    What is the point of activating Full DND on @airtelindia if your network is still letting telemarketers bypass it? I thought your new AI tech was supposed to stop this. This is a direct violation of @TRAI guidelines. Please check my line and fix this. @Airtel_Presence

    @rblbank @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia What's going on RBL Bank Credit Card Rewards Redeem Something Problem always. Airtel Mobile Recharge Option Not given properly and Airtel Stv recharge Option only Showing ur Useless app. Better to Close RBL Bank Credit Card.

    @airtelindia I’ve received over 1500+ OTPs in one day on my Airtel number — this is harassment and denial of service. IVR gave no solution. Please escalate to your Nodal Officer urgently. Copying @TRAI @RBI for regulatory attention.

    I wanted to port from Jio to Airtel prepaid but an official Airtel store in Sec 37C, Chandigarh told me I could only take postpaid first and switch after a few months. A local shop completed the prepaid port without issue. Why is @airtelindia store misleading customers?

    Absolutely pathetic service from Airtel. My Wi-Fi issue remains unresolved despite repeated complaints. The Mapusa Airtel store has been no help either. Zero accountability, zero customer care. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia what is this bullshit. I wanna cancel subscription of air fibre and u guys don’t even have an option for it? When I am trying to contact customer care it’s saying we are updating system and call is getting cut. How the hell your service is? Why i should pay for next month when i want to discontinue it because of **** internet.

    Biggest lies of @airtelindia - 1. Airtel Black 2. Priority customer service 3. 5G Fastlane tech I paid my last month bill on 31 May & claimed Google One 100 GB plan for 6 months via Airtel Thanks app, shown as an available unclaimed benefit.

    Airtel, this is very pathetic service from your end. I want you to disconnect my Air Fiber Connection and refund my entire advance fund. There is speed of 1 Mbps for plan of 40 Mbps since the installation of my connection. @airtelindia @airtelnews

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence no wi-fi internet even after over 72 hours now. Yesterday, your call centre no. 1800 102 9892 told that the technician will surely visit today before 12 noon. Nobody came. Why lie? #HorribleAirtelWiFi service.

    @airtelindia why have you stopped sending QR codes for esim activation??? Why I have to get to the mess of finding a phone with esim rather than using a Esim Adaptor for cheap???? Whyyy My sim card for stuck in the process of activation in my iPhone and now no one can help!!
