    @airtelindia service request number 10939557623 I am extremely disappointed with the poor service provided by Airtel. I have been facing network/service issues continuously for the last 3 days, and despite multiple complaints and follow-ups, the issue is still not resolved.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Dear Airtel Support, I requested full disconnection of my Airtel Black services (DTH + Broadband) on 29th March for no. IN DM. DTH was stopped, but broadband billing is still being generated despite no usage after the disconnection request.

    4 Days passed. No 'unlimited' 5G despite being in 5G area and 5G written on signal bar. Called and mailed customer care several times. Closed 2 tickets without solving the issue. False promises of services, scamming tactics, etc are motto of Airtel. @TRAI @DoT_India @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @airtelnews airtel service is the worst they dont care about their customers. When they have to sell a product they will call 4 times but when you have a problem you have to call 4 times. There is no control over ticket closure or escalation.

    @airtelindia ₹199 recharge got applied twice on my number today. Instead of queueing the second recharge for next month, benefits got merged immediately. Unable to connect with customer care as well. Please help and check the issue.

    Hey @airtelindia, enough is enough. Despite multiple assurances that my 'Google One' subscription was canceled, it has appeared on my bill yet again. Your resolution time takes so long that I’m hit with late fees while waiting for fix. I’ve been overpaying for 2 yrs. User Beware

    @airtelindia UPS has not been working since 30th April, and despite multiple follow-ups we have not received any resolution yet. Requesting your team to urgently check the issue and provide a proper resolution at the earliest. UPS supplied by Airtel.
