Literally it's been a year and you guys are unable to solve one fluctuations issue. Damn im paying and still I'm unable to receive the services. Literally just check why I'M unable to use AWS properly.

I didn't receive any call back that you promised in personal chat, can you please tell me why?? Making fake commitments, also please have a look on your back end team who don't give a damn about customers.
