    @TelecomTalk for some reasons @airtelindia USSD doesn't work when autoblock max restriction enabled where 2G is blocked. Jio doesn't have any problems. Airtel unlimited data is also hoax as speed is reduced after 300gb. First they were looting now they are even more fooling us

    Booked Airtel Fiber on 9th April, payment done, but connection still not activated. Agent is giving daily false commitments. This delay is affecting my work. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia either activate the connection by today EOD or cancel & refund immediately. #PoorService

    @airtelindia I have been facing serious issues of no network no mobile data and no wifi from last 15 odd days. I raised multiple complaints (11028262580) & followed up, but no resolution and no clear communication from airtel. Its 15 years with you, still such treatment?

    Pathetic service from @airtelindia No real customer support just bots everywhere. Calls don’t connect to humans, and the app is useless for real issuesMade a simple mistake of double recharge (₹219 + ₹299), and now there’s no way to get help. Do customers even matter anymoree

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Extremely disappointed with your service. We requested a new Airtel Fiber connection on Friday, and your team promised installation within 24 hours. Payment was collected immediately, but it has now been 3 days with no installation.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel network is very poor in my area. Most of the time only 1 signal bar is available and 5G network is not available. Internet speed is also very slow. Please check and improve network coverage.

    @Airtel_Presence In the classic tradition of Airtel customer care, a week has passed and they haven't moved a finger. Meanwhile I still struggle to get the connection after paying the money. Even BSNL was better than this. They never provided service but did not fleece you like @airtelindia

    Hi @airtelindia& @OfficialDMRC I recharged my Airtel Metro Card via mobile but the balance is still showing zero. This is just a waste of time and money. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. Also, I want to continue using my old metro card.
