    @airtelindia This is my second complaint regarding Airtel 5G Unlimited Data. I have an active 2GB/day recharge plan and I am using A34 5G. Despite having a 5G device and 5G coverage, I am not receiving the unlimited 5G benefit and #Airtel #Airtelsupport

    @airtelindia @timesofindia @TOIMumbai 10984174271. I have raised the WiFi broadband shifting to nearby building. Nobody attended and closed the request saying it’s done. What pathetic service and process does Airtel follow. Line mans poor service and attitude. Bad experience.

    @airtelindia we are using airtel fibre wifi, speed is very poor we try to connect with customer support. Every time we get same answer that network congestion is there, seems like a hardcoded statis response is pasted there

    @airtelindia I'm really disappointed with the services! Made a recharge request 22h ago, payment successful yet the recharge is still processing. And we cannot even talk to the customer care executive? This is not the type of service we pay for, fix my issue ASAP.
