@HarmeenM @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @sunilbmittal @VittalGopal @AjaiPuri @abhayskar @HarmeenM After chasing #Airtel for 5 days now my issue is resolved I have purchase redmi note 7 pro and i have choosen pack of 249 INR for which i was eligible for double data benefit however CCR of airtel denied the same and took investigation for 5 days to resolve.

@airtelindia i have raised concern about intermittent and slow internet issue on 15th March. But neither my issue is resolved nor I get any information on the status. Apps shows WORK IN PROGRESS and IVR dont let me connect to customer support agent. DO YOU CARE TO HELP?

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I'm getting dull internet service in my home from last 2/3 weeks. Outside is little bit good. But not possible to go outside always. Why.. don't know? Always providing **E**, but using 4G. Area... Bamangachhi & Madhyamgram in North 24 Parganas.
