    Manikonda is a magical area. When there is a power cut, Airtel mobile data stops working and ACT internet stops working randomly 5-10 times a day. We have a power backup, so Wifi should never stop working but for the love of god, I do not understand why Airtel mobile data does not work when there is a power cut. @airtelindia @ACTFibernet

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence It's now been almost 7 days and Ticket ID: 11032264862 is still unresolved. I have called customer care multiple times, and every time I get the same response: "We are escalating the case" or "Please wait for an update." No engineer visit.

    Almost 18 hours now, we have the Airtel Wi-fi down in our locality. No sense of urgency and No regular updates as well, clearly shows a sense of apathy and a careless attitude. Totally unacceptable!! @airtelindia #kyafarakpadtahain

    @airtelindia Paid ₹1500 for Xstream Fiber. Engineer assigned but no call or installation, not even from back end team pathetic service. Now showing Order Delay. Req ID: EXD6SWR33B SR: 4511766411 Cancel the order and refund my money immediately.

    @Airtel_Presence my SR Complaint number 11031990881 is not resolved even after nine days. Kindly don't harass and exploit you're customers after making atleast 50 calls to various HIERARCHY in @airtelindia . Restore my wifi and Internet services fast.

    @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence Worst services by airtel to their platinum customers. What is the purpose of dedicated team if u can't help in time. Internet is disconnecting continuously on daily basis but airtel is unable to solve problem & internet speed vry poor

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am trying to raise a complaint that my house Wi-Fi is not working since yesterday and finding all ways to fix it but not happening. Even the customer care is not supporting on it. Could you try to resolve it faster, all my works are held up.
