    I recharged ₹99 today and on 13th May through Amazon UPI. I applied for a coupon, but I did not receive any reward money or coupon code for either transaction. Please help me get the reward money or a valid coupon. @airtelindia @amazonIN @airtelnews

    IVR service of Airtel is worst, man. the service agents are very irritating then I ever experienced- they just wanted me to switch from prepaid to postpaid instead of solving my issue. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence 4G/5G signal quality at my location in Bangalore city is getting worse day by day. Frequent call drops, poor network stability, and unreliable connectivity even in prime areas. Truly disappointing service.
