    @PranayCC I'm feeling same since last 1 month every day at 9 to 11 pm airtel. Speed drops to just 1 or 2mbps even if I'm in 5g compatible area and using 5g compatible phone Wrost service @airtelindia thinking of porting to VI now

    Hi @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, My Airtel Xstream Fiber+DTH installation order was cancelled by ur technician due to no signal availability in my area. I was informed that the refund would be processed within 2 days, but it has already been 7 days & I still hvn't received it

    @Airtel_Presence Hello @airtelindia, My current pack was about to expire, so I recharged with the ₹349 plan which includes 2GB/day data. Even after the recharge was successful, it is still showing “2GB over” and my internet is not working properly. Please resolve this issue 1/1

    @TelecomTalk Lol @airtelindia he can't even fixed 5g net in my place after complaining airtel can't look his customer. Airtel really worst service. Look at ground

    AI assistants: I have had interactions with AI assistants on @amazonIN , @airtelindia and an health insurance co website, All were absolute rubbish. No way I can communicate the real problem. At least, Airtel still had a real human contactable. With patience.

    Not just that, there is only option to top up or recharge. I can’t remove the channels which I have and on top of this, can’t able to reach customer care representative at all. It’s all just voice recording @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Customer care is also not responding properly. Please check and provide the refund status and reference number immediately.

    @airtelindia is such a pathetic company, I think they are worse than government departments. Even after 10 days no resolution. I think Sh. @SunilBhartiMitl must notice it.

    @Airtel_Presence Again 17 hrs running and no wifi services. No services no response also. Looks like regular issue . No responsibility in services but no mistake in billing ? Why can't I get refund for this ? @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
