@airtelindia Please explain why you are charging my DTH account even if it is not recharged ? As we pay beforehand for services, so it is pre paid service. Also why I can’t use internet based streaming services if DTH account is not recharged as I have already paid for the box..

@airtelindia Instead spending money on advertising try to improve you services first. Customer support is horrible there is no way you can reach customer care neither through phone nor app. You talk of reducing complaints to 0 take the complaints at first place

@airtelindia I am getting the worst experience anyone can imagine. Had ur postpaid connection which I converted to prepaid seeing the speeds which I was getting. I am not able to send even a whats app message. Have tried complaining but all in vain..no other option left but port.

@airtelindia It's totally not working in paharganj area of New Delhi.Raising complaint since Sep'22 but all waste.Earlier 4G & now 5G also not working.Lot of disturbance also in incoming & outgoing of calls.@airtelindia keeps the complaint open for days & then close it on its own. Jio best.
