    @airtelindia why day by day your service and people are degrading To raise a complaint it takes 15 mins and then it's 5 people switched. Complaint number 11032000091 - first Tuhin Das then Barun Das then Barun Paik and now Soumya Nath why so many changes in people

    @itsankshree @airtelindia @airtelbank I think they are doing it intentionally and keeping the money by citing technical issues or giving us the flow of the process of recharging the transit card like the customer is illiterate. If there is a technical issue then, they should cancel the transaction right away.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia phone has shown ZERO network signal for a whole week in Uttar Pradesh. Visited your store, got nowhere. Total dead zone for both calls & internet. I'm a student and my work is being affected by this.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia What the hell is wrong with your Wi-Fi internet services? Every 8/10 days it goes off for 5/6 hours or even more. This is absolutely disgusting and annoying. You guys are the worst service provider. I am placing disconnection req now. Enough.

    @airtelindia change your handle name from @Airtel_Presence Airtel Cares to Airtel doesnt gives a damn!! Its been 15 days since I paid for wifi extender..forget about installation, the payment itself is showing in progress since then..on top of that..radio silence whenever I ask.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence does not have qualified support pesonnel. On matters of speed they just misguide and try fooling people and then demand OTP for closing the call. They insist either to share OTP or pay Rs.400 because they will lose incentive. Sickening
