@ACTFibernet I have taken new connection of 50mbps and informed that I will be upgrading my plan in future. However the plan is uograded to 75mbps but getting 45 to 50 mbps speed on mobile. Is this router issue as It does not have 5ghz band. If so then please change the router.

@ACTFibernet wow! Atlast my issue regarding payment is resolved I got the refund amount requested! Thank you team. But unfortunately internet is not working for 12 hrs now I've been calling Customer care to send executive to check on this.

@ACTFibernet - Dear Concerned, It has been past 40 hours since I raised a ticket on internet disconnection - The SLA of 24 hours has already been crossed. After that ACT has conveniently raised another ticket automatically with new SLA. This is not the expected service.
