    @ACTFibernet what the hell is going on? There was internet last night after so much of complaints and now the same issue again. Seriously how do you guys expect us to pay money without using internet? Start begging that would be better!! Its been 3 days without internet!

    @ACTFibernet Your ACT Fibernet ticket no SR10764045943539 has been reopened. You can track the status using the ACT Fibernet app. Team ACT IF YOU WANT TO CHARGE FOR LATE PAYMENT, THEN PLS DISCONNECT YOUR CONNECTION AND REFUND MY DEPOSIT WORST POLICY

    @ACTFibernet I haven't received any callback and Internet is still not working. This is really frustrating. This is happening every month since last 3 months.

    @ACTFibernet I have been contacting the ACT team through different media's since a couple of months. I tried reaching out on almost every platform available. This is the 81st consecutive day I'm posting my issue in public. When will this be settled? When will I get JUSTICE...???+

    @ACTFibernet Horrible service by your team. I didn't receive the refund even after 14 days and your team still says 7 more working days to refund. I should care to complaint directly on your CEO instead of ur worthless costumer team.

    @ACTFibernet Secondly my connection is not relocation. For my previous connection I did transfer of ownership and it's been still active. So they charged me 650rs for relocation when it's not. This is a really bad behaviour from customer agent and the teams. Please help
