@airtelindia Your network service is awful. The IVR doesn’t work properly. Not able to talk to any agent. IVR inputs don’t work. After so many hours, ivr tells me to use the app to report the network issue. And the app is ridiculous. Doesn’t work properly. “Get help” doesn’t open

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am using airtel xstream fiber from 10 months nearly I faced many issues but satisfied with resolutioone issue that was solved in last month January. Cable had broken outside,instead of replacing the cable they joined it. Again facing issue.

Hey @airtelindia for about last 2 months I'm facing internet issues specially after 9pm in my area. The internet speed goes down even faster than India's GDP. Please fix it otherwise I will do the exactly what @narendramodi has done, just shifting to @reliancegroup 's JIO.
