    @airtelindia My Airtel broadband connection is not working from more than 6Hours , I have Raised a complaint but the solution I got is to wait for 1day for service engineer to resolve it. Being in a metro city like Pune ,airtel don’t have immediate service support ?

    @airtelindia @Airtel @Airtel_Presence It’s been over 1 month and 6+ complaints raised, yet my WiFi speed issue remains unresolved. This is unacceptable and affecting my work daily. If not fixed immediately, I will be forced to switch from Airtel. Please escalate this urgently.

    .@airtelindia .@Airtel_Presence it’s really frustrating to net even get calls and otps after my recharge ends. I’ll do the smallest recharge possible to port to any other damn provider.

    Dear @JioCare @ViCustomerCare @airtelindia — I’ve used all 3 networks (Jio, Vi, Airtel), and still facing the same issues everywhere. My recharges are going to waste because I can’t properly use the services. Slow internet, frequent call drops, and poor connectivity daily problem

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Very poor customer support from Airtel! Tried calling 121 multiple times but unable to connect to any executive. The IVR is useless and not allowing me to reach support. I want to cancel my Airtel DTH connection immediately as it’s not working for me

    @airtelindia I had a wifi connection which I disconnect .. While disconnecting the customer support team has told that there is no amount to be paid but after disconnecting and taking devices . They send me the bills

    @Airtel_Presence In the classic tradition of Airtel customer care, a week has passed and they haven't moved a finger. Meanwhile I still struggle to get the connection after paying the money. Even BSNL was better than this. They never provided service but did not fleece you like @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Extremely poor network & internet connectivity in my area since last few months. Internet is unusable—websites not loading, YouTube buffering even at 240p, WhatsApp video calls failing. service is pathetic. Kindly resolve urgently.
