    @ACTFibernet Good Morning, This is over 24h of downtime. I have spoken to your reps over 10 times with no resolution. This is unacceptable that no matter how many tickets are made you treat customer this way. Why has this not been prioritized??? Ill be seriously considering switching ISP..

    Hi guys, is there any fiber net available in #Tirupathi other than @ACTFibernet. Because I facing lot of struggles with this customer support. It took around 10 days for shifting the connection but still it is in pending state only.😡😡😡😡

    @ACTFibernet No clear instructions on upgrading to ACT GIGA. No IVR option in customer care for Plan upgrade. Only Marketing gimmick to get money from customers in the name of smartfiber. Asking money to pay upfront for GIGA plan without checking feasibility.
