    @airtelindia The company is promoting 5G like anything but they can't provide the services to the existing customers in a proper manner. I don't have proper connection in my Airtel broadband and raised complaint many times. Literally thinking about on switching to competitor.

    @airtelindia @AjayChitkara2 @VittalGopal Seventeen called has been placed on airtel payment bank(400) in 48 hours but after 5-8 minutes hold you are disconnecting the call. It is very worst service I have ever seen...

    @airtelindia My fiber connection is not functional after 10 days of payment they says only today tomorrow morning evening & Says airtel service is better than other .... Other networks in my region install & start fiber connection same day pin 335041

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia adding to it, please shut down your customer care division. No one gives a **** about our problems. Your IVR just make customers play between numbers on phone instead of providing real solution.

    @airtelindia Your 5g rollout speed is very slow like 1g. I stay in Bangalore city limits but still there is no 5g available.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia first fix your existing network services and then think about 5G+ or whatever. Your network is getting worse day by day. I'm not even getting 3g network where you all claim to have 4g network.
