    @airtelindia • Engineer 1 promised to configure it within 30 minutes, then stopped answering my calls. • Engineer 2 said Static IP configuration wasn't his responsibility and asked me to visit an Airtel Store. The store confirmed they don't handle this. • I contacted customer care

    @airtelindia hi I am facing serious issue with Airtel services, regarding network on calling and data use. Even after registering so many complaints, not a single resolution provided so far. Each resolution period takes 20 days. But even after that zero improvement.

    @airtelindia i have recharged with 3599 plan which comes with unlimited 5g but even when im in the 5g coverage my usage is been deducted from dialy 2gb limit. Solve my issue.

    This is my tenth complaint for slow internet speed, frequent disconnections and outages, leading to internet disruptions. In spite of my repeated complaints, it seems Airtel is not willing to resolve them. I find this very disappointing and frustrating. @airtelindia

    Returned my @airtelindia WiFi & DTH equipment on June 11. Still got billed for unused service. The recovery calls were so non-stop that I had to pay just to get peace of mind. Now that you took my money, PROCESS MY REFUND IMMEDIATELY @Airtel_Presence!
