@airtelindia Plz resolve my issue at d earliest & have courtesy to even reply. mis information provided 2 cheat customers is not at all acceptable. I contacted over ph multiple times, over email, on Insta on Twitter but no solution after 9 days also. Time to move to @reliancejio or @actnet_tb

@airtelindia it used to fast at where i live now and then but now when they installed fiber in our area you're Mobile network gets so slow that it can't even touch 100kbps, I've already registered complaints for this issue but nobody really cares, sales! #airtelNOthanks #Airtel

@airtelindia Surprised to see your service levels at an all time low. For a new AirtelBlack connection installation was done after a week that too with multiple follow ups. Now due to some technical issue internet is down. Raised a service request and this is the 4th day.
