@ACTFibernet I’m very disappointed that customer care are not taking action to resolve the cut cables which caused my internet not functioning 6 days. Technician is dodging me by not picking up the calls. Very pathetic, unprofessional & Shame on you ACT.

@ACTFibernet from last 10 days I am facing Internet problem and there is no solution even after raising disconnection, you all said not to get it disconnected and you will solve the issues on priority basis and that also being 5 days till now nothing. Why are you wasting time

. @ACTFibernet do you even know the meaning of maintenance? Your service is so bad that net keeps on going every now & then, why should we pay? To get frustrated with your internet? #actfibernet would work only in the first month, later on it is really horrible and headache!

worst broad band service provider is @ACTFibernet in Bangalore.Half the month services r either down, Slow. Slower, Slowest. spend more time waiting and getting it fixed.if they can’t provide services just 7 kms from #VidhanSoudha you can imagine their pathetic services elsewhere
