    @airtelindia, my WiFi router has been installed for 5 years, and it keeps turning off every 10-30 minutes. This causes problems, especially when I'm using internet banking. This is the third time I am requesting a router replacement, but the inspection engineers keep rejecting it

    @Airtel_Presence I have DM'd, but I have no hopes. Just send the steps on how to cancel the connection. @airtelindia was my primary connection with @reliancejio as my backup, but Airtel has been a disappointment.

    @airtelindia I have been having wifi issue since yesterday. Your app and your support teams are ****. I have made 5 calls and everytime I call, they say its a temp outage and it will be resolved in 4hrs which is what your chat on Airtel thanks also says.

    Shamefull act: Launched priority postpaids and reduced the quality of normal airtel network. Now they will force the customers to pick the priority network. What the hell is going on! 5 urgent calls dropped today. I can imagine the drowning future. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
