    @airtelindia is there some sense of logic and humanity left? My 71 year old mother has been running around to activate her number since a month but there is no help coming forth from airtel stores. What kind of harassment is this, especially for a senior citizen???

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia your WiFi team doesn’t work at all. It’s been 4 days since a complaint. no engineer visit has happened. App is a chatbot - doesn’t add value. On call a “dedicated team” just asks to wait.. will this stupidity end? or i better shift to @reliancejio ?

    Is there still a limitation to use international roaming on PREPAID sim of @airtelindia from Assam, India? As I buy Intl roaming pack on my sim, money gets debited, says recharge failed and credits the money back to me!! Looks like IR is not active on my sim. Please help!!

    @TRBRajaa @airtelindia Some datapoints: Airtel has 46 cr prepaid users out of total 49 Cr mobile users. Jio has 51 Cr prepaid users out of total 53 Cr users. 5G is in pilot phase with "Unlimited free 5G" to all,from both carriers. When Private or Govt gives anything for free,quality will be poor !!

    I change my Airtel eSIM to physical sim Airtel store said me it’s activate after four hour but steel after 12 hours not activated. Now I tried its customer care number they don’t transfer to call live agent when only Ai and IVR. This how Airtel provide service. @airtelindia @TRAI

    @airtelindia having wifi disconnection issues from last 1 month no response from the local team , 10 min chalta hai fir 1 ghante k liye band on daily basis , complain register kro to bina solution ke complete hojati hai , na koi executive phone uthata hai , ai bots in care
