    @ACTFibernet Hi Team, i have already called the Manager, sales executive( who had blocked my number now), 3 times the customer care which is having only one answer sir we will get back to you in 24 hours. Booked my connection on 12 June its 16th june now but still no resolution @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet I have a connectivity issue since morning and I raised a service request as well. Got a response that it will be resolved between 4pm to 7pm today. It's almost 7pm and no resolution yet, really a difficult day today.

    Very Worst Service @ACTFibernet Even Snapped Transmission lines can be restored within 24Hrs.But you people are delaying to restore the internet connectivity by saying silly reasons like junction box problem ...@ACTFibernet loosing your quality of service day by day

    @ACTFibernet Still no response. C’mon guys give some value to your customers. Whenever I try to call your customer care , it just takes forever to talk to someone. Please don’t make me switch to some other network.

    @airtelindia @ACTFibernet Recently I have activated 6 months plan with Airtel Broadband but every day there would be outage issue with internet. Do i need to switch? But they looted 6 months money from me
