    So @airtelindia replies with this standard steps. No resolution whatsoever. Sorry for the hassle you had to face. We would request you to follow the below settings in the handset for Airtel SIM 1. Flight/Aeroplane mode should be disabled. 2. SIM should be Enabled from handset. 3. Select Network Type as Auto (2G/3G/4G) 4. Select Network/Carrier Manually as Airtel 2G/Airtel 4G. If the issue persists: 1. Reinsert the SIM card (for USIM/Normal SIM). 2. Restart the handset.     My Airtel internet was not working since 2 Apr. After multiple follow-ups, engineer visit, and service closure request, Airtel collected the router and DTH in May.Still, I am getting bills for black. Correct the bill and refund the extra payment @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia The worst customer support from airtel. Didn't expect my xtrream fiber transfer takes more than a week and stillno response. I have to opt another provider due to no action from Airtel. Please cacnel my subscription.I dn't want to pay for one more month without using

    Worst ever service by @airtelindia. Since Monday my WiFi shifting request within the same city is still pending. Every day I get the same promise: Done by 12 Hrs. but no action. Requested surrender/cancellation 24+ hours ago, and even that hasn't been processed #Airtel #Broadband

    @rutu609 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I bought a new SIM in 2012/13 & found it wrongly linked to someone else's bank account. I immediately informed the local bank branch in writing to remove my number & emailed their customer care. It is a common recycling issue, but quick reporting protects your identity!

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia your appellate team (ref #11033275314) promised my Air Fiber (ID 0465233322035) would be fixed by 5:14 PM on 24-06-2026. It's been 9 days still no internet, no update. This is unacceptable service recovery for a customer. #airteldown #customerservice

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Complaint No. 11034059288 . Not even getting 1 mbps speed after evening. It’s been a week issue is there. No one is ready to check the issue when it exists. During daytime getting speed according to plan. What the hell is happening??

    @airtelindia It's still showing status as "Active" on Airtel Thanks app,till Nov 2026. However I never got the benefit. It got "Unsubscribed" and now I have finally subscribed the 100 GB Cloud storage plan for 1 year from Google itself.
