Some Airtel staff said no LAN, some said server issue, others blamed Apple. Apple said it was Airtel’s issue. Airtel finally accepted it was their issue and fixed @airtelindia

I was assured that the matter adjusted during billing. However, upon receiving my bill, I was charged for two packs—₹3999 and ₹2999—within just 15 days.

Then they didnt give me the dth setup box that comes with it. I just used it till the deposit money was used up by the plan and disconnected it. Horrible experience.
