    @airtelindia I taken Airtel fibernet broadband connection plan for 6 months on 10.12.2022,On the same day evening my internet stopped working, many times I called and messaged to local Airtel service provider but today is 12.12.2022,. No one visited to resolve the issue.. My no. 7013290818

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Why did you guys remove advance bill payment for fiber option from your app. It's just either pay one month bill or 6 months now. before I could pay any advance amount I want. your app and service was already trash but now u r making it worse.

    Airtel services is very poor now days also without using postpaid number their asking to pay bill with penalty.. Calling agents also very poor service like adamant.. What is previously customer given complaints or anything without knowing agents calling.. @airtelindia @TRAI

    I don't know Why @airtelindia and @reliancejio @JioCare is so careless about tour installation. There is lots of issues of network at my area siwan Bihar. Please do the needful.
