    @ACTFibernet I raised a request on 30-Jun-2025 to upgrade my plan from Smart Max 799 Monthly plan to Smart Mesh 6 Months plan and I also made a payment on same day. But i do not see any progress in this regard. Also app doesn’t show the service request for tracking.

    @ACTFibernet just finished speaking with your customer service rep Tejashri, and spent over 30 minutes trying to explain the issue. Despite my efforts, the responses remained generic—'sorry', 'will escalate', and 'a new ticket has been opened'—with no clarity on what’s actually wrong. 1/2

    @ACTFibernet What is the status of my open ticket? I tried reaching your billing At least 5 times - each time they put the call on hold and then play recorded msg that “ reps busy and will call back shorty”.? Please see below msg from ACT. G But NEVER ONCE I received the call back1/2

    You don't understand ****** *** "automated service" chatbot **** until you have @ACTFibernet have an issue and try to raise an issue Rolling resolution times and a ****** *** chatbot that just vomits the ticket number ****** service and wouldn't recommend to anyone
