    @ACTFibernet It's been more than a week since I have placed request for ownership change in bill but there is no response from your side. Probably the worst service I have seen from act fiber

    @ACTFibernet It's been 3 days now, my internet connection is yet to be restored. The service request was closed without my consent stating that permission required to place the box in my premise but the box was placed in my premise and it's been almost 3 years. #Noproperresponse

    @ACTFibernet What the hell is going on? Please teach your customer support some manners or hire better people, either no one is picking up my call or even if they do it accidentally they disconnected immediately or just don't say anything

    @ACTFibernet is One of the most costly and worst internet service and very poor customer care support in Guntur. Facing no internet service from more than 48 hours and every time we call and ask them about the issue they change the resolve time..
