  @LMKMovieManiac @ACTFibernet Yes sir @ACTFibernet one of the worst broadband service..,I had requested them to disconnect my connection but for the past 4 days there engineer are yet to come and Remove my router and junction box..,So that I can change to another provider but they are frustrating me a lot..,

  @ACTFibernet I had raised a request to shift my internet connection couple of days back but still have not got any response from any body and today suddenly my service ticket has been cancelled.Could you please have some body to get in touch with mI live in Kotturpuram Chennai.

  @ACTFibernet When you try to connect to customer care they only raise ticket. I raised ticket to shift connection so many times, nobody responds. Very pathetic service. No way to talk to real person. This connection company is too far away from getting people connected.

  @ACTFibernet I want someone Senior to call me on this issue. I don't think the Customer care representative or Nodal Officer care about it. Had written to Nodal Officer Hyderabad as well but no response

  @ACTFibernet outrageous act by ACT. my invoice had issue as paid twice in May. June no invoice raised by ACT,July got invoice for June as well; raised a concern on call & email. No revert recieved. 2day my connection is disconnected. I want the service to be resumed immediately
