    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews I am writing this with deep disappointment and frustration regarding the extremely poor network experience I have been facing. I have been a loyal Airtel customer for more than 10 years and currently use three Airtel numbers. Unfortunately, despite repeatedly raising service requests, the network issues remain unresolved. Frequent call drops, poor voice quality, and weak data connectivity have made it difficult to rely on your services. As a long-term customer, I expected much better support and accountability from Airtel. My patience is now wearing thin, and if this issue continues unresolved, I will be left with no option but to seriously consider porting all my numbers to another service provider. I request your immediate intervention to resolve the issue at the earliest. If network coverage in my area is inadequate, please conduct a site survey and consider installing a network booster/extender to improve service quality.     I am fed up with @airtelindia terrible network; they talk about providing coverage in the mountains, yet there is no signal even on the ground. Their recharge plans are more expensive than those of any other company.

    @airtelindia The new customer service agent when called by the user cannot see the description/issue of the complaint raised by the previous agent, due to which the user has to explain everything once again. This wastes the users time and causes delayed resolution

    @Utsavv2006 @Airtel_Presence Facing similar situation here, I have registered a complaint and they promised me they would fix it by 9th June. It's 10th June and @airtelindia doesn't give a single update on it.

    @airtelindia, there are two issues with the Airtel Business account. Once the service is suspended due to non payment of the bill on time, you need another internet service to make the payment. At least Airtel website should be allowed to use.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Service Request No. 31-1000014174579, dated 08/06/2026. It is the third day that Wi-Fi is hasn’t been working. Nobody has contacted till now. What a pathetic service, I have experienced.

    @airtelindia What’s the point of AirFiber if it needs customer intervention after every power cut? An internet service that can’t reconnect automatically is a failed service. Fix your product instead of your marketing.

    @TelecomTalk @airtelindia is doing serious billing discrepancies in Airtel black users bill, People should audit their bills carefully and don't pay the bills blindly. Even after complaining about the wrong bill generation, Airtel is delaying resolution intentionally and turning this in scam
