I said its fine even if its fixed before 9am in the morning. Its 11:30am now.

Again 15 mins of explaining to the agent that I don't want to shift the connection or put it on hold. Then he raised a disconnection request from his end. But he said that the outstanding amount of 765 would be reviewed.
