    What a crap @airtelindia #Wifi is, shift connection request made on 4/6 for 6/6 none showed up. Called in slot, after slot time, I was asked to wait for 4 hrs backend team will reach out but none reached out. Called next morning spoke for an hour & still waiting for connection 🙏

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia The network coverage in my area is extremely poor. Frequent call drops, weak signal, and very slow internet have become a daily problem. Despite being a loyal customer, the service quality is disappointing. If this issue is not resolved soon, 1/2

    I have installed Xtream Fiber at my home on 7th june. After 10 min that STB is not working, from that i am calling airtel engineer plus try to raise request on airtel thanks app still you are not taking it. My recharge of 1500 is wasting. Look at this. @airtelindia @airtelnews

    @airtelindia it's been 5 days since I made the payment for an Airtel Wi-Fi/AirFiber connection, but no technician has visited for installation yet. Despite multiple follow-ups, I have not received any proper update. Kindly look into this issue and resolve it at the earliest.

    @airtelindia world waste internet service provider. 05/06/2026 Last Friday I have facing internet problem so I raise a Complaint on Airtel thanks app. Till today no one solved the problem, very frustrated. I'll destroy the device and upload the video.
