@ACTFibernet I have raised ticket yesterday as my internet was not working. Still issue has not been addressed. Noone contacted & no number given to contact the service agent also. Very worst service I have ever seen. 24 hours already passed & internet not restored yet. Pathetic.

@ACTFibernet you have very poor service in our society .. Internet keeps dropping.. today there is outage from 8-9 hours .. raised ticket and eta resolution is mentioned 21st Aug .. close to 130 families are using your service.. Do you want us to change service provider

@ACTFibernet Guys don't take this internet service. Their service is very pathetic. No agents are alloted to address problems. They don't care about customers issue. They will contact only when payment is not done. Otherwise they won't listen to customers. Worst service provider.

@ACTFibernet My whole problem is not having local executives to speak to incase of disconnections.Even govt office like tgspdcl have line man,Ae to report some issue.Being a private that is the least we can expect. Here with Act no one responds.Every customer service executive is a fraud

Internet outage in #Hyderabad no prior notice nothing. From 2 days getting message Internet will be restored in 3hrs and guess whats its been 42 hrs and no internet Wow. What a service! @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD @tgspdcl
