  Hi @ACTFibernet I have raised SR10177242101314 10 days ago. There is no resolution since then. If the connection is not restored by today ( Oct 1st,2025) , I will cancel act subscription. And I will pay only for the days the connection was active. No further explanations needed

  @ACTFibernet on 22 Sept i got my new connection installed and at that time only 5Ghz band work for me your engineer told me that he will come tomorrow and solve the issue and then later when no one visited i raised the ticket by ACT app and then your engineer 1/2
