    @airtelindia Even after having an unlimited 5G recharge plan and having an excellent 5G network coverage, why the hell is my daily data limit of 2gb getting used and I can't use my 5G unlimited data. You guys are just scamming people at this point.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My bill is due tomorrow, but there has been no resolution regarding the higher amount charged on my account. If you are unwilling to correct the billing error, disconnect my connection as this seems to be the only option left for me.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Received a message with details of Engineer name, number and timeslot for today 7PM. I called the number, engineer told that he doesnt have time, his shift ends at 7:30. Please get the request assigned to an engineer who is free. Else I may have to proceed with other service provider waiting for confirmation.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews the issue is still not conclusively closed. I have already escalated this to Airtel’s Appellate Authority as well, but received no meaningful resolution. Need urgent intervention for closure, unbundling and billing correction.

    @airtelindia My Airtel Xstream Fiber order was marked "Activation Completed" without any installation. No modem delivered. Technician admitted it was installed at another location. I never shared the OTP. Customer care hasn't resolved it. Pls resolve it asap.

    Never seen such bad service as @airtelindia They convert 8 postpad connection in airtel one account while i have family plan of 4 connection and shows 8 connection in airtel app, while all this create for airtel wifi connection and i am waiting for installation since saturday

    Reentry I ordered one UPS from @airtelindia Thanks App on 30th June it never got installed I waited for 4 days and then customer care Executive informed me that UPS is out of stock so we are canceling my order and refund back my money to original payment method.

    @airtelindia @jagograhakjago @Airtel_Presence airtel is that large enough that there customer care, social media handle even there appellate person is not bothered about customer service and just giving me false hope and no ground work. Even they are not closing shifting request so that i can close wifi.

    @airtelindia My wifi isn’t working from 9 days and all you guys tell me we have escalated the issue, you will receive a call , then someone calls and say the technician will call and nothing. Worst service to be honest. People planing to take their services i would suggest dont

    Hi @Airtel_Presence, my Xstream Fiber is on ₹499/40Mbps Unlimited plan but actual speed is ~10 KB/s - barely usable. In-app diagnosis, optimise & complaint options all loop to the same bot reply with no fix. Please escalate to a technician urgently. @airtelindia
