Try calling customer care & ask them to refresh ur data service pack & then re-start ur phone. Issue shd get resolved to some extent.

Pathetic service by @airtelindia . Did a recharge of 699 and got a 56 days Amazon Prime membership but unable to start it as it says offer no longer exists. Not able to reach customer care also. Just pathetic.

@airtelindia Have been using airtel for a very long time and am very disappointed with the service. I mistakenly listened to one of its employees who did fraud by bundling its wifi with a postpaid sim and selling it to me. Never gonna trust its employees again.
