@UrsTrulyRRR9 @ACTFibernet Since Friday evening my Internet is not working, 1st they said we’ll fix on Sat before noon, then they updated as evening and then night, then next day same Timings were Update in the complaint registered status…fed up with the service…still not yet resolved

@ACTFibernet Would you know when services will be restored in Nungambakkam? We made a complaint on the app on Saturday, understandably stuff wasn’t working after the cyclone. Since then, we’ve been shuffled around on your app, saying things will be fixed in a few hours.
