    @TataSky poor service continue calling every month for no network on main television while secondary television works totally fine enginner coming month taking money senior telley callers abuse to disconnecting the call moreover 12-30rs charge for call @airtelindia lets connect

    @Airtel_Presence So you registered a complaint based on above tweet and send me "it has been resolved" two days back without providing any resolution and information on the "resolved" status! Not just the network/internet, service degrading as well! @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia 3/3 But my first payment of Rs 1296 made on 20-Nov remain un-accounted in my Air Tel account. Customer support as usual not responding.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Today i try to call customer care through 198 no. From various phone no selection no 1 IVRS sucks the head feels irritated. I don't want to know my balance and validity when I try to call customer care just simply i wann talk person thats it.

    @TataSky who will be accountable for false language from your support team, moreover changing 5k-7k on the name of parts change, it's better I should switch to @airtelindia or some other networks, poor service

    @airtelindia is selling their product with total lie. I was a Happy customer for @airtelindia for more than 6 year. I have never face this kind of unprofessional customer care experience till today. I would never-ever recommend Airtel to anyone #Airtelfraud

    @ViCustomerCare its completely three daya and they cant even resume data service from own system. Better to go with @airtelindia atleast they reply on time

    @airtelindia 1/3 my Novemeber month broadband payment which was paid thry BBPS platform made on 20-Nov for Rs 1296 was not reflected in Air Tel eventhough the money was deducted from my bank account. I reported the issue on 24-Nov but your customer did not act.

    @airtelindia 2/3 but my service was deactivated citing non-payment on 26-Nov and again second time I made the payment of Rs 1296 on 26-Nov thru Air Tel app. This time Air Tel accounted the second payment only.

    @airtelindia Experiencing the worst service ever! Airtel Wallet is the biggest Fraud. Certain amount was deducted from the wallet 2 months ago, after regular follow ups none of the amount the refunded. Non of the call centres receive calls, have been tried calling many times!

    @airtelindia how to raise service requests with airtel? The airtel app tries to diagnose everything by itself but neither solves an issue nor creates a service request? 1 SIM lost and another SIM has services barred. What to do?

    @airtelindia If the TRIA had given you tolerance to sell your recharge at any cost but didn't told you to give better service . I had daily message from your service that in your area there is technical issue. Only rising of your recharge pack is must #portairteltobsnl

    Few month back, I bought Xstream box and paid 1500 Rs as deposit [Refundable]. At that time Airtel store, customer Care/ installation executive has confirmed me that the 1500 amount will be refunded back in 3 instalments after 3 months. That’s False statement @airtelindia
