Airtel is charging full rental value and service charges from consumer. Childrens are not able to take online classes. It’s a criminal offence by Airtel. TRAI should take duo moto cognisance and impose penalty or suspend license till Airtel improves the connectivity . Airtel have to spend on Infrastructure, setting of fibre optics , boosters etc.

The technician came & said it's not his job & someone else will come, the assigning of technician is not being done as per type of connection, which should be done based on customer id.
