    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @VittalGopal The SIM has malfunctioned. That is not my fault. I am not in India. The procedure to replace SIM is too complex. I cannot organise POA from Muscat. I cannot ask my elderly relatives to run errands for me. Please give an easier solution. Can I pick up new SIM from embassy

    @airtelindia One of the worst experiences . I have been on Airtel member since Apr 2014 and moved to Black Premium membership since Sep 2020 when I shifted to a new place.. as part of that plan, I was paying for Fiber connection but fiber services were not available at that time.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Why is there is no way to speak to your customer service representative? There is no support at all. I raised a complaint 3 days ago and still no response. I think it's time to change provider to Jio.

    @airtelindia Pathetic service by @airtelindia I payed Rs-3004/- for the new connection of #airtelxfiber. On 20th march. Still have not got the connection Atlast got the message your request has been cancelled and money will be refunded. Still the money is not refunded into my account.
