    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet You have no idea how much trouble I’m facing because of this. If your service wasn’t available, I would have gone with another company. But you took my payment, completed KYC, and now you’re not even processing my refund. Please resolve this immediately.

    @abishekrsr @ACTFibernet Get a direct fiber connection. They call its aa GX. Its was the same issue for me now it is no more for more than 1.5 yrs

    It would really be helpful if @ACTFibernet can implement ways to select the location of new connection on the website and feasibility is known immediately rather than having your CC Exec call back to take the link and or the customer calling back to find the feasibility
