    @ACTFibernet Even after paying 700Rs + charge for shifting 2nd Floor to 1st Floor, Internet is not working. When I called @ACTFibernet Customer Care, nobody responds properly. Is this the way of treating customer's? SR10250735417672

    @ACTFibernet Yes, I never thought I would bad of an experience. Your service was always great then. Not sure what policies have changed and how the business process is now but it's bad.

    I had ACT broadband Connection. ACCOUNT No : 102807951345 Now I have shifted to different state. I want my bill from 1April 2020 till August 2020. Kindly help me with this as I am not getting bill details from ACT App @ACTFibernet

    This is my 4th complaint in a span of 2 months with ACT SR10350722773852 engineer came and seems like the cable needs to be changed, still issue not fixed, highly disappointed with ACT @ACTFibernet
