  @airtelindia You guys have the WORST wifi services .. I am so pissed on myself for choosing Airtel over Jio fibre. The Wifi stops working every 2nd day . The net don't work for hours ... And you guys just forward a mes and don't take complain on your useless application.

  Scam of 2026 by Airtel, exposed. You raise complaints to appellate authorities and what happens next , the ticket closes the very next day without a resolution, happened once after writing to concerned authorities and this is now second time, screenshot attached. How do they operate? You raise a ticket and you receive a sms acknowledging a ticket is open and will be resolved within 2 weeks and you wait for another email saying it resolved and you don’t receive it , you go back to app to check it is closed. You are in assumption that 2 week resolution was given and you forget and that is what they catch on to and close tickets ? Appellate authorities at Airtel are just a laughing stock bots. You send email , boom ticket is closed. Highly doubt if the individual actually exist or work to provide or to any complaints @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence #Portoutairtel #airtel #nonetworkairtel

  @airtelindia I am surprised with how such a big company can be so service deficient. Wi-fi request raised 48 hours ago and not even a single technician is assigned. Sales person came immediately to get money, but neither I am getting refund nor service. #scam #CustomerExperience

  @JioCare Never have I ever seen an IP service taking 24 hours to resolve 1 simple request. This is pathetic tbh & with this I need to reconsider my options. @airtelindia would serve me best I guess.

  @airtelindia Complaint numbers: 11037871108 & 11038051669 The issue started on Friday morning and still going on. No action from any of the technicians or area head (Sumit Yadav). Just keep saying that the issue will be resolved soon.
