    @ACTFibernet not working from Saturday and absolutely no clue what’s happening. Everyday I raise it and I get a message that ticket is open. But nothing done so far. Highly disappointed

    @ACTFibernet Dear ACT, I am working from home for a software company I paid all my bill well before due date. If I didn't get my connection up in next 24 to 48 hrs (Before Dec 16th). Sincerely I could'nt accept this inconvenience and I will demand reimbursement – (Soon to be Ex-Customer)

    @ACTFibernet ACT is by far the worst service provider to resolve issues. Even after 11 days of follow up and escalating to the Nodal office I do not have a functional internet ! One team says it’s the other’s responsibility resulting to harassment of customers. Hope they fix it today

    @ACTFibernet Worst service. I lost my connection and it's been 7 days. Still engineer has not been assigned. I will close my relationships in 15 days

    @ACTFibernet how can your call centre guy can disconnect the call for selecting language Kannada. Don't be so rude with customer. Your mobile app is too heavy in size and very much not user friendly.

    @ACTFibernet ! Internet is not working for the 5th day in a row ! ETA alone gets changed with the resolution no near in-sight, This is totally unacceptable and a breach of trust. Doesn't ACT have the proper infrastructure and infrastructure support to handle such an issue
