    @airtelindia Your after-sales service is extremely poor. The Airtel WiFi installed at office has not been working for the last three days. We have already made at least 25 calls to the technician who installed the connection, but he is either not answering.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I requested permanent disconnection of my Airtel WiFi connection after cancelling the ownership transfer request. Airtel support confirmed disconnection within 7 business days. Today I received an email saying ownership was updated instead of disconnecting the connection. Need urgent resolution and confirmation of permanent disconnection with no future billing.

    @airtelindia network in my hometown is so worse that wp msz is getting stuck. Tried multiple times to contact 198 but couldn't reach customer care, such a pathetic network and worst service. No 5g coming how to do WFH? Resolve this or should I port to @reliancejio 😭😭😭😭
