    @ACTFibernet it has been more than 24hrs , issue still not resolved.this is impact on our work. More than 200 houses internet down since 24hrs. Due to tree branch cutting by electricity dept. In Ameenpur Hyderabad. Kindly address ASAP. @ACTFibernetHYD

    @ACTFibernet @forum_consumer kindly help me in this regard it has been more than 48hrs issue not resolved n no proper update and their executives don't have any contact of regional manager or any person.

    @ACTFibernet i register a new connection and paid for 3 months plan and installation happened on jun 2nd. i’ve now received a notification saying service suspended and bill of 707 is due tomorrow. i’ve raised a ticket SR10280753231094 but i want to talk to a support person

    Pathetic service from @ACTFibernet Chennai. Every time there is a power cut, my internet goes down despite having a full inverter backup for my modem/router. Why? Because your main area connection box has NO battery backup! A year of this recurring issue. (1/3)

    @ACTFibernet Thank you for the response. However, a waiver does not address the inconvenience caused by being without internet for over 24 hours. My concern is the repeated delays in resolving outages and the lack of communication from support. Please provide a clear ETA for restoration.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD How long should it take just for the internet to start working again? It's been 12 hours now. It's already been past the etr time. Either fix it or we'll change providers. You guys can't do this also properly. SR10180786849254

    @ACTFibernet Still waiting. Today is the last day of before my connection is disconnected. I have no problem in switching to jio if you are not interested. Rare imstance when a customer want to stick to a particular internet provider but company is not interested. Lol
