    I talked with Shabana and Banasa on 400 Airtel bank. Disgusting to know their customer friendly commitments. Still not able tr very smoothly. I tr a small amount but another tr I am not able to do. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Your #WiFi outage has become a regular feature inspite of several calls for long with your customer care. Even your technician hsd failed to response. As a premijm customer I deserve better service.

    @pbhushan1 I have requested to discontinue wifi service just few days ago, they say it takes a week and for that week I have to pay. It was my mistake now I don't recommend anyone @airtelindia service to anyone.

    This is beyond frustrating! Our entire building in Ghuma, Ahmedabad has had unstable Airtel Wi-Fi for 4 days. Engineers “fix” it for a few hours, then it dies again. Many residents work from home, and this is now affecting our jobs. TL Sagar isn’t responding either. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia I understand there are 50+ pending remote requests, and mine is #74 but that's not my problem, but I need a clear resolution. If the remote cannot be provided, please do not charge me for the period during which I am unable to use the service.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Constant WiFi outages & internet issues every alternate day for over a year now. Ground team keeps blaming an "open system" in the area, yet there is zero permanent resolution despite endless complaints.

    @airtelindia My Wi-Fi has been completely non-functional since yesterday, and I’m extremely dissatisfied with the handling of my complaint. The chatbot repeatedly gives another “4 hours” estimate, while customer care cites a system upgrade with no clear resolution. #Airtel
