    @ACTFibernet 4 days in, still no contact and no Internet after calling the customer service over 15 times. I doubt if anyone is actually working on this at all.

    @ACTFibernet From the past 1 month there has been a lot of disconnection in the internet. Today morning, I have raised a request regarding the same (SR10255026838982). It’s been more than 12 hours now and I haven’t received any resolution. #CustomerExperience #broadband

    @ACTFibernet I got a call from a retention executive Rinku who wanted me to meet his technical guy and was ready to reduce my bill by 12 days. Clarified a few things but I never commited anything to Rinku, and will decide after meeting the technical team, do not close the issue until then.

    @ACTFibernet I have mentioned the account number and registered mobile number. Kindly arrange for taking back your security camera and refund our refundable deposit. Not interested to continue with the home security camera. Very bad customer relationship. Thank you in advance.

    @ACTFibernet Where is my balance refund. Keep aside your ego. I have spend time, money and energy to avoid a possible job loss due to internet speed issue that was not able to slove by act in time. Internet in WFH is essential service cannot give excuse of time.
