    Hi @airtelindia @AirtelWiFi143 , I have requested for new airtel wifi installation yesterday and I paid for the same and today morning installation will be there but still I am not able to get service also person who is appointed not able to pic my calls now can you please check.

    @airtelindia I had requested for Airtel Fibre disconnection. Instead of processing the request i am getting constant calls and WhatsApp messages forcing me to cancel the request. There is a limit trying to retain customer beyond that its irritating. Request no. 11027976400

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I recharged ₹49 for 7 days Unlimited 5G data, but I received the benefit for only 1 day. Now my internet is not working at all. This is misleading and disappointing

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence by mistake I deleted e-sim from my cellphone. I visited Airtel store today at 3pm,executive forwarded the request but till yet my e-sim was not activated by your end. Kindly provide proper resolution 🙏

    It's 2026. The AI era. And @airtelindia has me living like connectivity is a privilege, not a service I'm PAYING for. Fix this now or I'm switching ISPs and making sure everyone knows exactly why. This is the most pathetic customer service I've ever experienced.

    @airtelindia pathetic, cheater. Took 200 mbps plan getting all of a sudden frequent disconnection. Speed on 2.4 ghz reduced to 30 mbps. Engineer excusing that that's the max you can get and not fixing the problem. Escalation raised no resolution.reference number is 11028112550.
