    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Broadband is down in my area. Customer care gave an ETA of 8 pm. This is 3rd outage in last 4 days. Everytime there is unplanned outage of 6-12 hours. Pathetic service. No customer empathy, no urgency to resolve the issue!!

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence but all went in vain. I strongly suggest everyone the so called black is actually BLACK and its priority customer care is of no use. One can not enjoy discounts by paying bills from third party under black plan. Stay away (2)

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence It's really worst that for Mumbai,Maharashtra. Airtel dont have Marathi speaking customer care executives. instead of spending on useless ads,hiere marathi speaking executies or I need to drop ur services as you can't provide service in my language.

    @airtelindia Airtel xtream fibre service is getting worst day by day in our Area Bhandup west . Mumbai Their downtime is like local wifi service... Pathetic service they are providing nowadays...in our tower every alternate day wifi is getting down.
