    So today is the 5th day that ticket id: 11032264444 was raised and till now the issue has not been resolved. I want my money refunded for these 5 days @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Also, I will wait till day end today. If the issue is not fixed, I will ask all my friends and relatives to get their Airtel connections changed with some other service provider. Pathetic!!! 👎🏻

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia What kind of coordination is this? Yesterday morning, I called customer care to inquire about IPTV. During the call, the representative explained the benefits and proceeded to combine our postpaid numbers and Wi-Fi services.

    Hi @airtelindia I have moved to New Zealand and need to change the country of my Apple ID. However, I'm unable to do so because an Apple TV+ subscription linked through my Airtel plan . I cannot find any option in the Airtel Thanks app to cancel it. Can you help in this please.

    @airtelindia since you have stopped responding my dms. The airtel chatbot is useless with no help at all. It has been more than a week I have no signal on my phone. Are y'all planning on fixing it or will you refund the amount i wasted to recharge since I'm not able to use it.

    @airtelindia Most worst network in the world. Pathetic 5g and 4g network. Nothing is running. If you complain they wouldn't listen your voice. All we should leave this 🛜

    I know most of the customer service is bad but @airtelindia is the king of bad customer service. The actual service is not bad, they just make it impossible to get in touch with their customer service. The chat in the app is useless. The number only takes MNP requests

    Added a number to @airtelindia Black on 14 Apr. Agent promised my ₹299 prepaid recharge would adjust in postpaid bill, but it hasn't. Broken commitments aren't acceptable. Resolve this billing issue immediately or I am porting out my connection. #Airtel #CustomerService

    @airtelindia Xstream Fiber has a unique weekend plan: no internet every Saturday and Sunday. At this point, it feels like our bandwidth is being donated elsewhere. If weekend service isn't possible, please let other ISPs enter the area. #AirtelDown #Pathetic @jagograhakjago

    @airtelindia Even though connection was not working since may end, I paid bill till JUNE 6. @airtelindia , make a note of this - I won’t be making any payments now. Wifi box was removed long back.

    @TRAI @JM_Scindia I literally have no way to cancel @airtelindia plans even after begging them for a month now. The IVR call doesn't work, I can't cancel on the app, airtel customer service on X doesn't help, and they keep billing me. There's no way I can cancel fiber plans.

    @Airtel_Presence No, there is no problem with any particular number. The issue is that whenever the electricity goes out in my village, the Airtel network also goes down during the power outage. I already messaged you about the same issue in DM. @airtelindia

    Dear @airtelindia Did a #DTH recharge for A/C 3016210266-001 with plan "odia ultimate plus hindi 6M" valued ₹2061. I checked after recharge found plan to be "odia ultimate plus hindi 1M" active which is ₹420 and showing 150 days validity. Please fix @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia Poor service experience. Rep Kalipa E requested an OTP and promised to fix my Wi‑Fi issue (SSID/password change)but after 1+ week nothing has been done his number (+91 84481 96756) is always unreachable. Please investigate, escalate, and resolve this Asap

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Your store is also one of the worst and even your system. Nothing fruitful ever comes out of it. I just visited it to get my WiFi issue fixed and saying engineers is not available to fix. Next month I am gonna cancel my plan and move to a local provider. Atleast they will be better than your bullshit.

    @airtelindia I'm at Ladakh and do a Airtel postpaid as per your care. But here the sim not working and the care are not responding and saying Wait for 15 days. What's the meaning of this I'm here for only 7/8 day. Full scam by airtel priority postpaid.

    While travelling in a train or on a highway, Airtel never disappoint you, their 5g even 4g is pathetic if you are moving continuously, also lack services when you are in a high rise building. This is my personal experience. Tired of this broken connectivity. @airtelindia
