    Still no internet. Day 2. Airtel AirFiber failed again 3rd week of random outages.Complaint #11028933486. Engineer promised. Never came. Missed my class. Exams in 2 days. No call. No fix. No compensation. Just false promises to close tickets. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @TRAI

    5g network condition is very very very much worse for the last two (2) months, Xtreme fibre condition is also very bad for the last few days. should I shift/ port my connection to another network. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia getting service of 2g by paying for 5g. @DoT_India

    @Airtel_Presence No response on DM and still no resolution. This is unacceptable for a company of Airtel’s scale. Basic service restoration is still pending. If this is not resolved immediately, I will be forced to escalate this to consumer authorities. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
