@airtelindia @Akhil7Cena @kartiksaysnow on 18th oct i buy airtel black plan i apply for 799 broadband plan but your service man activated 499 plan and i call airtel customer care every day 2 times i mail also i do every think but its not change yet very pathetic service from airtel for new customer and its horrrible.

@airtelindia worst experience The engineers are just a cheat. I am facing issues with new connection & there is no resolution. CAF no is 01245002716 Even escalation doesn't help,as all have some internal settings among themselves. Just worst service.
