    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD ACT is one of the worst broadband service provider. Everyday there will be issue with connectivity. Poor service. Customer care people will never respond. In Nellore it is too worse. #BANACTFIBERNET

    @ACTFibernet Seems like you guys disconnected our connection when we went to hometown even though we were paying every month.This is the fourth day since raising the complaint. How am I supposed to WFH now?We will move to different ISP if the problem doesn't get fixed by tommorow

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD PATHETIC CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. Why is it so hard to talk your customer support team? You have IVR only for generic issues and it clearly does not help when I have a specific issue which is neither listed on your IVR nor in the app.
