@airtelindia i requested to cancel my broadband connection on 1st and as adviced by your @Airtel_Presence I should pay all dues till 1dec and I paid immediately on call. They promised to get disconnection in 3 Days.Till date no reply and I got the bill till date & no resolution!

@airtelindia Honorable For the last two days there is no network on my SIM card, nor am I able to receive calls, nor am I able to call anyone, SMS facility is also closed, while the validity is till 6 February, Kindly solve this problem soon.

Airtel broadband service is worst. Neither responding nor resolving the issue of shifting my connection since two month. Evan they are unable to give a reason for delay. Recommendation to everyone, choose other provider over Airtel. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
