@ACTFibernet 12 hours plus and no internet access. You team keeps on extending last time for resolution and keep on arranging call back which never is done. Be professional enough to resolve customers issue if they are paying for it . Fyi request id SR11061918353932

@ACTFibernet Your request SR10161818771454 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 9/10/2021 01:20:32 PM (MM/DD/YYYY). On 3rd requested for shift connection to my new address still didn't resolve worst exp assured in 24hrs it will be done but noone came to do

@ACTFibernet Every time one of your technicians visit to setup or do whatever at our building, existing connection is ALWAYS disrupted! Why do they even touch other connections. Work and meetings are interrupted so often because of this. Please fix it! Fast! SR10261943273262.

@ACTFibernet - Care of worst customer service. I have raised SR10161864617184, 585129094, 574718952 & 2 more tickets for a simple transfer of ownership. Due to your lethargic staff who cannot enter a name correctly from Aadhar card, i am being forced to pay 500 additionally.

@ACTFibernet Why is your internet very slow man? Your customer care service never connects to representative and even if it does you have a standard “restart the modem” reply. Sort yourselves out guys!
