@ACTFibernet - raised SR10377193219914 approx 12 days ago. Shift request. Till now neither anybody has called and nor any engg has turned up. My wifi connect still at old location. Pathetic service by @ACTFibernet . Worst experience.

@ACTFibernet There seems to be a pattern here. @ACTFibernet takes advance payment for 3 to 6 months and if someone disconnects before that period they don't even service the refund. Should I go to Consumer court for my refund? I have all the call recordings and SMSs etc. #shameOnACTFiber

@btwitsjaffer @ACTFibernet Nah, 21 days is way too long for fixing an internet outage—most ISPs target 24-48 hours, but complaints show ACT often drags it to weeks. Check Downdetector for similar issues in your area. Hang in there!

@vijay_p25 @ACTFibernet True, last week they called saying that it would take another 2-3 days to fix, sighting pending permission from authorities. No communication since then. The assigned engineer keeps changing with each date and no one picks the call. Airtel had already fixed their lines in my area
