@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I lost my Sim yesterday on very same moment I went to airtel care store In ganganagar city . I got new Sim by 1 pm afternoon they said it will be activated within 4 hrs . Till time it's didn't got activated also when I called then they don't help .

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have never felt more conned than when Airtel comes within 3 minutes when you apply for a new Broadband connection (they want your💰) but won't solve my BB issue even after 8 days of my complaint being registered with Airtel. Pathetic service.

I knew there won't be any response from @airtelindia team to deal with my issue. The customer team has gone into abyss. I had to switch to an alternative. Being an Airtel loyalist since a decade, I have decided to even port my sim. God save your customers !!

@airtelindia We have been a loyal Airtel customer. We had an internet connection issue for our Landline Number: 044- 42726266. The issue was taken to customer support 1 week ago, but there is no action taken as yet. We don't have an option other than changing service provider.

Jio fiber is not something I would recommend. Replacing it with @airtelindia was my worst mistake. Every 20 minutes, the Internet and Jio TV go down. I haven't been able to use both since I've had this connection. @JioCare @reliancejio
