    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @TRAI apparently if we need a duplicate sim, physical print out is needed of digital IDs issued by government. Moreover your so called helpful staff insists that the customer looks for a cyber cafe and get it printed. So much for #digitalindia.

    What if someone had to verify their UPI, you need sms service. But in @airtelindia service you cannot send sms because they don't allow in ₹79 recharge. This will only help airtel to get their pocket thick. @AshwiniVaishnaw

Email sent to CEO as well inspite of this, no response at all. They are just not interested solve the other Data coupon redeem issue as well. Right now I am left with just 145MB of data &...
