    @airtelindia you are the worst. Neither your customer executive is able to provide the resolution from the last three weeks and your so called site engineer who doesn't know anything. And you have charged me for same because you are not able to resolve the issue.

    I am extremely disappointed with behavior of field engineer during visit. Instead of resolving issue, he misbehaved & was involved in physical aggression. Such conduct raises serious concerns. Requesting for strict action @airtelindia #Airtel #CustomerService #ConsumerRights

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Paying for broadband, getting downtime. Nearly 6 hours of daily maintenance is not done & reflects complete lack of service reliability. I wd be more than happy to change my connection to a local vendor if this frustration continues. 01118090432_wifi

    @Airtel_Presence Day 6 - No call from agent yet. Internet still not working. When will this be solved? I will wait till tomorrow and file a case in consumer court and get the compensation. @airtelindia @airtel_presence

    @airtelindia Hi @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia - still i didnt get any help? No one contacted me or resolved my issue. You asked to DM me in 1-1 chat but no one help. I am not sure whom to escalate how to stop postpaid service. You service is reallybad.

    @airtelindia Extremely disappointed with Airtel Broadband. For the last 30 days, my connection has been unstable. I subscribed for 5GHz Wi-Fi, but 90% of the time it runs on 2.4GHz. Raised 20+ tickets, yet the issue remains unresolved.Engineers keep closing SR unresolved.

    Finally after 4 years I raised request to disconnect Airtel Wi-Fi due to poor services, @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia . Hope at least disconnection process will be smooth. Moved to @JioCare - much better speed and better price, Hope services will be good in future

    @techfaze @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Shifting doesn't work in Airtel. It's only on paper. A lot easier to surrender the connection and get a new one. Had to fight for over 15 days to shift, eventually called for a new connection and got one installed within an hr

    (1/3) @airtelindia Last month I was without Wi-Fi and DTH service for 18 out of 30 days. After repeated follow-ups and considerable frustration, I had almost decided to disconnect. I gave Airtel one final chance, and the service was restored within a day.

    @airtelindia India's network is the worst in my area. I recharged for ₹349 for 2GB of 4G and unlimited 5G data, but I can't even use 1KB of 5G data... Very poor network. Is there a solution?

    @2005Ojha @airtelindia ofcourse, after spending so much on ads, no money left for technical upgrades. can u imagine my request to unbundle wi-fi from airtel black account is pending for more than 15 days and no one knows why. such is their service level. Perils of few service providers
