    @SyedAkbarTOI @siddharthk63 @ACTFibernet Very true, earlier their services were good, now the services are becoming very poor, they are very prompt in collecting the bills obstinately by pestering the customer, but they are miserably failed to attend the customer grievances.

    @ACTFibernet 2/2 im unable to join company meetings. I was following up since dec 2nd. But no-one resolved my issue. Please refund my money. I will discontinue from your service & I'll lodge a complaint against your team with all call recordings.

    @ACTFibernet It's been 4 days and still the issue is not resolved. What do you want me to do, wait for another week or so? This has been such a bad service. Please contact the team and fix the issue no later than today.

    @ACTFibernet it's been 5 days since I lost my internet connection and I have raised a ticket but Act is not acting the way they are supposed to act. I am waiting for the issue to be fixed so that I can renew my subscription which ends tomorrow Ticket: SR10366547987994.

    The service. To the #chennai people the ACT Fibernet which gives good service is no longer. If you guys have any ideas in putting ACT Fibernet, please change your mind and look for any good service provider. As a WFH I have been suffered for 5 days. @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD

    @ACTFibernet @NaveenRamasamy1 Act service is getting very worse continuously I am facing issues Every month and yet they are giving a bill for all the days even waivers are not accepted by them.
