    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Seriously I have complained multiple times now I'm not getting the desired WiFi speeds which I earlier used to get on my network it's basically a 30Mbps plan but the speed is hardly touching 15Mbps Earlier it was good whn I was on prepaid 40Mbps plan

    @airtelindia "Our engineer is working closely on your issue and it will be resolved ASAP." Yet, not a single engineer has contacted me. The engineer's number shared with me even said he isn't responsible for my area. Is this the level of service Airtel provides? @airtelindia

    @airtelindia how many more days are you gonna take to fix the WiFi. If you commit to a certain timeline please stick to it. Very poor service.

    @airtelindia Shame on @airtelindia for charging me a late fee despite putting the wifi "on pause" as they have made it impossible to deactivate the connection via app. What is this unethical way of making money?! The customer service team is just not ready to close it as well. What the f*uck?

    @airtelindia Issue reported on 6th of July ticket created on 7th of july with resolution date of 8th July morning, but look like your support team doesn't have a calendar or watch to see what's the current time & date.

    @airtelindia I am facing serious network issues on all three numbers. The network signal is very weak, especially indoors, and mobile internet speed is extremely poor. Because of this, I am unable to make calls properly or use internet services reliably.

    @JioCare Very disappointed with Jio Postpaid. I switched from Airtel to Jio, but the internet is extremely slow and almost unusable. Even with full signal, nothing loads. Please fix this ASAP, or I'll switch back to Airtel. #Jio #NetworkIssue @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Wi-Fi has been down since yesterday, and this happens for at least 2–3 days every month. We are charged for the full month, but even a one-day payment delay results in penalties. Please resolve this issue and provide an adjustment for the service outage.

    @WeAreVasai @airtelindia Airtel is working only yesterday in morning till evening it had issues, rest of the time reception was ok. But @reliancejio is down since 3 days no updates, no network till now. Emergencies reveal quality service provider.
