@Airtel_Presence This a standard line that you give to everyone but do nothing after that. To whosoever it may concern, avoid @airtelindia family pack, else you won't even be able to PORT out of the network and be stuck with a service similar to 90s Govt office. Zero transperancy control.

@Airtel_Presence,@airtelindia SR no.128079518 dt 24.02.2021 was not attended properly and was closed and when I raised d issue again, a new SR 128269736 at 01.03.2021 is given but no cares to even attend our complaints, its nearly 10 days but no response till now. Very bad

@Airtel_Presence, I'm currently experiencing extremely slow connection. It's better to work on the network rather than to branding airtel as India's No 1 brand. PS: I switched to Airtel from Jio. I'm regretting. @airtelindia 😡
