    Hello @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence For the past one month, my Airtel Wi-Fi router has not been working, and my issue has still not been resolved. Despite repeated attempts, the local Airtel office staff are not properly registering or responding to my complaints.

    @airtelindia What’s the problem with your customer care service. Even after waiting for 15 mins and navigating theirs no option to reach out to your customer care service agent .. pathetic service

    @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence Facing constant connectivity issues on my postpaid WiFi (DSL No. 01132439580_wifi, A/C 20048178198) since installation on 27.04.2026. Raised complaint ID 11037576231 — still unresolved. Paid Rs 1500 in advance (receipt enclosed) for a broken 40Mbps connection (Rs 499/- unlimited plan). Need a permanent fix, not another temporary patch. #AirtelWiFi #AirtelCustomerCare #PoorService

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia 2/n I have even provided my residential address and phone number as per her request. There seems to be no progress made in resolving my problem even though I’ve paid an advance towards the installation.

    I had to send 2 v imp docs and I have a presentation in 15 mins Guess who decided to ruin me? @airtelindia No Wi-Fi from last 1 H — Few days back someone from their social media team reached out to delete my posts I said I’ll do once I’m satisfied with the service but this is happening now — Actually I think I’m the fool here I got 3 numbers and Wi-Fi and DTH all from Airtel What a mistake I made 3 years back — Guys take wise decision Always have backup

    Hi @airtelindia Greetings! I've been using Airtel WiFi for the past 6 years. Never had any issues with the support service. Whenever we reached out, support was always available. But, since the past 2 days, the WiFi has been disconnecting frequently. [1]

    Almost 18hours since I raised this issue on social media @airtelindia unable to restore WiFi connection and Digital TV connection which is postpaid and they have already taken 2months rental in advance This connection isn’t even completed one month 🙌🏻 LMAO @Airtel_Presence

    Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence i am facing an issue for a long time regarding to my WiFi and i also call customer care but my issue didn’t resolve as I recharged it on 28 july and today i got a message that i used my 1k GB that impossible last month i also get the same issue
