    @airtelindia I have been following up on my UPS installation through your customer care for the last 48 hours. Each representative says they are escalating the issue and promises a callback, but no one calls. Cannot even cancel the order now. Is this a new way to extort money?

    @airtelindia I am using airtel prepaid and postpaid and today I am having issue with internet and signal quality even with normal phone calls. At the time of initiation the call full signal 5G was available and after few minutes signal dropped to 4G with single bar. Do something

    There is no network coming for @airtelindia and when you complain they would ask to connect to mobile data to diagnose which you will obviously fail to do and they will tell you we can't do anything as you cannot connect to mobile data. Worst network. #worst #airtel

    @ganeshsonawane @airtelindia One of the worst signals in the world. I am ashamed to be a customer of airtel for 12+ yrs and should slap on my face for continuing. We are sending rockets to maaangalyan but airtel is not able to provide signals in Kondapur what a shame...

    @ganeshsonawane @airtelindia Faced the same when i lost my phone and wanted to contact their customer care to block the sim. Finally had to located airtel gallery and get it blocked from there.

    Since last 4 days, the Wi-Fi has not been working at my home. Repeated complaints were raised. You get connected to a chargeable IVRS which keeps you busy in choosing various menus. I have lost 3-4 days from my subscription. PATHETIC SERVICE #airtelindia #AirteiWifi

    @airtelindia Registered a complaint with Airtel on 21st May with a 48-hour resolution promise. Even after 3 days and 3 reminder calls,still no action. Disappointed with such poor customer service & zero accountability from a brand that claims to prioritise customer experience .
