    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My broadband account no. is 0176222237934_wifi I am very much upset with frequent internet down. Twice or thrice in month, Internet definitely goes down. Today, since morning it fluctuate up/down 10 times. I cannot afford internet down on weekdays.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Pls let me know when it can be fixed. Same with wifi, the engineer came, saw and went back without communication with us. Very poor service

    @airtelindia what’s the point of so much PR, advertising and marketing When really product has not improved at all Just adding a new plan and new pricing doesn’t solve real issue Please do bring real product before extorting money from customers

    @TRAI @airtelindia Subject: Request to Allow WiFi Extender Usage for Broadband Connection Respected Sir/Madam, I am using Airtel Broadband connection with WiFi connection number: 04015311420. Earlier, I was using a WiFi extender/router along with your broadband connection without any issues. Recently, during a complaint visit, your technician informed me that the usage of WiFi extenders has been technically restricted or blocked from the backend team side. I humbly request Airtel authorities to kindly allow the usage of WiFi extender/router so that I can access uninterrupted broadband connectivity throughout my premises. The extender is essential for proper signal coverage and smooth internet usage. If the restriction continues, I may be forced to cancel the existing broadband connection and shift to another broadband service provider who permits such usage.     @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia It’s been 6 days since I requested broadband shifting but no resolution yet. Every day I’m given false timelines (2 PM, 5 PM), but no one shows up. I have already paid and still facing disruption Resolve ASAP or I’ll escalate to TRAI & consumerforum.

    @airtelindia I was still waiting for billing adjustment, payment was pending. I woke up to reality that my outgoing call and internet service is stopped, at a time when I have personal exigency. This is how you recover money from customers that stood with you for last 24 yrs

    @airtelindia need to permanently close wifi, your ivr team is just putting call on hold and disconnecting after sometime. I sent email also but no response. Hopeless service. @airtelnews @TheSunilMittal

    Hi @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, My Airtel Xstream Fiber+DTH installation order was cancelled by ur technician due to no signal availability in my area. I was informed that the refund would be processed within 2 days, but it has already been 7 days & I still hvn't received it

    The day my 90 days are complete will be my last day with Airtel. I’ll be porting to a better provider. Airtel’s service quality has been going downhill for years, and I genuinely don’t see it improving anytime soon. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
