    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Tried to replace dth to iptv. Raised request last Saturday and still nothing moved. Such worst response I faced in past 15 years. Your customer care person requires basic knowledge on your products.

    @JioCare @airtelindia (1/2) People say "Customer is King", but these 3 years of internet service from @JioCare were like torture—humiliating and frustrating. I was treated as if they were doing me a favor by letting me use their service every time there was an issue.

    charging ₹1k for an “84day 5G plan” in Bengaluru and delivering barely usable 2G with no call inside my room. @airtelindia it’s complete service failure.If you can’t provide the network you advertise,stop misleading customers.Either fix this immediately or refund my money. #blr

    @JioCare @JioCare I Going to terminate this connection if I don't receive any resolution by tomorrow from your side, I might go for @airtelindia this time as I am fade up with your services. No resolution on ground level. Kindly provide the resolution else I need to take some actions.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Worst service ever. Their sales person came within hours to take money from me. But after taking money no proper response on installation of Airtel fibre. The sales guy told It will be done instantly. Sab k sab chor hai worst fellow

    @airtelindia I raised shifting request on 29 Apr for 03 May. Still no one contacted or updated about the request. When I called the customer care they told they are not able to get any updates from the concerned team.

    @Airtel_Presence Have already explained the concern and shared screenshot, Google pay denies any responsibility since the recharge was processed by Airtel. And I am stuck trying to get a resolution from @airtelindia @TRAI

    @airtelindia Airtel needs to seriously fix its services. Stop false promises about unlimited 5G and improve your network immediately. Users are paying for plans but getting poor service and zero support. Get your system together and provide proper customer care.#airtelscam

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Wifi is down since yesterday and there is no response from anyone.. This is the worst type of service from such a big operator.. Supertech Ecovillage 3 Greater noida west.. I did gave my number to the customer care but still there us no help.
