    @airtelindia It’s bullshit service provider, asked to join Airtel Black, joined but there is software issue of Airtel Black, while monthly payment it is parking money to others account, and customer care to top management no one caring about it, request to all not to opt Airtel.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Useless to use airtel when there is no customer support available to resolve issues faced by customers. 1. No response to DM for 6 days. 2. Why promote 121 when no human is available there to help? Not all the issues can be resolved through IVR.

    I think @Airtel_Presence should change their handle to @airtelindia doesn’t care! On a customer (dis) service call for last 15 minutes to cancel the connection:( their social media team would respond to this tweet after ages once the issue is done with :(
