    @airtelindia if you are unable to support your infrastructure then please don’t advertise something you can’t deliver. I had bsnl before and I thought bsnl was the problem being govt entity. But I was wrong, in Dehradun Airtel fails more than bsnl in broadband segment

    I had the worst experience with @airtelindia . Even after payment my outgoing services are still blocked saying ‘outgoing services are not available due to non payment of bill’ Raised multiple complaints, emailed them but still no resolution.

    @airtelindia @airtelindia Not only has your service team failed to show up despite repeatedly rescheduling my Wi-Fi appointment, but there is absolutely no response to my complaint on Twitter either. This is not the level of service expected from Airtel.
