    The beauty of @ACTFibernet is that they will charge you 24X7 but do not offer any kind of tech support when things fail. They take payment for a six-month plan in advance, and when the WiFi network doesn't even show, three days in, they wash their hands of it. #pathetic #cheats?

    @ACTFibernet Just last Saturday the connection issue was resolved and not even half a week passed, again the net is gone today evening.

    Just collect the device and be done with, stop the calls and #harassment. If I have to choose I will always take first JIOFIBER, if its not available my second choice is @ACTFibernet . I will live without internet but I will never take @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence broadband

    I think nothing any change and very bad behaviour to coustomer. I think @ACTFibernet ko frk nhi padta ki coustomer ko kitni bhi presani ho wo to msg kregi daily.

    @ACTFibernet , Could you please improve your customer care service, you made customer to wait for 10+ minutes and when queue ends, no one is there to talk/ respond. Even on the email you guys don't read query properly and give snippet response...

    @ACTFibernet are you into a cheating business. I raised a complaint about bad installation experience and today morning someone called and raised a ticket for slower speed than the plan speed and a ticket with ticket no : SR11164144431641 was created.
