Hello brothers and sisters of our country, I am customer of @ACTFibernet internet connection for 4 years and I had raised a repair ticket by calling the @ACTFibernet support number. The customer support said the support technician will fix it by 11th October, it is not fixed yet

Hello @ACTFibernet I was told that there would be just a 1-2 hrs downtime for the ownership change (I had to perform a name change).. surprisingly, my internet has been DOWN for over 24 hrs now, pathetic customer service guys you have, most of them pick up the call n put on mute

My internet is completely slow.. not even able to stream 144p quality videos. Been facing this problem from 1 month. Unable to contact support team via Ivrs. Will wait for few days. If problem not solved, I'll shift to other network. @ACTFibernet dm for details
