    @airtelindia I faced constant drops, so I raised a disconnection request. Your team begged for a "last chance" to fix it, sent technicians, and claimed it was resolved. A week later, you silently suspended my service based on the old request—zero intimation!

    I’m retaining only my mobile postpaid. I expect all excess payments to be adjusted. Otherwise, I’m taking the complete matter to the consumer forum. @airtelindia I don’t want another automated response. I want someone senior to take ownership and FIX THIS.

    @airtelindia I have been dealing with an unresolved Airtel Black billing issue for MONTHS despite repeated complaints, calls and emails. Your own executives have acknowledged the issue and promised to fix it, yet I continue to be overcharged.
