    @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence #BhartiMittal struggling to update my email id in my prepaid no. When sent request to EMAILUPDATE to 121, could not even contact customer care 121 no option for talk for cC representative. Pathetic.

    @airtelindia booked the show my zeeplex, paid for this service but not able to watch it. Gave missed call on the given number many times but still not showing any movie. Will never book any show again..

    @airtelindia I lost my phone and broadband connection on Friday afternoon and it's still not resumed despite multiple calls and assurances that it would get fixed by today morning. I had a similar bad experience just last week - this is really terrible customer service.

    @airtelindia you always do lot of advertisement but when it comes to work ,you always fall behind. I have applied for FASTag 20days back and still its in validating status. no response from your customer service. why do you advertise when you can not provide proper service.

    @airtelindia issues with network connections and call drops with all my sim numbers I have registered a complaint and it’s more than a week since I registered the complaint no actions have been taken neither anyone has done anything t about it
