    @ACTFibernet As per the telephonic conversation " Act cannot go with monthly billing" and Mesh needs to be submitted for that. Issue not resolved. Will proceed with disconnection. Act Service has deteriorated with time. Sad

    @ACTFibernet Can you please confirm if @ACTFibernet service is available in Sun City, Bandlaguda Jagir, Hyderabad 17.359706,78.401223. Without confirmation I will not pay the renewal charges which is due on 16th May.

    @ACTFibernet @tamilhollywood2 Agree. Very poor service. The technician doesn't even bother to revert on WhatsApp or call. Customers are made to feel like begger. Pathetic.......

    @ACTFibernet I have raised multiple complaints over the past few weeks with zero progress. Providing a refurbished router has not resolved the underlying issue. I need an actual service intervention, not more scripted follow-up calls without action.
