    @Airtel_Presence @TRAI it's really annoying, after sim change SMS aren't wokring after 24hrs too, Since raised request request and complaint to @airtelindia but none of the csd have contacted and it shows their poor service quality This rules is realy annoying, Kindly need a solution asap

    @airtelindia @AshwiniVaishnaw From 24th June till today 9th July I have tried many times on customer support but nothing has happened, I have also gone to Airtel store, when new connection purchase very fast work is being done to get it and when time to stop or close connection no one listens to me.

    @airtelindia My Wi-Fi is not working, and the customer support experience has been extremely frustrating. I have been trying to upgrade my plan, but there has been no response from Airtel despite repeated follow-ups. Poor service, poor customer support, and no resolution.

    @airtelindia worst bloody service. since 3 pm until 11.30 pm now the wifi has not been fixed. instant service is not provided. the pole is right front of my gate and i have a problem. my job goes at stake because of your stupidity. fix it or remove this **** from my house

    @airtelindia Worst WiFi service I've experienced. My Airtel Fiber connection shift was supposed to be completed by 5th July. It's been 3 days and I still don't have my connection. The installation engineer isn't responding to calls

    Hi @airtelindia - I raised an issue of WI-FI not working on 30th June 2026 -service request 11033930030. The issue is still not resolved and almost for 10 days WI-FI is not working. No luck even after calling customer service. @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @AshwiniVaishnaw You have record of my phone call history and wifi details kindly look into it this is very rude behaviour of Airtel support they took many more time to close any wifi connection and in the metro city, Airtel have a brand value trust of being a good service provider please do it

    Frustrated doesn't even cover it. @AirtelIndia my WiFi's been down all evening. Their support doesn't listen, doesn't respond. Switched from @Exitel_India specifically for Airtel—biggest mistake. I'm a paying customer & deserve better. This is unacceptable. #help#AirtelFail

    Fall in love with @airtelindia services. Escalation and Unresolved Issues from a week. WiFi has been down for 5 days and the problem remains unresolved. To whom should I report this? As your executives are not able to resolved the issue, they are disconnecting the calls now.

    Telecom scams of @airtelindia take money for IPTv before, assured call from support in half an hour, 4 hours passed no calls. @pmo you have given us corrupt corporate service, which you have no control.

    @airtelindia I am completely shocked and appalled by the lack of customer service on your calling platform. I am facing 5G issues and your customer service executive was extremely rude and hung the call in my face. We pay a premium for recharges and expect nothing in return?

    @TRAI @airtelindia which I have not used 2 thing they are including mo lpc policy and ogtd policy price and 300 reactivation fee and the total cost is aprox 3000 rs . I have complaint about this but there. complaint no not working and there is no response form the company .

    @airtelindia Over patient, now am going to fill application in national consumer helpline. You should be ashamed of claiming a 24-hour repair commitment when you can't resolve a problem even after 7 days. You don't know how to retain customers—you only know how to lose them. #AirtelCustomer
