    @AirfiberAi93958 @airtelindia I didn't got any call from technician in 5 days. Then I decided to cancel my registration, yesterday I got call from technician, I just request for cancellation of my registration, they cut call, no any update in message or other media. Right no customer care unable to answer.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia The app is equally unhelpful. Every attempt to raise or track the concern seems to generate some new, unrelated request, while the original issue remains unresolved. There is no clear interface to even view the purchase or payment information, let alone track its status.

    @TRAI @airtelindia . DND feature & provision of complaint thru TRAI app is not serving the purpose. Merely issuing warning everytime at the cost of customer suffering & formality of call restrictions sometimes. While telecallers like Bajaj Finance are openly mocking DND rules.

    @airtelindia I am tired now, wifi connectivity is very bad, router doesn’t work properly and I have complained multiple times still it’s not getting resolved. I want to change the router now. Every time technician gives lame excuses. @jagograhakjago

    @IndianGems_ Min they are showing is 2-2.5 gb/day. Kya karu me itne data ka? I wanted 1gb or 1.5 gb per day pack. Outgoing is fine but incoming ? forcing customer to pay 300+just to receive an OTP, this is absurd. @airtelindia @TRAI why don't you directly ask us to move to pigeons?
