    @netcitizen @ACTFibernet I only enabled and it worked. Do a logout / login on act - it used to work like that for past upgrades. Else check w wired once to see if it’s a WiFi / router issue.

    Hey @ACTFibernet you either have a bug or you guys are scamming. My bill says due date as 15th and I get a call from you guys saying the due date is today. And there will be a disconnection in 5 days if I don't pay. Wtf. #SCAM #CustomerService

    @ACTFibernet everyday my net gets disconnected, randomly. I have to keep rebooting it. Called your guy thrice this week to fix it, but no one shows up! Can you please fix this issue! Your app feedback options suck as well!

    @ACTFibernet @TRAI @rsprasad : Dear trai team, pls intervene and resolve . Every month atleast for 3 days we will not have internet , but the charges has to be paid full . This is a lose to me as a customer !!

    Its been 2 days I have paid amount for installation and today they installed and till now no activation done...After contacting customer care they suggesting to wait 24 hrs again...this is not at all fair @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet First provide connectivity before announcing offers. Your support executives are keep on extending maximum timeframe to restore connectivity. Let's us WFH, providing connection is better than offering speeds. (your offers are just eyewash)

    @ACTFibernet USERNAME: 11444564;User ID: 1330516 - ACT SWIFT plan; Internet speed very poor; not able to buffer/stream even 480p videos; download speed 0.6-3.2Mbps (instead of 40Mbps); happening very frequently; Official ACT Android app not opening. Kindly resolve the issue.

    @ACTFibernet you are claiming that best broadband service in chennai, for resolving a small network issue your team is taking more than 5 days. After lot of escalations, nothing is done. Great efforts. I was using act before, indeed it was good. Now a days it becomes worst.

    @ACTFibernet i don't know why your people give wierd reasons like "Furniture" , "WALLS" for slow internet speed. Do you wish your customers to carry the router with them all the times to get good internet speed.? Worst ever service by a broadband service provider.

    @ACTFibernet Hello Mr. @ACTFibernet CEO, first please serve what you promised to your customers. I opted for 75 mbps plan and you gave me a router of max capacity 40 mbps. When I ask for the low speed issue your team recommended me to upgrade my plan. Is it the way how @ACTFibernet loot us?

    @Airtel_Presence Switched from @ACTFibernet to @airtelindia broadband 3 days ago and in these 3 days experienced worst possible customer care, crappiest app and lowest uptime. Reminder to Airtel: you are claiming 99% uptime, for god’s sake. Help ASAP.
