@ACTFibernet from last 2 days my wifi is not working. I raised a ticket and it was supposed to be sorted out yesterday even after changing the deadline twice. I get an option in the app to talk to your engineer but whenever I select that option it says the numbers is busy

@ACTFibernet your service quality has been poor for months — repeated outages and unresolved tickets. When I asked for a refund for my yearly plan, your team refused to pay me back the amount. This is unacceptable customer service. Such a downfall.

@ACTFibernet Extremely disappointed with your service! Internet has been disconnected since 5 AM today (22/10/2025) and still not resolved. The app shows an expected resolve time of 9 PM, almost an entire day without internet! Totally unaccept. and worst service. SR10377639643194

@ACTFibernet Really disappointed the net is not working with WiFi down for more than 24 hours, since 21/10 after noon. All your goody goody statements have not resolved the issue by 7.30 pm today None of your technical team call up and tell us the actual situation. Feel sorry.
