    @Airtel_Presence Pathetic- Hopeless-ignorant. Can’t find worst word then these. I was told that some1 will visit to check the issue 2 days back but nothing. No surprise. Thank u for wasting my time. Won’t spend any more. Officially worst ever @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @AirtelIndia Extremely disappointed with your service. It’s been 10 days and my WiFi is still not working due to a broken wire and damaged router. No resolution yet. Engineer Chintu Kumar has been misleading us repeatedly. Ticket ID: 11029201439. Resolve this ASAP

    @airtelindia when i was using prepaid plan 2gb/Month every thing was fine.the day i switched to postpaid unlimited data plan. network /data speed has reduced dramatically.

    @JioCare Tried relocating my Jio connection with order id LR00001D3UQR and wow… what a mess. Customer support is basically nonexistent, no updates, no timelines. Officially out of patience. Switching to @airtelindia or @ACTFibernet and closing this connection.

    When you want customers to buy Airtel, you call nonstop. But once we actually take your connection, suddenly there’s zero customer service. Amazing how fast you disappear after the sale. Pathetic. @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Hi can you guide on hot to raise the disconnection services as I would like to change the service provider from Airtel to any there competitors. The AI bot is waste of time as the problem stays.

The thing is both out recharge was coming to an end like my pack was expiring day after tomorrow. So nearing the end they drain out our data @airtelindia what a f’ed up way is this.haveshame

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence is the worst service provider in India. They are just finding ways to grab money from you. No ethics and no respect for brand loyalty. I've been using Airtel Black for 4 years, and they will still screw you to make more money. #shameful

    Dear @airtelindia Thank you for providing the worst customer care service. As a jio sim user I can't dial 121 to report airtel WiFi issue and when I said it to your customer care they are saying this is the only number I can register a complaint on.
