@ACTFibernet I have raised a complaint that my ACT Fibenet is not working this morning they gave an SLA today 6PM. I have made lot of calls to your support team but till now it is not resolved. We can't miss school/office tomorrow also for this reason. Req quick resolution.

@ACTFibernet How pathetic can your service get? I raise a request for router recovery during disconnection and because your guys didn't turn up to pick it up, you charge me in my refund for the router. And your billing team never calls back when the fault is at your end.

@ACTFibernet No resolution for my internet even after 55 hrs and more than 10 calls. Worst is tickets are getting closed without any resolution.
