    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia what policy is this airtel having. we can not receive any SMS for 24 hour after sim replacement. i am unable to receive any OTP. i am unable to do any banking transactions, adhar OTP, application login OTP. it is bothering me. i am porting my sim.

    My AIRTEL pocket wifi isn't working since last two days . @airtelindia customer support not able to find solution. Pocket wifi is working only internet service stopped without knowing about it. Pls help me @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews . Arrange callback as much as possible!

    @airtelindia Made a complaint on Aug 22 Aug, no resolution, called again on 30 th Aug to escalate, tech team was to call, did not call, walked into airtel store, no help was asked to visit store in state of residence. Also received an unexplained bill of 5k. Black means what?

    @airtelindia My sim out of nowhere stopped working. When I went to buy new sim it was on my sister's namw & now she is in US. The guys at office told I can't get a new sim without her. What **** ia this, now my whole business & banks are connected to that number.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Internet is down again today. Service levels have degraded to a new low. Worst part is the service goes down on Thursdays. So far internet has been down on the following days : Aug 5, 12, 19 and now today Sep 2. Can someone please explain the reason for such unreliable service?
