    @ACTFibernet You service is not good . I had to trace and track for identifying the cause. The box installed Nextdoor was disconnected from the power supply and the disconnection was done by one of your engineers yesterday without checking if others would be impacted

    Internet service providers & Insurance companies should realise one thing. Serve your existing customers well and your quarterly sales targets will be met automatically. I got more calls from @ACTFibernet after surrendering the connection than when I was using their service

    @ACTFibernet I am your customer from 2011/12,the time you connected my area. It's 10 years now.The old router is not effective.Can u oblige by giving a new router.I am continuing with you despite other better offers. I don't believe in hopping.Also satisfied with u r service.

    Because @ACTFibernet has worst customer service with out solving the problems they closes the tickets and they don't even provide sufficient details for customer. So kindly i recommend to change ACT FIBRENET to @JioCare i.e, JIO FIBERNET or other network

    @ACTFibernet Recieved a call from mahendar and he is very irresponsible in talking to customer and wasting customer time which is very much disappointed with the person likely speaking. Please do not treat customer like anything and take the things for granted
