    @ACTFibernet what a shame, you people pretend to be the fastest ISP and making customers suffer with your pathetic service. I have been contacting you people for the past 45 days to resolve the billing issue, the customer care agents are hanging up the call abruptly.

    @ACTFibernet very bad service from act fibernet. And sales person committed for new connection and provide new router and all the things. But they installed all used router and all things. I complain many time but no one take action. If u not do anything then I will disconnected

    @ACTFibernet Do you guys take it seriously or not called 50 times customer care sent 100 email still no resolution or any higher authority call what the hell with your company if you can serve the customer shut down the service
