    No surprise OTT benefits from @airtelindia app anre easy to claim and impossible to cancel. They will redirect to service who will redirect back to Airtel The website, IVR, chat bot only exist to tell you to use the app or visit store.

    @airtelindia does the company attend to complaints on 198 ,Last 3 month air fibre complaints were logged Again since 2 days 1103062241 this was close without resolving. Airtel seems to be arrogant with high customer base

    @airtelindia Poor service. Trying to contact customer care for hours. No service since 8 hours. I want to talk with an executive or I want this issue to be resolved at the earliest possible. My work is getting affected because of this. Many otp, delivery calls are also affected.

    @airtelindia Recharge done but your ivr is saying outbound calls expired .. no able to connect with any human customer service, AI is a presumptive Recordings with no Actual Support.. Trying hard to get my money 201 recharge successful and calls outgoing Delhi Failed Success
