@airtelindia Poor customer care service. my broadband is not working for the last few days complaint registered on 23 and was assured of redressal on 24th before 11:30 am but till now after so many calls and repeated time limits no one came up to check and rectify the fault.

@airtelindia and sometimes there is no network coverage. You were the leading network providers but you didn't even expanded your network coverage. In my area airtel has one same old network tower 🗼and @reliancejio has 4 new this year only. Please solve my network issue. 2)

@TRAI why, there is 90days condition (after porting) to switch in another operator? I just switched from Airtel prepaid to Postpaid but the condition of the network and internet is worse for Airtel. @airtelindia
