    @ACTFibernet - I have sent an email on 5th Sept to your helpdesk , and waiting since then. Call center no one gets connected. its about Billing. @TRAI - there should be SLA from the these companies to respond to the customer..

    @ACTFibernet Even after properly disconnecting your service from Aug 3rd, still you're stealing electricity from my home! Don't you feel shame on this? When raised complaint, you're saying, let me steal for another 7 days. SR10265857735299

    @ACTFibernet Maadesh field engineer just updated me at 12 pm that server side issue is fixed and I have confirmed the same. I look forward to no service disruptions or atleast not often service outages in within short timeframe at Atria Convergence Technologies.

    @ACTFibernet If the payment is delayed you people disconnect our services and if this happens what is that u will be doing now.... 5th day @ACTFibernet is not able to give service back ... #fibernetworkisuue

    @ACTFibernet Pathetic service outages 3 times in 2 months and the Area TL Kumaraguru isn’t responding to call either. Are you hiring right network, service personnel ? Repeated outages must have accountability fixed
