    @airtelindia Despite raising multiple complaints, the coverage issue is still not resolved. Coordinates: 22.516024, 73.463057 Network coverage remains poor, causing continued connectivity issues. Kindly investigate the problem and take the necessary action to resolve it ASAP.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia stop advertising your priority postpaid. Of this your priority postpaid shut it down immediately because my airtel prepaid works much better than the useless airtel priority postpaid.

    @airtelindia It seems you guys have nexus with spam callers. I raised complaint against spam caller using TRAI DND app. You closed complaint saying couldn't find call record for reported content. I hope you know DND app only allow to raise complaint when you have call record.

    @unknown324696 @airtelindia Exactly same thing has happened with me. Now they are asking me to provide a consent letter to forfeit my balance. But they want a signed (non-digital) letter. I don't understand why they won't take email consent especially when they never took any such things while creating it.

    @ViCustomerCare I mistakenly recharged my other Vi number instead of my dad’s Vi number with the ₹3,599 yearly plan. I don’t need a refund if you can transfer the plan to my dad’s number. If that’s not possible, please cancel the recharge and refund @airtelindia @CRED_club

    Hi @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence last month l did a recharge of 279 OTT, this month deducted Autopay same 279 still not activated,called many times to ur customer care,no use, what has to do now. Though I have all paid upi proof, @TRAI ,

    Airtel 5G network is very poor in Hampasagara 2. The 5G signal may show, but the internet speed and stability are not good at all. Please check the nearby Airtel tower/network and improve the 5G service in this area. @airtelindia @airtelindia

    Seriously what wrong with the Internet in TINSUKIA ,Assam . Electricity goes out and suddenly both airtel and jio net shuts down . @reliancejio @airtelindia People are doing important work online and suddenly the net goes down .

    @airtelindia Every time you hear the same thing. There is temporary network congestion.We are resolving it within 4 hours. Are you guys resolving the issue once in for all or fix it temporarily? @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence This is the 3rd time in this week that the wifi net has gone down without any intimation of maintenance. There is no way to register complaint. The engineers are not responding. I guess its time to switch back to local.
