This is going everyday problem now. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia extream fiber internet always stop working. I demand airtel to reimburse the days you didn't provide services to us. Afterall you charge us for exact days. It's better I sud opted @JioCare for internet.

@airtelindia So when you an issue with your airtel broadband, all you can do raise the ticket and wait for someone to call you regarding it or for the issue to be resolved even if it takes days coz it will not get connected to customer care, ticket is still active right. @airtel

@airtelindia Day 3 and counting and the wifi is still not back up, don't have any numbers to escalate the issue but calling 121, however since the ticket 136102112 raised on 25th August 2021 is still active, it does not connect to any customer care.

@airtelindia It seems the fastest internet provider in india upto 1GBps @airtelindia is not so fast at resolving the broadband issues. Guess its not so different than any other local service provider.
