    Whosoever concerned @TRAI to this matter may pls see to it, when we raise a concern reg service by @airtelindia they simply don't listen and disconnect the service. Xsafe is one such glaring example of pathetic services by them. They know how to bill but not how to serve !

    @Manik_M_Jolly @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I moved to an area without Airtel WiFi, but they kept pressuring me to recharge for a year. Due to this, I ported my number to Jio—they’ve now lost me as a customer.

    @airtelindia you ask customers to check their DMs to reassure the public during the outage, but you neither acknowledge nor respond to the DM. Since there was a confirmed service outage, make sure necessary billing credits are applied to both WiFi and mobile services and confirm back @TRAI

    @airtelindia It’s been 3 days since my Airtel Xstream Fiber connection stopped working. Despite repeated follow-ups, the issue is still unresolved. This level of service is completely unacceptable.

    @airtelindia from the day of installation my WiFi Internet service is having very poor internet speed. I’m tired of complaining. No action is taken . My WiFi id: 08034012294_wifi. Please take some action. It’s frustrating. I’m getting less than 1mbps speed . For 100mbps plan

    @BaluGorade @airtelindia And WiFi even in 5 star hotels are not private and companies are asking not to connect to those WiFi , hotspots were only option for safe data , now what’s solution for hot spots ? Airtel any seperate plan is there for same ?

    @somilagrawal @Rahulshrivstv @airtelindia You seem to have very low IQ and do not understand the message you are responding to. Why solicit nonsense when customer does not want it. BTW Airtel does not pay rent for their apps on anybody's mobile. Ditto for other institutions. It is indirect violation of DND.

    Holy **** after deleting my airtel app..my network gone from 5g to 4g..now I downloaded it and guess what..5g network connection came back immediately after sign up my airtel no... @airtelindia You are doing some **** that will haunt you.

    @airtelindia i port my number from @JioCare coz i was facing network issues. But your network is worst. The network drops. The 5G doesn't work. U switch 5G to 4G the moment there is internet sharing. The 4G is horrible. Waiting for this month to be over so I can switch back.

    Dear @Airtel_Presence, CDA Sector-13, Cuttack has been facing Airtel internet blackout for a long time. Network stuck on 2G, no data. For such pathetic service, why charge premium? We have had enough - now planning to switch to Jio @airtelindia

    Very disappointed with @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia. My Airtel Xstream Fiber has been down since 11:00 AM, and despite raising Service Request: 11035585484, no technician has visited yet. This is unacceptable. If this isn't resolved immediately, I'll share my experience .

    @somilagrawal @Rahulshrivstv @airtelindia "Cribbing? Hello Mr. Suckerwal We pay around ₹4,000/year to Airtel. Unlimited 5G wasn't advertised as a charity—it was part of the plan we paid for. If the promised service isn't delivered consistently, questioning it isn't cribbing. It's called expecting what was advertised."

    Complaint number 11035544801 dated 18th July, 2026, nearly 24 hours have passed since multiple Airtel Xstream Fiber connections in our residential society Varuna Gardens, Sikraul, Varanasi, went down.Better service and customer support expected. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @Indian_Analyzer @airtelindia ur network/ cust serv is the worst in India. Your 5G/ unlimited data in Mumbai City (not suburbs) is horrible. Lifts, home, train,no network. 23 years later porting out seriously u r bad. Per ur protocol don't ask me to DM my nos or details. Not interested anymore.
