    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Worst Customer Service Experience. 1 week since my DTH set top box is not working, 4 phone calls to customer care, 4 committed dates, 2 escalations but still i am waiting for my issue to get resolved. Fed up. Planning to change service provider.

    One of the things @airtelindia does to its age-old customers is terminate their sim card at any moment, without any warning/prior notices. Then, you have to arrange for another phone, call up #airtel, and enquire- after struggling for an hour trying to figure it out on your own.

    @airtelindia Your broadband service is terrible. It's been 4 days my line is out. Your service team close tickets without even resolving. Pathetic service requested to close my connection...Even BSNL will do better

    @airtelindia Txn ID 2012212941632. INR 1,498.00 deducted from my account, nothing added and your customer care replied to mail "The email ID from which you have written to us is not registered against Airtel number XXXXXXXXX". So I tried adding the mail ID and Website gave error.

    @airtelindia is harassing customers by deactivating service of number, even after paying the necessary dues, they are not activating the service and demanding unreasonable money in lacs from 6 month. @trai @inconsumerforum We suffering due to deactivation of imp no from 6 months

    @airtelindia I've loat hope for my issue with all my Airtel connections including Airtel mobile has serious prob within my home I ve to come out , broadband needs resetting everyday, DTH not replaced by xstream all this for last 7-8 months. May be time to Move On...
