    @ACTFibernet Hi team, I raised SR10158347789534 06/24/2021 15:12:20 and It's been more then 10 days , everytime I call customer services I get an the same answer saying that this will be resolved in 24 hours and my requests have been I am really fed up with your services.

    @ACTFibernet Internet down for over 106 hours now. True capability of any company is revealed when there is a problem. Here it is evident that ACT os pathetic. Even after escalating to Bangalore Appelate team, this has not been fixed. I escalated when it was down for 36 hours and still no use

    Dear @ACTFibernet this is seriously annoying me I'm requesting for a refund for past one month, I'm calling customer care they are telling we will do it and giving me excuses also told me I will get call from finance team I haven't heard anything... Can you please check on this.
