    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Your customer service is pathetic that is proved. You are incompetent of resolving issues and your cc lies and really unprofessional. Currently I have 2 wifi and 2 airtel phone numbers all will be now switched to another service.

    Hey @airtelindia , my Airtel 5G Postpaid internet has been down for the last 1 day. There’s no way to reach an actual customer care executive every option just redirects to the AI bot, which hasn’t helped at all. Please resolve this issue ASAP. This is a pathetic. #airtel

    Since we don't have a option other than @airtelindia & @reliancejio for 5G You should not exploit customers airtel? What a worst network coverage Ur mindset is there are no other go for these customers so they have to accept whatever we give that's ur stand right... U will pay for it in near future

    After paying for @microsoft365 for 5 years I've stopped subscribing to it. After remaining a higher ARPU customer for @airtelindia since 2013 I've recharged with their voice-exclusive plan. June shall personally remain as a very memorable month. I said NO to corporate greed.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Every 5/6 days your Broadband services go down for 5/6+ hrs. Today again it is down since 3 pm. How on earth do you manage with such pathetic service quality to customers regularly? You guys are pathetic really. Time to exit.

    @airtelindia , my Airtel mobile number (Madhya Pradesh & Chhattisgarh circle) has suddenly stopped working for mobile data, while calls are working fine. I've already tried basic troubleshooting, but the issue persists.
