@airtelindia Dear Airtel, You have lost focus on telecommunications. I have spent 2 hrs to reach a human being in Airtel customer care, not unsuccessful. Can't understand why your IVR, Simi, Messenger are all so AI dumb. AI guys need gingering up, they are loosing you customers.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelnews @airtelindia I asked for cancellation today and they accepted that. They told that Airtel doesn't have money to give new modem and no solution to issue occurred after their software update. I felt bad that Airtel took money without service and cheated me.
