    @airtelindia to arrange for a technician visit. They promise but in vein. How pathetic is the service! I contemplated to change the connection and dropped the idea hoping for a solution. But you seriously let me down. Such poor service! @jagograhakjago

    @airtelindia Your Wi-Fi sucks … in the last month it was done roughly for 4 days and it’s down again today the worst part is not outage… there is no way to reach out to customer support to talk with a human If we want to raise a complaint in app on outage you won’t allow

    Having horrible experience with @airtelindia I am so called premium black customer but reeling under so many issues without any help..even escalation desks dont bother to respond. Recent misselling/billing issues! It seems now its time to port after more than 25yrs with them.

    Despite multiple calls and raising a support ticket, there has been no resolution and no proper response. I regret switching to Airtel from my previous provider. This has been a very frustrating experience. Please resolve this issue immediately. #Airtel @airtelindia #PoorService

    @airtelnews @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Very disappointed with Airtel's network service. There is no 2G network available on my keypad phone, even though I am only about 500 meters away from an Airtel tower. Basic voice connectivity is affected, which is unacceptable.

    @airtelindia I have been facing this network issue since April and have raised multiple complaints. On 18 June your representative called nd assured me that it would be resolved within the month. Today is 2July, nd there is still no improvement. How much longer do I have to wait?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia when my plan changed by airtel then for 300 gb rollovwr data they confirmed 20 gb data will be added into your pool now every month 20 gb data added on paper but not in my pool my internet consumption start from 21 gb so please solve issue?? Pathetic

    @airtelindia since yesterday no connectivity available in Ghodbunder Area, Thane,Maharashtra. Earlier commitment was 11:00am today and still no Wi-Fi . It’s very difficult to understand why such network issues and without confirm commitment.

    @TRAI my @airtelindia wi-fi connection at Powai, Mumbai isn’t working for last 3-4 days in spite of raising complaint and talking to customer care. They only buy time. Their service breaks down very often. In past 1 week, it was available for only 1 day. Please help.

    @airtelindia Airtel network is very bad in Chunar Mirzapur, neither calls are getting made nor the internet is working, we ported our number from Jio to Airtel but the condition of Airtel is even worse.

    I have paid for now as don’t want to have my family harassed for the non services which @airtelindia is providing. You have 11 days to have the issue sorted before another bill gets generated and become due. Kindly ensure it gets sorted and I pay it on time as always.
