    @narayanannmohan @ACTFibernet Seriously bro! All the reply they have is it will be resolved today. We need to wait hours together in the customer care number just to listen to this useless answer! I GUESS IT IS TIME TO SWITCH TO OTHER SERVICE PROVIDER.

    @ACTFibernet 2nd time in a week I had the same bloody fibercut issue and there is no net connection...seriously act fiber u guys are without back bone...I regret taking ur net connection...

    @ACTFibernet Poor customer service. Ticket#SR10366596116754 no proper info. Previous multiple tickets open like SR10366537672364 closed without actions. Twitter DM, Customer Service calls, online tickets have tired everything nothing works. Have been a loyal ACT customer for yrs

    @ACTFibernet Almost 1 week over.again you have send us the message for resolution: 18 December 2022. If you have so much concerned about customer then why can't you provide alternate internet connection for chennai customers with your expenses
