    @airtelindia On 13 November 2021 stating that against my Airtel Xstream Fiber Application No 01245218154 an engineer will call within 24 Hrs to fix an appointment for the installation. Today is 16 November 2021 and nobody has installed broadband. Mgmt pl immediately take action.

    @ACTFibernet My internet goes off with power. When I raise tickets for this, they tell me that they'll close ticket but work on it later but after closing the ticket, they never respond. If this continues,I've no option other than switching to @reliancejio or @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @airtelindia I opted for airtel black service and requested new broadband connection. Your rep signed me up for the service, photographed my ID proofs and informed that the technician will initiate the connection in 4 hours. It has been more than 24 hours!!
