@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia The worst part is that if ur number's validity is over u cannot even recharge online coz u don't get the OTP to recharge worst service ever.And in this pandemic u have to go out to ur gallery to recharge this is even worse.

@airtelindia Even after talking to Nodal and Appellate i dont see anything is being done. It is very sad that Airtel is providing very poor service and i dont see anything called Customer Care. You promise a resolution time of 24 hours. It has been more than 5 -6 days.

Hi @airtelindia I applied and paid for wifi connection on 2nd June. No one came and installed it till today. Everyday they say tomorrow and just hang me in between. If you don't work on Sat sun keep your customers informed. #FrustratedCustomer
