@ACTFibernet 1) Regarding my safe custody request SR10365268655844. You are promoting safe custody for temporary hold of your service on a chargeable basis. I requested for 1 month of safe custody abd even i am ok paying the custody charges.

@ACTFibernet Dear Team My internet is down since yesterday. Even after multiple calls to customer care my issue hasn't been resolved yet. Earlier my ETR was 3 July 4PM, now it's showing 4 July 4PM. Contacting customer care is useless. Stop apologising and start acting. Worst ISP.

@ACTFibernetHYD @ActfiberC @ACTFibernet 1. you are taking bills on time but not fixing issues on time. 2. Taking more if not paid on time but not reducing the bill if customers face 1 day Internet loss 3. I faced 2 day internet loss and i want 200 deductions from my bill amount.
