    @ACTFibernet services aren't customer centric anymore. I want to change my plan. They are not allowing me to do raise a request to do so without first paying for the previous plan for an year in advance.

    You seriously need to get your act together @ACTFibernet. Connectivity is down, second time in as many weeks. And from the looks of it, it seems to be a recurring problem with most subscribers. Can you get on with it?

    @ACTFibernet I have been a ACT customer since 2015. Due to covid temporarily disconnected the service and requested for reconnection. It has been a week, each day SR is being closed without getting addressed.None of the field executives reached out to me. Latest SR 10253041174702
