@airtelindia I visited 2 countries (US & Turkey) last 5 weeks with AirTel international roaming. The calling and data was very patchy - did not even work for me for days. Called CS at least 10 time with no resolution. I see a bill of 21k ₹ for the period. 😱😱 How do I escalate?

The customer care number 121 doesn't work from international locations... 🤦. The website opens in the app and the app says I already am on a pack and gives me no option for extension. Your DM is unresponsive... What should I do? This sucks! @airtelindia ,#CustomerService
