    @Airtel_Presence , @airtelindia the internet in my area isn't working well since 5 week. I have complained several times but no clear resolution. I tried several methods as described but nothing is improving the internet speed. I am paying you guys for 4G but cant even get 2G.

    @airtelindia never thought I would say this but @ViCustomerCare has been 100x better than your network in Mumbai over the cyclone days. Pathetic coverage and connectivity !!
