    @airtelindia Hello, It is almost 4 days,my internet is not working(Issue no:10007124699).I tried calling the customer services many times but they are just giving estimates but nothing happening. The network guy is not picking up my phone. Not sure whether you are telling us not to use airtel

    @airtelindia — how do you expect people outside India to reach you on customer care 121 that is readily available to call within India when you are on the network ? I am sending repeated requests from my mails but there is no proper response to my request.
