    @MeghUpdates @airtelindia @airtelnews I have paid the amount yesterday morning for Airtel Fiber Connection. Sales person has promised the Installation in an hour. But it has been 24 hours and there is no response from Airtel. Worse service & no regard for time.

    Hey @airtelindia please do call me daily to provide offers to activate my inactive wifi connection. I will activate when the time is right. I have activated DND and also insisted multiple of your agents to not call or email me regarding one out of the two existing wifi connections of mine. Still i keep on receiving multiple calls a day from different numbers even after blocking so many of them. If you guys keep on disturbing me, i will make sure to get both of my wifi connections removed including the 2 other postpaid mobile phone connections and switch to a different network provider.

    So after 2 days I got no response from either @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia or from their engineer after booking a slot for wifi and paying the installation amount.such a scam service and congratulations for looting my money.

    @airtelindia it’s been over 20 days and my DTH has not been installed!! Multiple calls and the worst IVR to navigate later I get to know someone has raised a request to cancel my DTH without my consent !!

    @ganeshsonawane @airtelindia Even their phone network is really bad. Call quality is really bad along with call drops and no number of tickets work as they just keep getting closed.

    I've2.5gb/day plan active Since last 6-7 days I'm not getting unlimited 5G as advertised. Data gets over after 2.5gb and I'm forced to do extra recharges. Why advertise false claims that it is unlimited 5G? need to take the matter to the COURT. App helpline is worst @airtelindia
