@HarmeenM @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @sunilbmittal @VittalGopal @AjaiPuri @abhayskar @HarmeenM After chasing #Airtel for 5 days now my issue is resolved I have purchase redmi note 7 pro and i have choosen pack of 249 INR for which i was eligible for double data benefit however CCR of airtel denied the same and took investigation for 5 days to resolve.

Giving up on @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My wife and I cannot even call 121. We get ‘call failed’. Not able to make or receive calls. First complained via Twitter on 10Feb. Improved for a while. Again same problem. Calls, if at all, last for 1-2 secs. After that ‘call failed’.

@Airtel_Presence The original complaint was on 10 Feb. It improved marginally. It’s again back to the old ways. If I cannot dial 121 from our phones it’s shame on @airtelindia

Do not ever request FastTag through @airtelindia . They wont even deliver it in 3 months and all customer care representatives will have no solution. They wont even entertain refund request even though you dont receive the Fasttag.

@VittalGopal @airtelindia The Service Request No. 31-3551633606551 related to Network on your Airtel Number 8618243274 has not been closed. However I have received the request has been closed. I have been facing this issue since November 2019. Still not resolved.
