    I am completely disappointed in just 2 days after porting my sim into @airtelindia. @Airtel_Presence need to stop fake claiming of it's fastest 4g n/w in india . I am about 400 m away from their tower even than i cant get enough network for calling I can't assume it for internet.

    @airtelindia worst service ever . I applied for Airtel xtream fiber connection on first of this month , 6099 paid as well and still no one came to my house for installing the device , its been one week still no response this is how @airtelindia is giving services to customers wow

    Dear @airtelindia , please spend some part of advertisement budget for network speed also. In my area, average speed is 11 to 23 kbps only ... Presently this is 0.33 kbps...it is irritating to get such speed on the name of so called 4G 😓 @Airtel_Presence #airtelthanks #airtel

    These are some screenshots of the services they're providing their customers. Every another day I'm facing such issue. This is pathetic. Such a shame on a telecom brand Like you. I'm getting everyday trouble because of you in my Job. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia worst customer service . Paid the bill immediately upon receiving but was not updated on portal and have been receiving reminders despite calling and mailing almost everyone at airtel. Loads of good ads cannot replace poor customer service . We will port 8295799844

    @VodafoneIN @Idea @airtelindia @reliancejio. VODAFONE HAryana , YamunaNagar Call failed , call mute and call disconnect is very common issue with vodafone, why u people are not serious. Internet speed 0.1kb ... JIO much better option now. Just do copy paste instantly fast

    Dear @airtelindia Today I got the reason why people like to switch from your network to @reliancejio my mobile Hotspot connectivity much more stronger for laptop (WFH) then your @airtelnews Dongal. Really bad experience I brought this for backup of my Fibre (WIFI) but Really Bad

    @Baram_256 My experience has been terrible. I'm a postpaid user, yet I haven't received any real priority or Fastlane benefits. My internet speed has dropped to around 1 Mbps with no resolution, and I had to recharge my Jio SIM just to use the internet. Extremely disappointing. @airtelindia

    Ordered an @airtelindia WiFi UPS on 10 July. Since then, no call or update. I contacted customer service 3 times, and each time they said they’d expedite it and someone would call within 3 working hours. Still nothing. Don’t order WiFi UPS from Airtel. Terrible customer service.

    airtel is just a scamster these days. i have an unlimited 5g recharge and a constant 5g network, yet whenever my 2 gb daily data gets over, they slow down the internet so much that you're practically forced to buy additional data packs. what's the point of offering unlimited 5g data then? what does "unlimited" even mean? something fishy is going on. will be porting out soon. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia I have been calling customer care for the last 10 days to cancel my Wi-Fi installation request, but it hasn’t been done yet. Nobody can process the request for some reason. The payment has already been made. Please cancel the request and refund my money immediately.

    @airtelindia got a call from sriram, floor supervisor of airtel. He simple said pay the amount and issue will be closed. WTF is wrong with you ppl? I am ready to pay but u will have to acknowledge that charges has been put by Airtel voluntarily. No accountability pure harassment
