    @airtelindia Day 4 and my Airtel Fiber connection in Ongole is still not restored. For four consecutive days, customer care has been repeating the same scripted response: “There is an outage and the team is working on it.” No technician visit, no callback, no ETA#CustomerSupport

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence How could you do this to the customers….first you couldn’t provide good network and claiming false 5G network of india.Second you hired some gunda’s to your customer care executives who used to threatened customers to not port out from airtel @TRAI

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Don’t play smart to be good at the social media platforms. Actually you are using gunda parties to communicate with customers. This was my decision to port out from airtel because of your worst network but how could he talk to me like a gangster

    @airtelindia I have requested for Airtel wifi connection. Appointment scheduled for today but now your engineer refused to come for installation. He was also talking rudely I'm disappointed by your service.

    @airtelindia since around 3 pm yesterday, the Airtel broadband of our entire lane is down. We got an SMS too that work is on BUT looks like Airtel does not even know about the outage! This seems to be an auto initiated SMS. No one is repairing I believe. This is NOIDA Sector-28!

    Dear @airtelindia, I raised a Fiber shifting request on 27-05-2026 (Req No. 10953604461). Your engineer visited but refused to complete the installation, citing lack of a drill machine, and never returned despite multiple assurances. Even after 15+ days, the connection remains

    I am done here. Still the issue is not solved today is the 3rd day of my suffering . Now no more today, itself I am porting my family’s sim card to a different operator. Congratulations you just lost a customer for life. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
