It's been 12 50 am my daily internet pack not refresh. This is kind information to @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia please solve this issue otherwise I will switch #VI @ViCustomerCare because vi giving more offers and better network this time. I warned earlier. This is ultimatum.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia You demand recharge be done for 3 months at once, we pay you. You demand separate GST for it we pay you. Then why not we get full service ? Why the service gets interrupted and no network for hours?

Could not do online transactions last night using various credit cards as no OTP was forthcoming for authentication. Help desk @airtelindia informed they have an issue which will take 24 hrs to fix. Used my daughters card linked to Vodafone to complete important transactions 🙄
