Hi @airtelindia , I had paid for new installation of Airtel Fibre on 26/08/2021. I was told that the installation would be complete within 4-5 days (Airtel app says it gets completed within 24hrs) . It is still not completed. Calling customer care doesn't help!

@airtelindia Now a days every other day your broadband is not working and there is no way to speak to your customer service. N the downtime is not less that minimum 4hrs. What do u expect from people who are doing WFH and fully depended on broadband? Time to disconnect Airtel.
