    @Airtel_Presence , @airtelindia I have been charged for static IP charges in the bill for the past five months and have raised multiple service requests for the issue with the customer care team. However, no resolution has been provided to date. Below are the service requests.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia when will network coverage improve in my area. For every call I make or receive I have move out or find network. 4G services are also very poor.

    @airtelindia recharged my TV through QR code provided by system but still it is not recharged and 24×7 customer service number is switched off !! What kind of customer service is this sir ?

    Time to switch to @reliancejio Such a worst service by @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have raised service request 2 times for same issue n both d time Airtel closed the service request without providing resolution. They even didn't think of updating custmr on same b4 closing

    @airtelindia Xstream Fibre services have been disrupting every now and then since the last 1-2 months here at Wright town Jabalpur. A 24hr resolution period is unacceptable. Please fix this immediately. I have online work to do.

    @airtelindia Actually they advertise 0 queries and problem with airtel and i will promise to solve 24 hours. But not solved single issue in last 3 days. I think facing same issue everytime with this company. The worst service i faced with only airtel...😐

    @airtelindia I already disconnect airtel connection 6 month ago due to poor service..then again you called me and ask to give chance and take your plan. now i am facing same issue last 3 days..my wifi down and and my work stop..but nobody care. company makes all false statements.

    @airtelindia network is the most useless network, in today's time its network is not able to reach even 500 meters distance. Right now I have called two or three times but no voice is coming and that too on 2G network. This problem persists for 2 consecutive months.

    @airtelindia hi .... I endorse Airtel service as the best in india and that's why I always have a connection with you. But I haven't made a call for 1 week because o/g calls are bared in my Airtel number and still you are checking it. Even the BSNL would have solved it by now.

    @airtelindia @airtelnews When Technician visited I have requested for change my modem but your executive responsible for modem change request was so arrogant that he didn't ready to talk to customer . He cut the phone while I was requesting him for modem change. He told me to trouble one more day.
