@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Despite DND, your customer care guys are flooding spam calls in the mobile. Not even in Airtel but in BSNL number too. Calls comes from random mobile numbers but are automated with bots speaking. How come is this happening?

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have airtel broadband connection and had some issues so I raised complaints repeatedly (6 to 8 times ) on customer care and with local branch. Each time complaints were auto closed without resloving them. Worst customer support team.

@airtelindia I regret my decision to port to Airtel from Jio. It's hard to reach customer care execute even after 5 minutes though complaint number 198. There is no option to register grievance. If this continues I will port back to Jio.

Before this Saturday @airtelindia was the best service provider for me, that's why I chose Airtel fiber! Looks like worst decision of my life!! 4 days of installation and the router didn't work for even 10 minutes,multiple complaints, 20 calls still no solutions!@Airtel_Presence

This is worst. We have 4 sim at home and same issue. I was told that I'll get resolution within 3 days. Now more than a week. I'll be taking out 4 sim along with 10 of our relatives to @reliancejio as @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence is not bothered to listen. #patheticAirtel
