    @JioCare It’s been 4 days and you people from Jio are still just giving excuses and lectures. If you can’t handle the service properly, then shut down your business and tell people to switch to Airtel instead. You people don’t respect customers at all. @airtelindia u r better ?

    @airtelindia what exactly is going on with your internet services? Again the internet is down. This has now become a regular issue and it is seriously affecting work. At this point it genuinely feels like Airtel has made a complete joke of customer experience. ID 01119981483_wifi

    @airtelindia Its been 6 days broadband is down. Had made tens of calls to customer care, local engineers, made disconnection request and later took back upon assurance but still my network issue is not addressed. No wonder why customer base is eroding so fast.@SunilBhartiMitl

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia There is NO SYSTEM in AIRTEL HYDERABAD,to address TECHNICAL FAULTS and WIFI DOWN . Customer support team collect PERSONAL DATA of customers and sell to fraudsters to empty ur bank accounts. Be careful with Airtel staff.Complaint no. 10941271644
