    It is very poor on the part of @airtelindia not to have any proper system to collect and dispose electronic waste. The unused dth set top boxes are left with the customer after account disconnection to throw them into garbage. Clearly this is against CSR.

    Poor pathetic slow agonising irritating broadband @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Speeds are namesake. Leave aside the ever poor network resulting in call drops and calls not connecting. Costly bill plans but service on ground negative. @TRAI airtel services are poorest now.

    I have raised an issue regarding my airtel broadband connection which was supposed to be processed within 24 working hours but it's been almost 6 days now. Poor customer support provided. Opting for airtel was a terrible terrible mistake. #zeroreviews @airtelindia @airtelnews

    @airtelindia my sim was having some issues so i replaced it from your gallery in palampur its been more thn 6hours that my old sim got disconnected and new sim have not yet started. Plz start my sim. Also where others charge 25 fr sim change Airtel gallery is charging 100.

    @airtelindia , Hi , I upgraded to airtel black on 16th July . I am a post paid customer (9840104969)for past 10 yrs. Fiber net team did not turn up after repeated requests, mail. Today they closed the issue abruptly. God help airtel , I am surrendering my Black connection.

    @airtelindia please make your customer service better from past two months there was an service outage more than 6times and each time you took around 2days to resolve and when we call 121 for cs, each time SLA time is getting extended
