? Why you keep this kind of agents? Fire and build a website where we can choose and pay ourselves. It will improve your customer experience only. This kind of fraud sales ..
