    @ACTFibernet Again internet issue, this is happening every month atleast once and and this is the 2nd time in thisonth. I am tired raising the complaints everytime. I need the refund of what I have paid I prefer moving to other service provider. Worst services from ACT.

    @ACTFibernet In Lucknow , why engineers request us to not raise ticket and call them to get your issues sorted and when you call them without raising ticket they often take 24 hours to react. All needed to do a router config which hardly takes 10mins MAXIMUM

    4. Due to this not able to login to app to track anything or login to website. 5. First customer care saying installation person calling other number. 6. After some time they said no record found. Not able to understand where is my money/installation or refund? @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD No Internet from yesterday SR10180289208004 without fixing the issue you have closed the SR, if the SR is closed where is the connectivity.

    @ACTFibernet Hey , I’m disappointed with the service. You collected my CX box after I disconnected, but now you're refusing to refund my security deposit, claiming I "purchased" it. If I bought it, why was it collected? Please resolve this immediately. Account No: 110698402546

    @ACTFibernet It still says "Awaiting for ETR". We don't have any visibility to the resolution time. This is really inconvenient for us.

    @ACTFibernet My internet has been down since last night and I had raised a ticket. There is no way I can talk to the customer service and the status still shows in process. My work is getting impacted. I didn't renew my subscription to go through this frustration.
