  @airtelindia 7 days without Airtel Xstream Fiber! Visit dates were given for 4 Aug, 5 Aug and now 8 Aug, but no engineer has visited or even called. My fiber wire was disconnected by your team, and I have had no Wi-Fi for almost 7 days despite paying for the service. SR: 11036972268 Stop giving new dates. Reconnect my connection immediately and compensate/extend my validity for the outage period. This is unacceptable service.

  @airtelindia wtf there is no plan for calls only why should I recharge my other call only mobile with data plan. It's exploitation and @GovtOfIndia_ helping you know ghis exploitation. What poor ppl can do? It's time to switch to other vendors. Fk off.

  Airtel has become one of the worst service providers, a internet issue after some area outage. 6 technicians reassigned in 3 days without a single person attending the issue citing not within his service area. Not sure what field service airtel has but this pathetic @airtelindia

  Even though I paid my Airtel Business connection bill on 25/07, I’m still receiving messages saying the bill is overdue and that my connection will be discontinued. I raised a ticket on 30/07 and shared all the necessary documents, but the issue is still unresolved @airtelindia

  @TRAI @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am very old customer of Airtel since 2013. I have shifted to Alipore Kolkata from Hyderabad. Was having Airtel Black at Hyderabad but not shifted here to Kolkata. Paid Rs 1500 for new connection , I am struggling to get TV connection activated but not getting resolution . Today also visited Airtel Store at Alipore, Kolkata but could not get resolution. Met and Requested Mr Pravin but resolution is still pending. Store Manager was on leave. I have taken Wi-Fi Connection from Airtel Wi-Fi 03334669032. Paid all amounts asked for. However not getting TV Connection Activated. Airtel represent Mr Ishaan, mobile no +91 89813 12074 is not able to provide resolution. Struggling to get TV Set Top connection to watch TV since last two months. Corrective Action is required. Please help.

  @AirtelIndia @airtelnews What kind of joke is this? No signal at all, then it comes for 2 minutes, then gone again. Calls don't even go through sometimes. We pay for 5G every month but get 0G service. Fix it immediately or I'm porting my number Dharpally nizamabad 503165

  I had paid wifi booking amount. No installation since 7 days, engineers are telling they are cancelling as already not serviceable. Still no cancellation. Customer care isn't helping either on call. Tried DM to this account, no one is responding. @airtelindia
