@airtelindia On 2nd Oct, woke up to find my broadband not working. My attempt to register my complaint through your IVRS failed , as it was not registering my options. Strangely , I kept on hearing voice in Bhojpuri with no option to change language.

Sad that our telecom companies increased cost of 1.5 GB data plan from 199 to 299. Just as lakhs of kids study online thanks to a big shift in Indian education. Seeing many parents who can’t afford 199 for 2 kids. It’s wrong to treat kids like this. @airtelindia @reliancejio
