Anurag (@anurag_abk) reported@ACTFibernet This is a very poor service from the @ACTFibernet after wasting 12hrs I am told that we will update you in 24hrs. The issue is that they pay 70Rs to someone a month in area to let them use power for the hub. And that guy left home so no power and no wifi to the whole area.

Some engineer of yours have provided wrong info to the ticket and without getting customer confirmation you have discontinued the service

I’ve already called support team 3 times with no resolution. This is the 2nd time in a week I’m facing the same issue. Completely unacceptable.
