    @ACTFibernet If you can’t resolve issues, at least don’t close the tickets before that? The level of patience needed to deal with your customer care service is much more than the patience needed to deal with your internet connection itself. Do better.

    @ACTFibernet When will you fix this?? Day after yesterday technician told will come and check . Yesterday in the evening he called me told as he don't know my address and i haven't received the call so he can't came. Such a big lier. Told today within 11 am he will reach my address.

    @ACTFibernet The issue cropped up again today. I am out of internet for more than 4 hours. My work is getting impacted due to recurrent issues. New complaint raised SR10364891342294.

    @ACTFibernet Ok but this has resolved permanently and make sure they give a call once issue is fixed and get confirmation from customer ..

    @ACTFibernet never experienced such a poor customer service before. Once the payment for new installation is made, the point of contact guy is not at all picking the call. Ashamed of your service.

    @ACTFibernet .@ACTFibernet no resolution yet. You have disconnected internet and when you said Act owes Rs 1350 and that amount was supposed to be deducted for this months bill. Now,I have now paid the bill too. Act owes me money,get the box out of my home.I no longer wish to be your customer
