The junction box is installed inside a neighbour’s property, they are not allowing technicians access for repairs, it’s the 3rd time. Request urgent intervention.

I clearly mentioned that the internet drops / degraded between 7PM - 11 PM IST. This is purely to do with bandwidth sharing, what is that technician do with the WiFI router!!
