@airtelindia @airtelnews I have been trying to port from a CUG to personal for 7months. Unbelv how difficult Airtel makes it to move within Airtel. They invent ways to harass. 12 years customer with 5 connections and zero help. Hope atleast this finds help to end nightmare

@airtelindia this is regarding my compaint number 10048707687. The modem got replaced today morning. The techincian wasn't able to configure the modem with my laptop. His senior was supposed to come at 4:30 pm to fix the issue, but didn't turn up at all. (1/2)
