    Got call & msgs from customer care & linemen came & said box is full, when I asked when I can get connection they said not sure, may be a month or even more.. same thing happen with @ACTFibernet there box was also full but they act team said they will install new box same day, &

    @ACTFibernet hello team we are taking the new connection 6 days before, we paid the amou also 5k change, but still no one is connected me, called customer service number of times, around i called 25 times, every one said, issue resolved by with in 24 hours, ac no 101631962919

    @ACTFibernet Mailed Act Fibernet for 2 times about disconnection but in 2 days they cant even provide the Ticket ID. As their technician needs Ticket ID to further disconnection. Worst Service Act Fibernet Jaipur. Installation quickly but disconnection lately why so low tactics?

    @ACTFibernet It's already been more than 4 hrs still ACT is not working since power is not there . And u guys don't bother to have good power backup.

    @ACTFibernet Ticket: SR10363212812214 I didn't receive any calls from your customer support team or anyone else till now. I've raised this ticket 4hrs back and received a response "this is expected to be resolved by 10th Oct'21". Could you please look into issue at the earliest.
