  @airtelindia Extremely disappointing service today. I travelled ~30 mins to an Airtel store for a replacement SIM. After reaching, I was told their system/website isn't working. I've now been waiting for 2+ hours with no solution.

  @airtelindia Your service in Anand Vihar Colony, Karnal is absolutely pathetic. Complaints for 3–4 months and still ZERO improvement. You happily charge ₹899 for 3 months while providing unusable internet and ignoring customers.This isn’t service it’s daylight robbery. Shameful!

I have filed a simple request for closing my connection permanently and when talking to their customer care executives I have to explain all the things again and again.
