The worst management i have ever seen happening by any company is @ACTFibernet when power cut, the router is on but the internet goes off. So much times ticket raised and they closed it as resolved. No one is taking responsibility. Give me my money back.

@ACTFibernet the company claims resolution of issues within 24 hours. We are trying for the past 2 days. However, there is no response despite repeated calls. The engineer who has been assigned also does not respond. SR11077770664324 and SR11077776569734 are two tickets regd.

@ACTFibernet Last five days you have been sending the same response. Your team has been doing absolutely nothing for the past four days. In my location, no one has an internet issue (Jio, Airtel, Act, Hathway etc). It is clearly evident that, You guys have kept my case aside.
