@ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet I had raised a relocation request on my existing Act network account on 27th of Sept 2025, Still it wasn't resolved.During the initial visit by tech support team assured me that. It will be addressed within twodays.Still no one attended the issue.

Hi @ACTFibernet, It's been 3 days and no update on the issue Ticket Num: SR10177419100207. I have paid security deposit and no update on the Digital TV Box until now. What kind of pathetic service is this. The ticket always shows waiting for ETR and no real resolution happens.

@ACTFibernet team it's been more than 24 hours since the ticket has been raised for no internet issue. Absolutely 0 updates received so far. Not feasible to work with such service when folks are working from home.

@ACTFibernet it’s October 7 and our internet has been down since September 5. Ticket SR10176981152514. A full month without service, only fake promises of 48/72 hours every time. No escalation, no clarity, no accountability. This is pathetic service and customer exploitation.

@ACTFibernet Team, I got call from customer care and inform me that there would be no refund, because the service has restored.. and I have paid for 6 month out which 1 month your internet connection was down..if that’s the case I need file a case against you on consumer court..plz resolve..
