    Dear @Airtel_Presence, @airtelindia My broadband has been down since 3 July. I raised a complaint at 8:41 AM that day, but no service engineer has contacted me despite multiple follow-ups and an escalation. I was assured someone would call by end of day (7 PM). No one did. The next day, I was again asked to wait. When I requested a billing waiver for the outage, I was told to call back after the bill is generated to request it. It’s disappointing that customers have to repeatedly chase support for both service restoration and billing corrections. In an age where so much is automated, why should customers spend their time making multiple calls for an issue that wasn’t caused by them? Can someone please take ownership, have this issue resolved urgently, and ensure the billing adjustment is processed without requiring further follow-ups? Please ping me here for my account details

    Dear @airtelindia, This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I booked an Airtel WiFi shifting request for 3rd July. An engineer called in the morning asking for my location, which I shared at 10:41 AM. After that, he went completely silent.

    @hvgoenka @airtelindia jokes with customer in india and claims to be world class actually it was spelling mistake it has to be third class . It says for complaint # 311000014658198 , it will be repaired by 15th July , Airtel to BSNL ka baap nikla

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I'm in the same geolocation, my phone screen is showing a 5G connection and I have done an unlimited 5G recharge, then how can my data get over ? This time I swear I will file a complaint to the National Consumer Helpline. I want my data back 🙏

    @airtelindia My experience with airtel is far from satisfactory, every month i pay the bill and what i get in return is half of the service. In a month more than 15 days wifi is not working, this time also wifi not working since past 5 days

    leaving Airtel DTH after 12 year due to a technical issue on their end. Some channels are working while others have stopped. I spoke with customer care Who talking with me towards customer care. His/her way of talking was good but I am not satisfy to their reply @airtelindia

    @IndianTechGuide @jagograhakjago whom they getting permission to raise the tarrifs, a resolution for 2 month query has not been solved and their executive saying @airtelindia is not liable for that the executive are keep making fool you charging extra payments too.

    @airtelindia might actually have the worst customer experience in India. Random billing dates, WiFi recharge issues,recharge system is broken, incoming calls get cut off after 5 days of recharge expiry. and an AI bot that couldn't solve 2+2.@TRAI

    @airtelindia need help to have IPTV installed. First i was forced to discontinue and purchase afresh instead of get my connection transferred from Bangalore to Mysuru. When bought new connection, only WiFi was installed but IPTV has not been installed. Can you help ??
