    @venkybengaluru @ACTFibernet This is a Bengaluru based company and it doesn't even know what the local culture and language mean. @ACTFibernet I guess ur PR and marketing team is as worse as ur customer service and net speeds. Shame on you. Shift ur HQ to north or chennai.

    @ACTFibernet after wiring work that was done in our apartment, my Internet speed has come down to 80mbps from 300 mbps. The technicians are not accepting our request to fix this over the weekend, as we don’t like any Internet disconnection during weekdays. Please help.

    @ACTFibernet Your ACT Fibernet Ticket no: SR10366883827454 almost every 2 weeks there is a internet issue. Why is the service so poor? I have been using ACT for more than 7 yrs and this is really bad from last 1 year... If u DNT change... I have to change my internet provider

    @ACTFibernet Near hyderabad, Manneguda area None of customer have their mobile & email registered on fiber net portal. There is scam of providing entire society on one ID. No customer support. 12 people from society recently shifted to @airtelindia Fiber net is disaster

    @ACTFibernet I have deactivated your service and paid extra amount for the service used.why can't that extra amount I paid can't be refunded.Very cheap trick to loot customer money.Had a word wit ur CC team,he asked me to reactivate the service to get money back. Wow Seriously?

    @ACTFibernet #actchennai its been more than 7 days we raised complaint but no proper fix. 1day working next day gone.. is your service team is competent enough to fix or Am I force to change my service provider?
