    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence kya service hai ye. internet frequently disconnect ho rha hai. service request raise ki, call aa rha h uthate hi cut ho jata hai, return lg ni rha hai. 3 bar cut hone se request close kar di.

    @ACTFibernet No internet from 3.30 pm yesterday, got a message that it will be resolved between 9am- 1 pm till now issue not resolved, disgusting customer support and service, you are forcing customers like us to port to some other service providers like @airtelindia, @HathwayBrdband etc

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I’ve called support 20+ times by now, raised multiple tickets as well. Every single time, ticket gets closed without resolution and I’m told to raise a new one again. Feels like starting from zero each time.

    @reliancejio Its past due date all details shared issue not resolved. If my connection gets cut because of the fake bill, I am not gonna pay and silently move on to @airtelindia. Your ambani boss will fire on losing months of revenue because of lethargy. Hope that 350rs is worth losing 1000s.

    @roerohan @airtelindia True, when I booked a fiber connection, they installed airfiber hurried even though I resisted wanting that. Then they didnt give me the dth setup box that comes with it. I just used it till the deposit money was used up by the plan and disconnected it. Horrible experience.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My registered phone number is 9873695327, I have raised a complaint on 29th and still no resolution as been provided, I want to get this wifi removed, you team assigned me a wrong guy as technician, i want this removed I'll share the all phone numbers I recieved.

    @airtelindia your service team sucks. 48 hours without without net. Logged complaint through airtel app. No response. Called call centre, SMS came. But assigned engineer never picked up the call. Called customer care again, kept on hold for 10 mins.

    Goodbye @airtelindia you lose me to @reliancejio once more. recharge due in 2 more days, suddenly 'no balance for call' message,I immediately recharged for next 3 months in panic. All Calls fail,message keeps coming. 121 is a bot, that doesn't have / understand this option. PORT

    @Airtel_Presence I have requested a Wifi connection on the 29th of April and paid 1500 on 1 May only. For payment the salesman came immediately but for installation is not yet done while @airtelindia has promised multiple installation timings. Very poor service and commitment.
