    Now I have to wait till this issue gets resolved or else to use internet I have to pay the total amount. Worst service and false commitments by #actfibernet They do the same even with their priority customers. "EXPECTED"

    Hello @ACTFibernet your connection/ network never works properly. It took 10 mins to load a 1 min video !! 2G used to be better than your fibernet.

    I'm am irritated again to report that Actfibre internet will again win the Olympic gold medal for being the most unstable internet connection. Keep it up.@ACTFibernet

    When u spoke to your support team before taking the connection as well, they also told that the amount will be refunded if you will like the service. So is ACT working on false promises. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet I am a customer since 2016. Was at hometown for 9 months so got the connection deactivated. Waiting for a reconnection since 23rd. Tech team is waiting for approval from Reconnection team to replace cable. 4 days past no service yet. This is pathetic.Acc 101013138447

    @ACTFibernet I have raised one ticket today due to internet issue (Ticket no-SR10263775658738). After 3 hour ACT team closed the ticket without any solution. When I called them again to check the status, ACT team are disconnecting the call.
