    The dth video quality of TV channels in Airtel xstream dth is getting so low nowadays even in a 4K TV. Don’t deliver sub standard quality of service to dth customers @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia . Do compare your service with Tata play and check where you are lagging

    @airtelindia Account No:20017378542DSL/Wi-Fi ID: 02218510004_wifi I've been chasing this issue since 28 June. Despite multiple emails and complaints, there's still no resolution. Evry day I receive the same automated "resolved within 24 hours" reply, but nothing actually happens.

    @airtelindia I want to install Airtel Fiber. I have paid Rs. 50 for engineer visit. I got call from local airtel authority. He is now asking for Rs. 1450 before installation and also said to share OTPs to the person who will call me next. Kindly help me get rid of this problem.

    Airtel WiFi is not working since Wednesday. Made a complaint via Airtel thanks app and also spoke to customer care seven times. Nothing happened. Highly unacceptable attitude and service. Except for bill payment it is a waste . @airtelindia

    @airtelindia I have lodged a complaint via complaint number 11034624381 for pathetic airtel fibre wifi connectivity on 8th July 26. It was supposed to get rectified within 24 hours as confirmed by Airtel executive in the call center.. It's almost 48 hours.. no one turned up.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia More than 12 hours downtime and no resolution yet in kudlu and parappana agrahara , pin 560068 Bangalore. When i contacted your agent, they said - they dont work in evening. So how are you handling data outage for customers- late night ? Pathetic!!

    @airtelindia This is pathetic. My postpaid number has had ZERO internet for 2 days on an “unlimited” family plan. No human support, app won’t register complaints, store useless. Bills paid on time—what am I paying for? Fix this NOW or I’m porting out. @TRAI take note.

    Extremely disappointed with @airtelindia! Did a ₹199 recharge & then added a ₹151 5G unlimited top-up, but 5G internet is NOT working at all. To make it worse, your customer support is absolutely pathetic & useless—no way to reach a human. Resolve this ASAP! #Airtel #AirtelDown
