    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am facing the same issue I was facing last month. B001 error on SET HD. Could you please look into the same. Is there any permanent solution for this? The channel starts to show this error out of no where suddenly.

    @ShwetaAgarval @airtelindia Airtel is the costliest and the worst of them all. Sometimes BSNL provides better network.

    @JioCare my jiofiber connection has become so slow that the room beside where JioFiber is located doesn't have speed to even run a youtube video but when doing "run diagnostics" no issues detected..I am a JioFiber customer frm 2021, is it a sign for porting to @airtelindia ?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia If you are incapable of completing my service request, cancel it immediately. I expect a full and prompt refund of the ₹500 payment made on June 3rd. Do not drag this out any further. Confirm the cancellation and refund transaction details in your next reply.

    @Airtel_Presence I don't need cheap apologies.. Just fix the issue.. This seems to be a big scam. @airtelindia 1st falsely took the amount of their customers for services and then cancle the same by themselves and then by keeping amount in their bank they make very big interest on that amount

    @airtelindia What exactly are we paying for? I live in Kurla Nehru Nagar, Bldg 68 & the Airtel network here is absolutely pathetic. Residents, especially those whose homes face the backside of the building, get little to no signal throughout the day. PT1

    Why did @airtelindia abruptly stop its good network coverage in my village in 2019 without any reason? 📶🚫 Currently, 0 Airtel coverage in a 25km radius! Competitors (Jio/Vi/BSNL) are terrible here. HUGE untapped market for Airtel Mobile & AirFiber. Pls restore @Airtel_Presence

    Update from an Airtel Black customer: Today I learned that the most difficult part of customer support isn’t fixing the issue… It’s successfully registering a complaint.     @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence The number given on the app for Airtel Black customer never connects,why is it given in the first place, when there is no willingness to provide customer support. Only when a new connection is taken there will be call & way too many. #badcustservice

    I switched to an eSIM a week ago. My data and calls work, but the 24-hour incoming SMS security block was never lifted. My incoming messages are stuck at the network level. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia help me out asap !

    WTF @airtelindia since yesterday the mobile networks are unavailable or two low internet speed, and on top of that you have the audacity to push "recharge karo" notifications when I already have an active 5G plan.

    @airtelindia I recharged with an Unlimited 5G plan, but after my daily 2GB data is exhausted, 5G stops working despite having a strong 5G signal. If 5G stops after 2GB, how is it "Unlimited 5G"? Please explain and resolve this issue. @TRAI @DoT_India #Airtel #Unlimited5G #Jio

    @airtelindia I am Airtel Black customer against mobile number 9890121525, having combined plan for DTH, Internet 200mbps 999 plan and 5 postpaid numbers. The plan came with discounts in each bill. Recently I had DTH to IPTV upgrade issue and misguide by customer care. Plz help.
