Analysis: @reliancejio : slow internet speed, very low indoor coverage, cheap @airtelindia : somewhat faster than jio, very low indoor coverage, cheap+Rs50, not constant internet signal ( both gives a feeling of 2G&3G in the era of 4G) Don’t have the choice, have to remain with 1

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Right now your 4G can't even load Flipkart here. Most third class service I am getting. More than 25 DAYS of BARKING & SUFFERING continue as usual. NO FIX yet regarding the issues I raised. #third_class_network_problem

@airtelindia I have complained against my network issue that it is showing 2 pointer or 3 point network and internet showing volte but working as 1G. In sector 18, Kharghar, and the complaint has been resolved automatically. Without providing the solution.

@Airtel_Presence I had shared requested details 2 days ago nd i was promised a resolution in 24 hrs. But @airtelindia created a service req ticket only today nd promised an update in 7 DAYS. BTW @airtelindia can u provide the update on service req for same issue raised on 19 Aug. Still waiting

@airtelindia Being disturbed with my earlier service provider, I recently switched to Airtel. However, I found that the network coverage of Airtel is also similar poor lines for call clarity. I tried raising complaint in app and at nearby hub; but no positive action yet !

@airtelindia I have been facing this annoying issue constantly. My Airtel Xstream box is automatically rebooting while watching TV channel for every 10 mins and the issue is still not solved, this is very irritating. I suggest everyone not go for Xstream box its waste of money.

@airtelindia Hi Team, I just had an hour long discussion with customer care associates regarding Airtel broadband. Issue is, I have paid 17000 for 40mbps internet connection vis-a-vis INR 4990 and nobody told me that I was being cheated. #AirtelNoThank
