    @airtelindia I wanted to port to Jio and you customer service called and asked to wait for 3 days to send an execute to help me out in what I asked for so that I can stay in Airtel. But it has been 4 days and no one has contacted me yet. Not something which I expected.

    @Airtel_Presence @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Comments filled with complaints only. This is how India's leading Tcom Comp operates. Paying my postpaid bills without using the service bcoz of no network. Already DMed many times, talked with 10-15 executives still no resolution for my concern.

    @airtelindia service itself irritates. @airtelindia thanks does not work for recharge. That app will not work for anything except accept money to its wallet. @airtelindia thanks app doesn't work to raise our issues. Sometimes it doesn't show the transactions

    @JioCare your service is soooooo useless!!! No internet for 3 days. Everyday we complain, and your guys say within 24 hours of registering complaint because they keep resetting the complaint. Shall we go back to @airtelindia in case after sales service is too much for you?

    @reliancejio i am getting rid from this jio sim. internet speed is like 2g, i complained to jio care but i think they dont care about customer . I trail other company the net speed of that is preety impressive . Now , i am going to port all my family members sim to @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Airtel sucks! I've been without internet connection for past 4 days and this is poorest customer service. Everyday I'm getting fake promises but nobody turned up. Customer care always saying it is escalated and giving me tag time. This is totally a bullshit!! 😡

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence lost your platinum customer due to high headless of Fibre network team. Jio is aggressive & willing to grow!! Worst service of Airtel Fibre team at Hyderabad. Rude, inefficient with integrity issue as they leak customer information to competitors.

    @airtelindia I am using Airtel prepaid mobile number of Tamil Nadu Circle. I am regularly recharging the mobile for Rs.49/- every month. I am not being provided SMS outgoing service in this plan. I am forced to buy an unlimited plan worth Rs.199/- to send an outgoing sms.
