    @airtelindia @TRAI Do you have any idea how much time I have wasted? Hours on hold. Hours explaining the same problem from scratch every single time because your agents have zero record of previous calls. Zero accountability. Zero follow-up.

    @airtelindia my phone number 9765729261 I know you have data of vendor who have completed MPN because he also do the face authentication once customer authentication completed either you ask him recharge or refund my money. Because make my recharge yesterday from my own pocket.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Very poor customer experience for me. I requested for wifi and DTH onnection on 20th March after relocating to Hyderabad. Of this Wifi got installed on next day but DTH is yet not installed after 21 days. Not any representative contacted me. (1/2)
