    @airtelindia 100mbps plan broadband n getting 4mbps since a week, ticket booked on 31st May already escalated thrice. Now ticket being closed without resolution is the new issue. Either fix it asap or refund the money... Would wait for another day then @forum_consumer is the way

    @airtelindia I must admit it is been very poor service so far. Case ID 211985712 still not resolved. Let me know to whom I can send the invoice for the loss due to your internet issue. I hope not all your customers are facing the same while working from home.
