    @sang1983 @ACTFibernet Some of their guys try to push rather expensive fixes for slow speeds and lack of adequate WiFi coverage. In our house even 60 or 70 feet away you can’t get network

    @ACTFibernet @rvaidya2000 Until the last 3-4 months, I was also an extremely happy customer of @ACTFibernet in Chennai. But I am now waiting for my subscription to end, so that I can close the account permanently.

    @ACTFibernet I have been contacting the ACT team through different media's since a couple of months. I tried reaching out on almost every platform available. This is the 123rd consecutive day I'm posting my issue in public. When will this be settled? When will I get JUSTICE...???

    @sang1983 @ACTFibernet Second you. Last few months @ACTFibernet bandwidth has dropped drastically. Very poor.

    Saving money on human support is good but @ACTFibernet lost my business just because i couldn't connect with a human being for days to shift my connection.
