    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence xtreme internet is dwn for 7 days, absolutely 3rd grade response 4fm local team in d area. 3hrs,5hrs,24hrs n nw 3 days, ds is d response of ur Airtel centre and cust care is agn 3rd grade lvl. Is ds kind of service n dwn tym? 7 days going to 10 days?

    @IndianTechGuide Hey @airtelindia, what kind of joke is this? 🤡 You raise plan prices, call it "Unlimited 5G", and then silently slip a clause stating we can’t share it via mobile hotspot? If I pay for data, it is my data. I should be able to use it on my laptop, tablet, or phone as I see fit. Charging premium rates just to treat a basic smartphone feature like a crime is pathetic.     Pathetic service from @airtelindia it’s been a week since I had requested IPTV and paid the amount. No one has reached out to me till now and following up with customer care past 4 days. Customer care team telling that they had escalated the issue and no one came for installation

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My wifi has been down since 15th july and no solution has been provided. And i am into a one airtel member with priority postpaid . This is the kind of service you are providing.3 days no wifi and i am not gonna pay my bill of 3 days.

    @airtelindia In this day and age, which company sends flash messages, and what smartphone user actually needs them? There is no option to disable them in the SIM settings, and even searching online for a text-message-based solution doesn't work. Is this the reason I switched jio?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence it's high time you have an open transparent ticketing portal that's visible to customers. Otherwise, we keep raising issues but you don't even understand the issue. Also, few of your routers have software bugs and you act like you don't care.

    Biggest mistake I have done was taking a 1GB data loan from @airtelindia , recharged 33₹x3, and as per instructions from @Airtel_Presence recharged 22₹ but still these guys didn't recovered that 1GB data loan. Can somebody tell me how I lodge a complaint on them??

    @airtelindia you are one of the worst when it comes to provide resolutions. I’ve raised my DTH complaint on Sunday 12th July and today is 17th and yet there’s no visit from your executive yet. What’s the point of taking the Airtel BLACK services when you cannot solve the problem?
