    @airtelindia The timeframe you are referring to is unacceptable. Your reps promise to make a callback but never do so. I'm having trouble making banking transactions and incurring fin loss, who is to be held responsible for deficiency of service @airtel. Don't give me BOT / CANNED REPLIES.

    @AirtelIndia your roaming helpdesk closed my ticket without resolving it. I can receive SMS/calls on my Indian number from Israel, but WhatsApp shortcode OTP is blocked, a carrier-level backend issue, not a handset issue. Need escalation to your network team. #AirtelRoaming
