    @airtelindia you guys are so quick to set up Internet and follow up for payments and upgrading Internet. However, when we call regarding a service issue, you guys don’t send a team to fix it for days nor do you guys respond to calls. Seriously thinking of switching.#airtel

    @airtelindia My Air Fiber was installed 10 days ago but has had no internet for the last 8 days. Repeated calls to the engineer & customer care have gone nowhere. I'm a student and rely on it for studies. I will have to cancel my subscription if not resolved ASAP. Unexpected!!

    @Airtel_Presence you people make us fool by providing this type of disgusting network coverage.. most of the rural areas @airtelindia users cannot use its data to browse internet because of your poor coverage.

    @C29Krish @airtelindia I am also facing the same problem since last 2 days. I have recently done a recharge of Rs 649 in Airtel. I am stuck and cannot even do the porting and now I have again done a recharge of Rs 225 in BSNL.

    @airtelbank @airtelindia @RBI He was also of the opinion that he can't help. I need to visit airtel store in Rajnagar extn near gulmohar or at Sikka telecom RDC. Who in turn said contact customer care. We can only open bank account nothing else.

I've paid two booking amounts, still have no connection, and Airtel isn't even processing the cancellation or refund. This is unacceptable customer service.
