    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia please fix your pathetic network. Neither my internet is working properly and also I am getting ping of 300+ ms. Is this is what you hiked your rate for? I am facing this issue from past 10 days. I am not even able to connect with customer care.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence If I switch off my phone for a day, will I still get the messages that were sent to me just after switching off? Tried teaching out to customer care for this. There was no luck.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia and i have same issue on that day so I again raised a complaint on Dec 17 still now (Dec 22) no one came and solve the issue, it almost 5 days, 2 of your engineers just called me and said I am the one following your issue but no one replaced my wifi router

    @airtelindia i lost my job. I took WFH trusted your network, your network is pathetic all over the Gurgaon. It never works, even after complaining multiple times no issues resolved. Will you guys provide me the job in your company or you're going to reimburse me till next job.

    Pathetic experience from #jiofiber @JioCare. Internet is not working since evening. Jio chat and jio care numbers are not connecting. No other way to raise a complaint. Will terminate connection tomorrow and will go for @airtelindia
