@ACTFibernet That's good . Now you wil not respond. I got bill rs 400 without relocation actually being done. Do you have really any concern for us. This the reason people go for other reputed service provider as they have better Customer service.

Horrible experience @ACTFibernet , recently moved to a new place and discovered 2 junction boxes whose electricity bill I am paying , when enquired , they said only one waiver for one junction box could be provided, could be provided.

One of the worst service I could get from @ACTFibernet , this is the 3rd instance I’m facing the internet issue. I am writing to you as I have noticed that there has been a lot of network issues in the last few weeks. I am not sure if this is due to..(1)

@ACTFibernet I'm facing issue with my broadband connection, in alternate days internet goes down and not worked me after so many complaints technicians visit when internet start working and again same thing repeatedly happens. I need refund for remaining days. @BandBajaateRaho

@ACTFibernet whenever there is a power outage thr wont be signal from ACT.. whats the point of me buying router UPS if ACT can't provide internet whenever thr is a power cut...
