@airtelindia I recharged just now with 558 pack. My validity started from today but where is my 3 GB data for today. It has happened before also. Whenever i recharge i don't get data for the day. But u people never bother to resolve it.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @ViCustomerCare There were was heavy rain in the vicinity 12 hours ago. Airtel and VI tower both went down. Surprisingly Airtel tower came back online within 30 mins and VI tower hasn't come yet. Still waiting. Shows the standard of the services.

@airtelindia @airtel Internet connection is not working on my airtel broadband connection. Since morning I can see modem has LOS red light on. I did some inspection and found that the fiber cable is broken at the fiber box end on the pole. Please fix this asap.
