    @JioCare I have been facing internet issue since many months . Even after that I am paying post paid bill every month. jio care number never connect, Jio App doesn't respond. Now I want to port my number to @airtelindia. I need to wait for 48 hours to port. why?

    @airtelindia your wifi sucks, and I can't comment on your service because there ain't one, I paid upfront for 100 Mbps plan, I am getting 40 Mbps raised a lot of requests all of them closed without any resolution kindly come and take your ****** router and pay me back.

    @airtelindia Why every 15 to 20 days there is one time outage of the internet? I am really tired of this bad service... And your engineer is super busy, has an appointment tomorrow at 1:00 pm, so you need to stop working by that time right?

    @airtelindia My #AirtelDTH has not been working since yesterday. Complaint already raised, but after 24 hours, no engineer has called or visited. Customer care is only giving excuses without any resolution. Very disappointing service. Please resolve this urgently. #PoorService

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence - How is a customer supposed to report a fault if the IVR and chatbot don't allow raising a complaint? - Why is there no way to speak to a support representative during a complete service outage?• If a new connection fails within 20 days, where is the promised reliability?
