    I live in 5g coverage area there is always 5g showing up on my network bar on my phone but despite getting unlimited 5g data by airtel . My data got consumed while using 5g data is it really unlimited? Talked to customer still unresolved @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia SR No- 10164426136 and 10164958270, it’s been 4 days since I raised request for finer Internet connection disconnection issue, I didn’t get any resolution but the SR number is closing automatically, what is the problem?

    @airtelindia pathetic service, Xstream fibre not working from Thursday evening, called local team as CC was not reachable on Friday. Saturday morning raised a request till Sunday morning no resolution. Team misbehaving, not able to solve issue in 60+hrs

    @airtelindia worst customer service. Paid my electricity bill through your airtel thanks app. I paid it on 16th April and it is still showing in progress and also my source account has been debited. And after contacting you a couple of times there is no update from your side.

    @airtelindia Sim got unregistered from the network abruptly and i got a new sim for the same number. Still the new sim has been activated yet. It's been more than 14 hours. @airtelindia promises to activate within 4hrs.....
