    @airtelindia My SIM card has stopped working whereas pack applied is valid for 62 more days. No1 at cust care and can't go out due to lock down. SIM was working yesterday night. Please help. I am at Rajashthan, Udaipur.

    @airtelindia I had opted for Airtel fibre. Even paid the advance payment of 3 months. Waiting for it since past 20 days. Your folks are saying the slots in the nearest box is full. you must look into it. Request for a new box. A lot of folks in my area waiting for this. #Bad

    @airtelindia 1st U remove lifetime plans even from those number where the customer had purchased it based on your promise. Then U remove 49rs plan knowing that a lot of people do not need higher cost plans. Just out there to loot knowing users are not left with any choice now.

    according to your progress, i think @airtelindia is not able to resolved my problem(network issue). so i don't think so that i should continue as a premium customer, please tell the procedure to port my number. and improve your services as well. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
