    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am a Airtel black customer and yet i m facing frequent disconnection issues. Surprisingly the wifi turns on minutes before your executive visit to check, and goes out within hours. A good loop hole found by them Do something or refund my money

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Just to add, it’s a single tower most of the time outdoors and indoors. Even the speed hardly reaches 10Mbps on the 5G network.

Interviews are coming up, a hackathon is going on, and I have no Wi-Fi, using mobile data to train LLMs! Either fix this issue or give me my money back. If you won’t fix this by EOD, I’m not going to subscribe or let anyone else anymore!

    Registered for @Airtel_Presence Fiber on 8th July, still no WiFi installed today (11th July)! Sales rep, customer care & even a senior executive promised installation "today" for the last 3 days straight and nothing. Absolutely pathetic service. #CustomerService @airtelindia

    This feels like a scam. Activating the Perplexity subscription on Airtel was easy, but where’s the cancel option? If charges continue in the next bill, that’s unacceptable. Online activation should mean online cancellation too. @airtelindia #Perplexity #ConsumerRights

    @DealsDhamaka This is **** service by @airtelindia It can't give perplexity free for limited time & then suddenly pass on the headache to customers to manually cancel by creating panic by sending unnecessary msgs. If users are not going to get charged, msg text must have been different.
