@ACTFibernet very pathetic service. Plan given for 400 mbps. Router given for 100 mbps by ACT. If service requested, technician closes complaint saying customer device problem. Not once but 5 times.

@ACTFibernet My account has been suspended. I had taken a 3 month plan on 27 Aug and billed Rs212 in november. I had requested for service disconnection on November 26 and it was agreed that I wont face any service disruption and the bill due would be adjusted in 3 plan.

Dear @ACTFibernet it is very irritating about your poor network. From afternoon onwards i am facing this issue even after raising a complaint no one is ready to respond/solve to it. Worst service. Better to switch to another network what i can say 🙏🏻

@ACTFibernet have raised a complaint for the same issue, for the 2nd time in 2 days. It still hasn’t been resolved. The 1st ticket was closed saying that the connection was perfectly fine. Turns out the technician wasn’t even present at the location. Ticket no: SR10266375340030
