@ACTFibernet It was after mr Pratheep Kumar came and helped me out. He did everything he could to make sure that it is working. He deserves a lot of appreciation. But apart from him the ones who were supposed to help did not do anything right. It was very disappointing.

@ACTFibernet I have been lied by executive,I work for Govt,while traveling I told July 23 to cancel service but they did after 1.5month, my house key phone everything We handover to Police before we go on work to other country when I said this executive was so rude&blamed theGovt

@ACTFibernet Your mobile app has a bot programmed to answer the same thing. The issue here is how your company is addressing such degraded services with respect to your management. I am still not sure whether you have catered for the back up battery. Would let you people know during outage.

@ACTFibernet disappointed with your service and customer care. I subscribed for one month zeer free trial and didn't receive login credentials for the last 4 days. Also, i called customer care 4 times today and didn't receive a proper response. So I want to cancel my subscription
