    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Facing extremely poor network connectivity and 5G not working for over 2 weeks. internet is mostly unusable. If not resolved immediately, I will be forced to escalate this complaint to higher authorities. Kindly fix this on priority. #AirtelDown

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am unable to get a solution from your customer support regarding an advance payment for Airtel IPTV which eventually got cancelled and there is no way to get a refund m attaching the screenshots along with it , I want my refund for this amount

    @airtelindia One of the worst service provider of India, Neither customer care help us nor the service engineer . They both used to play hide and seek if you have problem. If you have problem nobody will help you, They are only there to remind you when you have to pay the bill

    @airtelindia Facing call issue for 1+ year. Calls don’t connect on first attempt (no voice both sides). Have to retry 2–3 times every call. Same issue on both family plan numbers (iPhones), everywhere — home & office. Complaints closed without fix. Fix this or I’ll port out.

    airtelindia @Airtel_Presence everymonth same story I had recharged with unlimited 5G plan but my 4G data gets consumed and after 2GB gets over the internet stops working @airtelindia worst service provider ever, really shameless and pathetic…

    @airtelindia Internet in our area (Balasore) has been unusable for a long time. Despite full signal, we can’t even use basic apps or browsing. This is not temporary—it’s been like this for years. Please escalate and fix this urgently or we’ll raise it with TRAI. #AirtelDown

    @airtelindia @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence kindly look into your recent smart connection aka band steering. It’s creating lot of issues and WiFi freeze which your ground team is unable to fix. In age of AI they are suggesting use of wired cable. Pathetic. Complain#11028611830
