  @ACTFibernet it’s been 24 hrs without Internet. It seems nobody is bothered to address this outage? Hate to call this, but your support teams are really slow in addressing outage.

  It's a shame that ACT cannot publicly give an announcement to their customers so they are aware of what's going on. No emails, No SMS and ACT should be really ashamed of not able to fix it on time whereas the other service providers were able to fix it within 24hr #ACTfibernet

  @ACTFibernet It's DAY 5 of no internet and every day @ACTFibernet just keeps LYING that the problem will get fixed but NO ACTION AND RESULT. They conveniently keep pushing there resolution date. Will any supervisor or manager take note
