@ACTFibernet is possible the worst service provider in Bangalore. Paid the amount Sept 27th and didn't receive the connection for more than 10 days. When asked for refund, they are taking more than 3-4 days to approve the refund

@ACTFibernet Your engineer called in the evening and says nearly 25 houses are affected due to this downtime. How does that justify? Almost every month this is happening, what's ACT doing about it as a permanent solution? @jagograhakjago
