@ACTFibernet @KRISHNA83138665 Most impotent customer service. Turning out to be the next BSNL I guess. SR are raised only to be closed without resolution. Customer service keeps transferring the call to se backend team then is never available, seems like a ghost team.

@ACTFibernet this very sad the internet service was good and speed till 2021 Aug the service related cables or speed became worst in HYDERABAD like Muradnagar, Mehdipatnam, Mallapally, Redhills..internet wire issues, disconnects & slowdown is major issues. Plz doneedful immediate

Hey @ACTFibernet In spite of my complaint about sloppy cabling done by you in our building, no response from you. Cables are laid across the stairway negligently, there is a chance of someone having a bad fall and you will be held responsible. #ActFast

Worst internet service provider @ACTFibernet .... i have been facing internet problem since yesterday.... you're team called me...i asked them to call me back in 5 minutes. Its been 4 hours nobody called.
