  @airtelindia's service technicians insist that I do not raise a complaint with the grievance redressal or central helpline, and rather call them. Calling them directly would help, if there were an equilibrium; right now it is a new technician on each complaint.

Even after more than 20 years Airtel network coverage is 70% throughout India. They are just eating customer money with 3rd class service.

  @airtelindia , they just listen to there customers complaint, i had registered complaint from past 1 month, i just see any improvement, you just tell us to DM, and there is no one to talk after a while, or we'll just switch to jio would be better.
