@airtelindia Third class service by airtel payment bank every year you have to do kyc if you send them your details they don't verify in time if in emergency you are using the service then it's unavailable because it's not verified till yet.

I travelled abroad and I have been incorrectly charged on my phone bill by @airtelindia for incoming, forwarded brand sms and internet which I never used or asked for. There has been no prior notification about the automatic activition of any sort of pack on my phone.
