    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Collect router ASAP. Week since disconnection requested. Had to finish today. Confirmed by call center agent.Switched to TATA Fiber.Will discard router if you fail to collect. Dues cleared upto disconnection. NO FURTHER PAYMENTS WILL BE ENTERTAINED

    I purchased the Airtel ₹299 recharge plan, which includes 1.5 GB of data per day, but I am only receiving 1 GB daily. I should be getting 1.5 GB every day,and I also want the 0.5 GB of data that I missed out on since the recharge was done.Customer care not respond @airtelindia

    @airtelindia. I need a straightforward answer to this. I use hotspot while driving or on a long trip, to connect to my laptop or my kids tab. Are you blocking the hotspot? I don't want to get stranded or looking for Wifi while on travel. My hotspot usage rarely exceeds 2GB per month. Respond with clear policies, or the impact of this new policy change. Regards, A concerned customer, having family postpaid for 2 decades with Airtel.

    I took 2 airtel postpaid numbers just few days back thought I won't get internet issue anymore, I will get unlimited 5G all time but in reality this is even worse @airtelindia it's the day 1 my networks are dead and my internet speed is so slow

    @airtelindia @PhonePeSupport I accidentally recharged the wrong Airtel number via PhonePe. The WRR SMS service says "Service has been blocked." Transaction ID: NB26071906033416648984272, Amount: ₹349. Please help reverse the recharge or refund the amount. Thank you.

    @airtelindia We have already raised multiple complaints: • Complaint #4512670517 • Complaint #4513116838 Yet nothing has been resolved. Every interaction results in another assurance, but no actual disconnection and no reversal of the incorrect charges. 5/8

    @airtelindia what kind of unprofessional people you hire to install new WiFi connections in Doddakannelli area? Suresh shows up at 10:30 today unannounced and in 10 minutes disappeared. Challenging him he moved to language issue. Now not picking up call. Such people you hire??

    Hello @airtelindia My network not working, as per your customer care 198 she informed either your number 9936964835 not recharge for 90 days or KYC not done but both are done👍 kyc showing successful. My number is important please restore my number as soon as possible.
