    In less than a month's time, facing it again today. Last time they fixed it the next day. Today the outage is since 8 30am. We couldn't raise complaint cos it's outage. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I can DM the details too. Entire apartment is facing the issue for half a day

    @airtelindia This is not an isolated issue. Many customers in the Manikonda area are facing the same problem. Airtel should provide transparent communication and a proper resolution instead of confusing customers.

    How do you allow fraud within the network? Ticket 31-1000014389228 . Two hour international call added In my May Bill. There's is separate line item at the same time for a local call. Till now you have not been able to tell me how that's possible. You are just closing the ticket saying billing is correct. How can a operator of your size allow fraud within your network? On top of that I was told my complaint is legit and I will get the refund in my next bill. You have closed the ticket with a different comment saying bill is correct. Now after the second bill it's too late to address old bill complaint? This is crazy @airtelindia

    @airtelindia still no action....airtel don't care.....but charge us for their own late action... And plz tell explain why customer has to pay for DTH BOX SOFTWARE failure...it's not customers fault...not damaged by customer...

    The @ACTFibernet service in Blr is so terrible! They take 10+ days to setup your OTT/TV subscription in 2026 lol. Regretting moving from @airtelindia tbh

    It has been 3 days since my broadband service is down after your maintenance @airtelindia . Multiple calls and support ticket have been raised but not resolution. Absolutely garbage. 2 of my service are up for renewal and will surely cancel them both.

    @airtelindia Shocking experience with Airtel. I was unable to make an important international call during an emergency and urgently sought support. I sent over 150 emails, raised complaints, and tried every available channel, yet received no effective response.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My incoming SMSs were working abroad. Then I recharged with a roaming plan of 4 days due to an emergency. When the plan expired, my incoming SMSs were blocked by Airtel. This has happened many times. I can't keep recharging an expensive roaming plan
