    @ACTFibernet worst internet ever . No proper response from team and every time I loose my connection and they ask 24hrs to rectify that 24hrs never comes . This is the 15th complaint in this month .

    @ACTFibernet Your technician had visited last week when i was facing the same issue. It worked fine for 2 days and now again having the same problem. Please ask your technician to look into the issue properly this time around.

    @MaheshGayii @ACTFibernet Good decision, I also took same decision. Technicians don't know the exact issue. They only know swithoff the router and SwithOn. Remove the cable and connect to laptop. This is my daily activity past 5 months onwards.

    @ACTFibernet had a very bad experience with your support staff who came to fix a router configuration issue. He was very disrespectful and condescending to both me & my mom and fed her wrong information when she wanted WiFi to be set up a certain way. R.N: SR10160449473628
