    I would like to bring to your notice that I accidentally recharged the wrong Airtel mobile number. The intended number was different, but due to a mistake, the recharge was processed to another Airtel number which already had an active plan. Anyy solution for this @airtelindia ?

    @airtelindia From almost A month I am complening about two issues one of them is very basic related to hellotunes but after giving complaints at senior level CC as well no resolution at all, today as well given one more time same complaint. Is it really difficult to resolve???

    Really disappointed with @airtelindia service. Converted my number to postpaid ONLINE, but now it’s not working in Jammu & Kashmir. Customer care says I should have visited an Airtel store for activation. @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews

    @airtelindia Really appreciate your efforts to give a right coverage but somehow your team is incapable of giving resolution or better service. Switched from @ACTFibernet after five years, of testing your services. But it was my mistake.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Disappointed with Airtel Black service. Order (1010103018398) has been delayed with multiple tickets still in-progress and no resolution. Customer support is unresponsive, & the AS Rao Nagar store is not answering calls. This is unacceptable service!

    I’d like to suggest adding a short "validity" pack. Many users only need their number active for a few days for OTP & incoming calls especially before travel (abroad). A short validity option would be very helpful & improve customer satisfaction. @TRAI @JM_Scindia @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence My airtel xstream/ airtel black TV remote has stopped working since 1 month when complaint was raised regarding the same , service agent gave us an old remote and charged 400 Rs. For the same , even that remote is not working

    @airtelindia 5g network is awesome but when it automatically switched to 4g it is very bad please do something we tried with your customer care service but they are not even interested to co-operate.
