  @ACTFibernet Worst service never expected from ACTFibrenet. Took 6 months plan initially worked so well. Went for yearly plan after the completion of this 6 months same plan details just extended for an year and the real colours are shown.

  @ACTFibernet If you can't provide your filthy service in Srinivaspura, Bengaluru(560098). Then just tell, will upgrade to other better options @reliancejio @airtelindia Every week the same problem, on a plan of 500Mbps getting 500Kbps. Leave this area for the greater good.

  @ACTFibernet There is a power source issue with fibre connection box and the power source is derived from a neighbor house and there is some issue with power at that home. Unfortunate thing is @ACTFibernet cant do until power issue resolution at that home .. really ???

  @ACTFibernet Your service has degraded over the past 3 months. I have been facing no-internet issues for the past 1 month and it's taking 2 days every time to resolve it by the technician. Ticket ID if at all you care to have a look: SR10163796009254
