Airtel’s own terms state that International Roaming is disabled by default and that charges for roaming usage apply when the service is activated and usage is generated.

There is no grievance escalation portal. Just talk to them or write a mail and no resolution but continue. Need to take it to fianality.

Disclaimer-RT and Likes don't mean ENDORSEMENT (@psmokashi1) reported@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. For more than 24 years... I had three mobile plus one wifi. Cause of lack of services I was forced to surrender or cancel one mobile connection and port out the other mobile number. I really hope that a Platinum Customer is treated better.
