    Service request #10947303842 was raised on 20 May with resolution date as 23 May but no one responding to queries post 10 days. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence services are pathetic. @MIB_India this is what happens when you run duopoly.

    It was morning and the message came that 50% net over was over, I am now regretting taking Airtel SIM while my SIM is phone, both 5G and no reply from anywhere, no help. @airtelindia @TRAI

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Twice my complaints were closed without resolution. Weak indoor signal, unusable internet and call drops still continue. Closing complaints won't fix the network. Stop marking issues as resolved when they are not.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Day 1 (28 May) Reported the issue immediately after the connection stopped working. Response: "We have marked it as a high priority and it will be resolved soon." Fair enough. Things happen.

    @Airtel_Presence ,@airtelindia Very unprofessional, unethical service providers. STB stopped immediately after installation with wifi . Complaint raised but nobody has contacted me . Mail sent to then also not responded. What legal action can ai take against them?

    @airtelindia @airtelnews Multiple complaints have already been raised via the Airtel Thanks app, but they were closed without any resolution or proper update. Need manual intervention request your technical team to visit the site and investigate if this is due to nearbyconstruction or towerrelated issues

    @airtelindia , I’ve reported poor network quality for months with no follow-up. Tickets via the app auto-close without resolution, and no executive has contacted me. Is only Priority support valued? If this continues, I will consider switching to another provider like Jio.

    @airtelindia Paid for a new Wi-Fi connection on 29 May 2026 and was promised installation by 31 May. It's now been over 4 days with no installation and no meaningful update. Support only says it's "escalated to the highest level." Very disappointing service

    @airtelindia Pathetic state of affairs for getting broadband connection. 5 times rescheduled. Engineer doesn't pick call nor calls back. Sales person says "engineer doesn't pick my call too" The app chatbot is a joke. Doesn't have this section. Of zero help. Doesn't have a customer service number.     @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence In Hoskote, Bengaluru, my Airtel Broadband connection has been down for the last 3 days. The Airtel app keeps reporting an area outage, but there has been no resolution so far. Could you please provide an update and help restore the connection ASAP.

    One genuine question for @airtelindia: When customer care says "high priority", what does it actually mean? Because after days of waiting, multiple escalations, repeated promises, and no resolution, "high priority" seems to mean "wait another few hours."
