    @ACTFibernet I am a new customer who ported from BSNL considering their pathetic service. But I believe ACT is no different and shows the same lack of service quality. Been just few days on ACT and have frequent disruptions. SR10263257540864

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD wow... no action taken till no.. very good customer service... good time to switch to another service provider. worst experience for existing customers.. if i request for new connection in few hours it will be done, however in same time service can't be provided

    @ACTFibernet It's been more than 1 hour and there has been no response from ACT.Despite living in Chennai we are facing this issue. Done with ur pathetic service from nxt month

    @ACTFibernet Same as they charge late fee for late bill payment they in turn have to pay the customers for the days when there is no broadband service. They are taking the customers for granted and delaying the problem resolution.

    @ACTFibernet Worst customer support ever. Staff does not know how to even escalate the problem itself. Even technicians are not updating reg. the problem or the status of the resolution after visiting for house visit. Act should change their payment charging method.

    @ACTFibernet Facing internet connectivity issue for nearly 30 min. Complaint registered and no action taken yet. How long we need to suffer for incompetence from your side.
