We are here from Malviya Nagar Delhi, calling you since last 2days with no internet facility as the cable was cut. But you guys are unable to fix the cable.

    @ACTFibernet Service sucks.. too quick to take payments but very laid back in solving complaints. Being such an old customer with the best package.. I still have to wait for days for my complaint :((( sad

    @AirtelFiber why still Airtel fiber net service not planned for Ramanshree California Gardens Layout Yelahanka.??? Many Residents waiting for Airtel.! Currently BSNL only service available here and @ACTFibernet coming within a week.

    @ACTFibernet @ActfiberC @ACTFibernetHYD It's been another 24 hrs still no response or resolution. This is absurd. It's been 11 days and I'm calling daily to Customer Service for resolution. And every day they are just saying another 24 hrs. The tat for resolution is 48 hrs only

    @ACTFibernet I don't understand what I need to do to get my refund. ACT net service is good but the customer service is worst. Worst ever customer service I have ever seen. Highly unprofessional and cere less....... Never recommend anyone to join ACT network.

    @ACTFibernet I am writing this mail after being extremely disappointed with both The ACT fiber net team and ACT customer service. I had disconnected my internet connection (linked with Mobile no. 9453605150) on 31 July 2021 and requested for security refund.

    @ACTFibernet One of the worst IST. Have been trying to get my broadband services resumed after suspension. It's been more than 48 hours but still no proper response. All I get to hear from customer service is PLEASE RATE THIS CONVERSATION IN NEXT LEVEL. ? IS THIS A JOKE.
