    @airtelindia can your services get any worse? Been more than 24 hours, Wi-Fi is down. And you have nicely closed the ticket saying it’s resolved. None of your engineers called/visited either. And there’s no update as to when it will get resolved.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Internet fluctuating for days. Your tech team's GENIUS solution? "Change your WiFi password." 🤯 And now they WON'T fix the issue unless I share an OTP to CLOSE the request I never asked to close! This is not support. This is hostage-taking. #Airtel

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews I have done recharge with Rs. 39 plan (3GB data/day for 3 days) after daily unlimited 5G data consumed as it is common in airtel however, this is not working with 4G nor 5G. This seems misleading. They are just looting the people.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence This is to inform you I will be formally lodging a grievance with consumer forum as there has been no effort to resolve the outstanding issue. I have reached out to Airtel Store, Appellate authority, X dm everything. I will also be porting my existing Airtel Black connection to Jio. Being a long time customer of Airtel brings no value and its only fair I port my existing family members connection from Airtel to Jio.

    @airtelindia This is the second time this issue has occurred. In January, I used international roaming for only 8 days but was charged for 30 days, which is unacceptable.

    I want to stick to @airtelindia as 5G connectivity is poor in my locality, while I travel in train. 5G network should also improve. I can't take official call in @MicrosoftTeams using Airtel 5G connection. I can't listen to friends but they can't listen to me. Voice gets chopped.

    @airtelindia just ported to Airtel Postpaid, and now I think it was my biggest mistake. No incoming calls from other networks are connecting to my number. I'm just frustrated with Airtel after 1 day. I have complained over the phone, but it has not been resolved yet, for more than 7 hours now. This is my business number, and clients can't even reach me right now. No help, nothing!!

    After the nightmare with Reliance Jio, I switched to @airtelindia hoping for better service. Paid ₹400 on April 27 for a new connection and since then complete silence. No installation, no response, no way to reach support. Same chaos, different provider. Completely unacceptable

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Tagging leadership of Bharti Airtel including Gopal Vittal for urgent attention. Airtel Black customer since Oct 2020 & WiFi user for 12+ years — yet facing consistently poor WiFi performance with NO resolution. This is unacceptable service.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Dear Airtel Customer Support, I am writing to request for assistance regarding my recent transition from a prepaid connection to a postpaid plan. I had an active prepaid plan worth ₹3,500, which was valid for 365 days. At the time of switching to the postpaid connection, a significant portion of this plan was still unused. My understanding was that the remaining value or benefits of the prepaid plan would be adjusted or transferred to my new postpaid account. However, I would like confirmation on whether this transfer has been processed. If not, I kindly request you to initiate the transfer or provide an appropriate adjustment of the remaining prepaid balance into my postpaid plan.

    Been trying to shift my Airtel WiFi just 1 km away — it’s been a week with ZERO resolution. No updates, no accountability. But the moment you request a new connection, you get flooded with calls instantly. @airtelindia @airtelnews Clearly, existing customers don’t matter.

    @Airtel_Presence The issue was supposed closed by your technician that it is fixed permanently But hell no @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia all are frauds only Router keeps restarting 5-10 times a day Raised the issue 100 times and everytime someone comes touches wires and goes? WTH is going on?
