Merging @Idea and @VodafoneIN didn't worked at all! You guys still have the worst network and internet speed! 4G k Naam pe C bna rahe ho! Porting to @airtelindia !

yet i haven't received any refund,i emailed the nodal officer regarding this,he said give me your bank details,and further he gave a reply back email as shown below, I'm helpless i don't know which ever airtel customer care i call they say we don't handle this area @airtelindia

Worst service from @airtelindia opted for one Airtel plan and within a month this is the 4th time having an issue. However even after raising a complaint 5 days back still no-one bothered to contact regarding the Broadband issue. I regret for discontinuing ACT and choosing Airtel
