@ACTFibernet No you don't From more than 72 hours I have already made 30+ calls to your customer support. No response yet. Every one is saying one line we are escalating the issue. If you do not have a professional set of people who can not solve problems, please stop this right away.

@ACTFibernet your service is getting worse by the day. In the last 7 days, today is 3rd day your service isn’t working. Terrible customer support, every time I call, you say it will be solved on priority but nothing happens after that. Please get your team to look into this ASAP

@ACTFibernet What an awful service. Raised a request on 7Feb estimated time for resolution was 10Feb till now it's not resolved and your Customer care have no answer & just lie it will be taken as priority i don't how long priority means for a small issue.

@ACTFibernet @DoT_India while taking the connection it was informed advance rental plan, mean, once I pay only I will get service, now they have charged the rental for non usage dates like postpaid and asking to make the payment. I placed the request for disconnection on 20th Nov

@ACTFibernet your local technical staff is denying to resolve the issue of my internet connection. The stupid reason being he mentioned was that he need to get multiple complaints from the same area. It has crossed one day of resolution time promised by your team

@JioCare called installer No use, Airtel Mobile hotspot is faster than Jio. Made wrong decision of closing @ACTFibernet , ACT serviceman have already told that internet is slow here of Jio
