    @airtelindia if you are not installing the wifi on time then how can we trust on the service you will be giving to us. I guess I should not install your wifi at all now and should seek for refund. This is nonsense. Why the hell your agents are so much confident but still failing?

    I have been now frustrated with the quality of service @airtelindia is providing these days, registering complaints with them doesn't solve the issue instead they give you a resolution deadline of 15 days and then without solving your problem complaint is closed.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My broadband has been completely down for 3 days and your technician is ignoring my calls. The worst part? This exact same issue keeps repeating every 10-15 days for the last 2 months! . Need a permanent fix,plz dnt behave like ola scooter service

    @airtelindia when you can't provide proper customer service then what the hell is that app for, you have some pre designed questions and answers in that chat box and no matter what the problem is those will be the questions and their answers, chat box is not even ai powered🤷

    @airtelindia @TRAI Why is it that when I moved my phone My sms service was stopped for 24 hours without notice and there is no way to activate it - I am logged out of all my upi and banking apps -nothing works They did not ask me if my phone is with me Digital India bullshit
