    @ACTFibernet I have been constantly following up and this person 9154689239 - he had told me that he will be giving me an update about the issue which was raised. I am fooled by ACT because instead of a mesh you guys have installed another wifi for me which is wrong!

    Got the new connection last Sunday & 2 days later on Tuesday evening the internet went down. Raised the ticket with you but till now there is no update. Customer support kept on saying to wait for 1 hour but i see no end to this. SR11081169000614 @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet SR10281184908864, frequent disconnection and raising request takes ages to complete. From evening 5PM there is no internet and resolution is for the next day? I regret switching to Act from airtel. I thought airtel was bad with service request , act is worst.

    Hi @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD , It's been 2 days without internet, I've raised a ticket and called act support but no help. This is a very bad experience as an end user. #WorstAct #Worstfiber #neverrecommend
