Worst broadband I have ever used is @ACTFibernet Reluctant marketing team & technicians who refused to install broadband in my apartment even though optic fibre is available is @JioCare And @airtelindia doesn’t have Optic fibre. It’s a Bermuda Triangle 😤

@ACTFibernet Please don't buy ACT. Very very very worst customer service that too in corporate connection that affects Business financially. They Closing the ticket with confirmation from customer multiple times and no visit and no Technical Support. Account No:103012380426

@harsh_thakur_1 @ACTFibernet Not sure if ACT follows LCO model or they deliver last-mile infra directly in your area - If it's the former, that's just the reality with LCOs PAN India. Unless the consumers demands change and get rid of the LCO from the equation, it's the same issue for any other ISP.

Thanks @ACTFibernet for the worst service, raising internet issue every month. If I call the service engineer they are not picking the call and customer service is not giving proper response. Kindly initiate the internet closure request.
