  @airtelindia what is the maximum limit of unlimited 4g+5g data ? Currently I'm on 399 plan (28 days ) unlimited 4g+ 5g data but my internet is too slow whereas my other airtel working fine in same handset & area , so technically there is no issue of network issue

  Hey @airtelindia I booked a service for wifi installation yesterday. The executive took 1500 rupees for installation and it was supposed to be installed today or yesterday But the person is no responding to our calls and not giving clear instructions about our wifi service

  Problem of letting duopoly in telecom, you have players like @airtelindia - who lie shamelessly and give shittiest service. Have been registering complaint for bad network daily , every morning 7am I get text "we tried connecting you, since you didn't pick the call we have closed the ticket" Not a single miss call, this time I called the assigned mechanic bugger was sleeping still at 8 am and still that auto trigger sms. Totally hate thos duopolies of **** customer service

  @airtelindia worst decision I have ever taken to install airtel black instead of Jio. Disconnecting airtel sim as well along with this to come out of this trauma.

  @airtelindia Pathetic customer service. Your people forced me to get a new Air Fiber Wi-Fi connection, saying that the old Wi-Fi can be disconnected and the new one added to my Airtel black. I have now spend 1 hour with customer service, absolutely unable to proceed with this.

  @airtelindia Airtel service in our area is extremely disappointing. For the last 7–8 years, I have repeatedly complained about very weak mobile signals and frequent internet issues, but every time we are assured that a new tower will be installed—still nothing has happened. We took Airtel Wi-Fi because of the poor mobile network, but even the Wi-Fi faces connectivity problems 3–4 times every month. Whenever we complain, we are told that an engineer will visit the next day. Today, reliable internet is essential for life and business. I request you to kindly look into this personally and provide a permanent solution, not another assurance. Regards, Dr. Pankaj Varshney

  @airtelindia applied for a new prepaid connection through the Airtel app and paid ₹199 successfully.but the process is now stuck.order ID is 7492089970612314112. Your CUSTOME CARE only loops through automated options with NO way to reach a real person. Worst customer service.
