    Hey @airtelindia I am a dissatisfied Airtel Black subscriber. Despite a huge monthly billing, when I fight through your IVR to access a human on my "dedicated service team", the response it to deny me either a technician visit or even to talk to a supervisor. Please instruct your call centre that customers have the right to escalate their problems, if the point of contact person, is unable to resolve it.

    @airtelindia air fiber is not working, chatbot is not taking tickets or helping just auto diagnosing endlessly, and customer care is also down (under upgradation)? What do I do!

    @airtelindia 15 days of connect and it is down. It takes 24 hours to book a slot and after than engineer doesn’t arrive nor is reachable. Should i remove and please me know should move back to @reliancejio request ID: 11037532656

    @airtelindia how difficult can it be to get to your customer care executive. Tried n number of times. You guys don't have value for your customers time. Have bought a new sim through your app, still not delivered, cAnt even track? Such service.

    @airtelindia Again same thing, again complaint resolved without my confirmation…. What Airtel want now…? They don’t know to resolve customer issue or they don’t want to do this? Or they don’t have capable person to handle this…? Really unprofessional worst service I ever seen.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence How long are customers expected to keep dealing with this? My Airtel Wi-Fi has been disconnecting repeatedly for the past two months, making it extremely difficult. Despite trying to get the issue resolved, there’s still no permanent solution.

    @airtelindia We are facing severe voice call quality issues on two Airtel numbers. During calls, the voice keeps breaking and it is very difficult to have a conversation. The same issue occurs even when we travel to different areas, while other Airtel numbers work normally.

    @airtelindia can you plz improve n maintain consistent internet service in Krishnanagar area of West Bengal? Airtell network is pathetic here & recharge money is getting wasted as people are browsing net via JIO HOTSPOT!!
