    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel Fiber broadband network connection lost from yesterday night and still same issue for this long hours. I’m unable to register complaint inside the Airtel app as it shows the issue ongoing and unexpected time. I’m in helpless situation

    @Airtel_Presence Issue finally resolved, but only after visiting 9 Airtel stores and the Apple Store multiple times. Some Airtel staff said no LAN, some said server issue, others blamed Apple. Apple said it was Airtel’s issue. Airtel finally accepted it was their issue and fixed @airtelindia

    @airtelindia contacted Airtel support and stated that I would not opt for ₹698/day when a ₹133 + GST pack was available. I was assured that the matter adjusted during billing. However, upon receiving my bill, I was charged for two packs—₹3999 and ₹2999—within just 15 days.

    @roerohan @airtelindia True, when I booked a fiber connection, they installed airfiber hurried even though I resisted wanting that. Then they didnt give me the dth setup box that comes with it. I just used it till the deposit money was used up by the plan and disconnected it. Horrible experience.

    From past two days, No broadband internet in my premise. Complaint already registered from Airtel thanks app. Also Tried many times to local airtel representative but yet connection has not been registered. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews I have done recharge with Rs. 39 plan (3GB data/day for 3 days) after daily unlimited 5G data consumed as it is common in airtel however, this is not working with 4G nor 5G. This seems misleading. They are just looting the people.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia It has been over 24 hours, my Air Fiber device is facing issue and yesterday your customer support said they will send someone but day has come to an end and nobody has come yet, only fake promises. You used to be best now you behave like scammers.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence There is INTERNET OUTAGE in Mahalakshmipuram, Bangalore - 560086 area since y'day evening. Every time I call the customer care for a complaint, a new ETA for it's restoration is given. However, internet is not up yet. Pls help look into it n resolve.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Still facing the same issue! I’m always on 5G network (shows 5G/5G+), Unlimited 5G offer is active, but data is still being deducted from my main plan balance.This has not been resolved even after DM Please check my number and fix it urgently.

    @airtelindia Is this how you treat customers? Took payment for a new Fiber connection, promised same-day install, but 3 days gone with no calls, no updates. This is unacceptable. Install today or process full refund immediately.

    @airtelindia I have booked the IPTV on 28.04.2026 2 pm. Till today I have not received any call or any information. Before installation, service is so pathetic. Can't imagine how it would be after installation. Customer care executives are next level with robotic and same anwers

    @airtelindia @airtelnews @airtelnews Dear Airtel, I raised an IPTV request 3 weeks ago but haven’t received any update. The ticket is still not cancelled. Please cancel the request and process the refund immediately. This level of service delay is disappointing.

    @airtelindia @airtelnews My Wi-Fi has been down for the last 2–3 days, and no one has taken responsibility or provided a proper update. Ur customer care number is useless it just feels like talking to a bot with no real support.
