    @ACTFibernet seems to be sleeping. Their technician was to arrive and fix by 10.30. We haven’t got any call so far.

    @ACTFibernet stop calling yourself a leading service provider if you take over 10 days to resolve a simple network problem. Sending technicians & calling customers after 9p.m. is the worst service you could offer!! Closing tickets without resolving, lying about it and even worse.
