(1/3) - @ACTFibernet It is totally unethical! Needs attention. No internet access for more than 72hrs, recently they are not following up with the resolution period. As you might know, we are in the digital world, everyone depends upon the internet.

@ACTFibernet In that 3 months this is my 11th complaint and in this month only this 4th time your internet went down. Everytime it takes 24hrs for your technicians to fix it. Do ACT don't act on customer's concerns?

@ACTFibernet I was called and informed that there is no need to pay and my add on subscription will be cancelled. But still i can see the pending payment and getting messages to cancel the add-on.. Can you guys check on it
