    If only @Airtel_Presence service reps were as enthusiastic about attending to service requests as they were to opening new connection requests. I got @airtelindia broadband last week and have had wifi for all of TWO HOURS!!! And not a single service person has responded

    @Airtel_Presence , @airtelindia @VittalGopal. They even dont care about people who contribute rs. 1799 to their arpu, which is 170, perhap. Forget thier care about normal customers. Care Standards going down drastically which ultimately cost airtel dearly

    @airtelindia shame on you How could you just force people to recharge the particular amount you want...... Why did you stop ₹99 plan. Which is for simple phone? What is the use of ₹155 1gb data on that phone..😡😡 frustrated with @airtelindia service

    I needed a new sim and went to an airtel store nearby and I was asked to put the airtel black scheme merging the airtel nos available already at home. They didn't mention it will be postpaid + I still have not got my new sim. Can I get help here? @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia I had purchased a plan of 28 days validity with 1.5gb daily data, unlimited calling etc. But when recharge is done i received a message from airtel of validity for 24 days. Even when i called the customer care number, the executive was arguing rather than apologize.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Got a new connection of Airtel fiber+DTH on 7th February 23. Airtel fiber is not installed yet, Airtel DTH is not installed yet. The technician assigned is not picking the phone to resolve the issue and has been delaying a lot.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews 1/1 We are residing in USA, My husband’s airtel Sim is not picking any network, and the resolution provided by Airtel customer service is to visit India and get a new sim. It’s not practically possible to travel back to India for Sim.

    @airtelindia Black billing is so stupid. Sigh. They give their highest ARPU customers - a due date ~10 days after billing date - Pay only on our App. We will not allow you to pay anywhere else. Reason - Sorry! Billing is complicated. We can only do this for you
