    @airtelindia last Sunday I ported my sim card from VI to Airtel and paid for FRC now 2 days back my MNP was completed but the person who completed he didn't make FRC also not responding kindly provide he contact details else I file legal complaint against you.

    Guys how do I file a consumer case on @airtelindia!!!! They close requests without resolution, BLATANTLY lie and keep postponing. I am so done with them. Mental harassment it is!! I tweeted yesterday then someone DMed saying “we will look into this”, look into what?! You legit don’t know the registered ID fgs. Today after hours someone messaged asking for ID!!! Iam so pissed man. I will need therapy because of Airtel and its ****** service. @narendramodi High time you do something about this duopoly man.

    @airtelindia My broadband connection is facing frequent disruption and connection resets. Have got raised an SR 11028231572 raised for this today, but engineer will visiting only tmrw and I am subjected to continuous service disruption till then. Is it an area issue?

    @airtelindia you have completely given up on customer service. I had been paying DTH bill without using it for 2 years because you were unable to unbundle airtel Black. I have now placed a request for new wifi connection which is unattended for 11 days. What's wrong?

    It has been so frustrating talking to @airtelindia customer care on a daily basis for an issue which is pending since Dec 2025. Just scripted empathy in the name of resolution. And this whole issue started by a site engineer who is not even picking my calls now. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia my phone number 9765729261 I know you have data of vendor who have completed MPN because he also do the face authentication once customer authentication completed either you ask him recharge or refund my money. Because make my recharge yesterday from my own pocket.

    Poorest example of airtel shifting services Request raised on 04th Apr but still wifi is not working, customer care are making fool and making their bills. When i asked for permanent disconnection they are not agree to do the same. Very poor @airtelindia

    Hi Airtel, this is really frustrating. I have an unlimited 5G plan and I’m clearly in a 5G Plus area, yet my regular data pack is still being used. What’s the point of unlimited 5G if this keeps happening? Please fix this ASAP. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @airtelnews I changed my iphone and now while inserting the sim, it just stopped working. Your customer care tells me that I have to visit the airtel store only to get a new sim.This is the second time this is happening. I have to travel like 12 kms in total

    @airtelindia I am an Airtel black user for last 5 years. Paying amount regularly. I want to remove one number from my family pack, but there is no option given in Airtel thanks App. You can add more number there, but no option to remove any number. No option remove service.
