    @ACTFibernet Resolution time is completely unacceptable. 30 hours over Still there is no internet. When you assign a field engineer kindly fwd contact number to customer. As I am in the dark what is going on ? Reg Ph number 8147984547. Kindly do something.

    @ACTFibernet See SR10248296913892, SR10247888743122, my a/c num is 102016319992. All speed checking done, your support teams to rectify the wiring in the bldg and change backend speed for lightening connection, it's config is wrong!! I'm the lone fighter for act here against JIO!

    @ACTFibernet your net connectivity is not at all reliable. I have to rely on my 4G network for my office work. It will keep on loosing it's link every 30-40 mints. @HathwayBrdband @TikonaTIL Please let me know ur connection feasibility in Kodigehalli,K.r.Puram area.

    @ACTFibernet the whatever speed show up speed test even that doesnt translate into day to day usage. Something is seriously wrong which either your team doesnt want to address or you dont even know off a problem.

    @ACTFibernet Over 60 hours since I made request to change subscription plan (102017390265). No help from Customer Care. My account has been suspended and livelihood has been impacted in these WFH times. No accountability from anyone in ACT. Have raised Consumer Complaint 2391472

    @ACTFibernet I downgraded my plan from 3 month to 1 month pymt plan. Post chi, I wasn’t abl to connct 4 a single hour. I guess ACT only wants money in advance for poor service...it’s DISGUSTING!!! My acc is 102443937951 do something else I will kick u out of my life

    @ACTFibernet. I think ACT super fast customer service team is Sleeping from Saturday.. Since Saturday my connection is not working.. As of now noone has shown intrest to resolve the issue. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND UR NETRWORK TO OTHERS

    @ACTFibernet 4 -5 tickets raised, faulty wiring, extension of wiring, backend issues, router checking! None addressed I am on lightening internet with 15mb bandwidth! Aren't you ashamed!! I am suffering and you don't care!

    @ACTFibernet My internet is not working since yesterday and I have already raised the ticket however no response. In th month of September internet didnt work for more than 20 days and nobody came to fix it. Really disappointed with your service. I am not gonna renew your service

    the landlord completely denied this as he already has another company box fitted. This is complete misinformation from the company's agent end before taking consent from the customer, only for the sake of collecting money. If this all was informed in the beginning @ACTFibernet
