    @ACTFibernet Pathetic service in Lucknow. Per their policy if you forget to recharge or don’t want to recharge they will deduct the amount from the advance payment. Raised multiple requests for refund. Every time they open ticket and forget. Act acc. 119560695076

    @ACTFibernet I have raised complaint yesterday still now not reached and not resloved the issue. Called customer care 6 time there is no proper response. This is third time this month.Mobile-7093412846 hyderabad. Customer care experience is very bad.
