@ACTFibernet Shame on you guys. The worst customer support team ever. I have a box installed and I'm supposed to get discount of 50rs for the same in my monthly bill. Every month should I raise ticket and beg you people to provide it? Why you can't do it?

@ACTFibernet This is getting more pathetic. Got a call from Vivek from @ACTFibernet. I explained that my grandparents had moved in with my parents (who already have an ACT connection) due to a medical emergency and therefore I had to deactivate. He said they will not be able to issue a refund

@ACTFibernet I told them I will have no other option but to cancel all my ACT connections (we have 4 other accounts including a school) and switch to @airtelindia or @reliancejio. So he raised another ticket (SR10367252981201). Ticket was closed without resolution again. Horrible service!

@ACTFibernet is great, but its Digital TV division sucks big time - I've been requesting a subscription for a week (request # 23763119) and everyday I get the "within 24 hrs" runaround! Someone from #actfibernet please take note, do something, thanks!
