@airtelindia When airtel called me for the fourth time to ask for my details again, I complained to the Airtel customer service team for their shoddy service . The agent, her name is Susila, threatened to cut the connection if I don't listen to them and give the details.

@airtelindia I have raised request on 28 Aug'22 for WiFi connection as it was not working. I haven't received any update from team yet. Customer care executives are saying 'It will resolve within 3-4 hours' but no action is taken. @airtelindia could you look into this matter.

@airtelindia I'm not able to receive any calls or make calls , it's saying mobile network not available , tried swapping card and using another mobile. It's not yet solved. I had registered complaint from alternative number it's saying resolution date expected is 12 September.

@airtelindia I had a good experience with Airtel broadband but now it has changed to very very pathetic . Will not recommend anybody to use Airtel broadband services. Facing problem since 29 august 2022. Frequent disconnect for 5 days. Everyone Don’t use Airtel.
