    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My Airtel Wifi has been down since 23 May after engineers came to resolve a issue I was facing and promised only a 3-hour outage. Its been almost 72 hours now, and I have no Wifi. I’m being told to wait till 28 May for further help. Poor service!

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence This is not a phone issue. Same problem on multiple devices and numbers → clear network/tower issue. Generic troubleshooting won’t help. Need real action, not template replies.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Raised multiple complaints about persistent network issues (poor signal, disconnections, slow speeds) but still unresolved. As a postpaid customer, I expect priority 5G service. Also unable to cancel my Data Booster pack despite repeated attempts.

    @airtelindia f***you, every now and then your Wi-Fi service is down. Paying 1k per month no proper network no proper Wi-Fi. Just shut your shop and get lost

    @airtelindia @airtelindia I’ve been trying to convert my postpaid SIM to prepaid for days. Twice my request was closed saying “could not reach you.” I spoke with customer executives for 5–10 mins, but during the final process step they kept saying “your voice is not audible.

    What a horrible service- adding to the family plan one click on Airtel thanks,but for removing 22 mins call to customer care,100 of verification and conclusion is pay for bill which is not generated, how do customers know outstanding-visit airtel store @airtelindia @JM_Scindia

    Hi Team @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence , WiFi is down from yesterday morning and nothing solved yet? Airtel doesn’t have a capable on field technician or what? Why every time network is down it is taking days to resolve? How are you going to compensate for the loss?

    @aprbsty @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Exactly, it’s just a fancy label to justify higher bills. Same ‘priority’ network that drops indoors and crawls during peak hours. Airtel needs to fix actual coverage instead of selling premium tags.

    @airtelindia Your network quality is worst nowadays. I did a port from another provider to Airtel for better network but I was wrong. This is even worst than previous provider. I am sorry to say but I am doing port again.
