  @airtelnews @airtelindia As per my experience, I never received such problem but today's experience especially with the after-sales team was pretty bad and I still didn't got any solution from the team of engineers or any respective representative from @airtelnews . This was one of my worst experience.

  My Airtel ₹349 plan has Unlimited 5G active,and the @airtelindia app clearly shows“5G Data Top-up: ∞ Unlimited”.However, even while my phone is connected to 5G,my daily 1.5GB data quota is being deducted. Please check this issue and fix the Unlimited 5G entitlement on my number

  @airtelindia A simple family-plan ownership transfer has turned into hours of frustration. The Kapurbawdi store separated my number, and after 4–5+ hours with customer care, there’s still no resolution.Conflicting instructions, no ownership, and apparently no escalation process.

  @airtelindia @DoT_India My 80+ year-old mother has had ZERO network on her Airtel number since Oct 2025. No calls. No SMS. Months of complaints and escalations, yet no resolution, while Airtel continues to bill her. This is an unacceptable level of service.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My broadband in Vaishali, Bihar is completely dead. Your team raised a request on 24th Aug (8:24 PM) and closed it fraudulently on 25th Aug without fixing it. Now your app shows errors and customer support calls are being auto-disconnected. Fix this!

  @airtelindia frequent network downtime with standard replies of service coming up after 12 hours have become a regular affair for residents in Ekta Meadows @thakurvillage ..can we get some serious attention and have a permanent fix ? These are paid subscriptions and not free!
