    @airtelindia Unfortunately, I am still unable to set my desired Hello Tunes as a postpaid user, despite having contacted customer service. They were unable to assist me with this issue. I find this unacceptable given the cost of the service.

    Even after sending DMs and complaint details, there is still no proper reply or technician update from the Airtel team. If the issue cannot be resolved immediately, then at least provide a full bill waiver for this month. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    How does an International Roaming pack activate when the SIM wasn’t even in the phone? This feels less like customer service and more like forced looting. Confirmed no renewal, took precautions, yet billed anyway. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence – please explain and reverse this.

    That other number was not the first one in my list either; there is no logical reason for it to be auto selected. I want reversal of the data pack which I cant use any more. Its a pathetic experience calling customer care as well @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @TRAI does it take 3 days to tranfer 1 wifi connection intercity? The network is inconsistant and we get it intermittently but u charge us full for lack on your part. Pls get it done asap or i will port to @reliancejio

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia ...Based on this experience, I would not recommend Airtel AirFibre to anyone who works from home. I am now planning to cancel the connection and switch to a local provider who can at least provide timely updates and support.

    1000s stranded @airtelindia @TRAI @ndtv Airtel provides worst services in name of unlimited data usage and no proper network also in 611111. When informed they told me 4 hrs but so many people affected. It’s been 3 days now.
