    @airtelindia 5 days over not resolution to black customer.. every day I am calling customer service team plus speaking to a senior but no resolution just imagine quality of your leadership... customer beware of airtel after sales service.. Horrible

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews but the my Airtel A/C is showing 3 dth which includes iptv instead of 2 & the charges are levied for non existing 3rd dth since 29th June'26. I hv contacted customer care,198 on each day, except promises,nothing is changing on the ground.

    @khushalteli6890 @airtelindia Bhai local operator ka le le.. reliance and airtel both are worst. Some role played by local operaters which caused problems

    @airtelindia @airtelindia Called customer care — told "everything is fine on our end," no ticket raised. Visited the local Airtel service agent — he said his hands are tied without a ticket. So now I'm stuck in a loop with no one willing to actually log the issue.

    Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, I’ve had poor network coverage for the last 6 days straight. It's impossible to make calls or use data,but I'm still being charged for a service can't use. Please look into this immediately.@TRAI please note the persistent poor service quality.

    @airtelindia mobile internet isn't working since last 30 days calling 121 or 198 isn't helpfull doesn't matter how many times you try speaking customer care executive IVR replies "we are currently having technical difficulties in your are area" it also doesn't matter the location

    @airtelindia On top of that: my smart switches keep randomly disconnecting from your WiFi. Tested with a mobile hotspot instead and everything ran perfectly — so this is clearly a router-side issue, not my devices. @airtelindia

    @perplexity_ai @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I subscribed for your pro plan with airtel last year. Didn't find it useful and never used. Now it is time for renewal and airtel app directs me to perplexity while perplexity is directing to Airtel. Any solution? Helpline is useless
