    @ACTFibernet It’s been more then 4hours now . Till now not received login details to use the internet. We need to login to our work by 10:AM still not received. How can we work if we not received the login details. Please share the details by 9:30 AM. I have emergency meetings lined up

    When flights are in the air I am still grappling with connectivity with the normal world. Thanks to internet connectivity from @ACTFibernet Have raised the issue and a technician is supposed to reach the place from morning, but no signs of him yet.

    @ACTFibernet Last month team said they have laid new cables so resolution time was more. Same issue today again. We need to raise complaint every month? act is very rude in handling, inspite of me having a cool conversation. Please listen to call records.

    @ACTFibernet so worst experience again with act fiber customer support team they don't even understand what customer is saying they just disconnected my account with out my concern pls some call me and give me solution it's been 10 days I am getting trouble
