    @ACTFibernet Hey ACT team, I am moving to a location where you do not offer services so I am trying to get a disconnection. While doing so, your chatbot asks for an otp that never comes. All kinds of sms cone from you but this otp never comes no matter how many times I try.

    @ACTFibernet has got the worst customer service. More than 3 days internet not working and still there is no response. Take @reliancejio or @airtelnews better

    from 5 days there is connectivity issues and daily calling to CS and technician are much irresponsible and fibercut is not a new issue to you but to handle it you don't have a plan. And if asked disconnect your CS is ready and providing the details @ACTFibernet SR10177348951624
