    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia The worst part? Now I can't even reach Airtel Customer Care properly. I'm unable to connect with a customer care representative. I emailed Airtel. They replied saying my request was being prioritised and that I would receive an update within 24–48 hours. Even that deadline passed

    @airtelindia so you change over the customer to postpaid without prior intimation with a autofill from the SMS? And instead of stopping this scam, you held the customer responsible. 1 year worth of prepaid plan vanished in thin air with forced conversion to postpaid. Bravo.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia got a message that technician will contact on 10th July which is 6 days from now. What a service!! Can't arrange a technician visit past one week and now get a message that it will be done next week. This is what we pay money for !

    @airtelindia itna ghatiya service provider hai, mere pass 1 saal ka plan tha jo kal expire ho gaya. Agle din se hi meri incoming, outgoing aur bank OTPs band kar diye. Ye @TRAI sota rehta hai kya, naam ki regulatory body hai. Doing nthg for consumer protection

    @airtelindia mobile data is not stable, using 4g and 5g both, every time need to sit at window only, wifi is stopped working, assigned a engineer and will come 20hrs later. Its been more than 3 hrs red lights are showing only,Why should i wait for 20hrs to resolve the issue?

    Pathetic @airtelindia Fiber service! My router disconnects repeatedly on both phones. Three customer care calls were disconnected without any help. Fix it immediately or replace the router. Completely unacceptable. @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews #AirtelFiber #CustomerSupport

    @Airtel_Presence They claim their members are actively pursuing the issue and this is a highlighted case and so it will be resolved fast blah blah blah, yet it's been more than 4 days, and no active persuasion of the issue has been visible. @airtelindia utterly disappointing.
