    Why is @reliancejio is not available in Mumbai? What is issue with their service? Their service ppl have no clue. Meantime my other @airtelindia number is already on 5G . Much better coverage and data speed of 300Mbps+. May be time to shift for all of my family. @JioCare

    @airtelindia fiber last 3 days internet service down . No any engineer assigned yet. Only giving hope as will resolve issue within 4hrs. If take longer days to solve the issue then shut down your service.same issue happening 1 or 2 week in a month. It’s mentally Harassment @TRAI

    Now, @Airtel internet service becomes very pathetic even in the era of 5G network. @Airtel is unable to provide even 3G internet service in the Jaipur capital of Rajasthan. For the last 6 months, I have complaint to @airtelindia many times but didn't get any permanent solution.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence my Airtel xstream connection got shifted and technician installed new router and and it's 24hrs since he went saying that connection is not there due to backend issue. Now he is not picking call and broadband is not working. Pls resolve this ASAP
