    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My Airtel Black WiFi has been down for 18 DAYS! Your team lies about logging complaints & promised a technician yesterday who never showed. Instead, you just tweet fake "resolved" messages. Stop SCAMMING customers! I'm canceling my connection soon.

    I'm getting multiple spam calls everyday from different verified airtel customer care numbers and there isn't even a response from the other end when I pick up. If this doesn't stop immediately, I'm switching my service provider. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    657348427 is my ticket id of complaint.. facing problem from 5 days . 10 times called your customer care..they told me everyday that we will send our engeneer to fix your problem..Now fix today or i switch to jio fiber..stop scaming your customer @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia Your FastLane 5G is a big scam. For hours there is no network connection but it will show Fastlane 5G. I am missing many important calls. Never imagined this pathetic network and service from you.

    @airtelindia - Its time for you to stop bluffing customers or shutdown your business. 1. Airtel Black 2. Priority customer service 3. 5G Fastlane tech Neither your wifi, nor your 5G works properly. Its an harrasment for, Customer service sucks. Complaint order : 11034257246.
