@ACTFibernet Breakdown in connectivity is becoming too frequent, no action is being taken to rectify ASAP. These days it is WFH situation, we are suffering and unable to complete assignments. Also unable to escalate the issue.

@ACTFibernet Im waiting for call back since 23-Aug .It's been 48+ hrs since I have raised ticket # 10244674800022.I have called your pathetic cust care six times.Every time I hear the same response,ur issue has been escalated our technician will resolve issue within 2 hrs.

@ACTFibernet team your internet connection faulters very frequently. I loose connection once every 2 hrs. I have raised multiple tickets for this but the ticket gets closed in 2 days stating issue resolved. But on ground nothing would've changed. Kindly provide a soln for this
