    @ACTFibernet Please go and read the comments i have already stated that i got an update after message in the customer care via the app and tweeting here such a worst service by you guys if this is what i am experiencing for 4k rs i think i am better off using some other provider

    @ACTFibernet Router taken by your team without notice or replacement. Connection was transferred & ₹9K prepaid for 6-7 months. No help from customer care. Now without any router. Resolve ASAP. Name: Mrutyunjay Dash (+91 8763150574)

    @ACTFibernet 19 hours and still not resolved. Your service guys have requested to change router but it seems they are more interested in weekends then serving clients
