    Dear @airtelnews @airtelindia Despite having an active unlimited recharge plan, could you please clarify why an additional top-up recharge is required to place calls to customer care(Banks/Credit card..etc) numbers?

    @AirtelIndia @Airtel_Presence This is extremely frustrating. I’ve requested disconnection of my WiFi (ID: 08018687896) 5–6 times over the past month. No action taken, and now you’ve generated another bill without usage. Need immediate resolution #AirtelFails#

    @airtelindia I did a data recharge yesterday at night for my mom. A 22 rupees recharge of 1 gb data. She didn't get that reflected in her airtel app and was not able to use the internet as well. I raised a complaint and got a complaint id. Care to help?

    Secondly, your technicians never show up on the day of repair itself. My technician who was supposed to come today told me he won't be coming today because of some personal issues.. how is that my fault or my problem?? Pathetic as usual @airtelindia .

    Airtel black connection number 10101029175172 facing issue with DTH from last 70 days complaining at all levels call center with local team also but still DTH is not working even they had generate new bill as well. I mailed them also. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    Airtel is a fraudulent brand and cheats customers of their money. It generates bills even after the service is stopped and adds fake charges to the bill amount.And I had to complain about one thing 50 times, still there was no solution.@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews

    Customer care is asking me to replace my Airtel Fiber with AirFiber, but the reality is there is no proper network coverage in my area. That is the reason I installed WiFi in the first place. If they give me AirFiber, it will be useless and make no sense @airtelindia @airtelnews
