    No one should take Airtel digital TV services in areas which is a bit outside metro cities. I am an Airtel Black customer and most of the days I can't view any channel or only a few channels while I pay Rs. 700+ every month. I keep raising requests. @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia what do I have to do to get my wifi installation charges refunded . You don’t have a customer care phone number and your chat bot support on the Airtel app is absolutely bogus. Even you don’t respond to DMs.

    @airtelindia Raised IPTV installation request on 2nd May, and even after 13 days it’s still pending. Contacted customer care multiple times, got only 24-hour assurances and no proper response even after emails. Very disappointing customer service. Thinking of shifting to @JioCare

    @Airtel_Presence Shocking that @airtelindia technicians don’t even understand port forwarding, CGNAT or NAT type issues. Customers are paying premium prices for fiber but getting useless technical support and no accountability.

    The worst thing in this world is @airtelindia Half of the places theres no connectivity and when there is connectivity they dont give unlimited 5g even after having valid plan It was worst decision to shift from jio to airtel

    @FASTag_NETC @airtelindia The moment I request a replacement FASTag, the existing tag is deactivated, forcing me to pay full tolls or fines until the new sticker arrives. Why not issue a duplicate sticker with the same FASTag ID and balance? In case of Wind Shield replacement.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia your customer care really needs to be looked into the escalation TL Priyanshu joins the call without telling me who he is and chats as if it's my problem that airtel can't provide internet and cuts the call when asked for Nodal office details.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence what would it take to bundle all the airtel services that i am using.. everytime i do it from airtel app , its says “ something went wrong” if i call customer support ( that is a nightmare in itself) they disconnect the call saying “sir technical issue araha hai aap thodi der baad try karna” Kya chahte ho bhai? Time to switch to @reliancejio it seems.

    @airtelindia , extremely disappointed with Airtel Broadband service. My Wi-Fi shifting request is being delayed for days with no proper response. Looks like prepaid customers who paid for 6 months are being ignored after payment. Pathetic support and zero accountability

    Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence i have not seen more stupid company then you. you have no problem in giving black connection to non airtel mobile no holder, but can't built a support to connect with the customer care for non airtel user. Why give connection then at first place

    Frequent wifi outage #WorstService #Airtel Facing wifi outage every week and weekend. There’s no active response on my complaints, gets rescheduled, technician doesn’t visit on time and no help other than highlighting word they have learnt, didn’t expected this. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence is the worst service I have ever experienced. My Xstream Fiver is not working since 13 May morning lodged a complaint and expected time for resolution is by 16th May. How do you expect working professionals to wfh where you can’t rely on the network
