    7/ Hoping someone from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence actually reviews this instead of simply closing another complaint. Please treat this as an escalation and resolve it without further delay. You may grow your revenue by doing this but not for long as customers will leave.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I don't want troubleshooting. Please create a backend network provisioning ticket. My SIM is deprovisioned and the phone shows 'SIM not provisioned'. I need the Network Provisioning/HLR team.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence the request is open for 1 week 11034098145 and you are just reassigning to different field engineer, i called todays engineer his attitude is not good he is like i dont see your area, i asked why its assigned to you he said check with customer care
