@airtelindia i have port my my number in airtel. My previous network has been shut down but i am not able to make a call or send SMS in airtel. I had called to Airtel CC team, as per your airtel representative the number has been ported. Pathetic experience at first stage.

@airtelindia ..I have been raising a concern related to Airtel black plan for a month. But there has been no resolution yet. Atleast 20 calls to 121, but no results & funniest part is there is no proper escalation mechanism. No wonder you guys state " zero complaints policy"

Since I am using Airtel black with postpaid and not getting desired services, i have to stop using Airtel services if i won't get network.
