    Airtel's customer service is proving to be worse than its installation process. Missed installation slot, no engineer visit, no callback, and even after sharing details via DM hours ago, there's complete silence. Customers deserve better than this. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence We hv been facing WiFi issues since ystdy Ur staff visited today n said a wire is broken it will take 1-1.5 hrs. When they didn’t show up I called d guy who visited the 1st time .He replied v rudely n said don’t call Again. His no is 7942736694

    @itsankshree @airtelindia @airtelbank I think they are doing it intentionally and keeping the money by citing technical issues or giving us the flow of the process of recharging the transit card like the customer is illiterate. If there is a technical issue then, they should cancel the transaction right away.

    @airtelindia My prepaid SIM keeps showing no network, so I can't make any calls or use mobile data. This happens together with my Airtel WiFi going down. I'm completely offline for hours and it's affecting my job. Every time it takes 6-9 hours to fix. Please resolve this recurring issue.

    @TRAI Should penalise or come up with a way to compensate the customers who use @airtelindia WiFi. In a month atleast 2-3 days would be experiencing technical issues and wifi down. Today the whole day the wifi is down. So why should we pay for 30 days of service ?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel Fiber is down and I am unable to work from home. Service Request: 11032075902. A technician was assigned for tomorrow (09-Jun-2026, 5:30 PM–6:30 PM), but I need the connection restored urgently today. I contacted the assigned engineer.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Being a PRIORITY POSTPAID customer I am not getting STANDALONE network for my home location at Batika, Boinchi, Hooghly, PIN - 712134. For a MINI 5G cell that is running with NSA . Hoping an upgradation to suppor SA 5G ASAP.

    @airtelindia is the worst SIM/Connection. Pathetic internet speed on postpaid connection, speed is even lower than 4G though it shows as 5G... Useless... Want to port now... Just fed up! @airtelnews

    @airtelindia why day by day your service and people are degrading To raise a complaint it takes 15 mins and then it's 5 people switched. Complaint number 11032000091 - first Tuhin Das then Barun Das then Barun Paik and now Soumya Nath why so many changes in people
