    @VijayGopal_ @ACTFibernet Worrest network people don't go with this. Shift to other network as as possible. Actually normal bill is 590 they are collected 614 on late payment charges there is no late payment. This is service they are provided to customers

    @ACTFibernet worst service. I am using since 3 years and same problem. You people made me purchase new router. Problem is your side and making us spend money. Shame! Better shifting to other network. Your people don’t care about escalations as well #stopusingactfibernet

    @VijayGopal_ @ACTFibernet Go for local service. @ACTFibernet is utter waste.. Bad customer care, bad service and response. They don't want to retain their customers and they don't know that if they don't care for customers they will loose the market.. poor management too.

    @ACTFibernet When you try to connect to customer care they only raise ticket. I raised ticket to shift connection so many times, nobody responds. Very pathetic service. No way to talk to real person. This connection company is too far away from getting people connected.
