    I am unable to send SMS. how can you stop my SMS service without my permission? there is no option to activate through IVR, there is no option to call a customer care representative. @airtelindia @Airtel worst network provider

    It's totally on customer whether the tip can be given or not...if customer forced for over charges then why we choose @airtelindia instead I will go to some other service provider who can install and give better service than @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have applied for airtel broadband 5 days back. No one has visited for installation till now and customer support and executives visited for payment, no one is responding to me. They have collected the amount but not refunding the amount.
