    @airtelindia Your customer care sold a WiFi + OTT plan. The OTT service stopped working within 24 hours, and despite registering a complaint 2 days ago, there has been no resolution. Your team was quick to sell the plan but seems unwilling to support it. #PoorCustomerService

    @airtelindia Amazing crap sham Airtel support Pls don’t call with checking my details 28th APRIL was ticket logged . Close DTH and get IpTv you messed my  back account now both phones (4 postpaid) and WiFi separated and does not allow iptv Great Airtel Service

    @airtelindia @airtelnews Paid for Airtel wifi installation on 8 June and still waiting. No call from engineer neither technician visit, no updates after call on given no., Please resolve this issue or cancelled the connection & refund.

    Pathetic customer support by @airtelindia - phone number is not working since 5 days now. I dont know how one can function if their main SIM doesnt work. Complaint TAT is 5 days. Customer gets no call back and the complaint gets closed. 1/2

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Still No Update , coustomer care says engineer assigned , engineer says no work assigned regarding my complain which was done on 12 june ( morning ) and today is 14 June . Worst service ever i experienced .

    @airtelindia Poor service experience. Rep Kalipa E requested an OTP and promised to fix my Wi‑Fi issue (SSID/password change)but after 1+ week nothing has been done his number (+91 84481 96756) is always unreachable. Please investigate, escalate, and resolve this Asap

    @airtelindia I have been facing issues with my wifi connection from the day it’s installed, multiple calls have been made to technician and and customer care but my issue is not yet resolved simply fake assurance.The horrible service and harassment to customer.worst @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Amazing service! Installation ke time sab aa jaate hain, but for uninstall/relocation nobody responds. Shifted to a new place, can't use DTH, requested IPTV, no support. Chat support is useless, calls don't connect, and bills keep coming for a service I'm not using.
