@ACTFibernet it's been 4 days I have raised a complaint that my internet is down and till now the issue wasnt resolved and tried to connect with custm care they doesn't even have the crct dtls by when it will get resolved. Is this the service you ppl providing us? ticket no SR10155053663182

@ACTFibernet Yes, the last issue got resolved. I am keeping my fingers crossed for the next downtime!!! And for your Mobile App - Its just waste of time. The earlier version was better to log complaints. Now the new one with #ChatBot is just useless piece of functionality for customers.
