    @airtelindia what are you doing, in my location your wifi service are worse. In every months your wifi disconnect for 6 hr in every 2 days in a weeks . I have 3 connection in 3 km area 1 connection running properly but another 2 connection are problematic, please do the needful.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel is a CHOR company. @TRAI i contacted customer support 2 weeks ago. I called them three days continuously. Each and every agent is clueless and just kept asking me to what 24 hours. Now it has been 2+ weeks. Useless fellows

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence What's seems like @airtelindia is doing very good business and dont need more and is ok to let customer go away. Where is your promise of listening to customer gone. Additionally, you need to relook at the skill set of your customer service desk..they need an upgrade.

    Such a shameful service from Airtel, I made this tweet after so many normal failed tickets via airtel app and telephonic support. 22nd was the hard deadline over the mail but failed again and when I replied they’re re registered another ticket with different deadline. @airtelindia

    @airtelnews I received a message on 13th Aug to complete rekyc for my mobile on or before 28th to resume services. I visited your offices on devraj urs Road mysore but they are forcing me to go for postpaid to resume service. This is not acceptable. @airtelindia plz allow reactivation & kyc

    @airtelindia Why do have such a faulty IVR. From past 10 days have been trying to log complaint. You just redirect to DM but no one responds there either.😡😡 Pathetic, time to terminate connection!!

    @airtelindia 3 WEEKS and still no refund! After rebundling my DTH service, I returned the set-top box to the Airtel team as required. The equipment was collected, but my refund is still pending. How long does Airtel need to return a customer's own money? This is unacceptable.
