    @airtelindia I am your premium black customer but even then you are providing me with the worst customer service. I have issues with my DTH and wifi and I have tried calling your customer and also chatting with your useless bot but nothing has worked. Fix this ASAP😡

    @airtelindia My internet is not working and I’ve already raised a complaint. Your technicians are now saying the address in my account is incorrect. I submitted valid address documents when the connection was installed, so how was an incorrect address recorded? Please resolve

    @YMehta_ @airtelindia is looting customers. They will give you 3 years validity only if you recharge with exact same amount thrice. Otherwise, they will activate the last recharge and cancel the rest. They did it with my recharge and that's how I know

    I’m Airtel user for 5+years but continue recharge hikes have finally decided me to switch to another SIM There seems to be very little consideration for middleclass user. We need affordable plans not continuous price hikes Loyalty only work when customer feel valued @airtelindia

    @airtelindia The worst Wi-Fi network in India when we connected with 2 or more devices Internet will get too slow the same issue I was facing from past 2 months in Hyderabad Near Tulasi nagar community hall, Allapur in past I was using Act Fiber it far better than airtel Fiber.

    @reliancejio @JioCare has the worst customer service. I am not able to use the internet from weeks but no steps have been taken till now. The situation is degrading day by day. My plan is expiring tomorrow, switching to @airtelindia because they always listen their consumers.
