    @airtelindia I have been facing outage from last 20 days, I had to pay 1500 to setup my connection apart from all charges, and after creating service request, service guy came and cut-off my connection and now no one is picking up my call. Worst service experience in Katihar,Bihar.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence If you are not able to serve in mumbai in my area. Then don't send me your promotional messages about airtel black and fibre. Let me switch to another network who can give me Wi Fi.

    1/2 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence.. Your team disrupted broadband service from 26.01.22 to 31.01.22 to resolve the technical issues. Don't know if the same was resolved or not but since that day I'm facing frequent disconnections so much so that I'm literally unable to work.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtel past 3 days my broadband internet is not working. Had abt 20 calls with cust care. 2 service engineers visited so far & left without actually fixing issue. No1 picks up the call. COMPLETELY FRUSTRATED with airtel. Service Req# 10018620313

    @reliancejio wants to grow it's jio fiber business but how you are planning to grow when you take 5 days to send a service engineer for home visit to existing available customer. Whereas @airtelindia provide service within 2-3 hours. Gonna shift to #airtelxstreamfiber nxt mnth.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence it’s been months and you are not able to resolve the issue. Don’t dm me and ask my number and all. Worst customer service. @JioCare please help port all my numbers and people residing in society to jio in case you guys can give the customer service.

    2/2 This has really left me exhausted. Never expected such pathetic service from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. On top of that there's no straitforward way to register grievance. There's no significance of airtel thanks apps as one can't register a complain. Shear disappointment.
