  @ACTFibernet Internet connection was disrupted on 10th December, still not resolved. I would not recommend ACTFibernet to anyone. Go for other service provider who can resolve the disruption within reasonable time. SR10366544434194

  Dear @ACTFibernet , Who will take responsibility for this poor service? More than 3 days, no internet. With all due respect, your service is pathetic and horrible. Your on field agents, engineers are the worst. No provider will take more than 3-4 days to resolve.

  @ACTFibernet ac number 103640830922 not working for 4 days now despite repeated complaints raised. It is working for others in the same bldg, so the issue is local only, yet no response since Friday.

  @ACTFibernet We paid for 5+1M package which was Rs.4130. We have done the payment and it was successful. After a week my service was disconnected due to unpaid balance. We called customer care many times no one has cleared our concerns till now. Waiting on managers call back

  @ACTFibernet is pathetic service. Unplanned outrage for last 3 days. Umpteen times contacted them but giving a false promises. Unprofessional team and I never recommend this service to anyone. SR10366549074294 complaint no #consumerprotection @consumerforum_
