    @ACTFibernet Now at least 4-5 users who are connected to the junction box are without internet connectivity, this is the worst ever service being experienced, an urgent action is needed as there a student at home who is unable to attend online school & coaching classes

    @ACTFibernet @srinivas_suhas One of the Deceptive & Sham Internet Services provider which I guess has the arena to indulge to force the customer to buy the same but they won't have nerves to deliver at least a 10% of their commitment. Literally, I guess I'm tired of their insensitive behavior.

    @ACTFibernet Mailed Act Fibernet for 2 times about disconnection but in 2 days they cant even provide the Ticket ID. As their technician needs Ticket ID to further disconnection. Worst Service Act Fibernet Jaipur. Installation quickly but disconnection lately why so low tactics?

    @ACTFibernet your services are not up to mark. You charged very high amount comparing to other internet. Every month 2-3 times I have to raise a complaint for internet issue. After paying you on timely why do we have to face issues? Surely will disconnect your services. Thanks!

    @ACTFibernet It's already been more than 4 hrs still ACT is not working since power is not there . And u guys don't bother to have good power backup.

    @ACTFibernet please arrange call 7893817329 /9666743450as of now not recved any call or message from ur team, please arrange call asap and resolve the issue , location hyderabad attapur, today i called to ur customer care 5 times, please do something. otherwise refund the amount

    @ACTFibernet My internet is down for the past two hours and I had to waste money on phone recharge unnecessarily. Same story every month with you guys. I need this issue sorted out once and for all. Can't run behind you people every month😠😠
