In the last one week, the same service request has been reopened three times because the issue has never been permanently resolved. Each time I was informed that the problem was fixed, but the issue reappeared shortly afterward. Pathetic !

I am not leaving city, I got fed up with frequent disruptions in service. Further mail says Current Due Amount: 8488.92, due for what??
