    I am ok if Jio keeps this amount of 400Rs. But just want a confirmation that SIM has not been issued to anybody else for illegal activities. such a poor customer service experience, even before onboarding. Have been @airtelindia user. They are so much better.

    @airtelindia This is really a Kind of looting that airtel is doing, it should be reversed Immediately as I had Paid for 84 days Validity in advance and if The Prepaid service which I converted to Post Paid will again be charging for the same Period Please credit my advance

    @airtelindia @bhartiairtelfdn I'm not getting my full refund. Airtel has only made minor adjustments of Rs 94 and Rs 200—take that amount from me if needed. I want a refund for 5-6 months of WiFi charges due to your technical issue, during which the WiFi didn't work at all, yet you charged me the full amount

    @JioCare @airtelindia We’ve raised multiple complaints, but no resolution. Just empty promises. Attaching bills and proof of issues. If this is not resolved immediately, we will be forced to escalate this legally and switch providers.

    @airtelindia @airtelindia This is the worst ever service I received by any ISP. Your customer support executive are just misguiding in name of time and just not providing support. In last 3 days I've called them more than 20 times and just received ans that it will be solved in this time.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence when there is no stock how can the payment be taken and no engineer reached out to communicate. Your customer care people also doesn't update proper details in the ticket. This is not how a brand words. Holding a money for this much time too.

    @gayatri008_16 @airtelindia Same here-network has gone from bad to worse. Internet barely works… seriously frustrating 😤. This isn’t what we’re paying for. Service quality has dropped a lot lately. Raised multiple complaints this month, but still no fix. What’s going on?

    @gayatri008_16 @airtelindia I'd say the service is very flawed and irritating in Airtel. but in 3 yrs I had issue maybe once ig. so imo the amount of times you'll be in a unwanted situation is way lesser than Jio or any other. but service is pretty bad (not like Jio is any better 🥀)
