    @airtelindia Airtel provides the worst service on the planet. I raised a request for an Airtel Fiber connection, but their engineers and representatives are just playing games with me. This is disgusting.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Being a PRIORITY POSTPAID customer I am not getting STANDALONE network for my home location at Batika, Boinchi, Hooghly, PIN - 712134. For a MINI 5G cell that is running with NSA . Hoping an upgradation to suppor SA 5G ASAP.

    Dear @airtelindia I am your customer for almost 15 years. Am your “Airtel Black” customer. I hardly ever called your customer service. Today I had to. I saw Airtel Priority ad. Upgraded my old sim to e-sim. Still priority service inactive. Now listen your priority customer care

    @anubhavrmathur @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Try raising a complaint with National Consumer Helpline, they will act. I had an episode with Quickr RTO services. They sat on my vehicles original docs and money for almost a year! Going to NCH resolved the issue in a week.

    @airtelindia I have contacted Mr. Ankit Awasthi, Mr. Sumit Kumar Saini (Engineer), and Mr. Pankaj Kumar Pal ( Engineer) several times regarding this problem, as they were involved in the installation of my connection.

    @airtelindia very bad customer service exp. I am on intl roaming, no outgoing since ystrdy, even to Airtel customer care, somehow reached out to Airtel care on what’s app,absolutely useless , the person is taking 5 mins for each response , yet no resolution ,will u refund ?

    tata bye bye jio fiber @JioCare @reliancejio . I got wonderful service from @airtelindia Fiber. Now onwards I will not recharge Jio. I was 300MBPs customer and fully disappointed of jio services. I will not r charge my Jio account any more.

    @airtelindia, my Airtel WiFi has been down since 2days without resolution. Every time I call, there’s a recorded IVR message saying services will restore soon, but the timeline keeps extending.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel Fiber is down and I am unable to work from home. Service Request: 11032075902. A technician was assigned for tomorrow (09-Jun-2026, 5:30 PM–6:30 PM), but I need the connection restored urgently today. I contacted the assigned engineer.

    Hi @ViCustomerCare Past last 7 days we are facing network issue. Complaint submitted MNG-V02116001514. Today’s compliment resolved message received but actually network issue not resolved. FYI . We have 8 users face facing same issue. @TRAI @airtelindia

    @airtelindia I have requested airtel WIFi TV and paid the amount . The executive told me the installation will be done tomorrow the. I paid yesterday it self Now the service installation has provisioned for next Sunday .Assigned engineer is not answering calls

    @airtelindia Pathetic customer services.I have raised a request for shifting my wifi and it's been 7 days and nothing has been done yet.Calling your customer care is a pain they asking same details everyday that means your CRM doesn't register details .#pathetic #fraud #airtel
