    @airtelindia when you guys are not able to provide data and call services stop charging the customer till the time you fix the issues on your network This is how the TELECOMMUNICATIONS works internationally and should work here if you wish to be a better company.

    @airtelindia I got a call from airtel today about fiber wifi, after all the talk they asked where do you live. my house is in lockal (chawl) area, so he agreed directly and said that the service of air fiber is only for the people of the building.I did not understand this thing?

    @airtelindia is doing fraud when you pay money from your credit card, they keep the money and don’t have reference number to track, I spoke to Sai Kiran customer executive he is saying close the Airtel bank account and pay on other platform

    @TRAI @AshwiniVaishnaw I am @airtelindia user but not able to sent SMS with topup balance during validity active. Sent only with minimum Rs.129 recharge pack. Airtel is world's cheater service provider & our telecom department is mute spectators.

    @airtelnews @airtelindia on 25 sept i raise a request for broadband shifting and till date there is no update. Calling CC, and as usual they are giving false promising today or tomorrow.. worst exp. Ticket # 137625714
