    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I did a recharge today from My Airtel app of 48/- and the payment got deducted from my bank but I received a message that due to some issue the recharge failed and in same message it was written that you will process the refund within 2hrs.

    Time to port from @airtelindia You just can't make a straight call (if network is available). They keep annoying you with one or another announcements. They'll fail you in every-second-counts situation.

    @airtelindia I am facing problem in airtel broadband from 36hours but my problem isn't been listening by technician nor customer care services I have been calling them since yesterday but no one taken any step on my problem. My trust for airtel has been shuttered into pieces.

    @airtelindia I never expected this much bad behaviour and no response of my problem from such a reputated company. I wish I haven't seen this face or airtel. It's vry disappointed that no one even try to resolve my prblem even after 36hours so I am writing this tweet least hope.

    @airtelindia Thanks airtel.. now looking bro move along. Bye-2 My dth id: 3028097128 Not working from last 3 days. After service requests unsuccessful for 2-3 days, no DTH availability.. Plz suspend my dual connection. I:ll switch to some other provider.

    @airtelindia unable to send SMS since last month. Visited Airtel Store they tried to help by giving me a new SIM. But all in vain. Chat Bot say I have exhaused 100 SMS daily quota. I have balance in my account. Then Why can't I send SMS. Please Help.
