    @ACTFibernet Sorry to say that issue is not resolved and refund is still not processed to bank and your team closed the complainant again.This is the problem with your act customer care that's why I am decided to not use and not recommend ACT FIBRENET

    Because @ACTFibernet has worst customer service with out solving the problems they closes the tickets and they don't even provide sufficient details for customer. So kindly i recommend to change ACT FIBRENET to @JioCare i.e, JIO FIBERNET or other network

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD When I told them that I had their connection since past 3 years in same building and when asked what has changed so drastically in past 1 year that requires me to install a Setup box to aval their service, there is no logical explanation from them.

    Internet service providers & Insurance companies should realise one thing. Serve your existing customers well and your quarterly sales targets will be met automatically. I got more calls from @ACTFibernet after surrendering the connection than when I was using their service

    @ACTFibernet Been more than 15 hrs after complaint raised. Still no call or action from support team. Wire seems again broken from the street. Have already raised the unstructured wire complaint various times. You never provide permanent soln to that.

    @ACTFibernet Your ticket SR11964191441352 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 2/21 (MM/DD) between 09:00 to 13:00. Team ACT. Still remains unresolved, follow up many times,worst service ever.

    @ACTFibernet Not even 10 days passed, again my internet stopped in between work. Already raised SR11064201965634. Are you doing this intentionally? Still I am facing issues in between wfh. Any permanent soln?
