@ACTFibernet one of the worst service provider i've ever seen. I asked for a new connection last year March, now it is almost 2 years and still not even single move from them. Only reply i get is not in range(But there are connections in 5kms range)

@ACTFibernet The worst services I've problems every month and there customer Representatives talk so rudely and they need 24hours to slove a simple issue as well they need 24hours to arrange a call back from there supervisor Act suck it's better to go with the local provider's.

@ACTFibernet Please mention the executive contact number or ask them to call customers who raise complaint and do not tell the timeframe if you are not able to do so and do not close complaint inadvertently

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet ACT is careening down hill fast. It will be a "null & void" company soon. I had 6 connections. Shut 5 of them because of poor Service & total disregard of Clients. Poor Management at Middle and Higher levels is very apparent. Shutting the 6th one too.

@ACTFibernet No body is taking proper responsibility here. Be it Area provider, Network engineer, even nodal officer(just name sake they have, you can't even get a reply even if you mail multiple times)
