    @ACTFibernet @TRAI I am writing this with utmost disappointment that we have faced the worst customer service from ACT. We have no internet connectivity for the past 3 days and we have recieved zero updates on the progress. No responses to mails or complaint tickets or calls.

    @ACTFibernet No it's not... it stopped working again today... I don't know why you don't take any serious actions when you are having so many problems in a specific area..

    @ACTFibernet Dear Act team! I have tried all the available phone number and none of them works. Can you please provide a valid contact number so that I can ask someone to look into my internet issue. There is no internet from past 2 days I have also raised a complaint on the app.

    Dear @ACTFibernet, there is no internet connection since 10 days. 01.06.2020 was the last day i had used your services. Twice I was assured that the issue would be resolved within 24hrs, but # SR 10240638838682 pending since 10 days. Didn’t know your services are pathetic.

    @ACTFibernet either get the connection up tomorrow or cancel it & refund our money. This defeats the purpose of getting the connection. Your agent Krishna is useless & should be fired for this.

    @DoT_India Internet connection is not working from past 12 days now and there is no response from @ACTFibernet !!! Even after mentioning I am working from home, the work is not prioritised and not even a single call I got from technician till date!!

    @ACTFibernet Hello, we paid for new connection on 28th May. No connection/information on this whatsoever. Your agent Krishna - 9019105784 is ignoring all our calls and making it very stressful for us. This was for online classes. SOS HELP Connection - 9591293031

    @plabanpriyadars @ACTFibernet Brother @plabanpriyadars they have the worst customer service. Internet is down since 10 days. They dont resolve complaints from customer, rather they assure you with false promises that it will be restored within 24-48 hrs.

    I have availed 6 months plan. As I shift my home ,I had requested to transfer my net connection, no updates about the service request.Good to say more than 50 people uses ACT fibernet in my flat.Request Ticket No:SR10240962051523.#ACTFibernet resolve it ASAP.

    @ACTFibernet Logged a compliant on 10Dec that internet was not working SR10366546786634. ETA 11 AM IST on 11Dec. Called today, as I see no engineer working, was update that issue will be resolved by 6 PM IST. New request is opened SR10366554229276. Need quick actions

    @ACTFibernet no internet from yesterday in Chennai, arcot road area. Complaint has no update. Cyclone did not impact much in this area. Is this your resilience? Every weather event will cause days of blackout? Why should I pay for those unavailable days?
