    Hey @airtelindia I have paid 6 months in advance but my complaints do not even get a response. Why do you charge us even when there is no service for more than 15 hours ?

    @JioCare @JioCare No one has visited yet and I am tired of waiting. I have now contacted Airtel and they will install a new WiFi connection today. Very disappointing experience with JioFiber service. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Dear Airtel Support, I am facing continuous issues with my Airtel Wi-Fi router for the last several days. The router frequently disconnects, Wi-Fi range is very weak, and internet speed is unstable despite multiple restarts and troubleshooting.

    @airtelnews This all because of customer harrament manuplation of pricing at the time of recharge and less spending on customer support and satisfaction company like @airtelindia rose revenue and profitability they don’t care customer service i had extremely bad experience

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have raised a request for stopping the Wi Fi connections 011100412704_dsl and 011100416062_dsl as the premises they are installed on is closing down. I am repeatedly getting Airtel Calls asking about the reason for closure or possibility to shift. I don't want any shift, nor is there any grievance. That location is shutting shop. Simple. Please help in disconnection and the service technician can take back the modem.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence it’s been 2 months and stil no refund. Every reply is just copy-paste with no actual resolution. This is harassment now. Airtel customer support is completely useless. Process the refund immediately or be ready for escalation with all screenshots

    @airtelindia Wifi down multiple times in 24 hours with no intimation from airtel, in middle of meetings and work suddenly our connection goes down and we cannot prove to anyone that our net was down. Looks like it's time to Move to @reliancejio fiber.

    @airtelindia seriously what kind of Internet do you provide . Frequent disconnections.Not able to join Teams calls . I have purchased a 100Mbps plan and the speed i get is just 40. After raising multiple tickets from the past 10 days today an engineer comes home he says sir we have done backend configuration and now in my mobile it's showing 100 mbps . I am trying to tell him the issue is still there and it's the same with my devices he never listens to . It's showing 100 on my phone and he just leaves . I call his manager to complain about the same and he is next level . He gives a reply saying technician mobile shows 100 mbps issue resolved. What kind of people you hire as managers and engineers

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Being an Airtel Black user and seriously experiencing WiFi netwrk shut down like all of a sudden it isn't working from past 3 hrs I waited but it's quite frustrating. Pathetic network stops working at anytime never experienced this with @reliancejio

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My Airtel WiFi suddenly got disconnected again and this has become a frequent issue. Very disappointing support experience as the Airtel app only has a chatbot with no proper resolution or customer care access. Please fix this ASAP.
