    @airtelindia Chatbot obviously was not helpful so decided to call @airtelindia support Surprise surprise the entire IVR is in hindi Now after numerous navigations finally get through to a real person after 15-20mins only for her to ask me to speak in Hindi

    Totally ****** up with @airtelindia Network & WIFI services .. 🤬🤬🤬 Nobody ****** replying to the matter.. My WIFI is not working from last 1 month.. done with several complaints but no reply After Heavy rains Mobile network & internet too down. 🤬👎🏼 @Airtel_Presence

    @Airtel_Presence DTH Re installation Service request #657371162 was scheduled for 6 July at 9 AM. The slot passed with no resolution. Your team keeps constantly rescheduling and shuffling engineers. Resolve this immediately. #Airtel @airtelindia

    Finally, it's time to switch from @JioCare @reliancejio to @airtelindia . The network experience with Jio has been terrible. Even after multiple complaints, nothing was resolved—they simply ignored the issue. I'm done wasting my money on poor service. Time to move on.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Converted prepaid to postpaid for better solution. But your service is so pathetic that the issue was not solved yet. Your social team saying they are not able contact me on my number. There is such network problem that you team unable to connect

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Very poor network from Airtel 4G, 5G, and even AirFiber are not working. However, if I connect to another tower, it works fine. Many people in my area are planning to switch to Jio once their recharge ends. Customer support is also unhelpful.

    Dear @Airtel_Presence, @airtelindia There has been a complete Airtel network outage in Mohopada, Rasayani since today. There is no signal at all, making it impossible to make calls, send messages, or use mobile data.

    @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia just a little #GurgaonRain & wifi is done & so is mobile service (call & data both) inside the house. Unable to make/receive voice or WA calls! Horrible How does one wfm, crippled with awful wifi n mobile services both??

    Promising a resolution by today evening and then rescheduling it to 09-Jul-2026 without any prior communication is disappointing. This ongoing delay has severely impacted my work. Kindly escalate this issue and ensure it is resolved today. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
