@ACTFibernet is there any human working in the organization or all are dumb people, even after raising the concern I didn't get any resolution. Just clarify me whether are you people able to provide me the resolution or should I move somewhere else to get the issue fixed.

@ACTFibernet raised a query regarding higher plan sold to existing customer and much cheaper plans for new customers. U noted it and raised a ticket. I did get a call however they told me I have raised ticket for internet down. connection is OK. Ur processed aren't.

@ACTFibernet In December I raised a complaint for router issue and technician misguided me that warranty is only for six months. But now I have came to know that warranty for 1 year. Now I raised a complaint on Feb 1st, 4th, 7th, but they have been closed without any resolution.

@ACTFibernet My internet connection is not working for past 2 days. So many escalations done but no response from ACT employees or the engineers App and web portal too not responding Really frustrated Kindly repay. I will choose some other internet service providers.

@ACTFibernet Very worst service.For new connection they will come and connect immediately and free however if we need to shift location they are charging 650 and taking 7 days time but no response from their end. The customer services also very rude. Worst service @TAAssociates

Hi @ACTFibernet, my internet is not working since morning. After raising the complainant, I got a message that it will be resolved by tomorrow afternoon. What is taking som much time to get resolved. I am stuck and not able to work
