    @ACTFibernet It's more then 24 hours. Nobody have contacted me yet. I can not loose my job because of you people. Shocking is when I spoke to area incharge Mr Ravindra Reddy about the issue. He don't have an answer he don't know about the issue at all, and it's almost 24 hrs. @balamalladi

    @ACTFibernet I have been contacting the ACT team through different media's since a couple of months. I tried reaching out on almost every platform available. This is the 126th consecutive day I'm posting my issue in public. When will this be settled? When will I get JUSTICE...???

    @ACTFibernet my internet connection is gone since this afternoon 2pm, raised tickets, spoke to customer care executives but issue not solved till now, useless service. Subscribe to @ACTFibernet only if you want to suffer. My ticket number is SR10564426145754 please look in to it.

    @ACTFibernet The issue is still not resolved . The callback didn't help too as the executive again states the policy only . Merely stating the policy here won't help when your app is designed in a way to collect money at the time of disconnection !!!

    @ACTFibernet Its been more than 48 hours since Internet is down. My box has the whole box with 8 connection from it and they don't even pay me for putting up at my house. More importantly their service is super ****. Raised complaints, nothing happened. Think before making choice
