@ACTFibernet Hi, My plan was changed from 6+2Month to 6+1Month without any notice and no cost has been reduced. I trusted you and renewed the service, right now noticed you are cheating people. Correct the plan else share the steps the close the connection.DO-NOT -CHEAT-PEOPLE.

It’s been 25 days now and I haven’t received the security amount yet. Called 6 times your customer care but they always close the call with one line ‘you’ll get refund in 24-48 hours’ but I don’t know when your 24-48 hours will come. Really frustrating services @ACTFibernet

@HathwayBrdband Ideal @ACTFibernet or @airtelindia or any other broadband take 3-4 hours to resolve the issues if anything it might take 12 hours but 2 days and still no resolution really not acceptable #vsnl
