    @ACTFibernet it’s becoming increasingly frustrating to use ACT. The internet stopped working on Sunday and till no resolution in sight. Called customer care around 10 times already and all they care to say , escalated , priority and some technician will reach me. None so far……

    @ACTFibernet no internet since yesterday in boduppal, Hyderabad. Please fix it. Having issues every now and then. With WFH and online schools, this is not acceptable.

    @ACTFibernet I’ve answered many calls from your support on this issue. It would be great if you can fix the slow speed issue than make another phone call. Let me know what you need here or on email, to fix the issue. Please stop making just phone calls that don’t add much value.

    @ACTFibernet This is how ur team worked in Our issue. More than 24 hr no internet. Instead of finding route cause doing prediction. And no compensation. Any way we need to pay money for service and no service. 😷

    Hey @ACTFibernet Internet down from past 30 to 35 hours in my neighborhood at Bangalore and although escalated through your call centres no resolution at all. What's your turnaround time in providing resolution!!!

    @ACTFibernet @ACT Do you deserve the valuation you are seeking ?? Third class service !! It's a service based vertical ad you retail broad band , better equip yourselves with services engineer's who are trust worthy . Third class service .

    @ACTFibernet @ACT to be candid as end users we are cheated ,do we get the bandwidth we are paying for ?? Half the time we plead with services personnel to help us ,who virtually hold us for ransom !! Will certainly get this published on all social media .

    @ACTFibernet Time 10am: When raising complaint, first reply was power failure in locality. But I replied electricity was there Time 8pm: One Guy came told cable had been brocken. Apartment ppl not allowed him to go upstairs(Not uncle's house to go upstairs at night) Next day morning No update
