@ACTFibernet I don't understand what the issue is with you guys in Hyderabad. Your chatbot is slow AF, your engineer does not receive calls. I can't connect to internet since yesterday, you keep increasing the resolution ETA without any info. Like what am I even paying for ?

@ACTFibernet Need a definite ETR, I am aware of what has happened, please understand I am also being negatively impacted. When would the services be restored? How many more days?? A sorry wont mitigate damage and ACT wont accept my sorry for delayed payments you’d simply disconnect right?
