    @ACTFibernet The ETR for resolution has also passed. Not sure what is being noted. This is the problem with setting up call centre for resolution. They have no idea and give just template response. Please DM a phone number of a local representative.

    @atty723 @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet I complained that backup lasts barely one hour and your executive replaced it with a battery that lasts barely 1 minute!Your quality of service is extremely poor! Today, internet connectivity is a basic requirement and you can't fail to even provide that as an ISP.

    @ACTFibernet One of my friend is using ACT FIBERNET with 40 Mbps speed, need his bill as such as to be paid by monthly basis. But he said not getting any option for that. Due to this, he is cancelling the connection itself. Any support will be good.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD This is my complaint number SR10164783359501 non of your service team is feeling responsible for solving the issue they are simply saying it will be resolved today...when I am unable to use internet for 3 day why am I charged for that ?

    @ACTFibernet When ? Did you saw the time? And in Bangalore still work from home is going on? And for this issue what problem we are facing who will be responsible? We paid 3 months rent in advance but still after following also no one is taking care of the issues.
