Worst Service by @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD . Being a long holding customer for ACT, They didn't respond properly to my relocation request which was closed without giving any info to the customer. And upon connecting the customer care, they simply say the field team closed it.

@ACTFibernet Customer care executive suggest to terminate the connection if I can't wait for 2 days to get the issue resolved. Seriously 2 days of no connection in the wfh era ? Is that what I pay for ?

@ACTFibernet Another outage of over 12hrs. This company has no sense of responsibility for the service they are paid to provide. I see a lot of complaints here its better to take it to the consumer court they need to pay for loss of business due to no service.

Its been 2 days...lost our working days in office..spoke to 5 to 6 Customer Care representatives but there is no resolution. did not even properly capture the exact issue in their entries and asking to do trouble shooting steps ..where as cable is broken in reality @ACTFibernet
