    Hello @ACTFibernet , there is no response from executives after paid the full amount for new act connection, caf no 103551408174, please look into this issue or let me know how to escalate this matter.

    @ACTFibernet I don't know why you are closing the ticket without resolution. I have reopened the ticket for the 3rd time the ticket number is SR10255153708663. This is happening from past 2days. Pls do something and fix it.

    @ACTFibernet Since yesterday I have had no response from your team. I called up 4 times after twitting & everytime I got the exact same response but with 0 followups. I am left with no choice but to disconnect with ACT, same as my neighbour. Thanks for your awesome service...!!!
