@airtelindia Complained twice at 121, each time it was closed without a resolution. This time your guy is telling me of cable cut and that problem will be there for 15 days or so. Speed falling to 60-65 Mbps (lowest) while upload howers around 130-270.

This is how Airtel is looting money from a large customer base. Sharing my own experience here, I've subscribed to @airtelindia broadband a year back with their base plan Rs 499. 6 months everything went well, later on suddenly the bill was increased by Rs 300. Cont....
