@ACTFibernet Ridiculous people and service by ACT hyderabad. Its 15 days net down and still they want us to be patient. If we donot pay the bill in time you disconnect the service immediately and you want us still to be patient after 15 days. Bullshit services.

@ACTFibernet - One more day has gone without internet and no one from ACT is even reachable. Do you guys even understand what customer service is? When no internet connectivity for the past 3 days in the center of the city, makes me wonder about moving to an another provider.

Paid ACT Fibernet in advance for a new connection. Later they said my area isn’t serviceable, but still no refund after 7–8 days. No proper response, zero accountability. Worst service! @ACTFibernet @ACT
