    @netcitizen @ACTFibernet One of the reasons why I stopped using ACT. Too many interruptions and they still use ethernet and junctions boxes that rely on local power. Don't know when they will upgrade to optic fiber network.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD = #poorcustomerservice 10+ days since I paid 10,000. 5+ days since I requested refund since you told you can't provide service. Still no money back after 20+ calls, emails. Why put #customers through this mental, financial torture? @TRAI pls help!!
