    @airtelindia Dear Airtel, I have been trying to get support for over a month but have received no resolution. My connection was converted to postpaid without my knowledge or consent. I never requested this change and want my number restored to prepaid. My number is being shown as unauthorized, yet charges have continued to be added and an outstanding amount is now being displayed. Despite repeated attempts, I have been unable to speak to a responsible executive. This is completely unacceptable. Customers should not be shifted to postpaid without their explicit consent and then be asked to pay charges for a service they never requested.     @Airtel_Presence Your engineers could be lying. No one is working on repair in our area. The internet is down for Day 2! Undersea cables get repaired in a few hours. Airtel has come down to lying and cheating!? When will my Internet be up? Give me a definite date & time. @airtelindia

    @Officejmscindia @airtelindia @narendramodi my airtel wifi plan has been merged to unknown number without my concern. I have no idea abt the postpaid number. I have visited Manglapuri airtel store and they have denied to help and advised me to approach the Postpaid plan owner. Unfortunately, I am not paying for ur job.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have called twice on your customer care and everytime they told someone will call you within 4 hours.. Still waiting for the same. Email sent to 121 no response. Dm done to twitter team no response.. My Wi-Fi plan got changed in shifting. Need help

    Dear Airtel, this is the second time this has happened. The recharge amount has been deducted from my account, but the recharge has not been credited to my mobile number. This is very frustrating. Kindly look into this issue and provide a quick resolution. @airtelindia

    The @airtelindia doesn't move an inch to restore the breakdown that has happened to 17 households. I doubt if they have any foot on ground! The affected area is just a 1km roadside strip that ideally takes 6 to 8 hours to fix. But it is more than 100 hours now of no response!

    Hey @airtelindia, I'm really disappointed with your service. I'm paying for a 5G plan, but I consistently receive only 4G connectivity. If the network isn't delivering 5G speeds and coverage, what's the justification for charging customers for a 5G service?

    @airtelindia hi, we pay for 100 mbps speed, but get 4 mbps. And there is no resolution. Your remote customer care resolutions are useless. A perfect case of a greedy and low class company you've become. Congratulations.

    @airtel_presence @airtelindia WiFi has the worst disconnection process. No online cancellation, multiple support calls, repeated questions, and constant attempts to avoid processing the disconnection. Cancelling a service shouldn't be this hard.

    Avoid @airtelindia unless you looking for outgoing calls only. You may not get incoming call services if you live in a high rise. And @Airtel_Presence would be ignorant about your network issues
