    @airtelindia @AshwiniVaishnaw @MIB_India I have recharged my Broadband account for Rs.3004 on 30th June 2022, and the validity was showing on their website was 6 months, now their executives are saying that it was for 5 months only. Please look into the issue.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence On 15-11-22 morning the router and internet was disconnected due to house shifting and reinstallment could not happen by Airtel, yet I am bill till 21st November. Emailed the team 5 days ago, yet haven't received revised bill. WHAT SERVICE IS THIS?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Please educate your customer support team to understand the problem first and then resolve. I am not able to download the separate bills for Internet and postpaid (self). Stop bragging about your app that it can do anything. It does nothing.

    @airtelindia I never see this kind of airtel customer, firstly it'll not provide any direct customer care number,even if we trying to connect by app,it says options,finally cut the call. It told we resolve the issue with in 14days.Are we wait for 14days if we have network issue,worst service

    @airtelindia My airtel sim stopped working suddenly and there are no signals. On sim settings its shows problem with sim. I am unable to mske or recive call. Raised a SR in airtel app, that says for resolution by 12/7/22. @airtelindia provide resolution asap, else will change sim.

    @airtelindia you are not good in any of your service. My POSTPAID sim has been disabled from last 7 days. But your store manager doesn’t know how to provide a New Sim. He says he doesn’t have the authority to provide me a new SIM card. @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews

    Never open account in @airtelindia payment bank. They will take your money easily & put many restrictions when you want to withdraw it Mr. Zero & Mr. Dhengachaaps don't have decency how to talk to customers Deciding to port my all 3 airtel numbers of my family to Jio Jai Jio!!

    @airtelindia Airtel customer service has completely gone from bad to worst. The callcenter team doesnt try to understand customers issue, when we want to talk to a supervisor/manager, they are never available... I dont understand what these folks will do always

    @airtelindia if sunday is there off then the company do not need to alligned the service they can tell me that it will be available on week days only so I’ll wait for that. Then i have spoken to customer care and as usual they are sorry for that and ask to wait for escalation
