    @MyIndusIndBank @airtelindia I have already sent an email regarding this issue. I also tried contacting customer care, but after dialing the required numbers, the call gets disconnected without connecting me to an executive. Kindly look into this matter and help resolve it at the earliest. @MyIndusIndBank

    @airtelindia @AirtelIndia I was shifted to Postpaid on 19 May 2026. However, today I received a message stating that my connection has been shifted to Prepaid, even though I never requested or authorized any such change. 1/3

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Due to your team's negligence, my broadband connection that was supposed to be disconnected in Mar/Apr was never properly closed. I haven't used the service since April, yet bills kept getting generated & I'm now being flooded with collection calls.

    @Airtel_Presence Paying 3K+ monthly for Airtel Black & still being forced through lengthy IVR menu before reaching support defeats the entire purpose of a “premium” plan. Has that privilege been quietly removed now? Premium pricing should come with premium support. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Requested WiFi closure (11030355706) months ago. Device still not collected, bills keep increasing despite no usage. Customer care doesn’t work & no proper app option to disconnect. Getting a new connection takes a day, but closing one seems impossible. @airtelnews

    @airtelindia Airtel India, for the past 1 month I have repeatedly requested to cancel my Airtel Black subscription as I don’t want to use it anymore. Stop charging me extra and threatening penalties. I will NOT pay any rupee for extra charges or penalties. Cancel it immediately.

    Dear @airtelindia, enough is enough. Multiple complaints, multiple emails, multiple visits to the service centre… still no resolution. Internet barely works, but your team is very active when it comes to sending bills and false promises. Now you are asking me to pay ₹900 for a connection that I could hardly use. Why should I pay for non-working service? Please close this connection immediately before your Airtel box and fiber become just another useless showpiece in my house.
