    @airtelindia been just 10 days and the wifi is not responding. I was told by the sales guy that within 4 hours it is resolved. It has been more than 12 hours now. Superb service already. Surely recommended not to use. @airtelindia SHAMEFUL

    @TRAI @airtelindia @reliancejio It's whose duty to do E-KYC if a person is switching From Prepaid to Postpaid. I think Tele Service Provider. Regardless of having a Postpaid connection I was lost without Google Map in Jammu-Katra road. I request TRAI to take some stricter action.

    Booked Airtel WiFi in Mumbai, paid the money, technician came and then suddenly said there’s no signal in the area. No refund update, no response from the service guy and customer care has no proper refund option either. This is honestly feeling like a scam now @airtelindia

    @airtelindia I was charged extra in airtel black bill. Chat bot didn't allow me to lodge complaint. After lot of effort I was able to get tickets created but ticket got closed without correction. I am being asked for late fee. @Airtel_Presence @airtel

    @Airtel_Presence I raised a Wi-Fi shifting request on 6 May 2026 (Order ID: 21-167403585752). Installation was later scheduled for 13 May, but even after 9 days it has still not been completed. Kindly resolve this issue urgently. @airtelindia

    My family applied for an Airtel broadband connectionin Palasuni Bhubaneswar through an agent named Rohit Das. He collected amount from me, but even after 2 days no installation has been done and no responsereceived. immediate support and verification of the agent. @airtelindia
