    Disappointed with the service. My broadband connection has been down for over 3 days now. DM support promised a quick escalation, but the issue remains completely unresolved. Requesting an urgent update and a clear timeline for the fix. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia .

    @airtelindia Wifi not working for more than 24 hrs. App doesn’t let you raise a request. Support & chatbot are same-both say I have an outage issue. I know that. What are you doing about it except giving new timelines for fixing it? Been only a month since installation.
