    Hi @airtelindia I’m facing issue with my wifi for whole day today. I’ve been trying to connect with customer care but it just gets disconnected after IVR. I’ve been facing this issue for so long and there’s no help from your side. Is this how Airtel abandons it’s customers?

    @airtelindia As we discussed during today’s call, the number you mentioned in the DM is incorrect. I added that number myself. The other number I mentioned in the DM multiple times and discussed in the call is the one I’m currently facing an issue with and haven’t added to the family plan yet. I’m not sure why it’s taking so long for this issue to be resolved.

    Now even if I don’t use the service, I’m still expected to pay ₹600. I can’t even properly close the connection — only “pause” it for ₹200/month. This feels less like customer service and more like forced money extraction. Extremely frustrating. @airtelindia @airtel
