  By mistake I took a data loan from @airtelindia with the promise of they will auto deduct from my next recharge but they didn't. So I recharged for 33₹ then too they didn't take, reported to @Airtel_Presence and still no response. How do I report it to @TRAI can somebody #help

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Registered (SR: 11030788934 & 11030918528) but no resolution and one was marked resolved without fixing the issue. Also received assurance of ₹1500 waiver on call (22-05-2026, ~4:40 PM from +91 9677011197) which is now denied. Need resolution asap.

  @airtelindia I want to change my service from postpaid to prepaid. Why is it so difficult to find an option on your @ThanksAirtel app? Please have someone dm me as I am overseas and cannot use the number, thanks to your cx rep for activating IR on wrong number.

  @airtelindia Why my complaint no. 656219419 dtd. 14.05.2026 is not attended till now? How much do you need to assign a service engineer? I have sent several reminders to the customer care without any result. It is a big failure of Airtel.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews @airtelindia On May 25, there was internet black out in Sonari area of Jamshedpur Jharkhand from 11.18pm till wee hours of May 26. It lead to lot of misery for people. Airtel officials were unavailable over repeated calls. Service very poor here.

  @airtelindia since last four days WIFI not working in Delhi so u can imagine what is ur best service . Don’t take Airtel
