    @airtelindia Requested Wi-Fi shift at the same address (Request ID: 11029002926) on 27 April 2026. Engineer took OTP and promised to visit, but no one came and no update since. Please resolve this urgently and look into this issue.

    Airtel customer service might be the worst in India like they have gone out of their way to make it difficult for customers to register complaint to them their is no way you can reach to a customer service team all you get is ai which do not understand problems shame @airtelindia

    @airtelindia i am porting my mobile no. From your service... because when my recharge plan expires you stop my incoming calls. Going to @reliancejio because in jio after recharge expires. There is no blocking of incoming calls.

    Is this airtel fiber wifi just to waste time? Every month for 2-3 days it just doesn't work and there is no way that you can have any convo with a customer support but a useless piece of chat bot which is on repeat mode. Didn't have this issue with jio.@airtelindia @reliancejio

    @Airtel_Presence I have been in contact with your customer care team but one has proper TAT. The internet is now down since 2+ days which is more than 50 hrs. Do you think this is professional behaviour from @airtelindia to seat on an issue for these may hours.

    @airtelindia I have not used my data since morning how come it's already exhausted 100%?? And I have my recharge still your helpline number is saying I don't have enough balance to continue this call ?? So to call your customer care number I need to recharge separately talktime

    Airtel have no intention of solving the issue; they only know how to mislead. Even after a full recharge, Airtel continues to charge for services that every other operator provides for free. This is a fraud on loyal customers. Avoid Airtel if you value your money!" @airtelindia
