@ACTFibernet Are you people so short staffed you can't even arrange a callback? Even we are working from home and do take some time out to receive and make calls. Which clearly your company doesn't comply with. @MinisterKTR @KTRoffice need more customer centric and ethical compliance policies

@ACTFibernet I haven't received any update yet. If I don't get what I paid for by day end then I don't need your awful connection. Take a request for deactivation due to misleading information and refund my full amount if not then I'll be going to consumer court.

@ACTFibernet My user ID 102418330969 from Bengaluru. It's been more than a day after complaining about no connectivity. Your the great service says it will be resolved within 24hrs but nothing as happened till now. Do get it resolved within 12PM or else refund my subscription amount
