@airtelindia @airtelnews From past 3 days WIFI is down at my Allahabad premise. LOS error os coming and no one is coming to checking ...I'm continuously calling customer care but they are giving lollipop that same will be resolved in 4 hours. So almost 18*4=72 lollipops,.See asap

@airtelindia here jaitikhera,mohan lal ganj,lucknow we have very bad signal strength so we are not able to use our internet data...many people of this are going to port the sim in another comapny including...please take action before we port.

@airtelindia hello I recharge the number on 17 August from via airtel thanks app and order Id is 6833263013072109568 but amount already deducted from debit card on 17 August but recharge is not completed yet and when I call to customer care number they say me 10 days working days

So apparently @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia decided to upgrade old sim cards. Said the store manager. W/o any intimation to the customers. At the store there were atleast 5 people with same issue. Each being charged Rs 50 for sim change. Nice way of looting.
