  @airtelindia @airtelindiahelp I install Airtel AirFiber, but since installation 10th Aug, the router has never worked properly. Every time there’s a power cut, it takes 2–3 hours to restart, and then starts showing a blinking yellow light again after a few hours.

  Hi @JioCare @reliancejio - No update has been provided on this. What's the update on the investigation? Today, the guy came to check the internet speed issue. He didn't know a single **** about how it works, and ****** it completely. Now, for the last 6 days, the Wi-Fi hasn't been working. Every day he says, tomorrow I will fix it. Is this the service I am paying for? I trusted your service and paid for a year in advance. Otherwise, I would have switched to @airtelindia

  @airtelindia @TRAI While the Wi-Fi service has been addressed, the DTH installation is still pending and the Request ID is UP3W5NYVX. However, despite the request being raised, the installation has not yet been complete.please resolved immediately.

  @airtelindia @TRAI Airtel company keeps all its consumers in the dark, never told that 5G is not unlimited and Airtel company is expert in stealing data. If we ask some questions, then they do not have enough knowledge to answer our questions.

  3+ years as an Airtel Black customer, and every ******* outage gets the same copy-paste response: “We’re aware services will be back in 5–6 hours. I pay for a premium service, not premium excuses. @airtelindia, stop sending scripted apologies!

  @TRAI @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence only sends a message saying that my network complaint has been fixed. In fact, my problem has not been resolved and the network problem is still ongoing.
