    Seems like companies in India don't want to take in customer feedback or grievances. No provision on @airtelindia app or customer care numbers to talk to an service representatives. Neither does their website has a Live Chat (or any other such grievance portal)!

    @Airtel_Presence I am hearing it for more than a month now from n number of people in airtel. You better put your efforts to fool remaining of you customers. I do not see any value with @airtelindia now. Kudos to all who are contributing Airtel service to this low👏👏

    Finally porting out of @ViCustomerCare to @airtelindia . Even the Vi customer care had a hard time reaching out to me. Guys you may try WhatsApp calls cos that doesn’t drop!

    @airtelindia I am facing no network issues in your DTH connection and whenever I call your customer care they demand service fees just for visit and correct the DISH antenna. Why you are not asking anything in Broadband services and repair them free of cost. My cust id3024988579

    They need DAS (Distributed Antenna System) at #NarendraModiStadium in order to serve better 4G and 5G coverage. DAS is indor solution provides higher capacity. @reliancejio @airtelindia @VodafoneGroup hire Engineers and work on it. They r very behind in this.

    @airtelindia I hv added one no. to my postpaid plan on 27th Feb'21. Still it has not been added (Airtel claims, it would be active in 24 hrs). Wat kind of service is this ? I hv been trying to add this no. from last 6 months, but I can't. Ur service is too poor. Disappointed.😡

    @Airtel_Presence @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Looking at the speed airtel team is working i believe by 2100 they will resolve my issue if I stay alive till then.
