    @ACTFibernet hello it's been 12 days since my connection cancellation request raised...SR10163819519334 may I know why it is taking so long just for Such simple thing. I even got call from disconnection team and i clearly confirmed to cancel.Still no action after repeated emails.

    @ACTFibernet I am facing frequent disconnection and connectivity goes off when power trips. Resolve my issues else I have to switch to any other service provider

    @ACTFibernet The junction box needs to be replaced from the second to first floor, for this they have taken 14+ days. And every day I have been calling customer support but no actions have been taken till now. Hereafter No subscribing @ACTFibernet anymore to anyone #NoACTFibernet

    1/4 Dear @ACTFibernet , Acc No: 10935357 I am being charged for Static IP services which I never requested for. October 2021: Raised 1 ticket for removing service 1 for rectifying bill. Issue resolved. November 2021: No Issues.

    @ACTFibernet is there any department who takes customer complaints seriously? Or your employees really work hard to get complaints resolved or they just close it please cross check coz i resolved my issue by myself n ur technicians closed the complaint. Give me tech head number.
