Within the 28 days, I didn't get proper signal, Internet from 25th day itself. So for 25 days I have to recharge. 365/25?

But after paying that much, I expect the internet to actually work. I’m a Fast Lane (Priority) customer, yet I can’t even load a post on X. This happens almost every single day nd I’m wasting 3–4 hours daily just waiting for yur network to come back.

The service partners don’t call the numbers provided, then close the case unilaterally as resolved. Their crm systems don’t seem to work as the customer has to repeat the same details on multiple calls. Joke
