    @airtelindia What a worst service by Airtel i had put a request for shifting my Airbifer router from Hall to bedroom and since morning I'm struggling entire day had been waisted waiste of energy Waiste of time. Installation person is not responding even he manager not responding

    @airtelindia I am trying to call toll free starts with 1860 and I hear IVR saying I am not eligible for the call.i am facing since a year. You customer care does not help. What I should port out to @JioCare ? Paying ₹1400 for postpaid and facing issues.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Some engineers visited around 11pm at night & they said they will fix it at night while they have some urgent cases to attend and since this is just a ripout they said they ll fix it in 2hrs. I said its fine even if its fixed before 9am in the morning. Its 11:30am now.

    To make matters worse, I’m now being asked to purchase the service again and wait for a refund of the amount already paid. There is no proper cstmr support, no resolution, and I dnt even have an option to cancel the service. Extremely disappointing experience. (3/3) @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Yesterday, I called airtel customer care again. Again 15 mins of explaining to the agent that I don't want to shift the connection or put it on hold. Then he raised a disconnection request from his end. But he said that the outstanding amount of 765 would be reviewed.

    @airtelindia- Hi, can anyone help me on my DTH issue, past 3 days it is not working and in last 2 days your customer care team is saying it will resolve in 4 hours. But till that no solution. I am very fed up with your service.

    @airtelindia @AIRTELSUPP27946 I am पोर्टिंग. My plan expires on 18 th but एयरटेल had stopped sms, internet ,calls . What a pathetic service. Requesting to switch to jio. Much better.

    @airtelindia Second complaint in 2 days. SR: 11035027307 New SR: 11035215736 Previous issue was only temporarily fixed. Same problem again. My work is affected. Please assign an experienced engineer and provide a permanent resolution urgently.

    @airtelindia is the biggest fraud company when it comes to WiFi service. Every day, their customer service lies to me on the call that they will get my WiFi connection shifted in just 3-4 hours, and they will personally take care of it. It’s been days and nothing happens. Liars!
