    @excitel_rocks Day 8 and still zero action from @excitel_rocks. It’s reached a point where @AirtelIndia is responding to my complaints about Excitel faster than Excitel themselves! Is this how you treat loyal customers? Ticket 76287184 is still rotting in your system. Fix it ASAP or refund.

    @airtelindia @AdobeExpress Paid for internet installation 5 days ago but still no service. Extremely poor customer support with no proper response. This is unacceptable. Can't use Adobe without internet. No response in dm as well. As customer service is non existent. Cannot recommend it to anyone at all

    @DevashishE70710 @JioCare Check your bills also. Jio is now adding fake numbers to scam ppl. I have lost 700rs to #jioscam. I think i wont pay their fake outstanding amount and switch to @airtelindia. Their customer care is also bad with same bot replies.

    @airtelindia I called customer care to fix my connection—no call back, no resolution till now. But the moment I mistakenly asked for a new connection, I got 10 calls instantly. So sales is fast, but service is zero? This is extremely frustrating. Fix my issue ASAP. 😠 😡

    @airtelindia This looks like a serious service lapse, if not fraud. My broadband connection was upgraded to Air Fiber without my consent, and as a result: - My static IP address was removed - My landline number was discontinued - Now I’m being told these cannot be restored Why was this change done without analyzing my requirements or taking approval? These services were critical for my usage. I spoke to customer support, but the response was simply: “It cannot be enabled anymore.” This is unacceptable. I need: Clear justification for this unauthorized upgrade Immediate resolution or rollback options Accountability for the disruption caused Kindly address this urgently.

    Dear @airtelindia . Your customer service is there to provoke or to compell your customer to choose another mobile service provider. The airtel store of Malad West Mumbai, is doing such things. After visiting airtel store 5 times the problem is as it is @airtelnews

    @airtelindia i have requested for new wifi connection on Friday and your agent promised me that installation will be done on same day and after i paid the installation amount till now no engineer is assigned and agent also not responding. Customer service also not responding.
