    @airtelindia while calling on 121 and I select to talk to customer representative via IVR, it tells me that you don’t enough balance to talk. Now should I recharge something else to talk to customer care. Pathetic.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews your IVR is an endless maze, your app support is a joke, and your chatbot seems to have the IQ of a potato. All I want is to talk to a human being! How hard is it to get real help for an Airtel connection issue in 2025? 😡

    @airtelindia i have raised a complaint regarding internet issue and its been one week, no response from customer care and also that ivrs system sucks reeally bad. The price you people are charging is sky high and the service u r providing is somewhere buried underground.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Hey ! I tried to talk with your customer care executive to get recharge details of 12 month pack . seeing a steep 20 percent increase (you) in price and I was denied offers for tamil channel selection. Leaving airtel digital tv I think

    @airtelindia @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My 1.5GB daily data disappears even when only 500, 700 MB is shown used on the Airtel Thanks app. Your IVR is a scam loop – no way to talk to a human, just press 1, 2, 3 and then call ends. Fix this or I’m porting out. #Airtel #shameonAirtel

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence When I asked your customer service executive to cancel the subscription and not add it to my bill, they said post-purchase it can’t be cancelled. So now you’re neither activating my paid Amazon Prime subscription nor cancelling/refunding it!

    Hey @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews Your Airtel Thanks App is a nightmare for customers. The chatbot is useless — just keeps repeating 2 options with no real help. No option to talk, no proper support, and bill payment issues unresolved.Where is the customer care?

    @airtelindia hi .... I endorse Airtel service as the best in india and that's why I always have a connection with you. But I haven't made a call for 1 week because o/g calls are bared in my Airtel number and still you are checking it. Even the BSNL would have solved it by now.

    @airtelindia call from Amazon delivery person is getting blocked as spam, I am not able to communicate with Amazon person...what kind of service is this, I don't want to enable call blocker remove it from my settings

    @airtelindia is by far the worst service provider. There’s absolutely no way to talk to a real human for any grievance. IVR loops endlessly and they clearly don’t care about customer issues. No value for customers at all. Shameful service! #Airtel @TRAI @Airtel_Presence

    @ViCustomerCare Dear vi both @JioCare and @airtelindia failed to fix network issues in my area even after many complaints. If you install a tower here, I guarantee at least 1000 people in our apartment will happily switch to Vi. Jio and Airtel are just not working anymore.

    getting pathetic service from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence , first charged me with Amazon subscription without my consent, then asked me to cancel the subscription and now wants me to still pay for it in my monthly Airtel bill?? not ready to modify the bill, unbelievable

    @airtelindia I took #Airtel wifi connection last month and it did not even work for single day. So I called customer care after 7th or 8th attempt I was able to talk with customer support and ask to disconnect the wifi and refund all advanced I paid. Even after 40 days I did not got any rfund

    @airtelindia @airtelnews When Technician visited I have requested for change my modem but your executive responsible for modem change request was so arrogant that he didn't ready to talk to customer . He cut the phone while I was requesting him for modem change. He told me to trouble one more day.
