    @airtelindia @TRAI - Response email - We have found that service request has already been raised for the issue of being unable to make payment in the app under reference number 11033981213 The same is expected to be resolved by 03-07-2026 at 11:21 AM. and my wi fi expires today

    @airtelindia You charge customers for 5G and keep increasing recharge prices every year, but in many areas there is no 5G coverage at all. Even where 5G is available, the speed is so poor that 4G feels like 3G. Stop charging for 5G if you can't provide proper 5G service. #airtel

    Hey @airtelindia, tumhare yahan jo bhi developer hai broadband customer support domain ke liye, bahut CHUTI*A hai. Matlab, I can't rate it out of infinity. Usko kisi se compare bhi nahi kar sakte. I told your customer support 45 days ago why I am not recharging the broadband. They said I would not receive any calls, but still har 3–5 din mein ek call aa jata hai. Matlab kaun gawar ko hire kiya hai jo system sync nahi kar raha, ya cache invalidate nahi kar pa raha. Recharge rate hi badhao bas aur loan dete phir tum. Thank You.

    @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Team, I'm fed up with the repeated complaints for not getting services even after paying 1097₹ for 84 days with unlimited 5g and 4g services. The internet services are worst and multiple call drops in a day.

    @airtelindia — utterly disappointed with delhi airport Airtel prepaid sim counter staff , he is rude , constantly on phone and says server down . If you guys cant have one and only sim counter in the whole airport function properly , how do you plan to operate properly ?

    @airtelbank Mistakenly transferred ₹1426 to a wrong account. Raised complaints last night via mail. Request Nos: 6782840888146 & 6782842460824-1. Customer care said 24hrs, but still no proper update or resolution. Reverse my money immediately. @AirtelBank @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Using Airtel from many years, but for the last four months I am experiencing worst network, unable to browse and make a calls. Daily we have 2gb,but still unable to use it due to worst network at pragati nagar, Kukatpally.

    After paying for @microsoft365 for 5 years I've stopped subscribing to it. After remaining a higher ARPU customer for @airtelindia since 2013 I've recharged with their voice-exclusive plan. June shall personally remain as a very memorable month. I said NO to corporate greed.

    @airtelindia I I am trying to reach a customer executive, but it's so hard. In the IVR, for DTH service, after entering the number, it asks to confirm by pressing 1, but when I do that, it says "wrong choice." How is that possible?

    @Airtel_Presence Paid for a WiFi + DTH combo. WiFi was installed, but DTH was cancelled without my consent. I never requested cancellation and am now being asked to pay again. Request ID: NADE71ZGQE. Please resolve this ASAP. @airtelindia #Airtel

    @airtelindia Bravo As an #AirtelBlack customer, I called 121, asked to speak with a supervisor after speaking to Dhruva Bharadwaj, & got a revert that supervisor refused to take my call & asked me to visit an Airtel Store instead. Is avoiding customers your new premium service?🤬
