    @ACTFibernet These people are very good in taking money from us after that they don't have any responsibility. We followed up with one of the ACT customer representative her name is Latha such an unresponsible lady from ACT has literally fooling us for past 6 days.

    Fraud Company @ACTFibernet failed to install his Broadband connection after 8 days of payment deposit. When I cancel his connection, ACT not refund my paid amount immediately. They are taking 4-6 days for refund. Very low class service of ACT. Sales team are not taking my call.

    @ACTFibernet Issue resolved after tremendous delay. Shout out to Amol Kumar (22146) - for his swift action. An intervention that took 10days to respond was resolved in 1hr by him

    @ACTFibernet it's been 2 days after paying online but still I haven't received any installation call. When I tried contacting the guy(Santosh) who was helping at the time of selecting plan he stopped picking up my call. I was very disappointed in the service you guys are giving

    @ACTFibernet i raised a request SR10163622984922 for shifting my broadband connection on 25th nov , its been more than 10days. my neighbours have act connection but you guys are unable extend me the same from last 10days. is this is the way you treat your customer ?
