If I had an existing recharge on my phone, why did the app not give me information about queuing not being applicable. Instead of answering this, the whole stupid team is copy/pasting same statements repeatedly...

    @Airtel_Presence Turn ON Sim data Keep at Auto 4G/5G Data roaming ON Your under estimating your customers. Do you think I wouldn’t have tried this ? There is frequent outage there is a problem with @airtelindia not my handset or settings! Please stop sending documented replies please

    @airtelindia @TRAI Airtel network coverage in my area has been extremely poor for a long time. Calls keep breaking and the voice cuts out, making it difficult to have a conversation. I’ve complained 3–4 times, but still no resolution. Please look into this urgently.

    @TRAI Yes it is affecting a lot. @airtelindia is the worst telecom operator ever. Charges huge amount and service is 0. Out of 30 days in a month, more than 15 days we get with worst internet speed and netwrok service. And the worst part, company doesn’t even care to solve it.

    Connection dead since July 29 (Ticket: 4514449798). Switched to ACT. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia keeps sending bot emails asking for ₹980 payment to cancel Airtel Black ID 10101012364122 instead of picking up their router! Stop wrong billing for inactive service. @TRAI

    Yes previously I used #Jio @JioCare and now @airtelindia both are same issues what @TRAI is doing we don't know prices are increased but no proper services area Bachupally ,Hyderabad

    @ViCustomerCare Now there is no network in @ViCustomerCare and when I inserted the @airtelindia sim, there’s no network as well. What is this? Why both of you are adamant in providing the worst possible customer experience????

    @airtelindia @AdobeExpress @airtelindia My Wi-Fi keeps disconnecting. Support fixes it temporarily, but the same issue returns after a few hours.Please fix the root cause, not just run another diagnostic. If you can’t resolve it, let me know so I can switch providers. #BheedMeinBhiSpeed 🙄

    @airtelindia more than 12 days of payment for new Wifi air connection. Your technicians don’t responds, customer care doesnt help. Are we customers a joke? I want my refund immediately
