@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have been repeatedly complaining of bad connectivity and regular signal drops on the app as well as the regional nodal office in Kolkata and even after multiple visits by the service engineer, THE PROBLEM STILL STANDS UNRESOLVED!!

@airtelindia Hi Airtel Team, I’m using since 2003, I use everything from Airtel DTH - Fiber broadband. However issue solving and escalation matrix is very poor. Even for a small issue TAT is very poor. I think it’s time to switch for another vendor. #airtel_network #AirtelDown

Did a rchg of rs 719 on Airtel app via AmazonPay UPI. Money was debited. order ID 6947473235902373888. 5 days, rchg still not done nd money is not refunded, visitd d airtel gallery, thy claim it's the fault of Amazon and vice versa. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @amazonpay help.
