    @airtelindia why are your wifi services always down ? We are paying for a monthly package and if it's down you should deduct the downtime amount , but yeah I know you have to print out a bill which costs half , because it's down most of the day, time to switch to @reliancejio

    @Airtel_Presence Called 121 multiple times, got 2 escalation calls & 4 IPTV team calls—still no resolution. Promised fix within 24 hrs, nothing happened. Ordered Mesh on 15 May, still not received. Extremely poor service.@airtelindia @airtelnews

    @airtelindia your internet service sucks. Its 24 hours that the internet service is down. 24+ hours to fix a fiber in 2026. SAD. UPGRADE YOURSELF.. DONT JUST DO FAKE ADS.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Too worst customer support.. 😤 f***k airtel .. I am not paying single rupee for such awful customer support. No required action taken on my complaint..too worst.. you are a worst broadband service, and i will raise a complaint in consumer court. @Airtel_Presence

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Dear Airtel team Apki mene dm me msg kiya tha request no ke sath service issue ke liye but you are ai auto reply de rahe hai ground level par service not taking care anyone itne brand me sath service issue asa imagine nahi tha aj 8 days ho gya hai

    What if you’re moving in the next 2 days? Where do one keep the router and go? And then they will continuously keep calling from different numbers all day long and disturb you like you have no work. This is really horrible and a way to not allow disconnection @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Dear Airtel, I recharged for a full year partly because of the advertised FREE Perplexity Pro benefit. Now I'm being asked to add a payment method/card and potentially deal with USD billing. This was never clearly disclosed during recharge. This feels misleading.
