@ACTFibernet hello team.. I asked for suspension of the connection on 5th of may and until 11th of may no action was taken and got a response I need to pay for 11days. When I have raised on 5th why I have to pay for 11 days? No response from your support team on this query..

@ACTFibernet Every day I am facing the same damn slow network even though I regularly contact support from the app the very next 5 min the net will be slow. Could you please resolve my issue or else I have to change my network.

Please waive the amount in this month bill , I didn't use internet in the last month for 9 days. The customer support is worst @ACTFibernet or else disconnect my broadband, I don't want to use, I will go for other broadband providers.

@ACTFibernet I raised a complaint 3 hrs ago via the app wherein my net is not working. I called up the area technician and requested him to look into the issue as per his suggestion the last time I faced an issue. Instead of responding back politely, he started shouting at me!

Day by day your services are becoming pathetic, no correct response from customer services and they are hanging up the call, shouting on customers, issues in every two months @ACTFibernet please improve your services we are loosing money because of you guys #patheticact
