@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD . Frequently internet is not working for every now and then. Per month atleast disruption for 2-3 days.A premium company like ACT, disruption like this is very frustrating. Raised SR#10956596955792 yesterday 7 PM, still no update. Resolve pls.

@ACTFibernet Pathetic stuff and they even don't have sense of customer support and how to server them. Raised refund request for router deposite and still struggling to get appropriate answer.

😌 dear act please explain why your customer service representative are never available? I requested for the service on 30april and the connection was fixed after 5days and now I'm receiving update saying I have a paymnt due on the 15th May!!?? @ACTBroadbandIn @ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet Earlier, your tech support team used to close tickets after resolving the issue. It is a different matter that the issue would occur again after a few hours/days. But what they did today is completely unacceptable. They closed my ticket without a resolution.
