    As a broadband user, I want to shift my connection from @airtelindia to @reliancejio but jio is not available in my location-700015. It will be better if you expand your service to this area also. Here airtel is doing the monopoly business by taking wrong changes with bad service

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence worst customer service ever in india, i paid to start my broadband connection. All money is paid in advance. Been 5 days, noone comes to install the service, none ready to pick customer call. Refund my money ASAP, no channel to listen to customer.

    @airtelindia Airtel Broadband reminds me of BSNL broadband days when we have to call bsnl office for connectivity issues. Highly disappointed by Airtel service. Frequent connectivity issues/disruption due to technical issues

    @TRAI @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence 1. On 11th April, 2022 as confirmed with Airtel, call was made by me and was disconnected but as per airtel there was no disconnection request for my primary number and i called regarding billing issue for which i was promised call back
