Hey @ACTFibernet , this is the worst service I’ve ever experienced. Ticket SR10378246942454 raised on 8 Dec, 4 days no internet, 0 engineer response, 7 useless customer-care calls, and your app still shows a fake ETR from 10 Dec 1 PM. I’ve paid for 6 months — can’t even use it for 4 days. Fix this NOW. 🚨

@ACTFibernet Request you to resolve the internet connection issue ASAP. Also please revise the bill amount by removing the late payment charges. So that i can pay the bill amount. I keep on getting messages that the account will be suspended because of bill amount not paid. This is not fair.

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet I received call from Act fiber and they said, they don’t refund amount to bank which they are doing. I request all not to buy go with Act fiber with their worst service provider. I suggest all not to go with actfiber.

@ACTFibernet I have requesting for refund for 3 months but no response. Looks like their service is really disgusting. How many times i will have to follow up. Kindly work on your own. And refund the amount to me.
