    @airtelnews airtelindia i have created a broadband shifting request in gurgaon. Same society same tower. It is pending from 30th May. 20 calls to cuatomer care. Every time false promices with no result. Pathetic service by airtel team.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Absolutely lost my mind trying to connect with an actual customer service agent. The helpline numbers 121 & 198 are absolutely useless unless to connect to the sales team. Every call leads me to an AI bot and an IVR call, with no actual resolution.

    Hello @airtelindia @airtelnews did I make a mistake by installing your internet? You charge the full amount, internet only works for ten days a month. Your service is the worst. You don't have a customer care number, where you can talk. Wireless service is zero in my Gurgaon.

    @airtelindia @airtelnews what is this I recharged for unlimited 5g internet as advertised on 3599rs plan,I do have 5g handset and 5g network coverage in my area , but 5g data being used from the 2gb quota and once it got over it stopped working , so where is the unlimited 5g?

    @airtelindia why the same problem every month why my 5g unlimited is not working . Also called the customer service after hearing my problem he cut my call . Is this type of service are you promising ? Fix my problem. Even I am staying in a 5g area facing this problem from 2days

    @airtelindia Your service has been poor since I (9994572701) upgraded to Airtel Black with IPTV. Internet issues persist despite multiple tickets via IVR. Poor response from service team. Fix it or deactivate my connection and collect your boxes. (Zone officer - 6385522525)

    Raised an Airtel Wi‑Fi complaint on 28th. Local office called on 30 May saying a technician would attend- turned out to be an invisible technician. Complaint marked “resolved” on 31 May but my Wi‑Fi still doesn’t work. @airtelindia Wat’s your procedure for actually fixing issue?

    @IndianTechGuide Where is this speed? *uxking lie Have a 300mbps @airtelindia broadband, on 2.4ghz speed is THROTTLED at 40mbps, on 5ghz, speed is ~100mbps but range is like 10-20 feet only. It's pathetic. On raising a complaint - it's company policy, you can take repeater for 400 pm additionally
