    Just got message of wrong deduction in my @airtelindia fastag and when tried to contact customer care, had to wait for 15 mins and then executive said his system is getting upgraded. Y can't I raise complaint frm app?if system is offline, line should not be open! @NHAI_Official

    @airtelindia Even after repeated complaints, networks are not fixed. Placed ticket gets closed every time without any improvements of the service. Very disappointing. I have 10numbers in my family plan. @reliancejio how to port to your network?

    @airtelindia I have ordered for airtel dth + broadband and paid 4000 rs for it. But due some problem my connection is not successful done by airtel. They told me that they will refund me. Waiting since 23 days. Didn't get my refund. My order Id is 6971067715382607872.

    @airtelindia please don't fool people, i been complaining since 8 months internet issue not solve, 4g ke jagah 2g speed me internet chal raha hai abi 5g matlab 3g speed milega,,, logo ko chutiyapa banate ho upar se recharge ka daam sala ek basta chawal mil jayega, very poor service

    Everytime I got assurance @airtelindia d@ ur network will be improved n u will get full Speed on ur network. This company also claims that network has been upgraded at your area I don't know that does company want to improve network overall U.P and Lucknow or only at Dandhaiya

    I write as a very disappointed customer. My Airtel sim got damaged and since I am out of country I asked my brother to get a duplicate sim for me. After submiting all the documents Visa, Passport, Adhaar, Pan, Photo. Sim was issued but still not after 50 days @airtelindia @TRAI

    @airtelindia @TRAI pathetic service. Trying to reach customer care executive of Airtel but they have multiple instruction except how to talk to their customers care executive. I recharged (8986979248) through Airtel thanx app. Money deducted bt nt recharged.

    If I call at customer helpline they cut the call saying that this does not fall into there criteria and I have to contact store for this. So basically I am left with no alternative. This is the worst customer service I have seen. Please help @airtelindia @TRAI
