  I think @airtelindia is no better than BSNL in Dehradun. I switched to Airtel thinking service and customer support will be good. Well I was wrong, broadband maintainability is very bad. Issue resolves, ticket resolves and issue occurs again. Then the cycle follows of this pain

  @airtelindia Pls cancel my New Airtel Wi-Fi + TV request AWEHXFZ5Z0 and refund my payment.Installation was confirmed for today 6 PM, but was rescheduled to Sep 8 without any prior intimation. I’m not willing to wait that long. Please restore/continue my previous plan and confirm.

  Hello @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Your service is extremely disappointing. I shifted from Greater Noida to Ashok Nagar and requested a connection transfer 8 days ago. Still, neither has the connection been shifted nor am I getting any proper response from customer care.

  @airtelindia @airtelindia Not only has your service team failed to show up despite repeatedly rescheduling my Wi-Fi appointment, but there is absolutely no response to my complaint on Twitter either. This is not the level of service expected from Airtel.
