Paid for a 6-month renewal, still facing billing disputes, disconnection threats, & repeated requests to explain the same issue. Very poor customer experience.

After renewal on 10th Feb 2026, my service is valid till September as per the paid cycle. Now suddenly sending a dues message is wrong
