Try these immediately: - Open Airtel Thanks app → check data balance/status. - Dial 121 or 198 (use another phone if needed). - Forward every spam SMS to 1909. If no fix, raise ticket via app or TRAI portal with your txn ID. Let me know the response you get.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence is the worst service provider in India. They are just finding ways to grab money from you. No ethics and no respect for brand loyalty. I've been using Airtel Black for 4 years, and they will still screw you to make more money. #shameful

    Their customer service is very bad btw @airtelindia i tried to complain about this every where finally i complained with @Airtel_Presence after that it got solved. Now the new issue is that , today suddenly my internet got drained even though I didn’t use much today. At 4 pm 50%

    @airtelindia my wifi has been out since 6 days. No one is responding and no one is caring to get it working. Pathetic service, I am getting daily messages that today it will get resolved by this person n that person. But no one is calling (no one is even responding when I call) 😡 @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @jagograhakjago I have paid for Airtel AirFiber installation but it has been 2 days and installation is still not completed. Payment already done, but no technician visit or update yet. Kindly look into this urgently and resolve the issue. #Airte

    What is the use of 4G/5G, if we recharge for unlimited 5G and don't get it. And when it switches back to 4G, it's even worse than what 3G was a few years back. @airtelindia , been your customer for a few, but very dissatisfied.

    Airtel roaming billing issue: A one-day roaming pack meant for my wife was wrongly activated on my number while I was abroad using a local SIM. Despite multiple requests, a ₹1500 billing cap was not enforced and bill generated for ~₹25K.@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews

    Dear @TRAI, I have been facing issues from the 25th of April till now. Being in a 5G coverage area, I am still unable to use the 5G unlimited data service, and @airtelindia has not resolved the issue.
