@imgunashekar03 @HathwayBrdband @ACTFibernet I have been using ACT from the past 1.5yrs. I feel it is totally reliable and the internet down time is very low. Once your installation is done , I feel your opinion may change.

@ACTFibernet happy that I have to follow up with you from the past 3 weeks just for a account name change. The requests are closing automatically.. pathetic service.. "the backend team will resolve the issue in 48hrs"is the only reply u give to us. it's been 21 days. #ACTfibernet

@ACTFibernet SR10357472748168 I had asked for the 6+2 months ACT lightning plan to be converted to a monthly plan. But the service team downgraded it to a Blast plan. I have not gotten a response from the team over the past 2 days. Pls resolve this ASAP.
