@ACTFibernet Till now no calls from your side. Contacted the Customer care with difficult twice, instead of giving solution, the ticket for disconnection is raised. Again contacted the CC, they said that the disconnection ticket will be cancelled, no update till now. Very difficult to follow

@ACTFibernet I have sent my registered contact number in your DM. But why the hell was the wire cut down? I just paid last 4 months bill in vain then? I was paying bills while i was not even in Bangalore just to have a stable connection when i come back. This situation is just pathetic. 😠

@ACTFibernet No wifi since yesterday, ur customer executives never respond, dont take advance payment and loot customers if you can't provide promised services....worst connectivity...no internet most of the time, charging for 50MBps and providing KBps speeds... worst service!🙏

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet opened one more ticket is opened SR10155022316534 and not resolved ticket is closed. I have understand we are intersected only money not customer issue.For one issue opened 5 tickets SR10153012838946,SR10153290235110,101014386425,SR10154614873425 and not resolved.
