    @ACTFibernet, @jagograhakjago It has been more than 48 hours now, no one cares about the issue. Customer care makes false promises that it will be resolved in EOD. But there is no show. SR: #10165306410614. When are you planning to solve this issue?

    I request my friends and colleague if you're in old city of Hyderabad please avoid @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD connection they're very irresponsible in providing services in time im planning to switch service provider i suggest same for you guys.

    Worst internet connection and service goes to @ACTFibernet 5th issue in 2 months. I recommend others not to avail this internet service.

    @ACTFibernet My Regd Mobile No. with act fiber net is 9401252145. My refund of Rs.2903/- is pending since 14 Jun 22. The customer care is not resolving my case and giving me my refund. they keep opening the tickets and close it. but no refund resolutions. Request do needful

    @ACTFibernet Multiple call back happened daily for 3months I'll be getting calls from act but no response plz share your mail id I'll loop you in the mail chain, try to help there

    @Assault002 @ACTFibernet Touchwood! Using them for 7 years but havent faced even a single outage. :) Except me everyone facing issues with them in my circle. Airtel has better connectivity
