SYED SALMAN (@salmantheboxing) reported"It is 11:20 AM now! Neither your field engineer has visited nor the router configuration is done. Still waiting for the Wi-Fi network to show up. Worst service ever on day 1! Fix this immediately @ACTFibernet !" SR10280750085812

LoneGoat (@BlueHawks110) reported@ACTFibernet Thank you for the response. However, a waiver does not address the inconvenience caused by being without internet for over 24 hours. My concern is the repeated delays in resolving outages and the lack of communication from support. Please provide a clear ETA for restoration.

Nation1st (@UrsVz7) reported@ACTFibernet @forum_consumer kindly help me in this regard it has been more than 48hrs issue not resolved n no proper update and their executives don't have any contact of regional manager or any person.

ik (@doomerpills) reportedHad a horrible experience dealing with @ACTFibernet today in delhi, the wifi has not been working for 2 straight days now and to make matters worse, their "customer support reps" refuse to pick my phone or reply to my many many messages.
-
ismail baumran (@ismailbinomer) reported@ACTFibernet This is not helpful at all no further info of why is it taking so much time in getting this issue resolved?
-
Puttayya Mathapati (@puttayya) reported@ACTFibernet This is unacceptable. Frequent disconnections, inability to browse, multiple service requests, plan upgrade done, yet no resolution. Every ticket is stuck in "Work in Progress" while customers continue to suffer. Is anyone actually accountable for resolving issues? Immediate intervention required. Enough follow-ups. Enough excuses. #ACTFibernet #CustomerExperience #BroadbandIssues

Atul Kumar Dugar (@Atul_2206) reported@ACTFibernet It has been 3 days without an internet connection, and the lack of communication has been extremely disappointing. Complaint ID: SR10180703898654 Despite raising a complaint, there have been no meaningful updates, no clear explanation of the issue, and no realistic timeline for resolution. Customers should not have to chase support repeatedly just to receive basic information. As a customer on an annual plan, I expect my subscription to be extended for the entire duration of this outage. Paying for a service that has not been delivered is unacceptable. The outage is frustrating enough, but the complete lack of transparency and accountability from ACT Fibernet is even more concerning. I expect an immediate restoration of service and confirmation of compensation for the downtime. #ACTFibernet

Nilesh Patel (@NileshP28391464) reported@ACTFibernet Why did you send a message saying the problem was resolved when it actually wasn't?
