  From today morning my net is very very very slow. I place calls and very smooth only facing network issue. Already restarted my device multiple times and my other airtal sims are working normally. @airtelindia even I m trying to contact your customer care there is no response

  I moved to Canada from India and I lost my access to my Airtel eSim. I have been trying my best to get it back but I am unable. I have been reaching out in whichever way I can still I am not getting support from @airtelindia. Please help me @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews

  @Airtel_Presence Issue finally resolved, but only after visiting 9 Airtel stores and the Apple Store multiple times. Some Airtel staff said no LAN, some said server issue, others blamed Apple. Apple said it was Airtel’s issue. Airtel finally accepted it was their issue and fixed @airtelindia

  @airtelindia - Internet is not working since Wednesday in Bangalore and no one is even responding. Every 6hr the time is just getting shifted.

  @airtelindia @reliancejio Sell your data packs with clear front page information that None of your packs are truly unlimited 5G at 5G speed and this limiter of 300GB a month sucks... People can't even backup or download their personal data if it exceeds 300GB... SUCKERS

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Internet fluctuating for days. Your tech team's GENIUS solution? "Change your WiFi password." 🤯 And now they WON'T fix the issue unless I share an OTP to CLOSE the request I never asked to close! This is not support. This is hostage-taking. #Airtel

  @SPARK_TANAY @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have the OPPO Find X9 Pro and Xiaomi 17 Ultra. The latter has a dedicated SA toggle that is on, but I am still not getting access to Airtel 5G SA despite having SA network active in the Dahanukar. I am experiencing a 5G network issue in Dahanukar Colony from the last two years. The 4G data network is completely disrupted here. However, Airtel refuses to listen. I have been asking them to improve the network since 2023, but they ignore the issue. I also have a postpaid SIM.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence There is INTERNET OUTAGE in Mahalakshmipuram, Bangalore - 560086 area since y'day evening. Every time I call the customer care for a complaint, a new ETA for it's restoration is given. However, internet is not up yet. Pls help look into it n resolve.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Spoke with customer support today — no meaningful action taken. Is Airtel actually resolving issues or just closing tickets to meet SLAs? This kind of experience defeats the purpose of being an Airtel Black customer.
