    @airtelindia @hoichoitv The issue is serious. Hoichoi is not showing the same content inside Airtel Xstream app as the actual Hoichoi app. I have been observing this lack of sync since I took the Airtel connection. I am very upset.

    @airtelindia 12 days. TWELVE. And my issue since 31st March is still unresolved. Here’s everything I’ve done on YOUR instructions: Called 121 eight to nine times Got my SIM reset TWICE Updated to the latest iOS Converted to eSIM result was absolutely nothing!!

    Hi @airtelindia I’m facing an issue with my ₹4000 prepaid international roaming plan. It stopped working after I changed my handset. I visited your Seawoods Airtel branch and was advised to send an email, which I did—but it’s been over a week with no response #Airtel

    What is the point of selling an "Unlimited 5G" pack if the data just runs out? 😡 I face this exact same issue with @airtelindia EVERY single month, and customer support does absolutely nothing to resolve it. Fed up with the worst service. Porting my SIM to a better network today

    @airtelindia I’ve been to Airtel Store at Hadapsar. The issue was I transferred my Airtel eSIM from an old iPhone to new iPhone as per steps given on official Airtel website. The process got completed and eSIM got deleted from old phone and in phone it shows no service.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I booked a wifi connection today & I was told it would install in evening. However the app shows 13th April and your agents are unresponsive now who came for booking. If this is service during booking what will you do after that? Shall i cancel?
