    @ACTFibernet Customer service can't get worse than one provided by ACT. Sincere advise to all, do not install ACT Fibernet, go for other alternative option.

    @ACTFibernet Breakdown in connectivity is becoming too frequent, no action is being taken to rectify ASAP. These days it is WFH situation, we are suffering and unable to complete assignments. Also unable to escalate the issue.

    @ACTFibernet team your internet connection faulters very frequently. I loose connection once every 2 hrs. I have raised multiple tickets for this but the ticket gets closed in 2 days stating issue resolved. But on ground nothing would've changed. Kindly provide a soln for this

    @ACTFibernet your representative mislead the customer, Mr Ravi 7838706398 told me at the time of installation that one month charges will be waived off if you take 6 month plan but after paying 6 month advance, connection got suspended 6 days no internet, missed my child classes
