    @airtelindia Hi Recently I had purchased Airtel wifi and engineer had visited the site and while checking the network there is an issue with tower said said can't able to install.i had paid 1500 for installation but still refund also not initiated yet for 7402529451. .

    @airtelindia Airtel’s "experts" first said no 5G tower, then a burned tower, then a building blocks signal — all in one visit. You’re not a telecom, you’re a circus. Disconnect my WiFi with zero charges. Your incompetence isn’t my bill to pay. #AirtelScam

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My Airtel black/wifi connection is kept in safe custody for the entire billing period of 11.03.26 to 10.04.26. Why I've received a regular bill. It is clear cheating. You are cheating the unsuspecting customer like this giving inflated bill.

    @airtelindia @airtel_wifi @airtel I have sent several emails from yesterday stating please cancel this request however no update from your end.Also I told the technician and other expert morning that it was raised mistakenly I don't need Airtel wifi. Please cancel this asap

    @airtelindia we have airtel fiber, from last week there is a buffering on the internet, every 10-15 min loss of connection happens, even after complaints,they are closing the complaint without visiting the home. Airtel is poor in int cont. @JioCare are u available at indrapuram

    @airtelindia @airtelindia Unacceptable service. Same issue in Dec 2025 took 2 weeks. Now again eSIM transfer (12→14 Pro) failed after confirmation, no QR for 2 days. Old eSIM deactivated, no network. Forcing store/KYC while I’m abroad is not feasible. Fix this & send QR or reactivate now.

    @DoT_India I have raised complaint against my WiFi not working properly even after paying bill amount regularly on time but stillno action from @airtelindia . I request you to please take strong action against Airtel. @jagograhakjago why service is delayed but not the bill date?

    @airtelindia my service request number RRCRV5WST20260408279813 worst experience today you lost one long time consumer it won't change anything for you but first thing after going to India will be porting my number. Don't ask for DM as i have done already to which you won't reply.

    @jio_fiber Very pathetic service, and poor application. Customer care is not reachable. Internet is down. Please look on this else I will be moving to @airtelindia . Airtel has much better customer care service.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Unlimited 5G not working on my number. I’m getting ~400 Mbps on 5G but data stops after 2GB and speed drops to 1 Mbps. This started 4 days ago.Already contacted multiple times but no resolution. Please fix backend 5G provisioning issue urgently.

    @airtelindia This is seriously unacceptable. I’m paying for an unlimited plan but your internet is almost unusable. The network is terrible everywhere Rajasthan+Punjab, Rishikesh+Haldwani,Where does your network even work?This is the worst service I’ve experienced. Fix this ASAP.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence standard response of replied to DMs wont help becoz their you are not responding or resolving anything. I simply dont want to use airtel fiber wifi services. Simply disconnect. You cannot force me to keep using connection with zero connectivity
