    @ACTFibernet @KRISHNA83138665 Such a pathetic service I have never seen. @ACTFibernet people mis-sell the product and then the customer care people will make sure to harass you in every other way by not helping you. From day one I am asking for a resolution no one stood to help me out.

    @ACTFibernet is your technician are alive to resolve a technical issue of my SR10765534856474. I am a new customer who paid the bill for 3 months and after 2 days my internet was disconnected stating the bill was due. @youbroadband they resolve issue is 2hours.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD I did expected this worst response from u guys,I payed twice last mont then I asked for refund,customer confirmed they will process refund, now just received call after 1 month bill adjusted to current month and disconnected call,I am@out station

    @PMOIndia @TRAI @ACTFibernet They have no intention for processing any refund. They are neither paying GST and Income Tax for excess amount received nor paying refund to their customer. They are regularly issuing credit note without making refund.

    @ACTFibernet Everyday around 2, my wifi goes down and i have to raise a request which takes about4-5 hrs to resolve. Is it how it is supposed to happen? I am charged for full month but your service is down every day.

    @ACTFibernet My broadband service 3 months billing was supposed to be changed last time also they adjusted and said next time they will correct it it's still the same Please call me or fix it
