And when I try to contact through their customers care number 121 or 198 then there is not a single option to talk to the executive. I would "NEVER" recommend anyone to use airtel. This kind of service experience would never allow me to "INVEST" in @airtelindia Worst Service.

So @airtelindia calls their regular customer support guys Dedicated Team, but solution is non existent. Each time there's a new executive, they all promise resolution within 24hrs or a callback in an hour, but problem still there since last week. No Internet at the office!

After recharge @airtelindia services goes worst. Today I recharge with 455 pack and now no service is available from last 1 hour.. I have to do emergency calls and message. Incoming messages are also barred. I don't want to continue with airtel this time.
