    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I am facing internet outage issue since two days & I'm only getting new timelines evrytime for the service to resume. Such issues are too frequent.Kindly look into it urgently , u guys jst keep overcharging for really bad service.

    Monopoly is never good! Even #Duopoly makes people and companies complacent. One such victim might be @airtelindia They enjoy a lead. But if they don't take some drastic steps NOW, they are going to find themselves out of depth in 3 years.

    Applied for Airtel Xtream Fiber on Tuesday (9/09/21). Paid the amount the same day with KYC. Still connection not done. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Very poor service.

    @airtelindia will reach Zero complaints goal soon as there is no way available to raise/report a complaint. No option on either IVR/App/Website to connect with CSR, neither to log a complaint anywhere. Pathetic @airtelnews

    @airtelindia looks like all your backend team and supervisors are on holiday. I am calling your customer care to upgrade my broadband plan and from last 10 days I am hearing that its pending and I will receive call from backend or supervisors in next 2 hours. @Airtel_Presence
