    @ACTFibernet @FiberAct Never going with ACT again. They took a security deposit .Due to repeated service issues and multiple unresolved complaints, I finally got the connection disconnected. Their team collected the device, and I completed every step required for closure.

    Month lo 5-6 issues Until I force the technician nothing gets solved on raising the ticket. Day by day it's getting worse @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD

    @ACTFibernet this was raised on 29-June-2026. Total 9 days. How many more days do you need to fix it. @ACTFibernet . Your customer support disconnects the call stating transferring to technical team. No response to emails sent. I don't think you have the power to fix it.

    Dear @ACTFibernet , I raised a ticket few days back , instead of resolving it your team closed it without any solution. This is really pathetic 😡. Unable to reopen the ticket also. Ticket No SR10280892583664 . Please help

    @ACTFibernet Wifi not working, blue light shows up since 36 hours Raised ticket, spoke 3 times on CC waited 30 min each time to connect to an agent, still no use Waited all day for technician to fix it Please help out, didn’t expect such pathetic service SR10180978587984

    @ACTFibernet there is still no resolution provided to my raise request SR10180632693894. Rainy season has started and we want the box to be shifted soon. Could you please provide an update on this SR?
