    @airtelindia Hello Airtel, I have recharged IR pack on my airtel number(previously docomo) on 4th Nov. Currently I am abroad and not getting any network for the sim. Hence could not even do manual network selection. At least I need the SMS service. Pls look into this asap.

    @airtelindia hi I have recharged my broadband and after 2 days still my balance is not reflecting. And I am unable to do my work for 2 days ... Kindly check it and resolve this issue ..worst service from airtel....

    @airtelindia Guys why did u bid for 5G when u can't handle 4G and ur broadband ??? Pathetic service all across from the country's largest Telecom Company. Out of 7 days in a week 4 days broadband doesn't work. Wake and Shake urself up or **** down this Sham. Phew !!!

    Did you guys remove the option in IVR to reach out and talk with customer care? It is pathetic to follow a long IVR wherein no option to talk with customer care. @ViCustomerCare @airtelindia come up with some best plans and kick *** VI from India.
