    Total failure from @airtelindia fiber in Wagholi, Pune. Down since 3:30 PM, ruining work for the whole society. Missed the 10 PM ETA, and it’s past 11 PM. Only getting vague "need more time" texts with no real explanation or restoration time. Fix this @Airtel_Presence #AirtelDown

    @airtelindia need to permanently close wifi, your ivr team is just putting call on hold and disconnecting after sometime. I sent email also but no response. Hopeless service. @airtelnews @TheSunilMittal

    @Airtel_Presence did a prepaid recharge on May 21, 11:22 am via @NPCI_BHIM mobile app. Until now status shows "Your transaction is in process", I didn't receive recharge on my number nor amount back in my account. @airtelindia great service 👍

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtel_india I contacted customer care again and was assured that my issue would be resolved within 24 hours.I waited as requested, but the problem is still unresolved. I am extremely disappointed with this service delay and am now considering switching to JioFiber due to the lack of support.

    @deepdownanlyz @airtelindia It is true. Being a loyal prepaid customer for more than 16 years, I feel deceived. I got my whole family ported into Airtel. I have influenced a lot of people to select Airtel. Logically, Prepaid pay upfront. So they are the ones to get VIP lane "priority", right..

    The customer care will say that you applied for safe custody so now you will have to wait for 4 hours which is their “rule”. But where is this “rule” mentioned on the app? Screenshots are attached. It will take them 10 days to collect the broadband @airtelindia
