One of ur guy informed me that the device installed on the pole is faulty & needs to be replaced. It seems that quality of @airtelindia internet service is entirely at God's mercy.

They don't pick up call nor answer at the Customer Centre when u meet them offline. @airtelindia

Local engineer of company informed that it is beyond his limit and he has informed to his superior. But no action. Very bad service.

You keep on explaining things again and again to teams and lastly they say they took control back from user to themselves.

Sudhakar G (@isudhakarg) reported@airtelindia is customer care is the worst. Had to select various options and wait 20 minutes to reach them. Then, the background noise at their end was unbearable. The worst part is the query was not resolved.
