    @WasidMalik28986 @airtelindia Airtel unlimited 5G is a scam. I recharged for Rs 649 on July 5th and the unlimited 5G is not working for the last three days. I am not getting any help from customer support also.

    Hello @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @TheSunilMittal do you ever resolve customer complaints? Week after week you send me the same reply. That my UPI disabled due to "technical reasons" will be enabled after a certain date. Weeks later your "technical reasons" remain. Shame on you.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Hi All, my wifi is the working from the morning, I contacted the technical team they said within four hours the technician will come but no one came even after 12 hours gone. Those are just opening and closing the request without fixing the issue.

    Hey @airtelindia when I call your 121 it's not for bill payment. Who in today's upi generation calls 121 for payment. It is only for service issue we call that number and you fail miserably in that. Change your stupid ivr

    @airtelindia 2/3 The moment my 30GB was exhausted, my internet became practically unusable—even on a 5G phone in a 5G coverage area. If the add-on includes "Unlimited 5G," why does the service become unusable after the base data is consumed?

    Total irresponsible behaviour of Airtel xtreme Wifi team. Lodged a complain of wifi not working 3 days back, no one came to visit. But for new connection immediately they are ready to visit. Such a worthless service @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence #ShaswatSharma @AirtelXtream

    @airtelindia Shame on @Airtel_Presence! Broadband has been down since 11 AM. I was promised a fix in 4–6 hours, but after 8+ hours it's still down. Now you're saying tomorrow. Does Airtel not have technicians capable of fixing an outage in 8 hours? Completely unacceptable!

    Hi Team, I just upgraded to eSIM. Physical sim network gone. But in eSIM still showing Emergency Call. I have tried with all options like phone restart, manual network selection, flight mode but nothing worked. Please help to active my eSIM. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Fast lane technology for high speed internet even in congested environment. But it's not working as claimed both indoor and outdoor. It is really a bad service. I am not even able to talk to support to get the support. Only chatbot is there which is not able to understand...
