    @Airtel_Presence In the classic tradition of Airtel customer care, a week has passed and they haven't moved a finger. Meanwhile I still struggle to get the connection after paying the money. Even BSNL was better than this. They never provided service but did not fleece you like @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Hello, I need help to make sure that APPLE TV and AMAZON PRIME are NOT Automatically Renewed on my on April 20. There should be a very easy way to cancel the Auto Renew option but I am unable to find it. Please help. Thank you.

    Forcing payment before disconnection even though internet hasn’t worked since 15 Feb (LOS red). Multiple complaints closed without fix. Still billing & denying waiver. Unacceptable. Waive charges & disconnect now. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    Booked Airtel Fiber on 9th April, payment done, but connection still not activated. Agent is giving daily false commitments. This delay is affecting my work. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia either activate the connection by today EOD or cancel & refund immediately. #PoorService

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Seriously fed up with Airtel Complaining since 5th April — no technician, no fix. First disconnections, now broadband completely dead (no lights). Even today called support — just complaint update, NO ACTION.

    @airtelindia My Airtel broadband connection is not working from more than 6Hours , I have Raised a complaint but the solution I got is to wait for 1day for service engineer to resolve it. Being in a metro city like Pune ,airtel don’t have immediate service support ?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtel_wifi I have been using Airtel wifi broadband for the past 6 years. Over the last few months, it's become very worst. My internet connection not working in Chennai for last 15 days and multiple complaints raised, issue still exists. Very bad.
