    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have placed a request to disconnect my BB connection. I cleared all outstanding dues before disconnection still a bill is generated. I spoke to CC they dont have an answer. Who can help? No one is responding to my private tweets.

    When I said I want to talk to senior executive I was kept on hold for 19 mins and then the call was transferred to disconnection department to Mr abhishek jain .....thank you @airtelindia for such a great experience. U do have great customer care @airtelindia
