Hi @airtelindia I have xstream fiber with no. 01754010036. I have never requested to deactivate it. NEVER. But every month my service gets suspended. I’ve tried to contact the local service centre, customer care, but not outcome. This is not the service we expect. +91 9877189682

Changing your regular Sim to an Esim? Well if you're with @airtelindia please note that you will not be receiving any sms for at least 24 hours or more so if you have work pending it becomes problematic. Its 2022 and this issue cannot be resolved sooner! strange
