    @ACTFibernet promised HIGH End wifi AC1900 router with act storm plan, provided low end router during installation AC1200. Promises 300 Mbps speed in Act Storm, actual speed is one fourth of it ! No one answers on customer support! #Actfibernet #ActBangalore

    2/2 I raised a complaint SR11064975481334 on @ACTFibernet app & deadline for getting it sorted is moving ahead daily. It’s been 2 days without internet, still no respond from @ACTFibernet, no information about its status.. however this can also lead me to loose my Job.

    @ACTFibernet Nothing is happening....can u tell me the resolution time ..3 days gone .And connectivity yet to be stored..so ACT should not claim that they have best service team...in 3 days, electricity in local villages also get stored..if not done today, I shall opt other service provider.

    @ACTFibernet Your representative called,registered a complaint,solved the same,and yet the problem still exist! I wonder with how many other people this might be happening so please resolve this problem ASAP, it's quite irritating!
