    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews she said our technician works between 10AM to 8PM. This mean if internet is not available after 8PM, next day technical will come at 10AM to sort out the issue.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews Yesterday it was down for more then 14 hours. It is happening every Saturday between 8 or 9PM that internet goes down and come back next day after noon. When I spoke with your customer service executive supervisor today.

    @airtelindia Airtel network continuously failed in my Village MURSUNDHA-767021 near SALEBHATA in Balangir district of Odisha. Sometime showing the network full, in few seconds it is 0. Kindly restore network immediately .

    Airtel keeps making claims on how it's the best network and they won't rest until they've dealt with every single problem which is ironic, cause when you try to raise a complaint or look for an aid neither do they reply nor there's an executive to answer your calls @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Fed up of your customer care even before installation of fiber service. After paying money the technician says connection is not feasible. The sales team stopped responding to my calls after this. This is daylight robbery in the name of service.

    @airtelindia Airtel broadband internet connection stopped working from 2nd March . Lodged complaint and the issue is yet to resolve. No one cares, it seems.
