It’s disappointing that such work is happening during peak office hours, disrupting work-from-home users. Planned maintenance should preferably be scheduled on weekends to minimize inconvenience.

Was told eSIM will stop working and switch to Physical Sim by 21:30. Still eSIM is getting network but can't make / receive calls &sms. 198 / 121 no help at all.
