    @ACTFibernet, I am highly dissatisfied and disappointed Your sales chase till payment, and they don't even check whether the service is active. It's been more than 24 hours. Your team called me about the activation and said the account would be activated in 15 minutes.

    @Broufus @ACTFibernet yep. in hyd they have routed most customer service lines to an automated message saying download and install app which gives you a chat bot response

    @ACTFibernet It’s been months since I first raised this issue, and I’ve rarely seen such irresponsible customer support. I’m back after 2 months asking for the same help again what exactly am I supposed to expect from you at this point?

    @ACTFibernet Absolutely rubbish service, it’s been 5 days and still no proper response. Everyday same lies that it will be fixed today, before 9 am, then 11 am or by 12 pm and then a message comes pushed back to another 24 hours. Ridiculous!

    @ACTFibernet I'm a resident of Balanagar Hyderabad, I have raised a SR10180078427864 request on May 2 2026 1 PM IST, now it is more than 26+ hours and counting. Still the issue persists. I have faced the same issue one week back. It was fixed one week back.
