    Thr is no @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia network in Palghar since 6 hours. When airtel network will get start? all consumer are facing ths problem.

    Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence What stupidity is this. Airtel postpaid 5g continously moves in 5g and 4g every 2 or 3 sec. The connection is completely unstable. Is that how it is supposed to be.....?????

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence This is unacceptable! For 2 days, there has been NO NETWORK in our area. We can’t even make basic voice calls, forget internet access. Fix this urgently and restore services immediately! 📍 Village Aapti, near AM/NS India, Khopoli.

    @airtelindia There is no DG (diesel generator) backup at the Airtel tower in Nandgaon Village, PIN 401501, District Palghar, Maharashtra. Whenever there is a power outage, the mobile network goes down, causing significant inconvenience to residents. Kindly provide DG @DoT_India

    Dear Airtel, Please clarify that when we pay for your Digital Tv surchages as per your plan than it should your responsibility to ensure proper working of network. When we complain about network problems you ask to pay Rs. 150 to pay your Engineer. @airtelindia

    When i contacted 121 of @airtelindia and tried to connect with human, it says that i do not have enough balance, wtf bro? 121 se baat krne ke liye alag se recharge krwana pdta h? i was pissed talking ai agent but when finally was getting connected, then this **** happened.

    Still the issue is unresolved. I had DM the contact number but still no one has reached out. Pathetic service while they are stating would provide priority postpaid service. First you provide basic service @airtelindia @TRAI

    Incoming sms’s are not working on my no & I have raised a complaint and it has been more than 15days since ticket has been raised and escalated.I have visited Airtel store 6 times in the last one week. No resolution frm @airtelindia yet. Wrst customer service !
