But if the issue affects just a few homes, you’re stuck waiting 3–7 days for a fix. Reliable internet shouldn’t depend on how many people are affected.     @ACTFibernet I raised complaint SR10179872550794 yesterday via your helpline (9121212121) and was promised resolution by 6:30PM the same day. It was then pushed to today 10AM, still not resolved. Support is now saying it will be resolved by 9 PM @ACTFibernetHYD

    @ACTFibernet Why is ur sales team 24/7 available to make endless promises before payment, but 0/7 available after? This bait-and-switch is unprofessional. Sold false commitments to close the deal, now unmet promises & zero response from the rep. Fix this culture. #ACTFibernet

    @GTPLHathwayLtd For the past month, my internet speed has been very slow, and the connection has gone down multiple times. I created a ticket (#37213455), but the issue is still not resolved. gtpl is no longer reliable maybe it’s time to switch to @ACTFibernet.
