    @ACTFibernet It's been 3 days I have raised a complaint regarding internet issue. I am unable to use my internet and still I am facing the issue. This is worst experience I am facing. Not a single customer care number is reachable. Every month I am having this issue.

    @ACTFibernet From yesterday my net is down and i have raised request for this. Today suddenly I got message that my connection has been disconnected. However, I didn't raise any request for disconnecting and i raised request only for my internet issue. Acc number is 103543331448

    @ACTFibernet I want the issue to be fixed asap. There is a limit for everything. If this is not getting resolved, then i will escalate this issue to higher officials

    @airtelindia worst experience with airtel broadband. Customer service is pathetic in Hyderabad. Broadband cable wire is broken and they have taken 3 days so far. No response whatsoever. @ACTFibernet was thousand times better in terms of customer service. They were really quick.

    @ACTFibernet Frequent outages in my area (Besant Nagar, Chennai) are becoming a giant pain in the ***. And customer service is non-existent. Unfortunately, paid for the entire year otherwise would have chosen a different provider already.

    @ACTFibernet City is Chennai Porur. now when i reach out to the person who sold this connection to me i am told they don’t have network there!!How pathetic is the service.!!Why don’t you check this before getting the money from the customer!!!

    @ACTFibernet I did the payment on 21st December, but i am trying to reach ACT team for installation they are saying that I will come but in the Last 3 days they didn't came for installation. It's bad 👎 experience by ACT team.
