    Hi @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I bought your new sim from retailer and when I tried to convert it to e-sim , it's saying sim not provisioned. when I reach to service centre they are saying get back physical sim and they can't convert to e-sim. Please help

    Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, what kind of scam is this? I explicitly paid for an Unlimited 5G pack, yet the moment my 2GB daily data limit ends, my internet is dead. I’ve complained multiple times and got ZERO resolution. Fix this ASAP or I am porting to Jio. Sick of this.

    @Airtel_Presence My Airtel Wi-Fi has been down for 2 days and this has happened multiple times before. My work is stuck. Customer care only transfers calls between agents or promises callbacks that never happen. Please resolve this urgently.@airtelindia

    @airtelindia when you started "priority Postpaid" we pre-paid customers are facing network issue . You are downgrading the pre-paid, so normalise your settings without downgrading KURMANNAPALEM, VISAKHAPATNAM 530046

    @airtelindia My Airtel Xstream Fiber has now been down for over 25 hours (since around 8 PM yesterday). What's more disappointing is the complete lack of accountability. I've called the installation engineer, the local support contacts, and the complaint handlers.
