    @ACTFibernet I'm very much dissatisfied with the false information given by two of your customer care representatives . I would not recommend anyone to take your service . Kindly give importance to Customer Service , It will definitely increase customer base.

    @ACTFibernet Recently your service has degraded like anything. I used to get the plan speed consistently throughout the day and night. But nowadays I get 20% lower bandwidth all the time

    @ACTFibernet There has been no internet connectivity at all since the past TWO DAYS. Your customer support number is always busy. Working from home is becoming a nightmare. The issue had been registered with an expected resolution of 20:00 Sunday. - SR10240554215132.

    @ACTFibernet I must say your Internet connection is very bad. We have been having a junction box issue every alternate day. Despite, several requests to change, the problem continues to exist. So much for supporting #WorkFromHome #badconnectivity #Internetwoes

    @ACTFibernet Respected Act , I wanted to change my existing plan of act blaze to act swift . I called the customer care and they informed that the least plan available is act rapid plus and said that act swift is completely removed.

    @ACTFibernet Yoy guys have the worst customer service . Lets that sink in. Its been 3 weeks your company has taken 8k Rupees for installation and still till today no communication, no one replying, no contact from your end. Consumer forum is next. Sorry.

    Anybody facing problems with @ACTFibernet ? I am having problems from 1 month. Internet goes off comes again and goes off. I have complained more 3 times. Still the same problem. And there each person who comes to attend the problem tells different reasons.

    @ACTFibernet And the saga continues. After spending almost 12 hours yesterday with one of your so called technical person, today someone else is calling and asking same question again and again. Really frustrating. Can't you guys look at the call log and help to find a resolution

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet Hello Act team. It has been multiple days since I have been requesting assistance for the camera. You refused to take it back, fine. Atleast please make it work! It says contact helpdesk in the app. The helpdesk does not respond. Poor service.
