@DoT_India @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am facing issues with the Airtel Wifi Connectivity. 2 weeks ago we faced the same issue & you took almost 3 days just to send an engineer for a visit. Have raised this multiple times before. Are you ever going to fix any problem permanently?

Bouy @airtelindia Xstream fiber router suuuucks!! DNS is locked. Latency is super high. Can't change default dns. Though band steering is on and set to 'prefer 5GHz', it just doesn't. Sticks to 2.4GHz. Had to shut off 2.4GHz interface. It's plain horrible.

But actuall and real fact is I have not got any call from there service team, without any call @airtelindia service team is sending this massage and harassed there customers. Due to this customers need to recharge there mobile net for Rs 200 300.

My OTT platform subscription on jio postpaid plusplan was deactivated due to delay in bill payment and same can't be activated for lifetime even after the payment. So paying same amount without additional service,I would rather go for @airtelindia postpaid. @reliancejio @JioCare
