    @ACTFibernet its been 2 months since disconnection. I am still yet to get the excess payment refund. Each Customer service executive gives a different feedback on the settlement since last 2 months.

    @ACTFibernet more than 7 working days since the router recovery but the refund by your finance department is still pending on SR10176737966269. i’ve been asking for a solution since July 1st week. now we reach september end and yet the money hasn’t been processed. do you have any plans to help

    @ACTFibernet Worst service ever in Chennai. For 2 months my WiFi is buffering. Raised tickets, 5+ technicians came, no solution. Every day false promise “router will be changed today” but nothing done for 2 weeks. As a customer, I feel ACT has the worst customer support.
