    @JioCare I have taken new Jio Fibernet connection today the installation appointment was schedule at 4pm but till now no one contact me for installation please look into this. I moved from @ACTFibernet to @JioCare to get Better service Order no NO0000LT5NBI

    @ACTFibernet it’s been 4 days now since I had internet- SR10264994575834. Every time I call they just say that they are putting the ticket on high priority and will fix it in 4 hours but nothing happens. Worst ISP service ever!!!!!!!

    @ACTFibernet The issue has been raised for 4 days back . I don’t think you people care for customers, every time I call they request for 4 hours and later will not resolve

    @ACTFibernet my internet is not working since 2 days and I have raised complaint regarding this issue but they are updating ETR everyday since 2 days. Please escalate the ticket. Ticket number SR10165010413174 Please fix the issue as soon as possible.
