    i want to change the fiber optic box becose of low network ,fiber optic box is in the room its not connecting in in the hall door but ur sales executive is telling its not possible to connect why what is benift of paying monthly if thr is no network @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia Not satisfied with Airtel Service last month i recharged 2 months plan from recharge till now there is calling nd internet issue i can't make calls network issue i complain about that to customer care 3 time but no one resolving my issue.. what to do now??

    @airtelindia time to port my number to #jio .Not satisfied with Airtel Service wasting money on airtel recharge.. i can't make calls can't use internet ..i contact Customer care 4 times they just ignoring me ..

    @airtelindia is just increasing the cost of the plans. They are no more interested on the quality of network. They are playing monopoly card as We don't have able replacement. Only 20-30 kbps speed in 4g. fedup

    @airtelindia I have already done the repayment but still the incoming & outgoing is not working. Very bad customers service. I am planning to switch to other companies if the issue not resolved asap. Please connect on 90112 14107.

    @airtelindia your international roaming really sucks. I just checked my past support tickets. There is a roaming-related ticket for each trip that I have taken in the past year. After my current trip, I am porting my number to @reliancejio

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Pathetic customer care service. At least since Sept 2021 I am being told that it will be resolved soon. How long would you take to instal a broadband connection at an already laid fiber at our society in Ahmecabad. At least tell why this delay???

    @airtelindia it’s been 6 hours already without xtream fiber connection. Still nt up. You say it’s server/ router upgrade in middle of a working day without any notice? How ridiculous are your system. V liv in an age we’re every min counts. This s pathetic service

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. I am not happy with service you are giving to the customer by mistake raised the request to close because I was shifting to new home but i cancelled the shifting talk customer care sir It will take 3 to activate it but still not activated very bad.
