    Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence why we have to pay the monthly charges if you are not providing services. In a single month you have 20-25 technical issues with lot of service disruptions. our work is completely hampered due to this ( 0271710487716_dsl).

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia since last 8 days I am trying to reach out customer care to talk regarding the Xstream service, but not able to connect .why such a pathetic service, pls gv me a call to discuss regarding my Xstream WiFi services, or else I need to find alternate

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Ticket #31-1000013006748 raised on Apr 10 still unresolved after 4 days. I am travelling in 2 days with no working mobile data on my ₹1199 postpaid plan. Fix this by tomorrow or I am filing a TRAI complaint.
