@ACTFibernet @consumerforum_ It is happening repeatedly as a subscriber of ACT. They do not take interest in solving internet complaints raised by subscribers who has paid in advance They take the payment in advance and during weekdays itself, internet doesn't work.

@ACTFibernet very poor response in customer care....i am trying to retrieve my login password..no action....each time voice call telling that userid and password sent to my registered mobile number...but the did not sent
