    @airtelindia I have cancelled my Airtel wifi a couple of months back because I shifted to a new place. A cancelled Cheque has been sent to my old address where I don't stay anymore. Ticket : 02218499177_WIFI. Unable to reach in app and get support.

    Airtel people have been trying to fix the network in our village for the last 5 years but till date the network is the same and they are looting the money. There has been no facility for the public and there is no connection to the 5G network.@airtelindia @airtelnews

    Very disappointed with @airtelindia service. Applied for Airtel Broadband, paid the amount after being contacted by a sales pereon Siva, received installation confirmation SMS but no one has visited yet. Every day I was told “installation will happen today” Saturday, Sunday, Monday but nothing happened. Now he is not responding to calls or messages. Is this the service Airtel provides after taking full payment? Either install immediately or process my refund so I can choose another provider. @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews

    Really disappointed with @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence . Every time I contact them, I get the same response but no actual resolution. An executive clearly told me my issue would be fixed within 30 minutes, it’s now been more than 24 hours and nothing has changed. See more

    @airtelindia service here in South Africa is quite poor. I have taken different international roaming pack for me and my wife. But it’s very poor. Neither we are getting proper internet nor voice call reception. You must offer your services in the countries where you properly can

    @airtelindia @AdobeExpress I am extremely frustrated with constant “Connection Lost” issues on Airtel Air Fiber. Almost every time I try to do something important, the connection drops. It’s creating stress and hesitation before starting any work. This is seriously affecting productivity. Please see to it.

    @airtelindia I recharged my Airtel number 7991407887 with ₹1199 plan on 26 Feb 2026 which includes Amazon Prime Light. However, Prime Video is not working. Amazon asked for Entitlement ID from Airtel. Please help urgently.
