When everything is online now, @airtelindia is not providing proper internet facility for its customers. When I contact customer care, I happily received a response that it cannot be resolved for the next 24 hours. Is this the service that we should expect from @airtelindia .

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I recharged my brodband 05514024736 with 589,40mbps,1month validity using airtel thanks app, but airtel finished my validity on 30 may means in 15 days only due to their technical issues and now they are not adjusting my remaining validity. Cheaters.

@ViCustomerCare is so smart I raised a complaint for network accessibility and they have a TAT of 7 days. Within 7 days whenever I followed up they ask to wait till 7th Day. Magically on 7th day the ticket is marked resolved and the only solution left is to port to @airtelindia
