    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Made a transaction of INR 480 and INR 680 on 8th Mar 7:40 AM towards electricity bill payment using Airtel Thanks app. Got an SMS that both the transaction failed and money shall be refunded within 48 hours but is still not refunded. Please help.
