    @excitel_rocks no you do not rock in service you rock in frauding customers. I have sent an email for disconnection of my service so that I an go to @airtelindia as ISP. Every saturday on a time it goes off and I raise a tkt where you say in 4 hours it will be done. YOU LIE.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Reactivated my broadband on your rep's phone confirmation of Rs.1300/month, but got billed Rs.570 + Rs.1645 instead. Raised complaints via email 3 days ago — emails not going through/delayed, not my fault. Already disconnected & kept hardware ready for pickup. Need this fixed — refund + account closure confirmed in writing. Don't mislead customers and make false promises to sell your services. A/C 10101033112402 (AirtelOne) Timeline: - Apr 28, 2026: Raised disconnection request, paid in full. - Rep assured no billing while inactive, reactivate anytime. - Jun 3, 2026: Called to reactivate. First quoted Rs.1645 (vs my original Rs.1300 plan), I declined and asked for permanent disconnection. - Rep called back and confirmed reactivation at Rs.1300. I agreed based on this. - Instead I was billed ~Rs.570 within 10 days, then another Rs.1645. - Emails sent 3 days ago about this are not going through/delayed. - Service already disconnected on my end 3 days ago. Hardware ready for pickup.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelbank unable to make payment for airfel wifi on Airtel app. Have contacted multiple times regarding this to the customer care. Not getting any satisfying response. They said they gonna contact me today, but no one reached out..

    @airtelindia Subject: Complaint for very low internet speed on 40 Mbps plan I have an Airtel Xstream Fiber 40 Mbps plan, but I am repeatedly getting very poor internet speed. At the time of testing, my download speed was only 2.14 Mbps, which is far below the promised speed.

    @Ravisutanjani What is this new low by @airtelindia ? First, they gave free plans of Perplexity Pro nobody asked for. Then they discontinued (paused) without any intimation. And now asking to cancel services from our end which they didn’t actually provide.

    @airtelCOMPLAIN @airtelindia @airtelindia issue wid AirFibre 052222214381 since 2 wks. WiFi is off at least 10-12 times a day for hours, and speed is less then 2 mbps. Previously raised reqs, closed without resolution (current ID: 11034919551),please proceed with disconnection

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have installed wifi for 40 mbps in home but it's speed was only 5mbps when iam trying to connect to customer care they have hold my and transfer to another person and the person tell to wait anyone the waiting time it's 35 min and call cut automat.

    @airtelindia I have ported out my number from @reliancejio due poor network, but I am facing frequent call issues such as mute, call disconnect automatically, wrong announcements…etc since I ported out to Airtel.

    @SheriyarShaikh5 @airtelindia Actually Airtel isnt bad. Its just that at my office, Airtel is worst. Even Jio isnt perfect. Only VI works flawlessly. All staff shifted to Vi. So finally me too..

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My Airtel Xstream Fiber has been down since the morning of 10 July 2026. I've called customer care twice with no support, the Airtel Thanks app won't let me register a service request, service is extremely poor and unacceptable.
