@ACTFibernet The whole day has gone by and the assigned service engineer won't even pick up his phone or respond to messages. What is one supposed to do? If you can't provide basic services then might as well shift to another provider, right

Dear @ACTFibernet, It's been 3 days without internet. I've called your customer support nearly 10 times, and every time I was promised the issue would be resolved "within the next 4 hours." Not a single technician has visited or even attempted to diagnose the problem.
