@airtelindia I booked ur broadband (fibre) connection on 31st May and yet to get it installed..Your sales guy (Sumit Khope) said he will get it installed on the same day.. Your customer care team says the ETA is 3 days.. if it's 3 days why I was promised for the same day.

Really pathetic service from @airtelindia, after putting in a complaint at 7am and multiple follow ups over call, you guys still haven’t resolved my broadband issue (which happens every month now). That too after being an Airtel Black customer!!
