@vaibhavjainn @ACTFibernet I completely agree. I have been fooled by @ACTFibernet everyday. They say they will arrange call back in 24 h but it never happens. They told I can change plan but I have been calling them for a week but they are denying forcing me to pay money without using the service

@ACTFibernet Not providing promised speed, too many n/w drops, technicians not solving the problem and blaming on the router, asking us to buy a new router, customer care not taking any action even after multiple complaints - norm now-a-days. Stick with ACT or change to others?

@ACTFibernet Internet dropped again today. Still not working. You take two days to resolve connectivity issues and when we claim for waiver amount, you simply say that there was no downtime

@MinisterKTR @KTRTRS @ACTFibernet I am an advocate and press reporter.. due to our nature of work, we could go to bed daily only after midnight.. Garbage collecting van is coming to our area at 6am and disturbing us from having atleast 5 hours sleep.. GHMC authorities please look into the matter..9603679556
