@ACTFibernet very disappointing service. I took a new connection Nov 24. Outage since Dec 9. Informed initially as due to cyclone. It’s about 9 days and the issue still exist. No responsible response from customer care. No proper courtesy to customer.

@ACTFibernet atleast have some courtesy to refund the money in customer's bank account when customer has asked you for disconnection due to the poor services. What would I do with the ACT money as I am never getting or recommending you to anyone?

@ACTFibernet ..It's very worst that my internet down issues not attended in professional manner. It's almost three day's still the issue is open and not even proper update or response..since we are in Chennai metro zone unable to resolve the issues. SR10366596989594

@ACTFibernet ETR on iSR10366545944454. It's been 9 days how much time do you need to fix this, least you can do is provide proper update or if you can't resolve refund this month's bill, timeline is changed daily, disappointed with your services.

@ACTFibernet please check on SR10366546553214 on priority. Its the 2nd time ticket is being re opened due to recurring issues after the cyclone in Chennai. At this rate we will have to move to another service provider !
