    @ACTFibernet No it has not been resolved yet. However ticket got closed. I don’t understand without fixing the issue how one could close ticket thrice. #PatheticService

    @ACTFibernet your services are pathetic in Paschim vihar area of delhi. My internet is down since 9th march 9.30pm. raised complaint also, no response and none of your technician picks call. Your service sucks. Will request all never to go for act fibernet. Poor service

    @ACTFibernet has got worst service. They are incapable of fixing smallest of all issues which should hardly take couple of days or so. And ofcourse customer support would always calculate 24 hours whenever they are called. #internetdown

    @64_BlT @BharatVarma3 @ACTFibernet I used an original EeePC as my router for many years primarily because of issues like this. They understand it's a laptop and if they want, they are free to connect their laptop in its place to troubleshoot.

    @ACTFibernet: more than 3 tickets last month and today similar problem happened. I have an urgent client meeting by 12:00 AM and now Internet connection is not working. How to trust the service if it fails before such emergency. CN: SR11064337682294
