@ACTFibernet also, I have a billing dispute. Every month I have been billed for every other number. Though I have fixed pack and fixed pack usage. Made a complaint I was promised call back in 24 hrs, time frame has crossed no call. Complain #SR10158917947458.

@ACTFibernet Every month, in the bill, Zee5 subscription amount is included. I had already raised ticket previously about this since I have not subscribed for Zee5. Ticket was closed mentioning that issue is resolved but yet again, it has been charged. A/c : 102513059169

@ACTFibernet When I'm connected to Lan cable it's fine ,but in WiFi ,few times I get good speed ,but many times it's less than 10 kbps . previously used fibernet ,but I was not getting this issue and the WiFi was provided by ACT fibernet team only and it's not far ,only from hall to room .

@ACTFibernet Very disappointed and feel taken advantage of. We are paying and left with no information, no proper answer from the support team. Very poor service not a single engineer came for testing and resolving the issue.
