@ACTFibernet I had requested a new broadband connection, The team arrived for installation on 18th Jul I had requested them to come the next day 19th Jul 2021. It's been 4day, I have not received a single revert. calling your CS team daily but got no support.

Hello @ACTFibernet from yesterday afternoon onwards I'm facing network issue, I raised complaint they asked 24 hours time to resolve after that they extended till 9pm today. Customer care executives are disconnecting my call, it is not the correct behaviour.
