    Pre call announcement is playing on every single call ... It's so irritating and u have to wait until it's complete then your call will be completed... Why?? Can't I go to consumer court ? Even for emergency call u have to wait for complete 1 minute @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia I’ve been trying to close one connection of DTH from my Airtel black package since last 1 year. Every time I get told it’ll take 48 hours to close but the same has not been done till now. From past 1 year I’ve been paying the money for the same. Such callous behaviour from Airtel. Any solution?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia You have all my Wi-Fi records. My issue was pending from 16 May to 31 May, and my connection was finally disconnected on 10 June. What kind of service is this? Please process my full refund immediately.

    @airtelindia Airtel wifi registration done on Monday. Guy came immediately within hours, took full payment and committed for installation on same day. It’s been more than 4 days and the only reply i get is “Tomorrow”. Disgusting service ! Pathetic CCare.

    Hi @airtelindia you won’t be concerned about your diminishing network quality even after so many complaints. But you will call customer 5 days before their pack expiry everyday to remind for recharge. Waah kya baat hai @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia u dirtbags, whn u show such proactiveness in hounding ppl for bills, why is your service dead in Neral? Bheek mangne ate ho sirf. Service is equivalent to a public toilet at any railway station. Lousy piece of filth!

    Telecom company’s looting their customers,I’m @airtelindia user,there is a pack of 349 Rs & they offers UL Call, 2 GB/D &5 G unlimited,I am iphone user and my phone 5G support, & my Network also shows 5G,But despite that I am unable to use 5G unlimited data. #airtel #MbappeOnZEE5

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia incoming/outgoing calls throw call failed since yesterday. Network reset works for a while and issue surfaces. At least have some courtesy along with your useless network to inform your customers of any issues. What now?

    Hello @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia! I paid 6 months’ advance for my Wi-Fi but post that ended up adding it to my Black. I’ve been getting additional bills in my Black, but the advance was never adjusted. Can you help? Almost surprised that it didn’t happen automatically?

    @airtelindia @airtelindia Called customer care — told "everything is fine on our end," no ticket raised. Visited the local Airtel service agent — he said his hands are tied without a ticket. So now I'm stuck in a loop with no one willing to actually log the issue.
