@ACTFibernet As you guys are mentioning as leading ISP provider in bangalore, yet the service is so poor. No internet since 24 hours even after so many complaints no resolution. Very poor service. Internet is a necessity yet you guys don’t realise this.

@ACTFibernet I ma sorry to say. Call back will not help. Sent a detailed email after analysis of the issue. If & IF you have a technical team who read and understand customer emails, it wouldn't take this long to even take basic action. Worst service and customer focus is the least I can say.
