    @ACTFibernet It's been 48 hrs since your systems went down. Our work is stalled and we're facing flack from our work places beacuse of your teams unresponsive behaviour. Need a timeline by when it'll be up and running. We all are serious about Airtel as an alternative to act over here.

    @ACTFibernet Yes!! There would be multiple factors affecting the speed only for #ACTGiga i have no other internet line/router conflicting with your #Giga connection! So stop these canned response and work on resolution. If the issue was sorted i wouldn't have responded to this!

    @ACTFibernet been a customer of ACT for more than 8 years. Now we are shifting home and have been trying to get the connection shifted. Numerous calls and absolutely no response. This is really bad
