    @airtelindia Your services are pathetic. From last 2 months I've been constantly calling to get my Air Fiber connection problem resolved. Everytime I've to wait for 10-15 mins on the call and every time I hear the same response that they are working on the from from Backend.

    @airtelindia been a customer for last 20 years, this whole AI led bot that you have implemented almost iron walling customer from reaching a human support - is pathetic and is an indication that I look for a new provider.

    Hey @JioCare I am getting very low internet speed on my wifi connection. Max speed in 35.80 Mbps on my 200 Mbps connection. Your customer care service is pathetic and useless,just keep me on waiting and still helpless. Do the needful urgently else I would move to @airtelindia

    There is no internet working since evening and there is no way to reach to the real customer executive of @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, trying to reach out to the engineer and no help. Pathetic service! How come your mobile can only have chat boat in the ai era?

    @airtelindia @GyanTherapy The problem around "Fast Lane" internet isn't about whether premium service is wrong. It's about the incentives it creates. If ISPs profit from priority access, they may eventually try to make the regular experience less attractive, forcing more people to upgrade.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews how come the initial complaints were resolved in 2-3 hours and now they are asking 48 hours to visit. Customer care cuts the call in between when asked to close all 5 connections when wifi down 2nd time in 3 days.

    @airtelindia Pathetic service. It is impossible to talk to somebody on the so-called helpline 121. Making everything automated has resulted in service levels falling drastically. Service request not getting attended to.

    @airtelindia what kind of a scam you are running. I have taken a broadband subscription from you. When I tried to disconnect it by paying the full amount, there was no option available. Even the chat support had no option to cut the services. I had stopped using Airtel since then

    @airtelindia I’m in Dubai. My Airtel prepaid SIM shows ‘No Service’. I traveled without activating International Roaming. Please activate International Roaming on my number. I have recharge my mobile with Rs 118 IR pack and still it showing no service. Please kindly help🙏🏻

    @airtelindia as I was saying 2) after your customer executive assured me that my issues would be resolved after I activated my plan, I did activate it only to be stuck in the same hopeless loop. No extra days as guaranteed, internet still 50% less than what I am paying for.

    @ViCustomerCare Already all details given, your service engineer has visited in March also and he submitted the report that there is no network even at upper ground floor. @airtelindia &@reliancejio ke network yhan aate hain to vodafone idea ko network provide krane me kya takleef h
