    @Airtel_Presence Why not?? You didn't share any confidential info there? Maybe cos @airtelindia is ashamed to say in public that they still investigating after 18+ months??? Airtels priority is worth ****! Gimme a date by when I can expect a call from you guys.

    Raised an Airtel Wi‑Fi complaint on 28th. Local office called on 30 May saying a technician would attend- turned out to be an invisible technician. Complaint marked “resolved” on 31 May but my Wi‑Fi still doesn’t work. @airtelindia Wat’s your procedure for actually fixing issue?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Day 1 (28 May) Reported the issue immediately after the connection stopped working. Response: "We have marked it as a high priority and it will be resolved soon." Fair enough. Things happen.

    @airtelindia Recently took Airtel Broadband connection and within a month it stopped working, complaint raised and 4 a days over still no resolution. Customer care is least bothered, pathetic and worst service

    The priory post paid thing from @airtelindia does really seem like you’re the only one on the network. Almost. It’s more like it was intended to be a network for one person!

    @airtelindia Pathetic Airtel Priority, when there is no network how can i do troubleshooting. Its just a name Airtel Priority...no 5g network just 4g+ that too fluctuating mire than 70% of all day.

    @airtelindia I am facing calling issue. On call receiver compliant voice breaking even in fully open location. It's in both case if I call or someone calls me.

    I have been customer of @airtelindia for like 12 years now. I have user their all sorts of services such as prepaid, postpaid, broadband and now I’m seriously planning to move away from it at any cost. Not just me a lot of people in my circle are having serious issues
