    Call Airtel 198 and you need to listen their useless bak bak. After that IVR very very poor and of no use. Call not transferred to agent. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence ffs response to complaint.

    @airtelindia I am a long time user of airtel and it brings me great displeasure to say that your service is now subpar. My mobile Internet doesn't work uninterrupted. Even the broadband service is really bad. In the past few weeks it had broken connection for 10-15 times

    @VittalGopal @airtelindia @KohliHarjeet - no resolution on this. Team says forget 799, it won’t be refunded. Try additional recharge of 99 and 799 and it should work. Why company is not ready to refund amount when customer didn’t used the service. #fraud #moneymakingscheme
