    @ACTFibernet internet not working since evening. Call Center executives like Mr Balachandra E No 15197 blocking access to ACT officials. Rude and insensitive behaviour from @ACTFibernet Demand a compensation for precious working time lost. Most unprofessional company .

    @ACTFibernet It's ok to be down for once in a week I can accept that. But please don't do it ever single day please guys. I am paying my money to you for my work ok. Do take it serious. Have lost many days using my mobile net. It is not ok to be discounted in middle of important office meet

    @ACTFibernet ,In our apt installed unction box in a secure location. there are 2 outbound conn to near by apartment. When they raise service req, eng enter our premise without consent.Its a security risk. Raised req to shift box, no avail. Do u respect customer privacy & safety?

    @ACTFibernet Hi, I rejoined your network in January because I was continuesly getting calls that you have an offer if you rejoin you will get discount and all. And now that I have rejoined I have been charged 150 for reconnection.I need a waiver on this or else I will discontinue
