    @ACTFibernet get your iOS app together(crashing on every launch). This should be embarrassing for you, it’s been down for over a week now and I cannot purchase additional data. Seriously, I’m switching for good if this persists.

    @ACTFibernet the main switch for our internet connection is in the terrace of our house and whenever there is a power cut, there is no internet access. We've complained multiple times over the past 6 MONTHS with NO resolution! Terrible customer support. Please fix ASAP.

    @ACTFibernet 2/2 they wud even close d ticket everytime. Restarting of router isnt d solution as dis model of router can habdle way more traffic than its capacity in my case. None of the technicians suggested this. A router issue cud defame ur awesome service. Plz take care of it

    @ACTFibernet 1/2 just an info to all act users who have been facing speed fluctions with tp link archer c20. Its cos of old firmware of tp link router. If u update the same the issue will b resolved. Been raising multiple complaints but they wud ask us to restart d router.

    @ACTFibernet My internet connection is down since 2nd of August and without solving the issue the ticket is getting closed.. Every time I call back they promise me call back from escalation team but no one has called till now..

    @ACTFibernet I really wish your Internet ACTs like how you endorsed. 4th outage in a week and it’s been 6+ hours since anyone has responded. How do you think we can work with such pathetic connections and customer service? Gonna need my annual fee back! Hyderabad here.

    @ACTFibernet in a week how many times do we suppose to face this issue of no internet. Daily 50% of the time no internet and I am going to file complaint in consumer forum as taking money or else stupid warning messages before due date it self but service not available properly.
