    @lalitgrateful If only I could do this in @airtelindia 😭 I mistakenly bought a slightly expensive plan thinking it'd provide me 2 extra days, but it limited my data, and now I'm seeing how bad their network is, everything buffers so much 😢

    @IndianTechGuide @jagograhakjago whom they getting permission to raise the tarrifs, a resolution for 2 month query has not been solved and their executive saying @airtelindia is not liable for that the executive are keep making fool you charging extra payments too.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @AirtelXtream Two service requests (SR 4512401903 & SR 4512520439) were closed without resolving the issue. Closing tickets without fixing the problem only increases customer frustration.

    Very disappointed with Airtel's service. I recharged with a ₹39 data add-on because I had no data left and needed internet immediately. However, the recharge doesn't appear in the Airtel Thanks app. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @AirtelXtream Customer support isn't about asking customers to "wait another 24 hours." It's about taking ownership and resolving issues. My experience with Airtel Xstream IPTV support has been extremely disappointing.

    Why is Airtel misleading its customers to such an extent? Airtel advertises that its ₹1,200 recharge plan includes unlimited 5G internet, clearly stating that the unlimited 5G benefit is available only in areas with 5G network coverage. That part is understandable. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia customer service has gone pathetic, went to store to get dth disconnected and apply for iptv. It has been 5 days, no response from team. The technician dont pick call, went to store again today and guy responded "i did not apply this connection for you so can't help

    Nagpur customers, be warned @airtelindia has become completely unreliable.Whether it’s Wi-Fi at the office or my personal SIM, the connectivity is non-existent. I’ve exhausted all complaint channels. Starting the process of porting out today unless there’s an immediate fix.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @AirtelXtream It's been 9 days since I requested a simple name correction on my Airtel IPTV account as per my KYC. Instead of a resolution, I've received delays, repeated assurances, and closed complaints. This has been an extremely frustrating exp.

    leaving Airtel DTH after 12 year due to a technical issue on their end. Some channels are working while others have stopped. I spoke with customer care Who talking with me towards customer care. His/her way of talking was good but I am not satisfy to their reply @airtelindia

    @airtelindia how do i cancel my airtel wifi ? the internet does not work 2 days a week, there is no way to talk to a human representative, wifi is down during most work hours and i have to rely on cellular data to get **** done.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence No network on both my Airtel AirFiber and prepaid SIM for the last 7+ hours. Customer care first promised resolution in 4 hours, but later said they couldn’t do anything. I’m in a complete blackout zone and my work is affected. Please explain.
