    One genuine question for @airtelindia: When customer care says "high priority", what does it actually mean? Because after days of waiting, multiple escalations, repeated promises, and no resolution, "high priority" seems to mean "wait another few hours."

    @airtelbank @airtelindia @OfficialDMRC It's been 8 days already. Either refund my money immediately or resolve the recharge issue without any further delay. Please stop sending generic responses and provide a clear update with a resolution timeline. My amount has been debited, but the recharge is still not reflected.

    @airtelindia I’m facing an issue with the Amazon Prime Lite subscription provided through my Airtel DTH plan. I activated the membership successfully, but now there is no option to cancel/deactivate it either on Airtel Thanks app or Amazon Prime settings.

    @airtelindia Being a customer from 14 years i think its time to port to other providers, as airtel is unable to give good quality of service. In time of 5g while i am sitting in navi mumbai city, if a video buffers no need to use the service i think

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence the service req 11031589902 was ill managed by technician Sandhyavupresool TP engineer Vijay William and Area Manager Adarsh Sudarshan. Despite repeated calls and follow ups, no action has been taken till now although complaint was regd @ 0618

    @airtelindia extremely disappointed with your service. On 25 April 26, by mistake i got recharge twice, I tried return the second amount but got details from the Airtel stores will it active 1 by 1 so you don’t require any action, now my plan exited 1 month dispute two plans.

    Airtel is a real shameless fraudulent company. It’s been almost a week since the technicians are harassing me with the Wi-Fi installation after payment. This is how you treat your customer. Some high level scam is operated. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews

    Hello @airtelindia @airtelnews did I make a mistake by installing your internet? You charge the full amount, internet only works for ten days a month. Your service is the worst. You don't have a customer care number, where you can talk. Wireless service is zero in my Gurgaon.
