@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence No IR daily pack was activated till 15-09-2022, on the date of changing SIM. We understand that the IR daily pack was activated by airtel showroom and we are not responsible for the same. Since airtel has stopped the service, there should be NO bill.

@SownakR @airtelindia Surprisingly, when I did it via the Airtel Thanks App, it was not working. The customer care rep mentioned that the association needs to happen via call. ETA was 8th Dec, this thread helped accelerate it.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Such a pathetic service for corporate clients. I have booked the fiber connection twice. paid money twice. Still after 15 days there is no progress. Fiber IDs 02249781769 and 02246098058. kindly initiate refund. I will opt for other providers.

Just finished a call with Mr. Rajesh Kumar Manager Airtel Dth and one executive of 12150, one say call 12150 and one say call the other one, keeps on bouncing my request for additional connection. @airtelindia please help.
