    @airtelindia I have been inboxing in the tweeter since last 5 days but no one is replying. The network from the SIM card is suddenly gone. Can you check why the network is deactivated from your side. It’s holding up my important transaction since last 7 days.

    Hi @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence due to sim damage i got replaced with a new sim got activated. I have recharged it for a year pack twice on 6/03/21 and 25/11/21, now only the last recharge is considered? What about the remaining validity?

    @Airtel_Presence Service request no. 10026975738 Airtel Broadband services are not working since morning, They said it'll be fixed by 4PM. No replies yet. My work from home got ruined too, Will I be able to work even tomorrow. Poor service. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence 9.Trf to senior exe, he also adamant. No solution given. Failed to tell why the 24th Mar CC told me to wait 24hrs. So its so complicated that I decided to visit JIO store this Friday. Why you should not lose customers @airtelindia

    @airtelindia you guys have the worst customer service - Reservation & marketing officer team. You think customers who pay bills are fool and are cheating them again & again just because we pay bills on time.This time I will not pay the bill you can happily deactivate my no.Thnks!
