In my experience, when I paid for the broadband service on 19 Sep. Some guys came and put the broadband cable on my house but after that they just blocked my number redirect me to other airtel offices for support but the same thing happened again.[1] @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

Also, while he makes a call it takes several extra seconds to connect to another number ( irrespective of telecom user). I don't know what's the problem with your network @Airtel_Presence because I am also using @airtelindia but I am not facing such issues!
