    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence From Past 2 years I'm continuously been asking to provide network in my area with customers being switched to Airtel but it was still not been resolved. Being a shareholder and experiencing such response from Airtel was totally not expected..!!!!

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Me again, with the same disconnection issue AGAIN. Twice in a week. It's a sunday - No support staff to address the problem? Engineer has been assigned for May 2. Will I get a deduction for the loss of service for each day/hour of no connectivity?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence my Airtel broadband not working from last 1 week. Atleast 5 people visited promises. You just keeping sending sms for reassigned technician. Shame on your deficiency in service. 10034028033..I am not even able to talk to your customer care.

    Dear @Airtel_Presence your @airtelindia broadband Xtreme connection is shut down in India's capital city Delhi, for more than 9 hours. On such a wonderful Sunday, knowingly or by chance, your Helplines dont go through, installation & maintenance technicians don't pick up calls.
