    When i tried to reach customer care to get the refund, I could speak to human only if i choose an option for new connection for rest of the options call will be placed on queue and then it will be disconnected, @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Yes , the issue resolved. But, your service not up to the mark . You need to change a lot especially the way customer service people responding to customer. They just put the call on hold to check the issue and the call will be ended after some time.

    @ACTFibernet from last 2-3 months am facing a issue raising a lot of complaints to your team. They are comming and going that problem resolved till now problem not yet solved. Finall experience with act should not suggest to take any one. Feel free to call me on - 6309956927

    @ACTFibernet No, it hasn't been resolved. My ask was to get me a refund given your services are getting interrupted every week and I don't want to continue with you guys but your customer service team tells me that's not possible.

    Your billing agent PraveenC was so rude and asked to change the network and he doesn’t care about customer needs. After waiting for 5 days this is the service I got @ACTFibernet
