  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Wi-Fi ID 07554586822. It's been 6 days since Wi-Fi installation, yet IPTV is still not installed. Repeated follow-ups,no result. Pathetic service & customer support. Resolve this today. Prospective customers,be cautious before opting for Airtel Black

  waht a rubbish and fool making @airtelindia with the wrong info and offer of your represntative merged my wifi plan with the postpaid and upgraded to airtel One plan no one asked for it and now they are not solving this and asking to pay a full amont than only they will help 🖕

  @airtelindia @BirchanW Leaving airtel ,he has yet providing 5g in 6g time ..after 2gb immediately sms coming reacharge for 39 ..but never says you in connected to 5g tower .I shahjahanpur up facing big trouble for call many times since 4 ,month ...now I am leaving with warm regards ..

  @BhavaniRavi_ @airtelindia This is a problem of the entire customer care eco system. I firmly believe, no company has a good customer care. It's just for the sake of having one.

  Hey @airtelindia , I have a very simple problem. My sim card doesn't show internet nor am I able to receive any text messages. I have tried everything. I just want a direct resolution from a HUMAN customer representative. Not your long ***, stupid, useless automated stuff.
