@JioCare plz care for connection. For more then 20days my connection is down. My 12 monthly recharges give trust to recharge for 6 months. No one's replies to email, manager's mobile is off. Connection given is Arial fiber. Thanks @ACTFibernet for fast new connection. @PGPortal.

@ACTFibernet your customer support service is the worst I have ever come across. Why do I have to wait for 24 hours for my internet to be restored? Pathetic.

@ACTFibernet Finally ACT connection is up. Unless otherwise the issue is not escalated nothing will happen. Thanks @ACTFibernet for raising complaint on my behalf. One doubt, mine is a 300Mbps plan and your technician has given it over CAT5 cable which has a max rating of 100Mbps,I'm confused
