    @Airtel_Presence Extremely disappointed with @airtelindia . My Wi-Fi issue has been pending for far too long despite multiple complaints. @Airtel_Presence has completely failed to respond or provide any resolution. Level of customer service is unacceptable.

    Nagpur customers, be warned @airtelindia has become completely unreliable.Whether it’s Wi-Fi at the office or my personal SIM, the connectivity is non-existent. I’ve exhausted all complaint channels. Starting the process of porting out today unless there’s an immediate fix.

    My Airtel internet was not working since 2 Apr. After multiple follow-ups, engineer visit, and service closure request, Airtel collected the router and DTH in May.Still, I am getting bills for black. Correct the bill and refund the extra payment @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    Terrible service from Airtel. Inspite of being a Airtel Black member, no follow up. In fact the raised request does not even show up on their portal and their chatbot is of least help. @airtelindia @reliancejio @JM_Scindia

    @airtelindia I've been requesting a shift of my Airtel Fiber connection for weeks now. Every time I contact support, I'm told "it will be done soon" but nothing happens. If the shift isn't possible at my new location, just tell me so I can close the connection #AirtelFiber
