    Kindly recall @Airtel_Presence even after sending details on dm till now no resolution as still getting error for complaint made yesterday while trying to access airtel selfcare website. If further delayed with no proper resolution matter to be escalated @airtelindia

    @airtelindia To be honest, if you’re unable to fix this issue, please let me know clearly. I will switch to another network. I cannot continue spending ₹49 every day just to use unlimited data when I have already paid for an ₹838 5G Unlimited plan. @airtelindia @airtelnews

    @Manik_M_Jolly @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I moved to an area without Airtel WiFi, but they kept pressuring me to recharge for a year. Due to this, I ported my number to Jio—they’ve now lost me as a customer.

    Worst service provider in the entire world award goes to @airtelindia i am using there Broad band and Postpaid service from past 9 years and it the most unreliable and pathetic experience of my life since 1 year its so bad that to post this tweet it took me 20 minutes.

    @airtelindia The flash messages keep popping up incessantly. When I called customer care, one representative said it was a phone setting issue, while another claimed it would stop if I turned off the 'Broadcast Message' option in the messaging settings.
