    The WiFi is down for the last 3 days @airtelindia team don't even bother to respond to calls and the engineers have no xortesy to call back after I tried calling umpteen times. If @Airtel_Presence is so overloaded they must inform so that we change our service provider.

    Hi @airtelindia , with all the progress to internet connectivity that you claim how is it that you need 2 days to even have an agent look at internet issue. And the agent diesnot respond. In a place like bangalore where you have your center for service.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence will I get any response?Till now no one from Airtel reached out me.. even though yesterday I called customer care and those two ladies given fake promises morning first customer care said in 4 hrs team will call me but no one called then 2 lady same

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence the request is STILL not addressed. No proper resolution, no accountability, and apparently no respect for a customer's time. I chose Airtel Black expecting priority service and reliability. Instead, I’m being forced to chase Airtel for a basic address change.

    @JioCare @airtelindia shouldn’t company reimburse money if they fall to provide network? Keeping numbers just to get otp while calling and internet are entirely dependent on wifi ? Why not just give a long time validity plans when companies can’t give you services they take money for.

    @airtelindia worst servicee ever . My internet was frequently disconnecting from a few days ago.. first they changed adapter … now changed the modem hardware . And now just for 1 day i used the internet and today its down since morning and still not working .

    Hi @airtelindia @airtelnews I am facing issue with my airtel mobile network. Suddenly network is gone from my sim. I am facing issue from last 12 hours. Tried to call 198/121 from another airtel sim. But satisfactory response is given. Please look into this issue @TRAI

    @iamviren7 @airtelindia This is misleading and unfair to users who are paying for an unlimited 5G service. Airtel should clearly explain the terms instead of making customers pay extra every day.
