    @airtelindia My data may not exactly work in our area. I made a call to the customer service number 198 for several days. But could not register my complaint. Input numbers did not work. Their service center could not provide a solution to my problem

    @airtelindia respected sir i have made a rc of rs249 in which i got a coupon of rs49, hence i had to pay rs 199 finally . Since it was FRC and your customer care executive told me that i can recharge it even from my phone .I've done as per the he said to me ,my amount deducted

    @airtelindia I want to cancel my broadband connection, no customer care number to call and talk, customercare email is not supporting and solving my query at all, it's rather asking me what I don't have. Ridiculous service. How do I cancel my connection.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence pathetic broadband service in Mumbai... Keeps going down every few days and team not able to resolve it from months.. Our building has many connections which you will lose now due to your bad response to resolving issues.
