    @airtelindia, @Airtel_Presence I had raised a complaint at your airtel store on 22nd regarding a recharge that wasn't reflecting in my number. Its been 7 days and they don't know what's happening with that complaint. Is this how a concern is handled?

    @airtelindia @airtelindia poor service and customer grievance facility. Have applied for broadband and paid the fee on 18/11/2021, but despite ur "so called 24-48 hrs installation service", broadband hasn't been installed till date.

    @airtelindia Team, I have recharged my mother number 9566147152 for 155 rs. Until now the outgoing and incoming service not activated,keep on getting mesage stating validity is expired Could you please check and resolve Order Id: 6869759040605454336

    @airtelindia Because of your service everyone is moving to other networks. I tried to pay wi fi, money get deducted but got message aftet sometime failed. The only reason is I tried degrading plan everything is a tactic to customers. Will never use your service again
