    @ThePlacardGuy @airtelindia First they come up with hefthy monthly recharge plans then No recharge No incoming nd now giving priority 5G to a section of customer. Its nt about money or service its about customer does not left with any best third option in this duopoly. @JM_Scindia

    @airtelindia @TRAI @jagograhakjago Customer support system of Airtel is such that it itself needed support . One can't lodge complaint on Airtel thanks app, after so much pain any how Customercare connected, asked for speaking to senior authorities, Cc executive has arranged for call which didn't happen till now

    @ThePlacardGuy @airtelindia That works if you get a 5G signal in so called big cities lol. Complained so many times...been an Airtel postpaid user since 2014...but sadly @Airtel_Presence doesn't give a **** about it. Been complaining since 2019 but nothing happened lol.

    @AditSin34074100 @ThePlacardGuy @airtelindia That's a false equivalency because the railways are run by the government, a hugely used service that can't be a loss making entity. Airtel is placing priority access on the bandwidth that is not theirs to begin with. It's in a ******* duopoly business raking in huge profits

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Request no. 656465920 raised on 25th May — ZERO response till now. I wasted 25 mins on CC only to be disconnected. Remote not working, channels unwatchable. This is the 3rd post. No response. PATHETIC service, no accountability. Fix it immediately!

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My Airtel Broadband connection (0766231053012) has been completely down for the last 20 days due to maintenance issues. I have already raised complaints multiple times, but still no resolution has been provided. This is causing serious inconvenience

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Because of pathetic services , I discontinued Airtel Digital TV connection. Now I will discontinue your pathetic service in your broadband service. Extremely low speed...less than 1mbps while I suppose to get 40mbps. @TRAI

    @ZeroVmos @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I use both Jio & Airtel. I've faced a similar issue when only on 5G network still data is exhausted & Airtel doesn't admit it as an issue which is weird & never faced this on Jio. A lot of people face this and no fix after years. I even used Vi 5G 2 months no issue with them

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia 3 days no internet in Dwarka, Delhi. Pole fire caused outage. App failed to register complaint, helpline unreachable, technician confirmed no complaint on record. Promised fix by 4 PM today — still nothing. Sort this out. #AirtelDown

    @airtelindia Really bad service from Airtel internet providers, they said they would be setting up my internet on 26th of may and after making multiple calls no one shows up till now. I was in urgent need and would have looked for alternate sources.

    Dear Airtel, what’s the point of calling it “Unlimited 5G” when my daily data still gets exhausted while using 5G? And now even 5G isn’t working properly. This is misleading and unacceptable. Fix this ASAP or I’m porting out. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    Folks who Airtel thinks need @airtelindia Priority, broadly would have access to a fibre connection - at home or office. I don't think data necessarily is the issue always. It is the voice call that has been a persistent problem. Voice over data also does not really pan out. I literally make no voice calls from my Airtel. Everything is WhatsApp call and I hate to use WhatsApp. Here is my Airtel Priority signal in riche rich part of Gurugram! Voice sucks, data is good but why would I use mobile data it if I have a rocket ship from Airtel itself.

    Paid ₹1500 for Airtel Black WiFi. After 20 days, installation was never completed and the order got cancelled. Refund still not received despite repeated complaints and emails. Only getting automated replies daily. Please resolve urgently. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @cpgrams

    Dear @airtelindia, referring to my previous tweet, the technician had come to my home at around 6 in the evening yesterday & he did bring back the connectivity which lasted for 5 mins & said the issue originated from the fatbox. This is the third day & my wifi is still down.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I get airtel PRIORITY only when 5G is on. I do NOT get priority in 4G network. Why so?

    @ThePlacardGuy @airtelindia This is very serious, government must step in. Majority of the consumers are prepaid and recharge from time to time. Starving them of a fair network coverage will be unfair and such monopolistic practices by these cos need to be nipped in the bud.

    Purchased Airtel AirFiber In January with 100 Mbps plan. First 2–3 months it worked perfectly, but now facing frequent disconnection and very low speed issues. Speed sometimes drops to just 2 Mbps and rarely goes above 20–30 Mbps. Very disappointing service. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Installed airtel wifi +tv on May 19th in dehradun. Worked for first 2 days. Since then, no speed or no internet. Complained to customer care on May 23rd No engineer has visited till date. @AirtelWiFi143
