    @ACTFibernet We have been reaching to your call center to get the WiFi issue resolved for the past 3 days, no response and entire streets are without WiFi due to fibercut, please provide us the resolution! Your service is pathetic! #Worst_Service_ACT

    Their customer service is the most pathetic of all. First of all, it takes 10 frickin minutes to connect to their service. After that, they finally pick up the call. Now this wasn't enough to test your patience. They be like- “ I'll connect you to the required team” @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Raised SR 10366561825364 ! No response! Can't speak to agent ! Very worst service ! Still not restored after cyclone ended more than 3 days !!

    @ACTFibernet if my problem isnt resolved,,, i will force myself shifting to other broadband provider.....i'm a loyal customer to act since 2015..i believe it isnt the same as before....not at all customer centric, this is my acc no. 105008012657... you can verify date of joining
