@ACTFibernet We have the most basic of complaints and we aren't getting an ETA let alone resolution. We've repeatedly been told "We'll send someone in 4 hours", since yesterday. It's alright if you'll be a little late given the circumstances, but PLEASE TELL US when.

@ACTFibernet Always says this and end user faces this. Out of 6 month plan, 30 days get in these issues only. Just let me know what is the procedure of giving back the device and ending the plan.
