@ACTFibernet sent multiple emails to Nodal and Appellate team but not even a single response from the leadership team of ACT on the ongoing slow speed issue. It’s one of the worst ISP in India. Worst thing is ACT customer care abuse you in Tamil if you open support case.

Wonderful customer experience of @ACTFibernet 👏 We have opted a new connection with one month plan (additional 1 month free) from last November in Shriram Shankari(SS) apartment, we have received a bill for this month but as per offer it should be waived off (1/3)

@ACTFibernet Is the worst service provider ...I have been using this service from past 1.5yrs every alternate days it won't work , after escalation they come and fix it. I get speed of 10-50kb/p but I'm paying for 100mbps .
