    @ianuragthakur @airtelindia sir I am facing hardship by blocking/ No service on my mobile 9725790166 by AirTel ,I reached USA and observed 90 days rule of TRAI even though recharged Roaming and validity is up-to March 2023 Airtel replied to get new SIM ,it is not possible in USA

    Worst customer service experience with @airtelindia Xtreme fiber broadband. Complaints are getting resolved in 4-5 days usually in my city.

    Since some time it is difficult to talk to a human being on 121 - @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence - and one has to battle an IVRS. Imagine users who are above 70 years who have to navigate an IVRS & then forced to use an app. Improving the customer experience? #BhartiAirtel #Airtel
