    @ACTFibernet I have taken 6 months subscription. Today in the middle of my work internet stopped. I raised complaint but still no reply came. In the total 6 months the number of days i have to face connection problem will i get that much day extension or not. Please reply.

    @ACTFibernet I am in the middle of the work and my internet goes down. I just contacted your customers service they are saying me wait for 24hours. Every month this is happening and every month I am raising a ticket and waiting for 24hours.

    Hi @ACTFibernet , I have booked new connection on May 1st 2022 till today that is 06/05/2022 installation has not been done till date and from past 6 days every day I was calling to customer care and reaching nodal officer through mail but no appropriate response.
