    @airtelindia This is very poor customer service from your part. My broadband connection has been down for more than two days now....and the technicians have come and gone two times saying that the connection will come back within few hours, yet nothing had been resolved yet.

    @airtelindia Airtel Xstream fiber is one of the worst service in Bangalore. Please don’t subscribe it every day service is down for almost 3 to 4 hours same reply from support team no permanent solution for this

    Purchasing Fasttag and using Airtel Payment was a horrible decision. They blocked our Airtel wallet linked to the Fasttag as a "dormant" account even though we have transactions done in Mar 2022. We are now traveling to Odisha and have no way to recharge our Fasttag @airtelindia
