    Airtel has launched 5G service but yet to provide 4G properly in rural India.. No wonder why you are losing your customers..and for sure you will lose one.. It took one hr to tweet this by the way.. Worst Network after 7PM. From Ballia UP. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Airtel Black customer supposedly gets the best service cuz they pay more. However, it’s been over 4 days and we are getting no proper communication from Airtel and everyone who calls us for mere update and false promises that they are taking our request in account.
