    @airtelindia Since yesterday my sim is giving me the problem. Not able to make or recieve call. Today got the new sim and the customer care ppl said that it will be activated in an hour , its been more than 2 hrs and it still the same. Please help me out.

    @airtelindia No network on my phone, unable to make calls or receive messages, this has been a frequent occurrence here really disappointing, I should consider moving to some other operator now

    A leaving feedback @airtelindia do not apply new plans on your existing customers. Customer buy a plan based on their need and if they want to switch to a new plan then that should be his/her choice rather than being forcefully made to switch to a new plan Bye bye @airtelindia
