@ACTFibernet My internet has been down for almost entire day and the estimated resolution time I received is for tomorrow. Who compensates for the lost time here? We pay for entire month and you take it down randomly! Provide an extension or credit against lost time!

.@ACTFibernet Multiple tickets were marked “resolved,” but the issue keeps returning, disrupting office meetings and interviews. Recently, I was informed that the router installed is incompatible.

@ACTFibernet I have been getting this same response for past 2 days. The other providers at least complete the installation in 12-24 hrs, with ACT I don’t see that happening. Looks like this is the trailer for your service Im going to get in future.

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet let me know the process for termination of your services. Or else you will see a proper public grievance . The worst support ever seen. You have to pay the penalty for taking the amount upfront and this is big scam.

I thought Airtel was giving horrible wifi services but I don’t mind biting the bullet by admitting my mistake that if you are opting for @ACTFibernet then you will crying for the time you have subscribed to their most pathetic, 3rd class services. DON’T EVER GO FOR @FiberAct
