    Hi @ACTFibernet Complaint ID SR10263888700864 Internet is down in our area from morning. Worst part is, we haven't got any resolution for the issue so far. Customer care and local staffs doesn't even care. ACT, Are you just a money sucking machine? Or you care your customers?

    Ticket number SR11063887719286 was raised on 7 Jan, still not resolved. Customer care is giving due date of 17th Jan for some silly permission issue. For 11 days you want me to go for no service mode. Is it a joke? Can you escalate and get this fixed asap? @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet I am in bengaluru, requested new connection knowing that you are fast at your service. I paid the amount, completed all required formalities. From yesterday executive is saying I will send someone but no one has come yet. Its very painful as a customer. Need help
