    Hello @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia This is an airtel no +918138863522 which belongs to some fraudster in Kerala. He calls up senior citizens and poses as MTNL cutomer care employee, on pretext of resolving their issue takes undue advantage of their innocence. 1/2

    @airtelindia I am an user of Oneplus 9Pro which is a dual Sim phone. This phone provides e-sim slot which Airtel doesn't support. I hv come to know that Airtel offers esim service to a few Apple, Samsung,Google Pixel, n Motorola Razr phones. Please add oneplus 9pro in this list.

    After long going issue with @Airtel_Presence they finally restored the services and removed amazon prime. I have sent a port out request. After long discussion with Airtel, I thought of switchin to prepaid instead and someone was assured to comedown 2 days back. @airtelindia

    Tried contacting customer care multiple times, no action taken till date I have paid in advance, so I guess they don't care about my problems anymore Absolutely disgusting service by @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Don't buy their service guys. You will also regret Pathetic!!

    Worst service experience with @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence A month ago I subscribed to Airtel Extreme Fibre, still facing speed and connectivity issues with the router. When asked to change the router, they are demanding money to change the faulty router provided by them.
