@ACTFibernet I relocated to Bangalore, raised for the new connection, the agent promised me it would be done by evening and convinced me to pay the full amount. After payment, it's been 2 days and no installation has been done. The agent not picking my call now. Pathetic service

@ACTFibernet Fix your service in ahmedabad, every other day LOS goes red, your local technician is not lifting calls, doesn’t reply to texts and we have to wait 17-18 hrs for it to get fixed just to it going red again in few hours.

Other ISP pings are 8-15msms to chennai. Why is @ACTFibernet 28-30ms? And why don't you respond to issues? Other ISPs I've used atleast acknowledge the routing issue and give me an estimate to fix but @ACTFibernet is just ignoring the issue.
