    @ACTFibernet is this how you treat the customers ?? N resolve the issues tomorrow will be the sixth day without the internet n everyday it is the same story 24hrs 24hrs.. such a bad service was not expected n they have no contact of the technical team as well

    I paid on 10th n since 12 there is no service when I asked for refund theur agent says cut the internet but no refund and yet no one has come to resolve our issue despite giving multiple complaints n consent to change the box location.. pathetic!!! @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet 3days a month no internet for fault of yours and we have to pay for it? A simple issue no one is taking responsibility...even after 48hrs..to arrange a call back min time 4hrs itseems..what a customer service...soon other companies will overtake...SR10163260692334

    @ACTFibernet Hi I've been having issues with internet spped and I've raised a complaint twice. Both times your staff have closed the ticket without even speaking to me and have marked it as solved. The ticket number is SR10163258290592. This is extremely unprofessional.
