    @ACTFibernet why can't you use a good support feature in your app? the chatbot you use is so pathetic that it just ends saying "something went wrong. restart chat". I can't even raise a ticket with this ****** chat!! after getting 300 Mbps plan m having disconnection frequently!

    @ACTFibernet why do you use a pathetic chatbot for your support? 100 times I've to submit an internet issue and it just asks stupid questions and in the end says "something went wrong. restart chat"! how pathetic can this be in customer "care"? no other ways to raise a ticket!
