So @ViCustomerCare just deducted some amount from my balance for "Games World" without my consent! All this time I had accepted bad network, slow data speeds for 6yrs but this is the end it seems! Now I seriously have to port to @airtelindia or @reliancejio

@airtelindia I asked him to transfer the call to his line manager, he says there is no manager on d floor n his attitude was like, do whatever u want. Nothing is gonna change here. Can Airtel team take this up n atleast warm the guy. Need quick resolution on this.

@airtelindia - I had requested a review of wavier of Amazon Prime membership fees. No where it mentioned it means cancel. Recorded message said I will get a call back in 4 hours. I didn't get any call back and now my Amazon prime membership is cancelled.
