@ACTFibernet I sent an email couple of days ago for disconnection effective 14th Jul. customer care called me today few mins ago to check the reason . Immediately after the call they just disconnected my service. #actfibernet #pathetic #coimbatore

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD so pathetic service and worst customer service experience every time when I call you people and all falls commitments after speaking multiple who doesn’t understand queries properly still the issue is not resolved and bluffing customer like anything

@ACTFibernet The speed at which formalities are done for new connection is awesome,but the way to treat the old customers is really bad I have raised a shifting request 5 days ago but no action has been taken till yet .please take some advice from @airtelindia @reliancejio
