    @ACTFibernet Service is worst while asking for subscription we get continuous calls however once paid to install the connection no one comes.i am waiting from morning.committed a time of 9.30 am and it's 12 now .I had to take off from my office today because of false commitment

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD This is misleading and unacceptable. I took the connection on 10th July 2025 after paying 6 months in advance. After renewal on 10th Feb 2026, my service is valid till September as per the paid cycle. Now suddenly sending a dues message is wrong

    @ACTFibernet My original ticket for shifting was closed and I got another ticket registered by calling ur customer care. ETR was 06/06/26. Now that is closed without any explanation or contact at ground level. And another ticket is opened to further move the ETR?. Is this some joke ?.

    @ACTFibernet I registered a complaint this morning (Ticket SR11780598482514) but have not received any solution. The responsible person is not answering calls. This delay has wasted my time and money. Please resolve the issue immediately. @FiberAct

    @ACTFibernet Have some shame .your service literally sucks..taking money and providing zero service.watingin from morning at home just for installation and now your service provider says half an hour more.if I won't be at home he will go back..such stupid service providers.

    @ACTFibernet it's been 2 days since we raised a request for relocating my Act connection in Hyderabad SR10180566938884 est date of resolution was given as 4th June 2026 as reflected in the App but there's no response from Act since then. Please help asap

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD I needed my connection to get shifted, no response for days and days. Now I want my connection and subscription removed. No response. What a stupid interface you have. No customer care number on the app to help also.
