  I have raised the internet issue yesterday morning i.e(5th March 2021)Since from yesterday , whenever I call customer service. They are saying single dialogue it will take 24 hrs to resolve the issue.Already 24 hrs crossed. May I know when this 24 hrs will complete. @ACTFibernet

  @ACTFibernet I called customer care 14 times since yesterday morning , the response what you have typed is the same response I get from them, every time they tell they are escalating it, can I know if 14 escalations are not sufficient? I am ready to escalate 100 times..this is ridiculous

  And your customer service is not responding in good manners. 1st question : May I know when my internet will come 2nd question: if we delay in 1day paying internet bill you will disconnect immediately. For this scenario what I need to do.. @ACTFibernet
