    @rite2ace @ACTFibernet If you're talking about mumbai servers, then there's an issue with the game i think. Often nowadays me and the whole server's ping increases to 200 for a couple of minutes

    @ACTFibernet I raised one Service request with Number SR10151922163672 on 2nd Feb 2021 but there is no resolution yet. I don't understand what is happening on this. Is this the service standard of ACT Fibernet? Don't you have any SLAs on the tickets raised by customers. (1/2)

    @ACTFibernet please please please resolve internet issues quickly. It has been more than 4 hours and this is the second time in a week. The internet keeps going off and it is extremely difficult in the current wfh scenario.
