Chaitanya Kumar (@chaitanya147) reported@airtelindia Took ₹5000 for a 1-year roaming plan. SIM failed after 1 month. Roaming Department acknowledges the issue but refuses a refund or any practical replacement option outside India. 11 months of paid service lost. Supervisor Simple Shivani’s answer: “Not our problem.”

Your service provider Mr Ved in Delhi assured to provide broadband connection in newly build GPRA type houses in Sarojini nagar and had all formality done including payment of fee. However installation team refused.
