    @airtelindia I have done advance payment till Nov for broadband. But because of your #poorservices, wanted to move to other provider. Plz process my refund for remaining days, which I will not use. wifi coverage so bad that i need to sit near modem to use it. can't use in room.

    @airtelindia I cancelled my fiber connection but still I'm getting bill for it. And when I'm trying to reach to the customer care, there is no contact for that. I tried calling but there is only automated robot I'm listening to but no actual customer care. I request a call back.

    @airtelindia since last three days there is no network in Mayabunder area of Andaman and Nicobar Islands. Please do something to honor your claim.

    @JioCare Again, received no proper response or support. I request again please do not sell products if you lack in product support. I have opened a request since yesterday morning and still I received no response or at least call back from jio. @airtelindia do you provide same support?

    @airtelindia i have been using Airtel DTH connection from long time. I was watching ET Now Swadesh till day befor yday without any issue. Now getting tv code 4. Called 3 times customer care and they asked me to wait 30 mins and after that you can watch but still issue is same.

    Hy @airtelindia what an incompetent service provider you'll have become. It's been almost 3 days about my airtel fibre order and still I don't have active services. Your engineers are incompetent and so is your sales rep. All that what I get is just IVR no one bothers.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Hi, your service request no. 10067456025 has been assigned to engineer VINOD KUMAR KASHYAP (08047319630). This guy is saying he doesn't look after issues. Then who will?? Been complaining since long.

    My network has gone completely from last 15 days and I am currently in Canada. I have prepaid and prepaid has internation roaming enabled by default. Please do help as I have tried all troubleshooting @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
