    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence it’s been 2 days after making payment for #airtelbroadband but no one turned up. Tried all the numbers got from sales to service to area managers but no luck and everyone disconnected the calls. Any chance to get the connection set up done?

    Very poor network in india @airtelindia ,I raised network issue ,morethan 1 year,he couldn't improve,I complaint more than 15 times,no improvement in this network coverage,Not proper network infrastructure,My fastest internet speed is 80kbps,@Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia absolutely frustrated with the services. Airtel Broadband doesn't work - struggling with WiFi connectivity now since a month. Paid 900+ months rent in advance, all going to waste as I'm using Vi phone network for connectivity. BTW, my DTH remote stopped too. 😖

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Customer support executive told me disconnection can happen but as I have advance plan so I'm ineligible for refund. I have been a loyal customer to Airtel since more than a decade now, this is how customer is serviced? Highly disappointed...
