  @airtelindia I got the replacement sim on monday 7 PM through airtel store and they told with in 4 hours sim will be activate but still now it's not working for incoming and outgoing calls Sms and internet is working fine Visited airtel showroom twice again but no luck

  @airtelindia I have Airfiber and I'm no longer able to connect to the Overwatch game with it. Bsnl fiber works though. Airfiber used to work before so did you change something on your end related to NAT or something? Can you help?

  @airtelindia I have given up on you! Around two months back I raised a request for a static IP configuration. In a couple of days the modem was reconfiguredbut i lost internet completely. Then started a series of trial and full of errors. A thread 🧵

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence , There is no Internet at my residence for the last 2 days, and your useless app never let’s me connect to an agent. Adding to that it gives standard answer that you are working on it and the issue will be resolved sooner. Useless team.

  @airtelindia I have my Airtel SIM now in Canada. Inspite of NO ROAMING , I still am billed for it . STRANGE ! And secondly, it shows SOS on the top in the iPhone. 7222991024. You guys just say " looking into it and dont give a damn."

  @airtelindia I ported out because of your deceptive "offers" that turned out to be traps for prepaid users migrating to postpaid. Now, you’re raising false o/s claims on a closed account and blocking my services. Is this how you treat long-term customers? Fix this nonsense now

  @airtelindia one side says Priority Service but ground reality is worse. No body ready to lesson nor addressing problems. For one simple problem taking 15 days and informing customer that problem solving timelines for 10 to 15 days.

  Dear Airtel Team, @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence I would like to bring to your notice an issue regarding the Airtel Priority Postpaid feature on my Airtel postpaid connection. The Airtel Priority Postpaid service is not working properly on my device. To verify the issue, I tested the same SIM card on a Samsung Galaxy A34 5G, where the feature is functioning without any problems. However, on my Google Pixel 7, the Airtel Priority Postpaid option is not working or is showing that the phone is not supported. Please note that both devices are running the latest Android 16 version. Since the service works on the Samsung device but not on the Pixel 7, I request you to investigate this issue and provide a resolution at the earliest. Kindly coordinate with Google and work together to get this issue resolved as soon as possible, as it appears to be a compatibility issue specific to the Pixel 7 device. Please let me know if any additional information is required from my end. Thank you.

  @airtelindia This is really shameful that there is no internet service of yours in H block sector 22, noida, up, since 2 pm today. Hundreds of people are being harassed. Don't you feel ashamed for it ? Why do people pay their hard earned money to you? @airtelnews @aajtak
