    @airtelindia I am raising complaint for wifi internet issue since a long time. Complaints are closed multiple times without any resolution. Everyday I am spending half hour to talk to customer care since many days. No resolution yet. Pathetic service. @TRAI please look into this.

    @airtelindia A technician named Ramesh phone number 7226808122 came to fix our Airtel air which we got 20 days ago. The whole wire was filled with rain water and water was dripping from it after technician name Ramesh put cut on it. I urged them @AirtelXtream @Airtel_Presence to change the whole wire

    @airtelindia Xtream is the shittest wifi connection you can get. Got a 100mbps plan it barely touchs 40mbps and most of the time it's below 1mbps. No way to register complaint ls directly to a human always have to be via their ****** bot. No replies over DMs nothing.

    My Airtel Xstream Fiber/Wi-Fi has not been working, and despite multiple attempts to reach your support team, I haven’t received any response. This is causing major inconvenience. Please look into this urgently and resolve the issue at the earliest. @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Before the end of the recharge plan, you are sending daily reminder sms but When I try to recharge via Credit Card option specially with ICICI bank cr card, always has internal Server error issue. Don't you get it right, your payment gateway?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence More than 6 months, still no resolution. Your team promised a site upgrade, but the network in my area remains poor. How long should customers keep waiting? If this isn't resolved immediately, I'll port out and escalate the issue.

    @airtelindia @airtelnews what's the use of having a chatbot 24/7 available for you when it can't understand a issue even if i have clicked the same link atleast 6-7 times, I am clicking adobe and it's opening linkedin?? Not even getting any other option. What's the use of it.
