@ACTFibernet Your area manager had to fix the routing of cables inside my house instead he screwed up the RJ 45 connector and now I am getting only 36-38 mbps. Not acceptable When your ENGINEER activated the connection I was getting 40mbps & over constantly, so send him again to fix my issue

@ACTFibernet A power discount issue that has been going on month after month for over one year and still not resolved. Pathetic response from your customer care and billing teams. You guys have a horrible work process where the customer has no contact point for SR followup

@ACTFibernet worst service I have ever seen. U guys never address the issue permanently. Often I have try cry calling u saying internet not working. Especially on festival days where I think of spending tme watching movie. Very poor and worst service

1/4 Dear @ACTFibernet , Acc No: 10935357 I am being charged for Static IP services which I never requested for. October 2021: Raised 1 ticket for removing service 1 for rectifying bill. Issue resolved. November 2021: No Issues.
