    Hi @airtelindia, this is regarding my renewal of Airtel Broadband plan for 1 year with Gold pack. I am supposed to receive free Amazon Prime subscription with the same, but it seems I am being charged for Rs. 1499 for the same. Can you please help me understand the issue here?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence said this before, saying this again, you guys have the worst fiber service ever, no internet since yesterday. When called customer support, they could only say this will be automatically fixed by 10pm yesterday. Now it's 8.35 in the morning. #painful

    Is this the type of service which we are expecting from @airtelindia. Customer care executive always say to wait for 24 hours. My billing date is on 13th of July. If I not pay the amount I will be charged late fine also. 2/3

    @airtelindia Worst and pathetic service. Raised 4 complaints with Airtel for gst invoice for recharge. As i was not getting the option on Airtel app Without providing any resolution the tickets have been closed Also still unable to download the recharge invoice

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have requested for mesh a month ago for which I paid in advance. I got call from customer service executive and told that the service is not possible in my area and requested them to refund my money which should be done by 29 June latest. Poor srvc
