@airtelindia My mobile no is 8655928378. I made a mistake of recharging for a whole year and am now stuck in this horrible network. Will I get refund for 200 days remaining??? I cancelled my plan to buy Airtel broadband thankfully. Pls help. Airtel 4g and 5g speeds are horrible.

The line will be always busy no matter who you call with @airtelindia but at the same time using my second jio number and the call connects instantly. This is happening to me for the last 6 month and when I complained about it customer care person was not listening and was rude.

.@airtelindia takes bills on time and send tens of reminder messages about payment, but when it comes to solving customer complaints - they are just 1/5, they ask customers to wait for 15 days / 20 days for the resolution and post that they will automatically mark it as resolved
