    @ACTFibernet Tried calling Mr.Lankesh (the manager), Mr.Shivakumar (engineer) and Mr. Govind... not one of them took the call. ACT is the epitome of what a bad service looks like through and through!!! Both your internet and customer service are non existent! Waste of money! #badservice

    @ACTFibernet your representatives are not at all responding and disconnected our internet connection inspite of repeated requests. The problem is on your side and you should solve.

    @ACTFibernet worst Internet service provider ever I have been charged for every sec and every minute. There is junction box disconnectivity from past 48 hours. I don't have internet for my work and I raised continuous complaints. NO One is responding to this properly.

    @ACTFibernet @CNBC_Awaaz Act services sucks. There is no internet in sobha Complex since morning today due to no power backup in act server room. Local Act services person forgot to bring diesel in generator. Customer care picks up call but does not talk.
