    @ACTFibernet And when I asked them to transfer the call to their superior. Till date none from ACT called us and gave a proper issue and ETA for it.

    @ACTFibernet Recently I had to shift to a new place which is barely a few streets away. So, I raised a ticket on Customer care for shifting purposes and there was least response on the first hand and ticket raised in the portal.

    @ACTFibernet pathetic service provider.. charging for 300 mbps and giving only 150 mbps speed.. issue raised multiple times but got false assurance’s only.

    (1/2) - @ACTFibernet it's been 3 days and still my issues has not been resolved. It is totally unacceptable. I raise the ticket. They give an ETR and closing without informing or resolving the issue. I request to escalate it further and the act should compensate for the lost.
