@ACTFibernet : They always raise a request and tell that billing department will call you in 48 hours and there is no call even after raising the same issue multiple times. you are literally harassing and cheating your customers

@ACTFibernet when even if we delay monthly payment by 1 day you charge 100 rupees...while during every month your service has issue atleast 10 days...are you not accountable for paying us for interrupted service..it impact our WFH...

@ACTFibernet I have been continuously contacting actfiber customer care since Wednesday about my cable problem. Actfiber rescheduling the repair slot time every time. please take necessary action ASAP.

@ACTFibernet only creates tickets but doesn't work on tickets . Before getting a new connection they will call you 10 times a day and once you paid they will go to hibernation mode. I have 2 to 3 tickets but they are sleeping every time they ask 24 hrs. It's been 4 days now.

@ACTFibernet And what about your pathetic customer support? Every-time a ticket is raised which is marked closed automatically without even resolving it . Every-time the same ticket we need to raise and again wait for 48 hours . You guys are literally harassing and cheating your customers.

@ACTFibernet there is no internet from morning and still the issue has been not solved the pack has been renewed just 2 days back and now getting this type of problem If this is the problem in metropolitan city like Bengaluru than its pathetic make sure to resolve things soon
