@ACTFibernet YOUR SERVICE IS SO DAMN PATHETIC. 3 DIFFERENT TECHNICIANS FROM ACT VISITED US ON SAME DAY BUT WERE NOT ABLE TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE. CUSTOMER CARE HAD A TOTALLY DIFFERENT STORY FOR ME. I THINK I WILL HAVE TO SWITCH TO A DIFFERENT SERVICE PROVIDER. WORST SERVICE BY ACT

@ACTFibernet worst internet provider in the world. Got connection on 31st March. Faced router issue, unstable internet and now local junction box is down in my area. Right away raised disconnection. Refund my money. #internetdown #actinternet #fraud

@ACTFibernet I paid INR 7682 for the new connection request in the month of March 2021 and the installation Guy didn't provided the connection due to the feasibility issues. I haven't recieved the refund and waiting from almost 25 days. Account No:102540148778. Please help

Why @ACTFibernet spamming my inbox with pending bills. Not using ACT connection frm Oct 2020 and ur executive called & restored connection on 28feb21 just to achieve his retention target. Not able to login Act fibernet app for closure, getting billing & plan changed SMS daily.
