    @airtelindia I was porting my number from Jio to Airtel and had almost completed the process. I also paid for the prepaid plan, but unfortunately, there was an interruption during KYC. Now I’m unable to resume the process. Please help me complete it.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia count your days. I’m porting to @JioCare as soon as my current recharge expires. I’ve been an Airtel customer for 6 years, but for the past month your 5G speeds have been absolutely terrible.

    @airtelindia The technician came! After rigorous followup.He billed me rs.3150 for amplifier charges citing weak cable,never an issue in the last few years.Every flat in my complex has an amplifier or is it a compensation scheme for your service provider?Is it under warranty?

    Huge thanks to Airtel representative ‘Arafat’ for going above & beyond! When my father's phone was stolen & the Kammanahalli store closed at 9:30 PM, he traveled 10+ kms off-duty to hand-deliver & activate my replacement SIM. Rockstar service! 🙌👏 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia - Raised Wifi Shifting request on 22 Aug. Estimated time for resolution given by Airtel was 27 Aug. Didn't happen. Despite multiple calls to customer care (each call over 10 mins). Frustrated Customer ! Requested for Wifi Cancellation on 28 Aug. Still didn't happen!

    If @airtelindia cannot provide basic Internet ( be it any 4G/5G) in Bangalore , wtf they will do anywhere ! @TRAI seems blind and let telecom companies do whatever they want with the price hike . Serious issues !

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews Extremely frustrated with your network! I recently ported in and recharged for an entire year, only to face constant call drops and no internet connectivity. Regretting the switch already. Please fix this ASAP!

    @airtelindia How many complaints does it take to fix a network issue?Airtel coverage in Anandpur Camp, Bihta, Patna, is extremely poor. Calls & mobile data barely work despite multiple complaints.Please assess the network and improve coverage/install a tower here. #Airtel #Airtel

    Dear @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia since yesterday my wifi is not working despite I have complained nothing has been done. Since yesterday it has affected my office work. Who will be responsible for it. Will u give 2 days extra plan. U can take your wifi back I'll switch to Jio.
