    @ACTFibernet I had taken a 6 month plan of ACT and paid full payment last september. I am now being asked to pay the same amount stating that I haven't paid any thing so far. Luckily I have the records of my payment available with me. Now kindly cancel my account. I am moving.

    @ACTFibernet When I asked if you can not give me the service then terminate the connection and refund the amount to which I was educated policies that refund is not in your policy. I guess, giving false information is in your policy

    @ACTFibernet False commitment by act support team. In Nov 2022 I was asked to take 6 month stromplan. I was told by Act executive that we will provide monthly receipt of every month for reimbursement purpose also. After so many calls i am still not getting monthly receipt.

    @ACTFibernet SR10367258528354 this ticket was supposed to be resolved by now but still the issue is not fixed. You are collecting high charges when compared to others, show that in your service.

    Pathetic @ACTFibernet . Please check this number +918045300600 from you customer care team, I spoke with Prashant and since then I am getting repeated blank calls and missed calls from this number. Please look into the harassment made by your employee. @jagograhakjago

    @ACTFibernet is great, but its Digital TV division sucks big time - I've been requesting a subscription for a week (request # 23763119) and everyday I get the "within 24 hrs" runaround! Someone from #actfibernet please take note, do something, thanks!

    @ACTFibernet As per Act its clearly stated in FAQs that in case we cannot give services you will get a refund on pro rata basis which is a just a theory but we cannot get a refund at any cost clearly stated by customer care of Act but where as other Internet services gives refund
