    @ACTFibernet Why is ur sales team 24/7 available to make endless promises before payment, but 0/7 available after? This bait-and-switch is unprofessional. Sold false commitments to close the deal, now unmet promises & zero response from the rep. Fix this culture. #ACTFibernet

    8 days, no internet, no resolution — worst experience ever. Raised a complaint with ACT Fibernet and still no technician visit or proper update—just “will be resolved soon” messages. In 2026, internet isn’t optional. This delay is unacceptable and affecting my work. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet What prioritisation you are doing ? Closed the ticket without resolving the issue, This is seriously not good and by the way Why you had tagged me as "Chronic Customer", Did asking questions wrong? Or if I dont align with your view I become Chronic?

    @ACTFibernet Till now I have not got proper resolution. Customer care is saying mobile number changed but they will charge for ott to be activated. I fail to understand why. Absolute harassment of consumer. Every time I call I have to repeat all the story to customer care.

    @ACTFibernet Your customer care is one of the biggest liars. They can go to any extent. Last time for buffering issue resolution, they pushed me to opt for a 3-month plan saying I could recharge for 1 month later. But now only 3-month recharge option is available. #misleading

    It’s the question of consumer right to demand for the service paid for. The attitude shown by @ACTFibernet call centre, their service team, escalation desk was so high handed that at one point had remind them tha they are not giving anything free and am not begging either
