    @airtelindia Very poor experience with Airtel Fiber installation in Amravati (Court Colony, Rahatgaon). I was asked to pay ₹8000 for cable extension and arrange multiple customers if I couldn’t pay. This seems unauthorized. Complaint already raised but no response.

    Airtel technician in the evening that we have to replace setup box and setup box is not available in inventory. Who is going to bear my 10 day recharge value got wasted because of delay in service. Who is going to repay that amount? @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @dth_airtel

    Never sign up with @airtelindia Thanks products with the bill - Google one has no option to manage or cancel and I am being wrongly billed for months. Can’t even get an agent to talk and endless wait on phone on a platinum plan! Go help the smaller bill plans!!! Pathetic….time to port I guess. That’s why we need more options @JM_Scindia @DoT_India

    @airtelindia I am a user ph no. 9416396729... Even if my mobile data shows 5g ... It isn't using 5g and now my 100% data is used ... I have checked everything from my end ...there is a issue in your system .. please fix this ... Or atleast let me talk to a human on customer care

    @airtelindia @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence kindly look into your recent smart connection aka band steering. It’s creating lot of issues and WiFi freeze which your ground team is unable to fix. In age of AI they are suggesting use of wired cable. Pathetic. Complain#11028611830

    What the hell @airtelindia? Booked WiFi + DTH on 13 Apr in #Palwal. After 100s of calls, WiFi got installed after 4 days, but DTH still pending after another 4 days. Promised ₹1500/3 months, now asking extra payment. Misleading & pathetic service. @consumercourtin
