    @ACTFibernet Kindly request you to resolve Internet Connectivity problems at the earliest. Account: 102357404669. As you might be aware, we are working from home and internet is mandatory. Unfortunately I paid for next 6months yesterday and today Connectivity problem arises.

    I want to cancel ACT Broadband. I don’t want any apologies or scripted inconvenience caused message! I raised shifting request, nobody cares or called, i tried calling ACT call centre, no is busy all the time. I m switching elsewhere and made up my mind @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Hi team. Today morning as well we contacted customers care, call was forwarded to sales team. But no one will pick call from Sales team and call gets disconnected. We have already paid amount and we have run behind you to get connection. This is pathetic service.

    @ACTFibernet I upgraded to the special WFH offer and my 250 mbps connection is now showing 20 to 50 Mbps speed. Also, half the sites are not loading. Flipkart loads and Amazon does not. It is happening only on your connection. Please help.

    @ACTFibernet Hi , Internet is not working since yesterday morning and I had raised a ticket yesterday itself but even after 24 hours of time , issue is not resolved yet. This is not the very first time I have came through this problem it been almost forth or fifth time in past.

I think the customer care agents are not properly trained or not aware of act process and policies every time I called act fiber net for any problem I get different response from different executives

    @ACTFibernet Very bad customerservice I called and I was discussing with the exc about my bill which has charged wrongly he kept me on hold and vanish and he was very rude over call was not listening to me my plan is 700 with gst 800 u people charged me 1100 some change .

    @ACTFibernet This is one of the worst internet services I have ever experienced. For more than 24hrs there is no internet. I have called more than 10 times to get an update and every time the support wants 1 more hour. Please stop the service if you are not good at it.#nosupport
