From August onwards I'm facing frequent network issues every time technician saying same reason junction box problem, why don't he changing junction box otherwise ask him to change my connection to other junction box, entire day wasted today because of net issue @ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet The response I was getting from customer care was= fiber cut, junction issue etc. When I checked the junction and the connection, there was no power supply to junction box and my RJ-45 cable was disconnected. @ACTFibernet:why hiring irresponsible, lack of knowledge technician?

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD ACT Fibernet A/c No 101613746302. Cancel my connection and give me my money from day one connection has not worked. Your support has also agreed that the connection is bad. Shame on you advertising 1 Gbps when you can’t even give 40 Mbps properly.
