As long as there is a prospect of new connection, you stalk the customers, however when it comes to the issue of network problems after that, there is no response and the customers are left in the limbo!

Never seen this type of service from other broadband companies. Taking days to weeks to solve the problems. If this keeps going, many people will prefer Airtel or Jio.

They will configure it in a manner where it will only work with ACT & no other. In order for it to rework with other companies you would have to send it back to the customer care & get its software changed. Pathetic!!
