  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Your service is really pathetic! I have been facing the same issue for the last three months despite raising multiple complaints. Your service agents neither pick calls nor visit the premises at the scheduled time, by your own team.

KINDLY CONSIDER THIS LETTER AS FORMAL NOTICE OF DISCONNECTION, EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY. We further request you to kindly process a refund for the unused service period. AT A MINIMUM, WE REQUEST A REFUND FOR THE LAST ONE MONTH . If possible, we would appreciate a refund for the ENTIRE ONE-YEAR PERIOD, as applicable under the terms and conditions.   @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Paid ₹500 on 16 Aug for IPTV Order 612830290, but after 6 days there's still no installation. Customer care keeps giving false assurances, and emails to 121/Nodal Officer have gone unanswered. Please resolve immediately

  Airtel wifi Ac no 20031094726, wifi not working for 2-3 days and the engineer who has been assigned is saying he is on leave so talk to customer care, couldn't connect customer care,so frustrated with Airtel service, i should close it. @airtelindia @airtelnews @airtel

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia your customer care will never call at the time informed to them. They will call while I am busy or not able to take calls. They will send msg they called and I never answer. Inefficient to the core. Useless staff in your Customer care.

  Still no proper response by @airtelindia shows the level of service. I pay almost Rs 14000 a year to these guys for their WiFi, and this is the level of service. Now, I won’t pay my bill this month till my money is refunded, and make sure to get rid of their expensive Internet.

  @airtelindia, not every customer can afford expensive plans. Middle-class families depend on affordable mobile services for work, education and daily life. Please reintroduce a genuine ₹799 plan without forcing customers to pay for unwanted apps or additional services. @TRAI 1/2

  @airtelnews @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence These days, Airtel’s grievance and appellate process seems to be just for show. Multiple complaints, store visits, escalations and even a DoT PG grievance — yet no proper response or resolution. Extremely disappointing customer service

  @airtelindia There is literally no option to stop the service on the app. For me to close it, i have to talk to the team which is anyways impossible. Last time I tried to port my sim to another company they called me 1000 times not to do it.
