    @airtelindia @airtelnews Pathetic service! My Optical Fiber con shifting request has been pending for 4 days despite spending 50+ minutes on support calls. Without my consent, it was somehow changed to an Airtel Air request due to a "system glitch."Please resolve this immediately

    @anantvijay @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Even I am struggling with my airtel postpaid network.. signal is very poor and my phone network very frequently going off network saying emergency call only... this is pathetic. I'm having this issue since last 10 days

    @JioCare Everyone please do not install jio fiber at your home @airtelindia giving the best service so please opt airtel opt and pay to that company who really cares their customers. Jio is a big company they do not care for their customers and they did monopolies so please stop using jio

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Wifi in our area is off since more than 24 hours and I cannot even raise a separate complaint from airtel thanks app as they say work is under progress. We suffer this outage almost every monsoon. Please look into this!

    @airtelindia oh u mfs. I have been your customer since long. Just after 2 days of my recharge expiry. U stopped incoming SMS. How am I supposed to recharge when I don't get OTP. ********. Switching soon.

    @airtelindia is fraud. I did a recharge of 1198 for IR. There were no signals. Tried manual network selection. Trouble shooting done but no luck. Airtel India has the audacity to tell that refund cannot be given. How dare you keep my money for absolutely nothing in return

    @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence Again I called the local office and he assured me that I will get the work done. I again called him on 26/07/2026 but he did not respond. I complained at the toll free number the same day and I was assured that the complaint has been escalated and a new complaint has been lodged.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence - How is a customer supposed to report a fault if the IVR and chatbot don't allow raising a complaint? - Why is there no way to speak to a support representative during a complete service outage?• If a new connection fails within 20 days, where is the promised reliability?

    @airtelindia : I have recharge of 379. 2gb per day along with 5g unlimited . I am in 5g network and not using hotspot to share my data. Still my data gets consumed. Care to explain?

I expected reliable service and responsive support from a company like Airtel, but this experience has been extremely frustrating. Please resolve this issue immediately and improve your customer support.
