    @ACTFibernet Such a poor support. I raised a ticket on 14th May 2021 regarding fibrenet wire breakage due to storm, still the issue not resolved yet. Its been 10 days now and they are promising they can resolve the issue in maximum 24 hours. I'll not recommend any to go with ACT.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Raised a shifting connection request on Apr 28th for acc: 1012****2064. Till now no resolution from your end. Your service agreement says shifting reqs will be resolved in 72 hours. 12-months package paid for, lost 1 month of service.

    @JioCare I am really fed up with the worst service of @ACTFibernet . If you guys don't respond I will try to add any other broadband connection as an IT employee I've been facing a lot of issues while WFH

    @ACTFibernet No one has followed up on this complaint.. and we still don’t have any internet!!! As a really busy week starts tomorrow, we’ve had no support. I’ve really recommended @ACTFibernet to so many of my friends and didn’t expect the service to be this poor!

    @ACTFibernet it's been 7 months that I have disconnected my services and have placed a request to get the switch box removed, would you get it removed? Or is it like your regular service? If you don't get it done in a week, I'll trash it...
