Took less than 5 hrs for Jio Fiber to install and activate a new internet connection back in my Bengal Home. Today is 5th day since I have applied for ACT internet in blr and still it is in process 🥴 @ACTFibernet customer service = 🐢

Hello @ACTFibernet , your field agent made sure I pay upfront for 6 months and then two days later my calls are not getting picked up, and guess what? There is no engineer visit to even set up the internet. What a bad start!

@ACTFibernet ACT customer care is so bad !!! It’s been two weeks I’m calling all the customer care numbers listed and even written emails to the help desk. No one shows up to check what the issue is. So I hope it’s ok if I go ahead n just remove the box myself
