    @airtelindia I've been facing internet issues @Pune in both mobile network and Xtreme fiber since my recent relocation. I've purchased Xtreme fiber connect for my work purposes 2-3 weeks back. Since 15th June there is internet outage and we cannot even reach the service team. 🙏

    @airtelindia Hope you are saying a final goodbye. The worst customer service ever. Arrogant managers with a dont care attitude. The only answer they have is 'call customer service'. No regrets if Airtel disappears.

    @airtelindia I have been troubled by the problem of airtel's network since last one week, the network of 4g is far away, even the network of 2g is giving up here, I am not able to complain even on 198 plz shortcut is this problem @TRAI

    @airtelindia I used your wonderful app to register home shifting. No one has showed up for 54 hours since the confirmed time slot. Escalated 4 times thru 121. No use. Should I go for another provider if your service is this unreliable?
