    @airtelindia terrible service you are not able to resolve a ticket for 2 weeks and your so called premium black support person name Pavan in Bangalore says he doesn’t care if 200 houses disconnect from airtel. Great customer service !

    @bhartinews @airtelnews @airtelindia Now they are unfairly billing me and imposing late fees for a service I have been trying to cancel for months. This practice of forced retention and predatory billing despite clear disconnection requests is harassment. (2/3)

    @airtelindia @airtelindia Customers face instant late fees for payment delays: but when companies deliver poor service, they pay no penalty at all. If you expect us to pay on time, we expect you to deliver on your promises. Fairness should work both ways. More than 2weeks, facing issues.

    @airtelindia Team, Issue is pending for over 4 weeks. Since you have started these from Dec 2025 without me making any changes on my phone, you need to switch these off. Please resolve urgently & stop lying about it being a regulatory requirement. No one else gets these @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @DoT_india Want to take action against airtel india I am tried to call on airtel customer care number to block my lost phone and sim but no option to get in touch on urgent basis with Airtel customer care executive.....I want to block my card.

    @airtelindia My Wi-Fi installation was scheduled for 18 June, but your engineer misled me into sharing an OTP and rescheduled it to 19 June. Now he’s not answering calls, and there’s zero update. I’m flying tonight. Stop harassing customers and fix this immediately! Unacceptable

    @airtelindia requested IPTV connection via ur app. The payment link never worked. So visited ur store in West Delhi, raised request, paid booking/advance charges. Was told that executive wuld visit next day between 11-1..No one turned up, now going to be 48 hrs.Still call awaited

    @airtelindia Urgent Escalation My number got stopped working at 11 am then went to airtel center they took 3 hours to provide number also changed to postpaid and then said it will work after 2 hours still my number is not activated And STILL NOT WORKING MY ALL WORK IS ON HOLD

    @airtelindia feeling harassed since 5 days. I have bundled package with Airtel black. since 14June DTH not working, complaint no 656947079/656951683.No technician visit planned, no communication from senior executives. Pathetic customer care. Call center 121 ineffective.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia its been 8 hrs since internet connectivity stipped and user interface of your airtel app doesnt allow to register a service request or a complaint. Bravo! for deploying AI chatbots . So much for trusting you. "With great network, comes great accountability."

    @Sparshmahajan7 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel cares pl resolve my complaint pending since 14th June for DTH. I am postpaid customer with Airtel Black of UP west circle in Greater Noida. No TV channels recd. Call center 121 not able to resolve. Complaint no 656947079.

    Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, why is my 5G network secretly draining my daily 2GB 4G pack? Hit the 300GB FUP and now even though my phone shows 5G connection and hits 400Mbps, my 4G quota is being eaten up. Completely stranded with no internet. Look into this ASAP
