    @ACTFibernet I dint except such poor service your team. They seem so not bothered about what a customer is saying. I have raised an issue with the nodal office, now an agent calls, i clarified the issue, he was so rude and now he closed my request while it is actually not fixed.

    @ACTFibernet do you guys even bother to check the complaints? I've raised complaints so many times but no one bothers to bat an eye. All the nice words during installation you guys tell is fake, no one cares once we take the connection. RESOLVE THE ISSUE ASAP SR10258629788312

    @ACTFibernet your services are going worse to worst. Everyday, I face “no internet” and my WFH experience is going downhill. Could you please get a representative to look into it.

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet I paid huge amount for high speed internet but the speed less than what’s mentioned on my plan. They confirmed there is an issue. But why do I pay extra amount for high speed when it’s not even provided. Once my current plan gets over, I am never going to use ACT again
