It a cable cut issue and it takes maximum 1 hour to fix this issue. But no person in this Bhimavaram town from @ACTFibernet to fix it. I need to wait till tomorrow afternoon for the person to come from Eluru?? Worst service from you guys again and you proved it!!!

On May 29th, I paid you for a plan change to convert to a 6-month plan, which comes with mesh routers. No updates yet! The service request you logged doesn’t even show up in my account. 🤔

Their fav line is it is not available anymore and customers have to choose the higher package. This is half truth as existing customers can continue on that plan
