    @ACTFibernet Customer service has no clue as to what is happening... once they say fiber cut, the other time they say problem with the box .. now he says something else... interestingly actual engineer never tired up still ...

    @ACTFibernet 7th outage in a month... But bill will be taken for whole month. Each outage lasted more than 36 hours to restore properly... Raised request SR10232659406372 for the issue and afterwards trying to reach customer care number 9121212121 and still in queue for 2 hours

    @VIKASH201 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @ACTFibernet @HathwayTV Not a good idea now. My @ACTFibernet connection is down for 48 hours now. No resolution yet, they just extend the resolution time in the SR. Check before you jump in.

    3rd day of outage. No one .. no one from @ACTFibernet has shown up. They try to close the ticket without resolution. They lie to customer that they will send the tech engineer.. at the end of the day #sadcustomer #unhappycustomer

    I’ve seen bad service before (Indigo Airlines, Swiggy, Uber), but nothing in life ever prepared me for the absolute worst tier of service that is @ACTFibernet. Their customer service and responsiveness is an embarrassment to us, as a species. (8/n)

    @yogeshwarv @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I was using @ACTFibernet so far and for last 40 days i had 4 internet issues and one day complete blackout. And yesterday I was having important call, and it got disconnected. Very frustrated. So switching to @airtelindia #Airtel #AcTfibernet

    @ACTFibernet Clearly not much effort is being put to fix this. It's been 24 hours and I have called 3-4 times already. All of em give the same reply or act extremely nonchalant. This is not like a one time thing. This happens every month. The moment you get the money nobody cares anymore.

    @ACTFibernet More than 6 hours and still waiting for my internet connection to work. If you guys have any shame please resolve my problem asap and I need to be compensated for the irritation I have gone through, scolding I faced at office, as mere token apologizes don't create lasting lessons

    @ACTFibernet The issue is resolved now but I am not happy with the overall time taken to resolve the issue. 25 hours is a lot. I demand service extension by a day for this huge delay in resolving the issue.
