    It’s been over 15 days,and the Wi-Fi keeps going down multiple times for an hour or so,every day.Raised more than 10 tickets and technicians have visited once, but there is no fix yet. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Sorry to say but your service in Noida is pathetic. Airtel's service engineers & customer care people treat their customers as if they doing a favour by providing us service. Repenting for the day I chose Airtel's wifi service @RajeevSinha2408

    @PuneriSpeaks @airtelindia Airtel is the most worst network in Pune. switch to Jio or Vi. Even Vi is far better than Airtel. just lacks 5g but 4g is really good .

    Reply publicly within minutes asking me to DM my number, then completely disappear after I do. No update. No resolution. No accountability. The network keeps dropping for 5–10 minutes every few hours, and now even customer support has vanished. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @Airtel_Presence Still unable to get the resolution from airtel. It's been more than 36 hours it's not happening. No clarity from airtel.. even customer care also don't have any clue. @airtelindia kindly help..

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence why am my data is being deducted if I am on 5G network and the FRC was of 349 it is still showing 1.5GB/day. In 349 plan it's unlimited data then how it is being deducted even on 5G network?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I ported from Vodafone just to face severe network issue. I have raised several complaints in previous 2 months but the network concerns are pathetic. Either home or office, the network is horrible

    @airtelindia I have got ur 899 plan with unlimited 5g data. But as soon my 2 gb data is over, the internet speed dropped to 0 and it shows . Your Support is also not responding.
