    Now no one is even responding to the call. Worst service from Airtel Black. @airtelindia Provided the wrong info at all the steps. Customer care is also not responding.

    It's really sad that Airtel in the promotion for Airtel Black now don't allow normal customer to connect with their call center Broadband services are not working on our complete area. Have the worst IVR service. @Airtel @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @Airtel_Presence Nobody responds for days if broadband is down. Esc to Nodal Auth doesnt help. Frustrated & disconnected in abt a week. 6 months adv rental still not returned after 2 months of disconnection & followup. @airtelindia #Hyderabad service is terrible. Ticket on 15April (10031254989)

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have been your customer from more than 1 year. And I reside in metropolitan city. To be frank, 4G Internet is worst here. And plus even voice connectivity is very bad. Some areas I cant hear voice. Sometimes I get E internet.
