    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Service Request # 10989347126 No internet for 2 days. SR raised yesterday yet nobody attended. Worst service from Airtel Broadband. I think I'll switch back to @ACTBangalore

    @airtelindia why broadband service is down in Gurugram sector 50 ? When you charge late payment then why put penalties on your self ? You can’t even give speed which you promise and broadband is down

    @airtelindia After repeated complaints about internet not working. None have visited the site but I keep getting sms that a technician has be assigned to resolve. Recent sms says he will visit the site on 14 july 2026 and today is 09 july 26. I made the complaint on 03 july 26.

    @airtelindia I am facing serious network issues on all three numbers. The network signal is very weak, especially indoors, and mobile internet speed is extremely poor. Because of this, I am unable to make calls properly or use internet services reliably.

    Thank u @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia for your wonderful support of just automated reply we have paid your distributor ₹200 in place of ₹50 bcoz without a phone most works gets pending. And please don't call to give offers on port out of all our 4nos and fiber. @TheSunilMittal

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I recharge wifi for 6 months at a time which is 24 weeks. I am facing network issue once in a week and you guys are taking a minimum of 24hrs to rectify the issue. So, I am not able to use wifi for 25 days which is about a month.

    Why @airtelindia why? Every time I call your customer care Helpline I meet with uneducated, unprofessional staff, people not able to understand english disconnect the call in the middle. Why the hell you claim that you have the best customer service @TRAI @MIB_India

    @airtelindia @AshwiniVaishnaw From 24th June till today 9th July I have tried many times on customer support but nothing has happened, I have also gone to Airtel store, when new connection purchase very fast work is being done to get it and when time to stop or close connection no one listens to me.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have been charged an unnecessary additional amount on my Airtel Black Wi-Fi + TV connection. I contacted customer care, and the representative told me that Tamil, Telugu, and Malayalam channels were added at my request. However, this is incorrect. We have not even watched TV for the last one month, and we never requested these channels. Whenever any channel is added, I should receive a confirmation message, but I did not receive any SMS or notification regarding the addition of these channels. It appears that channels have been added without my consent, resulting in an inflated bill. My Airtel IPTV plan is ₹1,199 per month, and I have never subscribed to any additional channels. Despite this, I received a bill of ₹1,637.80. Please investigate this issue, remove the unauthorized channel charges, and revise my bill accordingly.

    Hey @JioCare there is a network halt in my area.for the last 5 days Around 5k people are facing the internet problem and now some of them are thinking of switch to other providers like @airtelindia .We tried reaching many times but nobody has responded yet. do something ASAP
