    @airtelindia My internet is so slow on my mobile that even whatsapp images could not be downloaded. Location can't be sent. The PIN is 530051 & the 4G network is shown as "Excellent". How can you claim internet connection as "Excellent" when a simple 5 kb file is not downloaded?

    @airtelindia Facing network issue regularly. When night comes airtel won't allow me to use internet. Even raised a complaint still no response

    @BSNLCorporate didn't fix issue or respond in time I switched to @airtelindia. Today I got message inboxed telling problem will b fixed soon while I have already decided to disconnect with bsnl due to unresponsive #BSNL My 5000₹ wasted on device n connection,i will b refunded?

    @airtelindia Thank you so much for your prompt response and quick action. I received my sim at my doorstep within two days after I tweeted about my problem. Special thanks to Ms. Priyanka Sharma who was responsible for getting the sim for me and was constantly in touch with me.

    @airtelindia my sim internet is working in 2G since last 6 days even when other airtel sim is working in 4G in the same location and same phone Which did not leave any other option but to port out from Airtel. See if you wish to do anything...worst experience with Airtel

    @airtelindia @CrosswinRobert I have just ported to airtel from jio in view of farmers protest and I found airtel is very arrogant as it hasn’t even provided for direct mail regarding any complaint on any issue. Even inhave tried to submit complaint on airtel app which does not take my complaint. Shameful
