my pack for the day gets wasted also on a normal day the fiber speed is like a hell , airtel 4g mobile data speed is far much better and consistent. Data speed lowers down in the same room if you are 2 mts away from the router! It sucks! Return my money @reliancejio @airtelindia

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence either the Airtel Bank is a fraudulent setup, or your cashback schemes are an eyewash. Neither, the Customer Care nor the Stores have any idea of the product. Customer Care asks me to contact the Store, & the Store asks me to contact Customer Care.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews Another day also completed and issue not yet fixed.. it's 5th day of fiber broadband disconnected and Airtel is Sleeping as we have already paid in advance for the rental. Think before going for Airtel broadband.

@airtelindia SMS Alert: Your current pack does not have SMS outgoing service. Recharge with any Airtel Unlimited pack to use SMS services, Data and unlimited calls. Thank u lootne ke liye desh ki janta ko very bad to see airtel did it this with their respective customers.

@airtelindia Horrible and fraudulent customer service. Been calling daily for raising a complaint against illegally activating and changing DTH plan and deducting account balnce. No response provided. Your 24 hrs never seem to end. Will now go to consumer court for fraudulent practices.

From past year or so I'm using airtel broadband services and one thing I can say that it's not very reliable. There are lot of maintenance breaks, literally every alternative day there is a maintenance break or the internet doesn't work. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia Why Airtel is not providing me appropriate bill for my broadband connection. I have paid all of Rs 2800 advance even before getting my connection. But now when I need bill to WHY am I not getting it ? I need it to be able to submit it in my company. Please help ASAP!
