    Anyone should NEVER use @airtelindia @airtelnews WiFi. I haven’t used it for 2 months still they are charging me some overdue payments. They are not allowing me to discontinue their service, I have tried atleast 10 times and extorting money. Shame on you!

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Paying Airtel every month feels like subscribing to buffering, disconnections, and customer support hide-and-seek. The only thing that’s truly unlimited is disappointment.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Both my Airtel Broadband and Airtel SIM lose connectivity at the same time - location Katara Hills, Bhopal. It's been 4 hours now and still no news about the fix. Customer support non existing. @TRAI - Please do something about the repeated bad svc

    @airtelindia I'm on a 5G network, but I'm receiving 50% or 90% data usage alerts much earlier than expected. Please investigate the accuracy of my data consumption records and resolve any discrepancy immediately. I expect a clear explanation and prompt resolution.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews My Wi-Fi is not working since 3 days, I tried diagnosing through airtel application, but it didn't worked. On calling customer care, they are further trying to play around same thing.

    @airtelindia netwrok is NIL these day's irrespective of the location and particular person. Everyone is facing challenge even to get whatsapp msg delivered or communicate on call. Everytime network is NIL. In postpaid connection we oay for unlimited and not able to use even 100mb

    @reliancejio @JioCare 3 DAYS INTERENET NOT WORKING (JIOFIBER) SCHEDULED ENGINEER VISIT FOR 4 PM. THEY GUYS DINT TURN UP. GAVE 9 PM TIME. THEY DINT TURN UP. ITS TIME TO SWITCH TO @airtelindia . CALLCENTER ASSURED US PROPER SERVICE. NOW EVEN CALLS WILL NOT GO THROUGH.POOR SEVICE

    @airtelindia I I am trying to reach a customer executive, but it's so hard. In the IVR, for DTH service, after entering the number, it asks to confirm by pressing 1, but when I do that, it says "wrong choice." How is that possible?

    @airtelbank @airtelindia @JoshiPralhad I have been receiving the same response for almost a month. My complaint was registered on 28 May 2026, but the issue is still unresolved. How much more time will it take to resolve it? Kindly provide a clear timeline instead of repeated updates. Complaint Ref No: 4779952084095

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence no wi-fi internet even after over 72 hours now. Yesterday, your call centre no. 1800 102 9892 told that the technician will surely visit today before 12 noon. Nobody came. Why lie? #HorribleAirtelWiFi service.
