    @ACTFibernet prospect ID 102803434394, it's been more than 24 hours of the payment for new installation but no one called and helped, contacted 6-7 times customer support but no resolution provided. Why do you promise same day installation? Disappointed

    @ACTFibernet You people can only reply on X but not work properly. Make sure my refund is credited by the evening today so i can change service provider. Will have to approach consumer against u otherwise

    Hello @ACTFibernet @FiberAct Internet is not working for last 3 days and assigned engineer not picking the call, tried more then 50 times. Worst service. Ticket# - SR10380421311224

    @ACTFibernet no internet from 12.05 pm, second fault under 20 days(fault complaint on 03 May as well)very pathetic service by ACT fibernet, resolve the issue asap
