@ACTFibernet Despite placing request for disconnection I am keep getting payment messages. Calling your customer helpdeak is real pain. After speaking, support person transfered call to disconnection dept. Now holding line since more than 15 mins. Why you make people to suffer?

@ACTFibernet internet is not coming in my area, I raised the ticket at afternoon but now it says tomorrow evening they will resolve the issue, what is this ? We want the service within hours, not in days ?
