    @ACTFibernet Dear Team, i had spoke with Act Customer Care saying effective 1 July 2021 I don't need connection. They said sure will take up the request accordingly. Few minutes back got message saying account got deactivated and connection got disconnected

    @ACTFibernet worst service i got from you guys.....i paid 7 months advace rent because of trust with act.and due to pandemic i requested to hold connection....how dare you can cheat your customer even i want to transfer the connection to another guy..please pay back money..

    @ACTFibernet After 48 hours gone there is no response at your side, I did not get call from your guys. I am going to consumer court due to this issue. We will see at court. Bye ACT.

    @ACTFibernet LOL...what will you do now...I had called more than 30 times to call center during those 3 days...First correct the call center numbers in website make sure it works...most of the numbers doesn't exist at all...then later you talk of giving internet service

    @ACTFibernet No complete info provided by ur guys and don’t know how to speak with customers. Can someone call us regarding this issue. Because ur Agents can’t solve this issue.
