    @ACTFibernet Customer Id:103441701726, I have paid for plan for 6 months and is valid as on 13th November 2021. How can you easily disconnect my connection. Am really suffered a lot and refund also still pending on your side. You should remit the Refund ASAP

    @ACTFibernet Too late , just paid @airtelindia broadband for new connection . They are on the way to Install service Account:102424069132 But yes I took this decision after talking to your retention agent shrawani . The way she spoke to us was bad really bad as if she owns the company .TX

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Pathetic service from ACT. Poor connection followed by not refunding my paid amount. It's over a month, when my refund amount was promised, but now ACT is neither acknowledging my mails nor refunding my amount. Is it a company policy not to refund ?

    @ACTFibernet worst kind of response from your team. A worst connectivity followed by not refunding my amount. It has been over a month when refund money was promised to me, but no one responds to mails or calls. Is it your company policy not to refund the amount?

    @ACTFibernet 103441701726, I have called customer care many times for refund. Still none have send any persons to collect the router for refund process. These persons Stalin(TL), Velan-Sales Team and Dinesh-installation none has responded my query.
