@ACTFibernet what a worst experience we are paying for 400 mbps speed and we are getting only 100 mbps speed and once contracted with act technician they are saying that there is a problem in your router for the past 2 year router has became the problem

@ACTFibernet Your sales person never bother when I complaint about speed issues, simply says plz call up CS and CS says apologies but no resolution. They say we will send a technician to home to resolve the issue, only when I raise for disconnection request.

@ACTFibernet People around Mogappair, Chennai should never ever get @ACTFibernet . Their Junction box doesn't even have a proper place or permission to be placed in this area(their escalation team's words) and asking every customer to have it placed in their home.

@ACTFibernet I've been raising the speed issues since two weeks but there's no resolution and from few days I've been requesting for disconnection still no response. Do you think customer will bare this since I've chosen 6months plan and bcz of my bad luck

@ACTFibernet Worst service! It seems only interested in stealing money from customer by hidden charges. Customer care waiting period is 30min at least.
