    @ACTFibernet when I try to reopen my case it gets closed after a few minutes every time.. thinking my problem is solved it’s still not. The Fibernet connection is being very unstable and disconnecting with slow speeds.. have a lot of work please get it fixed!

    @ACTFibernet Thanks for your quick response. It's been more than a month and I have raised complaints 6 times atleast and everytime ticket is closed without solution kindly return the balance amount effective 16 March 2021.

    @ACTFibernet - There is no internet service in 12pm today and the expected resolution is tomorrow 12pm. Appreciate some assistance in view of WFH situation and also due to lockdown, no alternative option.
