    Hi everyone @ACTFibernet became the worst broadband connection in India. In August month every week there is connection issue and they are taking almost 24 hours to fix it. And when calling and asking the engineers how long it will take to fix, they cut the call in your face.

    @ACTFibernet first train ur customer care people to how to talk to customer. They are giving false promises and they just read whatever available in ticket. Most laziest and pathetic team technical team, they don’t know when they take ticket and resolve. Worst service

    @ACTFibernet You guys have connected power to my house for Wifi box but i never got power discount in my bill. I have been following up with you guys from many days but no one contacted me back. If you guys can not ge this resolved I ll discount ur service. #actfibernet

    @ACTFibernet Btw, the latency issue itself is not resolved completely yet. You offered me a refund instead, but I have said I'll continue using ACT as a backup connection, while I switch to other providers soon. Thanks for the offer though.

    @ACTFibernet Your guys mutually fighting and making me work since yesterday getting them (ACT staff) on conference calls blaming each other. Apparently they don’t want to work on weekend. Better make it a policy that your network will stay shut on Sunday.
