    @airtelindia pathetic customer IVR. I could not find any option to speak to customer care executives. I tried both 121 and 198. For getting eSim it’s mandatory to call CC. But guys suck at this! Address this ASAP.

    @airtelindia Day by day your service going wrost !! MY BROAD BAND is frequently disconnecting even today complete disconnected from afternoon and complaint logged but so far reach me !! Hi, your service request no. 10079493385 has been assigned to engineer !! After this No one contacted!!

    @airtelindia what a poor service! My postpaid number is not working since June. Despite making payment on 5th July it remained like that. Now I am getting calls for the payment for July and Aug. I enquired about my service disruption and I was told that I got it blocked. Wow!!!
