    @ACTFibernet It's been more than 16 hours, but no resolution on reactivating the account. Customer support team says it takes 4 hours to resolve, when ever I call them. Ticket number: SR10261012202822

    @ACTFibernet my broadband is down since yesterday evening I already raised the complainant resolution was supposed to provide by today 11:00 it's already 11 and it's not working till now.ur cc is also pathetic everytime busy and finally call gets disconnected automatically

    @ACTFibernet Internet is not working today as I am WFH and it's really frustrating. Similarly a week back same issue, so in this case every week will the ACT internet get disconnected? Totally service is not at all fair, need permanent resolution immediately.

    Hey @ACTFibernet once again the internet speed is 1/10 in my area, worst waiting time for customer care and no live chat options available or no way to raise ticket via app. Worst.
