    @airtelindia I am really disappointed by your air fiber service. Frequently disconnects. Unable to do my office work. In my area there is a wired connection also but your technicians are not picking up my phone. My query is not listed in your AI chat. It doesn't help me.

    Disappointed with @airtelindia support. Facing call forwarding issues and instead of getting proper assistance, I’m only getting automated bot replies with no real resolution. Customer support should actually support customers, not frustrate them further. #Airtel #CustomerService

    @airtelindia @airtelnews Iam Rahul ojha in my home(Lucknow )am using wifi since 2023, there is no wifi working since yesterday, complain multiple times to airtel customer care (6-7 time) till post. outrage issue i get, wifi is not work approx 30 hrs. Is this airtel service.

    @airtelindia i have requested for disconnection of my Airtel optical fibre as I have been shifted from my old address although this I have updated many times to customer care but the 2-3 Times for picking up old device courier boy is going to my old address.

    Hey @reliancejio @JioCare, the Jio tower is literally in my area, yet Spotify keeps buffering like it’s 2G era internet. If this is the network quality before getting Jio AirFiber, then maybe @airtelindia deserves a chance after all. Work on the network first, marketing later.

    All incoming messages coming to blocked message.Earlier I updated DND service and now deactivated despite that all messages coming to blocked message .do the needful. Avoid chat box,not useful . . Not able to connect customer care executive. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My internet service is continuously not working properly, and this is causing a lot of inconvenience. If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will be forced to discontinue Airtel services and switch to another network provider.

    @airtelindia @airtelindia We called your customer care number and your IVF system responds to everything execpt that Complaint promp. I believe it's all staged and your so called 24/7 Ai chatbot? It's just pathetic. Tried to fill a compliment via the app everything leads to not helpful.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My complaint deadline ended on 19 May, but no response and no solution. Airtel keeps customers waiting in a complaint loop. People should think twice before buying Airtel SIM if this is the service quality.#airtel #Airteldown

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews No solution, 7 days waiting. Today permanently stopped WiFi router & DTH. No firm response of emails & customer care call. No concern for customer with 15 years relationship with Airtel.

    @NPCI_BHIM @airtelindia I made an Airtel prepaid recharge through the BHIM app. The amount was debited from my bank account successfully, but the recharge was not completed and I have not received any refund yet. Kindly look into this issue and resolve it at the earliest.

    Now even if I don’t use the service, I’m still expected to pay ₹600. I can’t even properly close the connection — only “pause” it for ₹200/month. This feels less like customer service and more like forced money extraction. Extremely frustrating. @airtelindia @airtel

    @Airtel_Presence what the hell is wrong with ur internet in #Blr? @airtelindia Moreover u have no way for us to reach out to a human. IVR / airtel thanks app, everywhere it's stupid AI that doesn't understand anything & just gives stupid dead end responses. So disappointed!
