@ACTFibernet absolutely pathetic. Internet has been out since morning with promises of back at 5 Pm. No further updates besides repeated mention of 24 hours TAT for fiber issues. And when I asked them to disconnect my services they disconnected the call and won't answer.. #actsux

@bada_paww @ACTFibernet same case with me my internet is not working and it was supposed to resolve by 7pm today and I'm following up with the customer care but they are also saying the same thing it will be resolved by 7pm. PATHETIC SERVICE

@ACTFibernet I had changed my plan from DELACT Silver Promo to DELACT Silver Promo 6M + 1M on 27 Sept. However I haven't received the wifi router yet inspite raising the issue several times. Ticket number SR11063059992092. Please resolve the same
