    frustrating is that despite my WiFi being completely disconnected since April 1st, I was still forced to pay the bill. This is absolutely unacceptable and clearly reflects the pathetic level of Airtel’s customer service and commitment towards its user.@airtelindia @reliancejio

    @airtelindia, do not cancel your wifi connection with them even if you call customer service. They made me pay a closing fee and still havent cancelled my wifi. Been trying to cancel it for months.

You customer support is getting worse day by day.. i have trying from past 15 days to use iptv, i have raised request, paid and even an agent has been assigned.. but no one called or came to install the IPTV, agent number is switched off from past 3 days.. every time i call customer support they say your query would be resolved, or you will receive a call.. nothing is happening. what is the point of airtel black ?

    Worst experience with @airtelindia AirFiber.Took the connection in March, never got the promised speed, and spent 3 months with a dismantled setup. After multiple complaints, they said 5G isn’t feasible in my area, removed the connection, and still gave no refund. #airtel #fraud
