    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews As a long-time postpaid customer paying ₹2000/month, I expect my new eSIM to support the same services as before—Airtel Priority & 5G standalone calling. But it now says 'SIM not supported.' This shouldn't happen. Kindly assist. #CustomerCare

    10 yrs an Airtel Black customer. Reward: 5G at 25-30 Mbps near Sattva Knowledge City & AMB Mall, Hyderabad—Jio next to it hits 430 Mbps. 5 calls, 5 days, zero fixes, ticket "closed" anyway. Support's actual fix? Ready to help me port out. #Airtel5G @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    In less than a month's time, facing it again today. Last time they fixed it the next day. Today the outage is since 8 30am. We couldn't raise complaint cos it's outage. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I can DM the details too. Entire apartment is facing the issue for half a day

    I raised a request for shifting my wifi connection on 14th June. Since then I have been taking follow up and I was told the issue would be resolved within 24 hours. Now its 18th June and its beyond that 24 hours and issue has not been resolved. @airtelindia

    One of the most ****** fiber internet connections is Airtel in a month of 30 days It doesn't work for half of the time. N number of customer care calls still the same @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews @airtelindia
