    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Pathetic experience with your AirFiber relocation team at pincode 425304. The ground team is completely unresponsive and couldn't care less about customer complaints. Sort this out immediately or refund my money.

    Don't opt Airtel Store,A-1/2,Block N4,IRC Village, Nayapalli, BBSR, Odisha 751015. Their employee don't know how to behave and interact with customer. Full rude behave even if the mistake at their side. They will blame customer only at all case. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @reliancejio Unable to reach nodal or appellate authorities either despite waiting for almost 3 months for resolution, as I don't have a request ID. Was just speaking to supervisor Pragati and she put in on hold and disconnected the call

    @airtelindia @DoT_India Extremely disappointed with @airtelindia. I recently ported from Jio to Airtel Post-paid, and since then not a single incoming or outgoing call has worked. How can I rely on this network in an emergency? Very poor experience so far. I seriously regret leaving Jio network.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence what kind of pathetic broadband service do you guys provide? Internet is down for 3 days. Was resolved once after an engineer visit yesterday, again got down today. Taking money and cheating customers. Planning to shift to better alternatives.

    @JM_Scindia inspite of repeated calls and request, @airtelindia is not registering my request to cancel my wifi connection, keeps generating my bill. Please help me to get them to stop billing me and cancel my connection. How is this a fair practice?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Wifi down 24+ hrs. Every 6 hrs the bot extends the deadline. Got a "restored" message yesterday at 9:21 PM but still NO internet. Field engineers aren't answering. Fix this or tell us if we need to switch providers. #AirtelDown #AirtelWifi

    Today, I ported my SIM from Jio to Airtel, but unfortunately the experience has been frustrating so far. I’m unable to send or receive SMS, and the internet connection is also facing serious issues. Only calling seems to be working properly. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @TRAI @airtelindia is sach a fraud company,1st of all their network is terrible.nd if you accidentally use more data then they automatically slow down your internet speed.The connection isn't even stable in my area;I purchased unlimited 5G plan, yet I'm only able to use 2GBper/d

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence traps customers in an endless loop! Tickets are closed without fixing. Pushed to cancel my net, promised a senior engineer visit today, but Taga Ram refused to show up.Left at the mercy of incompetent third-party vendors. Fix this now or see you in consumer court

    It's now 7 days straight and the third class @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence can't rectify the Wifi that has gone phut. Be wary of these guys! I had multiple connections with them & each one of them I ported to a better service provider over the last one year. Gutter class service!
