    It's now 7 days straight and the third class @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence can't rectify the Wifi that has gone phut. Be wary of these guys! I had multiple connections with them & each one of them I ported to a better service provider over the last one year. Gutter class service!

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence this is 8th day of trouble and harassment and blackout from my communication and financial losses. If it’s not resolved by today I am launching an official complaint with @TRAI and consumer forum tomorrow.

    @airtelnews @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence These days, Airtel’s grievance and appellate process seems to be just for show. Multiple complaints, store visits, escalations and even a DoT PG grievance — yet no proper response or resolution. Extremely disappointing customer service

    Total Failure of Airtel Phone Network & Mobile Data on Road No 78, Jubilee Hills Hyd-033. TS. Multiple Complaints to the Airtel Customer Care, E-mails & DM via X but to no avail, Airtel Management is least bothered to look into the Grievance. @airtelindia

    @TRAI @airtelindia I would urge all to comment if facing a problem with Airtel for poor connection and service but charging full amount every time. There is no grievance escalation portal. Just talk to them or write a mail and no resolution but continue. Need to take it to fianality.

    When it comes to customer care service @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence is the worst. All I wanted was to upgrade to postpaid via family add on. From past 24 hrs I have talked to 6-7 different agents none could resolve my issue nor was able to give any concrete reply, not I am left

    @airtelindia Non-existent features of the Aitrel Thank App (although there is nothing to be thanked) and I pointed out to her she run away after disconnecting the call. Can anybody see the Network and Devices Menu here?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelindia urgent intervention from your senior officials. Despite repeatedly reporting genuine service issues, Airtel's responses are focused only on recovering dues, without addressing the service deficiency or disputed billing. One of Complaint #31-1000015760919
