@ACTFibernet : it is so difficult to do a small shifting of connection within city. No body in in your organisation is contactable.. customer is just given a chatbot in the name of convenience which has limited options.. Can any one call back . SR10359340304944

@ACTFibernet I'm planning on switching to a monthly plan instead of staying on a 6th months plan but I don't see that option on your app and looks like your customer support team wasn't able to address this issue. Can someone fix this ASAP or I'll have to choose a different ISP.
