    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @TRAI Airtel is the biggest scammer in India.They have removed the recharge for 2G Phones .If someone has 2G phones then why will he need data.The company is indirectly looting the poor customers and making money. My whole family will shift to Jio.

    @airtelindia : I am currently outside India & trying to do some transactions that require an OTP. Till a couple of days back, I was able to receive it on my existing postpaid connection. But now they seem to have stopped. Not able to reach ur customer support on WA. Pls help.

    @airtelindia My international roaming has suddenly stopped working despite having an active roaming pack. It worked fine for 10 days, but now neither calls nor internet work. Meanwhile, Vodafone is working perfectly fine at the same location. Please fix this urgently.

    @airtelindia what kind of scam are you guys running? You say “unlimited” but 4 days ago my net slowed down. I found out that “unlimited” apparently means only till 300GB, after which the speed drops to 80kbps. And I’m barely getting 30kbps. 🧵

    @airtelindia @airtelnews The service should be stable from the beginning, but I am unable to use the Digital TV properly. Check the AirFiber/TV configuration, connectivity and provisioning from your end instead of repeatedly asking me to restart the router or TV.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Please hire educated persons for 198 complaint care. They don't know basic things about call forwarding. Why call forwarding is a big deal and one have to dial mmi*# code things to activate? Can't it be done in the mobile application? @geekyranjit

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia - Ordered International Roaming by mistake. User Interface is incredibly poor. Chances of accidentally enabling is very very high. No way to cancel this. Tried Airtel Thanks App, tried calling 9910099100. Extremely frustrating. Please advise asap.
