    Nearly 2 months and STILL no resolution from @airtelindia. I haven’t received a single follow-up call. Every time I call CC, they “promise” a callback in 24hrs just to escape. I never get one, and have to repeat my whole story next time. Garbage service! @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews your network having many problem. Usually internet is not working and call is not connecting. Location district and session court, arera hills, bhopal madhya pradesh.

    What is this pathetic network @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I'm suffering from constant no internet sessions since yesterday on my 2nd number, there is no internet connectivity whenever the weather is not good, is this your seemless network really @reliancejio works just fine

    @airtelindia we have only 1 tower in our area and it has huge load in it due to which we are unable to use proper network of Airtel. Can you plz do something to this issue resolve. Even when we apply for new wifi connection, your installation agent says the same. #airtel

    Unacceptable Airtel network quality in Malegaon 423212. Complete blackout multiple times a day. We pay full recharge amounts but get zero connectivity. If this network issue isn't resolved within 24 hours, we will mass-port MNP to another operator! @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia ,I would like to draw your attention towards the appalling services you have been providing. At times, Internet is down without information. Devices are changed but modems are not configured. Such appealing services from a company like yours is totally unacceptable

    Over 24 hours without @airtelindia Wi-Fi, and customer support keeps pushing restoration to 5 PM with no proper response or accountability. This is unacceptable. I'm switching to @JioCare . Please collect your Airtel Wi-Fi router. Customers deserve better service. #AirtelDown

    @airtelindia can I expect basic professionalism from the airtel sales person who stopped picking up my call after initial payment is done. Also made false promises and then changed it at later time. I'm fedup and now trying to cancel which is not done easily by customer care.

    @airtelindia this kind of standard replies are frustrating - “while investigating for Service Request No. xx related to DND issue on your Airtel no. we couldn't find call/SMS records for reported content for shared date. Hence, no action has been taken against sender” @TRAI
