    @airtelindia Phone shows “5G NSA Disconnected” — network is available but my number is not allowed to connect. 5G worked earlier, ₹3599 plan active. Issue still not fixed and complaint falsely closed. This is a backend provisioning issue. Fix immediately. @TRAI

    Absolutely fed up with @airtelindia . Raised multiple disconnection requests since Jan 2026 after relocating to a non-serviceable area. Prepaid plan ended Feb, yet I’m still getting harassment calls for a “due balance”. Disgusting service & zero accountability. #Airtel

My Jio SIM has been deactivated, but my Airtel SIM is still not activated even after more than 48 hours.Due to this issue, I am unable to make calls or receive OTPs, causing serious inconvenience MobileNumber:6301180552

    @airtelindia Deepak, today after many days the internet came but there is no speed, every call is getting dropped. 198 IVR Computer The consumer has a say on the service But the answer is something: You people think consumers are fools.Don't do such a thing

    @airtelindia My wifi has not been working for 20 days . And when you call customer care they are working on this issue on a priority basis. What we can say as there is no definition of service in India.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Raised network complaint 8-10 days ago .Still facing horrible network - call drops .got SMS problem rectified but ZERO improvement on ground.Stop closing without fixing and if u can't rectify it tell me so that I can switch to other service providers

    So the 899 pack is without any extra benefits also ? @airtelindia Anyway you customer service is bad, atleast give people some extra service, Your complaint resolution is completely broken, a bot that never understands problem Can't speak to a person easily How much you are collecting, atleast provide better service

    Hey @airtelindia I just blocked my old sim, and bought a new sim from your store, as my phone was stolen. I bought it with the same number, I was told it would be activated within 4 hours , but it's been 12+ hours already... Need help on this!!!

    @airtelindia very poor service. I have filed several complaints to shift my Air fiber connection ID-0525231859579 but despite entertaining/resolving the issue a company representative from+91 79 4749 7773 threatening me with dire consequences.

    @ScCardoz @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence It was one best Telecom. But it has also turned worst increasing tariffs without information on postpaid plan as well. The big problem is internet speed and wifi speed what they claim is never. Every two days internet issues. And no one cares
