    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Issue has not been resolved yet . Do you people have any TAT or it will be a never ending loop. I am thinking switch to a better and stable network provider who can provide me atleast a stable internet.

    Totally unhappy with your app and response for chat help, i am out of country and was exploring international packs, by mistake it got activated and now there is no option of deactivation!! And while try to get this done for help no option is thr @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    Hi @airtelindia Team, How many days does it typically take to complete an unbundle request? I raised a request on 9th April 2026, but it is still unresolved. I have not received any response from customer care. This level of delay and lack of communication is quite disappointing.

    @Airtel_Presence But till when can you complete the service request that you were supposed to complete by 18 April. Not to mention that I can’t use your services but I’m still paying the monthly bill. Highly inefficient @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Raised network complaint 8-10 days ago .Still facing horrible network - call drops .got SMS problem rectified but ZERO improvement on ground.Stop closing without fixing and if u can't rectify it tell me so that I can switch to other service providers

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Services Broadband services are down for last 5 hours in Greater Noida West Sector 16B. There is no prior communication from your company and no one is able to provide time to restore. Even mobile N/w not working. Very poor condition of customer service.

    Airtel Fiber is offering extra days only to customers who manage to contact support after service restoration—but there’s no proper way to reach them. Moden Art of looting.. Please make auto credit of extra days. @raghav_chadha please look into this. @airtelindia @FibreAirtel

    @airtelindia fraud Network Provider. Their Unlimited 5g never works after given Data limit over as they don’t give 5g network after given consumption. So I opted for unlimited 4g+5g plan still the same. Net running like Turtle. When contact Cx support they have dumb AI.
