    @Airtel_Presence This shows the social media team is not aware of the ground reality. The issue has been fixed now, but the team just copy paste the content instead of getting the details. It took 2 days to fix. Now I have reactivated my previous broadband. TY @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Lastly I Forced to pay Rs.250/- as they already Processed the SIM Issue Process. I'll file consumer a case against AIRTEL and use the social media why @airtelindia isn't giving instruction to its outlet to give bills digitally or manually

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Made a payment from my 2nd Airtel account to recharge my mobile. It showed successful recharge in My 2nd Atl Acc, but nothing is showing in my mobile Atl Acc. Just help me out of this frustrating problem! DM already Sent, expecting quick response.

    Don't ever go with airtel broadband because they do fake promises When I complaint about internet not working of my connection they told me wait 24 hrs now after 24 hrs passed they again saying wait for next 24 hrs more My request no is 126594196 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My issue with network and internet speed is still not fixed nor i can report the issue through the app. If you're unable to fix the issue, then probably i will not hesitate to move the services to other provider.
