PradeepKumar (@pradweet) reported@ACTFibernet SR10261336970042 for almost 3 days , the internet is too slow. When more than 1 device gets connected to wifi, further speed slows down. Very poor response from the support team.

Janani (@njan85) reportedOk. So what’s the solution? He says to change router. I asked him to go ahead. And he says that’s not his job. So he will close the ticket. Weird @ACTFibernet You aren’t bothered about customers at all but just the bill payment.

Shame on you, worst network service, worst support system.
