  @ACTFibernet your app doesn't work when it's needed. When your connection is down and you need to registered a service request, the app won't open or worst won't open because of a pending update. Like how can I update when I don't have internet? It's not even opening now.

  Dear @ACTFibernet, I am fed up of raising cases manually every other day. Once again your internet is not working. Your employees come and fix it for 4 days exactly so there reopen rate is not impacted. I would request you to send someone to my address and get it fixed.
