    @ACTFibernet 102426769194 So I'm facing an issue again!! It says connected, no internet. Done with the basic troubleshooting steps but in vain. This is annoying especially during WFH times. Expect resolution on high priority. Awaiting a technical callback right away.

    @ACTFibernet Another 5 days @ACTFibernet worked well and it went down again today since 28-Apr-2021 5:00pm. The #ACTFibernet Helpdesk gave me an update that there is a Power outage at the Junction Box of our Main Area Server.

    @ACTFibernet There is very poor response from call centre guys. Even after 20 days the problem resolution not provided. Not expected from reputed Act fibernet- SR10155560801266. Pathetic customer support...
