    @airtelindia worst shifting service ever. Even after raising the request a week in advance no service provider came for setup in the new location. Called Customer Support 10 times, very incompetent. A delay of 48 hours from the scheduled time. Will shift to @reliancejio

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence all of a sudden my SIM card stopped working and when called the customer care they said the SIM card is corrupt and need to get a new sim and today being Sunday I’ll have to wait till Monday as all stores are closed. Without phone I cannot go out

    I Regret taking @airtelindia wifi connection. It is been one month barely, It gets lost 5 times a day. Nobody listens , no @Airtel_Presence picks up or gives any solution. I will cut my @Airtel_Presence wifi in a few days.

    @airtelindia Dear Airtel, It has been 6 days since I raised a request for shifting my Wi-Fi connection, but there has been absolutely no progress. I have called customer care multiple times and also visited the Airtel store personally, yet the issue remains unresolved.

    @ACTFibernet I want to shift my WiFi, but I am being asked to pay ₹707. The new location is not far; I am just moving it across the road. Airtel Fiber is offering me the same thing for free. I don't want your WiFi anymore. Please come and take your device back. I can get a new @airtelindia connection for ₹1500 for 3 months. Very disappointed with this service.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Despite multiple follow-ups and repeated calls to Pushpendra and the Airtel team, there has been no response at all. This level of negligence and lack of customer support is completely unacceptable. Requesting immediate intervention and urgent installation on priority.

    @Airtel_Presence Internet has not been working for the last 5–6 days,only God knows what ur service team is doing. One of ur guy informed me that the device installed on the pole is faulty & needs to be replaced. It seems that quality of @airtelindia internet service is entirely at God's mercy.
