    Hey @airtelindia it's been a long pending request from my side regarding high data consumption, I have been taking this issue with you for the last one year but there is no avail... thinking of it now it will be better to switch to any other telecom operator like @reliancejio

    @airtelindia @consumercourtin Very much disappointed with the services of airtel broadband. Have static ip but cannot use it. Complaint done since 15 days no response. No one comes. Router changed but not configured. Helpless. Not satisfied with the services in Mumbai.

My Jio SIM has been deactivated, but my Airtel SIM is still not activated even after more than 48 hours.Due to this issue, I am unable to make calls or receive OTPs, causing serious inconvenience MobileNumber:6301180552

    @airtelindia @airtelindia this is really sad state of affairs, your executive give Wi-Fi with lots of commitment but when comes to service no one is really care. Installed few days back not working from day 1 and no one is willing to fix

    @airtelindia again internet down since morning and no one sgows up...given time of tomorrow morning to take a look at the issue. So cant work and kids cant study online classes. Poor customer service

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia First u say give connection to Family. Then Your team Can't resolve issues in Shifting. Your Backend team Cancels Disconnection requests without Consent. 2 weeks Gone in Stress. Appellate don't take any action. Heading to @jagograhakjago Court.

    @airtelindia Such a useless internet connection you guys are providing this is my consecutive complaint in Twitter (X). Belathur, Bangalore connection literally S***s. Your scripted apologies and zero commitment isn't anticipated here. What's your NOC team doing other than warming seats? PING isn't in milliseconds. Don't waste money in marketing!!

    So the 899 pack is without any extra benefits also ? @airtelindia Anyway you customer service is bad, atleast give people some extra service, Your complaint resolution is completely broken, a bot that never understands problem Can't speak to a person easily How much you are collecting, atleast provide better service

    @airtelindia, your team in Gorakhpur, UP region is not fixing broadband issue from past 5 days and visiting every day with no solution. It is tough to work. Today they asked us to close ticket and they will change router tomorrow evening. Please get it fixed today to unblock

    @airtelindia fraud Network Provider. Their Unlimited 5g never works after given Data limit over as they don’t give 5g network after given consumption. So I opted for unlimited 4g+5g plan still the same. Net running like Turtle. When contact Cx support they have dumb AI.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Having a very painful experience with Airtel dth services and their customer care team. Due to some construction work in my house i needed more cable till the dish. Since last 1 week calling them, they are telling me they don't have cable. Pathetic
