    @iamsaahils @airtelindia @SamsungIndia I tried converting to eSIM, same issue. I have another JIO sim, when inserted to this, it is not working, but works fine in iPhone

    @airtelnews @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My WiFi is not working since 7 June 6:00pm. I keep getting apology messages and ETAs but no resolution. Your assigned technician said no ticket was received. I don't want apologies anymore, I want my issue resolved.

    Absolutely fed up with @airtelindia. Internet is slow, so their app won’t load to raise a complaint. Called 198- no auto-response, no human support, just an automated text telling me to use a chatbot. How am I supposed to use a chatbot without internet?

    @JioCare @reliancejio Please understand I can’t wait 4 u to install your new tower. Connection is damn poor and it is impacting my office work. I will certainly change to @airtelindia which has extremely good network here. I already have 1 Airtel number so thought of taking jio

    @airtelindia @VikasHudz Horrible service and hopeless customer care agents. Don't how your service engineers manage to close the complaints without even attending it properly. We haven't provided any OTPs to close the complaints. What kind of accountability your service personnel hv?

    @airtelindia since around 3 pm yesterday, the Airtel broadband of our entire lane is down. We got an SMS too that work is on BUT looks like Airtel does not even know about the outage! This seems to be an auto initiated SMS. No one is repairing I believe. This is NOIDA Sector-28!

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Getting that automated message from the home ministry once in a day or once in a while is understandable. Getting it everytime when outgoing call is placed is ridiculous. This can be trouble for someone in an emergency. Can you guys relook at this

    @airtelindia Thanks for charging me for 5G while delivering 4G that works at 2G speeds. Despite multiple complaints, nothing has changed. Calling this service 5G feels more like advertising than reality. #airtelindia

    @airtelindia ur stores force customer to convert to postpaid just to get their lost sim/damaged sims back is this fair. That's reason many people dump their Airtel sims. Do I need to do same.

    @airtelindia I have my Airtel SIM now in Canada. Inspite of NO ROAMING , I still am billed for it . STRANGE ! And secondly, it shows SOS on the top in the iPhone. 7222991024. You guys just say " looking into it and dont give a damn."

    @airtelindia Team, Issue is pending for over 4 weeks. Since you have started these from Dec 2025 without me making any changes on my phone, you need to switch these off. Please resolve urgently & stop lying about it being a regulatory requirement. No one else gets these @airtelindia

    @reliancejio @JioCare Extremely disappointed with Jio's service. After switching to Jio Home, our internet has been down for 4 days. Despite multiple technician visits, the issue remains unresolved. This experience has been frustrating, and I am now switching to @airtelindia.
