    @ACTFibernet i am having internet disconnect very often in ACT. I heard the same from other in my apartment. I raised service request and they are blaming my router problem. What i want to know is the problem occuring everywhere. I appreciate users only to reply.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD I raised complaint 2 days back SR10164760334834,its resolved after next day and after 12 hrs issue came again and same repeating today also,if there no possibilities to provide instant service, plz refund my amount on priority basis

    @ACTFibernet , since Friday there is no internet, no call’s, 2 reminder emails sent ,TICKET NO: SR10264769306864 , 3 days no internet service from you, in next payment billing cycle ,less no service days payment, and there was huge loss need you recover due to net down 3 days.

    @ACTFibernet I was not aware of the fact before opting @ACTFibernet that it's very lazy and unproductive when it comes to resolve an issue and vice versa in advertising. It hurts the most when u pay bill before time and are unable to use service. SR10164777638074
