    @airtelindia what is this total BS, almost every week there are days that the WiFi connection faces issues, after calling customer care there is no help at all. 6 hours is not an acceptable time in the middle of a work day. Is this how you treat airtel black customers?

    @airtelindia it been two days and airtel wifi network is still out in whole area. It is down since Tuesday 28 April and now its 30th April. I am only getting a copy paste reply “sorry for inconvenience we are working hard to restore.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence We r seeing frequent outages from Airtel broad band. From last 2 weeks 6 times we had the outages. What kind of service you are giving and you don't give the wavier too for the interruption.
