    @airtelindia ticket raised for fibre at 10:50 today, automatically closed without providing resolution. Again request raised, no resolution. Such poor response from customer care. and no option to write feedback.

    @airtelindia from 10/07/2022 my broadband connection was not working (connection no - 02011180165_dsl).Already I filled a complaint(id-10060872046) via Airtel thanks app. Every day I got messages “today your problem will solved” but till time problem wasn’t resolved.

    @mahendarrawat19 @airtelindia You did biggest mistake by porting from jio to Airtel, i regretting now I was a happy jio fiber customer now I am a sad Airtel fiber customer

    @Airtel_Presence I am not internet from past 2 days. Tried all troubleshooting, complaint resolution time is just getting extended. No solution till now. I am a teacher and student's class is affected by this. My landline number 07314041685 Didn't expect this from @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Worst Service Airtel. I just update my phone, And phone shows No range. But Jio show rang in sim 2 slot. Switch sim 1 and sim 2 slot but no different Airtel sim has no range. I check in another phone but Airtel sim has no range. And your day by day become worst.
