    @airtelindia Service support is extremely bad by Airtel. From 31st my internet is down. The support team arent even able to diagnose the issue at all! My static ip is not working, internet is dead. Router was changed.. nothing helped! Customer care gives same repeated answers.

    @airtelbank @AirtelIndia My Retailer ID SIM is closed & distributor is not answering. Sent multiple emails everywhere but NO resolution. Utterly frustrated. Huge security risk. Bank will be responsible for any fraud. Block/delete my merchant ID immediately!

    @airtelindia Cherry on top, no one is accountable and I, we cannot do anything about it. No way to penalize them, is there a way they will refund for the service they did not provide, no! Customer service people are only doing their job and following whatever is told to them Any suggestions?

    @airtelindia I spend 5 days a week at my farmhouse situated at a village called Kurunji in Bhor taluka, Pune district and there is no airtel coverage here. Hence I raised a port request and despite explaining this to your team, they open a ticket for network issue. @TRAI

    @taarunr @airtelindia Unfortunately there is none to challenge their Duopoly. Railtel has a wide network but they're hardly doing anything for the retail users.

    I request Airtel to publicly explain: • Why Bridge Mode cannot be enabled on a dynamic IP connection • Why customers are required to purchase a Static IP first • Whether any alternative solution is available @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    2/6 Despite multiple emails and follow-ups, no clear technical justification has been provided as to why Bridge Mode requires a paid Static IP. Is this genuinely a technical req, or simply a way to force customers into purchasing an additional service? @airtelindia

    @airtelindia I think @TRAI or whatever body is regulating should strictly scrutinize the ground reality of users. They can simply check how much fluctuations people face while using the network for calling or data. Im paying 3-4 times for the service I'm getting, now they want us to pay more

    @airtelindia signed up for priority postpaid but now it says my 5G SA enabled handset running the latest software version isn't ready as it does not support SA. I find that hard to believe as Jio sim runs just fine. Can this be looked into?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence are u alive It has been days since my network issue started and I am still unable to receive office OTPs. Multiple complaints and store visit have resulted in zero resolution. Is anyone actually looking into this issue or is it just being ignored?

    @airtelindia worst service. I have taken a WiFi connection with up tv and 3 mobile connection. Buy no one is still responding for fitting up tv . Will recommend to all people to take Airtel connection
