    @airtelindia Can you please share the customer care number, where I can directly call and discuss my concern. Why there is no IVR option for customer care on 198 & 121. Your IVR service is just for fooling customers, a computerized system is also giving just a recorded answers.

    @airtelindia, your service is at the worst of all time. The broadband internet has not been working for the last 9 days and I've been running behind your customer service endlessly. Your service engineers are just being ultra helpless. So frustrating.

    @subiraro @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am running 399+299 infinity plan and its not even a month and my 139GB data finished. Called customer care, it was very ***** ways saying that you have used all the data. I'h been following this plan for a year, the data never ran out.
