    @TRBRajaa @airtelindia Off late eh.. bro, it runs untill it runs. When you get into problem - they ll let you run from pillar to post.. one of the worst customer experience by far in my experience. Pls switch over to Jio or Vodafone.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have been trying to shift my broadband and tv from 1 tower to other in same society but your incompetent team could not do it. So congratulations, you just lost a broadband, dth and 3 postpaid connections. Make sure my connection is cancel today.

    @airtelindia Hello Team, I switched my mobile two weeks ago and the Fastlane is still not activated even though it shows up on the Airtel thanks app I’m also unable to connect my cellular to my watch and the service centre guys are clueless i dropped an email on the same to svc

    @I_Prdp @airtelindia You are correct. Complaint raised on July 22, issue remains unresolved till July 26 (today), but they updated the complaint status as Resolved on July 22 itself. They slide into the DMs and promise callbacks which they never do. But send a message saying that they tried reaching.
