    @airtelindia I request airtel to Kindly bring its brodband connection at Ranipur Village , Darbhanga , 846005 . Here network connection of all operators is very weak. Airtel giganet will rock here.

    @airtelindia @airtel i am very disappointed with the customer care for my broadband connection. 2 engineers have contacted me with wierd solutions and there has been no visit. Local airtel people are not answering calls. I am not able to work since 7 days.. very bad resolution

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia damage sim replace I have been asked to bring in my mother to airtel store for verification for some one they have kyc doc with them still I have visited store on Saturday till now my sim is not active for some mismatch reason. A 12 year old cust..

    @agarca_in @airtelindia They are focussing on advertisement part. Giving slow net speed, their customer care team is worst.Not solving the issue within time limit. Before installing connection, they give lots of committments, but once connection is installed no one cares.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I am facing internet issues. The internet speed has reduced drastically from last 6-7 days. I am getting only 0.7-0.8 Mbps average speed. This is happening for my both Airtel numbers ending with 5923 and 6228. Please fix this. It is very problematic.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia P.s. also been managing to speak to your call center guys. Very friendly and clueless people. They quick apologise and promise to help. And then radio silence. Have call recordings, if you need for "training and quality purpose".
