    @HarmeenM @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @sunilbmittal @VittalGopal @AjaiPuri @abhayskar @HarmeenM After chasing #Airtel for 5 days now my issue is resolved I have purchase redmi note 7 pro and i have choosen pack of 249 INR for which i was eligible for double data benefit however CCR of airtel denied the same and took investigation for 5 days to resolve.

    @Arjungoel11 @airtelindia Yeahh same in my area too (vadodara). No broadband connection since last 20 hours and it has been told to me that there is a outage in your area and it will get restored by 12:36 PM today.. Let's see if it get restored or not.. By the way what's your area??

    @airtelindia Fake promises my your service manager i.e. Sumit. I raised a request on 29/May/2022, same has been closed without confirmation. Broadband connection is still down. I dont need the worst services.Please take a disconnection request and pay the penalty.

    Service ref. No. The service reference no 64526073 for your Airtel DigitalTV ID 3021272095 has been resolved. Msg came from Airtel but not resolved neither no body visited Need solution on this urgently else I am losing my money for Airtel only @airtelindia @Airtel

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia if you dont restart accepting payment through platforms other than airtel, i will switch to jio fiber. Why do you have problem if someone wants to pay through a different platform

    @airtelindia You take less than 24 hours to install new connection, but for disconnection you simply keep calling & do nothing. Do you want us not to purchase any service from Airtel in future? Is this the moto behind calling again & again for same thing and frustrate customer ?
