    @airtelindia worst service every month I have to call customer service to address the issue but customer service is the worst they don't know how to fix the issue just restarting the device from the backend so finally decided to go back to @HathwayBrdband

    Just installed broadband 2 days back and there is no internet connection, frequently disconnected, raised complaint but nothing happened. I do work from home, for u guys I lost my 2 days salary. Kindly refund my money and get ur device out from here @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Not acceptable @airtelindia Dont you have any SLA's? Internet went off at 5am 29Apr & you resolve by 4pm 30 Apr? Loss of 2 full work days. This is happening in the most prime area of #Pune. No engineers available to address the issue. Really sad state of affairs. Unbelievable.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia It has been over 24 hours with no update after sharing all details and address via DM. Issue still persists (5G signal but no internet). This is unacceptable. Kindly provide immediate resolution or I will proceed with port out and further escalation.

    @Airtel wifi down for 4 days. Repeatedly told “4-24 hrs resolution” but no action. Assigned technicians (Brahamand & Nagendra) not responding after first call despite multiple attempts. Fix this immediately or process a refund so I can switch. Unacceptable service. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia New installation of Airtel fiber was done with dangling wires at my place. The person said it is temperory and he will come back the next day and fix it. Its been 3 days and the person has stopped receiving my calls now. This is the person’s number - +91 98452 26631

    @airtelindia @airtelnews From 2023 im using your airtel black service first thing im facing internet issue raised multiple complaints no resolution so i started delaying payment of my bill now you guys stopped my outgoing and incoming spoke with promod and abhiram for p2p
