    Hello @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence what's happening with your Airtel Xstream wifi?? No internet since yesterday. That too in Delhi's prime location. What a pathetic service... every month the same issue and no resolution.

    @airtelindia playing smart game during days prior plan ending date! Even though my handset & location (PIN 571107) both 5G compatible, during plan ending dates it provides only 4G Service, and triggers customers to recharge higher plan than they required. Wat a marktng tragedy!

    @airtelindia i have just joined your network by doing port my number from jio. At the time of kyc your sales representative promised me one month recharge will be complimentary but I did not received will you help me by elaborating this situation

    pathetic service by @airtelindia and no help from customer care. Not sure if your people are trained. They say there is no option to escalate, they dont let me speak to a senior. Every week there is an issue and they never do a permanent fix! Work is hampered! No accountability!

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence , they had raised a request yo the backend team, and it will be done in 4 hours. Both times, nothing happened. Am I a fool, to daily call you guys, and explain same situation to new customer care executive everytime.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I requested for airtel wifi in Yusufguda on 6th July. Installation was to be done by 1 pm 7th July. It's not done yet. Your technician is not responding to call. I talked to customer care yesterday and today but in vain. If you can't do pls refund.

    @airtelindia My prepaid plan is valid till 10th july yet my mobile data is not working and when I call your customer care number all it does is read out the balance and not connect me to an agent this is just too much you can't redirect your users to automated bots.
