  @ACTFibernet What does your 'earliest' mean? You took my money which you are not refunding. You promised a connection which you failed to provide. Should I just live without an internet connection because you need your sweet time to resolve a simple issue? Does anybody at ACT take ownership?

  @ACTFibernet Just to let you know I got a call from your technician today from (+91 91540 95438) he was insisting on closing a ticket and his TL spoke with me and told we can’t give the router and said to close the currently open tickets, he was rude, speaking in harsh tone [1]

  Now the next billing suddenly shows ₹2832. When I raised the issue and asked them to honor what their own representative promised, instead of resolving the misrepresentation they simply disconnected the connection. @ACTFibernet
