@ACTFibernet Hello @ACTFibernet despite multiple calls to your customer care, my issue is still not resolved. I have had enough of the nonsense. Do refund back my amount for this month as you collect money in advance and do not provide internet. Such pathetic customer service.

@ACTFibernet Currently the Latency is good(12ms to gateway) But 95% of the time, everyday, it's above 30ms. Please fix it soon as it's already been a month and I'm still writing to you.
