    @airtelindia it’s frstating to see ur fav ntwk prvdr service being degraded despite being priority customer. I have been folng for my service reqst frm past 7 days and every time end the call with 24hrs soltn period. Just hoping to reslve it sonr here. My acct id:10101021469948

    @airtelindia Again the same story , the previous request got closed with out rectifying the issue .. escalation team promised me to call me back with an hour but never called me after that .. now I have raised another complaint and again it is showing me to wait for next

    @airtelindia you have charged me for international roaming per day when i haven't opted for it and you are saying i used it what a nast service you people have and the worst customer care. People should be wary of this scam that airtel is pulling off and bullying the customers.

    @airtelindia the most pathetic internet service provider. Internet down for 4 days. I raise request and their team closes the request saying the problem has been solved without contacting me or confirming. This is the 5th such disruption in this month only.

    What kind of customer support are you running? - Technician doesn't come even after lodging complaint 3 times - Issue is resolved automatically without technician coming - Nodal office never picks up the call, always waiting more than 5mins @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia You folks are one of the worst service providers. Insipite of multiple follow ups and escalations, your ground team didn't provide the requested IPTV. Now I am following up for refund of the amt paid by me, again no confirmation on the same. You have my money ransom!
