    @ACTFibernet, I paid for a new connection 3 days ago after your team promised installation within 2–3 hours. Since then, I've called customer care every day. Every time, I'm told an engineer will visit "today" yet no one has shown up. #CustomerService #ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet 36+ hours without internet. 3 calls to customer care, 30+ mins wait each time, false promises of a technician, and zero resolution. SR10180978587984. Day 2 of this pathetic service. Do you care about your customers? This level of negligence is shocking. Resolve now

    @ACTFibernet Again you did it!! Even after many escalations from my end still you couldn't fix the issue. It's the 4th day now. I tried all the ways. There is no proper response. Nobody knows the issue and what is going on. I asked for a disconnection but you couldn't do that too

    @ACTFibernet Pathetic service. Always issue with my internet. I am facing issue with the connection since yesterday and also raised a complaint before 6:30 but no one responded and it’s been more than 12 hours and still no response. I can’t even connect to customer support.
