    @ACTFibernet No internet for past two days. ETR not updated yet. Telling contradictory lame reasons but nothing happened to solve the issue. Looks like #act has lost it's value. Time to switch to @Airtel_Presence or @jio_fiber Shared complaint details in dm.

    @ACTFibernet Still no response nor any call received from technician. Do you have any intention of resolving my issue or should i terminate my connection and shift to a different ISP?

    @ACTFibernet Hi ACT I am your active customer since 2 year, now as we are out of station n nor we are using your services so we delayed the recharge, now we are back n want to recharge the plan but as per customer care team I need to pay 491 for activation of plan 1/3

    @ACTFibernet Super disappointing experience. The Sales team assured a different connection at the time of payment while the Installations team have installed a totally different connection. The Sales is not responding any further and I am not able to connect with Customer support

    @ACTFibernet There will not be any more patience. A request for disconnection has been made, along with an application for new connection with another ISP. Since you folks are so inept and unable to deal with rain, suggest you service solely Rajasthan.

    @ACTFibernet Our internet not working for 4 days now. For 3 days we complained on WhatsApp newACT , we get msg that complaint registered. No action taken till now and today when we again tried to register a complaint the msg says no account exists with the mobile no. Bad
