I eep receiving mail from @VittalGopal aboutnew products and services they launch at @airtelindia while their current network is so bad that calls drop even when in open area. When using at home, it takes min 3 attempts to get thru & if one connects, the voice is barely audible.

@Airtel_Presence @reliancejio @airtelindia There is also a low data setting feed on WhatsApp. But today only 1.5GB to 90% consumption was done in 15 minutes. Now this data is running on Jio SIM, it has been 30 minutes, only 100 MB has been left. Airtel will never want the interest of its consumers, it steals data.

@airtelindia : Forget 5G, first get the basic phone network connectivity issues resolved. Pushing calls from phone network to Wi-Fi is another gimmick. The customer support is simply non-existent. Looking at porting out soon.
