@ACTFibernet I have DM the Account number, its been 3 days almost -since 27-Feb-2022 and still issue not resolved. Last time i have moved out of ACT almost due this kind of service and now unfortunately don't have option and again came back to ACT and having same worst experience.

@ACTFibernet Not necessary when the devices were been removed 8 hours back. Prompt response for disconnection while 7 days not enough to find a permanent solution for fibre issue.

@ACTFibernet My internet is not working and I might have to face a pay-day loss. I have been getting "a 48 Hours" resolution gyan from customer service. This is not why I chose ACT over other broadband providers. Ref ID: SR10264263383664. Can someone solve this on priority.

@reliancejio I have raised service request (SR0000191VXM) yesterday as I was facing connectivity is with Jio Fiber. It’s been almost 36 hrs but still no update on it. @ACTFibernet @airtelindia even some local band providers has better services. This is pathetic from you guys.

@ACTFibernet act please help me out to activate my internet you people installed an said within 1 hr it il get activated but its been 14 hrs still no response from you people
