The staff refused my port request and said I must open an Airtel Payments Bank account with a ₹199 deposit to get a SIM. Kindly look into this and help. Thank you.

I also found the nearby fiber distribution box left open with loose cables (photo attached). Please investigate and provide the actual reason instead of repeated delays.
