    @ektasingh @airtelindia yes airtel customer support is very bullshit, even I was made the 39 calls and every time to talk to 3rd party call centers which is airtel told that these are mines but fool to customers they are being rude.

    Never i said never use airtel as your primary network in Pune atleast, worst network.using airtel from 2 year bt from last 6 month their network gone below limit. I think they are competing with bsnl about who can provide more low level network 🤷 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    Even BSNL Customer service is better than @airtelindia , From 121 if I choose any option, it doesn't take the input. From Airtel thanks app I get nothing but some useless stupid options given by AI which doesn't address the real problem. No option to connect to real person.

    @reliancejio connecting to a real customer service person is harder than finding a unicorn... There is no way to talk to real person instead of pathetic bot... i will move to airtel xtreme @airtelindia from this jio fiber if i don't get the resolution now

    @airtelindia I didn't get any resolution for the issue reported to @Airtel_Presence for morethan 30 days. I'm very much troubled by ur team with Spam calls, as u r #SpamSupported network I need to talk to #AirtelDTH CEO or appellate authority to escalate this issue immediately

    @airtelindia worst ever services as always. The Hubballi Koppikar road Airtel outlet is worst service, Duplicate sim been issues and more than 18 hours still service not been activated. 121 no option to talk to customer care. Shame on you such services

    @Airtel_Presence @TRAI @airtelindia How do a customer know then? If you open any Amazon offer, all the applicable Terms & Conditions are clearly mentioned. Airtel should accept their mistake and give me a Cashback of ₹251 (₹201 + ₹50) immediately.. In future, please stop misleading your customers...
