Wrost service ever I had @airtelindia lot of Indian depending on @airtelindia but they didn’t care their customers and no good response . Sim capability was too bad if any one goes abroad with @airtelindia they can’t talk with their families

Booked Airtel Xtreme connection on 4/2/23. Paid 4k₹. On 5/2/23 engineer came and said the box is full so he'll cancel the order and money will be refunded within 5-7 days. Today is 20/2/23. Money still not refunded. Big mistake choosing Airtel. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

24 hours later & @airtelindia still not fixed the data issue. Internet not working and we work from home, #airtel agents are rude as always, zero empathy, Zero customer service. No more 2nd chances. @Airtel_Presence please help me port my 2 Airtel sim cards to @reliancejio.
