@MinhajMaviya @ACTFibernet It's been more than a year I stopped using ACT but they still call me with offers to activate my account. I'm fed up telling everytime that I no longer wish to use. They can use the time to sort out issue with active users.

@ACTFibernet Dear Act Fibernet, I have been raising internet connectivity from past one and half months every week. Your executives only focus is to close the complainant I have raised but never cared to resolve/fix the connectivity issue.

@ACTFibernet The worst customer service ever. Continuous nagging from your end till the payment is done. It's been 5 days since we made the payment and no one has called nor has responded to calls/messages. We wait everyday during the mentioned time, only to get disappointed.
