    @airtelindia i face network issue since two months many complain raised but issue not resolved yet. Kya yahi hai @true5G , @airtelnews inko jra bhi customer ka parbah nahi hai. Internet to fir bhi door ki baat hai normal voice call bhi nahi ho pati hai.

    This is really ridiculous. The internet connection in our office is shut since Saturday and we are tired of calling the customer care. They are only giving me date and time when the next technician will be available. There is no resolution. @airtelindia @Jio_Business @FiberAct

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am posting this due to the incapable technical team or assistance i received recently with regards to my service request. @ my location the airtel service is so pathetic that i cannot make calls due to bad network and Airtel technicians cant help.

    Dear @Airtel_Presence,@airtelindia visited the Airtel Store at Laxmi Nagar to port my Jio number to Airtel prepaid. The staff refused my port request and said I must open an Airtel Payments Bank account with a ₹199 deposit to get a SIM. Kindly look into this and help. Thank you.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews my Airtel Xstream Fiber has been down since yesterday. Customer care keeps saying it's an "area outage" and keeps extending the ETA. However, nearby Airtel connections are working fine.

    Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, My Airtel Xstream Fiber has been down since morning. I was promised resolution by evening, but no action has been taken. Customer care isn’t even connecting. Extremely poor and unacceptable service. @TRAI Please look into this.

    Hi @Airtel_Presence, my Xstream Fiber is on ₹499/40Mbps Unlimited plan but actual speed is ~10 KB/s - barely usable. In-app diagnosis, optimise & complaint options all loop to the same bot reply with no fix. Please escalate to a technician urgently. @airtelindia

    This issue has continued for months despite repeated complaints. Having a tower nearby but still facing poor network coverage is unacceptable. Please conduct a technical inspection of the tower serving PIN 416230 and provide a permanent solution. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia dear Airtel I sign up for Airtel WiFi from last 2 weeks. From last two week not a single hour I used WiFi peacefully. Your service guy came 2 times. Problem reinstates in next 2-3 hour . Please change the faulty WiFi module. ASAP.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews After escalating, I was finally given a 24-hour resolution time. I also found the nearby fiber distribution box left open with loose cables (photo attached). Please investigate and provide the actual reason instead of repeated delays.

    @airtelindia Hopeless service of Airtel broadband. The WiFi transfer from one house to another, 50 metres away, cannot be completed even after 3 days. Hired beggars and rickshawpullers in your team who know nothing.

    @airtelindia Such a disgusting service provider you are. I have sent an email for service disconnection of my Wi-Fi and IPTV connection and no one from your team even bothered to respond to my email with the exact date to collect the device and service termination.
