    @ACTFibernet Worst customer care support they don't care they put on mute more then 10mins without response.if they are not in cl or not audible they have to disconnect they not connecting some agent are disconnectin call when there are not able to give answer when I'm askin to transfer to TL

    @KTRTRS @MinisterKTR sir,I have been complaining to @ACTFibernet regarding removal their internet connection box from our house since past 20 days they're not responding to calls emails and today their local technician called and refuse to resolve issue and closed the ticket

    Am using @ACTFibernet from 2020,I observer that service is going down frequently. When I call to the customer care initially they said we will raise a SR# & will resolve in 24hrs, beginning days I thought this will happen rarely am Wrong 😑, This is occurring frequently #poorACT
