    @ACTFibernet - 2/2. Now that I choose to cancel the Streaming TV subscription, my caution deposit of 1000/- will not be refunded. Only 250/- will be refunded as the subscription has crossed 6 months.

    @ACTFibernet so this is how you provide service to a new customer. You never meet your promised installation time and never call back to the customer after promising a callback for more than 20 times. Good to know I’ll be cancelling the service.

    @ACTFibernet so tried to raise another ticket, but the same ticket reopened. After some time the issue was resolved. Then somebody from ACT called me (Beemagani Balu 07207979016) and stated that if same issue repeats next day don't reopen the ticket and just me, I did the same

    @ACTFibernet I still have not received a call or ticket raised for the issue. It’s really shameful that even in 2023 you guys say because of power cut there is no signal. Unbelievable. Also the local tech told hecannot disturb the boys to fix your issue night time. Shameful customer service

    @ACTFibernet your internet is down again. AGAIN. Every 2 days we need to raise a ticket for complaint. My friend is ins distress because of your crappy service. Complaint no.: SR10267600159664 Not even one week of continuous uninterrupted service we get. Shameful.
