    @ACTFibernet Madurai - latency is high again. Over 30ms to gateway again. I require a resolution. Chennai pings are under 15ms in every other ISP I've ever used before.

    Dear @ACTFibernet i had a broadband connection by your company. Since the connection was very poor, i want to discontinue the service. I have lodged the request to discontinue several times. But it is not happening. Please look into it. Thanks
