@ACTFibernet what's wrong with your customer service agents. As soon as the call gets connected they mute it. This has happened 4 times today. Disgrace to the service industry.

@ACTFibernet They never resolve your issue. It's just temporary. Installation person and services people are rude/use inappropriate language for customers. Never allow them when you're alone at home. They are not trustworthy reliable people.
