    @airte Repeated WiFi failures, no clear accountability, no real resolution after multiple complaints. Customers pay for a basic service & deserve reliability. it reflects poor service and complete disregard for customer. #CustomerService #ignorance @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @Cartidise One my life's worst decision is to take @airtelindia postpaid. I've raised 100+ complaints that network is not working and everytime it is getting closed. If you have internet issues and you call 198 and press 1 they dtmf detection is not working idk who is testing these

    @airtelindia I’m distressed by unprofessional staff who ignore others’ time. I paid for Wi‑Fi in New Delhi 3 days ago; tech promised 14 July, then kept saying “today” and now won’t answer. Your app has no complaints option and I can’t get a refund. Fix this and refund me now.

    Never did I think I'll be writing a ****** review or complaint on Twitter, but looks like @airtelindia quality has gone so low that they have not been able to resolve a simple wifi connectivity issue at my home from 3 July until now. @Airtel @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia , my wifi is down from afternoon, trying to call complaint centre first they said shortly engineer will come , no one came , again now they say will come tomorrow, we pay in time and these people airtel has no moral responsibility, I am fed up ,will switch to local
