    @ACTFibernet One customer executive tells a reason n the other tell another. U ppl don't have the clarity yourself, what issue u r going to resolve?? Shameless company. Take my user id-102609248489 n 28th Feb is going to be the last date of this connection. I'm going to raise a request now.

    @ACTFibernet The internal transfer to billing team never work i must have been transferred to billing team at least 20 to 30 times but not once they answered. I don't know who manages the billing team but there is no contact person or escalation team. I tried all possible way.

    @ACTFibernet , Really iam not happy with your service ,I called your team 2hours before for server issue they confirmed me within in 2hrs problem will resolved.I just called you team again they are saying it will take 2hrs for resolving the server issue

    @ACTFibernet ur service is so pathetic. Every now and then the internet doesn't work. Now some wire is broken in the area. What do you charge the money for? I am assuring you that I'm going to disconnect #ACT. Useless company. #Bangalore #Internet

    @ACTFibernet Dear Customer, Due to unscheduled maintenance you may experience some interruption in Broadband service. Will restore before 3 PM today. Inconvenience is regretted. Team ACT. I wonder how many times a month your team does unscheduled maintenance activity. Its really irritating
