    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Your customer care refused to even register my Airtel Xstream Fiber & DTH disconnection request after talking for 20+ minutes. This is unacceptable. I want my connection disconnected immediately. Please stop further billing from today.

    Airtel service is decrease on lowest level, they were excellence in customer service once but now it is worst service , my DTH complaint 657654512 from last 10 days is yet not resolved but they send bill on exact time @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews can you please check

    @TRBRajaa @airtelindia Off late eh.. bro, it runs untill it runs. When you get into problem - they ll let you run from pillar to post.. one of the worst customer experience by far in my experience. Pls switch over to Jio or Vodafone.
