    @airtelindia, could you please explain why the network drops or becomes extremely weak during a simple traffic jam on the highway? 🚗📶 A normal traffic situation shouldn’t cause such a significant network issue. Is there a capacity or coverage problem in these areas?

    3/4 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Customer care = repeated apologies, long holds, “we have escalated it” and finally “unable to contact the ground team.” No proper SMS/email communication about the delays either. What exactly is the point of these escalations?

    @Ajaykumaarji @airtelindia I'm staying at a good residential area in Bangalore, that too in one of the most eye catching areas. For last 2 years regularly in every 3 months I'm following up with BSNL the response that I'm getting from them is still network is not sorted (1/2)

    In my samsung ultra watch 2 when i try to turn mobile plan on from the it demands pin and if i enter wrong pin thrice they ask for PUK. I HAVE ALREADY REGISTERED THIS COMPLAINT BUT STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANY REPLY @airtelindia

    @Ajaykumaarji @airtelindia If BSNL improves it's Net speed 100% Jio ant Airtel will Die. Govt should support BSNL first . It will be more profitable for Govt.
