    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence the services are being horrific. Not getting esim updated throught call or sms, saying email not registered and service center asking me to call the senior person at the counter. This is not what is expected from Airtel. Can someone pls help?

    @airtelindia Not happy with the service, raised a complaint twice related to data and sms benefits not credited, but without proper resolution request has been closed. Called to cc today again and spoke not satisfies with the reply they are arguing that i have used the benefits

    @airtelindia Expecting proper resolution. Two things which disappointed me is the way cc behaves and they are trying to put blame on us, this is not at all fair. If u cant then honestly accept it rather dont try to put blame on us for unused benefits

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Well to be honest I don't expect anything from Airtel now. Standard is going down day by day. Local line men are senior citizens they hardly like to do there work. Before any festival it's airtel hobby I guess to do that.

    @airtelindia everyone I download an app from play store your network slows down, it takes2 to 3 minutes sometimes to install a very low MB app. Why is your network so slow.

    @airtelindia .. Dear Airtel , Since the day I have ported my number to your network , i am not able to call any toll free number, including bank customer care. Everytime it gives insufficient balance error.

    @airtelindia I ported my mobile number from IDEA to Airtel but this is pathetic network, I am facing regular issues in sending and receiving SMS's, customer care options are not working, network is too poor. What you people are charging for then?
