    @jagograhakjago I have been forced to raise a grievance on the chat help provided. My grievance number is 9434814. I have been trying to get my issue resolved by @airtelindia, but until now they have raised and closed 2 requests already, without proper resolution. Please help!

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews My Airtel WiFi has been down since 28/05/2026 and is now completely unavailable. Office work and daily activities are severely affected. Local engineer confirmed a damaged main cable with multiple joints causing repeated failures. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia I tried eSIM switch on 9445692246 support person told me I’ll be rcving QR code in 3-5 hrs but now network disconnected w/o switching. Now they’re asking me to get a physical SIM from India. I faced the same issue on my SIM card it took two months to get physical SIM

    I think it is high time I switch from @airtelindia to other Internet providers. Major service disruptions lasting for more than 4 hours on a weekday in #Hyderabad This is second such issue within 10 days. High unacceptable. #Airtel

    Service request #10947303842 was raised on 20 May with resolution date as 23 May but no one responding to queries post 10 days. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence services are pathetic. @MIB_India this is what happens when you run duopoly.

    Totally fraud by Jio. Paid ₹200 for 28 days plan (15 OTT apps + 1000+ channels) but NOTHING works. Prime login also failed. 2 days wasted, no resolution after complaint. Ref: BROOODM91R7M Fix it or extend validity immediately. @JioCare @airtelindia @BSNLCorporate

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Even after the installation of a new Airtel tower between Shahpur and Bhawansuri, the network quality remains extremely poor. Facing severe signal drops and slow internet speeds daily. Please optimize the new tower on priority.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence ticket reference no. 656542073 for Airtel Digital TV 3014064788 is resolved without replacing the device. Engineer did not attend the issue since Friday and only stating he is on the way or raining in the area. Pls can you get this resolved asap??
