Sho (@gr8sho) reported@dactardoom @airtelindia This I noticed it long back and I left @airtelindia forever. Even if you recharge for internet, in between for 5 mins it holds your network and asks you to recharge, as if you’ve exhausted again. I do not have any proof, but this is what chortel does.

NONE of them register option 2 for Wi-Fi query. Your IVR is completely broken and ignores valid inputs. You harass customers 50x a day for payments but can’t fix basic connectivity or your own support system? Fix this RIGHT NOW.
