  @ACTFibernet We are the act fiber customers since 2013..and I hope I will not get disconnected with act fiber at any circumstances until now I did not get any problem with act fiber this is the best network in India if I lost connectivity due to your internal issue it's a grt loss to custmer

  @i_am_ARV @ACTFibernet @KRISHNA83138665 I agree with you. ACT Fibernet's service is pathetic. I paid the initial installation amount more than a month ago. Neither they installed not refunded the amount. No one calls. Stay away from ACT as there are better options available

  @paijwar @ACTFibernet Switch to other providers. I also disconnected my connection last week because of these service issues. They close the tickets without resolving the issue, even the ticket for disconnection took 1 week to address after reopening it twice.
