@JioCare hello would you mind taking care of your network in Krishna nagar kanpur . 30kbps speed and that's your 4g service . While trying to chat in the app msgs are not going and the chat was completed . If this happenes I will have to move to @airtelindia .

@airtelindia looks like ur way of resolving the issue is without telling the customer the resolution.. And ask customer to answer with yes or no and charge them for that as well.. Better coverage than Vodafone but worse customer service

My experience in #JioTrue5G has been pathetic 1) every call.dother party can't hear me 2)every UPI payment..i had wait like more than 2-3 min with 4g it was with a snap of finger 3) never realised that 1.8Gbps while interacting with any app #5G @jio @reliancejio @airtelindia
