    It is very poor on the part of @airtelindia not to have any proper system to collect and dispose electronic waste. The unused dth set top boxes are left with the customer after account disconnection to throw them into garbage. Clearly this is against CSR.

    Poor pathetic slow agonising irritating broadband @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Speeds are namesake. Leave aside the ever poor network resulting in call drops and calls not connecting. Costly bill plans but service on ground negative. @TRAI airtel services are poorest now.

    The reason their backend team gave me is that I moved from Corporate to Retail within Airtel. I have moved a few other number in the same manner on the same date. They all got ported easily. Something is definitely fishy here. Help! @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia In Plan Rs.49 there is no Outgoing SMS Worst plan 😢 If we need to use banking services wants to send sms, Outgoing SMS Available or Not We need outgoing 100 Sms minimum

    @airtelindia voice over wifi not working properly... WiFi connection is stable...but airtel's vowifi calls are not stable and its not connected properly... sometimes facing call drops and jio voWifi working perfectly with my same handset (poco X2)

    Shifted to @airtelindia form @vodafonein1 and and basically i have made the worst mistake of my life 😶, i mean i have barely opened my wattsapp and chrome and 120 mb of my 1.5 gb pack is exhausted!

    @airtelindia I'm not able send / receive sms, when I contacted customer care they said you need to atleast have unlimited pack. Is there any compulsory to recharge unlimited pack for sms service, because I have smart pack in active. 1/n

    How @airtelindia care their customer, Make false excuses, false promises, no action on complaints. They have worst customer support, ground workers and management too. Ground workers do not answer calls. Call centre says complain is registered... to be continued..

    @airtelindia Airtel network is very bad, I am writing here since last 6 months but no solution from your end, even no one is responding. It shows your support capabilities which really frustrate. If you won't focus, will become dump soon. There are multiple competitors in market.
