    Hello @ACTFibernet my internet is out since yesterday morning and a resolution was expected till 9 pm. It is a new day and still no news? You don't take a minute to charge extra fees if payment is delayed, what about now? Ticket no SR10280391703704

    Yet to see a customer service support worse than @ACTFibernet .they call. Then send a “happy “ code. Unresolved . And after ten minutes they send a message “resolved”! Dont ever subscribe to ACTFibernet.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Worst service provider Daily 15-20 times facing internet issue From past 1 month. Your ground staff also unable to solve problem. SR10180411597994 Kindly solve the issue or I am going to switch to other service provider.

    @ACTFibernet last 5 days internet not working… each day technician comes, fixes and by evening it stops working…very frustrating
