    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence my recharge is failed. Waited for 10 working days to revert my money back. Complained in airtel store. Money is not reversed. Till now 30 days passed no response. Feel like cheated and airtel doesn't response to my complaint

    @iamanumit @nikster007 @airtelindia We have 4 mobile phones. Airtel black includes DTH ( xstream) and internet. Monthly bill is around ₹2800 Poor internal coordination between Airtel black team and other teams. Xstream set top box was giving lot of trouble. After several follow-ups they set right

    @airtelindia really pathetic service. Activated International pack 4 days ago but still had to followup with the team to activate it. Without network for the last 4 days but they expect to call on the customer care number for queries. Whats the point of having an app?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence #third_class_network_problem Listen right now my 4G speed is maximum 50KBps! Strange, is it called 4G? Fake ads everywhere! No 1? Is this the standard? After 15 days of launching my first complaint no fix yet. All morons are in network department?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have been following up with airtel from JULY 2021 through calls, emails, twitter and Instagram. But don't think they will reply or resolve the issue.  complaint reference number 31-3697238065813.
