    @ACTFibernet @KRISHNA83138665 The worst internet provider!!! Never works, keep adding false charges post paying in advance ( they can’t even fulfill an existing service) there. Hasn’t been a single month where act has worked every day or at least for most of the month. Their customer service is non existent!

    @ACTFibernet @jaagograhakjago ....And, he was saying that wait for 24hrs for it to get resolved...so, a complaint of 28Nov(originally 21Nov) which cudnt b resolved by 07Dec(today) is fine with ACT FIBRENET ? As per him the latest bill of Rs 422.30 is for the payment of internet from 21Nov 30Nov21?

    @ACTFibernet received msg saying my RMN has been changed to some X no by ACT. I haven't placed any request for it and changed number is not mine. Hackers play at ACT or internal systems rogue act? Compromised customer info?

    @ACTFibernet our net connection got disconnected since last 20 hrs and our complaint found no takers to resolve the issue. We have entirely depends on act for profession and school needs. My account id is 102467550489 pl resolve the issue at the earliest.

    @ACTFibernet Why are you making false promises and keeping consumers in dark. When you cannot provide uninterrupted services,dont accept subscriptions. I have not seen such a poor service from a service provider.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Disappointed with Airtel customer onboarding in Bangalore. After more than 17 follow-ups with the rep over a span of 6 days, still waiting for the new connection. Regretting the decision. @ACTFibernet what can you offer?
