    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @TRAI It's been over a month and Airtel has still failed to restore 5G service despite repeated complaints. I paid ₹649 for Unlimited 5G but cannot use it at my location. Why are customers being charged for a service that isn't being provided?

    @airtelindia @airtelnews No resolution is provided till now. I am trying to reach airtel customer care also several times it get disconnected. Today finally i spoke to airtel relationship team and they have asked me to provide wait till 2.45 pm 13th July 2026.

    @alokp171 @airtelindia Airtel is misleading its customers by advertising "Unlimited 5G Data" while the service does not actually provide truly unlimited usage as promised. Customers are being led to believe that they can use unlimited 5G data, but restrictions and limitations are imposed in practice.

    Hi @airtelindia When are you planning to stop fooling your customers? I raised a request last time for my WiFi network issue, the assigned engineer only took OTP saying that he will raise with the network team and still the issue is not resolved. Again I'm facing same issues.

    Hi @airtelindia, @JioCare couldn't process a simple refund even after 60+ days. That doesn't give me confidence they'll provide better service either. My family has 5 Jio SIMs. Planning to port them to Airtel. Could you please guide me through the porting process?

    @ACTFibernet @airtelindia didn't resolve this for more than 2 weeks. I didn't want to give away my airtel wifi as that's what I had in my hometown and I use their simcard but they didn't left any choice with such terrible service. (n/n)

    @deepank_ds @JioCare They are here just to make money from you. have not refunded me deposit since 1 yr after taking back device. They will auto cancel all the request, never bother to reply mails, helpline works on bot. You are left alone to help yourself. They do not have stores like @airtelindia

    @perplexity_ai was offered as free with @airtelindia for an year..as so many options are available, it doesn't make sense to pay for it.. just cancel mine..@grok calculate how many approx cancellations will be there as they had offered it for free for a year which ends in jul 2026

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I regularly receive my WiFi bills on my email ID, but when I raise a grievance from it, support rejects it stating "email not registered." If it's not registered, how am I getting the bills? Please fix this endless loop! Shared details via DM

    It's been over a month since our @airtelindia internet stopped working and despite repeated complaints there's still no permanent resolution. This level of service is unacceptable. Customers pay for reliable connectivity, not endless delays and excuses. Please resolve this issue!

    Extremely disappointed with @airtelindia. As a customer for 16 years (2 Postpaid, DTH, Fiber), the current service is pathetic. Wi-Fi down for 2 days with no resolution despite multiple complaints. Unbundled Airtel Black and surrendering all connections today @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence No signal for airtel DTH since 10th july. Already raised complain 657473224 on 10th July but no resolution till today 13th July . This is the condition of AIRTEL BLACK premium service. Request you to please resolve it or close my connection..
