    @JioCare has the worst customer care service. Been days since internet is down, ticket raised, but no update, no engineer alloted or reached out, customer care online and through phone offers no help. @airtelindia I'm interested in half yearly broadband connection..time to switch

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Can I permanently switch my SIM to 4G? My phone supports 5G, but the 5G network is too slow and unreliable for me, so I don’t really need it. Even when I switch my phone to 4G-only mode, I still face network problems. What should I do? Otherwise.....

At around 2:30 PM, I called again—no one picked up.I contacted Airtel support again, and was once again told it would be resolved today. It's now around 3 PM, and I'm still waiting. This isn't just a delay

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence #658073581 for DTV ID 3071579535 was promised resolution by 10 Aug, 6 PM. It’s 12 Aug still unresolved, no callback, response from Airtel. My senior-citizen parents have suffered for days. Resolve this or I’ll escalate to the Consumer Forum. #Airtel

    @LavanyaBallal @airtelindia Airtel broadband connection in Jayanagar is erratic and many times their office Don't entertain my complaint. Infact they refuse to address our problem . There was token system of our registering complaint now it is replaced.
