    @airtelindia My connection was suspended last month due to non-payment. My factory has been shut since last month. I got a new bill with rental for the suspended period. 035328051937_wifi. Is it legal to charge for service when you had suspended them? Your chatbot is useless!

    Hi, @airtelindia your network is very bad since months, I have changed my sim, And you launch airtel Priority or Fastlane whatever and no improvement in network, Call drops and Network speed is slow. Multiple complaints and nothing is resolved. @TRAI

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia worst service. For past 2 months am not using my wifi. Even I mentioned, I want to cancel my wifi, bill was added for past two months. I visited airtel office, they saying, "you simply leave it, it will suspend automatically".

    @airtelindia why is it that you guys cannot provide proper network? I am an Airtel black member and I have 9 connection made into a bundle and the network is absolutely horrible. I’m paying a monthly bill of 4K and yet you guys cannot provide good decent network. I’ll be porting all my connection into a better network if you cannot provide what you promised for.

    @airtelindia I did the disconnection request 1 month back but ur customer support put that in safe custody instead of disconnection that didn't expect from the support team I made mutliple calls try 2 make my wifi discontinue but all time they r just ignoring. Shame on u !

    Extremely disappointed with @airtelindia. My Wi-Fi has been down, and every time I contact customer support, I am given a new resolution timeline instead of an actual solution. This repeated delay is unfair, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. 1/3

    @airtelindia pathetic customer service by airtel. I am not getting 5g when i am on postpaid plan. i am teying to go to prepaid and its telling me that i have pending charge whrn i cleared all the dues. you take 48hrs to convert to prepaid so why i was charged ?
