    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @TRAI I clearly asked, There’s no 5G in my area, how will that work? They still convinced me. I switched like an idiot. Now 4G barely works, calls drop constantly, and sometimes the internet falls back to EDGE. ScamTel🤬🤬🤬🤬

    @airtelindia Randomly deactivated my mom’s Airtel number without any prior intimation or notice. This number is important for her, and suddenly stopping the service has caused unnecessary inconvenience. @airtelindia, please look into this urgently and restore the number.

    @TRAI It's affecting the day to day functioning. The overall standard of service has gone down. The duopoly needs to be broken for a healthy market and optimal services. The ground level workers dealing with customer of both @reliancejio and @airtelindia have become very arrogant.

    @TRAI bhai puch rahe ho ya bta rahe ho, Internet? even normal calls also had much problem in @airtelindia at my village while we all are paying the same amt but there isa huge difference in services in comparison to cities

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Please cancel my Airtel Wifi connection as after 3 days of promising shifting of connection you couldnt do so. New connection happens in a day, and shifting takes forever. Worthless being a premium customer of Airtel.

    @TRAI Yes definitely @airtelindia 5g network and wifi is too slow speed provider in India now. And there is no unlimited in their pack.

    @TRAI Yes. Although @airtelindia and @reliancejio is claiming 5G networks everywhere but even in cities 5G connectivity is very poor. Both's net is slow like 4G or 3G despite of spending so much amount of money.

    Worst network in my area cant even get 2g speed but paying for 2gb per day @airtelindia please do something, its been like this for more than 2 years.even if its village people are paying money to get the network.

    @airtelindia I am using a postpaid connect of airtel 5g, my mobile is a 5g mobile, sim is 5g but from the last few weeks I am experiencing extremely slow internet, and now see in the snapshot getting only one tower and that too of 4G. I have complained about it but no solution.

    Yes.. most importantly from @airtelindia My 90% is unused as I will always use wifi, but when I step out of home I feel very bad internet and unable to use it.

    @TRAI as Network engineer i recommend use ETH Cables , But for some complaint issue with @airtelindia & @JioCare companies call to call everyday if they have recharge for network plans or not and even if they blocked their numbers they still call using from the Alternate numbers.

    Hey @airtelindia, maybe change the name from “Airtel Care” to “Airtel Don’t Care”. 😡 Still no resolution and not even a call from customer service. It seems your support system is stuck in the same loop as my complaint — “Kaam chalu hai, aap katar mein hai.” 🙄

    Airtel Customer Care, here are such d***head people sitting that they don’t bother to reply even after 1 month despite several reminders. They are such idiots that they don’t care at all about their customers. Frustrated by all this, I ported my mother’s phone, my wife’s phone and am going to port my phone to @reliancejio. I am using @airtelindia AirFiber also; that too I am going to stop, all because they are not valuing us. Me going to port won’t affect them, I know that, but it’s for my self-respect. I can’t be with them who do not respect me.
