Okay, so it has been 10 days and yet without internet connectivity. @ACTFibernet worst customer service ever ! I came to Bangalore on 10th May and the same day my husband requested reconnection from ACT. They committed resolution time to be 48 hrs. To much disappointment..

@ACTFibernet , I have enrolled for act on 8th May and as an customer I should get my connection activation with 2 days however it's not getting activate and post many followup over customer care still same issue, and the sales person also not responding can anyone help on this.

@ACTFibernet I raised my WiFi disconnection request on May 2. I have paid 1000 for router and 2200 for GX box (refundable). They disconnected my wifi on May 6. They told within week will collect the Router and GX box. No proper response till now and also can't call customer care.

@ACTFibernet what is the reason behind frequent internet disconnection; ur service team says to change router; do u mean to install a new router every year; have been using #Airtell too for past 8 years and have changed the router once that to for upgrade;
