Knock knock @airtelindia , it’s been more than 14 days that we haven’t received the FASTag we applied for. This is government level stuff and if you’re not going to be responsible and responsive enough, WHY COMMIT? Your customer (s)care is beyond frustrating in this regard esp.

@airtelindia Sir , My mobile is 8072415078 I recharged a mobile number on 04-11-20 For rs 379 earlier it is failed I recharged rs.399 again both recharge r successful. Now it accept 1 rechrge. Rs.399 is not refelcted. I tried to contact customer care I m unable to speak executiv
