ansh (@kapoorfeels) reportedDear @airtelindia I paid my Airtel postpaid bill, but my services have still been suspended. This is completely unacceptable. I have also not received any bank OTPs or payment-related notifications, which is causing further inconvenience. If my payment has been successfully processed, there is no valid reason for my services to remain suspended. I expect this issue to be resolved urgently. I do not want to face any further disruption because of an error on Airtel’s side.

I have been one of the firat customers for @airtelindia when they first started their services. When I spoke about this issue one of their staff told me to cut off the cables and throw them out. Absolutely outrageous

rohidas waghmare (@rohidas390SW) reported@airtelindia And while we’re at it, you charge for sending a simple SMS while claiming the plan includes 100 SMS. Most people never even use all the data/SMS they’re paying for, yet the full amount is charged and the unused benefits mean nothing.

Till a couple of days back, I was able to receive it on my existing postpaid connection. But now they seem to have stopped. Not able to reach ur customer support on WA. Pls help.
