    If network performance & fiber stability aren't fixed immediately, we will escalate this directly to @NchIndia (National Consumer Helpline) and CCPA for deficiency of service and misleading network coverage claims. Fix it or face formal legal proceedings. @TRAI @airtelindia

    @pbhushan1 Sir my experience is same for #Airtel complaining about no internet access for last almost 40 days even if you want to talk to their customer service you have to wait atleast more than 30 minutes still they don't provide any solution @airtelindia

    @airtelnews I received a message on 13th Aug to complete rekyc for my mobile on or before 28th to resume services. I visited your offices on devraj urs Road mysore but they are forcing me to go for postpaid to resume service. This is not acceptable. @airtelindia plz allow reactivation & kyc

    2/2 The telephonic customer executives are simply fooling asking me to turn on flight mode, switch off the phone, and turn it back on. My monthly pack is about to expire, but I never received the benefits of the unlimited pack. What should I do now @airtelindia @TRAI

    Pathetic service from @airtelindia @airtelnews. No home internet for the past two days. Airtel changed service engineer four times in two says but no one turned up and not even taking calls. The last message says that an engineer assigned and he will come after one week

    @airtelindia your service is getting worse day by day. I am not able to activate int roaming pack from the Morning. It is showing barred while applying through app. Your customer service is f**k as hell. Can't do anything just busy selling the plan. 1/2

    @pbhushan1 They took my money. I canceled connection after they didn't come to install. Now they are not even returning the money back. Worst of worst. @airtelindia

    Dear @airtelindia, I have been raising complaint through your app about the bad n/w in my home both for calls and internet. Everytime you close the incident without resolving the issue. Is it time to switch to a different provider for all the 8 connnections we have?

    @pbhushan1 The issue is not having a feasible "other option." Jio's performance is also not good, not is it for VI or BSNL. Technically, it's loop b/w @airtelindia and @Jio.
