    @airtelindia quite aghast with your Xstream broadband customer service. Applied for disconnection (due to non availability at the new location though barely 4 kms apart) in April, still awaiting refund. This is what I pay for being an Airtel postpaid customer for 20+ years.

    @airtelindia complaint no waive off provided to customer instead of this, getting daily 2-3 reminder for due payment while customer having a payment history of 12 years i.e. never crossed the due dates even a single month.

    .@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence sucks when it comes to shifting of BB connection. Made a request on 22.06 to shift the BB wef 28.06. But no resolution till date. Airtel partner says shifting connection is not profitable. But a new a connection can be give in 3 hours time!

    @airtelindia Further there is no mechanism to permanent disconnection in customer care as well as so much frustrating to log complaints or call to customer care executive it’s not user friendly in many terms. My Internet services are not working from 02-Jul-2022.
