This Company @ACTFibernet see their customers only as money, before making customer buying connection employees works as a tunder, but after receiving money and activation they don't respond to the customers call, facing issues the very 1st day of activation, #scam #actfibernet

@ACTFibernet Since i have paid for 6months, Can u pls advise on Refund of paid Bill amount. As I need to take Connection from new Service Provider. Never seen such a Poor service that too for someone who has been associated for more than 10yrs. Very Disappointed.

@ACTFibernet Another most important thing that I want you to listen to the call made by your billing team lady "Clara" calling me from 9513251203 spoke to the worst of situation and threatening me to disconnect my connection. I started to record the call & she disconnected on my face.
