    Dear @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia agr dhang ki wifi service nhi skte ho toh band kr do na business, it's been 3 days my wifi is just blinking red and orange and every time I try to connect to customer care they say you guys are upgrading ur systems. Kindly look into it.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence using the airtel xstream from a while now , I own a gaming cafe and Relying on single Connection only but in every 2 month i face the same network issue, literally pissed with the service engineer isn’t aligned yet, Complain has been open from 3 days

    @airtelindia It’s been eight days since I posted this ad and six since it was posted, yet there’s no resolution. You’ve also stopped calling me for two days now, which clearly shows you don’t have any intention of resolving this. I believe we can consider this if you are okay with me disconnecting all my three postpaid and WiFi connections and diluting my Airtel black. If you are still interested, please call me with a proper resolution and timeline. Otherwise, I will consider this a non-resolution and disconnect my connections.     Despite repeated requests, @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence has not uninstalled my XSafe connection. They will cry after I don’t pay the monthly charge, as I haven’t used any services in the current cycle. Kindly look into the matter @jagograhakjago and help me with a solution

I already shared my details through DM, called customer care multiple times, and visited the Airtel store, but no service engineer has contacted me. Very disappointed with the service. Please resolve this urgently.

    @airtelindia Worst experience with Airtel. Without any proper resolution, my service was suspended and the plan got unbundled unexpectedly. Customer support is completely unresponsive and unhelpful. This kind of poor service is unacceptable. Kindly resolve. #Airtel #WorstService

    1/4 @airtelindia broadband service has honestly become one of the worst service experiences I’ve dealt with. Every single time I raise a service request and select a preferred time slot, Airtel completely ignores it.

    @desimojito Not only this despite being on an UL 5G plan my data got over while dl a sw update and @airtelindia didn't even bothered to respond to complaint. I had to recharge my other number for data that day as i was on the move most part of the day

    The customer care will not help. Give you multiple offers even after you continuously tell them about wanting to close the connection. Then they will make ask you to call them back after somehow getting hold of them on call @airtelindia

    @Starboy2079 @airtelindia This is completely wrong. Prepaid users aren’t using your services for free. In fact, they pay before using your services. Giving priority to postpaid customers and ignoring prepaid customers in network availability is completely unethical. It’s a blatant case of extortion. You are forcing customers to opt for postpaid services if they want better services!

    My father is seriously ill and unable to visit Airtel for SIM reissue ( purchased 7–8 years ago). Airtel online support asked for medical documents, which were shared within 1 minute — but now complete silence. Need urgent help to escalate. @airtelindia @TRAI @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia Been a long-time customer and honestly, the service has been great overall. But help me understand one thing — why does the SIM app still auto-load on the phone when one can download a fully functional Airtel app? Feels a bit unnecessary and weird in 2026.
