@rprabhu @durwasar @airtelindia Their CC team is full of inefficient guys who never respond to their customers timely. Airtel also doesn't have any Service Management principles like SLAs etc., So customer has to chase them for their request to be met by visiting store or 121 or mails for to get the service.
