@airtelindia Your employees at Customer care office in Garkheda Aurangabad, Mah has no sense of talking to customers & have a very rude attitude. Such people only force customers to port to other carriers. Isn't there any training given to them by Airtel how to behave with cust?

@airtelindia I recharged my prepaid-on 14th October 2022 where validity of prepaid pack is 28 days n still my pack got expired on9th November instead on 12th November @airtelindia should look into matter seriously and work on software to stop such malpratice & reverse my service

So @airtelindia & @AxisBank has a scam they use to lure new credit card customer by saying they will give you amazon voucher after 1st month of usage and spoiler alert THEY NEVER DO. If you call their customer care service they raise a ticket for you (more in thread below)

@airtelindia you have pathetic service from the Airtel Benefits app for Netflix. You have held on to my @netflix account for not letting me use the Premium plan to which I subscribed earlier. I do not have any options to discontinue your Netflix basic plan benefits provided.
