    @airtelindia Your customer care system is so worst. My wifi connection is down from last 4-5 days. I have tried multiple ways to connect to customer care but every time I m getting response we are upgrading thus it make take some time for response. Need action immediately

    @PranayCC I'm feeling same since last 1 month every day at 9 to 11 pm airtel. Speed drops to just 1 or 2mbps even if I'm in 5g compatible area and using 5g compatible phone Wrost service @airtelindia thinking of porting to VI now

    @airtelindia Also chat with the bot . problem will resolve by 27-05-2026, that's PRIORITY service of @airtelindia .Never buy airtel postpaid.

    @airtelindia 5 hour wifi service interruption twice in a week. Charmwood area faridabad. It’s down since 9 in morning. Atleast inform what’s the issue.

    @airtelindia I pay 1800 a month for my internet connection. Lately I have been facing trouble with my wifi connection and I haven’t been able to catch hold of a person to help. It’s been a month. @Airtel_Presence the thanks app doesn’t help either.

    Paying for OTT benefits but unable to access OTT apps on TV for 4 days. Multiple calls, zero resolution. Even after repeated requests, Airtel refuses to send a person from there end. Worst customer support experience. Please resolve it ASAP! @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia how many more hours do you need to resolve internet issue ? It’s been 5 -6 hours. Still no internet. You keep sending sms to wait 5 hours. There r people who work from home. And our work gets hampered. Pls do something. Small rain and ur network is gone.
