  @JioCare @airtelindia my number that was ported from Airtel to Jio has been deactivated, and now none of you are able to help me. Airtel is not able to see my number and Jio is not able to activate my number. I stay in UAE and cannot visit India. Please help.

  Hello @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, I mistakenly recharged the wrong Airtel prepaid number with ₹899 through PhonePe and reported it immediately. Both numbers are Airtel numbers. Despite immediate reporting, both Airtel and PhonePe are refusing to help with either reversal or transfer of recharge benefits. Transaction ID: 928457861 Recharge amount: ₹899 Requesting a fair resolution please.

  Worst customer care service by airtel.Even being a medical graduate I was unable to navigate your menus and sub menus to reach customer care. It's pathetic how a common man will get justice if he has some grievances ...so much of barriers ..why can't you simplify it.@airtelindia

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I requested permanent disconnection of my Airtel WiFi connection after cancelling the ownership transfer request. Airtel support confirmed disconnection within 7 business days. Today I received an email saying ownership was updated instead of disconnecting the connection. Need urgent resolution and confirmation of permanent disconnection with no future billing.

  @airtelindia Complaint: 10936641218. The deadline (12-05-2026) has passed. Now getting automated emails saying my ID isn't registered, despite weeks of emails on the same ID! Total lack of accountability. Fix this!

  @airtelindia Its been 6 days broadband is down. Had made tens of calls to customer care, local engineers, made disconnection request and later took back upon assurance but still my network issue is not addressed. No wonder why customer base is eroding so fast.@SunilBhartiMitl
