@ACTFibernet What is the expected resolution time? 1st ticket was created on Sunday 5.30PM which was closed without resolution. Then created another ticket which was expected to be resolved by 4PM today. And now your representative is asking for another 24 hours.

@ACTFibernet - I need to disconnect my Broadband connection as I would be shifting cities. I ran through the FAQ section in app and it said that I have to apply for it via customer care number or via tha app. It is surprising that both do not have any option of disconnection.
