Hi @ACTFibernet I couldn’t access Customer Support in your iOS app. It is asking permission to my Camera and Contacts and Location. I don’t want to share all those with you when your privacy policy didn’t mention what you will do with those details.

@ACTFibernet Day2 : Issue is not yet resolved! What a hopeless service ! Funny thing is that, I can't even go for cancelation . customer care is asking me to wait for another 2 months ! Can someone from ACT team come and take this stupid modem pls ?

@ACTFibernet I'm past 5 years using you are network last one year your service is to worst I was requested per month 8 to 10 tickets no one responded even mails also not responding that's is reason I was change net work. Totally 3 accounts I got disconnected if u Wat details kindly reply me.
